I have to say that this is one of the worse companies I have ever ordered from. Not only did it take forever to get the part they say was in stock, the parts was incorrect and did not fit the product specified. I returned the part. The part cost was 79.10 plus 9.95 shipping. It cost me 13.58 to return part and you have the nerve to charge me a 10% restocking fee for an incorrect part that your company shipped! The it cost me $31.44 to get nothing!!! This is how you do business. Well, I will be writing reviews on every website I can find informing everyone about your poor and deceiving business practices. This is really a pathetic company to steal from potential future customers!

I ordered an ice maker for my fridge to replace one that had a minor leak. The one I received never worked. I filed a warranty claim, and they never responded. I contacted customer service via chat and email five times, they were apologetic, but couldn’t get “the guy who approves that stuff” to respond. I finally opened a claim with PayPal, who settled in my favor after reviewing the documentation.

When my charter cruise was canceled and the organizer offered no refund, I thought that was covered under "default". Silly me! Since the organizer was not insolvent and had not ceased operations, Seven Corners refused to pay and Squaremouth agreed. Bottom line, Squaremouth is not going to pass up those sweet commissions by going against the "insurers". So I threw good money after bad by buying insurance from them. They are polite, but useless.

First of all, I am not disputing the verbiage in the policy itself. My complaint is regarding the purchasing process of this policy right from the start and the use of multiple brand names to create confusion. I will post this under the under brand names so everyone will be aware that it is really the same company. Half my overseas trip was ruined by a situation out of my control and I incurred hundreds of dollars of charges as a result. The entire airport in Manila was closed for the APEC summit meetings. I was relieved to know I had purchased trip insurance from a well-known company in Chicago, John Hancock Insurancewhich according to the website included cancellation and delay. Upon requesting the appropriate claim forms, the form itself says it is actually American Modern Insurance Group. However, after making sure that was the correct form it appears the forms are actually mailed to Seven Corners. I later found out that Sever Corners is only the processor of claims. It appears that multiple companies are involved and that they are simply using different names to confuse and mislead consumers. My claim for trip cancellation was denied and I was advised (after several emails) to file an appeal under a different reason, trip delay. I spent countless hours filing out all the forms again and providing proper documentation and proof of such occurrence. The second claim with "John Hancock Insurance was also denied. There were no responses to my emails, again for weeks. I also, placed many calls and emails to the zero complaint team" at squaremouth.com asking for further clarification regarding my specific trip insurance policy that I purchased. After about a month I finally was given an answer, simply stating, that I was not covered for that reason under that policy. Regardless of the writing in the policy, I am asserting that I was cheated and completely mislead into purchasing this insurance policy from the start. I am asserting that I was lead to believe I was purchasing from a prestigious name; John Hancock Insurance. This was clearly a bait and switch scheme and absolutely unacceptable. In addition, I was not made aware prior to my purchase the extreme limitations of this policy and that I would be dealing with multiple companies other than John Hancock". This would have drastically altered my decision in choosing such a prohibitive policy from unknown companies.

Attempted to log in to my account many times over the past many months and my pin would always be non-valid which I received from Metro PCS. Customer service could never help and was rude. Attempted to make payment before due date but was unable. Finally able to get it through the day after and received account suspended. Hope this does not affect my credit. They need to get their stuff together.

I switched to metro pcs about 4 and a half years ago. I decided to switch when I was trying to lower my monthly bills, due to becoming pregnant. Constant dropped calls to the point where I am scared to make an important phone call. Dropped calls during emergencies. I pay for (4G), that NEVER works. Service is rediculous. At least a hundred hours of my life wasted, to them point of crying with frustration's. Prior to metro Pcs. I used T-mobile for ten years and then At&t for five. Do not waste your money to pay for Metro-Pcs, unless you'd like your phone to show a NO SERVICE in that upper left hand corner permanently. I Never write reviews. I felt I need to. It's sad that people who are trying to minimize bills and HAVE to use a lower priced carrier can not even guarantee I can dial 911 in an emergency. This was not due to towers not being in range. Etc. etc. etc. different states, different times..... phone calls. So many phone calls to customer service with no accurate recording on metro Pcs to my account so every phone call to customer service took an extra thirty minutes to even get to someone "helping" me. The absolute waste of people's money !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I bought a 24 Piece Makeup Brush Set on livingsocial in September. The seller was the same company called Widget Love. I received the order in 4 weeks and it came from China. I only paid $29 which is great for what I got. I would buy from them again, but it would be nice if they offered express shipping

Insight repeatedly fail to honour a two year warranty for a failed product. 1) "The warranty is one year, not two. Prove to us that it's two" (it's on their website and the website of the manufacturer as two) 2) Repeated delays in contact 3) "You need to raise a ticket with the manufacturer, not us" (No, we don't. We did do it, but the manufacturer quite rightly said that we should go to the people we brought the product from, i.e. Insight). Still waiting for a resolution over a month after hardware failure.

I'm based on the other side of the world, Australia, yet from start to end I felt like I dealt with a trusted dealer down my own street. Pre-sales advice was helpful and responsive. The unit was packed well and arrived quickly with tracking. The seller's website contains useful PDF tutorials for the device I purchased, a high end speech recognition microphone, FlexyMike DE Cardioid Andrea Pure Audio MA Combo, which I accessed to set up my unit when it arrived. The seller kindly included an Android adapter. I offered to write this review, and proactively sought out the seller's advice as to where to leave it.

I ordered the KSD-6902 Joyous Autoradio GPS 7 inch Android 4.4 . Hongkongeek sent me the unit marked 6902 but not Android and it looks different to the one they advertised! I informed them about the wrong item and they acted naive and ignored me totally. They even removed the item from their website? I think they did everything on purpose : misleading, cheating... Not only their act was that but most of all it's a crime. So be careful to deal with it or avoid totally! David

I bought a Smartphone VKWORLD T5 Android 5.1 from Hongkongeek 4 months ago and it arrived on time, looks great and works well. I dropped it a couple of days ago and it's continued to work well, which is what prompted me to write this review. It was only £66 including delivery for a very modern smartphone and I've been delighted.

I have phoned the owner at 2 in the morning requesting a new server and he got out of bed and started my request. This level of service you will not find anywhere else. I have not come across many website hosting providers that offer a month to month plan, Gazellehost was one of them. It is surprising why not all of the hosting is with no contracts, after all how can you commit to a year's worth of hosting. Anyway - this made it really easy to start. Once signed up I was happy with the process, almost immediately received 3 emails, one welcome, one with invoice details and one with login details. Logged in (had to wait a bit longer for domain registration) and set up a one click website. Fantastic experience, really easy and straightforward. I have transferred our business blog domain to gazelle. the .net renewal is just under $10 and after I figured our what an EPP code is the transfer was on the way. (by the way it is the code you get from the existing registrar to be able to transfer) Anyway, once setup, I was easily able to log into the control panel and use a one-click wordpress. This was actually as easy as promised, so I am pretty happy with that. It will probably take me some time to use all the options I get with the hosting and I wish there were more tutorials on the site, but maybe I am just not clued in enough. I needed some help with setting up my email in outlook and sent a request, I received a response in less than 30 minutes, which is a big change from what we used to get. Rob was the customer service person and was able to help. I can definitely recommend this company. Thwy made it quite easy for me to start the website building after I was sitting on the domain for a year. Peter

I've been using G-Core Labs CDN for 5 months and it really helps us to provide content very quick. We are a media company, so provide video content is very important for us. CDN is very helpful. I also like that pricing is transparent and I can look traffic statistics any time I need. At first I had some problems with adjusting CDN, but tech support helped me a lot to fix them. My verdict is: good product, good service!

I have been employed @ iStorage for nearly 5 years, my longest ever permanent role and a testament to how highly i regard this company. I have made some good friends working here and have also managed to be part of something special. There are not many companies out there bringing products to the market that are so ground breaking within their niche and I'm proud to have been part of that journey. And there is so much more in the pipeline, it's truly amazing to see these ideas come into fruition in the form of physical products. I've not experienced this before! It's a very welcoming environment at iStorage and teamwork is key. I have faith and know I can rely on my colleagues support if required and they can rely on me. I am expected to work hard, much the same as any other workplace but I can say it makes it a damn sight easier when you buy into the dream. Overall as you can probably tell, I really enjoy working here.

I was introduced to Lansweeper two years ago. Since then, Lansweeper has been a primary tool in my arsenal. I can't think of a feature that the program provides that we haven't used yet. We use this currently to manage more than 20k systems in several different countries and continually find new ways to use the system. Highly recommended.

Yesterday I unboxed a beautiful mobile 3 drawer pedestal with silver handles from Stockworld. Unfortunately I had a slight problem with the lock which rendered it unusable. I called Stockworld just a few minutes ago and spoke with Tim who was absolutely fantastic. He was polite and considerate and made my enquiry/request for assistance painfree. I've worked with them for over 1 year. The apps worked great and had little to no problems with the Play store requirements. If you don't know, from time to time Google makes new requirements for apps like new API levels, 64-bit versions, new icons, etc. Andromo has always been on point, unlike other app builders that I have used and continue to have issues like exposed API keys and security notifications, Andromo has never had these type issues and best of all it is much much cheaper. You can build as many apps as you can with the yearly plan. Innovation wise, I've never seen other app builders bring so many improvements in such a short amount of time: push notifications, Andromo ads (in case you can't use AdMob or the revenue drops) and new features have been recently announced on their blog like app preview, pre-made themes, and progressive web apps. I'm really excited about what's to come for Andromo because the app builder was already stable and efficient. If you would like to create an app without any coding, Andromo is the best place to start. I wish i found them first.

I was a first time customer, though I had listened to the owner on 98.7 several times. I drove 75 miles one way to have service done over Christmas Holidays. I received service and return of computer exactly as service tech said. Replaced and booted new hard drive on Microsoft 10. So far everything is great, other than loosing all my favorites saved after years of storing them.

I wanted a custom laptop - first of all, because I had some spare parts from a previous laptop and second, because it is easier to customize a machine before buying it then searching for something that can be customized later on. I was struggling to decide between three models, so I asked a bunch of questions to help the decision. I always had valuable information from support, so finally I bought the machine. Later I had some problems installing Win10 on it (it could not find some drivers during installation...), I contacted support again, got my answers, everything works fine.

I telephoned Saturday morning and spoke to a chap called Stewart, who was very efficient, friendly and guided me through the booking procedure with care and patience. The fee for changing details is disgraceful, especially as we tried changing details on the day of booking (Sunday), were told we couldn't until Monday and then spent all week trying to get through on the phone line!

I was struggling to find a way forward with our website content, and having observed Ray's extremely helpful & informative posts on UKBF for a number of years I knew that the freshbananas course would be something special. I was not wrong! The way that the course is structured and written just cuts through all the jargon, myths and bs so often associated with SEO which means even a non-techie like me can really get stuck in and produce well written and highly optimised content in a logical, no-nonsense way. Do not trust this site. I ordered the pro package which should include the logo, t-shirts, letterhead, envelopes and business card. All you get is the logo you designed downloaded on various items. In order to have physical prints those are additional fees and they are as follows: The t-shirts are an additional $30, the letter head is an additional $22, the business card is an additional $30, and the envelopes are an additional $70. Just save yourself the hassle and get the basic package and print your own products or use your local printers! There are no refunds!

Beware anyone considering purchasing a Groupon from Scanmyphotos! I purchased the $29 deal for and sent them 500 of my most endeared photos. I was informed my Groupon was "expired" and invalid and now they wanted to charge me hundreds of dollars more. I asked Groupon to intervene. Groupon was no help at all. I spent $25 on the groupon, $20 to ship the photos, then Scanmyphotos charged me another $20 to return the photos months later. I would not consider using this company again. I'm out $85. Don't buy into their Groupon. You may be sorry.

This site would have to be my most valuable find in terms of information that i need on a weekly basis and at the same time the strangest by nature. It's much like EOSHD.com and Phillip Bloom.com. personal-view.com/ for me is the mother ship the other 2 are wings left and right interesting way of putting it i know. So have a read or dabble you might like or you may not. My apologies for the short review, the less i rant the quicker you can be reading about why the Lumix GH2 is the official Canon 5D killer. After reading Chris's review of Photography Cafe, I went there and took a look. Chris described the site accurately, there were a formidable array of superb images obviously from talented photographers. After looking around awhile, I elected to sign up for the site myself. It took me some time to figure out how to scale images in order to upload them to the site. There are not a lot of good instructions on how to do this, and I got lucky and read how on one of their e-mail postings sent out on occasion. Thanks to my new found knowledge, I posted my three daily allowed images and to my surprise received several complementary comments on my photographs almost immediately. Getting these compliments from some of the most talented people on the board exemplified the friendliness of the site. I went to the main Gallery and surprisingly, my photos were displayed there. The site does have a few MINOR drawbacks. Like Chris noted, the navigation buttons are tiny. If you don't look closely, you will miss them. Also, I was on the site over a week before I discovered how to scale images. Perhaps a small tutorial on scaling would be in order. Since all operating systems have similar photo editing software, I used The Gimp on my Linux box to do the scaling. The Software they mentioned in the e-mail was Photoshop of course, and from that I gleaned that most editing software had these capabilities. Picture size limits are 250 Kb, so anything from a high resolution camera will have to be scaled before uploading to the site. Aside from this, everything uploaded all right. I am impressed by the site, and I expect that I will be a member for a long time.

This site is run out of India and has fraudulent business practices. They do not allow you to cancel your account without a direct conversation via email with the founders. These guys have no clue this is completely illegal in several states in the United States. The "UNLIMITED" plan is NOT unlimited. They quickly throttle you to 2000-2500 icons and then claim that the FAQ and Terms and Conditions explain that UNLIMITED actually is not really possible because well....you agreed to their 3rd world terms and conditions. Sorry.. for those of us in 1st world countries we don't adhere to your 3rd world terms, conditions, lifestyle or poorly executed website. WARNING - this site will not deliver the advertised "UNLIMITED" icons and it is very difficult to cancel your membership plan. STAY AWAY!

The HDMI cable I ordered came VERY quickly. After plugging into my Apple TV, it didn't work. I emailed the seller who sent another cable immediately. The 2nd cable did the same as the first, so I emailed again and got a quick refund! Shortly after, I found that my settings were wrong on the Apple TV and once correct, both cables worked. The seller was very gracious in responding to all correspondence, and very understanding in light of my personal mistake. I would this seller recommend highly!

I received the HP docking station for my HP EliteBook and it is defective. It does not power up and power stays on. I contacted HP and they told me that the manufacturer's warranty expired March 17, 2015 but I have coverage though your company. I am going to return this docking station for a full credit.
