After several issues we had with the house in the past years and every time we’re being promised that they’re going to do something about them, our three year old house started leaking water from the roof into the toilet and through the fan for about a month and that’s every time it rains and the floorboards started to move and get separated in the living room next to the toilet, we called Englehart homes to come and have a look and they couldn’t figure out what the problem is and told us to call when it rains so we can come and have a look when it happens. They fixed the roof though but they weren’t sure if what they did fixed it. And apparently rain damage to the roof that they make is not included in the warranty and they asked us to go through our insurance. Now the insurer and the contractors are fixing the issue and we’ve been told that it has been happening for more than a year and they had to remove all the plasters from the walls ,all the floorboards in the living area and the tiles in the toilet, put the cabinets and fridges outside and trying to dry the moulds that’s been leaking For more than a year between the walls and floor and it’s been a disaster. Not to mention when they built the home they have used one layer of glue on the floorboards to save money or something I don’t know, also the contractors had to remove the tiles in the toilet and it hasn’t been waterproof, the pipes in the garden does not flow the water and all the water goes under the house. The insurance company has given us a hotel but the problem is we can’t take our dogs with us as it’s not pet friendly and that’s been another issue because the weather getting so hot and dry and of course not gonna rely on just a review.

My wife and I would like to acknowledge your Construction Manager for his efforts last Saturday. I had spoken to him during the week with regards to our front door that we were unable to lock. His professionalism and genuine care for us as clients was very much appreciated and proven by the fact that he came to our house expecting to fix just the front door but stayed on to attend to other minor items. This is an example of the service Lucas Morris provided us throughout our entire building phase, building our dream home was very important to us, exciting as well as at times daunting. We made numerous changes and were supported by the Lucas Morris staff in a caring and patient manner. Lucas Morris attention to detail was excellent we felt at all times that our home was their home. Once building was completed, the staff were still on hand to provide us their service to attend to any maintenance concerns. We are very proud of our home and have Lucas Morris to thank, we can't recommend them highly enough.

I booked tickets online with Gate1.at from Vienna to Bogota for 1054 EUR. Something went wrong during the payment process. I paid with Sofort Überweisung via my mobile. After the payment was sent and confirmed on my phone, the website of Gate1.at didn't recognize that I already paid. So it asked me to make the payment again. So I couldn't move forward in the booking process without paying again, which I of course didn't do. To summarize, I paid for my ticket but never received it. The only way to contact Gate1 is to write an email, they have still not replied after 2 working days. I hope they reply soon and send me the booking confirmation or return my money!!! Otherwise I have to report it to the police.

I travelled with my 82 year old mother who had last been to Islay on her honeymoon 58 years ago. The flight from Glasgow to Islay was excellent, however due to a delay of our flight home from Islay of eleven hours, our experience was decidedly poor, since, as a direct result of the delay we missed our connecting flight to Gatwick, even though we had factored in 6 hours at Glasgow to meet up with family and visit mum’s hometown. We had to purchase further tickets in order to get home with no prospect of compensation. The only compensation we did get, was £10 in vouchers to spend on the limited food and drink available at Islay airport. We eventually made it home 16 hours after we had arrived at Islay airport, tired, disappointed, angry and considerably out of pocket through no fault of our own. My mum feels she has no prospect of getting back to see her hometown again and she’s desperately sad about that.

Avoid this company like the plague. Customer service is non existent.. We purchased Cedar driveway gates from them. OK when we received them my husband and son in law hung them. No damage was done whilst being installed. Next day there was a large split in the grain of one panel. Contacted the company and we were told they would send a repair kit, A REPAIR KIT for gates we paid £1500 for. I asked to speak to a manager and was told by the girl that she was the best I was going to get. I contacted a director of the company via facebook and he apologised for the way we had been treated by customer service and said he would arrange to have the gates picked up and repaired at no cost to us.He has told us today that he has changed his mind and will not be doing anything of the kind as we had posted negative reviews about the company. Despicable company and only good reviews are acceptable to them. They should be ashamed

I fitted my gates just over 2 years ago. They cost over £800 after a few months they started to rust the powder coating began to flake off I would not recommend this company. Poor quality and expensive.

I was overwhelmed trying to manage a 10 day trip in Ireland and the team at Ireland Luxury travel did an amazing job. We had 3 kids and they sorted all the rooms and the associated challenges of finding space for a family of 5. The driver was fantastic and a big highlight of the trip himself. They managed to find a good mix of family activities and sightseeing and our kids still say it was their favorite vacation yet. The team also flawlessly handled last minute changes to our itinerary and were very responsive when needed. We will definitely use them again on our next trip back to Ireland.

There were 10 of us hiking together during the first week of May in 2019. The response I received from all our friends after the hike was how everything from transportation, lodging, communication, and the hiking went without a hitch. We have never been on a trip where everyone from Maurice to the drivers and the owners of of our accomodations we stayed in, were so accommodating and quick to respond to our needs. Maurice in particular, prior to our trip was quick to respond to some of our unusual transportation changes we needed to make throughout our trip . He also assisted us in changes we needed to make during our trip due to a few of our travelers not able to complete a few legs of the hike. The response time and solutions, were completed in most cases less than 1 hour. That was amazing. We have never in all our holidays been treated so well. The hike itself was above what we had expected . Beautiful countryside, great views and just enough challenges to let you know you were actually hiking and earned your Guinness at the pub at the end of the day. The Wild Atlantic Way Hike is not to be missed. Thank you for making our Holiday a memory we will never forget

I was surprised as my ferry would leave just a few days later and i needed to know soon what would happen with my tickets. I write as a buyer rather than a vendor. Having found the property that interested me on Rightmove I found it very quick and easy to contact the agent and it was then just as quick and easy to arrange a viewing at a time that was convenient to me. Having viewed the property, I was able to have a very open conversation with the agent that had accompanied me on the viewing and subsequently placed my offer. I received a quick response to my offer and the purchase proceeded from that point in the normal way. I was kept informed and updated as was necessary and again, keeping in contact was quick and easy. The part that I most appreciated was that there was never any sense of pressure or any kind of "Over-sell". I was shown the property, had any questions answered and was then left to make up my own mind.

This was our second trip with Andean Discovery. The first was to Ecuador including the Galapagos, and this time was to Buenos Aires and Patagonia. As before, they did an excellent job of working with us to determine what we were looking for and were more than willing to discuss changes in their proposed itinerary so that it was a truly customized trip. Everything went smoothly, and we had another amazing adventure. Their choices for hotels, tours and guides were all excellent. I would definitely turn to them again if we decide to return to South America.

Andrews and co at Cheriton, Kent provided me and my wife with a first class service. Because of exceptional circumstances we needed to purchase our property fast. And fast was achieved. Stacey, Natalie and Ian were my point of contact throughout. They provided professional support, recommended a superb solicitor and also councilloring when my stress levels rose. Stress I would add that was self inflicted because it was about 34 years since I last bought a house and online, email and Internet were not in general use. The Cheriton three were always contactable by phone and gave me constant updates when I requested, reassured me when I was in doubt and smoothly acted as the intermediary between me and vendor. (This sounds a bit like they were guardian angels, but I digress) Anyway if the bad press about estate agents is to be believed then this team are exceptions to the rule. They are caring professionals and a credit to the Andrews and co.

This was my first time shopping at Andrew Martin. The products certainly met and actually exceeded expectations. I was a bit concerned about a very large framed photo shipping by courier but the packaging and crating was superb and risk of transit damage was kept to an absolute minimum. I purchased some "sale" items and feel that I really got fantastic value. These are timeless pieces that I think we'll be admiring for a very long time. Highly recommended for quality products delivered safely and on time.

It is anytime fitness centre in Woodley, Reading. Location is good. Problem is that it is not kept cool enough. I think this is to save money. All other areas are not bad and cool enough. However, the tread mill area does not get enough air condition's air. It because this area is on the far end, and a wall blocks the air reaching there. It gets very uncomfortable while exercising. I have pointed this matter several times to the owner and to the manager, but they ignore it. I have suggested an easy solution to install a fan on the wall in that particular area. I have also contacted the central office twice, telephone number 03303322361. It was promised that over all area manager would contact me. How ever it did not happen. Recently the manager of the club itself had been rude. He told me that if it was not cool enough then I must leave the club. I consider that the manager's response was unaccetable and ill mannered.

I bought two 3m cedar trees that I had professionally planted - they looked fabulous. However, one of the trees started dropping its needles after around 15 months and eventually, a little after 2 years, it died. After discussing the various actions I had taken trying to nurse the tree back to good health, Barcham kindly offered me a replacement at half price that I will be able to purchase later this year.

Very expensive trees, even common varieties, and a very limited 12 month warranty; some other suppliers trump that by offering a 2 year no quibble guarantee. Having said that their expertise is first rate. I have experienced issues of poor packaging of accessories but that is evidently being addressed. My family and I spent the last week of July 2017 in the lovely neighborhood of Gracia in Barcelona. We live in the U.S.A. Booking with Be Mate was pretty easy and I received great support from Mara, via email, before I made up my mind. Be Mate partnered with My Space Barcelona for this transaction. My Space Barcelona provided the accommodation. The apartment was clean and very functional. Unfortunately, My Space Barcelona's service was sub par, especially regarding: 1) transportation from their office to the apartment (they required us to stop by their office first); 2) issuing an invoice after our stay; 3) refunding the deposit in a timely manner. Luckily, Be Mate came to the rescue and sort out everything. Javier and his team really save the day! All in all, we had a wonderful stay despite travelling with 3 toddlers age 5-month to 2 years old. I am looking forward to book again through Be Mate.

Three weeks ago I went on my own to Malaga so I decided to use the help of Be Mate. It was fantastic choice! They looked after me from the moment I booked my apartment to the end of my stay. Noémi the Be Mate representative was just amazing made me feel very welcome, gave me all the information I needed. Everything went according to plan. I was very happy with my choice!

I ordered a boss mango wood wardrobe, double bed and mattress in November for my daughter's bedroom. Ben Homes were extremely helpful prior to ordering, I telephoned a couple of times with questions before making my final decision. They emailed me extra images and information on the products as I was to far away to visit the showroom. Once I had placed my ordered the service was extremely efficient. I received the goods within 10 days at exactly the time arranged for delivery and the guys even put it together for me, which I was not expecting! The bed is excellent, one of the wardrobe doors a bit sticky on the catch but no big deal, the mattress is firm but comfortable, my daughter is delighted and for me it was a pleasure to do business with a comany that seemed to genuinely care. I've just returned from my first trip with BeRightBack and I've already booked another one! Everything was very straightforward, the team were even really helpful when I accidentally had some travel documents sent to their email instead of my own, and promptly sent them to me when I got in touch. The destination was great and we loved the surprise element, the only ever-so-tiny niggle is that I didn't feel the hotel was a 5 star, as advertised. The rooms were quite tired and could have done with a slight refurb, but other than that I can't fault the trip or BeRightBack! We'll be travelling with them again in April 2020 :)

We have been working together for over two years, and throughout those years we have been very satisfied. He was always realistic, didn’t promise anything that couldn’t be achieved and anything that was discussed, he made sure happened. He was responsible for getting us onto the first page and keeping us there, and we are still there because of him even though we have been without his services for over half a year. If we ever asked for anything that wasn’t possible, he was always ready to provide a minimum of 2-3 alternative solutions that were affordable for us at the same time. He is still sorely missed and we are very sorry that he is no longer with us.

I understand the deal between job seeker and recruiter, but I found core asset to be dismissive, try to sell you roles that you don't want, and disorganised. On several occasions I felt as if my decisions and choices were always second to the employer. I wasn't listened to by the Accounts/Payroll Team nor my recruiter or his colleague who covered for him when he was away. There are a lot of recruiters in the city, and I'm afraid I wouldn't recommend them.

Having filled in one of your forms you rang me to ask if I needed help, I found this very informative and no pressure to buy. I didn't accept your quote first of all and asked if you could phone me back later when I had looked to see my options, this you did and for me I thought this was excellent service, very pleased.

I applied GlazeGuard Gloss Ceramic and Porcelain Tile Sealer H/Gloss on my wood look porcelain tile. I have approximately 1,000 sq ft, my entire downstairs. It looks fantastic. I followed the directions, and installation went smoothly. There was a minor order error to begin with, but CoverTec corrected that quickly. Every question I have had has been answered very quickly.

Rubbish... visited here lots of times in our touring caravan and stayed in the safari lodges last year at Christmas will start by saying booklets state reception shuts at 8pm to get a call the day were arriving at 430pm to say they shut at 5..... get there to a lodge soaking wet couldn't take shoes off bearing in mind 8 of us... 2 families... had to set up and stay in there wiping feet before getting in bed to report to reception Saturday and Sunday with a oh well put the heating on to dry it.. umm not great. To then get a call Sunday eve to say it will be discussed and id have a call back Mon/Tues... a week later surprise surprise no call. Underfloor heating in showers, men ladies oh and family... NOT ON ****** freezing to have a shower, again reported and nothing done said it was on.. it def wasn't as floors were soaking and never dried and freezing to step onto getting out the warm water. One of the reasons we booked here for warm pleasant showing facilites. All in all i have been a member of crealy for nearly 3 years.. will i renew... no prob not. Customer service is shocking. Just because end of season we still paid good money and this was def not the stay we wanted 4 days before Christmas.
