I received the HP docking station for my HP EliteBook and it is defective. It does not power up and power stays on. I contacted HP and they told me that the manufacturer's warranty expired March 17, 2015 but I have coverage though your company. I am going to return this docking station for a full credit.

Checkout process is terrible. Also, recovery of forgotten password is not secure, you should not have my password at all, you should have a hash of it, and should have a secure method to change it. This product is amazing! I have always had long and thick eyelashes until I started getting eyelash extensions that really damaged my eyelashes. My lashes became tiny and would break easily. After using this serum twice every day for 4 weeks, the length of my lashes had improved tremendously and they were stronger. If you want a fast and guaranteed result, this is definitely a product for you!

When purchasing and paying, delivery etc all was great. The only hiccup I had was last week when I attempted to make payment and the session timed out so the payment was taken and no confirmation or order was placed. Contacted you, said the bank will release the payment in 24 hours and my card was at fault. I work for Kiwibank so there was a few errors in your statement. The authorisation can stay in place for up to 8 working days and your company has to fax the bank to get the auth lifted sooner. I did not request this but just so you know before you promise 24 hour release and then a person is stuck between calling their bank and emailing you and getting two different responses. Also the card was not at fault, it was your pages fault for timing out before I had entered my card information. Your response was prompt and apologetic whilst placing the error on me with inaccurate information on how authorisations work. You need to educate your staff a bit better. But apart from that, when it went smoothly it was great. Fast delivery, good information. Happy with product. No qualms about trading again. Thanks! :)

Pretty cool device but I think it is really scammy how they make you buy one and get one free for 3 payments of $39 bucks while advertising a $14 free trial. Give me a break.... free trials are all over the internet now. Too bad companies resort to such marketing techniques to sell their products rather than letting the product speak for itself. I bought one thinking yay I won't have to spend so much time on volume for my flat hair...I was wrong if you have medium to short hair it doesn't give it the body it needs because it doesn't get a curl all the way around.If you have long hair it will do much better.Medium and short hair should stay away from this product.

Never have I ever had such a bad experience when shopping online. Not only do 'Gerry' and 'David' who maintain their online website refuse to answer the phone - they tell lies. Girlznight.co.uk used the severe weather conditions as an excuse for their incompetence. Having paid for recorded delivery that is what I and certainty trading standards expect from any company, however 2 weeks later when the item I had ordered (and paid for) had not arrived, when asking for the tracking number I was informed by 'Gerry' that the item had not been sent by this method. Which was of course A LIE because the item had not been sent AT ALL. With no other option but to demand a refund I was assured this had been put through and that I would be receiving my money back, here I am now still item-less and penniless. I have wasted weeks of my time trying to chase up these bunch of con artists, so much so that they no longer answer my calls. I warn anybody who is drawn in by their attractive prices NOT TO PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE. I WANT TO SEE THIS SITE SHUT DOWN.

In answer to all the comments below, please ring the salon directly on 0141 2376879 (only number that answers and you will get someone called Aileen) and ask to speak with Gerry McGuire. Demand a refund and advise you have spoken with citizens advice/trading standards. They are NOT allowed to keep you're money. They will tell you that royal mail have lost you're order and if you're lucky enough will tell you that they'll send it via FED EX....But if you're fed up just demand you're refund, they'll ask for you're card details (Name on card, Long number on front and Start Date) That do not need the CV2 number on the back. I hope this helps. I can safely say this worked for me, and i'll never use them again.

I never received my order. Several months pass, and suddenly I get an e-mail from customer service stating that they "tried to contact me via e-mail several times" (this is not true. I checked my e-mail thoroughly and found nothing besides the original confirmation and this new e-mail) and that my shipment had been returned as undeliverable, even though I had provided the correct address (which no other company that has shipped me things has ever had an issue with). I very nicely asked them to just resend the package. The next day I received a notification from Paypal that I had been refunded, and then one minute later an e-mail from customer supper saying "accounting just let me know they already refunded you sorry it's too late to resend" - obviously this was a lie, because the refund was it was timestamped literally 1 minute before. Someone was just too lazy to set up a new shipment. Also, how is it NOW suddenly too late when they waited 3 months to contact me in the first place? To add insult to injury, they took $10 off the total paid from my refund for "shipping", which was FREE in the original order. Are you kidding me? I am never ordering from these people again. They are incredibly unprofessional and blatant liars. Do yourself a favor and avoid this website.

Goods tend to be expired and or close to expiring. They have a problem with diverting goods and not paying vendors on time so don't be surprised if you see an offer too good to be true, you probably won't see it again for that price. Some of the goods come from unknown sources so don't be surprised if the product you received differs from what you purchased in store.

The transaction went smoothly and the item was packed securely. Upon arrival, it booted properly, allowing me to update the firmware before installing a new set of drives and doing a factory reset. As calculated, there were no interruptions during the 36 hour rebuild, and now it's going through a "baking in" period for a week before going online for its intended use.

I had negative experiences in the past; especially with overuse of pare and packing materials (kinda disturbing from a self-proclaimed environmentally-sensitive samples and company), but the last 2 orders were much better. I had an issue with a non-working promotional code on my last order and I contacted customer service via email. The rep not only corrected it, but asked me what my personal preferences were for samples and sent me a great little package of product. She even emailed a second time to let me know some of the products were out of stock. I hope that Aveda continues to treat all customers this way.

I earlier had sent my computer to another dealer and they charged me $85 for just evaluating to see if any data could be recovered which they weren't able to. Age verification, browser alerts, and the way the alert was phrased about needing to enter a password and create an account felt a little bit scammy. Had to google and make sure this was a reputable site first. I'd suggest toning down the css/animation on the age verification (though it was smooth and fast) and making the native browser alerts look more styled to your website. Even on this survey, the bottom message "Your email is safe. It will only be used..." and the green arrow look exactly like scammer sites along with the "shopper approved" graphic. Almost like there's too much going on or you're like "No no we're TOTALLY safe, see!" and trying too hard. Otherwise everything was smooth and went well. Not trying to be critical, just trying to help

I love my phone and the service you provide. I am able to find my products and submit my order and payment but it takes several days before the prepaid card says it is activated on my account. Why isn't that part more automated and seamless? I asked the chat about buying a larger/longer prepaid card and if my rollover minutes would still be available and their answer was that there were no rollover minutes and if there was, I would lose them. This conversation dissuaded me from purchasing the other card. I also wish there was a tether option to the INMARSAT 2 phone so I could use my computer in an emergency.

Divatress and Black Hairspray both the same business. They have always delivered in a timely manner. I have been a customer for five years. I read someone say they had a UPS problem. Have UPS deliver your items to their UPS Store or shipping site for pickup. Very easy and package is safe. Postal Service is excellent for regular shipping which is what I use. You have a choice!

I tried to purchase a Shellac xpress5 topcoat and twice they've shipped out the wrong items. The first time Gina responded right away and was helpful but this time I have not received a response to my calls or email. The true test of customer service is dealing with mistakes. So far, not so good. Update: today i received the correct item. Still a little unsure as to why the slow response but in any case, it has now been corrected and they upgraded the size to a larger size to help make up for the mishap. I would give them another chance.

Paid a good chunk of money for a server, and the box it came in had a dozen strips of tape across the top and one on the bottom. The one on the bottom busted. Not to mention the box looked like it had been around the world a few times. Fortunately the server survived unscathed. Everything else about TekBoost was well above expectation. ***Update: company posted on the BBB site that they will refund anyone who files a complaint about their no refund policy, to the BBB. Might be worth a try. I filed. Although it looks like this company is going out of business, how in the world are they actually still in business? Paid 81.99 for a bottle of what can be described as rotted lemons, drain cleaner or knock off lemon pledge. SO greasy and stinky. They revamped their website after I purchased so their site is a shell of what it was previously and they state zero refunds, returns or replacements. There should be a class action lawsuit for all of us that were duped to get refunds.

I am extremely disappointed in the fragrance I received for my wife's Christmas gift. $80 is a lot of money in the pastor's household. I was hoping I could surprise my wife with her favorite Royal Apothecary fragrance "Hothouse Peony" that had been discontinued. Sadly the result smells nothing like the original. And with no way to get a refund we are just out the money. My advice unfortunately is it's not worth the risk to do business here.

Excellent quality cue, just as expected from McDermott. I bought it for lifetime warranty and wrapped handle. Very nice for money! SHIPPING, although free, was 2 weeks by our good old US Mail. I was nervous that someone else in the neighborhood received my mail again and kept a new pool cue! Fortunately it arrived on day 14.
