Having ordered late on friday night, paying for ONE DAY delivery, 24 hour tracked and not receiving the item until 3 days later is a rip off, especially when I had already qualified for free standard delivery. Thier customer service was appalling, I was made to feel stupid that I hadnt read in between the lines by the other option of "guaranteed sunday delivery". I was basically told by "Lydia" to go shop elsewhere in future if I want more reliable service. Absolute joke.

Free international shipping to Israel (starts over 30 pounds), quick shipping - usually it came in less than 3 weeks, which is awesome for Israel. Discreet package, which is comforting. Really great choice of items. And very helpful reviews. Also they have very helpful video and text instructions on different types of items, I found a lot of new information for myself. Great sales all the time. Amazing gifts - I got vibrator worth 39 pounds for free! And it is an amazing Rabbit, I am really happy with it! Made 3 orders for the past year and have been completly satisfied with all of them.

Their website promises they ship the next day; a week had passed by and no sign of my package coming. The strange part is that you cannot even track your oder like you can with most websites. Sketchy. Anyways I emailed them through their contact me page, never received a response. I had received my order almost two weeks from the original date I had purchased it on. The packaging looked like they carelessly put it together and I looked inside and my order was thankfully right. I cannot complain too much because they did throw in some sample bronzers which put a smile on my face, however I bought the Snooki Ultra Dark tanning lotion. The top has a bedazzled strip, but it was placed noticeably unevenly to the point where the nozzle wasn’t fully screwed in to the bottle. The lid was a little bit open in before I even took the plastic wrap off. Very messily put together and a long wait for a next day shipping promise. Will never order from this website again.

i've been buying from this website since 2012, I always got my orders in full, and this year ( 2019 ) I placed an order, 3 item was short shipped and I still got charged!!! and I cant find anyone to reply my email nor on the phone!!! so there! I lost $45 USD there!! now gonna try to get Palpal involved but i don't think i can get my money back, PayPal says protects BUYER but they actually protects the SELLER ( that was my experience with PAYPAL)

I bought a dress from IfitDress in a size 4, and it came fitting horribly, far off what any normal size 4 would fit. I tried to return, but the rude stagg at IfitDress told me I needed to take pictures of my daughter (who is underage) in the dress before they would accept a return. I would never send such pictures in a poorly fitting dress that shows a lot of skin to a bunch of potential perverts in China. NEVER BUY FROM IFITDRESS.COM !!!

Ordered 25 small pins for my grandson’s second grade class on Monday, March 25. On Thursday, company notified me that order would ship on the next day, Friday, March 29. On Friday, March 29, I was notified that, nope, the order would ship on Monday, April 1. I contacted the company by phone, spoke first to Jessie and was transferred to Madeline. The purpose of my call was to cancel the order inasmuch as I needed the items by Thursday, April 4. Madeline, a very pleasant young lady assured me the order would be sent second day air on Monday, April 1, to arrive by Wednesday, April 3. I agreed and on Tuesday April 2 I received a package from the company. Absolutely, the WRONG item. Once again I called the company, spoke with Madeline and was told there was nothing they could do. However, Madeline pressed on and spoke with her contact, and was told that he would ship the order overnight mail the next day to arrive on Thursday, April 4. Nothing was shipped. Somebody dropped the ball, it was a small order but apparently commitments don’t seem to mean anything. I am left with 18 disappointed 2nd graders. No way to run a company.

I am still waiting for my refund of £22.70, it has become a nightmare, no one from the Company deals with the problem. As a last effort, details are Customer Number A4416349. Original order was goods BF155A6 &G07553A posted 09 Oct '17. I was asked to prove my cheques had arrived,by Usman Ahmed, Customer Service @ Manchester. I sent proof and have Royal Mail delivery signature. No response, not even an Email! 20Nov'17 received from Mr.Swindells, ref.RE07/A/101 a refund of £5.91. of my second cheque, so if this was traced, why could they not find my £22.70 cheque?? This is the worst experience of mail order, never again.

My order had not arrived after 14 days. I phoned H of B and was told that the vinyl tablecloths were out of stock. When I phoned customer services the phone was not answered, so I then got through to sales. The phone was answered promptly. The tablecloths were in the sale at a third of the full price. I asked, and also wrote to ask, why there was no system in place to inform cusomters if an item was not available. I had to make an expensive phone call to find out where my order was. I ordered my items by post and enclosed a cheque. I was asked if I wanted the company to retain my money against a further order. I said that I had no intention of ever ordering anything from H of B again. My payment was returned in the form of a cheque. I did not receive an answer from customer services as to why I had not been informed that the item was out of stock. Strangely in the next catalogue that arrived the same vinyl tablecloth was offered at the full price. Perhaps it is always out of stock when it is in the sale. Never again.

Amitiza was withdrawn from the UK market, but I was able to source it on Kiwi Drugs.com. My daughter responded well to this drug and I was out of options as the alternative drugs were not effective. So I purchased the medication from the pharmacy Kiwi Drugs. To be brief my review of Kiwi Drugs will include the following comments: deception, swindled, abusive, offensive, irresponsible, trickery! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I have recently reviewed their webpage via various security/protection inspections such as "https://drugstorereviews.com/kiwidrug-com-reviews/" where they are not affiliated, regulated nor registered with any pharmaceutical commission. They are also listed as a rogue pharmacy and high risk. I am only passing on my personal experience with these charlatans: please note this was my last contact from them when I requested a refund due to non delivery of goods.. I purchased the four person infrared sauna for two reasons: #1 I could lay down fully on the bench (I am 5' 2") #2 I can do hot yoga in the unit. There is plenty of room for both. The united arrived within one week. Great price and great customer service when I called to have one of my questions answered. The unit heat up to 140 degrees within the first 10 minutes. Set-up of spa took approximately 2 hours from start to finish. LOVE!!! Wish I would have purchased sooner.

I purchased one of the Freddy Krueger sweatshirts and the colors are at least 3 times darker than what's pictured on their site. It's so dark it doesn't even look like what it's supposed to be. I sent a complaint email and their reply was they can't guarantee the colors on my computer monitor are accurate. I'm just glad I had a discount code,$47 was better than $69.99. I ordered a sweatshirt mid December and now its Jan 25th and I still have not received it. I have called the toll free line twice but you can't speak to anyone. I have sent many emails asking where the order is and all I get is a canned email response. I paid through pay pal, so I guess I am going to have to dispute the charge since I do not have my merchandise. Poor customer service as obviously something has gone wrong with the order and no one wants to help me :(

Purchased glasses about 2 years ago now and they are still in a good shape! Payed a visit a couple months ago again(a lady there was very nice and friendly!) to look out for new glasses but lost the details of them,so I went online to look for some images! Order placed on 18th December and was told to expect delivery in 2-3 weeks. After 4 weeks and no email regarding delivery I tried to phone on 7 occasions, one of these times I was on hold for 45 minutes and the call still wasn't answered. I emailed and was told that they were looking into when my delivery would be made. Eventually I received an email to say that my order would come that Friday. Only half the order arrived, I again tried to call and after holding for 20 minutes I got to speak to someone. I was told that they didn't know when the other part of my order would arrive. They get delivery from supplier on a Monday and Tuesday but they have no idea what's in it??!! There was no email or phone call to keep me informed, the manner of the person I spoke to in 'customer services' left a lot to be desired, you can never get through on the phone and they don't respond to emails. Basically, if you want what should be an enjoyable and exciting part of preparing for the arrival of your baby spoiling, then order from this company.

I applied for the MobilePay - MyShop and I finally got an email stating that I need to contact customer service at 45 14 44 40. I called on 19th July at 12:55, I did not wait too long (max. 5 sec), woman picked up. I told her, that I am calling because I applied for the MobilePay MyShop and that I got an email asking me to call. She said "okay" and hung up the phone. I tried to call next minute but all the operators were busy. I waited but no one picked up, all the operators were still busy. I have no idea how to continue communication if employees are hanging up phones.

No one likes racists in todays world. That i really cant use it in any way from my windows phone OR my effing pc is a joke. I cant even log in to delete my account now lol?!? I cant use those phones, they make me feel very sick and ill, so that u xclude me, even tho i have a perfectly working computer and phone, its a load of bs tbh! How do i erase my account, where do i LOG IN!!! There is no where for me to log in and change anything, that cant be right or ok in any way, i should have the effing option! Ordered from Anderson's wholesale for a charity event we are holding in June. Clear communication and quick delivery. Unfortunately a product was damaged through no fault of Anderson's after speaking with them, they fully apologised (even though event though it wasn't there fault) and send out a brand new box with next day delivery. My husband’s birthday present was a Roman antiquity, a carnelian intaglio set in a Georgian ring. Excellent condition, value for money and historical interest. I was advised that the size was very large and a prepaid mailer accompanied the ring for free resizing, which was not necessary, but a great way of avoiding the inconvenience and expense had it been, plus uneasiness about trusting a regular goldsmith with a piece like this.

It is anytime fitness centre in Woodley, Reading. Location is good. Problem is that it is not kept cool enough. I think this is to save money. All other areas are not bad and cool enough. However, the tread mill area does not get enough air condition's air. It because this area is on the far end, and a wall blocks the air reaching there. It gets very uncomfortable while exercising. I have pointed this matter several times to the owner and to the manager, but they ignore it. I have suggested an easy solution to install a fan on the wall in that particular area. I have also contacted the central office twice, telephone number 03303322361. It was promised that over all area manager would contact me. How ever it did not happen. Recently the manager of the club itself had been rude. He told me that if it was not cool enough then I must leave the club. I consider that the manager's response was unaccetable and ill mannered.

We had 3 casts done with Helen for each of our granddaughters. Helen was so professional and helpful throughout and so patient with the little ones. The finished products were absolutely beautiful and worth every penny. Even when Helen was poorly she still made sure we received our cast. I would highly recommend.

After contacting multiple stores I came across babylicious and thankfully they were the only store that would ship what I needed too the US I spoke with Ian through Facebook he made it super easy with instant replies making sure I was getting exactly what I was looking for payment was simple then was updated with tracking info as it made it’s way too me if I ever need anything again I will be ordering from babylicious again I had a five star experience

I had great communication with a lady named Natalie and she was fab throughout our purchase. I know these times are difficult with Covid-19 and my delivery was looking to be with me around July however my baby is due June so I needed the delivered sooner. Natalie assisted with my query very efficiently and had this delivered to me in April as she looked at alternatives for me. I will certainly use Baby Lurve again in the future :)

Bought a PS4 controller and signed up for the monthly membership. I was completely unaware of this and only noticed 4 months later when I seen the money 180 dk being deposited from my account each month. Much respect to them for refunding the money despite it being largely my fault for being unable to read the part of the membership and conditions displayed when making the purchase (due to not speaking Danish). A know a lot of other companies may not have done the same thing so fair play to them boys.

I bought the item on Monday - arrived Wednesday (2 days after). I received an email from BasePrice the same week. They let me know that I have signed in in a membership plan and if I don`t plan to use it and don`t want to be charged I can terminate it. So I did... My overall experience is very very good and I would recommend it. :)

It's been a month that I'm waiting to receive a sweater that cost me nearly $100, I can not see where is my package # 111706, it puts me an error, moreover I can not log in to my account because the site tells me that I do not have the right password and when I ask to change it, he never sends me email to change it. Edit: Its okay, the problem has been solved, I can't say anything on this side, the customer service is good, so I change my rating to 4 (still waiting for the package but I think everything should be ok now). In addition I managed to connect also on the site (he ended up sending me an email to change my password).

The smaller duffle, doesn't have the exact same rippled leather finish near one side up where the handles are, say about ten inches worth. The leather is more smooth there. Is that supposed to be? Otherwise, products were great. One further suggestion is for the watch case. For larger watches like Panerai and such, the case itself should be a bit larger, say a few millimeters, such that the watch face does NOT touch the protective pad at all.

I loved everything about my shopping experience with Derek Rose. First, I ordered a Christmas gift for my husband the week before the holiday. It arrived promptly and on time BEFORE Christmas. 2) I realized AFTER I placed my order that as a first time customer, I was eligible to receive a discount for the order. I em'd customer service & they immediately applied the discount. 3) My husband's gift was packaged BEAUTIFULLY, from the box it was shipped in, to the tissue paper which enwrapped the dressing gown, and including the envelope which contained the receipts. 4) My husband LOVED his gift; he was delighted because of the PERFECT FIT. 5) This was my first shopping experience with Derek Rose. Awful service! Avoid it! Parcel not delivered because i refused to pay a service fee to ups of 80 euros for a return of goods without any commercial value (value 0 eur). Just to make a declaration that the goods have no value and are not taxable... forward2me asked me to pay for the return fees and to pay also to send again the parcel... just ridiculous... [EDIT] their reply: "Hi, Just like the customs charges we cannot control what admin charges UPS apply. But fact remains you rejected the shipment. This was your deisoison as you were unhappy paying the courier admin fees, therefore we are not going to issue any refund. Kind regards Chris" So if you are not happy with paying 80 EUR of service fees for goods without commercial value and being robbed by UPS, it means if you refuse to pay something which is not due, it is your fault... And forward2me won't assist you, on the contrary, they will punish you for refusing to be stolen.

I am not considering to buy anything that is marked as Final Sale from French Connection again and don't recommend anyone else to buy them. The lovely looking coat was very stiff and big and didn't fit me at all, but since it was marked as final sale, I couldn't return it. My money ended up as a donation at a store. Anything online should be returnable because there is no way to try it before buying, so how am I supposed to know that the product wasn't in good quality?

Came up for a weekend trip for my brother's bachelor part. Had an absolute blast 100% of the time we were there. Breakfast was awesome, hospitality was great, dinner was lights out, and the beers were awesome! We CRUSHED white water rafting during high water and the experience could not have been better if it weren't for our guide MATT. He made an automatically fun day incredible and unforgettable. I can't wait to bring the rest of my family up for another adventure. 100% professional through and through.

I ordered a leather journal in mail. When it arrived, it had scratches along the golden boarder. It looked like «nail scratches». I got in touch with Pen Heaven and described the issue accurately, attaching pictures. I received a response where they referred to «tones in the leather» that are individual and may vary. But, there was no problem with the letter, I had not referred to the leather at all. So I wrote again, with the same information. I received a lazy response that the same would apply to the paper. They are individual and handmade. The response had typos and didn’t use whole sentences. This seems little reliable, careless and nonprofessional. I sent a further e-mail where I asked them to please sharpen their communication in the future, pointing out concretely these mistakes. I received the response «Sorry you feel this way», instead of responding to the concrete issue or taking responsibility. I can almost just laugh at this point.
