I write as a buyer rather than a vendor. Having found the property that interested me on Rightmove I found it very quick and easy to contact the agent and it was then just as quick and easy to arrange a viewing at a time that was convenient to me. Having viewed the property, I was able to have a very open conversation with the agent that had accompanied me on the viewing and subsequently placed my offer. I received a quick response to my offer and the purchase proceeded from that point in the normal way. I was kept informed and updated as was necessary and again, keeping in contact was quick and easy. The part that I most appreciated was that there was never any sense of pressure or any kind of "Over-sell". I was shown the property, had any questions answered and was then left to make up my own mind.

These estate agents work very hard, work 7 days a week and from 8-8, always on hand to ask questions. We sold our bungalow through them and sold very quickly, and without to many problems. Would recommend them and would use them again if I needed to sell in the future.

George M. - Houston, TX If you don't read the rest of this review - just remember one thing - you're cheating yourself if you don't answer the phone when George Atuahene calls ! He is the best recruiter in town. -- While I was not extended an offer, I quickly realized having the opportunity to work with George Atuahene was the long game here ! George is by far the most polite and knowledgeable recruiter I've worked with in a long time. He went to great lengths to prepare me for both telephone and face-to-face interviews. In the end, I agree with the hiring manager's decision that I was not the most qualified candidate for the position. It's critical each new hire matches the job description and skills closely requested because, in any non-management tech job, hard skills are all that matter. If the hiring manager was having a bad day and made a bad read and hired you, or if you were BS'ing about your skills or ability to apply them, in a tech job you'll be smoked out and dispatched within one week by any competent manager. -- I spoke with George after each interview, gave him feedback about the company, each person I interviewed with, and how I rated my skill set versus what I think thought the company was looking for. Writing functional specifications are important to me, but for this company, for reasons that are none of my business, I was told they didn’t write specifications as other priorities ranked higher. Myself ? I must have a measure of where the finish line is if I'm working towards a stated goal regardless of how many times the finish line is moved. I think it demonstrates organization and discipline. Interviewing is a dialog, not a monolog, and George was genuinely interested in what I had to say each time we spoke. He was always patient, polite, and worked harder than any recruiter in recent memory to provide suggestions, advice, and potential interview questions based on similar job positions he had filled at other companies in the past. -- Working with George was a wonderful experience and I’m sure you’ll say the same thing. 5+ star rating for George Atuahene and the Kofi Group ! I appointed Milcol to carry out all plumbing and heating works for refurbishment of my five bedroom, 300 year old property. Milcol installed all new pipe work throughout the property, a new central heating system including repositioning of the boiler, complete fitting of additional newly built bathrooms and en-suites and redirection of external gas supply pipe to the property. All the work was carried out to an exceptionally high standard, the Milcol team are extremely professional, friendly, hard working and very knowledgeable. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company to anybody. I could not have asked for a better job.

The two day session with Bambos and Andy I experienced as fundamentally liberating. This was due to the guidance of Bambos and Andy, but also the cosy historical space in Welvaren contributed to that. It allowed for a safe space to journey deep in myself after which I felt relieved and alive. Highly recommend this place to anybody who would like to learn more about him or herself in a safe, open and well taken care of environment.

Customer service really depends on who picks up - some definitely better than others! A very helpful girl processed my payment in two transactions as on line wasn’t calculating correctly. This was my first time shopping at Andrew Martin. The products certainly met and actually exceeded expectations. I was a bit concerned about a very large framed photo shipping by courier but the packaging and crating was superb and risk of transit damage was kept to an absolute minimum. I purchased some "sale" items and feel that I really got fantastic value. These are timeless pieces that I think we'll be admiring for a very long time. Highly recommended for quality products delivered safely and on time.

Unbelievable service, ordered new pump as needed a new one ASAP, was given equivalent model (price a lot less than the original) arrived within 36 hours. Phoned to check order given info on the order and delivery. Even in these unusual times service was first rate. If i ever need a part or equipment replacing these are first on my list. booked a medium pick up, £180 plus a tv and a mattress. The crew arrived and were a sub contractor. Said it wasn’t 4 yards. It was supposed to be 4 cubic yards but they seemed to be measuring for 4 yards of length and not height or depth. There is no way to absolutely agree what size the load is. They refused to take over half. I asked for a quote for the rest. They phoned the office after taking photos and the office said it was £350 on top of what we had already paid! This is the price for an xxlarge pick up on its own without having paid for the medium. Wasn’t willing to pay so had to send them away with half of what we had. My husband had to hire a van at £80 and move the rest, taking time and money we didn’t have. Were moving House 2 days later so had to get rid of junk ASAP. I called the head office to complain. The lady had photos of my garden and seemed shocked that they had left it and agreed that I should only have paid the difference between the medium and large. She couldn’t get anyone out to me that day but promised for Monday and to call me first thing on Monday. That was 5 days ago and unsurprisingly no contact at all. Absolute disgrace.

Booked for double mattress to be collected on 20th May and waited in all day,but no one came without any explanation as to why. After several emails over the course of a month, another slot was booked for 19th June. Again, no one came to collect but an email later on in the afternoon was sent to explain they couldn't make it having waited in for most of the day. Won't be using this company again I'm afraid.

After contacting multiple stores I came across babylicious and thankfully they were the only store that would ship what I needed too the US I spoke with Ian through Facebook he made it super easy with instant replies making sure I was getting exactly what I was looking for payment was simple then was updated with tracking info as it made it’s way too me if I ever need anything again I will be ordering from babylicious again I had a five star experience

I had great communication with a lady named Natalie and she was fab throughout our purchase. I know these times are difficult with Covid-19 and my delivery was looking to be with me around July however my baby is due June so I needed the delivered sooner. Natalie assisted with my query very efficiently and had this delivered to me in April as she looked at alternatives for me. I will certainly use Baby Lurve again in the future :)

I bought two 3m cedar trees that I had professionally planted - they looked fabulous. However, one of the trees started dropping its needles after around 15 months and eventually, a little after 2 years, it died. After discussing the various actions I had taken trying to nurse the tree back to good health, Barcham kindly offered me a replacement at half price that I will be able to purchase later this year.

Very expensive trees, even common varieties, and a very limited 12 month warranty; some other suppliers trump that by offering a 2 year no quibble guarantee. Having said that their expertise is first rate. I have experienced issues of poor packaging of accessories but that is evidently being addressed. As with all areas of the market place, comparisons with other suppliers is essential to getting the right product at the right price and level of service.

My first Bell Tent lasted me over 13 years - so hard wearing, easy to put up and like an old friend by the end of it! Got given a new one for a wedding present and am in love all over again! Bell Tent delivered it super quick and this time we got the inner (for separate sleeping pod) and a porch for muddy boots etc.. so grown up now! Connected ground sheet makes a difference to the temperature and security, whilst still giving the flexibility to roll up the sides if you need more ventilation. Bell Tent UK are the original suppliers of bell tents and what they don't know, ain't worth knowing. Great company.

It's been a month that I'm waiting to receive a sweater that cost me nearly $100, I can not see where is my package # 111706, it puts me an error, moreover I can not log in to my account because the site tells me that I do not have the right password and when I ask to change it, he never sends me email to change it. Edit: Its okay, the problem has been solved, I can't say anything on this side, the customer service is good, so I change my rating to 4 (still waiting for the package but I think everything should be ok now). In addition I managed to connect also on the site (he ended up sending me an email to change my password).

I ordered a boss mango wood wardrobe, double bed and mattress in November for my daughter's bedroom. Ben Homes were extremely helpful prior to ordering, I telephoned a couple of times with questions before making my final decision. They emailed me extra images and information on the products as I was to far away to visit the showroom. Once I had placed my ordered the service was extremely efficient. I received the goods within 10 days at exactly the time arranged for delivery and the guys even put it together for me, which I was not expecting! The bed is excellent, one of the wardrobe doors a bit sticky on the catch but no big deal, the mattress is firm but comfortable, my daughter is delighted and for me it was a pleasure to do business with a comany that seemed to genuinely care. I have used many servers in the past for 7 days to die and minecraft, ark and conan, but this server host has the best customer service i've ever experienced. There is live chat and it's like instant on :) . They do not say that live chat is for new people looking to rent, like other places i've rented from. They answer and help with the troubles right then and there and until it is corrected <3 I love this about them. So if you are looking for a server host, this place is great and there is no lag on my server, lol I even drop mined a tower in the city to see if it would lag, nope just a few points of fps drop and that is it with other players on the server. i got frustrated over another serverhost place ignoring me for two days with the server down and moved to blue fang and oh my god the difference in customer service is VAST !!!!!!! I cant keep up with how fast they responded and were answering questions. Amazing change and very happy with everything so far. Tooooo include the control panel options and edit abilities. Tooooo include them fixing stuff I messed up cause im a newb. Great exp so far. HIGHLY recommend and Josh is my hero heh he helped me for hours answering questions

In the current difficult climate, the engineer who attended did a first class job of the boiler installation. I accidently drilled into the wiring of my AC compressor and it was a hot Saturday evening, I called Brandon Electric as they helped me in the past at a previous house I owned, Keiv came out to help me in my desperate need of AC and he worked for over 2 1/2 hours pounding out room for an electrical box to be set in the concrete section of where the wiring box would have to be mounted. Needless to say he worked his butt off to get the job done! I have a service contract with Service America, they couldn't make it till the next day and Brandon Electric came out that evening and got the job done for a lot less than I expected. Brandon Electric Inc, the Owner Mr Corey Gomis, Mr Pepper Pelham (Service Manager), Mr Chris Matthews (Service Manager) and most importantly Mr Daniel DeBaets have performed a miracle for a 73-year Senior Citizen - Ms June Limauro at 8413 N. Taliaferro Ave, Tampa, FL 33604. Ms June Limauro's house had been stuck by lightning (2 months ago). The wiring to her house was destroyed completely. She could not pay the bill ($3,150.00). I called Brandon Electric for an estimate, which was done by Daniel. I got a call from Chris that his company would make repairs for Ms June Limauro at no COST. Daniel and Joe (his assistant) worked thru the rain and got the wiring completed. Miracles DO HAPPEN and BRANDON ELECTRIC is wonderful I will be a ONE-MAN story teller about Brandon Electric Thank you and May God Bless all of you

We spent 5 months looking for a company who could supply and fit a room divider yet no one looked after our needs, until we came across this wonderful company named Bravo London spearheaded by the great engineering expertise of Roman and Alex and they immediately turned our 5 months wait into a 5 day start to finish experience. Bravo London has an excellent showroom to suit all your needs and they spend quality time in considering your requirements and give you the most costs effective solutions. The entire process of choosing to installation is superfast and Roman will make a personal visit to the site, measure up and show you all the samples on site how your proposed fitment would look in its true surrounding. The fitting team are also absolutely professional and very caring in making sure the job is done perfectly with minimal disturbance to the property. Very bad experience.Never use them again.I paid them £84 to check the boiler before we sign the contract for House purchase.They gave us certificate for boiler which which did not has hot water.The boiler did not work properly and they did not tell us.Now we need to bay new boiler without price reduce from seller.

I bought an orange reflective safety raincoat from ISC Online more than one year ago, and I was treated well as a customer. I received many positive remarks from coworkers about the raincoat and it was eventually stolen, which is another effective but awkward indicator of it's value. When I bought an identical raincoat to replace the stolen one, the price had actually come down. I am very happy with ISC Online, and thank you. There is nowhere to get these safety raincoats locally that I am aware of.
