I placed an order and two days later, they emailed me to tell me that my prescription had correctly expired. I asked them to hold the order for another week until I could get a new eye exam. After that, I was able to email them a copy of the prescription and they shipped it out immediately! Very, very helpful and kind customer service. I was very pleased at the price as well! Will definitely order again. The only gripe that I would have about the entire process was that while shipping was fast (took 4 days via USPS), there was no tracking number

I ordered an annual supply of Proclear Daily 90 pack contact lenses from 1800anylens because it was the cheapest price I could find after performing an online price comparison. 1800anylens saved me over 150 dollars on these lenses, and I was pleasantly surprised to receive them just 3 days after placing the order with free shipping. The only problem I encountered was that 1 of the boxes was already open when I received the shipment, so I immediately contacted customer service requesting an exchange. I was concerned that they would give me a hard time, but instead, they merely asked me for the prescription of the open box and stated that they would send me a complimentary box! I did not even have to bother shipping back the original box! I am a 1800anylens customer for life!

sorry if it is a let down, but I reserve 5 stars for truly outstanding service. I called in to be sure the item was in stock and they referred me back to order online. That is not exceptional service in my opinion. when you have a customer on the phone or in the store, complete the transaction or risk losing their business altogether.

Very disappointed by Carpisa! I bought a new handbag in December and a few screws came off between February and April. I wrote to Carpisa to get replacement screws, but they wrote back that they could only offer me free shippment on a new purchase and would not send me any replacement parts. Very disappointing! Failed to deliver my item. They blame it on the courier. Ordered a 110 EUR suitcase 40 days ago and still don't have it! I was travelling in a foreign country and needed a suitcase fast, but never got any sign of it. I kept contacting Carpisa asking when am I going to get it (and now since I left the country before getting the suitcase in a local shop I simply want my payment back). Because Carpisa kept ignoring my messages, I contacted my bank and am now awaiting their confirmation for a credit card chargeback. I do not recommend Carpisa! They looked okay (they have a lot of shops worldwide) but their e-delivery and customer service seriously has problems...

Most appaling service & wasting customer time on false errands . Spent £93.10 on a Alien Vape plus extras in store on 23 December 2018 . Returned back to shop on 27 December 2018 item faulty not fit for purpose & not satisfactory quality under the sales of goods act 2015 , Followed their own instructions to obtain replacement / refund , they refused to help at the shop 38 Shandwick Place Edinburgh. It appears that the male staff was confused regarding another customer . The matter is now in the hands of Consumer Direct & Trading Standard for full report . This is now the second one that was faulty from the shop prior to leaving the shop itself .

I ordered 4 pairs of boots on December 9th. Received my tracking number and a verification that my order was “on the way”! The truth is, my order never left the warehouse! The week before Christmas, I started getting concerned, so I called 3 different times. All they could tell me is they were “investigating “ the situation! Needless to say, my 4 grandchildren did not receive their muck boots for Christmas. On December 26th , I received an email that they had canceled my order and refunded my account! Terrible customer service!!!!

I made a card with a photo. I had made a mistake with a word and would have been able to have corrected it when I noticed the error on confirmation email.Also a photo on the back cover did not download even though it was showing on the card before I ordered it. I received the confirmation email 6 hours after the order was received and so the card had already been dispatched. I was told by the Moonpig rep that this happens with Macs and was offered a 50% discount on resending the card. This was a sympathy card so that was not an appropriate result. He also recommended that next time I check with them once I send a card from a Mac for confirmation. Next time I'm using Apple.

I have used candle warehouse only once so far , as I did a search for 9 day candles and found them from candle warehouse ltd. I ordered 100 which came in 2 extra large and 1 large box. 2 days after ordering royal mail had delivered the items to a neighbour two doors away which was a surprise, I didn't expect the order so soon. I have no hesitation in recommending candle warehouse to any one and I will use them again when I need to purchase further items.

I wanted to put in my two cents - I also purchased an SRD370 from them - with extras it came out to ~ $1300 US. My NAZA2 GPS module was also defective as someone else had claimed in another review. I cannot fault Helipal for that, as they do not make the product, DJI does. I received fairly good troubleshooting information from them and quick email response times (within 1 day accounting for the HK and US EST time difference). All said, everything took about 1 week to resolve due to shipping transit times but they sent me a replacement once they narrowed down the issue - at first they thought it may have been the main control board so I had sent that back first. In my opinion, for the breadth of products, competitive pricing, and selection that Helipal offers on their site, the transit time and shipping costs from HK to the Eastern US is a manageable trade-off for me.

I ordered the ninja 250. None of the bolts were locktited. Arm came apart in first 5 mins of flight causing bad crash. Escs stopped working after three flights. Unwrapped escs to find soldering not connected. Had to resolder Flying in any mode that will let you flip or roll is a bad idea. The quad rolls like 6 times and slams into the ground. The body is basically useless and does absolutely nothing to protect the electronics in a crash as it literally explodes upon impact. The remote has sticky throttle. The camera is extremely glitchy. Ive spent more time repairing this quad than actually flying it. I really am beyond dissapointed. It was quite a bit of money to spend on something i could have built three of them with extremely better quality. This product was a complete and total letdown. they dont do refunds which is understandable but i have built more than a handful of quads and flown for a very long time now. It is not pilot error. After reinstalling allnew bolts...having to reflash the flight controller and resolder the escs and flying with no body i seriously should have built my own. Also...one of the motors died on the 5th flight. Very very dissapointed.

This was my first time purchasing a pair from Corso Como website. Along the way, I had few questions regarding my purchase and the customer service was amazing! The pair I purchased is gorgeous! I am loathe to tick even 1 star. 0 would be far more appropriate. I purchased a black glitter jacket to wear over the Christmas holiday. Whilst I expected there to be some shedding of the glitter, I certainly did not expect to cover myself and everybody around me plus the carpets and furniture. The shedding was so excessive that I had to return home to change into something less embarrassing. The staff in the Burton-on-Trent store were obviously speaking from a well rehearsed script to address this problem as was the person who answered the phone in your customer services department. Fortunately I still had the label that was attached to this garment and managed to find the stick on notice that customer services mentioned, well hidden might I add in the inner fold that the glitter may transfer. Definitely not a part of the original printed label, so I assume this is something you have done to cover yourselves from what I can only imagine to be numerous complaints. As Scrooge would say, "Roman Originals, bah humbug." I will never shop in any of your stores again!

I ordered a weekend bag off HotRef as it was 1/3 the price it was on Amazon. At first, I wasn't sure about the order as I had never dealt with HotRef. But I took a chance and am glad I did. Not only did I save about $50, but the package arrived 3 days later (8/28). A day later than Amazon Prime would've gotten it there, but, again, $50 cheaper. Exact item I ordered, no problems with description of the product or what was sent. The only problem I had was that I wasn't provided shipping information until a few hours AFTER the package arrived. Granted, there wasn't a problem in this situation, but I'd be lying if I said I wasn't a little concerned between the order date and the arrival. Excluding that tracking issue, nothing but high marks. 5 stars for HotRef. 4 for their shipping due to that minor issue.

Horrible Experience - recieved 1 of 2 items I ordered. When I called about the other item that did not ship (which was to be a birthday present), I was on hold for customer service for 15 minutes. When I called back and seleceted "place an order", my call went right through. Customer service person stated that should have indicated that the items would be shipped seperately. When she checked on the item that did not ship (she found that it was out of stock) but still listed on their website. They (hopefully) are in the process of refunding my order - but needless to say, I will never order from them again!

Everything yoga was the only place I could find good yoga clothes for men with a great selection of styles to choose from and easily navigatable. I know I will be ordering more from this site. I'm glad someone has finally considered providing something for men in this market. Thank you!!!

We purchased a dress, shirt, and collar for $137.60 on on 1/16/15, which we paid via credit card. The company contacted us telling us that it would be two months before they could ship the item. We accepted those terms. On 4/14/15, after we contacted the company several times, we were told the they would ship the product "after the May day holiday." On 5/11/15 we contacted them again and were told that they could no longer deliver the product: "Sorry,we just contacted to the seller again ,they just told us they haven't got the cloth to make the items and they will not on sale recently ,could you change to other items or accept a refund ?" At this point we accepted the refund request, but they would not refund to our credit card: "Given that this order is more than 3 months ,we can't refund to your card directly." We had to provide them with our bank account information, something I was not at all comfortable with, but gave them the account information. Since then, we have been told 4 times that they will refund the money "ASAP," but they have not. They have stolen our money and drug this out for almost a year. I have no recourse, and at this point I don't expect to see my money again.

I ordered 1,000 oral swabs from them and only received 980. I emailed them and got a reply that they would send out the 20 pieces replacement. As of today, I still haven't receive it. I called and it went straight to a mobile phone's voicemail. Of course, I left a message. In addition, I emailed customer service and they didn't bother to reply it. I am done doing business with them and JDCSupplies is not even accredited with Better Business Bureau.

I have nothing bad to say about the users (buyers/sellers), most of them (9/10) are really nice and professional. The company (Tradera) on the other hand.....OMG! Once the buyers have paid it can take months to get your money and Tradera with lie right in your face about the reasons, they have no shame. It's is definitely not the same company as 10 years ago. Beware, they do not hesitate in sending you false invoices and hoping you will pay due to scare tactics. -------------------------------- Swedish -------------------------------- Handla/sälj inte här längre, det är inte längre samma företag som tidigare. Människorna som säljer/köper där är OK eller till och med bra men Tradera som företag har en helt annat mentalitet nu. De skickar bluff-fakturor och betalar ibland inte ut pengarna som man sålt för. I bought a dress from IfitDress in a size 4, and it came fitting horribly, far off what any normal size 4 would fit. I tried to return, but the rude stagg at IfitDress told me I needed to take pictures of my daughter (who is underage) in the dress before they would accept a return. I would never send such pictures in a poorly fitting dress that shows a lot of skin to a bunch of potential perverts in China. NEVER BUY FROM IFITDRESS.COM !!!

We bought 3 birthday cards from Clinton’s in Braintree. However due to unfortunate circumstances the birthday was missed. We have been using this shop for over 20 years. Felt sure that they would take the cards back as in perfect condition still in the plastic wrapping and Clinton’s bag with the new logo. Now bare in mind that they ask you at the till if you want the receipt to save paper I also didn’t want to just chuck all that in the bin. Saving the environment and all that? Also I assumed that customer service would be top notch as aren’t we meant to be saving the High Street stores? No chance. So I rang customer services feeling my complaint on all these levels perfectly valid. What a joke. The girl couldn’t hold a conversation how on earth she has a job in customer services. Probably getting paid peanuts......Using MOONPIG every time from now on. Don’t even have to bother leaving the house! Well done Clinton’s. Looks like you are doing a brilliant job. Remember that time you where all nearly made redundant? Watch your backs!

Went into Clinton's at the mall in Bristol this last weekend. 2 assistants were at 2 tills, one on her mobile phone the other serving a customer. Once the customer left it was my turn. The girl hardly spoke to me instead she carried on a conversation with the other girl about doing extra hours: the girl who was on her mobile said one of the girls she interviewed and offered a job to didn't show up so she could maybe have those hours. In between their conversation the cashier asked if I wanted a bag. She then told me the amount and asked if I'd like stamps. I said no. She continued talking to her colleague whilst my purchase was progressing. I almost had to stretch over to get the receipt! Shame because Clintons have a fab selection of cards....they just need to up their service to avoid losing customers!

Honestly I haven't even had the time to fully open the rug. I opened it a little and noticed how soft it is and I actually pulled on it to see if it would shed and it didn't. However, I was under the assumption that it was All navy blue not mixed with aqua blue so I was a little bummed about that. I'll just adjust my colors a little in the room the rug will be in! This red wool rug is sooo soft and sqishy. I love walking on it. It is like a massage for my feet!! The wool strands are thick and plush, and looks to be very well made. The color is accurate on their website, on my monitor, a very rich, deep true red. No orange undertone.

do not trust payment to XIQIN WANG,this is a parsonal account ,i send money to it,but he just disappear ,20days later i got in touch with them.but still not any news about my money.some other shop dont do that,they even have free paypal fee,keke charge 5% but paypal only charge us 3.9%.its slowly too always takes about 8days to ship out order,when i ask for tracking numbet ,they keep lieing ang lieing.

I have never had such wonderful customer service in all of my years of shopping either online and in a store. I purchased a pair of shoes that got stuck in customs and exceeded their delivery date. I emailed Robert from customer service and he answered me back within 2 hours assuring me they'd arrive safely that week. About 2 weeks later, I had inquired about having the option to order another pair of shoes in black instead of the child-size white. Robert emailed me back and spoke with production, and actually alerted me that he had changed the option on the website so I could order them in the color I wanted. If you ever have any problems, email Robert from customer service- HE IS WONDERFUL!!

I was given 2 pairs of these by a good friend over 2 years ago. I have LITERALLY worn the from Bangkok to Base camp. Meaning from the tropical humidity of Thailand's northern jungles to trekking in the sub zero temperatures of Everst Base Camp trek. I have used them as swim shorts too. Can't recommend them enough.

2UNDR are easily the best male boxer briefs on the market. The elastic waist band and boxer material are soft, comfortable, durable, and secure. I sometimes forget that Im wearing boxers at all. The swing shift pouch for your boys feels incredible. Once you have a pair its impossible to go back. My only complaint is the cost. 30$ for one pair. I typically wait to buy out dated stock on sale.

InXpress Chorley I would like to thank InXpresss Chorley (Paul and Sally) for their excellent service in resolving an issue in regard to receipt of a damaged fireplace delivered to Spain which was signed for as "Unchecked" and therefore deemed by the insurance company to have been received in good condition and who declined to accept my insurance claim. I have been buying clothing from this company for a year now. I even brought things at Xmas time and they were delivered within eight days. Some of the clothing from 9goods is replicas but damn good ones. Other items are originals which you can tell by the quality of the merchandise. I reccommend this company to everyone that asks where did I get those shoes. I have brought the exact tennis shoes that are selling in the stores for $160.00 for $35.00 from 9goods.

I ordered a sweatshirt mid December and now its Jan 25th and I still have not received it. I have called the toll free line twice but you can't speak to anyone. I have sent many emails asking where the order is and all I get is a canned email response. I paid through pay pal, so I guess I am going to have to dispute the charge since I do not have my merchandise. Poor customer service as obviously something has gone wrong with the order and no one wants to help me :(

I recently ordered some Christmas presents from here for my partner, including some joggers and a long sleeve tee. The clothes are incredibly comfortable, and he loves them. The joggers are just the right size, and the top is super baggy (in a good way). They're his new favourites! This company does dropship, and the clothes come from China (which I wasn't aware of before). This meant I ended up with a £30 bill from Fedex since I live in the UK, which I really couldn't afford. I contacted the company via their email, and they have since refunded me for half of the handling fees! I would buy from this company again as I love their selection of clothes, just try and check which courier is delivering your items as FedEx will overcharge you for handling fees!

I bought one barcode tight, and a canvas chain jogger...etc about a year ago. The products look nice, almost identical to the advertising pictures. However, the durability of the products is low. The sewing started to tear apart in the first few months, and the bottom of the jogger started to fuzz up. Overall, the products are overpriced for the poor quality Ps. Fairly well customer service, respond on time

I have owned 3 pairs with no issues, however my current pair broke at the toe strap. I contacted them about a repair or replacement and sent some photos showing the sandals. They informed me that it looked like I got them wet and that's why they failed. Really? They have deck soles for sailing and no where on their website does it say that they should not be used in wet conditions. I pointed this out to them and they did not reply, my poor review on their website also was not listed. Don't buy them if you are going to sail, fish or go to the beach, because they don't stand behind their product...

I have never bought trousers of such a bad quality. Wore them first day and saw that the pockets started ripping. Sew them. Wore two days, the holes became even worse. Was really disappointed paying 26£ for the pair of trousers that ripped on my ass straight after I dropped on the floor a lid and tried to get it. Funny but sad. The worst quality I had ever seen in my life. I do not think there would be any more attempts to go shopping in pull&bear. If you want to spend your money wise - spend it on jeans&trousers that are more expensive in better shops that would serve you longer and would be in excellent condition.
