I purchased a software license that initially registered and worked as advertised. After 3 months, I had a system failure and had to restore to a point prior to this piece of software's installation. In trying to reinstall it, I now get an error that "The usage level has exceeded the max volume allowed"" and is invalid. The code was for a lifetime subscription. I have emailed the seller multiple times over the last month, and have gotten no response. There is a total lack of support, and I feel that I have been cheated. They do not even have the common courtesy to respond. I will be filing formal complaints with other consumer agencies. I recommend that this seller be avoided.

I have suffered from bad breath for many, many years. I have tried every home remedy, over the counter, and even prescriptions drugs because I thought it was due to acid reflux. NOTHING worked. I brushed 2/3 times a day. Flossed after each meal. Drank slots of water. Alway had gum on me. I was so embarrassed by my bad breath that I distanced myself from everyone. I stressed when I knew I had to be around people, afraid they would smell my breath. My confidence was completely destroyed. I had literally gave up hope of living a normal live. And my biggest fear was that it would get worse over time. I was online trying to find another cure for my bad breath when I came across Amazing Breath. I figured, why not give it a try. It has been a week since I ordered a hoverboard for my grandson from Spadger.US and I have gotten nothing from them but a confirmation that I paid for it. Since then I have tried more than once a day to reach them via email and their web site but nothing they have seems to work. If I use my apple computer their web design does not display data using Safari which you need to send a message to them. When I use my Windows computer I get all the "prove your not a robot" questions and at the end it says your not a robot but when you hit send it says "the page your are trying to access is not available" want to keep shopping.... Yesterday out of total frustration I signed up for Facebook just so I could try sending them a post on Facebook and I was able to get that to work and I posted 2 messages. Of course Facebook isn't their web site which is why it works. I have gotten nothing back other than this survey on Customer Satisfaction which I rate as a 1 star event based on the extremely poor customer service I have experienced on this transaction. Their web site limited me on what color I could order when I put in the order originally, because they only had 2 of the 4 colors left in stock. After that limitation, the order shows "paid for " on the order query screen but also shows "not fulfilled" which is puzzling and needs an answer as to why. They proudly say we ship in 24 hours and most arrive within 2 to 4 days. To which I say "NOT !!!!".... I am ready to cancel because if trying to buy something from these guys is this difficult, I can't imagine trying to get warrantee service in the future would be like. Their web site is pretty but either it or they sure don't do much on their end to keep a customer happy. If I don't hear from them today I will cancel my order and move to another supplier. Horrible customer service. They need to post a phone number and have a real person answering questions to pull themselves out of their miserable Technology blunder they call a Web Site...

Also, pricing is too costly compared to other sites and I would prefer to pay for items as I need for my business. There are several things that were add-ons that I thought were included. For example, my wife has had several LLC’s were the s-Corp option was included. I feel like the hidden charges should have been disclosed before my purchase. Especially the s-Corp option.

Simple process but I think the shipping fees should be simplified. It was $10+ for one item and $14 for a second yet this probably weighs 4 ounces per package. Just have $4.99 or $9.99 delivery. Yes your price is good but when adding $14 in shipping, ebay retailers are better on price.

I ordered custom envelopes on 2/7. My account was charged immediately and 2 weeks later i realized the envelopes never arrived. I called them and they said there were going to resend the proof which i never received. Another day went by and still no proof. I asked them to expedite the order and shipping on their dime as I am without envelopes and it's been two weeks. They said they couldn't eat the cost of the shipping. It's too bad that they couldn't make it right as I am a returning customer. Very disappointed.

Our Lagotto Romagnolo pup, Klaus, is a true "nester" so when I found Gorilla Dog Beds, I was excited to see all of the positive reviews! An added touch is the fact that the (super fast) FedEx shipping includes all customs/import fees!! Within seconds, Klaus knew the bed was his! Lisa, via chat, was able to quickly identify which would be the best product for my dogs, the Ballistic Kennel Pad. They arrived when expected, well packaged and with clear directions. We opted to use the kennel pads with the trays and it was a bit of a pain to tie them down. I think when I need to take them out for cleaning, I'll take the company's recommendation and install them without the kennel tray. Both of my dogs really seem to like having beds again and I am cautiously optimistic that the beds will live up to my expectations and survive my separation anxiety chewers.

I went on line for the product I was looking for and then just for more information I decided to call, got in touch with John (sorry don't know his last name) and he was the best. I really had good experience talking to him, he is very knowledgeable, he had lot of patience. John also told me about other similar products which were at a better price and had more features, really appreciated him working with him. When ever I called and if he was not around I got a call back right away. I don't know the name of the lady who picked my phone when John was not around but she was also very friendly, polite and nice. Thankful for the free shipping! The free shipping was great, but the box was poorly packed and it was all opened and torn up when we got it from Fedex. The sparklers arrived quickly! I haven't used them yet cause my wedding isn't until dec 30th. The only super small issue I have with them is that the end of every single sparkler is broken off- probably due to shipping. Maybe there could be better packaging? But otherwise they seem great!

A five star experience delivered as promised. All the locations were carefully thought out, the sights and experiences beyond our expectations, and the associated hotels and service providers were also absolutely top drawer. We were on the go from early morning till dinner, seeing and experiencing as much as possible. As fantastic as Cape Town and Victoria Falls are, the safari itself stole the show. I would highly recommend Ultimate Africa Safaris to anyone - especially for a family or group travelling together. it is sneaky to offer a defensive driving course and not show there will be second amount that's even higher than the course to get an email of your certificate. so now that ive half paid i guess i either cut my losses or accept that its going to take me a week to get my defensive driving certificate. I dont need it immediately, lucky for me. but this is a decietful tactic and i wont be coming back and i will be warning friends and family of this terribly mismanaged marketing strategy.

I started on this order June 22nd before I went to NYC. When I came home on Tuesday, June 27 I resumed the order and was met with the same problems. Perhaps the online system doesn't work late at night but only during business hours. I don't need a follow up to discuss what's already happened because now I know my order went through. Received what i ordered quickly, but found out after the part arrived that I needed additional parts to complete the repair, some of which are not identified on the illustrated parts breakdown that I used to make the order. It would have been nice to have the ordering system identify other parts necessary to complete the repair.

I've used CrazyEgg for a while now and I like that it actually provides you some meaningful information on your website. You can do a lot of good stuff with the data that you're given because it is a visual type of report. I like that you effectually see what viewers are seeing. I have paid for the paid version and it was fine. I eventually found out that I don't need it and I canceled it and there was no problem with getting the service stopped. So overall the site is pretty decent and the customer service interactions I had with them were okay as well.

DNTM has blocked 75,000 trackers; works very well. Masking my email and phone is fantastic; enjoying the feeling of privacy. Had a few problems with credit card masking but the staff at Abine has been first class. Especial thanks to Samantha who worked with me to solve the problem, kept me informed, was unfailingly courteous, prompt, and made sure my ordered birthday gift for a child got to me in time. The error in using credit card masking was probably mine but at Abine Samantha never made me feel as though it was. Not crazy about either Google or Google Chrome. Do not intend to use either one again. Google for privacy reasons; Chrome doesn't work so well.

You never own the stuff you put on there. Let me explain. If the owners or those who run the site ever dislike you or you write about something controversial they will remove you from the site and all your data will be lost. No you can't retrieve your stuff. All it takes is one to two people complaining. It is not a place for creative freedom if you write horror or anything not pg-13. With the exception of romance but even then you can get reported. Art should be freeing. Like music, a cd will warn of explicit details. That cd wasn't removed from stores. Imagine working on a book and losing everything because someone didn't agree with your vision. Your not treated as an adult, your treated like children who should behave and stay silent.

as many people mentionned, just got banned to as well with another friend without any explanation or clear motive =) I think about all my post got likes, i got thanks from susan or other admin on almost all post i made, and made some with several likes .. Never had any warning, or anything .. Same with my friend lol Well didn't have news from her yet so maybe she got a warning, but i was just chatting with her before she went to sleep and when i came back i saw both our account deleted , and the mail is used to register is blocked so i can't see if i got a mail from them, but just weird .. Not that i had lot of trust in this website, I saw already they have a very sectarian policy, what i put in the category 'identity based websites' on indigo, starseed, twin flame, seemed a bit exclusive to this without really saying it maybe to get through the net of anti cult organisation .. Probably this whole lack of transparency on the real policy they apply is because it would be illegal or look very dishonnest from them if they were showing their true color with their policy in the public chart =) It's why i wanted to know more about this organisation, because when admin look so oriented, with lot of commercial interest, with crystal membership at 75$, and mean to make donation and encouraging people to make gift that are non free, i guess it's just matter of you pay or the high way lol I don't think there is much more than this in the movation of the admin, but as they seem to still show some bias on spiritual lines, and be very oriented i wondered what where their background, are they some kind of front end of scientology or other cult with commercial interest .. Their whole organization is not transparent at all, but i will keep searching what i can find on this forum, and what can be the origin or background of the admin & owner and what is their real policy behind the facade because clearly they seem rather fishy .. Even the multi pasted comment of susan don't make sense, she speaks about the feeds, but all the user i know who have been banned is because things their were talking about via private message, so definately they do read private message, and this can be a cause for banning .. And they seem to have a strong wish for that people are exclusively connecting through their forum and ban people who send links to other forum, or talk about things in other place, quite sectarian / cultic mentality to me .. Doesn't look like a reglo website, but maybe better than facebook which is not putting the bar very high either lol susan in her message pretend they keep religion out of the site, but indigo, starseed, twin flame & all, it's all new age and religious, so it quite show a very dishonnest religious policy and only allowing certain thing and not allowing to speak about content from other places, so to me that still spell cult to a degree, and not really allowing for much else than low level emotional manipulation and mostly targeted at isolated people who have to become addict to an online community with exclusive membership policy and a limited spectrum of belief on the cultic side of things. Well what can I say and where to start??!!. Just when I thought I'd found a site that is FRIENDLY, WELCOMING, and overflowing with ACCEPTANCE, the truth rears it's not so good looking head!! The site users are all amazing souls full of experiences of all kinds to share. Whether it be pictures of orbs, stories of spiritual awakening, meditation, alien beings etc.....you name it, I think you will find it. Then on posting tasteful pictures of Angels you will find they are not permitted because of their biblical connection! ! I'm not religious at all. Winged Light Beings were around a long time before a human decided to write a book called the Bible!! Only humans gave these light beings the title Angel.......they are beings of the purest source energy and love. They are there to protect, comfort and support the spiritual development of the likes of us down here on this rock!! They are LIGHT WORKERS and STAR SEEDS OF THE HIGHEST ORDER!! If ANGELS are not accepted on this site because of the biblical religious connection then the word GOD, BUDDHA and his QUOTES are also not acceptable? ? I thought this could be useful as I send links weekly to staff members. However, I want to give people the choice to click on the links that are of interest to them, rather than forcing them to click through pages they don't care for. Still a nice idea!

I ordered 5 cell phone cases from this site and they charged my credit card. However, 7 days later I still did not receive anything and my order status is labelled 'processing'. I emailed their support team and they said my order probably did not go through. If my order did not go through, why would they charge my credit card? Also, they do NOT provide customers with a number to call in case of problems with their order. Horrible customer service and I still did not receive my cell phone cases. It is to the point that I'm about to call my credit card and tell them to cancel the charge because it is considered a scam. How can they charge me and not give me the product? Ridiculous.

I wish I could do 2.5 stars, because that is what they really deserve. The product itself was good. I got two 8gig flash drive with name and phone number inscribed on them for a great price with a coupon I found at dealnews. Unfortunately their service has a bit to be desired. I ordered on May 6 and the site said the item would ship in a couple of days. 13 days later I realized I had gotten nothing, checked the website and it still said processing. I sent an email and got a response that it had shipped the day before but then I only got an automated email confirming shipping til two days after that so I don't think they had actually shipped it but had somehow lost my order and then sent it when they got my email. Not impressive but if you have time and want the customization they offer the product itself is good.
