Walmart 900 Pleasant Grove Blvd. Roseville CA. Worst experience ever. Their T-shirts and underwear department was a total mess. Packages thrown onto shelves in random order. Many open packages. Sizes all mixed up. Prices not clearly marked. Took 30 minutes to piece together the T-shirts, underwear, and socks I needed. Had to settle for the wrong size underwear because I was so worn out after looking. 20 minutes in the checkout line. Will DEFINITLEY shop elsewhere in the future!

I ordered some products on sale from their website on November 27th and promptly received an order confirmation email. The order confirmation showed the items, price charged and total price correctly. On December 1st I received a, "Notice of backordered items". The notice claimed that my items were unavailable, but assured me that, "These items will be shipped as soon as they are available." Two weeks later on Dec 14th I received a, "Black Friday / Cyber Monday Order Status Update" email written by an 8th grade dropout - "DURING OUR BLACK FRIDAY/CYBER MONDAY PROMOTIONS, YOUR ORDER WAS PLACED WITH INCORRECT PRICING. YOUR ORDER WILL NEED TO BE REORDERED AND REPROCESSED. WE WILL FOLLOW UP SOON WITH INSTRUCTION ON HOW TO PLACE A NEW ORDER. PLACE A NEW ORDER." More than two weeks after placing my order I'm offered the opportunity to order the same products at FULL PRICE!

This was the first and only time that I purchased anything from Defender before. Well worth my time. I purchased an Emotion Spitfire kayak for my 10 year old son online and was all ready to be picked up when I got there about a week later. Mind you that I live in NYC and Defender is in Waterbury, CT. some 100 miles away. (about a 2 hour drive) and let me tell you that when it comes to prices , Defender can't be beat. In fact prices wre so great, that I even bought a second kayak when I got there! A 2007 leftover Emotion Mojo. As far as customer service is concerned, they were outstanding!! Especially from this South African fellow whom was as helpful as could be. (Sorry I forgot his name). I will be purchasing as well as referring peoople to Defender in the near future. Kudos! Swiftwick Pursuit socks are my go to socks; they are perfect for running, tap dance, walking, every day use, etc...They are comfortable, breathable and most of all they do not move. When I say they don't move, this is the sock for every runner to avoid blisters. It's a great year round sock. I love them and they are the only socks I wear!!

I ordered a silver ring on June 4th, 2008. The stated delivery time was "6-8 weeks." After countless e-mails and telephone calls to Canada to prod Louis, the proprietor, _a ring_ (not as pictured when I ordered) arrived - ON OCTOBER 21st, 2008! When I e-mailed to complain about the quality, I received back excuses from Louis about him having to "rush" the job (*16 WEEKS*!) due to a subcontractor having botched something up, etc. He said he would re-do it properly. I sent the original (heartbreakingly poorly done) ring back to him at my expense. Now it is March of 2009: he has my money; he has additional postage I included for the promised re-done Ring; he has the original shoddy ring; I have spent well over $100 in telephone calls to Canada, and there is no sign of the promised re-worked ring. My e-mails go unanswered. Do NOT do business here. *EDIT* - July 21, 2009: Today - *512 Days* after placing my order with Celtic Studio - a ring actually resembling what is advertised on their site finally arrived. It was accompanied by a letter referring to how "nasty" my comments here have been, and what a "jerk" I am for having posted them. Do you want to do business here? Only you can be the judge of that. If you want my advice, based on my personal experience, I would have to say, "It's fine, if you don't mind waiting over a year and a month to finally receive what you ordered, accompanied by some self-serving prose and passive-aggressive abuse."

Looking at the other three reviews posted here, I almost did not place an order for a Clan Ring for my son's wedding present and a Luckenbooth pendant for his lovely fiancee. I am so glad that I decided to put in the order anyway. I am not discounting the reviews already posted, but my experience with Celtic Studio was stellar. Since the wedding was within six weeks, I contacted Louis at to whether they could get the items to me in time. I received a reply within an hour saying that they could, but the sooner I ordered the better. After placing the order, I asked them if it would be a possibility to resize the ring since my son sent me the wrong size. Not only did they say yes, but they RECAST the ring in the correct size without batting an eye. Just so that it would be perfect. After only a week, the ring and pendant was shipped out and I received it today (07/23) in SC (A looong way from BC Canada!). The Ring and the pendant are stunning! Again, I cannot speak to these other reviews, but the Louis that they spoke to doesn't seem to be the Louis and Karen that answered all of my multiple questions promptly, professionally and amicably. I will be ordering another ring for myself soon, and I would recommend Celtic Studio to anybody who is looking for Clan merchandise. By the way, nobody asked me to do this review. My seat $152 was all the way off to one side 4th row and the curtain cut off almost my whole view. I had to just watch the screen (could have done that on YouTube) The chairs were connected too close and the lady next to me was a large lady, she kept pressing against me. I ended up leaving my chair after the first song and just stood near the wall.:( I would never go to Harrahs for a concert again!!! But man-O-man Air Supply was unbelievable and just plain awesome!

I really like the hotel itself and the pool, etc. this would have gotten 5 stars if they hadn't overbooked and prevented me from getting a room. I haven't gone back since. I traveled out of state and needed to get a hotel room on the way back home because I was so tired and the experience was basically a waste of money as a result. I wouldn't have needed to book a hotel room on the way home if I had the one o was planning on. I know my room wasn't being cleaned for the 3 hours I waited before I needed to leave. Fortunately I'm buying a house in the area so I can stay there when I visit, but they definitely missed out on a lot of money.

Not just bad, appallingly bad. If there were a no star option I would have ticked that, most was down to hopeless Parcelforce but as Parcelmonkey use them it's their problem. I'm now persueing a compensation claim and have demanded my money back. After sales seems to be run from India and there is no hurry to help with every question getting an off the shelf reply, 28 calls,4 promises of delivery and 8 of call backs all lies. Avoid! Stop press! 5 days later and now this shower are hiding behind technicalities to deny me a refund! So their contract to deliver in 48hrs is it seems not worth a jot..in their eyes at least. A small claims court ( which is undoubtedly where this has to go) will I suspect disagree. Parcel monkey/Parcel force after sales = fob off and excuses nothing more, empty words and straight lies from beginning to sorry end, I would rather walk to collect a parcel than contemplate using these con artists again.

I attempted to order a Blackhawk Gladius Maximus flashlight from them on 11/29/11. This flashlight has been recently discontinued by the manufacturer, which is making it very hard to find one online. OpticSale had the best price (provided by Google Shopping), so I jumped on the deal. After placing my order, I found reviews here and began regretting my decision. I called 11/30/11 (since their online "chat" option does not appear to be available anymore, even during posted chat hours) and inquired about my order. "Anthony" informed me that I had ordered the last one, but there was "noticeable damage to the packaging" when it reached their Quality Control team before shipment; he stated that they would have to re-order from the manufacturer. I informed him that this model had been discontinued and could not be re-stocked. He asked if there was any other flashlight I would like to trade in for my order, which I politely declined. I asked for a cancellation of my order, which he immediately fulfilled (I received a confirmation email stating that I had cancelled my order and my CC had not been charged). I feel that my experience was probably a bait-and-switch attempt. Therefore, I cannot recommend OpticSale to anyone. And so the hunt for the Gladius continues... P.S. Do NOT believe any 5/5 Star reviews where that is the poster's only review.

I purchased a Nikon Tripod Adapter for Mother's Day and it showed available. 20 days later, it still hadn't arrived, so I checked the site and it showed my status was "Cancelled". I called and spoke to someone who simply didn't care and she said they sent me an email and said they could not get it from the manufacturer. Not only did I NOT get this email, but when I told her I never received it, she hung up on me. I will NEVER do business with OpticSale.com again.

I wanted to order some treats for the family, we like to use local products or Fairtrade produce so it is really nice to have a shop which is centered around good quality, healthy food and drink from small or local businesses, but can be found easily in one place. I ordered organic honeycomb (which was sourced only a few miles from my home) as well as some fairtrade chocolates and monty bojangles truffles. Not only were they a fantastic price (the cheapest honeycomb and truffles I could find online) they were delivered very quickly, and packaged with recycled products which was a wonderful addition. I was really pleased with my order and am making another one tonight!

My Experience with UkBride I advertised with UkBride and at first it was great but as time went by the cracks started to appear. I would like to write a full and accurate review of how I was mistreated as customer advertising on their platform. This year has been horrendous for any bride to be and its also been horrendous for my photography business at DUKE PHOTOGRAPY I have never once had any business from them but equally I could have tried harder. At the beginning I was paying for a year of advertising but did not know I was in a contract, I mean, how could I know? I have never seen the contract in my life and I certainly didnt sign anything and it wasn't made aware (but I will get to this part later) The business model is case of letting sleeping dragons lay by taking vendors bank card details and storing them in file, however they had to call me as my card details had changed, they were trying to take another years payment. So now they have my card details with no contract in place which is illegal. They rang me to take payment but when I kindly declined they said I had to because that was apart of the contract and when I asked why they didnt contact me prior to the auto renewal especially whilst we were in lockdown and couldnt work, they infomed me that business to business contracts do not need any warning on auto renewal and proceeded still trying to take payment. This year has been awful with every wedding postponed and trying to feed my poor children as this is all I can afford at the moment and despite letting UkBride knowing how difficult time was at home they still tried to take full payment untill we agreed £20 a month as a cancellation fee for 6 months. Now I am not going to lie, I lost my temper with them on the phone when they failed to show any compassion or remorse as I couldnt understand why a business would not warn me that my contract is about to renew and despite going through hardship they were absolutely relentless! I would like to point out that because I am not a key worker, I havent been working so considering we are in unprecedented times you would have thought they would have dealt with this in a better way but instead all it has done is shown their true colours They said they were going to send the contract through the post, they didnt. They said they were going to send the contract in email, they didnt. So the third time I asked, I waited on the phone until they sent it through. They sent me a contract with all my details which they filled in but they never had my signature. This for me is very unprofessional Its safe to say they haven't been able to taken payment since nor can the persue any further but now I am currently seeking a charge back from my bank and taking further action as they have broke GDPR for storing details without followng correct process and certainly not being in a contract. This is my experience with UkBride.

I have to disagree with the person below who alleges crookedness. I could not find a particular pair of trainers anywhere so I was surprised to find that Footway had them in my size 9.5. I placed my order and they arrived by DHL from Sweden in two days (signature required). I can not think of anyone in the UK who could better that.

Be very sceptical DO NOT BUY from this company they are crooks. They will send you a pair of named brand shoes/trainers that are either fake or rejects and when you complain about them cutting your feet they will tell you they will send you a replacement pair and that it must be Nike's quality control fault. But no replacement will come and two weeks later you will have to take your complaint further to Trading Standards. If you want lots of grief and really poor customer service buy from these crooks!

Easy to use website. The quality of the product was exceptional for the price I paid. My family and friends also agreed the head looks just like my son. It took about 6 weeks but that is because I am extremely picky and critical. But The communication with the artists and the company was excellent with quick response times. The company always answers the phone and speak perfect English. I highly recommend Bobbleheads.com for anyone who wants a quality Bobblehead at a reasonable price.

I wish I could give this place 0 stars - it does not even deserve one!! Every review here that says how bad it is is correct. I ordered a wetsuit from there over 3 weeks ago. I kept phoning and emailing them to find out where it was, as it was showing as 'in transit' for at least 2 weeks. I kept speaking to incompetent people who said they would 'find out where it is', but never got back to me. They finally emailed me today to say it has been lost! Great! If I had been told this 2 weeks ago I could have started looking for another one in time for my diving trip.

I ordered 2 life jackets, one adult and one child, 11/07/2014: The vests to rescue the little girl was not available in the warehouse stocks, I had to wait 4-5 working days. We arrived on the 25th of July and still do not know when they will arrive, maybe when the season is over! On 18 July, after my email, I have risporto telling me that if I wanted I would be refunded the amount spent, but since I had been told that the product would arrive July 21 for three days, I decided to wait. From 21 July I did not know anything, I had to call this morning for I always have the same answers and justifications. If you do not go running and you have a month to receive the goods ordered then you can always hoping that in the end merchandise is available. I'm sorry but my more!

I received the parcel which was great BUT unfortunately, the product was in a backorder situation. This caused much concern for the delivery date. I had originally started a standard delivery method when ordered which was over a month lead time BUT the order status did not allow sufficient time before haul out. Expediting the shipment would have solved this timing issue. I got the delivery 2 days after haul out. I had to go back to packing my stuffing box via the old method but would have enjoyed the Dripless system better. So, now what to do with this Dripless Seal is the question.

I was able to book quickly for a rescheduled visit as the first one was cancelled due to covid 19 pandemic. Alton Towers honoured my original booking type even though I had booked a good deal in the new year. They issued a voucher and it covered the cost of a suite which would have cost a lot more given the new time of year I am going. The only gripe (if any) was that I was unsure of which type of room I was getting until the final confirmation note appeared. I was happy to find it was the suite as originally booked as I assumed it may have been a standard family room. Can't wait to go for a much needed family get away

Avoid, they tell you they have stock but they dont. 4 weeks we waited for our order it was all in stock when we ordered but then they lost wet wall panels. Rubbish at calling back. Senior management dont want to know got fobbed off with a team leader who cant make any decisions. Think trading standards need to investigate.

Visited lunchtime today. My friend had her phone opened on the meerkats promotion and was informed , in a not so professional manner, that that it was no longer available. That , of course, was absolutely fine, when asked if we could use the 33% off food code, was told "only if it's valid". Again that of course is absolutely fine as it was a valid voucher code. What I find unacceptable is in the manner that our waitress served us. Myself and the rest of my party found her to have a very condescending attitude towards us throughout our visit. We have visited the Haywain on numerous occasions and have always enjoyed our experience. Though, our meals didn't meet your usual expected standard, this happen sometimes, the service and attitude we encountered today is our last visit.

Excellent car cover. Purchased the 4-layered luxury car cover for my vehicle. Cover fits snug, does not flap in the wind. Hasn't caused any issues to the paintwork in terms of scratching, rubbing etc and the car is left looking as good as it was prior to covering it. Well worth spending the extra.

I have purchased a car cover from Stormforce, but unfortunately doesn't even last a year. Keeps breaking and tearing off It doesn't protect the car fully because after staying in the sun just starts peeling off the layers. It was my worse ever experience because it doesn't even last a year it doesn't match all the description. I really regreat purchasing this car cover. Not HAPPY AT ALL purchasing this product I wish I haven't waste my money nearly 200 pounds spend for nothing. Please think carefully before you purchased you will definately regreat it.

Disappointed. I ordered what I was thinking it was going to be a nice present for my husband birthday on the 14th of June. First they promised delivery of seven days a week including Sundays of course. Second they sent me a message saying it was going to be delivered by DPD that day. Third I was expecting them all day last Sunday 14th of June 2020 and about 5:00 pm I received an email from Royal Mail saying they were going to send them next day the 15th. Sorry but my husband birthday is the 14th not the next day. What a shame. I do not recommend prestige flowers and the reason to not use capital letters is because I am really upset and annoyed. If you get the worst service, you have the right to complain and to protest for £42,79 It is not £3 or £5 They have a lack of service and a mediocre customer attention. Sorry to be so hush, but they deserve this review.

Do not buy anything from them. The quality of things is really cheap looking and total waste of money. They sent my order wrong when I asked for exchange or to return the item they don't reply to you. I really regret ordering 2 watches from them, they sent me purple color watches when I ordered the gold color. I sent many messages through Whats app by the number they provided and also sent emails but nothing happened. Again don't fall for these item, they just look good but are really trashy when you receive them.

They have since changed their website to Stunningstuffs.com and then when they got too much heat from people realizing they stole a product image from Squishable, they started selling their fake plague doctor plush on Jellystores.com, exact same layout, font and logo type. Even the words are exactly the same throughout the entire website. They tried to use a Facebook page called Cutie Heroes to send people to these links. Since people have commented saying it was a scam, they took down the post. I'm waiting for it to reappear somewhere.

I bought myself a Petersham Westminster pipe for Christmas, and it gives a fabulous smoke, very clean and full-throated. The pipe is very handsome, and sits beautifully in your hand, which is important to me as I was a 'proper' pipe smoker for 40 years before giving it up for a Petersham, and love the feel of the bowl caressing your fingers..

Goods were despatched quickly and were what was ordered, four pairs of trousers, two types. All were labelled as 36L, two pairs fitted two did not. One pair were labelled “Charcoal” but I have not seen green charcoal. I have retained the two lighter weight trousers but when compared to your product of a few years ago, they have been made down to a price not up to a standard.

A bit of sharp practice exercised by Agoda in that they quoted me in Euros but took the payment in Sterling. On the date of the exchange the bank rate (which i would have been charged if they had taken the money in Euros) was 1.16. The rate I received from them was 1.07 which left me 34.65 euros out of pocket on a 385 euro transaction. Almost 10per cent. Complained and received £17 compensation. Will not use again.

They charged me early for a booking, regardless of an ongoing pandemic and the multiple restrictions it brought about and the country I was visiting less restricted travel on the dates I had booked after I had made the booking. It was a refundable booking so I made my case and instead of refunding it, they disputed my charge so the bank now has a hold on the amount they charged and they're basically trying to pass me onto the bank now for a problem they created in the first place. Their customer service handled it okay but their Fraud Prevention Specialist has been passive aggressive and keeps responding with snide comments in the emails, they basically seem like they have a bone to pick and it's just been very strange and I dont know what their gripe is since I'm the one encountering a freeze on a charge Agoda made. On the other hand, I've always had a positive experience with Booking.com and Traveloka, they really do help you and coordinate with the hotels if you come across any issues and they're very polite.

I have been a long term customer. My wine adviser, James, is very knowledgeable about the many wines they sell. He invariably guides me towards wines I will enjoy and has helped me to broaden my appreciation of different wines from from around the globe. The wines are delivered quickly, often next day even though ordered late in the afternoon. The delivery service has also improved over time and they now use a courier, UK Mail, that provides a one hour time slot for delivery and lets me know by text in the morning when I can expect the delivery to arrive; that has been very helpful.

They obviously partner with unreliable minicab services too - we had one lying to us that they called 6 times (no missed calls) and then disappearing. Terrible experience. Arrived in southend and our cab wasnt there, we called the company and the guy working there (sebastian h) said the cab was going to arrive in 10 mins as they saw on the website that out flight was delayed. The flight wasnt delayed and the cab ended up arriving 60 minutes late (not 10) and what is worse is that instead of apologizing kabbee (and in particular, sebastian) was very aggressive on the phone and insisted that they were late because out flight was delayed (not true) and that we needed to be understanding because they were coming from central london to pick us up (like if it was a charity service and not something we paid for). One hour delayed is not acceptable and the lack of apologises Is even worse.

Really impressed; I was quite sceptical before ordering as it was the cheapest place online I could find, with very few reviews. I even paid via PayPal specifically so if there were any issues, it wouldn't be much hassle to claim it back. I never normally leave reviews, but I was so chuffed with how quick my order came! I have used Art Discount as my main supplier for several years and they have never failed to come up with the goods. I have even had a call from them when the number of items I needed fell short. I and my family paid £30 for a DIGIPASS from Picsolve at LEGOLAND. Pictures of other families were uploaded into our album on some of the rides we were on. I phoned and to bring this mistake to their attention and was asked to email about my complain. The issue was never resolved after the email and I did not even get a reply back. I have called after the email but the phone is picked up and put straight back on. I will never recommend their service to anyone at a theme park with their services.
