Some issues with the check out process not working properly on firefox and having to click on different buttons that would naturally seem like I should be clicking on. Basically your site wouldn't let me check out, but I found a work around and it worked out in the end. Shipping was fairly fast, but my shipment contained 1 out of 6 RAM chips that is the wrong chip. Please make sure you check before you ship.

The transaction went smoothly and the item was packed securely. Upon arrival, it booted properly, allowing me to update the firmware before installing a new set of drives and doing a factory reset. As calculated, there were no interruptions during the 36 hour rebuild, and now it's going through a "baking in" period for a week before going online for its intended use.

After 1 bell ring he call me to let me know he is leaving, my wife was home front of the garage but he do not take any effort to look around. He install very badly the unit the wire was taped cover with black tape front of the door, shortly the ring start ringing nonstop with no reason smoking overheating, I call the office and the customer service rep was very rude and not help at all online scheduled for next day 09/16/2021 the service to come out and fixed 11:00 am I get the e-mail " the technician who scheduled not available any more" re scheduled without discuss with me t 09/19/2021 9:00AM I ask who will responsible when my house burn down because the wrongful installation? the answer : you can claim the damages from your home insurance Order # 698084

I earlier had sent my computer to another dealer and they charged me $85 for just evaluating to see if any data could be recovered which they weren't able to. Then came here and the evaluation was FREE and these guys went ahead and recovered nearly all my data in just a week of having received it if you exclude shipping day!

I love my phone and the service you provide. I am able to find my products and submit my order and payment but it takes several days before the prepaid card says it is activated on my account. Why isn't that part more automated and seamless? I asked the chat about buying a larger/longer prepaid card and if my rollover minutes would still be available and their answer was that there were no rollover minutes and if there was, I would lose them. This conversation dissuaded me from purchasing the other card. I also wish there was a tether option to the INMARSAT 2 phone so I could use my computer in an emergency.

Paid a good chunk of money for a server, and the box it came in had a dozen strips of tape across the top and one on the bottom. The one on the bottom busted. Not to mention the box looked like it had been around the world a few times. Fortunately the server survived unscathed. Everything else about TekBoost was well above expectation. Jaime was awesome in helping me get what I needed.

Nomorobo was one of the three 2013 winners of the FTC Robocall Challenge. According to PC magazine's 2015 review of the site, it's the only winner that has a service up and running on the web, and it's FREE! It does not work for cell phones or for analog landline services. But for all other landline services, it works. Supposedly. Hey, it it did for me -- instantly!! I signed up yesterday, and I've gone from 10 robocalls a day (minimum) to zero. I hear one brief ring and then blessed silence. It's a MIRACLE!!! And this just in time for onslaught of political robocalls that were about to crash down on my peace of mind like an avalanche. I am SO THRILLED!! For a more technical POV, here is an excerpt from that Sept. 2015 PC Magazine review: "The good news is that Nomorobo is free, easy to sign up with, and works as promised. I used to get at least one or two robocalls per day. The only sign of them now is that the phone rings once. If I'm curious, I can go to my Verizon FiOS account online, see the calling number, and search for it in a browser. So far, every blocked call has been from a known robocaller, with the number also showing up in my online searches on assorted sites that track annoying calls. The bad news is that you may not be able to take advantage of Nomorobo. Ideally, it should be directly integrated into the carrier's internal call processing, which is what Ooma Premier and Sonic do. And in principle, it should be able to work with any carrier. All it requires is that the carrier support simultaneous ring, so incoming calls can ring both your line and Nomorobo's line at the same time. In practice, unfortunately, that feature is currently available only on VoIP carriers, and not even all of those. The list of carriers that work with Nomorobo has some significant players on it, including Verizon FiOS, Comcast Xfinity, Time Warner Cable, and AT&T U-verse. (You can find the full list on the Nomorobo signup page.) Missing, however, are all wireless carriers and all analog carriers. It took me a bit of work to sign up on Nomorobo.com. I had to sign into my Verizon account (find the online ID, password, blah blah) and then follow the steps the site listed. But was it worth it!! I just can't understand why I haven't heard about this service before. I guess the truth is it's free, which means not much revenue, which means no advertising. I suppose they have grants or government funding perhaps? In any case, I wish I'd know about this site sooner -- it is WONDERFUL!!!!

The team was able to get done what I was looking for. They over looked some items and didn't optimize the best way for SEO. Their "office hours" are odd times, which made it more difficult to communicate with them because there was only a small window of real-time interaction for project feedback. For the next project, I'll be looking somewhere else because of the office hours time availability.

Clearly, this is not a professional setup (most likely someone in their bedroom trying to make a few dollars) I would highly recommend avoiding this company.

I appreciate the way one can search and find writers of different quality to suit different content needs we have for ourselves or our clients. The order process is simple and effective. I wish there would be an automatic notification of writers for new direct or team orders. This is by far one of the worst services I encountered. The quality of the work does not get to the level requested and paid. I would highly recommend to save your money. The amount of pages delivered are manipulated to reach to the total number of pages that you requested. You pay for 10 pages but you might get 8 which a lot of is full of generic information. Even when you make a revision request, the revision takes about 15-30 minutes and it is not even remotely close to what you requested. Save your money and stay away!!!

This is the cheapest gold I have ever seen. The prices go down all the time! I never buy anywhere else, now. I used to buy at other sites.. however this site is the best of them all. They are always timely on delivery. And if they aren't, they will give you bonus points for free to use when you buy gold, no questions asked! All in all I rate this site 5/5 stars.

I received a new router from my ISP, only to find that it wasn't on their list. Though the downside was, that it took a few days for support to nut out the support for my router, but once it was done; the rest was easy. I do felt support did everything they could to get support for my router and they didn't give up. I felt the price tag was hefty from my end (I live in Australia and the conversion sucked), the product did what was needed to do.

BUYER BEWARE!! The positive reviews on this company are old and now inaccurate. This company is scraping the bottom of the barrel now. They are unreliable, scammers and do not have any honor amongst their customers. My recent story (2018) Recently I made a purchase through them. I waited 42 hours with no delivery. I attempted to contact them via their live chat, it was down. I emailed them and their reply came in 5 hours later with, "use the chat bro." I told them their live chat was down. The next day the chat was back up. I was told that they were out of items on my server and that it would be a couple days before they could fulfill my order. I was flexible and agreed to keep my order open for another 48 hours to see if they could fulfill it. So on day 7 the order was still not able to be completed. I requested a refund. They told me that I would be refunded "later." After waiting a couple days with no refund processed I contacted their live chat, I literally waited on their live chat service for 30 minutes waiting for an answer, I was conveniently ignored. I have been forced to open a case on PayPal against them for no refund aka theft. Day 7 of the case being opened with no response from them I would suspect they have no intention of refunding me and in 2 days I will have to rely on PayPal to give me my money back via opening a fraud case on them. I have been a customer of theirs for over 4 years and this is how I am treated, they steal my over $100 and have stopped all communication. I advise not using their service anymore as it seems they are the scammers now and are no longer reputable. Another thing to note, I tried to leave feedback on their website, oddly the reviews on their website cut off at the end of 2016. It has been a couple weeks since I left a poor review and of course that one is not showing. Pricing: Check it out because lately it is safer to purchase online items through your actually gaming company, their prices are only about 5 to 10 dollars more and there is no risk of getting scammed or in trouble via the gaming companies policies. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY

This site undersells other gold selling sites professionally. If you find a spelling or grammar error, don't be put off, these people are courteous, their live support was almost instant, and despite the lack of details concerning how soon the delivery could be made, the site seemed very eager to make sure that I was happy with their service. Insightful warnings that I found true myself just prove to me more that the place is reliable, and with a 94% delivery window of 24 hours, I received my order almost 24 hours later on the dot. If you have a set time you get on like me, I'd just try to order a little before then the previous day, and your gold should be there when you get on, or very close to it the next day. I can't speak for large sums, but 1k got there as soon as I expected to. They're up front, sociable, and willing to answer questions. I would recommend this service to anyone in the market.

I don't want to go on too much of a rant but I'm extraordinarily frustrated with my purchase with this company. Bought a laptop $1400 base, upgraded to about $2k with a double SSD, an extra HDD, extra ram, most expensive thermal paste offered, $50 for a rush build, etc. First day out of the box, after installing Avast antivirus and steam. I updated everything, restarted, then I installed GTA 5, ran it, and had my laptop hit 96 degrees Celsius instantly. Shut it down and went to bed confused. The next day I turned on my computer, and it took 26 minutes to turn on and get to where I could play GTA again. Not updating, just took 10 minutes to get to home screen, 10 minutes to open steam, then the normal time it takes to open GTA. Now I'm frustrated. This is a $2000 laptop that runs poorer than my 5 year old ps4. I start digging around and realize that XOTIC installed my windows on the low end extra space hdd that I paid extra $60 for instead of the NVMe SSD that i spent an extra $200 on. Second thing wrong. Finally I noticed one of the four rubber bumper pads (under the laptop to stop it from sliding and to give it airflow) was missing. I spent $2000 on a laptop that had 3 mistakes on it RIGHT OUT OF THE BOX. Unbelievable. I finally called them to get it sent back for warranty repair and asked them to express ship it, in light of the not one but THREE mistakes on this utterly sloppy build. I was told and I quote "that we're doing you a favor already by paying for shipping both ways and repairing it". At that point I had it. That's outrageous. That's not a favor, that's called a warranty! What I'M asking for is a favor, which is faster shipping to make me feel better about spending $2000 on a awful laptop. They got the general manager involved, who of course said they weren't going to cover anything more than what they usually cover. Steaming with frustration but not once raising my voice or assuming an aggressive tone, I asked if they could guarantee than I'll have it back in 3 weeks as I need to leave for school and I need my laptop for school. They said, "it's a fairly good chance". A fairly good chance... I asked them, "can you make me a promise since you already made 3 mistakes, won't help with shipping, can you at least promise you can get this done?" I don't even have to tell you what the answer was. Useless heartless customer service. Don't spend money here. They don't care about you or your happiness with the product, purchase, or company and its customer service. You might be one of the lucky ones to get a good device, but if they screw it up like they do way way way too often, then be prepared to get repeated ignored, disrespected, and ridiculed by a team of people who professionally build and sell bad overpriced PC's. I repair cars and motorcycles for a living. I wish this company held itself the the same standard that even dirty uneducated mechanics like my peers and I do. If I make a mistake working on someone's vehicle, I apologize profusely, repair the mistake for free, and grant them any reasonable request like a free oil change or some wipers blades, maybe a set of spark plugs. All stuff that costs not even $25, that is a small expense for me, but it's to see my customer happy in the end despite a small mistake. It's not only not rocket science, but it's not even a concept incomprehensible to a child. XOTIC didn't mess anything up beyond repair but the fact that they don't care about making it right and making me happy is why I'm not shopping here anymore and why I'm no longer recommending this business to my friends.

I will start by saying I have never written a review before but this situation has left me with me with a poor regard for Xotic and MSI computers. TL;DR-Sent me a defective product and did not resolve it when under warranty through a total of 4 RMA's in under 2 years. Tricked me into thinking the defective product was replaced during last RMA. Now expecting me to pay for a replacement since I am out of warranty and they never resolved the initial problem. I bought the GS65 Stealth Thin from Xotic for $2500 about 1.5 years ago, very excited with the specs and upgrades Xotic had added from the manufacturer. Out of the box the screen had a green tint on the rightside which prompted an RMA with MSI to get it fixed since I know Xotic did not install the screen. However, this tells me that they did not so much as turn it on before shipping it to a customer. After a couple months of use I began to move applications to the D drive Xotic installed, which was a 512 gb NVMe SSD, as I was running out of space on my C drive which had my OS on it. The drive crashed on me immediately and would not appear in my devices after. Another RMA to MSI where they tested everything and sent it back to me saying things were fine. The same day I got it back it crashed again which prompted another RMA. It was here that MSI finally told me that they cannot service drive and to contacted Xotic. Xotic gave me a call immediately and was very helpful in setting up an RMA to have this drive serviced. I expressed to them that this part consistently fails on me and that it needs to be replaced. They serviced it promptly and sent it back but reformatted my computer in the process. I look in my PC for drive space and I have 1 Tb of memory now. I was happy that they listened to me and replaced both my SSD's with one that was of equal capacity. At this point I was very satisfied with my product as it was working flawlessly for around 3 months. A week ago I go to boot it and I'm staring at a BIOS screen that I cannot get out of with any solution online. This was a big problem because I am currently working from home and this is my sole means access software and applications I need to do my job. I reach out to technical support with the issue stating I have sent it in multiple times already and I am still having problems. A day later I get a response telling me to check and see if my hard drive is being read. I look and there are TWO SSD's being read. Not only did they not replace the faulty one but they made the separate drives read as one so I could not tell that. I could no longer wait a day in-between responses so I called and asked for my device to be replaced. I could not wait for repairs because I needed to work. I expected them to take action promptly as any reputable company would seeing the urgency of the matter. They told me the best they can do was send me a replacement SSD that I would have to install myself because I was out of warranty. I understood the situation, though unhappy, agreed to accept the replacement SSD to resolve my issues. After the call I attempted to get my computer to boot using the technicians advice. The only useful information I received was that I can install windows from a flash drive, everything else did not change my situation. Once I installed windows my D drive was still unusable and unable to be formatted. It was also showing more storage than it was capable of. This means they somehow changed that drive to read more memory than actual which is very unethical in my opinion because this was used to trick me into thinking I had a 1 Tb SSD. I deleted it which allowed me to set it up again to a functional state. I refuse to put anything on it knowing well that it will crash again. I reached out to my support rep when I couldn't reformat and was ignored completely. The next day the rep for my RMA emailed me promptly and was very responsive throughout the day which I appreciated. It was during this email exchange she let me know that they could not send me the replacement since it was out of warranty despite my conversion the day before leading me to believe otherwise. I instead would have to pay for a replacement. They did not fix the problem when it was under warranty and now the repercussions fall on me. This is a very poor reflection on how they treat their customers and their actions tell me they do not care. I will not be purchasing a product from them again and I advice others to do the same.
