We feel duped. FAR from museum quality as advertised. These are the same quality as one might find at boardwalk “art galleries”. Ordered 4 paintings for a vacation home. Paid over $1,000 & waited nearly 4 months w/excitement for TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT. Did not expect to confuse an expert; but did expect high-end renditions to compliment an elegant room. The paint is so thin that one can plainly see the weave of the canvases from a distance. Because the paints appear to have been applied so sparingly by the artists, the result is a dry and chalky texture, rather than deep layers and rich coloring. One painting has brush bristles embedded throughout the paint. THEN, the framer did not take care to join the frames properly on all paintings, leaving gaps at the corners and opposing carving patterns in the frame design. The comments / testimonials on the company’s website are approved by the site manager prior to publishing. Please take time to read OTHER internet reviews. From our experience, the work is fine if one wants a pretty picture to fill space. However, we could have saved a great deal of money, time and embarrassment by purchasing from an art school or a hotel expo sale, rather than the “museum quality” pieces from this company. The contact person, Lowell, was friendly. However, we had to start pushing for a delivery time more than 3 months AFTER the order was placed and were told that they were waiting for the work to dry. Understandable for a museum quality piece. After receiving the artwork, we would truly like to know WHAT MUSEUM???

In this day and age of poor customer service, Lowell and his staff have proven to be extremely professional and customer oriented, and the oil paintings are of the highest quality. I have purchased four paintings which are exquisite, and the compliments I receive are numerous. I love paintings, that too original artworks are awesome! I wanted to gift my dream painting to my sister who is working in Spain. I did have to phone to see where my order was but never found it hard to get through to them and always most helpful. My print arrived after the call the next day and was well packaged and wrapped and in perfect condition. My only slight disapointment was the colour was not as vivid as show on the site but still very pleased with it.

Have used Art Supplies Online twice to order my father his favorite pencils. The prices are great. Each order took 2-3 weeks to receive, even with priority shipping. Had an issue after I paid for pencils and priority shipping when they sent an email stating they were out of 4 pencils. The email said they would charge me $3 on top of the $9 I already paid to ship the 4 pencils once they came into stock. I did not like the idea of an unauthorized payment on my credit card. Instead of completing the order I paid for they cancelled the 4 pencils off and changed the amount I was charged. I would feel more comfortable using PayPal with this site.

My telephone number is 805.200.8523 and my name is Alex. Please call or text me for an actual and honest review. I have nothing to hide I just read the review by "Miguel" who posted on various websites like Amazon, Google and now this site. He uses different aliases with the same story and pictures. This guy sounds bitter and jaded because of not getting his way. I have done many purchases from this company online and as will calls. They have a clear notice stating a 30 day money back guarantee or 1 year manufacturer warranty. I was nosy and inquired about this recent complain that I read on google and this Site jabber and noticed same story and picture just a different name. I had to inquiry about this complain. It turns out this guy using a different aliases and hides behind a computer is actually doing a disservice to himself and I intend to tell the other side of the story. I also understand under the 1 year manufacturer warranty "Miguel" chose not to return the item for a replacement. Also Miguel refers to this item as a "duffle bag" which he used for a commercial flight and if I am not correct dufflel bags (which this is not a duffle bag) are not meant to be used in commercial flights. This gentleman is angry that ebay and pay denied his charge back of $39.95. I feel very very bad for this guy. He now has to go to various sites and complain. Again my number is 805.200.8523 I have nothing to fear and call "miguels" bluff. Remember people there are 2 sides to every story and just because you use the same story with different name doesnt mean you have the same issue. You have one jaded and bitter individual that was shut down by Ebay and Pay pal for a charge back. Even Steve Kaeser offeredto work with the individual however he uses different aliases. Again please call me at 805.200. 8523 lets put an end to online bullying and actually get both sides of the stories plus facts first.

I bought a duffel bag from this company and it fell apart the first time I used it. A huge hole the size of my head opened on the size and 2 of the 3 wheels broke. I bought the bag on ebay 7/24/16. I left for a trip on 8/19/16 and returned 9/1/16. The first time the bag was used was on 8/19/16, and it started to fall apart when it was used. I could not return it within their 30 day window because I was away from home. When I returned, only a couple of days after the 30 day return period had expired, I tried to return it on ebay where I purchased it from, but they denied the claim despite telling them that it fell apart after only one use. The company has fought my claims with paypal and my credit card company, and refuse to take responsibility for their poor quality products. They hide behind their 30 day return policy as if it's their religion. I have emailed them directly and they only want to give me excuses, such as saying "this bag is only intended to transport fragile photographic equipment by vehicle" and made false assumptions that I abused the bag. They have offered to exchange it, but clearly nobody would want another bag that will fall apart after using it only once. Only a complete refund is acceptable. This company should be ashamed of how they treat their customers, and for the terribly low quality products they sell. They only care about making money and do not care about doing the right thing for their customers.

I was not sure what to expect finding a random website to order custom frames online, but I am very pleased with my experience. I ordered 3 custom frames one of which had double mats. It is very easy to order a custom frame as the only math you need to do is measure the piece to be framed and it does the rest for you. You are able to specify nearly every aspect of the order and get the exact look you are looking for. There are a myriad of options from frame type, mat colors and color to backing boards. Our frames were shipped via UPS and unfortunately one of the foam boards and acrylic were damaged (there was damage to the box in the corresponding location so it was not damaged previous to packaging). I contacted webpictureframes.com and had the issue resolved that day. The personal support assistant called me within an hour and a half of my email to resolve the problem. If I ever order custom frames again I will definitely use this site. The cost is significantly cheaper than the standard big box stores and looks just as good.

Let me start with the short version: If you want to save on picture framing, and have total control of your ultimate product, I cant imagine there is a better place to go. In this abbreviated version, I will add that the packaging is first rate, A+. I counted and I had 24 framed pictures throughout my house with which I had little or no real involvement. Yes, I could look at mat samples, but there never seemed to be the right colors. Besides, you cant take the time to get it just right. Having the ability to get a fairly good idea with their framing tool, combined with using actual samples of mats and frames, and one will find that the possibilities are endless. I could put together something, save it, and return to it later with a fresh perspective. Like with writing, I find great value with such perspective. The biggest problem is deciding which version is the best: such a problem, eh? I ordered three frame packages, two triple-matted and one single matted--yes one does not have to have every picture triple-matted. All turned out very nice, but, as can be expected, the better and more expensive frames do look better. At this time I have three more frame packages that I plan to order. As a last note, two points that I believe can be helpful. The first is with the picture overlay. Using a 1/8 inch overlay with a reverse bezel mat, combined with the shifting possibility of all the parts (backboard, mats, print, acrylic), leaves one little, if any, wiggle room to get the image securely set beneath the mat(s). I would avoid this if possible. The second point has to do removing the backing of the acrylic. My first attempt and I had a real static monster on my hands. After calling WPF, I was advised to lightly dampen the backing and to PULL SLOWLY upon removal. That did work better.

largest digital picture frames with high resolution - I bought the 22 inch LCD to display my photos and I have to say the image is wonderful and the resolution is also the highest around right now. The only drawback is the mounting options. The extension cord stick out of the back and there is no way to mount it flush against a wall. I called the company and they will put a VESA mount on it for you for free, so if that is a concern, give them a call. Otherwise it is a great product. Note there are some funny looking holes on the top of the picture frame, I think they need it for heat control or something.

Great experience. Scheduling was easy, verified my appointment, sent me a picture of the technician that would be doing my job, verified the morning of my appointment, had an earlier opening that worked better for my scheduled, showed up when they said they would. Zach was very professional and polite. He also was the person they sent a picture of- not all companies do this - and he did an excellent job. My carpet looks brand new. We were very indecisive in the beginning but your salesperson, JAY, stuck with us. He came back a few times with new samples and finally we reached a decision. In the meantime, we had other flooring companies come to the house to compare. We went back to smart carpet and are very happy we did. The insulation team was fantastic. They put down the floor in one day and cleaned afterward. Jay followed up to make sure everything went well. Could not be happier with the entire experience. Thank you.

I ordered on 12/15 and their website promised I would get by Christmas Day. I started checking around 12/20 and noticed it hadn't even shipped yet so I called. They have HORRIBLE customer service as you more than likely will have to leave a message for them to call you back. I even emailed them on 12/19 and they just emailed me back today 12/29. Still have not received my candles and they wanna tell me they are sorry, but they were backed up due to Christmas. Well I'm sorry but you shouldn't promise customers something by a certain date and not follow through. I will NEVER buy from this company again. Be warned!

The products themselves smell really good. The candles and the aroma beads. I wasn't too impressed with the wax tarts, but the body scrub was also very good. Items can get a bit pricey. The rings are costume jewelry and a few of them turned my fingers green. They also seem to take longer and longer to fulfill the orders. My current order is now over a week and I still don't have it. These make nice gifts though.

I ordered an item and it was supposed to be delivered in 3-5 days. 10 days go by and no item. I messaged them twice before I received a response and then I got a snotty response with the link for my tracking number for the item. When you go into the link it says it had been delivered 3 days ago. So I messaged again and included a screenshot of the tracking stating it was delivered. I got a crappy response back with more excuses and telling me I could not receive a refund because it was still in transit. Horrible customer service and crappy business practices.

The website is not easy to use. When I enter the item number for something I previously found, sometimes it brings up thousands of options when there should be one. I persisted dealing with it because our kitchen designer recommended it for good quality at reasonable prices. I did receive the pulls and knobs I ordered in a very timely manner. They arrived well packaged and the ones I opened are in good condition. I was concerned that 2 knobs I received were packaged with different names even though they had the same item number, but they were exactly what I ordered. Wide selection at competitive prices. Knobs and pulls are a good solid weight. I chose the Dakota Tuscan Bronze. I have ornate bronze light fixtures in the kitchen and breakfast area. I wanted a simplified design for the knobs and pulls. The color is a perfect match. I could not be happier with my selection. Also, the packaging of the order was extremely good.

I searched YouTube for a long period of time trying to find a solution to a fresh water drain valve leak. The only other option I was able to find was spin welding which is not available in my area. The "Let's talk!" feature kept popping up and rapidly became annoying. I kept closing it but once should have been enough - I did not want to chat! Also, I had to fill out my name and address twice on the order form as it somehow lost everything I'd entered as soon as I selected a method of payment. The Google payment page encountered an error so I couldn't pay that way. The terms and conditions page was "not found" when I tried to read that. All in all, a rather cumbersome process to check out. On the other hand, I did find the knobs and handles I wanted.

Ordering on line was good. one problem Was the street 90 was not a factory part it was cut down and a nipple was glued in. This reduced the pressure rating of this fitting and also increased the dimensions of the overall size. I asked for the proper fitting and was told they did not exist. I know for a fact that they are available. I also asked your rep for factory certification of pressure and factory approval of this fitting. This I did not receive. Age verification, browser alerts, and the way the alert was phrased about needing to enter a password and create an account felt a little bit scammy. Had to google and make sure this was a reputable site first. I'd suggest toning down the css/animation on the age verification (though it was smooth and fast) and making the native browser alerts look more styled to your website. Even on this survey, the bottom message "Your email is safe. It will only be used..." and the green arrow look exactly like scammer sites along with the "shopper approved" graphic. Almost like there's too much going on or you're like "No no we're TOTALLY safe, see!" and trying too hard. Otherwise everything was smooth and went well. Not trying to be critical, just trying to help
