I love le creuset however their website is a constant issue that needs resolving. For some unknown reason it rejects my orders and payments. I would like this resolved as I miss out on a lot of their fab offers to add to my collection and I then have to take my business elsewhere. Come on Le Creuset, please resolve this issue. On the rare occasion it does accept my order items are delivered on time and any damages are rectified immediately. I have overall been very happy with the company it is just the ‘rejection’ of my order at the payment process, it’s extremely frustrating and makes me very unhappy ☹️

Ordered a napoleon M605 grill from iBuy and I was contacted immediately after placing the order that the grill was not available for shipping for another two weeks. They where waiting for a shipment from the manufacturer in Canada (I was a little skeptical because I tried to order this unit from another internet retailer and they closed down so I had to file a claim with my credit card company to get a refund) but the representative assured me that the time frame would be accurate and I could call for a full refund anytime if I changed my mind. Seven days later the same representative called to tell me the order arrived early from Canada and gave me a BOL Tracking number for my grill which arrived two days later with no hickups. Not only am I impressed with the product it is amazing but to actually have a company follow up and keep me aware of the progress of my order is just unheard of today and I shop online often. I absolutely recommend iBuy to all me friends and would buy from them again without hesitation. I actually search their site first when I need anything just to check if they have it. Josh P. As soon as I open the package with the Snoozer car seat in it, Darla’ climbed into it and snuggled up. She had claimed it as hers. I already had two other Snoozer car seats which I have had for years , and love, for my other two miniature schnauzers. Now I am a three miniature schnauzers and three Snoozer care seat family. Both are great!

I work for Worldwide Products and can tell you that we have thousands of satisfied customers so do not let these few reviews from years ago deter you from using our services. It's possible that the Cross Pen company had discontinued that pen from their wholesale promotional products line but not from their retail line. This should have been explained to the customer at that time. As for the embroidered caps, we would never tell a customer to remove embroidery to have more embroidery done over it (impossible) nor would we have told them to put a patch over it. It is possible that our vendor would have wanted to inspect the embroidery done on the caps before issuing a refund to the customer as is the normal policy in this industry. The review from 2010 about the price change; with over 50,000 items on our site we are not always able to get current pricing from the thousands of vendors that we order from. This is why it states on our site, "*Pricing, Min Qty, & availability subject to change without notice." No, we do not get many angry phone calls when there is a price increase as most customers read that on our site. I'm sorry if the customer did not feel that our representatives were sympathetic to her, that is never our intention.

I have absolutely nothing positive to say about my purchasing experience with Worldwide-USA.com After calling to find out why my purchase had not arrived in the "2-5 working days" as indicated on the confirmation, I was told that the price went up, so the charges would be higher. The charge was $5.00 more, so it was less about the price increase (although how can you finalize an order and have the price change?)and more about the notification process. They told me that they had tried to call and e-mail to notify me of the issue. Funniest thing, I had no missed call on my phone log, no voice mail, and no e-mails (searchesd in spam folder as well). Note, I am saying "they". I spoke with three representatives, one ruder than the next. In fact, as I went through the chain of command I was greeted with someone even more ignorant at each level. It became clear that they did not care about my customer experience. There was no disguising that they had no intention of admitting any wrongdoing. (They must receive many angry phone calls when they switch pricing.) Finally, I was told by the manager, who began to laugh at me "they were right, you are rude and obnoxious" before he hung up on me. Mind you, I was not complaining about price, I was not yelling, I used no profanity... I was simply trying to express my discontent for the way in which I was treated. It obviously fell on deaf ears. In my business, mistakes of this nature can ruin reputations and cost large amounts of money. Apparently Worldwide-USA can afford to alienate customers. More power to them. I certainly will not be using them again.

Ordered 20 made to measure vane only blinds. Order went through and payment taken and states 14 working days. So after 14 working days contacted them as no product, for them to say the material I wanted was out of stock and no expected in stock time frame !!! No contact from them during this period until I chased it up!! Useless customer service. Surely not hard to contact me to say that it's out of stock at the start! Went elsewhere and had a far better service.

Do not buy from this company, they sell inferior products and some don’t even turn up. I had two blind rails they were faulty on delivery, and another two they were supposedly delivered but hadn’t been. As I left it another day to see if it turns up, they said I left it too long and have lost my money. They have defrauded me out of money, and have proven they don’t care about the customers. I have uploaded the telephone call recording online, so you can hear for yourself how bad the service really is. So unless you want to waste your money don’t use this company. They are also known as Interior Goods Direct Limited and the 51 year old director is Darren Green. I have found a much better company, who are honest and provide a quicker service. Blinds 2 Go are the ones to use.

Their pre-stretched canvases are the worst. Their stretcher bars and support braces are "dove-tailed" making them easy to come apart/snap. The bars and or braces had come apart on 5 out of 10 canvases. Three of the replacements they sent arrived with the same problem. They blamed it on my UPS guy and said "he must not like you, because no one else has complained". I wasn't expecting the canvas to be perfect, and I can see 1 maybe 2 bad canvases, but half? If I wanted to stretch my own, I would. BE WARNED!

otally dis-satisfied with the service, I placed an order 2 weeks ago and I have not even received a reply (3 emails directly to the company about shipping status). It appears they sell out of stock items and do not reply to emails. Very poor customer service and inventory status, it is the first and last time I am purchasing from the business. I kindly requested them to inform me of the out of stock items and forward my shipment as is and refund me the rest of the purchase.

Have been trying them for a while for the food. While it was convenient and the recipes good in flavour, the communication and mishaps are quite annoying. I have applied for the NHS discount (and it has Never been applied to any of my purchases)!! Some of the food has come squashed and meat leaking!!!... Never replied with an Apology!!! My experience was really bad. I ordered brake pads and discs for my Audi Q7-2015. My order was from "Brembo" brand products and their sales persons pushed me to buy other products offering 3 years warranty. The quality of products were so poor that as follows 1. One of the front brake disc was not fitting properly. 2. Front brake pads were not suitable for my car. Car chasis number was sent to the company to confirm prior to payment. 3. Rear brake pads are so noisy. Last month, I sent all information to them claim for warranty and compensation. They always gave silly reasons and turned down my request.

I recently ordered a customized pc from v3 gaming and have had an excellent experience. They were the best priced gaming pc when compared to all the other competition, including maingear, originpc and the like. Chuck worked with me through customizing a PC that optimized my bang for my buck. They cabled and tuned it exactly how I wanted. They were also very receptive throughout the setup of the PC. I would call periodically to see how it was coming along, or what the overclocking was looking like. Chuck was responsive and talked with me like it was no issue at all. I get the feeling that they put customer service as #1...which is good as they are competing with some hard hitters. I got a i7 2600K and they also added in some extras to make up for the intel issue that was going on with the 3 Gbps SATA connections on the mobo. I received my PC when it was expected (about 2 weeks, including UPS ground across the country), the packaging was great and protective. I ordered the 3D Convoy, so both the pc and the monitor came perfectly intact. The performance of the machine is AWESOME! Fully booting up into windows takes around 45 seconds or so....and I can be in Call of Duty within 15 seconds, its nuts! I'm sure that has to do with a striped SSD drives, but its still great. I originally encountered an issue with the bios settings that slipped by the burn in because it has to do with cold booting. Chuck and George both worked hard to get in touch with Asus tech guys and get a resolution. They called me at off hours to work through the problem and fixed it! So as far as tech support goes, they are great as well. I know George has taken what was learned into account so it doesn't impact other customers. All in all, my experience was v3gamingpc was amazing. Both Chuck and George are very friendly and great to work with. I have been recommending them to all my friends and wanted to write an article here as well. I have no real benefit from doing so, except that I hope they are successful so I can buy my next pc from them!

I bought the Salvo, because I like the options it provided, and wanted to keep the price below $2200. I ordered it, and received it roughly three weeks later. I was extremely pleased by the packing materials, because it had to travel all the way to Canada, so I was slightly worried about it getting damaged. But it came completely intact. The computer itself has been very well constructed, and is fast as hell. Cold booting to Desktop in about 6 seconds on a single SSD. It absolutely destroys everything I run on it with ease. This beast is outperforming an Alienware that a guy from my old I.T class purchased 8 months ago for $4200. Chuck is the best customer service rep that I have EVER dealt with. He was honest, gave me tons of information and help in the final tweaks of my build. He was very quick at responding to my emails, and getting my missing monitor found and sorted out. I use this computer mainly for gaming and 3D modeling and Rendering on Blender 3D and CryEngine 3 SDK. I'm very happy with this computer, and I'm definatly going with V3 for all my future PCs. Completely worth the investment.

I purchased a Humane Contain pet containment system on line in early August, just before moving to a house without a suitable fence for containing my dog. I bought their top-of-the-line system, with their mid-range collar. It took me a little over a month to install the system with moving and all. Just before installing it, I put the collar on my dog so he could start "getting used to it." He broke it the first day. I shipped it back to the company for replacement, which did arrive in a reasonably timely fashion. I did have an extra collar, and proceeded to install the system, hand-burying approximately 1000 feet of wire. Once this was done, I again tested the system. It failed to produce a consistent signal, and would not, no matter what I did, deliver a shock on the collar as you approached the boundary wire. I called the company, and it was suggested that I use their batteries rather than the Duracell ones I had purchased. I ordered their batteries, and after about two weeks received them and tried them in the collars. There was no improvement. I again contacted the company. Every time I say "I contacted the company" I mean I made numerous telephone calls sometimes over several weeks, which for the most part either went voicemail and got no response or call back, or was routed to a person whose voicemail was full. Even calling back and asking to leave written messages did not get a call back. Only after repeated tries over many days were we able to reach someone. Anyway, when I finally reached customer service, I was told to send back the transmitter and the collar (which had again broken after only one day of test use). After more than 2 weeks, I received replacements. These worked no better. I have now purchased a different system, which works fine, but High Tech Pet Products now refuses to allow me to return the product for a refund. In fact, they hung up the phone on my wife when she tried to discuss the subject, and on my inquiry sent an email denting the refund on the ground that more than 90 days have passed since purchase. (Ironically, this response came within a day of my email, by far the fastest response yet.) In light of the multiple returns and replacements and delays in getting customer service, I believe this return policy is unfair. I also believe the product is defective and of very poor quality. I strongly warn everyone not to purchase this product or deal with this company. There are many better products on the market. Though Humane Contain may be cheap, it is no better than throwing your money in the garbage. I have since tried the Dogtra product, which is of much higher quality, but returned that as well, as it was not as effective as I would have liked using it with the Humane Contain wire I already buried. Today we went ahead and had the Invisible Fence company install their system, which, though much more expensive than the others, does seem to be considerably better, and actually works like it is supposed to. I have filed a BBB complaint against High Tech Pet in an attempt to get a refund.

I ordered the x-10 inground fence system and installation was fairly easy but it took a few hours more than I planed and i charged the collar overnight, this is great no batteries to buy. The system seems to work great and only took a few times for my 65lb boxer to relize her boundry area the flags are what she looks for so put out those flags people. next dont put the collar on the dog until u test the systems range u want, by walking the perimiter of the wire with the collar in your hand but be careful ok . set your range and start training your animal , thats it . the system really works great and does Not really hurt my dog and she loves her new freedom to run and play without a chain or leash im very well pleased with this product , thanks to the folks at high tech pet for a great product and the folks in customer service are very helpfull to the questions I did have, so Good luck to all who try this system its great . your loyal customer in south carolina

Ordered over £400 worth of fittings and still charged £22???? Delivery. There were 12x15mm valves in the very small box. I was charged £2.50 for the delivery of 20x 15mm valves by another supplier. They charge a 25% restocking fee so get your order right if you don’t want to be ripped off here too. Good quality item but massively overpriced.

Bought the wheelbarrow from B&Q a couple of years ago.Nothing wrong with the barrow but the tyre on the wheelbarrow was extremely poor,disintegrated after approximately one year.After sales service is awful,two e-mails ignored and one phone call resulted in a couldn't care less attitude.Shall not be buying another

I am now on my second Skoda car, the only time I have owned the same make twice. My local dealer is superb, always treats me well, remembers me when I walk in and will always do the best price they can.

I have used these for a long time and recommended them to a lot of people especially amazon sellers but I have had to go back through and amend and advice an alternative place. I have never had an issue until last lot kept ripping so contacted to ask if it was fault or if they had changed to a cheaper quality thinner paper, Kerry from L4U asked for a picture (REALLY A PICTURE OF A RIPPED LABEL - I dont know what she was thinking that day) I stated I just wanted to know and did not want a refund but would like to know to see if I need to place order else were next time.. A few emails later no further forward now they are just ignoring me. They are happy enough to take your money but not willing to deal with issues we usually order a decent QTY as well. If anyone has placed a big order and does not get any-were with them make sure you contact by email, then just claim your money back from your bank they will reverse the transaction, call your bank ask for the disputes team tell them you wish to raise a section 75 dispute they may advise just to do a chargeback both very simlar but one is within banks own policy one is outside. LABELS4U - You were once a very good business to work with and now I have to say your an utter disgrace the way you treat your customers, I cant see you getting this year out without going under unless so sort your act out.

Ordered on 19/8 and was marked as dispatched the same day. On the 20th I had a message from worldpay to say they had refunded my payment, contacted Labels4u to be told they didn't know when they would be in stock

sorry if it is a let down, but I reserve 5 stars for truly outstanding service. I called in to be sure the item was in stock and they referred me back to order online. That is not exceptional service in my opinion. when you have a customer on the phone or in the store, complete the transaction or risk losing their business altogether.

This organization delivers on the products but only after you email them multiple times after an order. If you put an order in, please be prepared to wait two months for it to arrive - even if you put 2 day shipping. In the meantime, what happens to the dollars that were used to pay for it? Very sad indeed.

Terrible company scheduled 2 pickups a month no pick up for nearly 3 months

Ordered vow Tiguan matts on 19th August and payment taken on 20th August with these still not being received and it is 30th August with no email or update. No contact number to call and no response to email. All I want are my car matts

I ordered a phone on pre order and paid on 4th November with promised shipment starting 20 November. Today is 17 December, last answer from customer service from 10 December was promising shipment in one week. Since then no reaction although I asked for true shipment date. Basically customer service and communication of this company is showing absolute ignorance and non competence.

Paid for p9000 21st of March knowing that they will start sendingout on 29th of March. Comes early April no sign of order being despatched, contact their store replied with "sorry we will send in 2-3 business days! LIE! Now we are on17th of April. No sign of phone being despatched. Dissapointed is an understatement!

I thought I might have to have Giroud come and remove my tree which was having some health issues. Instead they came up with a plan which we hope will save the tree which I appreciated.

I had a lot of trees that need significant trimming; one tree was growing over my roof. The crew showed up on time, worked without stopping, cleaned up all debris--even tree branches and limbs I had cut myself that I left on the street--and were finished what i thought would be an all-day job in about 4 hours. Everyone was super diligent and showed me each section of the job after it was finished to make sure I was satisfied. I have used Giroud regularly for the past four years for regular maintenance and special big jobs and have always been satisfied with the work and follow-up service. I recommend them highly. Also they will work with your budget.

The worst customer experience. Was told a front aluminium gate be made and ready for pick up in 2 weeks made to pay 100% upfront 4 weeks later no gate .. tried calling get music and msg bank , 5 weeks later can’t supply no apology .. ask for refund ASAP ten days later finally paid after numerous emails to no works ox works slowly …….if at all

I ordered pool fencing from Oxworks and being a one man band started constructing the fence a couple of months later only to find the polaris soft close hinges I ordered were not included. Made contact with Oxworks only to be told it is two months ago you ordered the products so there is nothing we can do. What does it matter that it was 2 months ago, if the order is not complete the order is not complete. Terrible customer service, will never use Oxworks again.

We had Scenic Walk Solitaire carpet laid 3.5 years ago. We stipulated that it had to be for high traffic areas and the sales man assured us it was. After about 2.5 to 3 years the carpet started tracking and no amount of care would bring it back. It now looks as if it has been in use for years, very unsightly. It also forms "waves" when vacuumed. The wastage was unbelievable when it was laid. Would not use this brand of carpet, or the outlet that sold it to us ever again. April 25th 2018 Update: Follow-up To Previous Review Our first post was 29 Nov 2017. Received reply from feltex early 2018. After numerous emails and phone calls, (the retail outlet didn't want to know about the problem) we had a feltex rep call in on us 7- 2 - 2018. He sort of suggested it was our fault/that's what carpets do, and he could not see any problem. He took a sample of the carpet to be "tested" in their fantastic machine in Melbourne. As stated, that was 7 - 2 - 2018. It is now 23 - 4 - 2018 and we have not been contacted, received a phone call or anything from feltex. Extremely poor back-up service. Do not buy this carpet as it appears once you have paid your money, you are on your own, and every excuse is used to dodge doing anything about problems, as can be seen from other reviews on this company and their product.

I bought this carpet after having my previous carpet down for 25years. I have stains that will not leave. I am not a dirty person and my old carpet handled the traffic well. It looks terrible and it is embarrassing to have people see the carpet. The carpet I chose because of the stain resistance, pet friendly, the look, the colour, the material it is made of. But I am so disappointed. I would not recommend this carpet to anyone.

I was very impressed with the salesman sent out to quote, so much so I was convinced to spend the extra $120 on the wardrobe. I was promised an installation date if I confirmed the next day. I called the office to ask a few more questions and spoke to karen who rudely told me she couldn’t contact the salesman but asked what my question was. It wasn’t that she couldn’t help me it was the manner in which she rudely and exasperatingly responded, like I was bothering her. the next day I telephoned the office to speak to Karen and was rudely told the date was no longer available, begrudgingly I still paid my overpriced deposit. Then Karen called a week later wanting to change the date on me again and then the time. Every interaction with her was downright rude and it seemed like she would Much rather be doing something else. So dissapointed to receive that level of appalling customer service when I was paying an inflated price for a product.

We had 3 quotes to do 5 cupboards and Lifestyle Wardrobes came up trumps on a number of levels. Heath the designer was superior with the internal design. He listened carefully to our needs and also gave sound practical advice. The result was not only highly functional but the most aesthetically pleasing as well. Tim the main installer was excellent. He did an excellent job fitting the new frames onto uneven old frames and in the case of the laundry an uneven floor. Tim also did a fine job cleaning up afterwards. Finally, Lifestyle was the cheapest quote of the 3 so they were the clear winners. We highly recommend Lifestyle wardrobes and would not hesitate to choose them again.

We had 2 very large units designed and built at a family home in Vaucluse. The units are floor to ceiling wall to wall, each approx 4.5m long x 3.2m high. The units were delivered on time and installed with a degree of passion and detail not generally found today. Would I buy another yes, I have for another family member. Many thanks .

We were recommended by an acquaintance who recently had her wardrobe installed. The man who came to provide a quote were great and we had no hassles at all with a great installer who was friendly too. We are really happy with the results. It's only been a month so time will tell if the construction quality is as good as the initial install. But so far so good!

This company promised a template date to suit our kitchen install date if we gave them 14 days notice. We complied. This company said we needed to come to their showroom at Milend to "sign-up". We complied. We were told our appointment was at 10.30am. By 11.00am we were still being ignored (not by staff but by the owners). We were then told we could not be given a date for taking the template for kitchen benchtops. Despite us persisting we needed a date to enable us to sign the contract. Apparently they just did not know when they could take the templates. . WHO KNOWS WHEN WE COULD GET OUR KITCHEN FINISHED?? The owners became aggressive when we complained about not being given a date. We refused to sign the contract in this basis. Ultimately we saved $1,000 by going to a competitor. Expensive, bad service and rude. We recommend you Avoid AMS. There are better marble specialists in Adelaide than this one.

In the spirit of honestly, this occurred about 2 years ago and was never resolved. I can only write this now without becoming extremely distressed, but I rely on other people's reviews so should also contribute to forums. The beginning: Ordered custom made diamond mosaic tile in Carrara marble (honed). Exact sizing and specifications were written in to contract to ensure I could have exact fit in desired space without odd cuts, allowing for grout spacing. Cost approx $1,500. Batch 1: tiles delivered. Tiler comes to quote. Advises to send tiles back as they are all different thicknesses and impossible to be laid as mosaic. AMS agree to re-supply. Batch 2: is exactly the same batch as first, now scratched on front. Allegedly they tried to grind down back of the small diamond mosaics. Der?! Returned tiles. Batch 3: new batch arrived but polished not honed as per contract. Returned to AMS. Batch 4: new batch delivered. Stupidly thought, 'there cannot possibly be anything wrong with the tiles now!' Organised tiler. Cannot wait after almost a year to see my finished kitchen. By 10am, SMS received from tiler. "Sorry, I've had to leave the job. The tiles are too inconsistent in size, I take pride in my work and cannot do an A1 job with these tiles". Go to Consumer Affairs. Start case. Provide all evidence, contract, photographs of tiles, measurements of tiles (in one box of 93 tiles NOT ONE was the size specified in the contract. In this box the tiles range from 109mm high to 113mm high - contract stated 114mm high. In other boxes some were over 114mm). But 'my' evidence is not from an 'expert' and my tiler walking off the job and leaving a hand-written note and SMS is not evidence enough. Consumer Affairs want me to find a tiler who will put in writing that the tiles are not fit for purpose... Oh sure, I know heaps of tilers in Adelaide, where everyone knows everyone, who I can pay to do that. Sounds really ethical! The tiles and contract are the evidence, bureaucrats. More than a year had passed since Batch 1 of tiles. Adelaide Marble insist 'expert' mosaic tilers can lay them and recommend some tilers, even though tiles are not square or true diamonds with edges the same length, or the same height (per contract). Good luck when you only have 1.5-2mm grout spacers to work with and variation is up to 6mm. Anyway, I go along with this and invite one of these 'expert' mosaic tilers to come and inspect the tiles at my home (name removed but I have his business card). He spent one hour making excuses about how even the best tiles from overseas are never 'perfect'. Well, that may be so, but this is a CUSTOM MADE tile, not a batch of tiles out of box. I invited him to quote and he took measurements. Never heard from him again. This is because he knew full well that the job could not be done. By now I cannot take anymore. Unfinished kitchen. Unnecessary stress. Wasted money. Wasted time. Conflict between my partner and I. Now, when someone walks in to what should be my beautiful kitchen and says, 'still no splashback' I want to scream! Thanks, [name removed] and [name removed] of Adelaide Marble. Fancy showroom but no substance, no ethics and no quality control. The boxes of tiles still sit in the corner or my laundry while my kitchen still has no splashback because I can't afford another $1,500 to get new tiles. Bravo!

9 phone calls, one year later and patio still not finished. We have a 2 inch gap between our patio and our gutter. Numerous promises to complete are recorded on my phone. One year of being let down, I decided to write this review so that others know what to expect. Nice product but they will let you down like they did us.

Had Patio installed in November 2016. Finishing not completed as per picture shown when contract was done. Then after agree to do finishing they left holes in roof stating it was part of the conversion. Really. Roof also leaking and have reported multiple times and always busy or don't pitch for appointment. After lots email to boss man i was told not to contact them again. So left with leaking roof and they lying about how they were forced to do without last payment but was the other way around. Have emails to proof it.

He skilfully co-ordinated a team of plumbers, carpenters, electricians, plasterers, heating engineers, and installers, all of whom were first-class in both the quality of their work and their customer service attitude. The whole team worked very efficiently, and with real consideration for us as we continued to live in a relatively small home through a period of significant disruption. The Project Manager and his team were excellent at providing a timeframe and plan that they kept to, keeping us in touch with progress, and checking out points of detail as the job progressed. On several occasions they flagged options to us, and we therefore felt fully engaged in the important decision-making on issues that ultimately led us to be delighted with the end result. The Project Manager and the team were also first-class as resolving the inevitable problems that arise, whether it be how best to channel waste pipes or discovering that some of the old plastering needed to go. The focus was always about explaining the issue to us in terms that we could understand, and then finding the best solution. The overall project was a big undertaking for us. The English Interiors team, from start to finish, made it a thoroughly pleasurable experience, and that is down to the professionalism and approach adopted by the design team, the production team, and the installation team. A big thank you to English Interiors - we are delighted with the end result. We will certainly be back to you when we start to turn our thoughts to up-grading the bedrooms.

We have used Abalabels for three years to provide custom made car parking permits which are affixed to the inside of vehicle windscreens. Our orders are only small, but on each occasion the business has been attentive and very helpful in meeting our requirements, the product supplied has been excellent and deliveries have always been made on or before the promise date. In addition, the price has always been very fair which is important to us as we are a 'not-for-profit' organisation and need to be careful how we spend our members' money. I'd have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Abalabels.

My friend and I bought a chair each 3 years ago, last summer at the same week, from one day to another both chairs started to get its skin out, and in a matter of days the chair started to look like rubber.

One of the legs on the five star base was bent so i needed a replacement. Contacted support as they were out of stock to ask when they would be in stock again. Support replied to me the next day and told me they still had a few lying around for warranty issues but were able to put it just in stock for me so i could order 1(As my warranty expired). So i sent them an e-mail in what time period i was able to order and 15 minuter later i got an email that it would be added shortly and 5 minutes later i had it ordered. Now that is what i call GREAT SUPPORT! And ye the chairs are just amazing(especially for my length at 203 cm)

OK so I need cut some slack for the current Coranvirus situation, but my 1st purchase from All Finished was not a great experience really. Not able to contact anyone on phones and email went unanswered...guess that's true for most companies at the moment. Ordered on website and got standard acknowledgement...suggesting 3 - 5 days. Delivery took 12 days ! Whilst the 5ltr paint tin seemed reasonably well wrapped in bubble wrap etc...the tin was battered beyond belief. I am amazed the paint didn't escape. No idea if it was sent like this or the delivery company played football with it. But all told...not a great experience, so I will probably go elsewhere for similar products next time.

I ordered a Fiskars Mower from Garden Essentials and I tried it out yesterday for the first time. It's a fabulous product and I must say that Garden Essentials offered it at a very generous price and their delivery service was spot on. I will certainly be looking for more products from Garden Essentials as the gardening year unfolds.

Plants were way to small for the price they stated 50 -60 cm one of the leaves was damaged won’t be purchasing again !

Avoid this company like the plague. Customer service is non existent.. We purchased Cedar driveway gates from them. OK when we received them my husband and son in law hung them. No damage was done whilst being installed. Next day there was a large split in the grain of one panel. Contacted the company and we were told they would send a repair kit, A REPAIR KIT for gates we paid £1500 for. I asked to speak to a manager and was told by the girl that she was the best I was going to get. I contacted a director of the company via facebook and he apologised for the way we had been treated by customer service and said he would arrange to have the gates picked up and repaired at no cost to us.He has told us today that he has changed his mind and will not be doing anything of the kind as we had posted negative reviews about the company. Despicable company and only good reviews are acceptable to them. They should be ashamed

I fitted my gates just over 2 years ago. They cost over £800 after a few months they started to rust the powder coating began to flake off I would not recommend this company. Poor quality and expensive.

The general sales was good but poor quality on one of the screens with very poor communication to resolve the problem. So far the case remain open and we are staked with one very poor screen.

Needed a fast turnaround on a Premier Pop Up 3 x 2 Midi Curved Kit. Donna Lock was extremely helpful from start to finish, offering good advice on artwork guidelines and realistic turnaround times. She made the ordering process extremely easy. The finished product arrived on time as advertised and i'm very happy with the quality.

I hadn't ridden a bike in over 40 years and, living in a third-floor condo, figured I never would again. When I saw an ad for the folding GreenZone bike, in red no less, I was anxiously curious if it would work for me. I had to ask a few questions at first, as in "How do I get the seat on?" and "Now that I have it on too low, how do I get it back up?", but "Alan" was quick with a reply each time and both answers were spot on. My first trip out was grueling, but it didn't take Alan (just a neighbor) to point out my tires were rather flat. Perhaps they lost air in shipping, but that solved my problem. I am still a little hesitant around cars, but I love being able to take my bike to the library, the pool, to meetings, etc. I love that I can take it up the elevator, fold it into its bag, and stick it in my storage closet. Best of all, I live on the coast and see rusted bikes all around our condos, but mine won't be one of them. I am glad to show it off every day.

One of two bikes ordered arrived with a damaged bottom bracket. Greenzone Bikes was very responsive in reimbursing me for cost of local bike shop to replace part. The bikes are easy to fold up and load in my car trunk. We plan to ride bikes on bike trails with minimal inclines. The bikes appear to be well built and set up instructions are clear and easy to follow.

My fiancé loves his t-shirt & is really enjoying the jerky I got him as an anniversary gift! (I ordered it under his name so it’d be a surprise, as he seldom receives packages) I had no idea it was a one man operation until we read the letter included - so major kudos! It’s definitely been a difficult year, but the packaging & product was amazing! We will most assuredly be repeat customers, and recommending this to our fellow carnivores! Thank-you so much!!
