The actual ordering and price match is fantastic. I enquired asking for their returns policy and received an incredibly hostile response. Including the advisor saying over the phone if people buy what they want and return as per their convenience this would put us out of business'. I'm afraid that's not how consumer rights works and equally not how a simple question regarding returns policy needs to be addressed. Bear in mind I did not expect them to even cover for returns cost merely asked what the policy was as it was not clear on their website.

As far as pen purchases go, I would send customers here so they can see that I offer a tremendous deal and value in my pens. I was shocked that you can charge $275 for a Cigar style pen that might cost $30 in materials.

I bought a presentation case, with engraving, for a fountain pen. Recommend showing an example of what the engraving would look like (font, placement). I know what text I want, and how I want it to be engraved, but you have no mention of how many lines of text are allowed.

Have used Art Supplies Online twice to order my father his favorite pencils. The prices are great. Each order took 2-3 weeks to receive, even with priority shipping. Had an issue after I paid for pencils and priority shipping when they sent an email stating they were out of 4 pencils. The email said they would charge me $3 on top of the $9 I already paid to ship the 4 pencils once they came into stock. I did not like the idea of an unauthorized payment on my credit card. Instead of completing the order I paid for they cancelled the 4 pencils off and changed the amount I was charged. I would feel more comfortable using PayPal with this site.

Do not trust this site. I ordered the pro package which should include the logo, t-shirts, letterhead, envelopes and business card. All you get is the logo you designed downloaded on various items. In order to have physical prints those are additional fees and they are as follows: The t-shirts are an additional $30, the letter head is an additional $22, the business card is an additional $30, and the envelopes are an additional $70. Just save yourself the hassle and get the basic package and print your own products or use your local printers! There are no refunds!

John talked to me on several occasions to check at each stage the process and concept designs matched our criteria. We have some ideas for the future and may contact him again. A little disappointed. The fingerprint doesn't look like a fingerprint at all. The engraving on the back has a heart . I thought the heart would be red like it showed when I ordered it. It is not. I thought the birthstone would be a little bigger. Over all I would not have paid $400.00 if I had seen the finished product first.

No, you would get no such email reply. No returned phone calls. No calls answered when you did called the company. I stand corrected when they did email me it was sarcasm. It is a bold statement. But yes, "GREAT EVERYTHING" from the website navigating, to placing an order, the package in which the product comes in, the quality of the product and customer service. I stumbled upon this website on a whim. Looking for a torc (which I had found and ordered and recieved) and earrings. Now there was a problem (which i won't go into detail) but after communicating with customer service they remedied my situation very professional and courteous and I am very satisfied with EVERYTHING I am very please with them and will be returning to purchase more. So I pay decent money to have a proper website, and my old artmajeur website comes up in Google before it. I can't delete artmajeur. Looking for help to delete my account brings up a phony artist named "Delete Account" There are much better ways to show off work and sell artwork online, and artmajeur.com is the wrong way. The artwork on there sucks and I can't image anyone would go there more than once to buy art. Better to have your own website, or at least try ebay!

What a disaster. We decided to gift my son a portrait of his beloved German Shepherd for his birthday. The first artist botched the job terribly. Each revision was worse than the last. So badly they had to assign a new artist and start from scratch. This one was much better and after a few revisions produced an acceptable portrait. However, upon receiving the portrait, there is a blue ink pen line right through the top of the canvas where they were going to crop it. They are now not responding to email after promising and not sending a shipping label to return for repair. Aside from this issue- artists should be able to produce a realistic rendition of a pet without having to be told that a German Shepherd muzzle isn't square or that a shadow should be removed from an eye. I honestly don't know how people are getting good artwork from this company. We are extremely disappointed. Photo attached- look at that weird muzzle. Absolute rubbish.

Our beloved Cooper of 15 years passed away last October. He left a huge whole in our heart. We have many photos and videos of him that we took from the time we brought him home as a puppy. So I ordered a book for my recent trip to Banff! The book just arrived and I LOVE IT! I used the online version of chatbook since I had so many images I wanted to edit first, but uploading the images was superrrr easy as well as moving them around to be in the order that I wanted! I struggled with choosing to order because all the images looked pixelated online when you could review pages, but I knew the image size/resolution was large enough! I couldn't find one review that said they had the same problem, but I'm happy to report all images were clear once printed! I chose the hardcover, 6x6 option and now it's the cutest little memory book on my coffee table! Very inexpensive even with adding on twice as many pages as what's available! 10/10 would recommend!

I've ordered several books from them and they have been great. I ordered Christmas card from them that are in postcard format. I wasn't sure I wanted to send those out without an envelope but then I saw they came with envelopes so I ordered them. I received the cards but they have no envelopes. I contacted the company and they told me that there was an error and they don't come with envelopes. False advertisement because the description clearly stated they came with "Free envelopes" The company offered no compensation for their mistake nor would they send the envelopes.

Great product. Birthday gift for our 4 year old Grandson. He has light blue eyes and was always squinting. He LOVES the new sunglasses. Fit very well. He likes to play hopscotch, and soccer. Stay in place no problem. I am going to purchase a second pair so have a spare with me. And I know his eyes are protected.!

Beware anyone considering purchasing a Groupon from Scanmyphotos! I purchased the $29 deal for and sent them 500 of my most endeared photos. I was informed my Groupon was "expired" and invalid and now they wanted to charge me hundreds of dollars more. I asked Groupon to intervene. Groupon was no help at all. I spent $25 on the groupon, $20 to ship the photos, then Scanmyphotos charged me another $20 to return the photos months later. I would not consider using this company again. I'm out $85. Don't buy into their Groupon. You may be sorry.

In using Smilebox since March 2011, a paid premium subscriber, I loved the program. I had no issues over 8 years until July 2019, they changed the software, my password didn't work. I had 2 accounts, old program AND new program (for businesses)! I got that problem solved, I thought, but unable to send, kept ending at update membership page. Finally able to email but couldn't access contacts. Frustrating!! After months I finally gave up! Cancelled my membership, told I'll have access until March. I can't use it so what good is that! Will see come March!

This company is false advertising. It has two boxes you can pick from $5.00 and $9.99. It is unclear that once you select the $5.00 box your card will be charge $59.99 yearly. I thought my card will be charge $5.00. The company don't have phone number you can called, you can only email them.

The short videos showing models demonstrating all views of the sweaters was helpful; perhaps that feature could be included in more of the sweaters.

Gals I choose (my first buy) the 4-ply Katherine Crew Neck in Chocolate. I got size-36 but a 38 would be better, cashmere tends to run small. I am slender and toned, narrow shoulders 36-B bust. I am age-74 have several vendors cashmere. This is the best of all. Neckline stretches slightly to easily open, others do not and gape after a lot of wear. It feels sturdy not fluffy, its silky-soft, and its got a slight faint lovely sheen. The color is rich and pretty. I am eager to own more, like an olive-green 4-ply with front pearl blend-color buttons, a cardigan. Excellence is this company's product and customer care... I am Proud to own Isle of Cashmere. Shipping is well done and quick, got it in time for my holiday trip. Also, it was the e-mail about the Sale that prompted trying and affording such luxury at my age and medical reality, that causes chills and a need for a cashmere-hug....Lady Lynn Xmas 2018

I placed an order with YourPictureFrames.com on November 14, 2018 (Order #17618) for three 4 x 6 picture frames. I received an order confirmation email the same date, but absolutely nothing since that time. I have left voicemail messages with them, emailed them using their contact form, and nothing... absolutely no reply contact whatever. Frankly, I don't understand all of the great reviews here, as I have "never" had such an experience with an online vendor before. I'm sorry I have to post such a negative review, but it's reality.

Very poor service, incredibly unhelpful as my issue was brought to attention no more than 5 minutes after my order was placed, I was told nothing could be done to help as everything is automated, I'm sure the guy that picked up my order and put it in an envelope to post could have delayed that basic action for a few minutes. I was offered a future discount on another order, why would I send you more money when you didn't help me the first time. My husband ordered from this site twice. The first time it took almost a month for the stickers to come in. So, he ordered from sticker chick (i believe that's the one) after that and had no complaints. When he went to order stickers again, he got the two companies confused and shortly after ordering, realized his mistake. he couldn't cancel the order, and needless to say, it's been a month again and no sticker. Do not order from this site if you want to see your stickers in the mail outside of a month. Ridiculous!

These guys are the cream of the crop. I've had great customer service here. Not only do they do everything to make sure our order is right, when I had a small issue with an order last year (I thought it was slightly off center, though it was technically within their margins), they sent me the entire order again for free! They always try to work with me to make sure my order is done right. I also love the cookbook the send with their orders every year--really makes me feel like I'm getting to know their staff. They are excellent people, and our orders have always arrived within 7-14 days--exactly when they say they will for free shipping.

Customizable vinyl/decal services, modestly priced, but quality products. Vinyl Disorder offers anyone complimentary stickers completely free of charge, and have a vast selection of Sample images you can choose from. Their selection of vinyls, decals, stickers, etc is extremely vast, and as I stated before, they also print custom pictures or logos onto their products. Very friendly customer service, and fast service make this company a safe bet.

Sticky9 is great - I've used them when they were under the name stickygram and again after they renamed to sticky9. I bought magnets each time - the first time I used them everything was fine. The second time they accidentally sent me the wrong magnets. I wanted to use them in some Christmas gifts so I couldn't wait for them to send new ones since by the time they'd arrive it would be too late. They still sent me new ones but they gave me a refund for the error. They ship pretty quickly, the magnets are good quality and they are super cute - they're a great idea for stocking stuffers since you can make multiple pictures and give them out individually.

I ordered a set of classical magnet, which was supposed to be a part of a weddig gift for my friends. It didn't arrive, so I e-mailed the customer support and they reordered it for me (free of charge), which meant 2 more weeks to wait, so of course I couldn't give it to my friends on the wedding, but anyway. Then this second order did not arrive either, so I asked for a refund, which they completed immediately. They said it must have been lost by the post (and offered to mail it to some other address), but I doubt that the same thing can get lost twice in a row, and nothing I ordered before has been lost until now. I must admit, that customer support is very helpful and replies very quickly, but besides this I don't find them very reliable.

I ordered on 12/15 and their website promised I would get by Christmas Day. I started checking around 12/20 and noticed it hadn't even shipped yet so I called. They have HORRIBLE customer service as you more than likely will have to leave a message for them to call you back. I even emailed them on 12/19 and they just emailed me back today 12/29. Still have not received my candles and they wanna tell me they are sorry, but they were backed up due to Christmas. Well I'm sorry but you shouldn't promise customers something by a certain date and not follow through. I will NEVER buy from this company again. Be warned!

The products themselves smell really good. The candles and the aroma beads. I wasn't too impressed with the wax tarts, but the body scrub was also very good. Items can get a bit pricey. The rings are costume jewelry and a few of them turned my fingers green. They also seem to take longer and longer to fulfill the orders. My current order is now over a week and I still don't have it. These make nice gifts though.

I needed a cover for my combo amp and was looking for something that fit and would last. I came across Roqsolid through a Google search on covers for my particular amp. The HDMI cable I ordered came VERY quickly. After plugging into my Apple TV, it didn't work. I emailed the seller who sent another cable immediately. The 2nd cable did the same as the first, so I emailed again and got a quick refund! Shortly after, I found that my settings were wrong on the Apple TV and once correct, both cables worked. The seller was very gracious in responding to all correspondence, and very understanding in light of my personal mistake. I would this seller recommend highly!

The Alumni Center at ISU introduced me to the concept which I had never heard about before. The strength of their endorsement reassured me that my personal exploration with equipment would be justified, eager as I am to increase hearing beyond excellent and expensive aids. These devices aren't perfect because all conditions and voices vary so, but there is enough improvement and always the hope for more that I am satisfied that I have improved my chances for increased hearing as much as I, with Williams Sound help, find possible at present. The contact at Williams Sound has been most attentive about answering questions and serving me.
