We ordered bulbs over a month ago. They were on backorder and supposedly would be in within a week. Every week since ordering, we have received a "new estimated in stock" date. I asked multiple times when they would really be in. The other day, I asked the same via the email form on their website. Apparently, I tried to get the information from them too many times (with NO RESPONSE) because they blocked my computer from their website. I had to use my phone to request they cancel the order because you just don't do that to your customers who are looking for information on their order. HORRIBLE TACTIC TO BLOCK YOUR CUSTOMER FROM GOING TO THE WEBSITE.

Purchased LED deck step lights and was extremely disappointed. I happen to be a licensed electrician. these lights came with no protective lens or even set in hard resin. instead there was a soft gel like sealant to encapsulate them. I called to complain about the quality and said I NEVER would have bought something so sub standard. How could they survive one power washing ? I said I guess I wasted my money on the shipping and was told I would be reimbursed . Well the did not reimburse my total expense. I do not care about your restocking fees I care about wasting my time and money buying GARBAGE. I will not purchase from you again and will to public review on your quality

The natural CBD drops are amazing. I give my 11 year old english lab 14 drops in the morning and 14 drops about 5 hours later. It greatly improves the stiffness in her back legs/hips and also melts 90% of her anxiety away. I had tried 6 other brands and Sunsoil has proven itself to be the best. Also, they have the best customer service. My only recommendation is to find a new bottle company. The droppers come out of the jar too easily and its difficult to put it back in. Still 5 stars because it's amazing. I appreciate you all and thank you for bettering my girls life! ??

Ordered 2 boxes for half price as an intro and cancelled subscription straight away and was told that any in process orders would be cancelled. 2 days later I got a notification that 2 more boxes that I didn't select were being prepared. Since this one was also half price I left it. First 2 boxes were fine. Nothing particular sensational and ok for the price but wouldn't pay full price for them. Ingredient cards don't give you measures and some of the ingredients (like sauces) don't tell you the quantity on the bag so wouldn't be able to easily recreate the recipe if you wanted to. Second lot of boxes came and one of the bags wasn't sealed. The tape was on but was put on too short so didn't seal the bag. One bag was also greasy and ripped open where it was wet but none of the ingredients had leaked so just moved to a new bag. The chicken thighs for one recipe were incredibly fatty and smelt strongly of eggs. My wife noticed it smelt as soon as she walked in the door. This recipe also clearly sent twice as many noodles as were required which ruined it anyway. I ended up throwing it away because the chicken still tasted off and when I looked it up afterwards egg smell is a sign that the chicken has gone off. So many noodles that the flavour was gone anyway.

It clearly says on their website that any payments will be refunded but it’s a lie. Terrible. Avoid! I purchased through Living Social. On the day the boxes arrived, I went on their website to ensure that I hadn't subscribed. I went into my account details and they did not list any bank account details for me. To be on the safe side, I emailed to cancel and also cancelled the subscription on their website. They replied by saying that they had cancelled my subscription but couldn't refund the money for the order for the 1st July. Their email says that my menu choices were locked in - I DIDN'T MAKE ANY CHOICES!!! The money was deducted from my account after I sent them the email. Very shoddy service, I am going to be sent four menu choices which I didn't choose and don't fancy! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE CHARGED FOR FOOD THAT YOU REALLY DON'T WANT AND PROBABLY WON'T USE!!!

I had a very strange experience at this dealer. Having been a caravaner I am now looking to buy a motorhome but only when I find one that Is suitable and that I really like. Before my visit I checked their website and found several models which were of interest. Since this dealer keeps all of their motorhomes locked, a salesperson is required to facilitate viewing. The one that “helped” me seemed to have little knowledge of the stock and what was advertised on the website. He was reluctant to let me view several vehicles and even suggested that I should choose from a catalog and then he would he let me see the one I wanted to buy. The bottom line is that I am not going to spend around £40000 buying from a brochure. His attitude was really strange, everything was too much bother and he seemed totally uninterested in selling me anything. Perhaps he thought me a time waster with no intention of buying, which I am not, but I have never come across anything like this from any retail business and there didn’t seem to a queue of customers seeking his attention. I could go on at length but enough said, just prepare to be patronised. It makes me wonder what their after sales service is like. The thing is that they are the by far biggest dealer in the area and having to rule them out would be very inconvenient. Maybe that is part of the problem?

Extremely bad service. The blinds were ordered on 9/9/19 and today being 23/9/19 I still haven't received it. Website says that the blinds will be sent out within 5-7 working days and upon asking for a refund, I was told that the company has 28 days to respond and it is in their terms and conditions it seems. The courier company XPD they use is absolutely rubbish. Received an intimation saying that my order will be delivered on the 17th. It did not turn up on the 17th. Then I was told that it will be delivered on the 19th. Did not receive on the 19th as well. After spending several hours of my precious time and all the stress of calling and emailing Unbeatable blinds and XPD i was promised that the blind would be delivered on 23/9/19. Was not delivered on the 23rd as well. Now I am being told that insufficient information was passed on to the courier company by Unbeatable blind and that is the reason it was not being delivered and that it will be delivered on 24/9/19. Hoping and praying that I will get my blinds tomorrow. Was hoping to place more orders and wanted to trial one before I bought the rest and I am glad that I just ordered one. No plans to refund my money or send another replacement as it is not the company policy it seems and will have to wait longer for this to be actioned. Until then I will have to go without blinds and cannot place order with another company as I do not want to end up paying for two and everything that happens inside my house is for public to see. What a disgrace!!! Please be aware of Unbeatable Blinds

I thought the price for an MOT was too good to be true. I was right. Fixter inflated the price for highly questionable reasons, then refused to admit it. Prior to engaging fixter, I actually conducted a pre-check myself to be sure my car would pass. After handing my car over, Fixter came back and told me that there was absolutely no oil in my engine. Strange, as it was full just a few days prior - actually it was too full - I distinctly remember checking multiple times and the dipstick being above the "F" mark. £30 extra to "add" oil. They then told me that my indicator lights were the wrong colour. Strange, as my car had passed numerous prior MOT checks with those exact lights. Another £30 extra. When I attempted to confront Fixter about this. I got generic, 90% templated emails telling me I was mistaken and that they were "sorry you did not get the outcome you were looking for". I'm not a mechanic, but I know my own car and regularly maintain it. I guess Fixter made a punt that I was someone with no awareness of the condition of my own vehicle. I pointed out to them that engine oil is not a requirement of the MOT and they came back saying that my engine was at risk of grinding and seizing, so adding the engine oil was the only option to prevent damage to my car. Pretty suspect at best and blatantly dishonest if you look at the facts. In the end, my car passed (no surprise there), and they refunded me for the "incorrect" lights but not the motor oil. To be honest, I don't think the lights were ever changed and, judging from the colour and consistency afterwards, I'm pretty sure no additional motor oil was added. How does one add oil to an engine that is already full to the brim anyway? I normally don't do these reviews but have made an exception in this case because of the blatant dishonesty and the condescending emails I received that attempted to gloss over the fact that they charged me for things I didn't need, presumably to inflate the price and make profit. This would be a good service if they just did what they say they will... but I guess they need to make money somewhere. This is no excuse to resort to dishonest tactics. Shame on you Fixter.

Tried to overcharge me for work. Failed my car on nearside passenger mirror being smashed, although if you have a rearview and driver's mirror it is not a legal requirement. Quoted over £400 for work that I got parts for under £60 for and my uncle did the labour.

Till today 22 October I did not receive the product. They sent the courier through Gati International and don't what they have done to the product. I am going to log an FIR against Gati & Paytm both and will send them a legal notice as well. I happy that they gave me chance to take a legal action. They have a massive amount of art supplies, much cheaper than anywhere else! If you have any problems, they have an easy messaging service where they'll normally get back to you within a few days, they are very patient and polite. A few times they haven't had the items I've wanted delivered to them in time, so they'll normally give me a call to ask if I want my items sent separately. Other than that, I've had no problems with Cowling & Wilcox, they're great!

IGNORE EMAILS REGARDING ORDER, TERRIBLE! They were emailed by me to combine my 2 orders and they didn't do so, they also were given clear instructions to package my parcel unbranded and they failed to do so. They did not respond to my emails either. SICK OF THIS LOT. NEVER again. Abysmal customer service. Ordered a set of test kits I was in desperate need of, called for a price match, was charged for postage but not told what service they were using. It was sent out late, which shock, they acknowledge, but then put on a slow service without my knowledge! Four days later I'm still waiting and they're not even able to track the whereabouts of my order, I could have gone to late night opening at my LFS tonight and picked up the same item for the same price. Zero lack of urgency from their team, shocked at how poor they have gone unless I've just been really lucky up until now.

I ordered an advent calendar on November 15 to give as a Christmas gift, it was estimated to be delivered on November 26 at the latest, today is November 29 and my order has not arrived yet, I want my money from back since the gift was for December 1st! I am totally dissatisfied, on November 27th I contacted them by email and nothing was resolved, they asked me to wait a few more days I waited too long, I want the refund since it makes no sense for me to give the gift after December 1st .
