Shipping was extremely high. Hawaii shipping doesn't have to be as much as we were charged. We use your shirts as employee uniforms and for sipping almost makes us want to shop elsewhere. I called them for an estimate and they were so good. The estimate was given fast and easy. I've heard they do the best repairs on all makes and models of digital cameras. I picked Royal Cameras Service from Google search for Minolta Film Camera that needed service. I did not know anything about them, just intuitive feeling. I trusted them with my Minolta X700 that needed electronic work. My intuition paid off. The camera came back in excellent shape and the shutter is working. They were very courteous and sent the camera to me in a very short time because I was leaving town. Thank you Royal Cameras Service.

The shorts I bought from Cooltan are comfortable, and they're made out of a very nice feeling material. They don't have any inside liner, which is what I like. I live in Arizona so I swim constantly- during the summer almost every day. These have held up to all that, and still look and feel great so I am happy.

I was not sure what to expect finding a random website to order custom frames online, but I am very pleased with my experience. I ordered 3 custom frames one of which had double mats. It is very easy to order a custom frame as the only math you need to do is measure the piece to be framed and it does the rest for you. You are able to specify nearly every aspect of the order and get the exact look you are looking for. There are a myriad of options from frame type, mat colors and color to backing boards. Our frames were shipped via UPS and unfortunately one of the foam boards and acrylic were damaged (there was damage to the box in the corresponding location so it was not damaged previous to packaging). I contacted webpictureframes.com and had the issue resolved that day. The personal support assistant called me within an hour and a half of my email to resolve the problem. If I ever order custom frames again I will definitely use this site. The cost is significantly cheaper than the standard big box stores and looks just as good.

Let me start with the short version: If you want to save on picture framing, and have total control of your ultimate product, I cant imagine there is a better place to go. In this abbreviated version, I will add that the packaging is first rate, A+. I counted and I had 24 framed pictures throughout my house with which I had little or no real involvement. Yes, I could look at mat samples, but there never seemed to be the right colors. Besides, you cant take the time to get it just right. Having the ability to get a fairly good idea with their framing tool, combined with using actual samples of mats and frames, and one will find that the possibilities are endless. I could put together something, save it, and return to it later with a fresh perspective. Like with writing, I find great value with such perspective. The biggest problem is deciding which version is the best: such a problem, eh? I ordered three frame packages, two triple-matted and one single matted--yes one does not have to have every picture triple-matted. All turned out very nice, but, as can be expected, the better and more expensive frames do look better. At this time I have three more frame packages that I plan to order. As a last note, two points that I believe can be helpful. The first is with the picture overlay. Using a 1/8 inch overlay with a reverse bezel mat, combined with the shifting possibility of all the parts (backboard, mats, print, acrylic), leaves one little, if any, wiggle room to get the image securely set beneath the mat(s). I would avoid this if possible. The second point has to do removing the backing of the acrylic. My first attempt and I had a real static monster on my hands. After calling WPF, I was advised to lightly dampen the backing and to PULL SLOWLY upon removal. That did work better.

We were very indecisive in the beginning but your salesperson, JAY, stuck with us. He came back a few times with new samples and finally we reached a decision. In the meantime, we had other flooring companies come to the house to compare. We went back to smart carpet and are very happy we did. The insulation team was fantastic. Sticky9 is great - I've used them when they were under the name stickygram and again after they renamed to sticky9. I bought magnets each time - the first time I used them everything was fine. The second time they accidentally sent me the wrong magnets. I wanted to use them in some Christmas gifts so I couldn't wait for them to send new ones since by the time they'd arrive it would be too late. They still sent me new ones but they gave me a refund for the error. They ship pretty quickly, the magnets are good quality and they are super cute - they're a great idea for stocking stuffers since you can make multiple pictures and give them out individually.

I ordered a set of classical magnet, which was supposed to be a part of a weddig gift for my friends. It didn't arrive, so I e-mailed the customer support and they reordered it for me (free of charge), which meant 2 more weeks to wait, so of course I couldn't give it to my friends on the wedding, but anyway. Then this second order did not arrive either, so I asked for a refund, which they completed immediately. They said it must have been lost by the post (and offered to mail it to some other address), but I doubt that the same thing can get lost twice in a row, and nothing I ordered before has been lost until now. I must admit, that customer support is very helpful and replies very quickly, but besides this I don't find them very reliable.

I ordered on 12/15 and their website promised I would get by Christmas Day. I started checking around 12/20 and noticed it hadn't even shipped yet so I called. They have HORRIBLE customer service as you more than likely will have to leave a message for them to call you back. I even emailed them on 12/19 and they just emailed me back today 12/29. Still have not received my candles and they wanna tell me they are sorry, but they were backed up due to Christmas. Well I'm sorry but you shouldn't promise customers something by a certain date and not follow through. I will NEVER buy from this company again. Be warned!

The products themselves smell really good. The candles and the aroma beads. I wasn't too impressed with the wax tarts, but the body scrub was also very good. Items can get a bit pricey. The rings are costume jewelry and a few of them turned my fingers green. They also seem to take longer and longer to fulfill the orders. My current order is now over a week and I still don't have it. These make nice gifts though.

Upon delivery, one of the boxes was broken open. one of the nuts was missing from one of the back braces that the additional handle attaches to. We were able to find a replacement nut in our warehouse. The problem was that they were only loosely tightened and must have come completely loose in shipping and since the box was damaged and open upon arrive it must have fallen out in transit. The only other problem that arose was that the delivery was delayed by a couple of days because the business name was not included on the package. I know that this information was included in the order as it is for a business that the purchase was made. Due to the fact that our warehouse is in the middle of a shopping center that all holds the main address. The business name being left off of the address label, required FedEx to canvas the entire shopping center to find the location for the delivery based on only the individual's name. Once they found the location, FedEx delivered only a Postcard requiring confirmation of the business name before they would attempt delivery again. Regardless of these small problems, the units arrived as expected and are a great product.

I ordered an item and it was supposed to be delivered in 3-5 days. 10 days go by and no item. I messaged them twice before I received a response and then I got a snotty response with the link for my tracking number for the item. When you go into the link it says it had been delivered 3 days ago. So I messaged again and included a screenshot of the tracking stating it was delivered. I got a crappy response back with more excuses and telling me I could not receive a refund because it was still in transit. Horrible customer service and crappy business practices.

Wow. Needed to upgrade my brass knobs on doors and my hinges, this site was easy to find what I wanted and it was here in a couple days. Customer service solved a problem within minutes ON A SUNDAY. The website is not easy to use. When I enter the item number for something I previously found, sometimes it brings up thousands of options when there should be one. I persisted dealing with it because our kitchen designer recommended it for good quality at reasonable prices. I did receive the pulls and knobs I ordered in a very timely manner. They arrived well packaged and the ones I opened are in good condition. I was concerned that 2 knobs I received were packaged with different names even though they had the same item number, but they were exactly what I ordered. Wide selection at competitive prices. Knobs and pulls are a good solid weight. I chose the Dakota Tuscan Bronze. I have ornate bronze light fixtures in the kitchen and breakfast area. I wanted a simplified design for the knobs and pulls. The color is a perfect match. I could not be happier with my selection. Also, the packaging of the order was extremely good.

Easy website to navigate. I think the advertisement side needs to address the average consumer better. I searched YouTube for a long period of time trying to find a solution to a fresh water drain valve leak. The only other option I was able to find was spin welding which is not available in my area. If this was marketed as RV fresh water tank repair I would of found it quicker. Just a suggestion.

That doesn't really help as we needed to install this weekend. We're a small museum that has a portable air conditioner on the second floor of our historic home (house where Thomas Edison was born). We needed replacements for the intake and exhaust hoses. It took me quite a while to find what we needed. At the end, did consult with rep by phone. Ducting for our use is much more expensive than anticipated; for our budget and the total price we paid for the portable air conditioner.

The "Let's talk!" feature kept popping up and rapidly became annoying. I kept closing it but once should have been enough - I did not want to chat! Also, I had to fill out my name and address twice on the order form as it somehow lost everything I'd entered as soon as I selected a method of payment. The Google payment page encountered an error so I couldn't pay that way. The terms and conditions page was "not found" when I tried to read that. All in all, a rather cumbersome process to check out. On the other hand, I did find the knobs and handles I wanted.

In late 2008 we purchase a home in the mountain region of Northern California, being from the bay area we had never had to deal with wells and septic before so we were very cautious we had had our septic pumped out as suggested after three year. Big mistake! Within the first year after, we started having problems, we used ever product we could find at our big box stores but it only worked for short periods. In 2013 we were faced with having to have our septic replaced or repaired, they weren't sure and would only know after digging up the lines. I was going to cost literally thousands of dollars, we were sick about it! I got on the computer and did research for a few days until I came across New Tech Bio. I was impressed! I contacted them and told them the problems we were facing and was told they truly believed the products they had chosen for me would work. I was reluctant because it was going to cost almost $500.00 but then I was facing thousands of dollar in repair or replacement and he all but guaranteed me they could help and they'd be there along the way. BEST DECISION I HAVE EVER MADE!!! It took about four month total but got a little better every month. We haven't had a problem since but I'm reordering and doing the same treatment just as a precaution as I will never have the tanks cleaned out again. New Tech Bio is my go to for everything septic. They have awesome customer service and an undeniable product line that puts all the others to shame. Bite the bullet and try it, you'll love it. We sure do!

Great product..Got our old cesspool system working again! Been using this product for a few years as part of our maintenance program. Works wonders..I recommend to everyone who has septic issues. Really, stay away from harsh cleaning chemicals going into your system and this NT MAX will do wonders. Don't waste your money on box store products. Like most, I was very hesitant at first to purchase this product due to sticker shock. Now I am a returning customer! I went to the Orlando office to have the Venus treatment. I am 53 years old, 5’5” and 140lbs. I have worked out for 10 years and I eat right. I had a hard time losing a small amount of weight in my inner thighs. I came in 1 year ago and had a consultation with Daisy. We agreed this should be really easy and noninvasive. $1800 was paid and an appointment made. The guy that made my appointment did not set up a following appointment and it was not explained to me how often I would need to go. I had 10 appointments and Daisy thought 8 would do the trick. I came in, met Katie. She had to start my appointments over because there were not appoints available for the next couple of weeks. She gifted me an extra appointment due to this. She was thinking maybe 6 treatments would work. She talked about measuring and taking pictures to show the difference. I was never measured by her, however because I work out, I do measure myself. I was at 22 inches. We took pictures at another appointment, I do not remember how far in. There were 2 pictures taken in 2 different rooms with different lighting and a different distance from the camera. It was just a small amount that needed to be fixed . This should have been a very simple job. Months later I told Katie nothing has changed. She consulted Daisy and was told she was not using the correct temp on that area to melt the fat. She turned up the heat. Still nothing. I have record of all my appointments and 30, yes 30 treatments later My inner thighs did not change. I told her this was not working, and we needed to look into getting my money back. She understood because she did not see a change either. She consulted a new manager, Charles who I had to chase down to contact. He was either in meetings or behind closed doors. At one point he was out with Covid. No one told me he was out so I was getting very upset. I called one more time and was told he would call me back, I declined and asked to speak to him at that time. I was told he was giving an interview, I waited forever. His interview was more important that my call. He said he would submit the info and the answer I got back was that the “medical experts” looked at my 2 pictures that I mentioned above and determined there was a slight change. Funny because I was still measuring at 22 inches. I am not the type of person to return things or make false complaints. I like to sleep at night with a clear conscience. I am so disappointed in this service. I really wanted this to work and believe it would due to the small area to treat. I feel so cheated and betrayed. I have never used social media as a tool to force someone to give me my money back or to say bad thing so please don’t make me start now. With all the time I spent traveling and the gas and tolls, just to have this treatment I am asking to have my $1800 returned. Please understand, I received absolutely nothing for $1800. I did lodge a complaint with the BBB and was told Sono Bello was going to contact me and no one did.

Ordering on line was good. one problem Was the street 90 was not a factory part it was cut down and a nipple was glued in. This reduced the pressure rating of this fitting and also increased the dimensions of the overall size. I asked for the proper fitting and was told they did not exist. I know for a fact that they are available. I also asked your rep for factory certification of pressure and factory approval of this fitting. This I did not receive. ***Update: company posted on the BBB site that they will refund anyone who files a complaint about their no refund policy, to the BBB. Might be worth a try. I filed. Although it looks like this company is going out of business, how in the world are they actually still in business? Paid 81.99 for a bottle of what can be described as rotted lemons, drain cleaner or knock off lemon pledge. SO greasy and stinky. They revamped their website after I purchased so their site is a shell of what it was previously and they state zero refunds, returns or replacements. There should be a class action lawsuit for all of us that were duped to get refunds.

I am extremely disappointed in the fragrance I received for my wife's Christmas gift. $80 is a lot of money in the pastor's household. I was hoping I could surprise my wife with her favorite Royal Apothecary fragrance "Hothouse Peony" that had been discontinued. Sadly the result smells nothing like the original. And with no way to get a refund we are just out the money. My advice unfortunately is it's not worth the risk to do business here.

Outstanding ship time, great service and product is an excellent fit, quality construction and price would be at least $200 More from a US distributor. Based on price I was expecting a sub par product. Not so....pleasantly surprised.

Easy site to navigate, good product information and clear instructions. Good communication advising of delivery, which was very speedy, and pleasing that the items were packaged well so that they weren't damaged in transit.
