My first order was on back order, I called and they found me replacements and shipped them immediately. They came in a few days later which is amazing as I live in Alaska. Sadly they were a tad too small so I called and re-ordered and the nice young man I spoke to arranged to have them shipped to the address I will be traveling to next week. The shorts I bought from Cooltan are comfortable, and they're made out of a very nice feeling material. They don't have any inside liner, which is what I like. I live in Arizona so I swim constantly- during the summer almost every day. These have held up to all that, and still look and feel great so I am happy.

HORRIBLE!!, NEVER AGAIN!! will I spend my money with Dudes Boutique, they are deceptive and they'll tell you what you want to here to get your money and screw you over. I made a $1800 order with Dudes Boutique back in March 2022 for three pair of Mauri shoes which was suppose to take no more than three months, in July 2022 five months later two pair of shoes finally arrived in total shock that after five months I received one white pair of shoes that were stained from glue used on the shoe depite the shoe looking like a used shoe poorly manufactured as shown form the pictures down below, the second pair which was suppose to be all red were half assed and not what I ordered, and a third pair that I still have not received. After contacting Dudes Boutique with my issues they told me to send the shoes back with a provided shipping label and they would handle the issue and get everything back to me promptly, two months go by and I did not here a word from them, so I filed a claim with my credit card company to get a refund. Heres where the deception begin the shipping label and tracking number that they provided me to ship the shoe back showed that they never received the shoes back although they had them my card provider refused to issue me a refund for my $1800, at this point i'm forced to try and work something out with Dudes Boutique cause now they have all my money and I have nothing to show for it. They agree to give me a $844 refund for the pair of shoes I did not receive and the shoe that I sent back would be corrected and sent back, needless to say I received the same red and black shoe I returned that was incorrect and the same poorly manufactured and stained white shoes that looked worn with $844 and it's December 2022 ten months later! Not clear if I got free 2 day shipping like the sign up thing on the front page said I would, so if possibly please make sure it is 2 day shipping like I was inclined to believe due to the sign up box. I used the code from the auto email when I didn't buy this shirt at first, so might of been wrong code, but I didn't see an email with the other.

Gals I choose (my first buy) the 4-ply Katherine Crew Neck in Chocolate. I got size-36 but a 38 would be better, cashmere tends to run small. I am slender and toned, narrow shoulders 36-B bust. I am age-74 have several vendors cashmere. This is the best of all. Neckline stretches slightly to easily open, others do not and gape after a lot of wear. It feels sturdy not fluffy, its silky-soft, and its got a slight faint lovely sheen. The color is rich and pretty. I am eager to own more, like an olive-green 4-ply with front pearl blend-color buttons, a cardigan. Excellence is this company's product and customer care... I am Proud to own Isle of Cashmere. Shipping is well done and quick, got it in time for my holiday trip. Also, it was the e-mail about the Sale that prompted trying and affording such luxury at my age and medical reality, that causes chills and a need for a cashmere-hug....Lady Lynn Xmas 2018

I used Oxi fresh for the first time yesterday I could not be more pleased. Charlie was efficient and through. All the carpets including stairway, landings, closets look great, feel great and smell Fresh. He also cleaned large chair cushions which look brand new. Great experience. Scheduling was easy, verified my appointment, sent me a picture of the technician that would be doing my job, verified the morning of my appointment, had an earlier opening that worked better for my scheduled, showed up when they said they would. Zach was very professional and polite. He also was the person they sent a picture of- not all companies do this - and he did an excellent job. My carpet looks brand new. Sticky9 is great - I've used them when they were under the name stickygram and again after they renamed to sticky9. I bought magnets each time - the first time I used them everything was fine. The second time they accidentally sent me the wrong magnets. I wanted to use them in some Christmas gifts so I couldn't wait for them to send new ones since by the time they'd arrive it would be too late. They still sent me new ones but they gave me a refund for the error. They ship pretty quickly, the magnets are good quality and they are super cute - they're a great idea for stocking stuffers since you can make multiple pictures and give them out individually.

I ordered a set of classical magnet, which was supposed to be a part of a weddig gift for my friends. It didn't arrive, so I e-mailed the customer support and they reordered it for me (free of charge), which meant 2 more weeks to wait, so of course I couldn't give it to my friends on the wedding, but anyway. Then this second order did not arrive either, so I asked for a refund, which they completed immediately. They said it must have been lost by the post (and offered to mail it to some other address), but I doubt that the same thing can get lost twice in a row, and nothing I ordered before has been lost until now. I must admit, that customer support is very helpful and replies very quickly, but besides this I don't find them very reliable.

I have a lot of their skincare products; Irish Mud Cleansing Gel, Anti-Aging Cleansing Gel, Water Drench Cloud Cream Cleanser, Ultra Rich Body Lotion, Cucumber Gel Mask, and Water Drench Hyaluronic Cloud Cream. I like to adapt my cleansers to the way my skin feels before cleaning, so I use a lot of different ones. All the PTR cleansers are great, though the Irish Mud one is my fave. It leaves my skin looking super clean and if I use it with the Hyaluronic Cloud Cream when I feel a breakout coming, it reduces the reaction. Their Ultra Rich Body Lotion is true to its name; rich and creamy, leaving my skin feeling luxuriously pampered after use.

I have been using St. Ives facial scrubs for years now I've tried their apricot green tea coconut and even coffee scrub. I think they can do exfoliate my skin very well the only down part would be I feel like the scrubs micro balls scratches your face as I've heard.

who in their right mind, in this hastened life we live in, design a shampoo bottle with a 30 degree angled top? I will bet all the execs at Dove have a bottle of shampoo upside down in their shower! Who would wait 5 minutes for the product to come to you? My wife had bought a bottle of 'nutritive solutions' and I couldn't decide whether to throw it in the trash or return it. Stupid design. I'm going to another product for shampoo.

horrible both times. I even gave them a second shot after the first let-down. I waited over one week just to find out that my order was not even going to come meanwhile they billed me. The woman on the phone told me the items were damaged and returned. You would think someone would notify you if something like this would happen. I never even received a confimation of shipment or tracking number. second time was the same. This site is horrible. When you call you will wait on the phone for at least 30 minutes. I'd rather pay more just to not go through this.

The product I need is incredibly difficult to find. I am grateful Brighton Beauty Supply.com has it. I can ONLY find it at Ulta and they rarely stock it. That's frustrating. I was able to get 10 from BBS.com at almost 1/2 the cost! When my order was "still pending" 3 days after I ordered, I email them to get an update. They responded immediately and said it would be out in 2 days. I got it on the day they told me I would. I will definitely order from Brighton Beauty Supply again. Now that I know it may take a week or so, I will simply order it before I run out!!! Good customer service, quantity I need at an excellent price! Thank you!

I want to make a review judging just on a one product. I have been using this mask for the last few weeks. It does an amazing job at moisturising my extremely dry skin. You need a very little amount for your whole face. I use this as a sleeping mask once or twice a week, my skin looks smooth and plumped the next morning. I love their products but they have made it rather difficult for people to shop outside the US. The American site doesn't take international cards and if you want to shop in the UK, you ought to pay $30+ in delivery, plus taxes on top of the original price which is just a huge turnoff. Haven't had a similar experience with any other store and if their products weren't cruelty free which is a must for me, I would've ditched them entirely for other brands.

I wanted so badly wanted to love these products. They don't go on smooth, they do not stain my lips, but they stain my skin around my lips. They are so very dry. Literally the worst lip product I have come across. Additionally, I have to pay for the shipping to send the products back so I'm just going to throw them away. The makeup remover wipes also smell awful. Just a bad experience all around. Whatever advertisement agency they use on Instagram is genius, but false.

I've never seen better quality make-up for this price point. The eyeshadows are highly pigmented and have virtually no fallout. The eyeshadow primer is a super light-weight and long-lasting formula. The lipsticks stay on for HOURS even after eating/drinking, and are also highly pigmented. I get my products in a reasonable amount of time. I have nothing bad to say about this company

Pretty cool device but I think it is really scammy how they make you buy one and get one free for 3 payments of $39 bucks while advertising a $14 free trial. Give me a break.... free trials are all over the internet now. Too bad companies resort to such marketing techniques to sell their products rather than letting the product speak for itself. I bought one thinking yay I won't have to spend so much time on volume for my flat hair...I was wrong if you have medium to short hair it doesn't give it the body it needs because it doesn't get a curl all the way around.If you have long hair it will do much better.Medium and short hair should stay away from this product.

I never received my order. Several months pass, and suddenly I get an e-mail from customer service stating that they "tried to contact me via e-mail several times" (this is not true. I checked my e-mail thoroughly and found nothing besides the original confirmation and this new e-mail) and that my shipment had been returned as undeliverable, even though I had provided the correct address (which no other company that has shipped me things has ever had an issue with). I very nicely asked them to just resend the package. The next day I received a notification from Paypal that I had been refunded, and then one minute later an e-mail from customer supper saying "accounting just let me know they already refunded you sorry it's too late to resend" - obviously this was a lie, because the refund was it was timestamped literally 1 minute before. Someone was just too lazy to set up a new shipment. Also, how is it NOW suddenly too late when they waited 3 months to contact me in the first place? To add insult to injury, they took $10 off the total paid from my refund for "shipping", which was FREE in the original order. Are you kidding me? I am never ordering from these people again. They are incredibly unprofessional and blatant liars. Do yourself a favor and avoid this website.

Goods tend to be expired and or close to expiring. They have a problem with diverting goods and not paying vendors on time so don't be surprised if you see an offer too good to be true, you probably won't see it again for that price. Some of the goods come from unknown sources so don't be surprised if the product you received differs from what you purchased in store.

I had negative experiences in the past; especially with overuse of pare and packing materials (kinda disturbing from a self-proclaimed environmentally-sensitive samples and company), but the last 2 orders were much better. I had an issue with a non-working promotional code on my last order and I contacted customer service via email. The rep not only corrected it, but asked me what my personal preferences were for samples and sent me a great little package of product. She even emailed a second time to let me know some of the products were out of stock. I hope that Aveda continues to treat all customers this way.

I haven't had long hair for years, and this body wavy hair extension just rekindled my love of long hair. So far, so good. I washed it as soon as it arrived. I was surprised that there was no harsh smell, in fact, it has a very neutral smell and I love that. I have friends who have bought hair in different places and have told me that the ones they buy sometimes comes with a strong smell. This one is just perfect. I purchased the relaxed texture hair, while it looks natural, it is constantly shedding throughout the day. It also does not hold curls well at all, it is best to purchase if you are going for straight styles. Not helpful when your hubby loves to see you switch it up...

I ordered a wig, they sent an email that the color I wanted was out of stock OK fine.. I called the next business day to change it to another color that was in stock. Two days pass and I get no email saying the item was shipped so I called them and they tell me the previous rep did not change it in the system that I changed it to another color. so I cancel my order altogether. Divatress and Black Hairspray both the same business. They have always delivered in a timely manner. I have been a customer for five years. I read someone say they had a UPS problem. Have UPS deliver your items to their UPS Store or shipping site for pickup. Very easy and package is safe. Postal Service is excellent for regular shipping which is what I use. You have a choice!

I ordered a wig from hair sisters. Paid through my amazon credit. The only notification I have is from amazon stating that hair sisters have their payment. 3 days now I have NOT heard anything from hairsisters. I logged in to their website. I can not find any information about my order. I have emailed them twice, no response. The number they use with amazon is not in service. This is my 3rd attempt and last to do business with hair sisters. They are aweful.

We are so happy that I booked Living Dolls Makeup Artistry to do my big day hair. She was so easy to get along with and was extremely patient in doing my trials and was willing to test various hair styles. On your day of the wedding, Living Dolls Make up Artistry showed up to my house early to produce with her assistant (who has been as well great! ) and they got right to work as there were 10 of us getting our hair done which morning. They were so efficient because of their time and everyone looked lovely! My hair looked even much more beautiful than I pictured and yes it held up great throughout the full day. I would advise Living Dolls Make up Artistry again and again to other brides!

The site is really helpful with informative information about each wig. the main reason I even started buying wigs from Cysterwigs was because of TAZ's informational, upfront reviews. This store has morphed, with evident growing pains of a greedy adolescent. I lost 40.00 on a transaction - for a $230 wig with no coupons. Then they wanted another 40.00 to reorder the same wig in the original desired color. If you are not sure about a wig, don't buy here. Returns are not 'easy' but stressful, time consuming and very costly. More often than not, STOCK is 0 or low as wigs are not 'in stock' - they are only A broker. *read the fine print - as things have changed there - not for the better.

Absolutely will never order from them again. Be warned that they don’t charge tax till after you place your order. This would be fine if they just charged the additional tax, but no; they charge the entire order a second time. So if your order was $500, they would charge the full $500+ tax, so you could have over $1000 debited from your account but in a pending status. The charges won’t fund or clear till the order ships. Which if you have back order items like I did? Can take weeks. So you can have pending charges for weeks as well and have your money tied up unable to use. I had to call to get the first charge dropped when I got the second charge. They didn’t automatically do this, which you would think would happen. I then cancelled the order bc I was told my order wouldn’t ship for 5 weeks. Leaving the pending charges on my account the whole time. RIDICULOUS! This entire transaction was not worth it.

I placed an order two weeks ago and have been following up to see why it hasn't dispatched I was told that they need to cancel the order and resubmit it and it will take another o e and a half weeks to deliver it to Florida. And get this that's if they have it in stock. If I didn't chase them I wouldn't get this information I can't believe they run such a sloppy operation Find another supplier who tells you upfront we don't hold stock, have no idea of stock levels and will take weeks to process your order

First of all there is no phone number to be found at their site in order to contact them, everything has to be by email! Their return policy and customer service is ridiculous. If I had read these comments before I would have never purchased anything from them. Their system had a glitch and I emailed them to cancel an order and they wrote back saying they had cancelled the wrong order. Something so simple! Now they are sending me the wrong orders and to top that I have to pay the return shipping PLUS there is a re-stocking fee. I would never ever again purchase anything with them!

They sell items designed to care for someone experiencing traumatic surgery yet their return policy is insensitive, impractical and arduous. Let me explain. Curediva has a 30 day return policy which starts running when an item is received, even if it is received in advance of surgery. If you decide to make a return, there are many hoops to jump through including calling for pre-approval. In my mother's case, her items came 2 weeks pre-op which meant she had 2 weeks after her mastectomy to decide whether she needed the items. This was not what she needed to be thinking about in those early weeks! The items were expensive and not needed, so she wanted them returned. When we called for pre-approval, it took over a week to reach an agent. We were successful only after sending an email that we were going to contact the credit card company to reverse the charge. The experience created tremendous stress for my mother. The gifts were meant to give her comfort, not aggravation.

I have ordered Jobst 30 40 mmHg stockings in the past and had no problem with the fit. However, this pair (regular size) is much too long. My height is 5'2.5" and hoped to get a shorter length, but there was no option for that. They bind my thighs and my ankles so much that swelling occurs below the tightness of the stocking. The 20 - 30mmHg fit much better and were half the price! Go figure. I will discard the stronger compression stockings and look for another vendor that will offer them closer to my height.

I received my order much more quickly than I expected. Nice surprise. The pantyhose work even if I struggle to get them on! Because I have an iliosotomy apparatus I would like the opportunity to special order as I did the first time I used Jobst stockings many, many years ago. I would particularly recommend the pantyhose for women who have very large thighs as I do.

Towa cosplay I ordered made to measure jacket and pants fit fine but the shirt was definitely not to my sizing and way to tight the collar was pressing against my neck was choking me, customer service was terrible offered me 10% off the item I purchased. Wouldn’t recommend buying from them if you are after custom sizing, even tho they were at fualt and admitted it saying the 1-2 inches different by hand. The only reason I’m giving 1 star is because it arrived on time. It’s nothing that is advertised, the fitting is horrible, the material is something I could have purchased at the dollar store and the jacket looks like a a cheap piece of silk for a robe. Absolutely the worst purchase made and I will not be a returning customer. I reached out to do an exchange and although it wasn’t a special order nor did they require measurements they refused to do an exchange or return. Terrible place for ordering cosplays!!!

Do not shop with Tokyo laundry! If you need to then look on amazon, eBay and other retailers selling the product . The customer service is appalling , 0 communication. Delivered my parcel to the wrong address. Hermes actually left it in the middle of a street and told me it was posted through the letter box. I mean this could be my word against there’s but they even took a picture of my item in the middle of a road in the pouring down rain. Yes this is Hermes, and I know Hermes have a bad reputation for this, but Tokyo laundry refuse to claim responsibility for this. Spent £51 on a coat and a pair of socks I never received with no refund. Merry Christmas and please be aware of the risks shopping with Tokyo laundry!
