I paid extra to join their Petplus for a better price. Not only did the medication take 2 weeks to get to me, it arrived damaged, was outdated and priced much higher than another site. Their customer service is terrible.

I do enjoy the product inside the capsules a lot! The capsules are 'biodegradable', but I attempted to dissolve them in water and 1 day and some stirring later, they are not gone. Disappointed to see that, but happy with the product!

EXCELLENT PRODUCT FOR HOME USE AND WHEN TRAVELLING Written by Hazel on 20/03/2020 These capsules are fantastic- I definitely feel the difference in my skin. They are so easy to use -and my skin (for someone in their 60s) feels a lot younger! l. I love the fact that the capsules are not doing any damage to the environment and my house plants are blooming as I feed them the dissolved capsules. When off on my hols, it is just so easy to count out how many capsules I need for the time away and not have to worry about spills and the limit of 100 ml. Highly recommend them!

Kevin helped me out immensely today. I had a lot of trouble navigating configuring my domain name, email address and apply now button properly, and he was swift to work with me and my various demands. There was a lot of back-and-forth between us as I had trouble putting things together, but Kevin worked with my inquiries seamlessly and in a timely manner. Perfect place to search for your new best friend. This was my first time going through a breeder for a dog, so it was great to have a website that showed you which ones they approved, how close they are and their ranking. The site is also clean and easy to use. In the end, I ended up getting my dream Corgi pup from a breeder on GoodDog. Thanks guys!

I have very sensitive skin (atopic dermatitis) and I can't use most face creams as the contain stearic acid. I have been using Zenmed's AVT cream for over 5 years for rosacea and it's wonderful... not greasy, doesn't dry out your skin and it works!

I cannot believe that your ordering system needs to be so intransigent - being told by a ‘CustomerCare’ person to check the terms and conditions, when a simple ordering error could have been rectified so easily. Nkuku products are beautiful and I love everything from their range. There’s a local shop to me that sells a small amount of their products. I’ve bought the battery powered paper star fairy lights and a few photo frames and a lantern. The fairy lights stopped working shortly after I bought them, I tried changing the batteries but this didn’t seem to help. Plus one of the stars kept falling off of the actual light which was a bit fustrating. The frames have been fine except one which fell apart as I was dusting it! The metal stand fell away from the frame. The lantern has been great. Just feel like the price paid for the product isn’t reflected in the quality of manufacture. Shame as I really like them but will be more wary in the future.

Geico, Am Bankers flood will deny your broken flooded home. They require you prove 2 miles around flooded, ignore sewage coming up into the hone, eyeball and ignore structure damages. Do not waste your money and faith. Yep.. their inspectors eyeball 40 plus years.

My friend and I sat at the bar area, at the CPF in Irvine (Alton and Jeffrey). It took the waiter/bartender 10 minutes to come take our order. We asked for bread and drinks. The drinks came but no bread. The food came 10 minutes later. We asked the lady who brought us the food that we need utensils to eat, and some bread. She said she would bring them but she never returned. We sat there for 5 minutes starring at our food but no utensils. My friend had to get up and asked the bartender for utensils. I went to the kitchen for bread. The service is absolutely terrible!! and this is the second time we had bad experience.

I have been using gfuel for a while now and have always been a fan of their products from day one, I have used energy drinks of all variations in the past that nothing seems to keep me awake, but with gfuel no longer have that problem. As an exiisting and happy customer for 2 renewals i was let down, when searching for insurance on new to me vehicle mid term, was told existing company did not offer cover on new vehicle. However they had sorted an alternative quote with the same cover £320 ish. I said ok, to save the hassle of changing etc....it then emerged it was this price after deducting the refund I was due from existing policy. ( full premium was just over £500 )As I had already got another quote myself for almost half that price I was not impressed by this massaging of figures with my money. Thankyou AA and good bye. Terrible customer service. Followed their size chart, I'm much smaller than the size I ordered just to be safe. Yet the bust is so tiny I can't zip it up. Back zipper is open by several inches. I'm not large chested either. I told them their size chart is incorrect and they're response was basically "yeah we know it's wrong but we still won't pay the return shipping if you want an exchange." I'd be happy to return the dresses for exchange but I shouldn't have to pay for shipping again seeing as I did my part and followed their size chart, how was I supposed to know it was incorrect?? I trusted what was posted on their site and that's my fault? wow. Never ordering from them again.

Ordering was easy and the size finder for each dress style was very helpful, customer service is very quick to respond to any queries with appropriate answers I bought two dresses in different styles - both fit absolutely perfectly! I have finally found a company that I can guarantee I'll be happy with the clothes from!

NEVER AGAIN! Normally when I travel I have to change my booking and it costs £6-8. I flew into Paris then had to get my car so didn't know exactly what time I would get to the tunnel, so just arrived. They charged me full price for the one way trip even though I had already paid. NEVER AGAIN!!

Absolutely appalling product quality and customer service. The labels I ordered don’t work properly and fall off within a short time of sticking them on. Tried to get a refund but they insist on inspecting them, yet won’t sort out the return and have been dragging their heels for weeks. Useless agent on web chat. Useless response team by email. Asked for a pre-paid envelope to send back their poor quality products and they sent me a plain envelope. Went back to them again and requested a prepaid envelope AGAIN. Nothing has come through. Having to constantly keep chasing this and see no end in sight. Complete waste of time and money. NEVER use this company.

From the componants of the GoKart, a T-Rex 125cc, it is well built. However the power in forward is non existent, and tech support is 100% worthless. No tech manual available, no access to a knowledgeable tech support resource to consult on the problem. It is advertised to climb a 25 degree slope, but it barely moves on a flat surface. The woman ansering the phone was EXTREMELY rude and unhelpful.

We imported our 5 year Labrador from the UK to Sydney this year, we spoke to a few U.K. Pet Transport companies and ended up going direct to Dogtainers, who appoint a trusted partner in the U.K. And who took care of everything before we left. The amazing part of the move to Sydney was all the emails and photos of the our lab "lady" who looked like she was having a great time. Dogtainers dropped here of at quarantine in Melbourne then after 10 days flow her up to Sydney and at 4pm as promised the team in Sydney had delivered. Not before we we got even more photos of Lady in the Sydney office waiting in there air condistioned office before being driven to our home. If you need a pet shipper there's guys are the BEST, thanks to all the teams at Dogtainers from the UK to Melbourne and Sydney a job well done.

Avoid this store at all cost. I have never been so embarrassed I went into the store with wife and kids to look at getting fish and rock and power head for my marine setup I chose some ocean rock and look at it under the blue light as it had a crystal effect on it to see what it look like to be told don't be stupid it contaminate our tank I wasn't even putting it in the water then told he was not serving me as my kids were with my wife and touching the water fountain display outside. Will never spend any money in this or any other Maidenhead head aquatics I will also make sure none of my family and friends will either. The store can thank Craig for this fantastic customer service.???????????????

All the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. I have been in several times and I have always had first class service. I have purchased fish and plants which are healthy. The fish are active and give a lot of pleasure. The plants don't last quite so long and not because they are unhealthy but they are nibbled by the fish. Not so easy to find ones they won't eat!

An ongoing saga that has lasted 3 months. 2 plumbers to confirm that it was not the installation of their tap but a faulty tap, and a lot of wasted time and money ! You cannot get through to them by telephone as it seems they always have extreme volume of calls and so you are told to email their customer care team........if you are very lucky you may get an answer in 3 weeks...telling you to phone the customer care team... and so it goes on. Never will I buy from this company again and neither will my friends.

Ordered a shed online through a different company that uses Forest Gardens as the supplier and delivery. We were able to choose a date for delivery upon ordering the shed which we chose 15th June. On the 14th June we received an email saying our shed would be delivered on 15th between 9:17am - 11:17am but that we would receive an email on the morning of delivery to stipulate or more accurate time slot. On the morning of 15th June (delivery day) we did indeed receive an email stating that our shed will be delivered between 7am - 9am and so I tracked the driver as it enables you to do so and they were still in Cheltenham at 9am (we live in Bourton-on-the-Water 20mins away), that's fine I thought maybe they had a little delay, which happens. Well, at 10am I tracked the driver again to see how he was progressing and to my amazement he was heading down the M5! Kept tracking the driver every couple of hours and he ended up in Bristol and that is where he stayed up until around 1pm ish. The driver then headed back up the M5 and the tracking seemed to then cut off halfway up the M5. I called Forest Gardens several times to be told that they would ring me back with an update on my order and guess what never received one that day. I had an incline that I had been fobbed off and so I ended up googling reviews for this Company and have found that what is happening to my order happens quite regularly to others. Roll on Tuesday 16th June and I receive a call from Forest Gardens just after 9am stating that their was a problem with the loading of our shed. Apparently the load was too high and was deemed unsafe!!! Surely they know what orders they are picking up that day and should provide the correct transport to accommodate the loads should they not? He then proceeded to say I will have to put your order back through and we will then contact you at some point to give you another delivery date. Me knowing that I am being fobbed off said to him "your telling me that you can't give me a delivery date right here right now over the phone?" He couldn't give me a reasonable answer so knowing I was being fobbed I told him to no bother as I will be cancelling my order through the Company in which I placed the order. I have cancelled my order and am awaiting the refund of which they say will take up to 5 working days. I then on Weds 17th June received a text from Forest Gardens saying that my order will be delivered on 25th June despite the fact I have cancelled my order. I called the original Company in which I am awaiting the refund from to confirm the order is definitely cancelled and they confirmed it is. It will be a case of wait and see if they do try to deliver it on that day and if they do I will just have to laugh. Do not ever use this Company, how they manage to stay afloat is beyond me. Their customer service is shocking and zero f***s are given.

I ordered fence panels through my local garden centre from Forest Garden. Paid in full and was told it would take three to four weeks to deliver. Four weeks past and I was then told the price had gone up by 7.5% and my order would take another four weeks once I paid the increase. The order was cancelled and I obtained my panels in 7 days at the original cost from another supplier. Forest Garden have now lost my custom and a future planned project for a 300 meter fence line and decking project. Shame on Forest Garden for trying to rip of it’s customers and not honour the original purchase. I have since found out through my local garden centre they have form for ripping off there customers. DO NOT purchase anything from this company as they have no customer care or ethics.

I'm open minded about this company and Indeed as well as Monster. I mean, come on! who calls they're job site 'Monster -bg -ca -mx I've applied for several jobs in security on all these sites and never hear anything back. I got 35 yrs security experience and hold a licence as well as many certificates in my career as well as a resume and explanatory cv. I've not heard off no one. Total waste of my time and effort for nothing. If you really want to find a good job, then I strongly recommend you to write to the companies your interested in asking if they have any positions available or at least to keep uour resume, cv on file in case a position arises in the foreseeable future. Failing that, then visit your local job centre or go on they're own personal website. Forget these so called job sites I have mentioned above including Reed. Total waste of time.

Very helpful with goods in transit until you pay your money, then its all gone. 2 weeks of hassling to get my paperwork sent over, then when it arrives the schedule is so vague it doesn't actually say what i am covered for and my customers just reject it. I have had to call back 3 times to an unhelpful person that doesnt want to help, now they say they will write up a schedule of coverage but will wait and see if that ever arrives, still in the 2 week cancellation so may go elsewhere and pop a letter to financial ombudsmen

Impossible to speak to anyone! Staff hiding behind virus restrictions. trying to charge a 78year old pensioner £700 to change car insurance to a different car when he only paid £450 for annual cover which has only been used for 3 months!! Total outrageous rip-off.

Very professional team and very pro active. Once initial paperwork had been completed I placed my boat with them on the Friday and on Monday received a phone call to say they had received a deposit for the boat. They explained everything every step of the way. I would definitely recommend them highly.

Tried to buy tickets for elfingrove. Big promo advertising sale of tickets at 7.30am At 7.15am i got into their site and when i went to book, the system blocked, saying system error but 50k tickets had already been sold.Could then not get back in to book until 8.20am when all tickets had gone. They are selling vouchers for Hotels where you are never going to get a room on the nights you want. In the next 8 weeks they have no Saturdays although the hotel has space. You are basically going to pay them money, be nable to use your voucher and they will keep your money. They do not care once they have your money. So be wary that unless you can use a hotel on a night that suits them and are 'very' flexible you probably wont be using your voucher. Cost me £155 for NOTHING

I placed a deposit on a dark grey BMW 335D with red leather interior (42k miles) and it was described as being in Excellent condition, with no dents and some minor scuffs on the wheels - After travelling over 120 miles with my wife and two children, the car seemed to have been in an accident with a dented drivers door across the entire bottom creasing. There were also dents on the passenger door with raised paint bulges towards the front of the car. Looking at the paperwork, a window had been replaced - has this car been stolen? One of the sales people stated that I couldn't have my deposit back - always pay on credit card as you are supported by the Consumer Credit Act 1974, which entitles you to have your money back if something is not fit for purpose or as described. This dishonest practices screams of a lack of honesty and integrity. The truth is who do you believe. A back alley car dealership or myself (who is a Chartered Electronics Engineer). You decide but you have been warned!

I took car from these people and they gave me 3 months guarantee or warranty after 3 days break wear warning showed up.I called them they said you need to buy new pads i paid 14k and after 3 days i have to pay for pads as well and they say we have done pre test. what a disappointment
