Purchased carpet recently from the Brookvale store. Greg was was a great help and demonstrated excellent product knowledge and understood our needs exactly. The installation guys were on time, professional and efficient. Altogether a very good experience for what initially we feared would be a difficult process.

From the courteous attention in the showroom shown by Roger to the installation of the carpets by 2 very helpful and cheerful young guys Jamie and Kincaid, the whole thing went smoothly. They did a great job and the new carpeted rooms look beautiful. Also they helped with moving some heavy furniture. The price was very fair compared to a major retailer nearby whose quote was $1000 more and they wanted to charge extra for moving any furniture.

I recently engaged Carpet One to install engineered timber flooring throughout my unit. I couldn’t be happier with the result. A1 Flooring We recently built a new home with the most amazing builder, he is more a perfectionist than myself!!!! When you build your floors are not included, that's normal so we had a separate contract for our floors. We chose A1 Flooring at Beulah Park because they promised an A1 job and according to their website they claim that they are ........ "A1 Flooring The Timber Flooring Centre has been committed to providing quality flooring solutions in Adelaide for over 25 years. The advice & knowledge we offer comes from our many years of experience and dedication to ensure that the customers get the best possible result. Our friendly & knowledgeable staffs are here to help you in making the best decision for your flooring project.' After now being told that new homes aren't designed for timber floors we would have expected as part of their 'experience and dedication to ensure that the customers get the best possible result' it would have been appropriate to share this with us prior to laying the floor rather than using the design of our home as the excuse why our floors are separating! After some delay with our order we needed to wait for our boards to cure before they could be laid, we knew this and wanted an A1 job so we supported this delay! Our floors were laid beautifully with much attention to detail, the contractor was fantastic, very personable and diligent in his work. Our floors were then to sit for a couple of weeks whilst other jobs were completed, painting etc! As planned the sanders came in on the date expected to sand and polish our boards with a Matt Satin water based finish. Despite being told this would take 5 days to complete, ( timing was crucial as our lease was ending) you then need to leave the floors for 4-7 days to cure before you can put furniture on them) they took 3 days to sand them and then applied 3 coats of finish in 1 1/2 days. The last coat was rejected due to not leaving it long enough in cold, wet weather to dry sufficiently before applying the next coat resulting in an orange peel appearance and blotches over the entire floor. There were also scratches and dents which had clearly not come out in the sanding process indicating a second rate sanding job, not the A1 job we were expecting! After having someone out to look at the job ( who got very defensive, was rude and appeared to try and back out of their responsibilities! ) they reluctantly agreed to re do the entire floor for which we were very grateful but time was running short our end and now to have floors redone and allow it to set hard before placing furniture we were cutting it very fine! We paid to have an inspection by someone from the timer flooring association as even after the floors being redone, there were blotches and an uneven finish. Not something you expect with a brand new floor! The inspector spoke with A1 flooring as per the process when organising an inspection. It appears the flooring standards are quite loose in our opinion........ and our investment was wasted. And here we are in November with floor boards that are separating in all parts of the house, in full sun, in full shade and everywhere in between!!!!! We organised to have someone come and check out what was happening, the same rude, defensive A1 person from before....... all the excuses about timber being a natural product, the light, not enough air con etc, etc, the movement was huge and according to a second opinion it was because the boards were laid before they were dry enough! His advice to me was to run our evap air con to put moisture into the air, don't mind that it's not hot enough for air con and during the day I'm the only family member home, hardly economical or environmentally friendly...... running the air con to keep my floor boards happy! An interesting response from a company who prides themselves on ... 'friendly & knowledgeable staffs are here to help you in making the best decision for your flooring project.' And so with so many excuses and little ownership of the problem we are taking it to consumer affairs!!! A1 Flooring = don't expect an A1 job!!!!

A1 flooring laid blackbutt in three rooms one of which was a very complex layout. The workmanship was superb,delivery on time and the staff were courteous and considerate. Would not hesitate to recommend them to any potential customer!!

We ordered 126sqm of T/oak hardwood overlay flooring (15mm thick), which my son and I laid ourselves. Big job, but beautiful result in the end. Craig was very helpful with the most important of advice. Most importantly regarding the subfloor prep. We were going down on concrete and needed to lay (and flat sand first) structural 15mm ply, before we could do anything. Mechanical fixings at this point are critical. Was going to Ramset but Graig said NOOO! Need something like a Powers Spike bolt that had to be hand drilled and hand driven. 1200 of them in total. turn out to be easier and less painful than imagined. Ply is now fixed to the concrete forever. BTW use 15mm ply don't skimp on 12mm! if you do, you'll soon know why I have given this insight. Craig sold us the Bostick hardwood glue. Had a fit at the price at first, but after doing my homework, I can see that this was the best investment we could have made. This was a difficult job to do as DIY, and not for someone without skills. I am not from a trades background, so I am not typically the sort of person to do this sort of project. But the result is brilliant and my son and I feel we have achieve something substantial with our floor. BTW., took a week to lay given the extra time we took to carefully select our timber shades and lengths. We went for 10% wastage and had 12 boards left. Connellys were great and I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending them. Thanks guys.

We used Connelly's to install spotted gum throughout the entire home of our current building/renovating project. Their knowledge, experience and expertise was unmatched - knew immediately what Wormy Chestnut was and had a sample...! Their showroom is beautiful displaying various grades and types of timbers. They seem to source the best quality timbers all round! The filling of feature grade timber was executed wonderfully and with respect to the actual timber - no black blobs...! Both Glenn & Greg are a delight to deal with and Roc the installer so efficient and meticulous.... Thank you guys .....certainly surpassed expectations.......

My parents purchased a home early last year and rectifications were necessary with a number of items, one being the floorboards. There were gaps in a number of places. I contacted the company and asked for someone to come out and have a look. The business did act promptly and send out a couple of employees. Upon arrival at the home they stated that skirting boards would need to be taken off, and repainted and so forth. My parents wanted the manager of the business to confirm details and take responsibility for any damage in writing before they agreed to any work. The manager did come out to inspect the work and then proceeded to say that this had never happened to them before and that he needed to consult with the manufacturers. A number of phone calls and text messages instigated by myself or my father later, yet still no acknowledgement in an email of how they were to proceed with our warranty repairs. To this day we are still waiting for this written guarantee and an explanation as to why there were gaps in the floorboards, hence no rectifications have been completed and no communication from the business since before Christmas last year.

I have ordered 2 large sets of wooden floors from this company after seeing their wide range of products in the showroom. After checking many other suppliers, my wife and I settled on the excellent floors we now have in our renovated home. Patrick kept us informed, went out of his way when I had to adjust quantities due to builder’s requirements, and didn’t charge for the adjusted quantity. One order had to come from overseas and he expedited the order and stored the goods free of charge. Delivery was prompt and his laying team efficient, tidy and knowledgeable. Any further flooring we need to purchase will come from Patrick and Aspire Floors. Highly recommended.

I have recently completed construction on my house with your company. I would just like to say thank you to the summit team, specifically Jon Rees my build supervisor and Justin Bryannt and Isabella Carr at pre-start for all their efforts and guidance through my first house build. Through the building process I was pleased with the high standard of service and construction carried out on the property. I have many friends in the building industry who would walk through the house at various stages to inspect the workmanship and comment on the quality of the work being done, along with the cleanliness of the site. Any concerns or queries I had were quickly addressed and resolved. I work away and Jon was able to wrap up the completion of the project ahead of schedule so I was able to be present for the final inspection myself, which was of great comfort as I would be away for the next 28 days. Once again thank you and please express this to Jon and Isabella on my behalf, I will recommend family and friends to consider summit as their builder in the future.

Just wanting to take the time from my end to say thank you to the Summit team for the overall experience that I have undertaken of the past 10 or so months building my new home. Basically when I made the first enquiry I received a phone call from sales consultant Natalie Scott the day after my initial email to New Generation Homes. Which was phenomenal and really put me in the mindset to go with New Generation Homes as I had made similar enquiries with other builders in Perth and didn't get the same initial customer service with responses weeks and even a month or so later. Going through the selection process for the first time and by myself it was a little daunting as I couldn't really put a picture as to what I was selecting and on completion a couple of the selections that Cerys recommended really turned out to be a winner. (bench top selection for the kitchen, paving colour for the driveway and surrounding the house and little details regarding the bathrooms). Her availability via email after hand over of keys is something also that was much appreciated Finally when meeting Brendan and starting the construction process he basically kept me at ease with the overall schedule of the build with his weekly updates and keeping in touch when I had a query or two along the way. It made the process seem quicker because It made me less inclined to go and visit the property as frequent as I may have without the consistent feedback/schedule updates. Once completed and the initial inspection completed by myself there was very minimal corrections that need to be made just a couple of touches which shows me the quality of the overall work. I advised Brendan that I have spoken to work colleagues plus family and friends who all could not believe the quickness of the build but more importantly my description to them the quality of the work . I know of a couple of people who will be looking to build in the next 6 or so months and they most likely will look to be building with the Summit Group. Overall the house design/colours have come up great considering the block is only 400 sqm and I was limited in what I could do on that size. After hand over i have applied some additions, landscaping, fencing and the finished product feels like a home. In the 6 months from handover Cerys was great once again with any queries i may have had and pointing me in the right direction regarding contact with the maintenance team .. A few minor defects were corrected in a quick and smooth time frame by the Maintenance team also. Rob was very helpful in explaining why a minor defect may have occurred regarding my situation (minor grout issue). I waited 6 months after handover before making this review as I felt the 6 months after handover were just as important and the customer service could not be faulted. The day we went to do the colours they were rushed and made us chose the whole house fixture and fittings within 4 hours. The quality of the fixtures were extremely basic and ugly like something from the 80's, you would find better in Kmart. The trick was they give you cheap fixtures and then when you don't like them they refer you to their supplier to give you a bunch of over priced upgrades at your cost. There was no mid range options offered. We sat in a room that was extremely hot with no windows or natural daylight. It was hard to see what you were choosing. This was obviously deliberate just to get the job done as quickly and conveniently for them. I nearly passed out a few times as it was so hot and stressful. I had to go outside to get fresh air. I didn't even get offered a drink and had to go next door to purchase a bottle of water. They then back flipped on the concrete flooring. I had two of their seniors enter the room and was extremely rude and argumentative. I was in tears and traumatised when I left and knew that I could not go forward with them. I lost $3000 deposit but in hindsight it was probably the best money ever spent avoiding this company, especially reading reviews from others. Please avoid these builders. Go elsewhere you won't regret it. The only regret I have is I didn't write this sooner to warn others, I guess that's the good thing about lockdowns. Stay safe everyone even more so by not dealing with this awful company.

I purchased an apartment in off-the-plan building in 2015 in Mount Colah, located on a piece of land between Pacific Hwy and the railroad. The settlement happened in 2018. As an overall quality, the building seems to be ok but the devil is in details. Forget about "luxury", everything starting from the quality of the materials to the work itself is a minimum viable product. Insulation is crap, it is the year 2019 but I have a feeling like live in the building from the nineties. I have a refreshing breeze in my bedroom coming from the CLOSED window. No guest parking for people with disability, they were all given to the residents. You may have a parking slot on one level but the storage cage is on another. Air conditioning unit is in the leaving room, which is not helping when you're in the bedroom, it is hot in summer and cold in winter. One exhausting fan for both bathrooms and laundry. NBN box and ethernet sockets in wardrobe taking heaps of space. Concrete pillar in wardrobe taking 20% of the space and making not usable. The door in the bathroom was not closing properly the guy came and was smashing the lock with an electric screwdriver, didn't fix the issue, I was just happy that he left without "fixing" anything else. The door in the bathroom doesn't have a stopper because of the towel hanger on the wall. It's ok but not blown away. Not at all.

I am most confident in the attention to the structural integrity of the buildings they have built and they take care to ensure that all trades meet the compliance standards. Overall I would commend them as competent and reliable builders. I had a very good quote, to lay Supreme turf in my front yard, and 100 mm cracker dust on my verge. The artificial lawn recommended is beautiful, soft, and a natural looking colour. The verge now looks like a lovely smooth surface to park any visitors cars. The team doing the job were friendly, very efficient and thorough, and took great pains to leave my front yard looking perfect. I would highly recommend Western Turf.

Shopping around I finally met Vin at Western Turf, who identified my requirements and budget and delivered with a 5 star service. Both product and service are second to none and I wish I had met Vin at the start as it would have saved me a lot of heart ache and time. I am so pleased with the lovely artificial lawn and service provided, (something very rare today). Vin is very knowledgeable and cares about his clients and I would highly recommend dealing with Vin. After doing some investigation in 'trying' to order a stonebench countertop from Bunnings, a passing customer recommended to give United Stone Melbourne a call (and I live on Phillip Island!) I spoke with Alp from United Stone and explained what I wanted and where I lived, United Stone was very accommodating with organising a time for measuring plus an installation date!! I was also given a firm price after submitting my plans. I can truly say that this company is not only friendly and professional, but approachable and wonderful to deal with. I just wish other companies would take a leaf out of their book - this would make renovating a home so much easier! A special thank you to Wolfgang and Dimi who installed the benchtops. From the start, care was taken as drop sheets were placed, and they were very respectful to their surroundings (even though my home is not a large one) and their attention to detail and quality was second to none! After speaking to several heating engineers we decided to go with Evogas to upgrade our old back boiler for a new Worcester Bosch combi. We are so glad with our choice and would recommend Ian to anyone. We are delighted with the service we have received, we were never without hot water and he worked in a professional and friendly manner. Ian's quote was clear and itemised so we could see exactly what we were spending our money on and he was able to offer us helpful advice on the best solution for us.

I recently purchased a small 8x4 kennel, the delivery firm was great in giving me notice of time of arrival and delivered all to my back garden thinking i owned a tiger... it had the metal bars on because one of my dogs is a houdini, I erected the kennel myself which was very easy to do, and there is support from Kevin via a tube clip of step by step if you struggle. I pursued my order being i live down the south and able kennels up north as there is very few kennels made to this standard with solid treated timber. the structure and design is solid and I've insulated the sleeping part and put up plastic 1 ft boards for the rain splash backs to keep the run dryer and made a base which will help it last for years. defiantly would recommend buying a base to care for your kennel. my dogs now thing they have a new dry home and are not in a rush to get up on a rainy day like today. I would highly recommend buying from this company and if i had found years ago i would of got my stables supplied too. Thanks kevin Regards Marita Carter.

We needed a horse field shelter in a hurry and Able Timber built, delivered and erected our field shelter within 3 weeks, all as promised. The quality of the shelter is fantastic, and everyone, from the people I dealt with in the office, to the lads who erected it on site were all amazingly helpful and we were delighted with the service. The price was very good and we were delighted to use a local company. Should we require anything further in the future we'll certainly use them again, and would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone. I'm a solo, non-technical founder, so choosing the right developer to build my MVP was essential. I wanted to work with a company I felt comfortable with and could trust. After speaking with a handful of pushy developers, working with Adeva was a breath of fresh air! Katerina (Adeva's CEO) instantly made me feel comfortable and took the time to understand my project and the requirements. When I had to pause our project for a few months because I was accepted into an accelerator, Katerina was extremely accommodating. We were looking for a remote contractor to help speed up development on one of our projects. Adeva found a highly skilled candidate within a few days and had them working with us within a week. The process was very smooth – communication was excellent, expectations were clear at every step, and the contract was very fair. The candidate had excellent communication skills which was important for us being a remote & distributed team. They set expectations clearly, we had a regular chat and they delivered everything required. Adeva have a very relaxed and respectful attitude, both towards us and their developers, and they are a great match for our company culture. We will definitely work with them again.

I ordered for my house and my son's renovation, 2,200 and 1,100 sq.ft respectively. Both orders were received in excellent condition and there was no damage to any planks. The lengths were primarily 6' with a few shorties in each box. We did not have to throw out any planks due to color, warpage or defects. The oiled finish is amazing to look at and walk on. We both have medium size dogs and they have not scratched or punctuated the finish as happened with our previous aluminum oxide, water based polyurethane finished floors. Could not be happier with this product and the service folks at ADM Flooring!

I purchased my ADM flooring, Sunset, 2 years ago and I'm so happy with how they turned out. I looked for two years to find the right flooring at the right price. The European white oak can be expensive; I almost gave up on the look I wanted, then I found ADM flooring. The color and style was just what I was looking for. I recommend ADM all my clients who are looking at flooring. I always tell them to look at ADM flooring before they purchase anywhere else. Great customer service! Whenever I had a questions they were always quick to reply with a solution.

They charge a hefty 35 quid delivery and place a lot of emphasis that if we aren’t in then we will have to pay for redelivery I waited in all day phoned and was told delivery would be around 530. Called at 5:30 obviously they had gone home left messages Saturday left more messages. Unable to get through to anyone at the weekend customer service is terrible. Still haven’t received a call or the items.

I ordered a couple of samples which arrived promptly, I then decided to go ahead with one of them and ordered 11 boxes of Tuscan engineered flooring along with 2 rolls of underlay. All arrived quickly and safely, no issues with any of the wood which is now down and looking great.

Great experience - ordered over a weekend and got a call first thing Monday to arrange a delivery date (Tuesday onwards). Delivery driver text with some advance warning and helped with unloading. No damaged to product in transit, and very happy with the price. Very straightforward. Thanks!

This has been a life-changing project for my wife and I. She is wheel-chair bound and the progressive advance of her illness made the chair-lift to get upstairs to bed increasingly difficult. I investigated the possibility of erecting a garden room extension to provide a bedroom / wet-room for us, that would be wheel-chair accessible and meet the requirements of nursing-care staff. From the initial 'phone enquiry it took Garden Rooms Scotland a mere six weeks to visit the site, understand our detailed requirements, have the unit designed, foundations laid, unit erected and finished both externally and internally to allow us to move in within an incredibly tight timescale. All to budget with a fantastic and cheerful workforce! It has transformed our lives, thanks to Joe and his team at Garden Rooms Scotland. This new design of a Personal Assisted Living garden room will, we hope, be the solution to many other families who need a fast and good-value extension to provide ground floor bedroom/bathroom accommodation. Bird feeder pole/stand arrived in good time. Is sturdy and easy to assemble but whilst the fittings to either hang or mount a feeder on top are specially designed for the job, the poles could well have been taken from the frame of an awning or tent. Not very attractive compared with some supports on the market - which are more ornate and cheaper - though these are not suitable if preference is to mount the feeder on top rather than hang cylindrical feeders from arm(s).

Ordered 2 tonne bags of Cotswold chippings, all arrived in good time in spite of current circumstances. Is now down in the garden.

Ordered over £300 of edging on the 26th April 2020. As of 16th May 2020 I am still awaiting delivery and have received no update since the day the order was made. An e-mail was sent on the 12th May 2020 to request confirmation that the order had been dispatched and an estimated delivery date. As of 16th May 2020 I have received no reply. Unacceptable lack of communication, irrespective of the current pandemic. Following the issues raised above I have been contacted personally by their MD. He was polite, apologetic and has assured me that the order delivery has been expedited. I am satisified that the oversight was simply due to overwhelming current demand, in what are unprecedented circumstances. On this basis I am now happy to recommend them.

Avoid this company like the plague. Customer service is non existent.. We purchased Cedar driveway gates from them. OK when we received them my husband and son in law hung them. No damage was done whilst being installed. Next day there was a large split in the grain of one panel. Contacted the company and we were told they would send a repair kit, A REPAIR KIT for gates we paid £1500 for. I asked to speak to a manager and was told by the girl that she was the best I was going to get. I contacted a director of the company via facebook and he apologised for the way we had been treated by customer service and said he would arrange to have the gates picked up and repaired at no cost to us.He has told us today that he has changed his mind and will not be doing anything of the kind as we had posted negative reviews about the company. Despicable company and only good reviews are acceptable to them. They should be ashamed

I fitted my gates just over 2 years ago. They cost over £800 after a few months they started to rust the powder coating began to flake off I would not recommend this company. Poor quality and expensive.

Ordered a table on May 31, 2019 and it didn't come with all the section cups. Emailed them in June requesting suction cups. They sent me the wrong product. I was told today July 23, 1019 that my request was “far out of the manufacture extended warranty.” How would this order be “far out of the manufacture extended warranty” when it was ordered this year on May 31? This will be the last time i ever order from this company. VERY HORRIBLE

UPDATE 18.05.2020- Gary from GDK has since made contact to try to iron out the issues, hence additional one star on rating. Decent website, prices and gun cabinet was good value for money. Found the right cabinet at a good price, ordering was straightforward. Website mentions surcharges for some areas. I called and asked for price to my postcode, was told no extra charge, which was a bit surprising as I'm in the highlands. Placed order straight away based on that info. 8 working days later, no cabinet. Eventually got hold of shop on the phone. The fella told me that 'nobody had picked up on the fact that a surcharge was due, hadn't processed the order and hadn't contacted me. That implies that there is a team and somebody else may have been responsible. The sole employee (and owner I imagine) then told me that he hadn't said postage was free and that it would cost me an extra £20 to have cabinet sent. Also said he is the only one in the shop so I could only have spoken to him. Fair enough, his voice was familiar from the first call. Why then hadn't someone (him) picked up on the order and processed it in the first place? I was unhappy with the misinformation ref delivery. The order confirmation states free delivery to my post code. I was further unhappy with the poor processing and poor comms. I read reviews after I had ordered (my mistake) and found numerous unhappy customers. It's a shame he doesn't sort out the comms and order processing. Based on the website, product choice, prices and quality, I would have given 5 stars if the order was processed properly and efficiently. Finally, the 5 gun extra tall cabinet is a cracking item for the price. Would definitely recommend the product. Just not the seller based on my experience. It was well packaged and delivered quite quickly once the surcharge was paid.

If you want to paste, then please refrain from going to this website, as you will just waste your time and other people's time. GuidedHacking has its own Bible, from which you will be able to go from absolute zero to a game hacking master. All you need to have to learn from this website is some knowledge of a programming language, and then you are set to go for learning some cool stuff. You will begin off simply, be making some easy trainers and how to use some basic game hacking tools. Then you will move on to some reverse-engineering, which you will need along your way. After that, you will be learning game hacking on more modern games, and you will also learn some more difficult to make cheats. Lastly, you will learn something about advanced game hacking and anticheat bypassing. This is where you become completely independent, and it is all up to you what you want to do with everything that you have learned. I hope that many more people will come and visit GuidedHacking. Our company (a large game server hosting provider) utilized Hivelocity across a few months in 2018 and then again in 2019. TL;DR: Pass on Hivelocity if you are a business. In 2018, we ran 10+ systems before migrating to another provider. During this time we encountered the following issues: - Our account contacts consistently had issues logging in to our control panel and the billing panel. The only explanation was that they were migrating from usernames to emails on both platforms. No-one seemed to be able to fix this or did not care enough to look into the issue further. - Slow ticket response times. In our case billing issues or technical issues took 24+ hours for a response. - Unfriendly pricing models. As the amount of RAM in our systems increased, the cost per GB of RAM increased. Contrary to other providers, purchasing in bulk yielded a higher overall cost in terms of the RAM rather than lowering the cost. They were unwilling to work with us on this. After cancelling our account, our account manager touched on the response time issue, promising a change, and justified that for our specific configuration on RAM, their expense was higher due to difficulty finding the RAM. None of our other providers have this issue with the exact same configuration. A few months after cancellation, they reached back out regarding new locations they were offering. We were interested in two and were told that we would get quotes by Friday that week. Those quotes never came - we ended up sourcing other providers for those locations, which grew quickly into tens of servers. In 2019, we returned as we had need of servers in their area quickly and wanted to utilize their instant provisioning. Over two weeks, we encountered the following issues: - All instant provisioning orders (3 so far) took 1 hour or more and a back-and-forth with support as something always "went wrong" with the order. The support team had to process the order manually. - Login issues. They still don't have this under control. Immediately after creating a new account, I was unable to log in. Support had to reset our password manually in order for us to be able to log in to the billing system. They still used the excuse that they were in development. - Poor response quality. A server for instant provisioning stopped responding later in the day. After sending in a ticket, I received this response: "The server doesn't respond can try to reboot it." And that's it. - No attention to detail. In the same issue referenced above, another representative restarted the server and claimed it was fixed. It was not, as was evident via a traceroute or ping to the server's IP. I asked this agent if he tested this prior to responding to me. 15 minutes later, he responded that yes, he did test it and it was working. Magically, it worked but only after his affirmation that he tested the server. - No willingness to help. The system I've been mentioning has recurring connection issues. Support doesn't seem to want to find the source of this problem - they just want to reboot the system and call it fixed when the IP starts pinging again. This has been ongoing for 9 days now. Hivelocity might be fine for personal use on one or two servers, but if you are a business that is looking for a long-term provider, pass on this one as they do not seem able or willing to offer the level of service required to maintain corporate clients.

They are still operating at same address with same people but different name. No chance of recovering the £1500 they have owed me for last 3 years but I'm going to be watching their every move and reporting them constantly to authorities.

my daughter loved her pack she got this month, she loved seeing what colours she could make with the different primary colours she had.

We tried the bug hunting and bug bingo kits which were great fun for my children age 8 and 6. We took the bug hunting kit on holiday to Spain with us, and the kids had loads of fun trying to capture a very wily gecko! Both kits were great - we all had a real giggle as a family and it was great to see the world through our kids eyes. I'll definitely try the other kits available, and think its a great value for money.

I have used I Gas Engineers for many years now and would highly recommend them to anyone. They are a very friendly, professional group that have always been available to help and guide us with any issues we have had in the past. Excellent 2.5 day course, focused on answering our questions as much as giving chapter and verse on OSC application. Without doubt, trying to apply for an OSC without such help would be a longer, and more expensive, process. Money well spent.

I also completed the ABBE Level 4 course in building thermography with James Hill recently but cannot agree fully with all his sentiments unfortunately. This course is extremely time-heavy, a fact that was not made clear before we paid for the course. Parts of the course material are technically flawed and overall it is limited. Learners are expected to undergo various examinations without very much at all to go on. The marriage between the initial 4-5 day training days, the iRed Handbook, the course submissions, including numerous surveys, and the examinations is poor imo - it is broken and does not work. I have tried to give my constructive feedback to iRed & indeed ABBE in this respect on a number of occasions now. Do not expect to qualify for at least one year. It is a shame, as on paper, this is a good course. I cannot recommend that any building thermographers should take this course - ITC Cat 1 or Cat 2 is much better in terms of timings, course material and examination preparations. My review, which is meant as honest feedback, does not in any way reflect negatively on my course instructor, Bruce Arnold, or indeed any other course that iRed may provide.
