The order for two Pelican coolers, 65 qt. was made 4/29/2014 and we were told that we should receive the coolers in 2 to 4 weeks. Since then, we have called several times to check on the status of this order and were told we should receive them soon. It has now been two months and we have not received the coolers. We are not happy with the service regarding this order.

I ordered 4 pairs of boots on December 9th. Received my tracking number and a verification that my order was “on the way”! The truth is, my order never left the warehouse! The week before Christmas, I started getting concerned, so I called 3 different times. All they could tell me is they were “investigating “ the situation! Needless to say, my 4 grandchildren did not receive their muck boots for Christmas. On December 26th , I received an email that they had canceled my order and refunded my account! Terrible customer service!!!!

I made a card with a photo. I had made a mistake with a word and would have been able to have corrected it when I noticed the error on confirmation email.Also a photo on the back cover did not download even though it was showing on the card before I ordered it. I received the confirmation email 6 hours after the order was received and so the card had already been dispatched. I was told by the Moonpig rep that this happens with Macs and was offered a 50% discount on resending the card. This was a sympathy card so that was not an appropriate result. He also recommended that next time I check with them once I send a card from a Mac for confirmation. Next time I'm using Apple.

I used to buy my scrubs from another store but now that I've found Murse World I'll be shopping here from now on. I bought the wrong size by accident and they exchanged them for me without any hassle and even paid for both the return shipping and the shipping of the right size back to me. Was advised that item was not ready on day it should have been and told it would be a day later, which for personal reasons did not suit and I would not have gone ahead with the works in first place if this was the case. I clearly straight away after receiving the text message saying I don't want the work to be carried out. Didn't hear back and then next day, I then get a text saying the item is ready for collection but for me it was too late as i had missed out on my function/event i was going to (Hence having the suit altered) and had to drive to London to collect another jacket from a friend in order not to miss out on my plans. They ignored my cancellation request. Not happy to then have to pay full price for something I didn't want carried out and gentleman in shop simply said "well, its done now" Wont be recommending them!

Sick staff happens to all, but an email or text message to say the order would be significantly delayed would have managed expectations a lot better.

I own several pairs of Corso Como shoes and I'm truly in love in each and every one of them. The design, quality, style and comfort - are superb! This was my first time purchasing a pair from Corso Como website. Along the way, I had few questions regarding my purchase and the customer service was amazing! The pair I purchased is gorgeous! I just needed to size up half a size and the customer service was absolutely the best! Now I can't wait for my wedges to arrive so I can wear them until the very end of this warm season! The items ordered came within 3 days the service was excellent , one of the items wasn't in stock so I was immediately sent a replacement and was promised the other item free if charge as soon as it came into stock . I lost my real wedding set of 30 years about a year ago. We'd spent thousands ... and now it's gone. I am loathe to tick even 1 star. 0 would be far more appropriate. I purchased a black glitter jacket to wear over the Christmas holiday. Whilst I expected there to be some shedding of the glitter, I certainly did not expect to cover myself and everybody around me plus the carpets and furniture. The shedding was so excessive that I had to return home to change into something less embarrassing. The staff in the Burton-on-Trent store were obviously speaking from a well rehearsed script to address this problem as was the person who answered the phone in your customer services department. Fortunately I still had the label that was attached to this garment and managed to find the stick on notice that customer services mentioned, well hidden might I add in the inner fold that the glitter may transfer. Definitely not a part of the original printed label, so I assume this is something you have done to cover yourselves from what I can only imagine to be numerous complaints. As Scrooge would say, "Roman Originals, bah humbug." I will never shop in any of your stores again!

I found the Opinel-usa experience to be great aside from one thing. The prices and turn around time on orders is excellent. However, the website layout and interface could use an update. Opinel makes wonderfully simple, well-built knives and it would be great if the Opinel-usa website reflected this craft and simplicity. As it stands, the website is clunky and cluttered.

Took over a month to get here. I can't say they deserve a one star but I've seen better products. My daughter did enjoy some of the stuff but a couple of things had leaked during shipping. Think I'll stick to the U.S. store if she needs something desperately but I'll more than likely buy some place else when it comes to holographic. It took forever for me to be able to track my package. I was getting really frustrated by the end and my package sat at one place forever, but then it showed up on my door step. I like to be able to track my package no problem when I order stuff online. So with some of the stuff leaking and some of the products worthless and the lack of tracking, I'm giving them 3 stars. Good luck to anyone that orders from them.

I brought a uscutter laserpoint 2. Which is now a little over a year old. This machine hasn't been broken in yet. I may have made less than twelve cut between stickers and t-shirt heat transfer designs. My main focus were more towards learning AI to gear up for my t-shirt business. Unfortunately, this cutter IO board went bad before I could even get started. I reach out to tech support and was told the IO board were out of stock and they didn't know when it will be restock. Moving forward six month later, this part still wasn't in stock. I complain and was told we now stock the laserpoint 3 Perhaps I should purchase a newer cutter. So, they don't stock the part I need for my barely used cutter and you want me to purchase another cutter. "yeah right" seeing how this company don't take the urgency of someone cutter being down as not important. I would never buy another machine from them. Save your money and look somewhere else for a cutter. You will pay more, but it will be worth it. Anyone that own a uscutter I found this great company online called cutterpros.com. This company has a trade-in program which gave me $300.00 for my uscutter laserpoint 2 clunker. I got a much nicer cutter for only $389.00 after my $300.00 trade-in. It came with a 5 years warranty. free lifetime remote training. Free lifetime tech support and a buy back program. As well as so much more. Check these guys out before you make a purchase for a uscutter clunker.

Horrible Experience - recieved 1 of 2 items I ordered. When I called about the other item that did not ship (which was to be a birthday present), I was on hold for customer service for 15 minutes. When I called back and seleceted "place an order", my call went right through. Customer service person stated that should have indicated that the items would be shipped seperately. When she checked on the item that did not ship (she found that it was out of stock) but still listed on their website. They (hopefully) are in the process of refunding my order - but needless to say, I will never order from them again!

We purchased a dress, shirt, and collar for $137.60 on on 1/16/15, which we paid via credit card. The company contacted us telling us that it would be two months before they could ship the item. We accepted those terms. On 4/14/15, after we contacted the company several times, we were told the they would ship the product "after the May day holiday." On 5/11/15 we contacted them again and were told that they could no longer deliver the product: "Sorry,we just contacted to the seller again ,they just told us they haven't got the cloth to make the items and they will not on sale recently ,could you change to other items or accept a refund ?" At this point we accepted the refund request, but they would not refund to our credit card: "Given that this order is more than 3 months ,we can't refund to your card directly." We had to provide them with our bank account information, something I was not at all comfortable with, but gave them the account information. Since then, we have been told 4 times that they will refund the money "ASAP," but they have not. They have stolen our money and drug this out for almost a year. I have no recourse, and at this point I don't expect to see my money again.

I have nothing bad to say about the users (buyers/sellers), most of them (9/10) are really nice and professional. The company (Tradera) on the other hand.....OMG! Once the buyers have paid it can take months to get your money and Tradera with lie right in your face about the reasons, they have no shame. It's is definitely not the same company as 10 years ago. I bought a dress from IfitDress in a size 4, and it came fitting horribly, far off what any normal size 4 would fit. I tried to return, but the rude stagg at IfitDress told me I needed to take pictures of my daughter (who is underage) in the dress before they would accept a return. I would never send such pictures in a poorly fitting dress that shows a lot of skin to a bunch of potential perverts in China. NEVER BUY FROM IFITDRESS.COM !!!

do not trust payment to XIQIN WANG,this is a parsonal account ,i send money to it,but he just disappear ,20days later i got in touch with them.but still not any news about my money.some other shop dont do that,they even have free paypal fee,keke charge 5% but paypal only charge us 3.9%.its slowly too always takes about 8days to ship out order,when i ask for tracking numbet ,they keep lieing ang lieing.

I have never had such wonderful customer service in all of my years of shopping either online and in a store. I purchased a pair of shoes that got stuck in customs and exceeded their delivery date. I emailed Robert from customer service and he answered me back within 2 hours assuring me they'd arrive safely that week. About 2 weeks later, I had inquired about having the option to order another pair of shoes in black instead of the child-size white. Robert emailed me back and spoke with production, and actually alerted me that he had changed the option on the website so I could order them in the color I wanted. If you ever have any problems, email Robert from customer service- HE IS WONDERFUL!!

From the courteous attention in the showroom shown by Roger to the installation of the carpets by 2 very helpful and cheerful young guys Jamie and Kincaid, the whole thing went smoothly. They did a great job and the new carpeted rooms look beautiful. Also they helped with moving some heavy furniture. The price was very fair compared to a major retailer nearby whose quote was $1000 more and they wanted to charge extra for moving any furniture.

I was given 2 pairs of these by a good friend over 2 years ago. I have LITERALLY worn the from Bangkok to Base camp. Meaning from the tropical humidity of Thailand's northern jungles to trekking in the sub zero temperatures of Everst Base Camp trek. I have used them as swim shorts too. Can't recommend them enough.

2UNDR are easily the best male boxer briefs on the market. The elastic waist band and boxer material are soft, comfortable, durable, and secure. I sometimes forget that Im wearing boxers at all. The swing shift pouch for your boys feels incredible. Once you have a pair its impossible to go back. My only complaint is the cost. 30$ for one pair. I typically wait to buy out dated stock on sale.

I have been buying clothing from this company for a year now. I even brought things at Xmas time and they were delivered within eight days. Some of the clothing from 9goods is replicas but damn good ones. Other items are originals which you can tell by the quality of the merchandise. I reccommend this company to everyone that asks where did I get those shoes. I have brought the exact tennis shoes that are selling in the stores for $160.00 for $35.00 from 9goods.

UPDATE 18.05.2020- Gary from GDK has since made contact to try to iron out the issues, hence additional one star on rating. Decent website, prices and gun cabinet was good value for money. Found the right cabinet at a good price, ordering was straightforward. Website mentions surcharges for some areas. I called and asked for price to my postcode, was told no extra charge, which was a bit surprising as I'm in the highlands. Placed order straight away based on that info. 8 working days later, no cabinet. Eventually got hold of shop on the phone. The fella told me that 'nobody had picked up on the fact that a surcharge was due, hadn't processed the order and hadn't contacted me. That implies that there is a team and somebody else may have been responsible. The sole employee (and owner I imagine) then told me that he hadn't said postage was free and that it would cost me an extra £20 to have cabinet sent. Also said he is the only one in the shop so I could only have spoken to him. Fair enough, his voice was familiar from the first call. Why then hadn't someone (him) picked up on the order and processed it in the first place? I was unhappy with the misinformation ref delivery. The order confirmation states free delivery to my post code. I was further unhappy with the poor processing and poor comms. I read reviews after I had ordered (my mistake) and found numerous unhappy customers. It's a shame he doesn't sort out the comms and order processing. Based on the website, product choice, prices and quality, I would have given 5 stars if the order was processed properly and efficiently. Finally, the 5 gun extra tall cabinet is a cracking item for the price. Would definitely recommend the product. Just not the seller based on my experience. It was well packaged and delivered quite quickly once the surcharge was paid.

I ordered a sweatshirt mid December and now its Jan 25th and I still have not received it. I have called the toll free line twice but you can't speak to anyone. I have sent many emails asking where the order is and all I get is a canned email response. I paid through pay pal, so I guess I am going to have to dispute the charge since I do not have my merchandise. Poor customer service as obviously something has gone wrong with the order and no one wants to help me :(

I recently ordered some Christmas presents from here for my partner, including some joggers and a long sleeve tee. The clothes are incredibly comfortable, and he loves them. The joggers are just the right size, and the top is super baggy (in a good way). They're his new favourites! This company does dropship, and the clothes come from China (which I wasn't aware of before). This meant I ended up with a £30 bill from Fedex since I live in the UK, which I really couldn't afford. I contacted the company via their email, and they have since refunded me for half of the handling fees! I would buy from this company again as I love their selection of clothes, just try and check which courier is delivering your items as FedEx will overcharge you for handling fees!

I bought one barcode tight, and a canvas chain jogger...etc about a year ago. The products look nice, almost identical to the advertising pictures. However, the durability of the products is low. The sewing started to tear apart in the first few months, and the bottom of the jogger started to fuzz up. Overall, the products are overpriced for the poor quality Ps. Fairly well customer service, respond on time

I have owned 3 pairs with no issues, however my current pair broke at the toe strap. I contacted them about a repair or replacement and sent some photos showing the sandals. They informed me that it looked like I got them wet and that's why they failed. Really? They have deck soles for sailing and no where on their website does it say that they should not be used in wet conditions. I pointed this out to them and they did not reply, my poor review on their website also was not listed. Don't buy them if you are going to sail, fish or go to the beach, because they don't stand behind their product...

I bought a body kit from here in August of 2018. I never received it. I spent $600. I tried to contact the company a little while later and was told to contact my bank for a refund. Well I did that but it was past the 3 month period that they could investigate so I contacted Extreme Fairings again and some random man said they would get it to me by April if 2019. It is now almost February 2020 and I have no body kit and no refund.

I have a cbr600rr 2017 and there are a couple of aftermarket fairing companies out there that make these fairings. Ebay, absfairings, monster, etc. I choose extreme fairings based on the reviews and i was not dissapointed. I ordered my parts august and they arrived in september. About 1 month in total as expected. The paint and clear coat was amazing. They fitted just the same as the original oem.

One skirt was amazing, an Anna of which I own 3 others, however the new Victoria which looked so amazing can only have the short layer worn one way which is sadly with my favourite side (one i chose it for) can only be worn on the inside or as a single layer but the length of it is so short it doesn't even cover my bum. So yeah, I count three ways plus each variant with the baggie (which I must add is gorgeous) but not a truly reversable combo skirt as promised I can layer the skirt over one of my others but that makes the waist band bulky. Idk if my skirt is missing a zip or if this is the way it is meant to be. I need to contact them.

Very disappointed by Carpisa! I bought a new handbag in December and a few screws came off between February and April. I wrote to Carpisa to get replacement screws, but they wrote back that they could only offer me free shippment on a new purchase and would not send me any replacement parts. Very disappointing! Failed to deliver my item. They blame it on the courier. Ordered a 110 EUR suitcase 40 days ago and still don't have it! I was travelling in a foreign country and needed a suitcase fast, but never got any sign of it. I kept contacting Carpisa asking when am I going to get it (and now since I left the country before getting the suitcase in a local shop I simply want my payment back). Because Carpisa kept ignoring my messages, I contacted my bank and am now awaiting their confirmation for a credit card chargeback. I do not recommend Carpisa! They looked okay (they have a lot of shops worldwide) but their e-delivery and customer service seriously has problems...
