He didn’t call us before appointment and when I texted him to find out when he would come he told me he’d come tomorrow as he’d run out of time. Only when I said I’d go elsewhere to someone more reliable did he come to property. He didn’t look at all units like i’d asked in enquiry, he didn’t sound convincing, he didn’t solve issue and I wont be using again. I will have to call another technician.Waste of $150.

I had a problem with my ducted heating not working properly Nitin and Micky from Chill-Star came out to look at my unit, they were very professional and told me everything they had done, they kept me updated with their progress on my unit, They were neat and tidy and treated me with the utmost respect - I would definitely recommend them to anyone wanting their heating or cooling looked after, price wise I was told up front what I would be paying and that was what I was charged - very good price for the work they did, I am very happy with the service and the price and the service technicians that attended - Thank you Nitin work well done

It’s a couple of years ago now but the owner of this business is still the same. I was a regular customer for car services, pink slips and not much else. I had a critical problem with my four wheel drive, I needed a part that cost several thousand dollars. He said he got me a bargain which still cost nearly as much and after at least a month of waiting he completed the job. Turns out he got the replacement part from the wreckers or worse still didn’t change it at all. I had an specialist company remove and inspect the part who confirmed the problem. The specialist then rebuilt the part which cost further substantial costs. The owner of Jannali Car Care Clinic was belligerent and hostile and never returned my calls after that. This business is poison, steer clear. I had spoken with ex employees of his who confirm he is not to be trusted. I was so stressed I just wanted to put it behind me and move on, however I did call Repco (he’s part of their group) but got no response to a phone complaint.

I had a very bad experience with a guy who introduced himself as the owner. I went to the Jannali Car Clinic recently, and was shocked - to say the least. He was very rude, unhelpful, and cursing me all the time. He had no right to be intimidating and forceful. It appears to me that the owner is happy to take your money and scream and intimidate you at the same time. I WILL NEVER EVER SERVICE MY CAR THERE AGAIN, NOT EVEN IF IT WAS FREE. I DON'T FEEL SAFE TO BE THERE.

This is the worst booking service ever. Lost 2 package worth over $20k of medical equipment (StarTrack) and said unable to locate (its a big box!!!). The second big-box they lost is worth $20,000 of medical equipment UPS. What a nightmare! they can lost any package without having consequences, then nothing. I organised for a pick up from my property yesterday and unfortunately that request did not happen, I appreciate the very strange times we are all living in at the moment so this morning I called to get guidance on when it would be picked up today, the attitude of the person who answered the phone was deplorable, she was rude and seemed to find it funny that I was unhappy with her lack of assistance, repeating over and over the same remarks was completely unhelpful.. Please know I will never use your service again and if I could I would stop the collection of this and arrange with someone else if I hadn’t already paid!

Fast Way is actually the slowest and the most complicated way how to get your delivery. They never ever send any notification about the delivery and the location of the delivery. There is the only way: keep an eye on the tracking number and then contact them, with a question, into a which convenient store it was delivered. Then I have to face an unpleasant glance at the shop assistant because it's extra work for her.

every order i have had recently that is delivered by fastway gets returned to sender with a note of all wrong address or no one home, yet all these products were meant to be left at front door, but when i have a parcel delivered by toll, auspost or fedex i get the item no problem, very poor item tracking system this company has, even the reviews of it's parent company aramex are just as sad.

I booked an item for same delivery within Melbourne. The item was picked up and not delivered. After days of emailing and getting no response - I contacted consumer affairs. They in turn contacted Real Time Express Couriers - the item was then delivered 5 days later and in pieces. And now I have to take them VCAT - the worst experience, waste of time and money. STAY AWAY.

After using this company for 2 years, I recently sent 13 parcels all correctly labelled and numbered.. only 9 parcels arrived to the receiver; after 2 weeks they have done nothing to find the other parcels; do not respond to emails, and have not contacted me to arrange the insurance I paid them to pay for the missing 4 boxes . . . [name removed] seems to be employed by both Realtime Express and Hunter Express? The fact that they don't list the insurance payment amount on the invoice is DODGY in itself . . . Do not use either of these companies as they are both incompetent.

My orders in 2014 Jan and Apr arrived within the advised time frames and the products were as they appeared online. The tassle bikini is beautiful and does not look or feel cheap. The transparent raincoat also functioned as it should, unfortunately did not fit my body as nicely as I hoped but that's always the risk of buying clothing products online.

I like the layouts of thier plans, thier workman ship looks great(thats becuase they ARE the builder), heaps of plans to chose from, though not many 2 story ones! you can't view all of their plans online, if thier plans don't suit you then they can build yours, or they will design a new plan for you! they don't have any five bed plans, but there are still some big ones. you have to download the plans to view them which is realy a pian. drove passed some of the huoses they were building and they look really good. nice display home, great workman ship, the display looks like an expensive house but was properly cheap to build. the streetscape looks upmarket. not enough storage in any of the plans, website hard to navagate and use, they only have one display home.

if you build with gp make sure to take note on the qualify of finishes etc paint work,front doors and handles brick work and just don't go along with she be right mate make sure you stand your ground to put things right it is a lot of money you are spending they are a great team while it is beening built but not went things go wrong nice display home very stylist homes we built one 3yrs ago not really impressed on their workmanship just cover up with wood to hide a problem

I booked them to fit supply and fit 2 smoke alarms in my house. I was quoted $250. I didn't know the price of smoke alarms and needed the job done so i accepted the quote expecting quality smoke alarms. I took an hour off work with no pay to be home when he arrived. He shows up an hour late with no apology. I lose an hours pay. From the time he drove in to the time he left was 20 mins. He didnt leave the instruction booklet, I got that from the rubbish. Final cost was $275. I googled the brand of smoke alarms he fitted and they retail for $25. They would get them for under $20. I emailed the company with my complaint but got a negative response. In hindsight I should have bought my own smoke alarms and got them fitted. I now need my new oven installed but I wont be using Levitt !!!!

I paid for 3,000 followers on my personal account, and I paid for 2,000 followers on my business account. They say on their website, that they offer a 30 day refund policy. I wrote a mail to them, the day after I received my followers, asking them to remove my followers, and give me the refund. The followers weren't of high quality, as promised. They haven't responded in 9 days now, and my money is gone. Stay away from these scammers - they don't own a conscience!

For my first order, I decided I wasn't going to purchase as much as I wanted to because I wanted to be sure that the site was a legitimate business. I feel very fortunate to have chosen this company. My package was held up in customs and I contacted customer service at Foxy Fillers and they got back to me right away letting me know that they guarantee shipping and not to worry because they track their customer's shipments to make sure they arrive successfully. After two weeks of being stuck in customs I received an email stating they were sending me a new order via DHL express and it arrived 6 days later. I would prefer if they just shipped DHL from the beginning instead of using local postal service which is very slow, especially with COVID. I'm just fortunate that they are honest and alert to the customer's tracking information so that I did end up receiving my product. The product was authentic and in perfect condition. Their prices are slightly higher than some other sites but I'd much rather pay a little more for guaranteed delivery and customer service that responds right away and keeps track of their customer's orders as closely as I do. I booked tickets online with Gate1.at from Vienna to Bogota for 1054 EUR. Something went wrong during the payment process. I paid with Sofort Überweisung via my mobile. After the payment was sent and confirmed on my phone, the website of Gate1.at didn't recognize that I already paid. So it asked me to make the payment again. So I couldn't move forward in the booking process without paying again, which I of course didn't do. To summarize, I paid for my ticket but never received it. The only way to contact Gate1 is to write an email, they have still not replied after 2 working days. I hope they reply soon and send me the booking confirmation or return my money!!! Otherwise I have to report it to the police.

I travelled with my 82 year old mother who had last been to Islay on her honeymoon 58 years ago. The flight from Glasgow to Islay was excellent, however due to a delay of our flight home from Islay of eleven hours, our experience was decidedly poor, since, as a direct result of the delay we missed our connecting flight to Gatwick, even though we had factored in 6 hours at Glasgow to meet up with family and visit mum’s hometown. We had to purchase further tickets in order to get home with no prospect of compensation. The only compensation we did get, was £10 in vouchers to spend on the limited food and drink available at Islay airport. We eventually made it home 16 hours after we had arrived at Islay airport, tired, disappointed, angry and considerably out of pocket through no fault of our own. My mum feels she has no prospect of getting back to see her hometown again and she’s desperately sad about that.

When my family ask me to come home from Bangkok to Amsterdam the 18nd of March because of COVID-19. I booked a flight with Gate1 for a day later which was "Automatically cancelled" the same hour I purchased it. The ticket was almost 700 euro. In their email, they said I would receive a refund to my account within 2 working days. I needed to spend a 1000 euro more to come home in this time. That was March 19 2020. They are unreachable.

absolutely useless after about 2 weeks rang the wrecker that was supplying the part and he hadn't received any notification of the request from Hollander, so I ditched the order and went elsewhere.I had received the part from the other supplier and was contacted by the Hollander wrecker about sending the part to me to bloody late I said it was already fitted he apologised and hung up but nobody has wanted to send the money I had to pay to get the order happening if I see Hollander on any future transaction I will immediately dump it

I ordered my item over a week ago now, after 4 days i called the Supplier they informed me the had recieved a work order but no instructions it was to be done so had just sat in their pile all week. Then the man who answered the suppliers number said hed contact Hollander Parts and get back to me that was friday its now tuesday no part or call back. Total stuff around i can imagine im about to experience an even worst stuff around trying to get my momey back by the way was taken from my acc the day i ordered the part. Very unhappy customer.

We've chosen to work with IGO Promo for the giveaways items for the exhibition in Hamburg and then Amsterdam (one week between them) in Autumn 2018. We asked our partner in Germany to receive items on our behalf (we are based in Egypt). A part of the items (first aid kit boxes) did not arrive on time for us to pick it up before the first exhibition, so we asked to change the delivery address to Amsterdam to catch the second exhibition. Still, they sent it to the wrong address and we didn't get any use of these items. We asked to get the items back and refund us our money for these items since we do not need them anymore. Until now (January 2020), we didn't get back our money and they do not even know what happened to the items. Every time we call them they say that they are checking with their supplier of the status of a pickup and will get back to us - they never do. For more than one year! I believe that it's not the end customer problem that the company has issues with its suppliers. But with IGO Promo it is. We were offered some discount on further offers, but of course, after this struggle, we are not motivated to order anything else from them again and would not recommend other people to do it either.

We live in spain and ordered x 2 IR panels form these guys, they were shipped within 2 days, unfortunately the transport company at the spanish end lost one of the panels, IHS were on the case very quickly chasing to see where the lost panel was, in the meantime they dispatched a further panel within a few days The two panels are now installed in our kitchen and we are delighted with them Cannot fault the service and the product and would highly recommend IHS

I was overwhelmed trying to manage a 10 day trip in Ireland and the team at Ireland Luxury travel did an amazing job. We had 3 kids and they sorted all the rooms and the associated challenges of finding space for a family of 5. The driver was fantastic and a big highlight of the trip himself. They managed to find a good mix of family activities and sightseeing and our kids still say it was their favorite vacation yet. The team also flawlessly handled last minute changes to our itinerary and were very responsive when needed. We will definitely use them again on our next trip back to Ireland.

There were 10 of us hiking together during the first week of May in 2019. The response I received from all our friends after the hike was how everything from transportation, lodging, communication, and the hiking went without a hitch. We have never been on a trip where everyone from Maurice to the drivers and the owners of of our accomodations we stayed in, were so accommodating and quick to respond to our needs. Maurice in particular, prior to our trip was quick to respond to some of our unusual transportation changes we needed to make throughout our trip . He also assisted us in changes we needed to make during our trip due to a few of our travelers not able to complete a few legs of the hike. The response time and solutions, were completed in most cases less than 1 hour. That was amazing. We have never in all our holidays been treated so well. The hike itself was above what we had expected . Beautiful countryside, great views and just enough challenges to let you know you were actually hiking and earned your Guinness at the pub at the end of the day. The Wild Atlantic Way Hike is not to be missed. Thank you for making our Holiday a memory we will never forget

This is the first time I've used Just Flutes to order music which took quite a while to arrive (even given current circs.) When I looked into it I noted that the order confirmation had our address cut off half-way through the county...and emailed to enquire whether this would relate to the address label. As it was a child's birthday gift I was rather hopeful that it would arrive, which it eventually did, but I must say I was rather disappointed that rather than meeting me half-way on how an address could be processed without a postcode/county (surely there must be some element of error in the online ordering process? Although I accept some element of user error). This is the response I received. I was disappointed to hear that it was mainly about paying for a second postage rather than my non-receipt of item and wouldn't use JF again which is a shame as I have two musicians in the family and three instruments. Thank you for your email, I have looked into this for you and can see that the postcode section of your order says XXXsh. This will mean that this order will come back to us as they will probably be unable to deliver. If you could please confirm your postcode, once the item comes back we can resend it for you. Please note that we will require postage to resend this item for you. Unfortunately we do not have another copy in stock so we are unable to send this to you before the original order comes back. I'd recommend buyer beware and obviously double-check your order confirmation email shows your full and proper address.

AVOID this company - look how many negative reviews they have - is it worth it?? They lost all of my underwear and then refused responsibility or compensation. I used their wash, dry & fold service. Firstly, their driver tried to cancel the collection saying he couldn't find my apartment. I got straight on to the live chat with them because I could literally see his van on my road. He finally showed up (late) without any apology. I handed him my laundry, but when I received it back ALL of my underwear was missing. WTF? Nothing else was missing except for my underwear. The company were totally incompetent, denying responsibility saying that because the items aren't individually tagged for this service they aren't responsible. Complete nonsense. As a laundry company, they have a duty of care to look after items left in their hands and in this regard they clearly completely failed. Again i'll highlight the fact that it was ONLY my underwear that went missing without a trace - embarrassing for me, and also insidious in my opinion. They compensated me for the cost of the service (£15), but not for the items lost, which was around £100 worth. I was not even expecting a full compensation, just the value of the items at the time that they got lost, but received absolutely nothing except deniability of responsibility and a pathetic "sorry we can't help you". This company is absolutely untrustworthy and feckless, if you happen to lose an item in their wash, dry & fold service, don't expect to have a happy resolution, so only give them items you'd be happy to lose!

I arranged one of the Bachelor programs with Mokum. Unfortunatly the bachelorette got really sick, even so sick that theyre still nog married, because of it. Even with this explanation they wanted to let me pay the whole amount, even though we didnt use the event. Now they put even an enforcement officer on the case. I do think that the worst part of this is, is not that I have to pay for something we didnt use, which didnt cost them any effort upfront, but the fact that they're not even listening or even have any kind of customer service to help you. They just want to have your money (which btw is way to expensive) Regards

I paid for next day delivery and my order came a week later with the wrong product. I contacted them and they said they’d personally send what I ordered right away but it never came. It’s been over a month now and the issue still hasn’t been resolved. I complained again and asked for a refund but instead they said they would resend the product completely ignoring my request. I complained AGAIN and they said they would deal with the refund in 24h and now it’s been another week and I still haven’t heard from them. Would never order from again.

We have just decided after long deliberation on our new 3 seater reclining sofa , 2 seater sofa and our statement leather reclining chair from Annette in Hereford and we couldn't be more delighted. Many years ago we purchased our dining room set which was based on a McIntosh design from Annettes so we felt that they might be the people to deal with. We were thrilled to note that the sales person that sold us the dining suite (his name was Damian)was still employed by Annettes which suggested that Annettes was a good employer and cared for its employees. We were greeted by Mr Mark Bambury, a very gentlle non pushy man with what we found out as we progressed with our choices a great knowledge of both the manufacture, materials and use of the items we considered. He never pushed us with any sales only giving good advice supporting our thoughts or suggesting in a most diplomatic way that we might consider an other view. We took several days to diside on our choice, Mark was always available to give good advice. And it was as much as the great products sold at Annetts as well as its employee's like Mark that we signed the deal that would provide us with the furniture we desired. I believe that Annettes should be justifiably proud of their sales team at the Hereford branch, all of which worked as a team to ensure we purchased the furniture we required. We have been customers of Annetts for many years, so when we needed new dining chairs and a lounge chair we had no hesitation in returning there, Our salesman Harry was excellent. He was courteous and knowledgeable and yet not pushy! Nothing was too much for him. We secured a good deal in the sale and our chair was delivered the next day!. The dining chairs will be arriving much sooner than we expected and Harry has kept us informed by email. He has also tried to help us with a problem we have with an existing chair at home. We would recommend Annetts to anyone as it is a pleasure to get such service nowadays, We shall certainly return there when we next need more furniture.

I've just returned from a weekend at 'Mariners Moon' on the Whitesands development in Camber with some girlfriends. We had a fab time in a lovely house. The beach at Camber is fantastic and the hours walk to Rye on the cycle/footpath is well worth doing as parking in Rye can sometimes be difficult. We have a lovely lunch in The Globe Inn Marsh, Rye. It gets very busy and you can't book so turn up early. Booking with 'Beside the Sea Holidays' was a joy, they made everything so easy. The excellent information about the house and the area received beforehand and the welcoming email and text messages to check everything was ok were something I had not experienced before and I have booked many houses with lots of different companies. Thank you also for the milk, apple juice and the locally made carrot cake and macarons, they were delicious. Well done to Richard and Sophie at 'Beside the Sea Holidays' on the excellent way they run their business. We'll hopefully use you again soon. Karen

After being let down by another company the day before we were due to travel, our group of 6 made a last-minute reservation at Seaglass cottage. The communication right from the start was fantastic, with an electronic house guide full of useful information being sent. Having never visited the area before and with little time to investigate and plan, the inclusion of local information was invaluable. We arrived at the cottage and were blown away, the gifts of lemon cake, biscuits and apple juice made our arrival feel special. The house was immaculate, so cosy and inviting and contained everything and more than we could have needed during our stay. The little touches are what made this place, beach towels and a picnic blanket were there if you needed them, children's games in the living room, buckets and spades in the shed - perfect! The kitchen was better equipped than ours at home! We will definitely return, and may work our way through the rest of the cottages as they look equally as fantastic. Thank you guys for saving our bank holiday weekend and making it an even better experience than our original plans :) **
