I purchased the 'hot pink' one for my 4 year old granddaughter for a pre booked holiday in February as she had out grown her ride on, she loved it & it was well used in the airport, it made the journey to & from the plane stress free, many people asked us where we had bought it. Packs small enough to go in the overhead locker, she even used it while on the complex. Would definitely recommend, excellent customer service as the first one delivered had a broken zip but was replaced quickly with no problems.

Awful service! Avoid it! Parcel not delivered because i refused to pay a service fee to ups of 80 euros for a return of goods without any commercial value (value 0 eur). Just to make a declaration that the goods have no value and are not taxable... forward2me asked me to pay for the return fees and to pay also to send again the parcel... just ridiculous... [EDIT] their reply: "Hi, Just like the customs charges we cannot control what admin charges UPS apply. But fact remains you rejected the shipment. This was your deisoison as you were unhappy paying the courier admin fees, therefore we are not going to issue any refund. Kind regards Chris" So if you are not happy with paying 80 EUR of service fees for goods without commercial value and being robbed by UPS, it means if you refuse to pay something which is not due, it is your fault... And forward2me won't assist you, on the contrary, they will punish you for refusing to be stolen.

I am not considering to buy anything that is marked as Final Sale from French Connection again and don't recommend anyone else to buy them. The lovely looking coat was very stiff and big and didn't fit me at all, but since it was marked as final sale, I couldn't return it. My money ended up as a donation at a store. Anything online should be returnable because there is no way to try it before buying, so how am I supposed to know that the product wasn't in good quality?

I've bought items from China on other websites before and they took forever to arrive. Some took so long I had completely forgot I bought them by the time they finally arrived. I actually checked on amazon first because I needed a specific set of things really quickly - Amazon didn’t have any of the pasta making tools I needed as it turned out. So I started googling to find a specialist who would hopefully, not only gave the tools I needed but could deliver in time for Christmas Eve.... 2 days away! Pasta kitchen had everything I needed (all in stock) and with a next working day delivery promise. I ordered a leather journal in mail. When it arrived, it had scratches along the golden boarder. It looked like «nail scratches». I got in touch with Pen Heaven and described the issue accurately, attaching pictures. I received a response where they referred to «tones in the leather» that are individual and may vary. But, there was no problem with the letter, I had not referred to the leather at all. So I wrote again, with the same information. I received a lazy response that the same would apply to the paper. They are individual and handmade. The response had typos and didn’t use whole sentences. This seems little reliable, careless and nonprofessional. I sent a further e-mail where I asked them to please sharpen their communication in the future, pointing out concretely these mistakes. I received the response «Sorry you feel this way», instead of responding to the concrete issue or taking responsibility. I can almost just laugh at this point.

The order took 3 weeks and still no order (expected a delay due to Covid) but no update from skinny tan and then after chasing a few times was told it was damaged in transit. No update from anyone until I chased a few times and no real hurry to whip a new one. Still waiting for an update as to when o will receive the new one, if it’s been shipped. Delay understood after chasing but not good to have to chase so much and no update as to when I will receive the goods paid for weeks ago.

I bought it for my mom a couple of mother's days ago, and she seemed to appreciate it. The delivery was good; nothing was damaged, and it was on time. Pricing was a little bit too high for my taste, but because of the effort they go through in order for it to be that technical, it does make sense. 10/10 would recommend for any occasion! Received my piece of wall art today after 2 failed delivery attempts (why do you ship it requiring a signature, this is annoying), the frame was broken on the left side of the artwork causing it to look misshapen. How do you expect the frame to stay in tact when you only wrap the artwork in bubble wrap with corner protectors? It should come in a thick cardboard box.

Have used Art Supplies Online twice to order my father his favorite pencils. The prices are great. Each order took 2-3 weeks to receive, even with priority shipping. Had an issue after I paid for pencils and priority shipping when they sent an email stating they were out of 4 pencils. The email said they would charge me $3 on top of the $9 I already paid to ship the 4 pencils once they came into stock. I did not like the idea of an unauthorized payment on my credit card. Instead of completing the order I paid for they cancelled the 4 pencils off and changed the amount I was charged. I would feel more comfortable using PayPal with this site.

They have dresses,tops and more that you can get the pattern made In custom measurements or standard measurements and they are PDF printable to my desktop printer.This is the best thing I have seen in a while.I can let customers order certain styles and have patters made to order.the possibilities are endless.no more high prices for me.

Their website says you get your customized patterns in 20 minutes after purchase. Until you get an email saying their automated system had a problem and they have to fix it manually. The email said I'd get my order in 24 hours. It's well past that and despite several emails to their "support email" and a couple of calls to their apparently disconnected customer service phone line, I have yet to even receive a response from them. I'll be filing a stop-payment with my bank. This is ridiculous.

Do not trust this site. I ordered the pro package which should include the logo, t-shirts, letterhead, envelopes and business card. All you get is the logo you designed downloaded on various items. In order to have physical prints those are additional fees and they are as follows: The t-shirts are an additional $30, the letter head is an additional $22, the business card is an additional $30, and the envelopes are an additional $70. Just save yourself the hassle and get the basic package and print your own products or use your local printers! There are no refunds!

John adapted our chosen logo for a Yacht Charter business in the UK. The price was good. John talked to me on several occasions to check at each stage the process and concept designs matched our criteria. We have some ideas for the future and may contact him again. I will recommend his company to other people when possible.

The staff ruined the site with the new awful, broken buggy and messy design, deleted all the characteristics that made the site remarkable and now they are unfairly and blatantly forcing us to use it when almost all of us were fine with the old design. It used to be much better at one time than it is now. While some good art can still be found there, it takes more and more effort to find it. The main problems now are that they do little to nothing about SPAM messages, chain-letter type messages and other garbage like that which merely misuse the comment-feature. But the overall atmosphere of the site has declined as well. Only positive and/or popular comments and opinion are allowed; any form of constructive criticism or, for that matter, any dissenting opinion of any kind, is not tolerated and even censored in some cases. It is highly ironic that a website ostensibly for creators to display their work should have evolved into an environment that is so averse to the expression of different opinions. PC Groupthink is increasingly the mindset there.

Armourlite and Isobrite watches are super tough and hold up well under any conditions. Awesome American company out of Florida. Your customer service people were very good and did follow up with me through email. That encouraged me to continue to try to purchase the item although I had troubles with the coupon code for 5 days. Also, I took your recommendation about size - I fit can just fit a 6.5, and a 7 is too big - so I'm glad you had 6.75 - although I don't have any rings of that size.

Great company! My fiance' purchased my engagement ring from here and we just bought our wedding bands as well. They provide plenty of great insight for how to choose a diamond. We are from Milwaukee and my Fiance stumbled upon Koehn and Koehn while looking for my engagement ring, He had nothing but amazing things to say from his experience picking out my ring. We have gone out of our way multiple times now to drive back to West bend because the service has been nothing but exceptional. Shipping was extremely high. Hawaii shipping doesn't have to be as much as we were charged. We use your shirts as employee uniforms and for sipping almost makes us want to shop elsewhere. Initially there was a hiccup with the top of the zip. I contacted ecostinger, who were happy to replace the suit; however I elected to fix it myself by pulling out an extra tooth above the zip stop. The full bodysuit is now great for lap swimming in an unheated pool. I wear a bikini top and compression shorts under it. When I come out of the pool I peel off the suit and slip into my robe.
