RUN - THEY ARE THIEFS THAT PREY ON SMALL BUSINESSES This business is a complete sham. Following their marketing advise my businesses Google My Business page was shut down. I called and spoke to Joshua who assured me he would email me for additional info as soon as we got off the phone and begin working on a reinstatement ASAP. 24 hours later, nothing. So I reached out to Google myself and managed to get reinstated. I then emailed this company asking them to please cancel my contract immediately never got a response. I then removed their access to my Google account. 10 days later Joshua finally reached back out to start working on this issue they caused. So to them it was no big deal for my business to be off Google for 10+ days at a minimum. I repeated to him that I no longer wanted to be in business with them and wanted payments to stop. He told me accounting would contact me right away. A month later and about 15 calls to them and finally they called me back. I went over all the incompetences: 1) Promised 30-40 listings in 2 weeks @ 3 month mark only at 12 2) Promised huge increase in clicks to my website - no increase at all 3) Meeting with monthly team members to help me market my business that don't even know what bookkeeping is so they are of no help 4) Call is always with different person and they just repeat everything and don't even sound like they looked at your stuff until 1 min before they call 5) Every call there was a pitch to sell me more services 6) Getting my Google page removed combined with no rush to correct Lady on phone claims I am on 40 listings now, but if true website clicks would have at least increased and they have actually decreased not increased. I can only guess if true now it is what they rushed to do the last month between asking for the contract to be canceled and ignoring all my calls until finally returning the call today. As my last call a month prior and the day before booted from Google they showed me listed on only 12. Then had the audacity to say the best they could do was $840 still due if I wanted to terminate even though I have only worked with them for a couple of months and paid a down payment. This would be almost full contract. I asked to talk to her supervisor or manager and she claimed to be her own manager. I insisted and she stated she would have someone call me next week. Then when she emailed the meeting time it was at one of the only times I told her I could meet and stated it was with her supervisor. This company is riddled with incompetence and has no problem stealing from fledgling new business. If 0 stars were an option it is what I would give.

Writing this review to let those know of Pandora's censorship. I submitted a Review on a pandora product and service and it was rejected for not "meeting there guidelines" Why you might ask. How about I had a problem with delivery. So sent them a email explaining the situation . Great you might think , response was a generic email. So sent another email explaining a little more clearly what the problem was. It was a very easy one to sort out. . Response the same generic email sent again. It seems like many other reviews. The chance of a human actually reading and responding to customers quires by email is low. Such a shame that your online customer service doesn't match the exceptional customer service I have received in stores on the many occasions in the past when buying jewellery.

I was so exited to receive the present for my friend and I’m glad I received it before she did because it took me about half an hour to get several knots out of the necklace I honestly thought it was going snap at one point being such a delicate necklace just blatantly carelessly shoved into a pack not packaged nicely and knotted I would’ve been embarrassed if she received this before me giving it to her.

They are based in Germany and sell motorcycle accessories & clothing; they had exactly what I wanted at a reasonable price. I ordered on a Friday and the paddock stand arrived the following Wednesday, better than a lot of UK companies. The stand was of much higher quality than I had expected and was packed extremely well, so it arrived in perfect condition. This is the second time I have used them and both experiences have been exceptional.

NO EXCHANGE/REFUND FOR TIGHTS! I have purchased a few items from Gucci, track pants, shoes, and before the end of last year I purchased a pair of black GG tights in Medium. They fit perfectly and quite roomy (I'm 5ft5). I then purchased the beige interlocking G tights in Medium because I liked the black so much. I took them out of the plastic sleeve but didn't try them on as I assumed they'd fit, after all they're the same size, right? Wrong. In comparison these were so much smaller. I tried to get an exchange but I was told they do not refund/exchange tights if they have been taken out of their plastic sleeve! No where on their website does this say that. And how can a customer know they've ordered the right size without trying them on? And how can their sizing be so inconsistent? Despite several emails and photos they are unwilling to exchange for a larger size.

Terrible sales process! If you want to use their API they have a minimum amount before granting access, problem is nowhere is this specified and their sales team will happily waste your time, sending documentation and asking questions, before specifying the minimum amount up front!

Scout TK suffered a common battery fault, Flir agreed an RMA issue and issued the paperwork. Having had to pay nearly £20 to post to the USA, posted at the end of March, arrived there on the 4th April. Flir agreed to replace it on the 20th April but since then it has been a continual series of false promises and worthless apologies and no camera. Customer service is the worst ever.

Faulty NV monocular I sent it in 4 times it never got fixed just sent back hoping I wouldn't notice I guess now it's discontinued and the promised a replacement but that was an empty promise like the others now I got 300 dollar paperweight I will never recommend them to anyone I will actively discourage everyone from buying even a battery of them this whole damn thing cost me some 60 bucks in shipping for nothing to. What a way to treat your customers let alone your fellow countrymen. One of the worst purchasing experiences of my adult life

’ve never had such terrible customer… I’ve never had such terrible customer services as I have received from British Airways over the last week! I have made over 15 calls been disconnected 11 times wrote the complaint email and still can’t get to speak to anyone. I really I’m not sure what to do now! I have a return flight booked from Bangkok to London with only one hour to get on the connecting flight with two children, my daughter has an operation the day we land and we cannot miss the connecting flight. I called them and asked him if we could cancel the first part of the flight they said yes no problem it will be £150 charge they asked if I could do it and they said no the systems were down and to call back I called back two hours later as discussed to then be told that the charge was £750! And I haven’t been able to speak to anyone since they said they cannot deal with this until we are back home I’m not quite sure how that helps me. Signed a truly distressed and upset customer

Due to an absolute refusal from BA to link two connecting BA flights as one had been booked with Avios (which they deny any relationship with despite owning them) our luggage missed a flight to Barbados causing us unnecessary stress and anxiety, e- mailed requesting the return flight to be sorted - no chance - all efforts met with deliberate confusion and deflection of any responsibility . many e mails and contact but to all the other complainers below I can advise that the only thing worse than being ignored by their service staff is actually communicating with them - condescending , self serving and rude. Best advice is to use another provider.

I paid for 2 orders #5822 and #5811 At first everything was fine. But then, Twitter discovered cheating and began deleting cheated posts. I contacted fameseller tech support and asked them to slow down. I was immediately answered "Yes, well, don't worry." And after that, they stopped cheating altogether, although the status in the personal account is "Processing". I write again and got ignored for the last 3 messages, tried to call and write from another mail - to no avail. Apparently these are ordinary scammers.
