Ordered 25 small pins for my grandson’s second grade class on Monday, March 25. On Thursday, company notified me that order would ship on the next day, Friday, March 29. On Friday, March 29, I was notified that, nope, the order would ship on Monday, April 1. I contacted the company by phone, spoke first to Jessie and was transferred to Madeline. The purpose of my call was to cancel the order inasmuch as I needed the items by Thursday, April 4. Madeline, a very pleasant young lady assured me the order would be sent second day air on Monday, April 1, to arrive by Wednesday, April 3. I agreed and on Tuesday April 2 I received a package from the company. Absolutely, the WRONG item. Once again I called the company, spoke with Madeline and was told there was nothing they could do. However, Madeline pressed on and spoke with her contact, and was told that he would ship the order overnight mail the next day to arrive on Thursday, April 4. Nothing was shipped. Somebody dropped the ball, it was a small order but apparently commitments don’t seem to mean anything. I am left with 18 disappointed 2nd graders. No way to run a company.

I wish I could give 0 stars. Worst customer service possible. Robot generic answers via e-mail and phone... Prices are extortionate. Hidden fees always apply so expect the unexpected with any shop direct company. Products are usually of a poor quality (clothes and gym equipment that I have purchased have had a problem with them 50% of the time). Would never use again. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Insight repeatedly fail to honour a two year warranty for a failed product. 1) "The warranty is one year, not two. Prove to us that it's two" (it's on their website and the website of the manufacturer as two) 2) Repeated delays in contact 3) "You need to raise a ticket with the manufacturer, not us" (No, we don't. We did do it, but the manufacturer quite rightly said that we should go to the people we brought the product from, i.e. Insight). Still waiting for a resolution over a month after hardware failure.

I'm a Global IT manager, I find the multiple poor reviews very surprising. I've used the company for 15 years and they have always provided a cost effective professional service. Recommended!

I am still waiting for my refund of £22.70, it has become a nightmare, no one from the Company deals with the problem. As a last effort, details are Customer Number A4416349. Original order was goods BF155A6 &G07553A posted 09 Oct '17. I was asked to prove my cheques had arrived,by Usman Ahmed, Customer Service @ Manchester. I sent proof and have Royal Mail delivery signature. No response, not even an Email! 20Nov'17 received from Mr.Swindells, ref.RE07/A/101 a refund of £5.91. of my second cheque, so if this was traced, why could they not find my £22.70 cheque?? This is the worst experience of mail order, never again.

My order had not arrived after 14 days. I phoned H of B and was told that the vinyl tablecloths were out of stock. When I phoned customer services the phone was not answered, so I then got through to sales. The phone was answered promptly. The tablecloths were in the sale at a third of the full price. I asked, and also wrote to ask, why there was no system in place to inform cusomters if an item was not available. I had to make an expensive phone call to find out where my order was. I ordered my items by post and enclosed a cheque. I was asked if I wanted the company to retain my money against a further order. I said that I had no intention of ever ordering anything from H of B again. My payment was returned in the form of a cheque. I did not receive an answer from customer services as to why I had not been informed that the item was out of stock. Strangely in the next catalogue that arrived the same vinyl tablecloth was offered at the full price. Perhaps it is always out of stock when it is in the sale. Never again.

I ordered a Halloween costume from them and received confirmation of my order and charge to my account. Received an email a whole week later that my order was cancelled and the costume was no longer available. Now its so close to Halloween that I am screwed!! Will NEVER use them again!

We ordered a Christmas present for our son on December 14. December 21 we get an email the item is out of stock. Much too late to order from someone else without paying much extra for rush shipping.

As a 50plus/first time college student unfamiliar with re-connecting devices after a computer repair.I called "The Nuance company" for assistance in a state of chaos,only to find "Toni". Who was so...respectful,professional,kind,extremely patient,and able to get my amazing tool called "Dragon Naturally Speaking" for dictating college papers/documents for when words thought are faster typed.With Dragon software connected correctly/study's back on track I type this, as it takes a certain type of person to handle a call like that.I'm so...appreciated to Toni's follow through and understanding of an adult learner.Plus,I highly recommend this well designed, innovative product for yearning to learn adult/younger students for furthering their growth using technology.Sincerely grateful student, Betty

I'm based on the other side of the world, Australia, yet from start to end I felt like I dealt with a trusted dealer down my own street. Pre-sales advice was helpful and responsive. The unit was packed well and arrived quickly with tracking. The seller's website contains useful PDF tutorials for the device I purchased, a high end speech recognition microphone, FlexyMike DE Cardioid Andrea Pure Audio MA Combo, which I accessed to set up my unit when it arrived. The seller kindly included an Android adapter. I offered to write this review, and proactively sought out the seller's advice as to where to leave it.

I have been dealing with a lot of security camera/access control vendors the last couple of years, but have never encountered one like Zbeem. When I first started browsing the website, the company owner popped up and offered assistance - I was able to inquire right then and there about product availability. Zbeem kept me advised of the order status. Their prices were great - AND I received a 5% discount for my first order under a promotion. So far I am greatly satisfied. I was referred to this company by a friend who uses them, and I will gladly refer others to them.

They called after purchase and represented themselves as from our bank. They lie and say they are going to refund you, they don’t no matter How many times you contact, they just lie. They blocked me from Facebook and removed my comments. They are absolutely writing favorable fake reviews for themselves. My phone number was spammed and I now receive multiple scam calls a day.

Purchased the Donner Wireless Page Turner just over 6 months ago. The devise will no longer turn on. After emailing back and forth over several days, their attitude was very much "oh well". They do not have a warranty page on their web site for good reason, they do not stand behind their products. A 6 month warranty does not instill much confidence.

I had a very positive experience using Greentoe! They offered me a great deal on a new Samsung Q80 65" TV. I will definitely recommend this service to my friends and family! I heard about Greentoe through my brother who recently purchased a new LG OLED B9 65" TV using their service. He got a great deal and shared his experience with me. At first I was skeptical of the process, but decided to give it a try since he received his new TV without any issues. I started by submitting a couple offers on TV's that I had my eye on and was contacted by a Greentoe rep via email. I went back and forth with them a few times while also trying to see if they would price match (or beat) another retailer on Ebay. They informed me of the risks associated with purchasing "grey market" TV's and clarified that all TV's sold via Greentoe will come from authorized retailers and include the full manufacturer warranty. After a couple emails and counter offers, I accepted the offer. The next day, I received an email stating my TV had been shipped (complete with shipping details such as PO#, shipping company name, and tracking number). Delivery took about a week as the TV was shipped across the country via freight. The shipping company called me in advance to set up a delivery date and time, and they delivered the TV within the time window we agreed upon. I later confirmed my TV was sold through an authorized Samsung retailer just as Greentoe promised! Everything went smoothly and I'm very happy with my TV purchase through Greentoe!

I have a Fuji XT2 and wanted to get another lens, 56mm f/1.2. Online prices are 899.99, i.e. $900. Greentoe says save 10% to 40% in their advertising. The best counter offer to my $851 was $879, an about 2.5% savings, plus the hassle of multiple rounds of bidding. Bottom line, If you know what you want, and it something that does get discounted, you might get a deal (seems like TV sets fall into this category) but Fuji lens are not in this category.

I have now had logomojo do 3 different logos for me and all have FAR exceeded my expectations (and I always have high expectations!). They are worth every penny!! They always listen to my input and end up giving me even better than I hoped for. The entire team does a great job and I recommend them to anyone!

I placed an order on the 22nd of feb at 1am. I selected that it arrive on the 23rd in sweden for surprise birthday gift. the 23rd came and is gone. I've contacted them with 2 emails and have had no response about my order, just simply my order status is "awaiting delivery". its now several days past the delivery date i asked for and still no response and I've paid! Not really sure what to do other than report the company to my credit card agency. Would have been happy if FlowersSweden just told me before i paid that my order could not be completed for any reason rather than have me pay and give me the silent treatment.

I placed an order at 7:08 am Swedish time on May 21st for delivery that day. Got a notification that they were ready for shipment late in that day, yet they did not arrive until 3 days later. So for 3 days they sat someplace with no water etc. - what do you think they looked like when they finally did arrive. However, I made out better than others who never even had their flowers sent and could get nobody to address their concerns at Flowers Sweden. Obviously a 1 star and would not recommend them to anybody

Working with Dave was very easy and he is a professional.

I love working with Dave Bernier, however my rug came back with some issues. Dave is currently working on it and I look forward to the finished product.

I have ordered 5 items from them...5 bottles and turned out they don't work at all. I called them and not being helpful. when I checked on line, turned out that the said item was banned in the US. I urge people to think twice before ordering from them.

I ordered plenty of goods in April, 2020 but have not received my goods even in June, 2020. The phone is disconnected and the email is no response at all. I tracked the package status in UPS and the package was broken and discarded... om.. But who should take the responsibility for this? But of course it should not be me!

I ordered 10 pairs of shoes for my wedding and everyone was ecstatic over how they turned out. My brides maid is going to be using them for her wedding next year!

I have never had such wonderful customer service in all of my years of shopping either online and in a store. I purchased a pair of shoes that got stuck in customs and exceeded their delivery date. I emailed Robert from customer service and he answered me back within 2 hours assuring me they'd arrive safely that week. About 2 weeks later, I had inquired about having the option to order another pair of shoes in black instead of the child-size white. Robert emailed me back and spoke with production, and actually alerted me that he had changed the option on the website so I could order them in the color I wanted. If you ever have any problems, email Robert from customer service- HE IS WONDERFUL!!

2 weeks after my order was marked as shipped, I still hadn't received anything. I called the number on their website, but you'll eventually reach a generic "Your party is unavailable, please leave a message" message no matter what you press. Then I found this site with all these other people saying the same thing...

Don’t waste your money!!! These shirts or jackets look nothing like what you see on their website. I am so disappointed with this mess I could cry. It’s a cheap looking mess I could have made myself at home. Bad thing is no refunds. Who even does that anymore? You can return almost anything for a refund now a days. Don’t order from them. I wish I had read the reviews before buying this junk.

I've just returned from a weekend at 'Mariners Moon' on the Whitesands development in Camber with some girlfriends. We had a fab time in a lovely house. The beach at Camber is fantastic and the hours walk to Rye on the cycle/footpath is well worth doing as parking in Rye can sometimes be difficult. We have a lovely lunch in The Globe Inn Marsh, Rye. It gets very busy and you can't book so turn up early. Booking with 'Beside the Sea Holidays' was a joy, they made everything so easy. The excellent information about the house and the area received beforehand and the welcoming email and text messages to check everything was ok were something I had not experienced before and I have booked many houses with lots of different companies. Thank you also for the milk, apple juice and the locally made carrot cake and macarons, they were delicious. Well done to Richard and Sophie at 'Beside the Sea Holidays' on the excellent way they run their business. We'll hopefully use you again soon. Karen

After being let down by another company the day before we were due to travel, our group of 6 made a last-minute reservation at Seaglass cottage. The communication right from the start was fantastic, with an electronic house guide full of useful information being sent. Having never visited the area before and with little time to investigate and plan, the inclusion of local information was invaluable. We arrived at the cottage and were blown away, the gifts of lemon cake, biscuits and apple juice made our arrival feel special. The house was immaculate, so cosy and inviting and contained everything and more than we could have needed during our stay. The little touches are what made this place, beach towels and a picnic blanket were there if you needed them, children's games in the living room, buckets and spades in the shed - perfect! The kitchen was better equipped than ours at home! We will definitely return, and may work our way through the rest of the cottages as they look equally as fantastic. Thank you guys for saving our bank holiday weekend and making it an even better experience than our original plans :) **

It’s a couple of years ago now but the owner of this business is still the same. I was a regular customer for car services, pink slips and not much else. I had a critical problem with my four wheel drive, I needed a part that cost several thousand dollars. He said he got me a bargain which still cost nearly as much and after at least a month of waiting he completed the job. Turns out he got the replacement part from the wreckers or worse still didn’t change it at all. I had an specialist company remove and inspect the part who confirmed the problem. The specialist then rebuilt the part which cost further substantial costs. The owner of Jannali Car Care Clinic was belligerent and hostile and never returned my calls after that. This business is poison, steer clear. I had spoken with ex employees of his who confirm he is not to be trusted. I was so stressed I just wanted to put it behind me and move on, however I did call Repco (he’s part of their group) but got no response to a phone complaint.

I had a very bad experience with a guy who introduced himself as the owner. I went to the Jannali Car Clinic recently, and was shocked - to say the least. He was very rude, unhelpful, and cursing me all the time. He had no right to be intimidating and forceful. It appears to me that the owner is happy to take your money and scream and intimidate you at the same time. I WILL NEVER EVER SERVICE MY CAR THERE AGAIN, NOT EVEN IF IT WAS FREE. I DON'T FEEL SAFE TO BE THERE.

I have used a few carpet cleaners in the past and never really been happy with the results, until I tried Bensons Cleaning Services! They cleaned my carpets and lounge suite and the results far exceeded my expectations. Awesome job! I will definitely use Bensons again and highly recommend others do the same.

I found them to be very knowledgable about all the services they offer, as we required all the curtains, blinds & capets cleaned but wanted to use the one company. They did it all, and we were very happy with the end result. Arrived on time and did an awsome job on both the curtains & blinds

Ordered a large pack due for delivery by 7am today. Please respond to emails and messages as this is not the first time we have experienced delivery issues with you. This is very inconvenient and a risk for anyone planning a nice meal. Not good enough at all!!

I’ve placed two reasonably large orders with the Meat Society so far. Plus points: delivered on time. Meat quality: OK but not as good as they advertise. The issue arose when, in the second order, the wrong cut of meat was delivered. I had ordered a scotch fillet roll worth $109 and a cube roll was delivered instead. I did not realise until later on. The only method of contact was via an email address, with a promised 24hr response time. I sent through order details and photos. When I did not get a response after 3 business days, I sent another email again with photos and details. It has now been over 5 business days and no response. This is very disappointing, as I have paid a premium price for a premium cut and received what appears to be chuck steak basically, and they have not had the courtesy to respond or acknowledge this issue. Needless to say, I won’t be ordering from them again.

My orders in 2014 Jan and Apr arrived within the advised time frames and the products were as they appeared online. The tassle bikini is beautiful and does not look or feel cheap. The transparent raincoat also functioned as it should, unfortunately did not fit my body as nicely as I hoped but that's always the risk of buying clothing products online.

I have never had a problem with ikoala.Only once did a product not show up,got in touch with them and they sent another out straight away.

I was put on to the Geelong office where I was told I would get a 9 month bridging loan and so and so per cent and so i waited and waited for the paperwork, including emailing - to nothing. I then wrote again and was put through to the same office. The same guy spoke to me, this time stating he didn't think Rams offered that and he didn't know why he'd told me. I might add that both referrals were to a woman at Rams Geelong who never bothered to make contact even though she was my port of call via the Rams site. I have never been so disgusted in a company in my life, how dare they! So now we have to sell first, to then buy where we're going for my daughter to go to uni to do a double major/Masters, and we were hoping to move stuff out and buy first so I could fix the house up here first. Can't be done, and they led me on. I hate them and there should be an inquiry into their ethics. Absolutely disgusting and disgraceful!

I currently have a home loan with you. Each time I’ve contact customer service I’ve had a horrible experience. The very first time was when I got a message to say that my direct debit of $50 for the construction loan was overdue. I called to rectify this straight away as I am never late in any of my bills. When I called the call centre I spoke with this very rude and abrupt lady, she implied that I was crazy as “RAMS don’t do direct debit as it is illegal” she would not let me speak, shut me down each time I said my previous construction progress payments were being direct debited. She got frustrated with me and said she will transfer me to someone else. This was very stressful for me, being my first home loan I really didn’t want to get on a bad start. I finally got through to another RAMS representative and I had to start the call like new. Full ID check, had to relay what my enquire was and what happened in the last call. This lady was nice and very helpful, unfortunately the first person I spoke with didn’t leave any notes so the second representative was unsure what she was talking about. She explained to me that direct debit is normal, the only reason I got the message was due to the public holiday and it will get processed following business day -nothing to worry about. The second time I called was to discuss what to do when my construction loan is completed. I called the call centre. They said they weren’t too sure but to call the person that set up my home loan account. Once I advised that they are no longer open she then referred me to the closest RAMS office to enquire. I believe it was RAMS Mooloolaba, I spoke to a lady that was extremely rude. I wish that call was recorded and she was extremely condescending, she would not answer my questions and told me to call the call centre. When I asked her if I could get the valuation that my house was valued at she said that RAMS don’t do a proper evaluation, someone only goes out to make sure the house is completed after the build. This I found annoying as when I first signed up with you, [name removed] was my loan advisor, he said that we would get a valuation of the home once completed. So am feeling deceived as now I need to pay to have one completed. Then I called to simply request my bank details be updated as I simply changed banks. I thought I could do this over the phone like any other company. But no, I I was sent a form to complete. I completed and emailed the form back, only to receive it back again to say it was missing information. I had to print the whole form again since the last one was chucked in the bin. I don’t hear anything. I tried calling, long wait in the queue, couldn’t get through. Then get an email to say to call RAMS. The call centre isn’t exactly to get a hold of. But I tried, couldn’t get through. Now to my most recent events with RAMS. The end of my construction loan. I received a letter to call RAMS to get my change over fee waived. Great. Called through, no you can’t change until a week before the 1st of April 2020. Alright, Called a couple of days before then, spoke to a gentleman, didn’t catch his name, he said good news we can waive all fees and you can get an interest rate of 2.79% without any prompting. I thought this was great as I was considering refinancing for a similar interest rate. I also wanting to change my monthly payments to weekly or fortnightly as that works better for us. He said I was entitled to all these changes. But he can’t do anything until the 1st of April 2020. I requested 6 call backs in the last week. I haven’t received 1 call. I have called, I have been on hold for 20minutes + each time. Which is not suitable for a couple who also work full time. Wasting all breaks to try and get a hold of our home loan financier. Hence the request for all the call backs to get everything sorted. So I called the office this morning, spoke to this lady, she was nice but seemed to not know too much information. Just kept saying she would transfer me through to the department that sorts it out but then kept remembering they don’t open until 8:30am. Not convenient for me as that’s when I start work. I end up updating my payments to fortnightly. A little annoyed that she said that will start from May as I couldn’t change it for the month of April, even though I was told I could a week ago? And she also advised of my new interest rate of 3.81%. I’m a little confused to why it could get changed to this amount but not the 2.79% as per prior discussion. I was not told 3.81% would be my interest rate ever. No letters, emails or phone calls. So I tried calling the office for my lowered interest rate and a refund on my “waived fees” but phones are busy and I’m still waiting on a call back. I find RAMS customer service is atrocious. I work in customer service myself and we promise our customers we will get back to them that day, we don’t have long hold times on the phone, we respond to emails. Even in these tough times. I really hope all calls are recorded, as not one service representative advised me that on any of the calls. I did load a complaint message to the company but never heard anything back. extremely disappointed, I wish someone had of warned me earlier. They have been giving me the run around. STEER CLEAR

This is our 2nd year with HR Block and was another pleasant and professional service. Well organised. Will be back next year. I would not hesitate to recommend HR Block as they will not be disappointed.

After eternal hold times, and transfers, I proved to H&R Block via emailed screen captures, vis a vis TurboTax, that their software was defective for even simple W-2 tax returns which use form 8962 for healthcare. They asked for only my receipt and mailing address by email. Then someone called, asking for my social security number. Then, when I emailed again, asking where is my promised refund, they replied, asking for my date of birth, and credit card activity, showing the purchase. Very suspicious, looking like a setup for identity theft, and they are obviously trying to wear me out with all their demands, rather than honestly admitting their flaw, and issuing me a refund. Outrageous.

Purchased carpet recently from the Brookvale store. Greg was was a great help and demonstrated excellent product knowledge and understood our needs exactly. The installation guys were on time, professional and efficient. Altogether a very good experience for what initially we feared would be a difficult process.

From the courteous attention in the showroom shown by Roger to the installation of the carpets by 2 very helpful and cheerful young guys Jamie and Kincaid, the whole thing went smoothly. They did a great job and the new carpeted rooms look beautiful. Also they helped with moving some heavy furniture. The price was very fair compared to a major retailer nearby whose quote was $1000 more and they wanted to charge extra for moving any furniture.

I joined the Gym September 2016 for a year contract. I checked with receptionist (twice with different receptionists) in September 2017 when my gym membership finishes. They both said that my membership finishes on 11th October 2017. I asked them both twice that "so, after 11th of October, my membership completely finishes. I do not want my membership to continue as I have heard some gyms renew the membership themselves after the term finishes which I do not want and I want to make sure my membership does not continue". Then, they both said that the membership will not be extended and will definitely finish on 11th Oct 2017. Then, on 30/10/17, I found out that the gym direct debited $59.15 on 16/10/17 and 30/10/17. I called the gym and asked why. Then, the receptionist said that it is because of automatic roll over. My contract has finished, but it has automatically changed to a normal membership. I explained how I made it clear of this not happening in September. The receptionist said that he would send me the cancellation link to make sure my membership finishes by that day and will speak to Manager if they can honour the money debited after the term. I told him that no receptionist ever mentioned me about the cancellation link and it is not fair. The reception said that he will speak to Manager the next day to give me a call. On 31/10/17, I visited the gym to speak to Manager. Manager asked how he could help me. When I said that I am here for the gym membership cancellation, he said that "oh yes, he (pointed at the receptionist) told me about it. Have you completed the cancellation form?" I told him that that is my point that I clearly expressed myself that my membership to finish by 11th of Oct 2017 which is the day the membership supposed to finish and the receptionists said 'Yes', but no one ever mentioned me about the process. Manager said that it must have been a communication breakdown or I was not clear to the receptionist of what I wanted. 'Finish the membership' is not clear enough?. Anyway, he said that I should have given them the 30 day notice. I told him that I notified the receptionists in September already and they never mentioned me of any form filling process etc. He said that as per the term, 30 day notice can be given only after the contract period finishes, so they did not overcharge me or anything. He asked me to complete the cancellation form then he will process. I explained to him several times that it is unfair as no one ever clearly explained to me of this term. Manager said that the staff on contract would have explained to me and not many people read the contract. However isn't this the company's responsibility to notify consumers of the key terms and conditions? Also, the receptionists' reply in Sept gave me misleading information that my contract would end on 11/10/17, but yet they extended my membership without notifying me. Manager said that they cannot refund the money as I would have paid that money anyway as the 30 days cancellation notice could have be given on 11/10/17, so I would had to pay the fee on 16/10 and 30/10 to make up 30 day notice period. They said that they would have explained to me (which never have occurred until today) and I am the one did not read the contract, yet they have responsibility to explain the key terms to the consumers and I gave them 2 chances to make it clear in September. I have never been clearly informed of the cancellation period and process. I was told that my membership would end on 11/10/17, but they deducted money on 16/10 and 30/10. I have not attending gym as I thought that the membership has expired, yet I have been paying. Therefore, $118 paid through 16/10 and 30/10 has been wasted as result of the company not informing consumer of the right process. Oh, lastly, the manager said that the receptionists have so many other things to do than explaining the contract to the customers.

GO Health club Springwood or any of the clubs...Beware when signing up to this gym, make sure you take the contract home and read everything... Legally they are meant to provide you with a copy of your contract on the day of signing, this never happened to me after 2 days of not receiving anything I wrote to them asking for my contract as i wanted to cancel the membership, they do this so your cooling off period of 48 hours goes past. Im still trying to cancel the contract but they argue my cooling off period lapsed, they dont take any responsibility for negligant staff or do they simply train them this way???? sales tactics, their happy to take your money though and send you to a debt collector!!!!!!

Our construction started in April 2017. Due to a design flaw which was blamed on us construction was stopped at our request and new plans drawn up at our expense and approved. Approval given in July 2017, we didn’t get the keys until August 2018 (26 week build expected). Our windows at the front and rear are off centre - we didn’t change them, just how they were drawn up. Again our fault for not noticing. Floor tiles were badly scratched, some replaced. Very poor quality tile but surely they should have been protected until handover. Alfresco doors should have been cavity sliders as per design....this issue caused a stop work until agreement was reached. The build took that long our neighbours thought we’d changed builders. Trades were rarely there. When they were there supervision was rare. We got very few weekly updates...mostly it was us chasing them on progress. Understandable given there was often very little to tell us. I would not recommend Stroud if you are doing a knock down rebuild in an established area. Different if you’re in a new estate area where trades are always around. I would also not recommend changing their designs. While our changes were accepted without hesitation it became clear that those changes were to become the core of our problems. We were told the plan was structurally sound yet had to omit a sliding door due to structural concerns. We later discovered that the problem was that the slider had gone in the wrong way. I now have a door I didn’t want and an alarm pad and switches on a wall we didn’t want. Not a huge issue but a constant reminder of our dilemmas. We also have a steel beam crossing our ceiling which had to be boxed in, so is now noticeable rather than being enclosed in the gap between the two floors. This is not how the house design is shown and we never really got an answer as to why that’s how it ended up. Yes, the steel beam is essential for the design but why isn’t it noticeable in the display home? Again, just another reminder of our dramas. We did receive very good assistance from head office when trying to resolve issues and move along our build. We met Ben at handover....what a shame he wasn’t our site supervisor....I think we would have had a very different experience. We also love the design of our Kirra home. What started out with such wonderful promise became a period of great stress for both parties. Everyone I’m sure was very glad to see those keys finally handed over. We eventually had the last of our maintenance issues resolved in August 2019. The anger and disappointments have abated with both sides having come out tired but wiser.

From the very moment we walked into the display home at Springfield and spoke to Jason - we knew without an iota of doubt that we were in good hands and our choice to build with Stroud Home Brisbane West has been one without regret. Being our first home build, we were nervous and naive about the whole build process especially when you hear stories of friends who have gone through this process with other builders. But when we outlined our expectation and time line to Jason he was able to come to the table with a package that suited our budget and needs. Our house was completed in record time from early August to December 2019 to ensure we celebrated Christmas in our own home- That was one of our check lists. The choice of materials used was of high quality and premium selections that were classified as extras by other builders were treated as standard by the Stroud Team at no extra cost. The weekly calls and emails to provide project updates was welcomed and made us feel part of the whole build process. It also ensured where design outcomes were not in line with our expectation was quickly rectified without delay and at no cost. After we moved in and over the Christmas holidays, we had issues with the landscape work which technically was not part of the build but once again the staff at Stroud where all over this. They owned it and coordinated with the relevant people to address the very few post construction issues that came up. When it comes to the cost for the build, they were true to their word. Their quote is "Black and White". There was no additional cost to what was contracted even though we made some variations to the build plan along the way. The team at Stroud- Brisbane West were very understanding and treated our build as individual and unique and not just a number which is very rare in this day and age. I thank the team at Stroud- Brisbane West to mention in particular; Jason the franchise owner, Josh who help with the estimates, Michael & Luke the project managers, and Karren the accounts officer- you are such a lovely bunch. We moved into our gorgeous new home around 6 months ago, - and we had a good experience building it with Latitude37. While there were a few hairy moments pre-contract, once the build started our experience was excellent. Did things go wrong sometimes? Yes - a house is a big complex project with lots of moving parts, and different things to consider, but on every occasion (and I don't want to imply that this was a common experience because it wasn't) Latitude listened to us, stepped up and made it right. Their building team were great to work with and even though they build a lot of homes, we felt considered and that the service we received was extremely responsive and sincere. There were two things I really appreciated about Latitude. The first was their willingness to build our home, and by that, I mean a house that is bespoke to us and our needs and taste. We included a number of bespoke features and additional sustainability measures and they have delivered something beautiful and practical. Secondly, their responsiveness to reported issues is outstanding. Whatever questions we had (regardless of how naive as a couple of house-building newbies) they answered and they were diligent about ensuring that any concerns were addressed and followed-through. Today is a great example. While getting some work done on our roof this morning (unrelated to the build) we noticed an issue with one of the gutters. I contacted Latitude 37 and as I type this now the issue has already been addressed. Now, maybe the plumber was in the area, and maybe I was just lucky - but that's amazing service. And it's that responsiveness and consideration of owner's concerns that I think makes building with them such a good experience. I should also note that we live in a busy neighbourhood, and their communications setting expectations with other properties that may be affected by works (such as a school across the road) was outstanding (and the staff at the school complimented us on this behaviour several times). Sure, there were a few costs we didn't expect (e.g. traffic management), but frankly I think that was more to do with our lack of experience commissioning such a project - and I think communications could have been better during the pre-contract stage. We were very close to walking away just before we signed. But I am so glad we didn't. We love our house and I would be happy to sincerely recommend them.

My wife and I could not have chosen a better builder to build our first home! I want to thank Natasha, Jay and Garry. We were lucky enough to get Jay Desai as our sales and colour consultant. From start to finish he made sure every detail was covered. The quality of their products is beyond our expectations and Jay took all the stress out of the building process. Thank you so much Jay for all the phone call discussions, in depth understanding & accurate pricing, it was greatly appreciated. It was straight and smooth process so far. We are looking forward to see our house ( our little dream) getting built. I don't usually do reviews but it was the least I could do for a job that was very well done! I recently build my custom house with Ridgewaters.The Sales Administrator whom I was dealing with Sunny Vashist was a very knowledgeable and accomodative person.Took care of all our specification to detail and helped us in the all the ways possible.Definitely will suggest him for any one new who want to build their home , he explains all the queries in detail and transparent. They were very flexible in the custom design which I went for and also helped in suggesting improvements. Have to say special words for my supervisor(Nicolas Bovezza) whom I was interacting with during the entire build duration(6 months).Has done a commendable job and been flexible with my requests/feedback comments and have fixed it.Had a satisfied experience with him. There were minor issues, but once I take it to Sunny/ Nicholas they have attended to it ,which I think is key to this industry.Ridgewaters, Overall had done quality product. And I would like to give special thanks to Jay desai(who helped me heaps during the color selection) , Gary & Saurabh who took care of me right through the entire process. I have nearly finished building my first property with Format Homes. The entire process has been a hassle free experience. No hidden costs, the Format "standard" component of building is far better than some of the "extras" offered by other builders. The quality of workmanship inside and out of the house is far above others I had looked at. Selection process with Format and their suppliers was effortless and accommodating to my specific requirements. Supervisor has been a pleasure to deal with, keeping me up to date with progress and if there were any incidents, thankfully they did not result in delays as they were rectified almost immediately. Will definitely build with Format Homes again, and will definitely be recommending Format to others to build with. efficient and reliable

From our first meeting with the sales consultant through until handover we couldn't have wished for a better journey. The staff at Format were so professional and friendly and guided us through the whole building process , from designing a plan to suit an awkward shaped block and on through the whole selection process. The build started on time and remained on schedule through to completion. The quality of all the trades was exceptional as was the end result. Any problems with council or development requirements was always quickly taken care of by Format. Most of the trades had worked for Format for long periods and spoke in glowing terms of the company. We love our new home and are very happy we chose to build with Format, if integrity, honesty and quality workmanship are what your looking for then this is the company that I would highly recommend .

This is the first time we have built a home and we were prepared for it to be a very stressful time, however this was not the case for us, we were very blessed with having our home built by Firstyle homes, from start to finish every person within the company we dealt with, was prompt to reply to any of our questions and concerns, the communication process was very efficient, honest and easy to understand. We had a great building manager who took pride in his work and wanted every detail to be perfect for our home. The workmanship and quality of the build is good. There were no hidden charges at all and we were very happy with our final cost, as it was exactly what we were expecting. It was a pleasant and stress free experience for us and we can not thank the team enough for all of their hard work and dedication.

My husband and i paid a deposit for a house and land package in May 2018 and we were given our keys last week, we were ecstatic because this is exactly what Warren promised us at the Edmondson park office. We were told by so many people that building will be the worst experience of our lives but in fact it was fun and smooth sailing thanks to Firstyle homes. Everyone has been so helpful from the start to the end, we couldnt be more impressed with the customer service received. We were also told by so many people that when building a home, the site supervisor would change throughout the build. Well again people were wrong, Dane Elliot was appointed our site supervisor, and he was also the man who did our handover. Dane was fanatstic at his job, he stayed in contact with us all the time about the progress of the home, he would even send us images when required, he made us feel as if this house was just as important to him as it was us. He answered all of our questions and he would rectify any concerns we had. Very impressed with his work. Adriana Daniel was also very impressive, she was so helpful with all of our insane questions, like 'why have i received a water bill and im not living in my house', she would get on to it promptly and in no time id receive an email back stating why. She was also fantastic in providing me any documents my bank requested, and answered any other question we had regarding the build. Both my husband and i are very grateful to Firstyle Homes for giving us our beautiful home and for making the building process an amazing, simple one.

When we designed our new homes, we didn't expect to find it so hard to find a budget builder who would build a house with a 45 degree roof pitch. Oakford were happy to take it on and at the right price too. The people in the office were so professional and couldn't be more helpful and the tradesmen who worked on the build were excellent. The homes have caused quite a stir in the village- everyone comments on how good they look. Set in the heritage precinct, they fit in with the surroundings very well. A most enjoyable experience. All the tradesmen were very friendly and obviously highly skilled.

Signed contract in May, received keys today! We lived in a larger Oakford home and decided to downsize. We chose Oakford for our new house as we were impressed with the quality of our previous home. A quality home at a competitive price with the highest building craftsmanship. Everyone at Oakford from Ron-sales, Juliette-selections, Megan-contracts and Neil the building supervisor exceptional. Ron answered all our initial questions and concerns professionally and friendly. Neil was excellent to deal with and answered any questions during the building process and his was communication timely and concise. The trade staff were friendly and helpful. A quality home finished 2 weeks early! We feel like it was family building our house as for eg trades would wave to us when drove by, Ron would stop and chat with us, it was also obvious that excellent service continued after contract signing. Absolutely no issues, completed at contracted price. Oakford building excellence! We love our home.

I think the thing you most hope for when building is that you receive value for money, and that the end result is one you are happy with. We have achieved both through building with Novus homes. We had some preliminary plans of our dream home which were shopped around to a few builders. As the design was a slightly more unusual build, we felt confident that Novus Homes was the builder who had the best knowledge and skill to bring our dream to life. Novus took our plans and developed them further until we had an unbelievably functional and beautiful home. Cost-wise, I believe we have a home that was incredible value for money. Options were investigated, and then presented to us of different price ranges, so we could choose where we spent our money. Throughout the planning process, we were kept updated at all times. Any concerns or questions we had were investigated and answered, with options provided to give us choice. The portal is a great overview of where you are in the build and what upcoming tasks lie ahead. Once the build was started, it progressed at a speedy rate. Our Supervisor had incredible knowledge and attention to detail which has resulted in a home which is a high standard. Make no mistake, issues will arise when you are building. The quality of the builder is shown in the speed they respond, and the way they overcome any issue. In this respect, Novus Homes exceeded our expectations, providing solutions which has enhanced our home. All trades on the site (and we lived behind the build) were craftsmen who took great pride in their work. They were also very respectful and kept the site tidy. We really feel that a good outcome for us was Novus Homes top priority, and this was the motivation behind every aspect of the build. We would wholeheartedly recommend them as a builder.

Having been originally referred to My Homes WA by a lady who was already building with them and we were buying the block off we naturally went in excited but also chose to get 2 other quotes from the recommendation of our finance broker. Sam from My Homes WA when presented with the block was the only real person to sit down with me to understand my needs in the new home and spend some time understanding what was important to us. It’s very clear to me now that having done this is the reason their design came back far more suited to my family’s needs than the other builders. To the point my Husband chose them before seeing a price… Of course price was important and when it came to that we found that the value in the home was superior to the other builders with some quality finish items as well importantly addressing what was important to us. Since we signed up in the early stages we received our Contracts extremely fast I believe in 5 weeks and from there to now are house is moving ahead at rapid speeds so we couldn’t be happier. The communication from the team at My Homes WA is second to none and even past construction Sam continues to communicate with us and we are just looking forward to moving in with a process that has been fast fast fast. Couldn’t recommend anyone more than My Homes WA.

My homes WA provided us with excellent customer service building our home within 20 weeks. All staff were very prompt to reply to any concerns we may have had and quick with paperwork. The build was expertly managed with our site supervisor keeping a close eye on all contractors. All contractors chosen did a lovely job and we were able to walk straight in to our home the day we got our keys.

Hi there .... I have recently got my house built from AAA Rapid Homes Pty Ltd. I must say the workmanship of AAA Rapid Homes is Superb. The build quality of my house is very good. I am very happy with his work. The director of AAA Rapid Homes Pty Ltd is a very good man. He is very professional in his work. He responds to your requests and needs very quickly. His team is also very professional. The Operation Manager and the Supervisor are also very friendly and go beyond their way to help you. I was promised by the director that my house would be built within six months but to my surprise, he finished it in four and a half months. He started building my house in Aug 2017 and its nearly finished, just one more week to go and I will be in my new home. I really thank him for keeping his words. I highly recommend AAA Rapid Homes Pty Ltd.

We are currently at mid construction however starting from tender quote by Saiyaz till now we have been fortunate that we have a builder’s honesty and quality sustainability. So far they have completed their job as we have been advised. Great customise builder easy selection process, no hesitation and easy to communicate with staff. Our site supervise David has helped us to go through the construction process and has helped us to extend our thought. His follow up is also a part of less stress specially when you building first home. So overall I have positive experiences with builder and his staff so far.

Stay away from Alphaline Homes. QBCC has issued 40 Directions to rectify orders against Alphaline. I will be going to QCAT as well on unauthorised plan changes and other issues outside the QBCC process. Alphaline’s response has meant some defects have had to be attended to multiple times.

Alphaline build time was unreal, from enquiry to move in date taking no longer than 12 weeks, the whole process signing the contract and designing the house was a breeze and nothing was a problem. We are very impressed with the quality of our house and the finishes. Steve the General Manager has a genuine interest in building a home of high quality and ensuring that we were 100% happy with the finished product,any issues that arose throughout the build were fixed or rectified straight away. We love our new house and have absolutely no problems recommending Alphaline to anyone looking for a builder. Once again, thanks Steve.

We have our first home designed and built by Wilson & Hart. It was not as stress and difficult as some of my friends experience with other builders. Lucky us :) Wilson & Hart has lots of designed to cater to our needs and of course they are happy to work with our individual needs and taste. They guide us through the process which makes our life much more easier. Quality of the materials and products are top with affordable pricing as they have plenty resources. Building process went smoothly except one or two hiccups which were solved immediately. We were very surprised when we do the final inspection as it is beyond our imagination and expectation, except minor defects which they quickly repair it for us. Otherwise, the workmanship is great. We like our home so much as they design and utilise the space very wisely so that the house looks bigger and it feels cosy to live in. It is a peace of mind to know that they also give warranty for the workmanship. Overall, we are very satisfied and relief we have trust and chosen Wilson & Hart from the beginning we consult with them to the effective communication during the process and we have a fantastic dream home we have been wanting within our budget. I would recommend Wilson & Hart to anybody who needs a fantastic builder.

We engaged W&H to design and build our house in 2017, completion was in approximately 18 months and was on target with the builders estimated date. We are really happy with the house and would recommend the builder. This is the first house we have built so didn’t really know what to expect, but we found the process with Wilson &Hart quite smooth. We liaised mainly with Brigit as our point of contact; she was very professional and always answered our queries quickly. There were a few issues which came up along the way, but these were resolved promptly and in an amicable manner. The final build quality was to a good standard and we didn’t have any major items on our 6 months construction period defects. The minor items were resolved quickly. Thanks W&H!

In April 2001 our new home was handed over to us by Mr. Ron Englehart. Our project was handed over very professionally by Ron and his team and we found at all times there was Staff available to assist with our questions and variations etc. We have now lived in our home for 13 years and have never required maintenance of any kind due to faulty workmanship or poor quality materials. We have now been living in our new Englehart Home for 10 months and thought it would now be appropriate to comment on our experience from the initial consultation to after care service since handover. Our first interaction with Englehart homes was at their 'Saville' display home in Belmore road, North Balwyn. After inspecting several other display homes in the area, we were immediately impressed with the quality of workmanship and attention to detail. We engaged Englehart homes as we wanted a quality built home. The design process commenced and we were impressed with our interactions with the Englehart team. They considered all of our needs and encouraged us to provide them with as many design details as we could about what we considered to be important to us. Admittedly, the whole design process took quite a long time but in the end it was worth it because there were minimal design alterations and variations hence saving us some money. In the end, Englehart produced a design within our budget and that met our design brief. The building process was generally very smooth. Apart from some initial unforeseen site costs due to a very challenging block, the build was completed on time and on budget. The tradesmen employed were professionals and experienced. It was clearly evident that Englehart homes has access to quality trades and don't cut corners by employing persons that cannot met their quality assurance processes. The site supervisor was pleasant to deal with and kept us informed of the progress of the build, inviting our feedback as required. The supervisor always answered any questions or concerns that we had and encouraged several on site meeting with various trades including tilers, electricians and cabinet makers to discuss various options available. Two weeks prior to handover, I met with the construction manager and supervisor to inspect the home. As we walked through the home, I was impressed at the tiny details that the construction manager was picking up on including minor paint imperfections and surface scratches. Every detail and item identified was documented and rectified prior to handover. Credits were provided for works that came in under budget and only a couple of items incurred a variation cost even though we ended up with about 150 (which I am rod is quite low). Upon moving into our home, we have had a couple of minor issues. All of these were addressed immediately, with no fuss and no charge. The construction manager was outstanding in his service and attitude. I would have absolutely have no hesitation in recommending Englehart Homes to my family and friends. Quality finishes, excellent trades, open and transparent interactions, attention to detail. Excellent after care service.

As we built our first home with Taylor Morrison, we were excited in the beginning, but when the construction started all the surprising bills, and unexpected extra cost made our journey bitter. The company didn’t use common sense during the construction ; our investment would have been much better if they have used at least common sense with the design and construction.I would not personally recommend anyone, especially first home buyers to go with this company.

We found Davrose Homes to be very easy to deal with throughout the whole process - from sign up, to the construction, to the check in regarding 6 month post-completion maintenance. The house was completed in 6 months which exceeded our expectations. We received photo updates of each stage of construction and were very happy with the level of communication as it was reassuring to know that things were progressing according to the timelines promised. We originally thought we would drive out to the property to see the progress but there was no need for that. We were very impressed with the finished product, and the only thing we were disappointed with was the lack of flywire screens (but in hindsight we should have realised that the specifications did not allow for that). We would gladly recommend Davrose Homes and would be happy to build with them again.

Kaplan pays attention to the finer details in each one of the houses they build. The team is awesome, from Nurray to James to Warren & Avtar: You guys were always happy to help whenever we needed your expert advice and were very accomodating to last minute changes. We built 2 homes with Kaplan in 2014/5. First one because it was a house and land package, and the second one because it was the best quote for a double storey 4 bed, 2 bath, 1 garage we could find. And we were not disappointed! Both homes were built seamlessly and with quality, even with some above average fittings and upgrades thrown in by the builder. But most of, the service from Kaplan was second to none! We are usually quite critical of the service provided by most businesses, but we cannot fault them! Ben was enthusiastic and knowledgeable to deal with initially in the sales process, and James during the design and build process is exceptional, always attending to our every need! We will definitely build with them again and cannot recommend them more, in an industry which is rife with shoddy businesses, we are happy we found them!

We have built 2 properties in the last two years with Integrity have had a good experience right from the concept and design stage to the very end. We were happy with their customer service and support throughout each build. We are very pleased with the designs and build quality of each property and would recommend Integrity New Homes to you if you are looking for someone to build your next home. We are now looking at our third building project in as many years and will not hesitate to use Integrity again.

We started building with Integrity New Homes Coffs Coast in June 2017 (not the new owners, the new owner is a great operator and wish him all the best), we are still not in our home and are currently going through insurance. The builder and manager were useless, never come on site, quality of work was terrible. Months went by and no one ever on site, then the manager goes overseas for 5 weeks, comes back for 3 days and goes into administration. We were constantly told lies when we could actually get a hold of people. We have paid over $500k for about $300k worth of work. Head of franchise said "nothing we can do its a franchise" we really felt let down by this attitude. They have 5 others houses left in same situation whilst changing their name to Santech Pty Ltd. They owe over 2 million dollars around our local area to trades and customers. No trades were ever paid and its looks like they never will. The new owner of new Integrity Coffs Coast is much much better and not linked to these guys at all and has helped us out, this review is of the former owners Santech Pty Ltd who were Integrity at time of contract.

At the beginning of our house building process we thought that we had to go with a custom builder to achieve the quality we wanted and to build the house we have designed together with a Designer. We therefore signed up first with Beaumonde Homes. However, the relationship with Beaumonde turned sour after our Sales contact left the company. After this experience we approached Atrium Homes before we realised that this also would not work for us in any way. Once again, we were looking for another builder which we found in Gemmill Homes. We never thought that a project builder could build us the quality home we were really after. We had quite a lot of special requests which Gemmill was able to accommodate, which was fantastic for us (e.g. Using our own earth worker, upgrade in slab footings, concrete quality and reinforcement, double glazed windows and sliding doors from our preferred supplier, installation of our supplied kitchen appliances and upgrade in wall insulation and ceiling insulation). Later, during the building process, we again realised how helpful our builder was in allowing us to complete certain items that we paid for directly before handover. Some of those items are the pool, the tiled floor, installation of roller shutters, security screens, security alarm and especially the lights throughout the entire house. The light installation was really needed to get the best quality on our ceiling insulation. This obviously saved us time and money and has also given us the overall good quality finish we were after. We are really happy with the design of our new custom-built home. It has taken us a very long time to have our dream home completed because of all the special requests we had, however, we believe that Gemmill Homes have made the dream come true. Over the entire process, we always dealt with the same competent people at Gemmill. Special thanks and credit must be given to Lindy Webb (Sales) and to James Cole (Group Construction Manager). Both of them have gone above and beyond and provided outstanding work and support on our house building project. We simply could not have done it without them. If we were to build again in the future, we would definitely engage Gemmill Homes once more, knowing that we can get a good house that is not just a copy of an existing design. Over a period of 12 months we were able to work through the build process from display home visits to design, pre start, build and practical completion. Then entire Gemmill team were professionals with great industry knowledge that assisted our progress throughout the entire build process.We are extremely happy with the final product and the workmanship and quality displayed by the various trades employed by Gemmill was of a high standard. The build process was managed well and adhered to the communicated timings on most occasions which continued after the keys were handed over. I would highly recommend Gemmill to friends and family and offer our home as proof the workmanship and our positive experience.

We finished our home with Lily about 3 months ago. It was a bumpy ride but we got there in the end and have no major complaints. All the problems we came across were dealt with in the building stage as we stayed in contact with the site manager regularly. The only issue would be the office staff must be under a lot of pressure and won't go out of their way to help you, they generally give you attitude when communicating with them. AS far as finishes go they were all acceptable and the build was completed in 8months for a 2 storey home, could have been faster but with weather etc that is beyond control. The upside is that they are very flexible and allow you to do things on your own and supply your fittings instead of theirs. I imagine you won't find anyone better when it comes to volume builders as these problems would arise with any builder, I would rather use them in the future as going to another builder as we already have gotten to know how they work. Lily Homes built our first house in year 2000 and we lived for long time without any problems. We went to Lily Homes again due to quality of work, time management and reasonable price. They proved that again and we are very happy the end product. In addition to that friendly staff both office and construction staff helped us to resolve questions faced, obtain approvals and selection materials to build the home jointly. We thank Vince, Maria, Nataly, Sera and Dave for all the kind assistance and advice given during planning and construction periods. We have no hesitation selecting Lily Homes for the next project.

We started the build journey almost 2 years ago. It was a stressful affair as our land being wide and short did not suit any standard design by the "project" builders. We went round and round the display homes in Kellyville and settled on Kurmond Homes. They were happy to design a home to suit our land and we signed up. The reviews we read were not encouraging and at one point were contemplating foregoing the deposits paid and move on. However we stayed on following conversations with "M", the Sales Consultant who reassured us that Kurmond management has made changes. The house is now almost ready and I am pleasantly surprised with the results. It has exceeded our expectations. The process up to construction is very, very slow. Any modification to the plan takes over 2 weeks to return and the cycle goes on. But once construction starts it motors along. The site supervisor "C" kept us informed, the office staff sends regular pictures of the updates. Colour consultant was very helpful whilst can be patronising at times. There was one surprise with a variation we did not expect but on the whole the tender price was what we had to pay. It has not ended yet, will wait for practical completion and the finishings. Will post an update when we get the keys.

We had challenges at the start but when the actual build started, our house was completed in just 6 months. with any new house comes a few issues. Kurmond home maintenance team is great. I believe that a good sales consultant depicts the professionalism of a builder / company itself. Such a way a mirror effect. That's why, when I learned about Frenken Homes and the sales consultant, Michael Kafel (Currently situated in Cranbourne Display Home) I didnt think twice of what Frenken Homes can provide and how Michael can help me and my husband build our first new home. Michael Kafel is one of the most promising and the best Sales Consultants I've ever met and talked with. He is professional in all aspects, he responds to your calls, messages and emails, speaks with honesty, straight forward, patient and understanding. The Customer Service in him is SUPERB. To me, he's not hard seller consultant unlike some of those I met. He lays down all details to you from the start without any hidden things and walks with you as you plan your first home. He is very flexible in terms of schedules, he makes his way to help you get what you desire. He can provide you lots of options to what you really want. He is smart and people oriented person. I love talking with him as he talks with substance. I felt that he is not there just to sell something but more than that - He builds good client relationship and even after business hours, he is there to attend to your queries. My husband and I are happy that we met him! I am absolutely referring him to anyone who is looking for a good, professional and promising sales consultant. I wouldn't even rate 1 star as goggle reviews needs some star rating. Worse builder even with maintenance department led by [name removed] And some director called [name removed]. Had this roof leaking so bad in Kitchen and Garage and the roof tiler fixed the broken roof tiles (Found out bloody builder used roof tiles which had holes in it during construction). And now the attitude from maintenance department they don't answer the phone call, no proper response and they don't know what the hell they doing!!!! i will lodging an application for VCAT and make them pay for their *&#! ups. We haven't kept any food items in pantry as all the plaster board has soaked water and black mould has appeared which is increasing by everyday and we black ants are popping out everywhere in the kitchen as grouts have been damaged. Please see the pictures attached to see the damage and still Frenken homes doesn't take this matter seriously. Please do not build your home with this incompetent builder .

After settled my first home at North Lakes with Chelbrooke Home a year ago, we found many defects (big and small), and the company kept telling us to report all defects to them at annual maintenance. But then when now is about time to do the maintenance, they helped on the small minor defects but claiming all other major defects are done by wear and tear, and that was not there when settlement. So only thing they replied to me is sorry and they cant help. Very CRAP after service, and so ANGRY with them. I will NOT recommend CHELBRROKE HOME to anyone or if someone wanna try their luck!

I am a very good friend of another person that has made a statement on this site, along with my sister and her partener, some have been removed but it all comes down to the service this company provides, or lack of it more to the point. Then they would have my signiture and sister and brother inlaw's as well, first hand experience has detured me from selecting this builder to complete the task. I just can not afford my home to have a cost blow out nor will have anything to do with the delays that so many have had to put up, or the lies that have been stated. My good friend lost his first home owner grant. That was enough for me. do your self a big favour, choose another builder, the mess has only just started for him. The story seems to be a regular thing with this company, and I just wont take the chance with my investment. however I would like to meet with the person that posted the review where he meet people after they moved into there home, to see that the cost is just as he has stated is under by that 1%. I feel this may be stretching the truth, and would need proof for it to be true. Barry anderson. Like other reviews seen on here from the front desk upward, they just dont seem to get it. They have lost paperwork and blame me. Mincove are currently building my Fiance and I's first home! Being first home buyers we were a bit worried about the price blowing out (heard too many horror stories), however we did a free tender with Mincove which mean't we knew the price the whole time! We chose Mincove due to their great quality and being a local builder - this made our selection day super easy because everything was close. The sales team were fantastic to deal with, our selections consultant was great and communication with our site supervisor has been outstanding. I'd recommend Mincove in a heartbeat!

Not many building companies do custom builds, but Mincove came to task and built our Hampton inspired 4 bedroom house and 1 bedroom unit. Excellent quality and fast customer service. No issue was too hard to resolve and detailed answers always were forth coming when Mincove was approached with concerns. The staff at Mincove like Craig - Project Manager, Bede - Production Manager and Kristy - Administration Coordinator come highly recommended to look after you if you chose to build with Mincove. As for costings, you pay for quality. We paid and Mincove delivered. I would highly recommend Mincove for your next build.

Wow what an experience the last 18 months has been, looking at multiple builders to build our dream home but as soon as we met with the team at Stannard we knew we had found our builder. the entire journey was full of communication and advise to help ensure we had all the information to complete our home. Once the design was over and the build started wow it went so smooth and quick, the level of professionalism was above what i thought i could get out of a builder, the quality is amazing and the finish incredible. The team managed the build so well and everything just went like clock work, as they say it just making sure everything is scheduled and planned and boy was it, everything happened when it was planned to. The level of customer service and support in providing options and being open to what we wanted was great, we spoke so often and emailed the team felt like part of my family. i have so much respect and envy for what the team at Stannards do and how they do it. I began discussions with Stannard Family Homes well over a year ago and my build is now in the process of construction. The service I have received from Phil during every step of the process, from part demolition of my current home, subdivision, pre-construction and now mid-construction has been and continues to be nothing short of exceptional. He has gone over and above what I could have expected. Having had some preliminary discussions with other builders before selecting Stannard Family Homes, I am SO happy that I chose to go with Stannards. Nothing is too much trouble for Phil and he is always quick to respond to any questions I might have and offer suggestions. I think so 5 star would be less for granduer homes as they deserves a lot more than that. you are very professional,punctual and very clear in every stage.Quality, finishing and all inclusion are top class which will be upgrade with other builders which i found .I highly recommand friends to checkout Granduer homes.
