I have renovation process in my semi house, and found the shop and manager Cindy very helpful, knowledgeable and enthusiastic. Beautiful range of tiles and natural stones, reasonable prices. Cindy has sourced tiles for me that was extremely difficult to find from another shops. This company has huge own warehouse and allow the customers to visit it to find rare products. I was very impressed with Cindy's artistic skills: she helped me with design of both bathrooms. I did not feel any pressure to buy and was happy with my choice of floor tiles. I would shop there again: convenient location ( Bondi Junction), caring manager and great range of the products.

We had sewerage backing up suddenly on a Saturday morning...guests arriving for lunch at midday...numerous calls and messages to other emergency plumbers... Rustic were amazing... fixed before guests arrived...they shuffled jobs to get to us early. Recommended further work...60 year old clay pipes...which we went ahead with. No one likes spending lots of $$$ on underground pipes...but the alternative is not appealing..all fixed great job and service...charming company to do business with. Thank you.

I bought a large folding shower screen 8 years ago and it is still working in good order. I needed some new door seals (this is the 2nd time), but all makes do discolour so no complaint about that. As I am sorry to say and others have made a similar observation, the telephones are not answered and this issue goes way back- same a year ago. However an e-mail dealt with by Cindy provided a diagram of my screen with all parts marked so I ordered a set of 3 sections,albeit I only needed the long hinge one but as Cindy offered me a great price for the 3, far cheaper than elsewhere- in fact all 3 pieces for less than one on another site I bought the full set the 2 currently not needed will be useful in due course. Unfortunately, as has happened before the warehouse sent out the wrong parts, but an e-mail to Cindy put it right and a delivery was made the day following my report of the incorrect item. In my opinion the shower screen which I originally bought was great value for money. If only the phones were adequately staffed this would be a great company worth 5 stars. However 5 stars for Cindy!!

Initially a good product, however after only a months use a runner broke. So I tried calling the company repeatedly........either no answer or a message saying their phone system was down for maintenance. After sending an email a a few months wait I finally was contacted by Cindy at Aica Bathrooms to resolve my issue. I can positively say that despite the initial problems it has now restored my faith in their products and hope to use them again on my next project. Many thanks Aica Bathrooms.

I've been using GapCap for over a year now and they have proved to be a great asset to our business. As most business owners will know, you can spend a lot of time chasing late payments and this can be time consuming as well as stressful when the bills wont wait, using GapCap allows us to get 80% of the money owed to us upfront / on delivery meaning less disruption to our cashflow. The team are very helpful and I've even got my account manager Tom on WhatsApp and he replies day and night. I'm fully aware that there are other factoring companies out there, some of them might offer a lower rate but many of them have monthly fee's and also insist that you put all your customers though the facility. With GapCap there are no monthly fees and you do not have to put all your customers through them so it is a much more flexible facility on the whole. And the interest / fee's are somewhat negotiable depending on the amount your customer spends so really you can't go wrong. Already recommended to others and will continue to do so! A+++

This has been a life-changing project for my wife and I. She is wheel-chair bound and the progressive advance of her illness made the chair-lift to get upstairs to bed increasingly difficult. I investigated the possibility of erecting a garden room extension to provide a bedroom / wet-room for us, that would be wheel-chair accessible and meet the requirements of nursing-care staff. From the initial 'phone enquiry it took Garden Rooms Scotland a mere six weeks to visit the site, understand our detailed requirements, have the unit designed, foundations laid, unit erected and finished both externally and internally to allow us to move in within an incredibly tight timescale. All to budget with a fantastic and cheerful workforce! It has transformed our lives, thanks to Joe and his team at Garden Rooms Scotland. This new design of a Personal Assisted Living garden room will, we hope, be the solution to many other families who need a fast and good-value extension to provide ground floor bedroom/bathroom accommodation. Ordered over £300 of edging on the 26th April 2020. As of 16th May 2020 I am still awaiting delivery and have received no update since the day the order was made. An e-mail was sent on the 12th May 2020 to request confirmation that the order had been dispatched and an estimated delivery date. As of 16th May 2020 I have received no reply. Unacceptable lack of communication, irrespective of the current pandemic. Following the issues raised above I have been contacted personally by their MD. He was polite, apologetic and has assured me that the order delivery has been expedited. I am satisified that the oversight was simply due to overwhelming current demand, in what are unprecedented circumstances. On this basis I am now happy to recommend them.

You can get cheaper on line, but likely manufactured in Eastern Europe with little/no quality control. Buy cheap, buy twice. Avoid this company like the plague. Customer service is non existent.. We purchased Cedar driveway gates from them. OK when we received them my husband and son in law hung them. No damage was done whilst being installed. Next day there was a large split in the grain of one panel. Contacted the company and we were told they would send a repair kit, A REPAIR KIT for gates we paid £1500 for. I asked to speak to a manager and was told by the girl that she was the best I was going to get. I contacted a director of the company via facebook and he apologised for the way we had been treated by customer service and said he would arrange to have the gates picked up and repaired at no cost to us.He has told us today that he has changed his mind and will not be doing anything of the kind as we had posted negative reviews about the company. Despicable company and only good reviews are acceptable to them. They should be ashamed

Ordered a table on May 31, 2019 and it didn't come with all the section cups. Emailed them in June requesting suction cups. They sent me the wrong product. I was told today July 23, 1019 that my request was “far out of the manufacture extended warranty.” How would this order be “far out of the manufacture extended warranty” when it was ordered this year on May 31? Found the right cabinet at a good price, ordering was straightforward. Website mentions surcharges for some areas. I called and asked for price to my postcode, was told no extra charge, which was a bit surprising as I'm in the highlands. Placed order straight away based on that info. 8 working days later, no cabinet. Eventually got hold of shop on the phone. The fella told me that 'nobody had picked up on the fact that a surcharge was due, hadn't processed the order and hadn't contacted me. That implies that there is a team and somebody else may have been responsible. The sole employee (and owner I imagine) then told me that he hadn't said postage was free and that it would cost me an extra £20 to have cabinet sent. Also said he is the only one in the shop so I could only have spoken to him. Fair enough, his voice was familiar from the first call. Why then hadn't someone (him) picked up on the order and processed it in the first place? I was unhappy with the misinformation ref delivery. The order confirmation states free delivery to my post code. I was further unhappy with the poor processing and poor comms. I read reviews after I had ordered (my mistake) and found numerous unhappy customers. It's a shame he doesn't sort out the comms and order processing. Based on the website, product choice, prices and quality, I would have given 5 stars if the order was processed properly and efficiently. Finally, the 5 gun extra tall cabinet is a cracking item for the price. Would definitely recommend the product. Just not the seller based on my experience. It was well packaged and delivered quite quickly once the surcharge was paid.

I have recently purchased 25 1l glass swing top bottles for this years apple drop. Unfortunately many of them arrived broken and smashed as a result of no internal packing/bubble wrap. I emailed the company got a call from the regional manager the following day who got a grip of the situation that day. The following day replacement bottles were sent out with overnight deliver. The bottles are great and the tops(ceramic) are also of good quality. Sometimes it is not just the quality of the product that matters its the service that supports this when things don't quite go to plan. For these combined reasons I will be placing future orders with Glass Bottles given their customer service on this occasion was second to none. Thankyou Andy Brogan for taking responsibility for this isolated matter.

Placed an order on 9th August. I have today (16th August) received an email stating that the order has just been processed. A week just to process an order!? So I have no idea when to expect delivery. In an age where most businesses now deliver products 1-2 days after purchasing, this is totally unacceptable!

The shower door was not centered-it was off by a 1/2 inch-so it did not line up with the end of the tile accent in the shower area. It seems very obvious when you look where the hinges were secured to the wall...the tile accent extends a 1/2 inch. When the installers came back to see the discrepancy they argued with the contractor about the placement of the door...the accent tile extends past the door a 1/2 inch; had the door been positioned exactly in the middle of the saddle then the door and tile would have lined up perfectly...will unfortunately have to live with it!

Spotted Jeff's van in the village, whilst he was completing another job. I asked for a card and a couple of days later, he came to quote for replacing some "steamed up" windows. His advice was clear and concise, his quote was very reasonable and with little hesitation, we asked him to proceed. A good decision. The work was done expertly, he was very polite, patient and most concerned to leave the jobs in a clean and tidy condition. Not only that, but he had spent some time, to locate and modify a replacement, for a broken window handle, which we happened to mention. Bought the 4piece garden corner sofa set.only half the set arrived so I called them a couple of days later and they said it was out for delivery . It arrived as promised and on both occasions the delivery drivers could not have been more helpful even helping me store it away in my garage. The customer services lady was also very helpful and pleasant .the sofa set is good quality and looks amazing , everything fitted together well and we had no problems putting it up. You only have to put the feet on . It’s the second garden set I have had from this company ordered through Groupon and I have never had a problem . I have read the reviews of others but I can only go by my own experience and I’m very happy with my products and service. Order the items through Groupon as it is cheaper by more than half the price.

Online Furniture Ordering system - nice and easy. this company kept up to date on the back order for the furniture we ordered (5 pieces) about 3 weeks ago. I am informed by the phone, my order arrives last week, I am surprised my order has arrived in Wellington so quick during this very special time, Alert level 3 in Auckland. No problems at all so they took it to the room we want upstairs. Very good service, we love our new furniture. Thanks The furniture itself is very good quality. I bought an orange reflective safety raincoat from ISC Online more than one year ago, and I was treated well as a customer. I received many positive remarks from coworkers about the raincoat and it was eventually stolen, which is another effective but awkward indicator of it's value. When I bought an identical raincoat to replace the stolen one, the price had actually come down. I am very happy with ISC Online, and thank you. There is nowhere to get these safety raincoats locally that I am aware of.

I have owned 3 pairs with no issues, however my current pair broke at the toe strap. I contacted them about a repair or replacement and sent some photos showing the sandals. They informed me that it looked like I got them wet and that's why they failed. Really? They have deck soles for sailing and no where on their website does it say that they should not be used in wet conditions. I pointed this out to them and they did not reply, my poor review on their website also was not listed. Don't buy them if you are going to sail, fish or go to the beach, because they don't stand behind their product...

PUT OFF BY HORRENDOUS AMOUNT OF PLASTIC PACKAGING I ordered a few glass jars and they came wrapped in a HORRENDOUS AMOUNT OF PLASTIC BUBBLE WRAP, which totally PUT ME OFF. Ampulla argued that it is Airspeed recyclable plastic, but I did a thorough research and the Airspeed plastic bubble wrap is in the category of normal plastic carrier bags which for example Tesco uses, and those plastic bags can ONLY be recycled at carrier bag collection point at the larger stores, and ONLY if a particular store has that facility. I wanted to recycle the Airspeed bubble wrap and so I had to travel to 3 stores because the first 2 did not have the facility. If, for example, all supermarkets are trying to reduce the use of the plastic carrier bags and other plastic packaging , WHY IS AMPULLA INCREASING THE USE OF PLASTIC BY FILLING UP THEIR BOXES WITH USELESS PLASTIC BUBBLE WRAPS?

The two day session with Bambos and Andy I experienced as fundamentally liberating. This was due to the guidance of Bambos and Andy, but also the cosy historical space in Welvaren contributed to that. It allowed for a safe space to journey deep in myself after which I felt relieved and alive. Highly recommend this place to anybody who would like to learn more about him or herself in a safe, open and well taken care of environment.

From the courteous attention in the showroom shown by Roger to the installation of the carpets by 2 very helpful and cheerful young guys Jamie and Kincaid, the whole thing went smoothly. They did a great job and the new carpeted rooms look beautiful. Also they helped with moving some heavy furniture. The price was very fair compared to a major retailer nearby whose quote was $1000 more and they wanted to charge extra for moving any furniture.
