I was very disappointed that you do not offer free shipping. To pay one third the cost of the product in addition was disappointing. It would cause me not to order from your company or recommend you. I ve been shopping online only for many years. This has been the worst experience ever. Don't know where to start. First the shipment took forever. Order the digital canvas bubble print. Once received. The print image was reversed. Buckles and bulging on both top and bottom of stretch. Quality of image was very poor (blurred) craftsman ship was even worst. Totally a different product then online. Been trying to speak with Florent, but he will not call. All I been getting is vague emails. This company is a scam and suggest consumer to go elsewhere to spend your money. Because you will not get what you pay for. Price is raised 30 - 40% more than others. Extremely poor return policies and shipping method. Company that does not back up their product. Just excuses justifications and lies. Then ignore you when you call. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM DO NOT BUY! YOU WILL BE SORRY! don't let the customer service team fool you. The product is what counts. This company is DECEPTION in its best form. Why are you sending me these? The day before the rep was supposed to come out and give me a quote, she called to ask about my square footage (I didn't know, I assumed that was part of the bid) and then told me that it wouldn't be worth their time to come out because I am 'across town' in Smyrna. So, no - I would not use your service again, and would offer a suggestion to not send out surveys unless you actually knew the job was being done. Waste of time for all.

The National Science Foundation (http://www.nsf.gov/). I'd never heard of it before seeing that it gave a grant to Sitejabber – so I thought I'd check it out. Wow. It's BIG. It has a $6.9 BILLION annual budget. That will buy more than a couple of test tubes and bunsen burners... According to their blurb they "are the funding source for approximately 20 percent of all federally supported basic research conducted by America's colleges and universities. In many fields such as mathematics, computer science and the social sciences, NSF is the major source of federal backing." They support all types of engineering and scientific research apart from medical science. And, of course, they support Sitejabber, so they must be generally good eggs. I was mildly amused to find that they had not been reviewed before. Tsk, tsk, Sitejabber team! A little bit of support for those who hold the purse strings rarely goes amiss! I gave them 4 stars to make them feel wanted by the SJ community.

You can not speak to a human, I gave up holding after spending 10 minutes searching for a contact number, then 20 minutes holding. Companies like this should not get away with taking your money hassle free, then make it impossible to speak to anybody regarding your order . It tells you a lot about ASSOS'S company ethos or lack the lack of it! unless you want to take the risk try and buy your item else where with companies that do have a decent customer service where you can speak to a human!

A little about myself, I have been in and around construction for the past 35 years so I understand a little of what should go on and happen in the purchase and erection of most structures. I teach at the high school level and try to provide students with proper information in the construction field and also information as a consumer. CanAm Steel Buildings over all their building is a good product but when it comes to the over all service and support not so much. In the building of my building the fact was pointed out that I had braces missing on the building and so my first response was to call and ask if they would supply the braces that were missing on my building per request of inspection. They said that they would not send these braces because they are not required and so begins the battle of requesting and being denied products belonging to the building. After a period of time in order to get inspected I purchased steel braces and placed them in the building. If I have any recommendation it would be that somewhere along the way the buyer should be able to hold a retainer of some sort in order to protect themselves from this type of dealings. The customer service they tell you is good, not so much and yes I had requested the braces in the proper time frame which they allow you to let them know some thing is missing from the order.

I placed an order the other day because it said 15% off EVERYTHING. So you put the item you want to purchase in your cart and there's an area where you enter a Promo Code to get the discount which shows up when you go to pay. The system accepted my Promo Code, which it won't if the Promo Code doesn't apply to your purchase. Well to sum it up, I went to pay for my purchase and the discount wasn't applied 15% may not be much, but it covers the price of shipping which in a lot of cases is a big deal. So be careful when TSC says it has a discount. You may not get it?

AVOID, AVOID, AVOID. Where do I start, I ordered 2 desks and chairs for next day delivery on 10.05.2020, the desks arrived on 14.05.2020, the order was not complete as I was delivered 2 pedestals and 1 desktop and legs. The wooden desk stand was broken, and I had to glue it to be able to mount the first desk! I have contacted customer services (very hard to get, if you press option 2 they will never answer), incompetent staff and agents, only 1 person deals with your order and other agents do not know/want to deal with your query and if they cannot transfer you to the person in charge they will take your number and nobody calls you back. Today 28.05.2020 I have not received the missing order and as usual useless customer services says they will chase supplier and someone will call-back!! Office Furniture Online blames the manufacturer and the manufacturer blames the courier and I have nothing! The chairs arrived on 21.05.2020 that is very fast for next day delivery!!!!! PS: Office Furniture Online if you see this shame on you! My order is ref 5039930. I will take this to Osmund if no response from you and contact my CC provider.

I had a specific set of furniture that I was interested in and OfficeDr.com was the third company I approached and the only only one that said I could get the set of desks that I wanted (the other two companies said I couldn't customize the desks the way I wanted it). When ordering, Pat was Extremely helpful during the purchase process. She drew a mockup of the desks to make sure that it was what I wanted. When the desks arrived from the manufacturer, there was a problem with one of the filing cabinets. She quickly worked with the manufacturer and resolved the problem. Awesome experience. Ordered two tan eames style chairs on the website and received the order really quick within 2 days, However they forgot one of the wheels for a chair as they don't come fitted. Contacted their support and the next day I received it! Product is great and was happy I ordered the material samples in advance so the colour was spot on for the room!

Recently had a washer serviced due to sensors malfunction. Washer is only 2.5 years old. Not old enough for major service. When calling for service, I waited on hold for over 10 minutes each time. (one time I called and at the call director I selected SALES not service and got right through). Took over a week to an "appointment" for service on site. When calling checking for time of day all I would get was a standard recorded message after my 10 minute hold. I bought Maytag because of the reputation. Reputation is bad and I am redoing entire kitchen and will not buy any Maytag products Service person was very good. They quoted me $149.95. Cost was almost $210. I saw the part. PRICE GOUGHING. I am in service industry and do onsite service. I know what things cost. Job took much less than hour. I HAVE HAD WASHERS FOR OVER 20 YEARS THAT DID NOT REQUIRE ANY SERVICE.

I miss a quick 20 minute cycle, also the computer sensing sucks. I open the lid just so it re-senses and more water goes in to actually wet the clothes on most cycles. The options on the panel don't make any sense. Whatever happened to sm, med and lg fills. It also is hit or miss on spinning clothes out dry. Finally figured out after cycle if its not spun out enough u can drain and spin to make clothes less wet so it doesn't take as long to dry. Unfortunately we bought the MCT so its suppose to last !0 years! UGH!

SQ called me to tell me the worker had made the next size up by mistake and while SQ would not charge me for the more expensive size it would cost $20 extra for the packaging and shipping. Two SQ employees quoted the $20 amount. I was billed $24.99. When the wall arrived it was sloppily packaged with enough tape to require considerable time to unearth it. Then the following: the frame for the wall is made of unfinished wood – not what the photos on their site show (the customer is supposed to paint or stain it and while doing so not get those products on the bricks???) at that price, absolutely not, it should have arrived 100% finished and done professionally; two miter cuts are gap-toothed as if done by a student in a woodshop class in middle school; wood is stapled, with those staples completely visible creating an unfinished look; the flexible LED strip (no brand name, only “Made in China” on the box) arrived with no booklet at all to give some basics about the remote and my box did not have the cord that attaches to the adapter and plugs into an outlet so I cannot use it. Spiritual Quest’s handling of my order has been abysmal. Return it? It is very heavy. At a minimum maybe they will sent the missing cord and booklet for the remote. I will have to live with the over-priced, poorly made wall. UPDATE 6/5/22 SQ called me to tell me the didn't wanted to do business with me, that I had submitted a false report online. The person talked over me, never engaged in a conversation. Abusive.

They never shipped the gift to the client and 5+ months later they tried billing me and randomly shipping it (the note and gift were for the end of the year and specifically for the holidays). Terrible service. We ordered around 10 Christmas tree baubles on 16th December. They advertised 3-4 day delivery and that's what they showed in checkout page. Out of the 10 baubles I onlg received one and it came in broken (more on that later on). After not receiving 9/10 baubles I paid for, I spent time trying to reach customer support and was only told today that they will ship just before new year! Nice one, heh? Told me just a couple of days before Christmas. They also claim that my email order confirmation had contained shipment date, which it didnt and I sent them a proof of thar! Only says 3-4days delivery. Customer service (Chantel) was not helpful at all, trying to make it sound like we missed it in the item descriptions, but it was not there either - we checked. Terribly dissapointed I niw will most likely not receive the baubles we selected with the family in time. They also shipped one bauble in a plain envelope with no padding and to no wonder it arrived broken. I reached out about it and they want the broken bauble back, but expect me to package it securely. Offered me a 10% discount as an alternative :D needless to say I said I would rather take the refund and ship it back if they provide the label and collect it. However, they do not offer item collection so now i need to ho to the post office. I would not recomment buying from this shop. Terrible customer service, terrible delays in shipping, nowhere does it say when it will be shipped and there are no protective packaging for items and then they make it your job to send it back to them after they fail to package it properly. We will never buy from them again and if they do not send those baubles before Christmas, I will dispute the transaction with amex.
