My purchase just arrived today. I absolutely love the rings and bracelet. They are perfect. I ordered the rose edge band to celebrate my 32nd wedding anniversary. I ordered the custom name ring and engravable curb Cuban link bracelet to honor my grandson who passed away. The only drawback was entirely my mistake. I ordered the bracelet based on its look without realizing the length, so it doesn’t close. I will definitely order from My Name Rings again. Great work. Thank you.

I spent over $650 on new rear brake pads and front rotors. After just three months, the squeaking was as bad as when they came to repair the brakes. When I brought it to their attention, the excuse I got was brake dust. It's now been 7 months, and the squeak is just as bad, and now my car shakes when slowing down to a stop. My car felt safer with the old crappy pads I had before they arrived and worked over my car. I would not recommend these hacks to anyone. They don't care to honor their warranty, and the parts and labor are a joke. I'd rather pay the extra $100 to make sure my brakes operate correctly and QUIETLY than pay these clowns and their excuses over a text. If you value the safety of your loved ones in your vehicle, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, BECAUSE THEY DON"T CARE AFTER THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY!!!!

Never, never, never waste your money on this warranty. What the clerk tells you is bullocks. By the time you are finished getting jacked up by Staples you could have bought a new computer. The warranty covers repairs not backups and no free computer replacement. You'll gave to pay $129. to have them do a backup for you if you don't know how to do it your self. You have to drop the PC off at a Staples store and it will be gone to the Depot for 10-15 business days, that's 2 -3 wks. Staples does not give you a new computer if it is beyond fixing but instead they give you a store credit for whatever the depreciated worth of your computer is. And that's not all. You have to spend that money on a new computer that is exactly the same model as the broken one. Gouging, greedy bunch. Big time misrepresentation. I won't be buying anything from them anymore. They used to be my go-to store for literally everything.

They post lead time and when you call they make up info without checking. Was told two day for delivery and it took three weeks. When we called after a week they said another two days. We called after two weeks to cancel the order and they said you cannot cancel as the order is on the way. We sourced from another supplier and do not require any more. They blame a supplier, but I bought from Staples ! Staples, take some responsibility. Your web site still says two days. Save aggravation and avoid.

On the 11th I finally contacted them since I hadn't gotten it yet to see what the deal was. Their response was this: "Hi Ryan, Sorry the Brawler is not currently in stock (there were a couple of orders for the same item before your order). We are eagerly awaiting a shipment to come in to be able to fill your order. Is there another Kershaw item that you may want to switch to? Thank you, Melissa" As you can see in the link above the item is still listed as "in stock" Considering I'm a first time customer and this happened to me on my very first item I can only assume this happens all the time. I don't care who you are, or what your excuse is, this is no way to run an online business. It's one thing to be out of stock and have to get an order in, it's another thing to not say anything at all and let the customer contact you, and STILL not update their stocks. What's funny, is that I went to grab the link from the site, to copy it here, and I find out that they blocked my ip address so I can't even look at their site, I had to use my phone's internet connection to grab the link. Very very unprofessional, I highly recommend finding your knives elsewhere. Ryan

With respect to the September 15, 2020 webinar on "how to cross examine vocational experts" Meredith Marcus and Dana Duncan as speakers were really focused on the social security practice with respect to this topic. The other speaker, Dennis O'Brien, on the substance of cross examination was more general and as his practice is not limited to social security disability but includes also apparently personal injury and workers compensation cases. He spoke about ethics as well and again this presentation was broader than the so security disability practice which actually has some unique aspects to it whereby the Social Security Administration, for example, requires attorneys to submit "all evidence" even if unfavorable and there are special procedures about withdrawing as the attorney. Mr. O'Brien, for the ethics portion of his talk did you have a concrete example of a colleague who fortunately had documented well in the file advice to the client when years later it was inquiry made about that former client's conduct with Social Security. Meredith Marcus did over some sample testimony with respect to cross examine the VE's that was helpful and Dana Duncan gave a number of examples of applying the claimant's specific case to the VE testimony. I did have some technical issues during the webinar and that I would lose the audio but that may be I need to improve however I connected with NBI for this seminar. The tech support of NBI was helpful when I called and basically I just had to get out of the seminar and log back into the link I received an email but I had to do this several times throughout the program when the speaker would still be on the screen but I could not hear the presentation.

All your programs are much longer than they need to be. Many of the six hour programs actually have about three hours of material. If I were paying for the programs a la carte, I'd really be upset. My first choice was Vista Print; however, despite very responsive customer service, they couldn't meet meet a two week deadline without significant surcharges. DiscountMugs was the only place whose estimated shipping date was within my window and their price was reasonable. Unfortunately, all that was simply window dressing for a company that, quite frankly, is clearly only interested in getting your money as fast as possible. Firstly, my artwork was uploaded incorrectly with no indication that the process was faulty. (No specified file formats were given, but their site automatically downsampled a perfect vector image to a resolution that was unusable for printing. Vista Print's file formats, in comparison were clearly spelled out and all worked perfectly.) Secondly, my repeated attempts to contact them to verify the shipping window were met, effectively, with responses of "we don't care" and "just keep waiting" from multiple service reps. When I finally go through to someone who seemed at least moderately helpful, he then refused to respond to any subsequent messages after promising to "monitor" my order. Throughout the entire process my shipping estimate remained consistent it was scheduled to arrive ONE DAY before my event, which was the time listed on my original order. That is until the product actually shipped, at which point the "estimate" was magically changed to two weeks later. Not one day or two days as would be a reasonable delay, but TWO FULL WEEKS. That instantly transformed my product from a "welcome" gift to a "thank you gift". Unfortunately, upon finally reading the reviews on this site, it looks like I will well be throwing the product directly into the trash whenever it actually does arrive. The purposely misleading print times are nothing short of fraud on the part of this company. I guess I shouldn't be surprised. When ordering from a site called "discount" mugs, you're probably going to get what you pay for. In this case, it seems customers are unlikely to get even that. And the only reason my review is two stars is that I haven't actually seen the physical product yet. But if it's anything like what what other users have described, even one star will be too much.

Very poorly imprinted product & unsatisfactory service. Quality of lettering is superficial and has rubbed off within a few weeks of light use. The shipment arrived in a crushed and damaged box reeking of a spilled, unidentified liquid. Support Personnel has been very reluctant in pursuing these claims -- despite detailed photos. We are extremely dissatisfied with this particular order, especially as it contrasts so markedly with our previous shipment of commemorative mugs. It is doubtful that we will reorder again from this company.

The course is very important however I feel that the online course without a reference book was useless. A reference book would also be great for future review. The time frame that is recommended is not accurate if you have to write everything down. I also believe that more time should be spent on giving examples on the dangers of the different chemicals and less on comparing the new and old WHMIS.

In the end, I managed to get « moves » and « Ball mastery » from the Coerver app. Then I finally got to place an order on the website (play like the stars) but after a quick look, it doesn’t seem to provide much more than what I already got from the app... Purchased a state compliant Ruger AR556 over the weekend and setup the transfer with a local FFL dealer. The store randomly out of no where cancelled the order and claimed there was a shipping restriction that did not exist and then tried to bill my CC for the price of shipping after the order was cancelled. When I questioned what the problem was I received no answer from customer service. I tried two times to call only to be told the internet sales division was closed. They never restocked the item so I can only assume their reason for cancelling was just because they were selling an item that was OOS. Will never ever do business with them ever again.

I have still not received my PF-9 Magazine after 3+ months. My online store account says it shipped. As you study further, it shows back ordered! After chatting online with their reps, he said it was shipped. Bottom Line: I have been charged and nothing has been sent. I have sent one more email to Impact asking for resolution. I'm taking it up with my credit card and filing complaints/reviews where necessary within the week if I haven't heard anything back.

The customer service was superb, they were there to answer any and all questions that I had. Application was pretty easy, only complaint I have is on the base coat it seems that the roller came apart and left pieces in the base coat. Therefore it was visible in the metallic coat. I figure I can sand them down and use the patch kit to cover what areas are still visible after putting the furniture in the room. This was my first experience with epoxy flooring and I am extremely pleased at the end result. I have already recommend EpoxyMaster to all my friends who have asked where I got the flooring and who did the work. They were shocked that I did it myself, but I told them it was that easy that the worst part was prepping the floor to apply.

I made my purchase with Gopher Mods on January 8, 2010 to repair my ps3. The experience with them was the WORSE I've ever had with any company of any sort. Their website promises fast delivery time, which wasnt the case at all. I just got my ps3 back today, which is January 29th, 2010. Three weeks later! They promise a 24 hour turn around time. After sending Casey several emails regarding where my order was, his response was, and I quote "Hi Joe, It was sitting on the shelf and no one actually knew that it was supposed to be shipped out until I inquired why it has been boxed up and shipped."..... you kidding me? This was of course after I found out that they could not repair my ps3 due to it falling in the class of unrepairable. Ok thats fine, but as their one email stated to me "Additionally, if you had a game that was stuck inside the console it will be taken out for you and place in a CD case.".... of course they did not do this either. I had Modern Warfare 2 stuck inside the console, which I made cystal clear to them that I needed it removed. So of course I get the broken ps3 sent back to me after three weeks of waiting for it, and the game is still stuck inside. So now I have to find a place that can remove the game without damaging it, which is going to cost me even more time and $$$. I highly recommend avoiding this company. Terrible customer service, terrible return time, terrible overall experience.

I sent my 60GB PS3 into these guys earlier this year. It ran fine but was loud. I received it later than advertised, and it died in 5 minutes. Later emails were ignored. It was a waste of money and I feel terrible about it. Edit: GopherMods contacted me back only after this negative review. The free repair offered was including something already done by them to the unit, that obviously would not have fixed the issue. GopherMods was asked previous to repair as to whether unit would be acceptable, and I was told they are very willing to accept units that have been opened and are without warranty seal. That said, the unit worked for hours before sending it to them, and I'd like to stress that it was dead within 5 minutes use after their repair. The graphics chip burned itself up. That said, if they ignore your emails regarding a refund, leave a negative review online. Reviews are very important to GopherMods, and a refund was issued to me as an obvious attempt to save face only after this review had been posted.

AS of to day (tuesday they still have not fixed the issue and i have had no engineer visits. This company is an absolute sham and should not be operating as a telecoms provider. Having worked in customer services previously I'm more than used to hearing whingers leaving bad reviews and try to avoid doing so myself without good reason, but this was honestly the worst customer experience I've ever had. 30 attempts to get in touch with customer services, 20 mins on hold each time, nobody ever picked it up. No reply on their email, ever. Nobody ever came to install it so it never worked. Nobody got back to me. After a few weeks of shouting angrily at a brick wall I ended up emailing the CEO who did promptly apologise and give me a full refund. Please, for your own sanity, don't make the mistake of choosing this company - I've switched to a provider 50p/m more expensive and they are a functioning company at least.

I approached UniAdmissions for help with my daughters law application to Oxford. Henry was professional and very knowledgeable from the get go. They arranged 6 specialist law tutors for her within a week and she had her interview earlier this year. She felt well prepared for her tests and interview. We find out the final result in 2 weeks but I would recommend them to anyone thinking of applying to oxbridge.

When I order with the customer service I asked more than one time if is the right one his answer was "yes that will fits your vacuum ". When I received my items was was damaged and inoperable. It took server all emails and two phone calls in order to get reimbursed... Which was short by two dollars. When I addressed this, I received no reply. After several attempts, I just gave up on getting any type of a resolution... it just wasn't worth it, and I could not deal with the lack of respect over this whole transaction. I would recommend to NOT work/order from this company.

If I could give a zero I would. I contracted with them back in November 2021 for a 4-15 second 3D clips - Total of $2499. 00 paid. They gave me a money back guarantee contract, and said the first video would be complete before the holidays in December. Then they missed the deadline and said it was because their office got hacked and they lost everything. Then the excuse was that my designer got Covid. They kept sending me very unfinished renders of a terrible 3D video where the characters were deformed, or missing hair, or the interior walls weren't finished. I gave them the benefit of the doubt until they promised me delivery by April 7th or my money back in full without any argument. On the 7th they again emailed an unfinished video and claimed they had delivered. I requested my money back and they just ignored me. After texting and emailing both Jacob and Emma they just stopped communicating with me. So now they didn't deliver the first video, and they kept my money. If you wanna see this companies REAL REVIEWS - Go TO YELP. They mask all their crap reviews with other sites, but YELP tells the true story. Tip for consumers: DO NOT PAY UP FRONT!!!! They sign a money back guarantee contract, but they do not honor it.

I ordered 20 posters and only received 15 of them in the mail. Also the tube that they came in was dented so a couple of them ripped and were slightly crumbled. When i emailed the company about getting the rest of my posters all they gave me was a 15% off coupon that expired the next day. Please don't use this website to order posters, they also take about 3 weeks to ship instead of 1 week like the shipping tells you. :(

bought 3 custom posters for my dorm room. site is easy to use and warns you if you try to upload a photo that's too small to make a good poster for that size. shipping cost nearly as much as the posters themselves, but i'm sure that if you order more the ratio drops since they use a fairly large hard cardboard poster tube for shipping. and the posters are so cheap anyway, it was still a great deal. arrived in a few days and my posters looked great! the images were on the dark side and i would've liked a darker black ink but other than that i love them. if i ever need more custom posters and can wait a few days to a week, i'm definitely ordering from here rather than an office or printing store

Bad service? No return phone calls? no car after 3 weeks? Then you've been to SW cars! In summary ... Picked my dream car (over £15000 cash) and waited patiently for 2 weeks whilst they repaired all the imperfections. Then the day before I'm due to pick it up... turns out they've done no mechanical checks and either the clutch or gearbox has gone. A huge concern seen as I had taken it out for a test drive... what else dont they check I wonder? Followed by a week of daily phone calls to find out what was happening made by my end with absolutely no return calls I finally gave up. Apparently the reason for this service was (quote) "young management". Whatever you do, do not waste your time and certainly your money with this con of a business. Shocking doesnt even cover it. Buyer beware!!!

My wife arranged to switch energy suppliers to Utilita and we were given a date of the 11th of September for our smart meter installation. The smart meter install was cancelled due to low stock supply. We then had our gas supply cancelled by our old supplier after the switch day and Utilita did not carry on our supply on the 12th of September. My wife called at 10am on 12/09 to say that our supply had been cut off. She was promised a call back within 30 minutes which never happened. I then called back 2 hours later and waited 50 minutes to speak to someone.I was then also promised a call back within 30 minutes which never happened. I had to call back a third time another 2 hours later and logged a complaint over the phone about the terrible service and lack of heating and hot water. We had to cancel our planned day away to stay in all day trying to resolve this issue or even speak to anyone who was interested in fixing it. While I was on the phone logging this complaint and trying to get our hot water and heating back on, my wife received a call back saying that an engineer would be out to fit our smart meter and this would then resolve the gas issue. She was told that the engineer would be out within 4 hours or we would receive compensation. 4 and a half hours later at 6.30pm, the engineer arrived. My wife was given a link to leave a review on Trust Pilot, which she accepted. She wrote about our experience and an advisor said they would call her at 9am Monday morning. This was obviously just for show as nobody had called her at all on Monday. The smart meter engineer was good and was obviously busy. He finished at 8.30pm and we still had no gas or heating supply. My boiler had an ignition failure and the engineer said he would be unable to fix it and this was most likely caused by the lack of gas supply and the multiple attempts to restart the boiler. I called Utilita again and they said that I would have to pay for a plumber to look at the boiler and write a report on the issue (I have attached the report) to confirm that the lack of gas and the multiple restarts had caused the boiler to break and Utilita would reimburse me if this was the case. I had to wait until Sunday (13th) morning and pay for an emergency call out for a plumber to come inspect the boiler. The ignition had broken and he could not get the part until Monday morning, leaving my, my wife and my 2 young children without heating or hot water for a second day and night. The plumber arrived first thing Monday 13/09 morning and changed the ignition which then fixed my boiler, costing £108 in total. I had to take half day unpaid from my work to wait in for him fixing the issue leaving me £67 out of pocket also. The level of incompetence and total disregard for our concerns/welfare has been unbelievable. I have never received such poor service from any company ever. You left us with no hot water or heating over a weekend when I have 2 young children in the house and have caused issues with our boiler to top it all off. We also never got a home meter when our smart meters were installed.

Lied on the ombudsman complaint they are absolute crooks customer service is shocking they are abusive rude and unbelievably unhelpful. Paid a bill I shouldn’t have just so that I can get away from them. Cut my supply of numerous times never make up for anything they do. 90%of these reviews are guaranteed a fake STAY AWAY GO WITH EON THERE RATE AND SERVICE ARE AMAZING COMPARED TO THESE SHARKS YOU NEED SHUTTING DOWN

If your smart, you will stay far away from this builder. As a buyer you have very little say in issues you encounter. They lie and tell you that NO changes can be made no matter how small. Stay away from their new Community in western Lake Worth, Florida The Fields. Poor choices of everything. I would have preferred no carpet laid because it’s cheap. Nope, you can’t do that. Staff are uninformed about products and the happiness you want in a new home goes away once you sign. I wished I never walked in to their sales center. All liars.

I spent over $100 on mint Juul pods, and I was sent counterfeit products. I then emailed customer service requesting a return, and I was never emailed back. I left a review warning customers, and the site never posted it while posting positive reviews since that date. Pricepointny.com is endangering the health of people by selling fake Juul pods that could contain absolutely anything.
