I was contacted by on my messenger account by a trainer at PEPT accusing me of spreading rumours about them which is not true. Very unprofessional I have also got an injury from not being looked after and technique not shown correctly not good for the most expensive in town

I joined and foolishly accepted a contacted for 18 months at a slightly discounted price. What really upset me was that at the end of my contract when I contacted them to cancell my membership I was charged an additional months membership for cancellation. They claimed it is in the contract. . Maybe it is .. but who reads the fine print of a gum membership contract? It really left a sour sour taste. Really a months cancellation fee..how they they justify that? When I tried to discuss this issue with the gym owner I was accused of being rude . On another note I did visit quite a few gyms as a travel around a bit. I found all Anytime Fitness very impersonal places. . Managed by young staff who are often unfriendly. The weights section is full of very serious, unfriendly body builders; many appear to using body building drugs. Certainly not the sort of gyms for someone to just keep fit and do general workout.

I have just changed from Goodlife Watergardens gym to Anytime Watergardens Gym 2 weeks ago, after being at Watergardens Gym for nearly 10 years. At the former gum, there was more staff help there but their equipment, particularly the fixed weight lifting was becoming old and worn with less maintenance. Also with the Caroline Springs branch closing and combining with Watergardens, there has been a lot more people using it and I often could not get a go on the machines I wanted to use. At Anytime, you really need to be self motivated: there is nobody there to help. At Goodlife, there is always someone at the desk you can ask. As for me, after a total of 12 years in gyms, Anytime Gym Watergardens suits me fine at present. When I eventually get a trainer ( put my name down; but they are all busy at the moment...but no hurry because it is not urgent). In summary, if you are experienced and self- motivated, Anytime Gym is fine with fantastic equipment; but if you are a beginner and need help and/or need to be motivated, Anytime gym is unsuitable.

Bronwyn Baidya was our internal finishes consultant today and was very patient, helpful and highly knowledgeable. Bronwyn made the selection process very smooth and we are very happy with the outcome. The service Bronwyn provided allowed us to stay within out budget and even add a few unexpected extra items as well. We are so excited, and can't wait to see the finished product! Our home is now complete and we are very happy with the quality and workmanship of our San Marino 15. We want to say a big thank you to our building supervisor Adam Rademaker. He has been exceptional in all areas including attention to detail and communication. He was always happy to answer any questions and nothing was ever a problem. You can tell Adam takes pride in his work and goes the extra mile to make sure everything is done to a standard and the client is happy. We are happy to recommend Mcdonald Jones Homes and our building supervisor Adam deserves 5 stars!

We couldn’t have asked for anyone better to build our new home. The whole process was made stress free and it was absolutely topped of with an early handover. The quality of our home is excellent and the whole crew at True Value Homes has been fantastic to work. From the moment we met with Frank and Vince, the colours and materials selection with Jess, the great support and customer service from Amy and Natalie, through to the walk through with Rob and the great detail to attention from Jason, it has been nothing short of amazing. Are so happy with the home that I will be highly recommending TVH to all of my friends and family that are ready to build their next or first home. Thank you thank you thank you !!!!

I traveled to Melbourne, the world’s most livable city in the world around a year ago. During that week, I came the idea of buying a house for holiday and retirement. I looked for a few house and land packages through real estate agents but couldn’t make my mind of going ahead. The reason was because of the price, and also the way it worked. As I know the whole building process would take a while and would be more complicated, I preferred to have the direct contact with the builder. Then I met the Chinese consultant from True Value Homes, who took me to purchase the land and we signed up on building as well in the next day. Not like the other builders’ which made a lot of upgrading in the displays, their display house at Gateway estate is quite standard but decent, which I believe was good enough for a holiday house. After I went back to China, we kept in contact via emails and web chat. The whole process was going smoothly as everything got sorted efficiently. The communication was so clear and easy and I had always been building up trust with them. When the construction started, they always sent updates to me almost every week to keep me in the loop. And at the end of each stage I would receive photos of my house. The handover was brought forward around 2 months ahead. On the day of handover, I came to Melbourne in person, and ordered furniture from Ikea. What made me so happy was the house was completely ready to move in with oven and hot water ready. So I lived in the house on the day. The finishes were fantastic and the quality was the same as their display home. I would like to thank all True Value Homes staff and recommend them to any overseas buyers like me who wants to get a hassle free experience in building in Melbourne.

Worst builder in the construction industry. No response to email, does not deliver on their mark up plans, yes yes yes before you pay the $1888 deposit, 3 months later, no we can't do that , no we can't do this. Then why was the mark up plan given to me in the first place and all the quotes from their head office for this and that. And then you asked for your money back, they said no. Going to consumer affairs and also VCAT to get my money back regardless of time frame. Dont care how long it takes to get my money back, I will come for it

Buyer beware! the company will change house plans without your knowledge, en-suite is 775 instead of 1200 as per display claiming because of the facade the master is smaller I chose I have lost 300 from master bedroom, never given a choice, master door open over 3/4 doorway over walk in robe door, moved walls and changed alfresco door placement, I have asked the supervisor to change the front of the island bench as it’s in two pieces with a 3mm gap, supervisor claims it can’t be done yet a Eight home client with a longer bench can be, I paid extra for double doors and hinges can’t be changed to open all the way, vanity drawers losing 100mm shower base is not 900mm, power points are missing, using eight plus pack and paid over $500 each for shower screens that should be included, from slab bathtub full of rubbish, not cleaned, pipe bulging out of the wall, calls emails ignored, having to call the office to get some kind of response, terrible service, terrible finish, I have paid all but the last payment and roof not finished and other parts of the home paid for. Bad luck signed a sneaky contract, told building to contract and smaller again. False advertising stated that the s one fits on a 12.5 width block

After waiting for over 6 months to get our DA approved from council, we are finally ready to commence construction with Rawson. We have been through all pre construction phases from quote, contract, colour and selection process and now finally off to construction. We have been really well communicated with to date and in particular by Melissa who has simply been wonderful with her patience in our million questions as well as her proactive follow up along the way.

Just like any novice and first home hunter, we went to Homeworld at both Kellyville and Leppington. After browsing through all the display homes and discussions with each of the builders there, we narrowed down to Rawson Homes to build our first home. Ton at Leppington Homeworld was really helpful and helped us a lot in understanding the entire process and always made sure to address all our concerns. He was an excellent New Home Sales Consultant and never rushed on doing things which was a Key point for us to proceed ahead with him. We discussed all our ideas and were quoted a price which was within our budget and then we asked for a Tender to be prepared. Tender Presentation and Plan Presentation was arranged in a months time and then we stepped into the treacherous Pre-Construction Journey. At first, we were scared as have heard a lot of horror stories regarding the Pre-Construction Stage not only with Rawson but with other builders. We were assigned Rebecca Campbell as PCA and I can say without any doubt, she raised the bar with her customer service and made sure we were provided each and every update with the Pre-Construction phase Today we hit a massive milestone & were handed over to construction. Without our PCA’s expert guidance, cheery assistance, determined support & professionalism we may not have got here. Our experience on this journey, dealing with Rebecca has been exemplary & she is a credit to Rawson Homes. Pre-construction issues were addressed immediately & we were advised promptly on a course of action. She helped us out during the entire journey, communicated regularly & was always on the end of a phone or an email for us. A big thank you from us, & we hope that management of the next stage into construction goes as well as it has so far.

I signed up with DreamStart in Feb 2013. Prestart done a couple of months ago, site works are due to start Next month. (Jan 2014). It has been a very long process before building has even began. Waiting almost 1 year gives you a lot of time to doubt your choices. Found it difficult to get straight answers from anyone. I am a first time builder and would appreciated more guidance. Hoping things go ok from now and that the process of building isn't as time consuming as all of the paper work before hand. Will update as the building process unfolds. Buying our first and second properties through Dreamstart homes was very easy. For both our properties the sales rep in the Heron Park Dreamstart display home was informative, knew his products well and referred us to reliable and trustworthy finance broker. He suggested logical adjustments to the house plans that suited what the property was intended for and was always available when we had questions about the process between plans being finalized and prestart. Our prestart meeting was well organised. We were able to make further adjustments to our plan which we thought of at the meeting. These changes were made and finalized on the spot. Once the prestart meeting was completed we were made aware of the total price. We were very happy with the build of our first property. Floor treatments, installations and finishing were of excellent quality. The few finishing we weren’t happy with were fixed promptly. We are in the process of building our second property. We are country residents and find all correspondence has to be done by post, email or phone. We feel informed at all times. Our client liaison officer is always available and prepared to answer questions. With our first property even after handover had taken place, she was still available to organise maintenance on our property. Problems that were reported were fixed promptly.

I had a very pleasurable time building with Eden brae as living 2.5 hours away from site the site supervisor was always keeping me updated and informed on where my house was up to and would meet me on site at the drop of a hat to clear up any questions or concerns. Very smooth build and very thoroughly supervised. Very happy with the way it has turned out.

We have settlement of our new Eden Brae Home in the morning, and we are just under a month ahead of scheduled completion which is just brilliant! Both our Customer Service Consultant (Jess) and Site Supervisor (Chris) have been fantastic during each step, both assisting us with our many requests and queries in good time and with personal professionalism. We have seen Eden Brae homes on display in the past and loved the finer details, and our home has been completed in the same manor with any minor finishes requiring attention rectified swiftly. We would like to suggest to Eden Brae Homes in their process, that getting the house keys at head office in Baulkham Hills is a long distance for us especially when there's an office in the same new estate we're moving into. This would have been a 5 hour turnaround for us if we didn't request our keys to be ready on site which we have been able to arrange. To have the keys offered to us on site would have been a nice final touch. Apart from this, we would highly recommend Eden Brae Homes to anyone. We certainly aren't experienced in building a house, yet Eden Brae Homes made the journey at each step so easy - we wouldn't hesitate in building with them again in the future given the opportunity.

I consider myself lucky that with the combination of my BC's [name removed] followed by [namesremoved] and the tradesman involved, they have produced an absolute pristine build for what will be our forever home. Any issues I had were tackled by both parties professionally and they would go far and beyond to meet my needs, there were no boundaries. We definitely chose the right company, amazing house design and layout and an incredible team who put it all together. I can't thank them enough! Very satisfied client :)

Our house is coming up amazing our supervisor is great he is very helpful with every question we had. He is honest and does what he says. I chose Mortlake 293S with Vogue facade from DFH and built in Melbourne West. I am very satisfied with the overall quality of build, finishings and most importantly, professionalism with any of the DFH people that I came across during my build starting from the SalesConsultant to the final Building Supervisor. I would specifically give my compliments to my Sales Consultant "Lisa" who was the initial reason for choosing DFH, for her extreme patience in acknowledging and answering all our last minute changes or queries :) and Building Supervisor "Brent" for addressing any of the issues/concerns raised. I would definitely recommend DFH to anyone, especially first home buyers, as you have ample display homes around Melbourne. Especially, if you don't know much about what you need to select, the packages that DFH provide had many options that might easily fit in. The only cons I would like to say is build time might seem to be bit more than the market but it seems minor when compared to quality.

Our experience from our initial contact with Stefani (sales) right through to having our supervisor Glen look after every aspect of a wonderful journey. The finished quality is just amazing and it came in on budget .We will be recommending Dennis Family Homes to all of our friends and family.

I have to say the communication and contact between clients and builder is exceptional- you are never left waiting days for answers- they are in constant contact with updates and progression reports on your job, You are never left in the dark wondering, Mark and his team at King Homes really make the effort to go above and beyond with their customer service. Their standard inclusions are what really set King Homes apart from the other builders. We recommend King Homes to anyone looking to build - their workmanship, quality, standard inclusions and attention to detail is next to none.

We were asked to submit a review for King Homes NSW last week based on our build in October 2016. My partner and I started thinking about building a new home in 2015 and spent tireless weekends going to and from display villages and visiting many well known builders. We continually found that we weren't getting the 'whole picture' with a lot of builders and we were simply dealing with a Sales rep who just wanted to make their quota. We ended up signing with a builder and let's just say the relationship then went sour. We found out about King Homes NSW from a recommendation from a local real estate agent. At first, we were a bit apprehensive considering they were a fairly small scale builder but decided to visit them along with a couple of other builders. WOW - we were so surprised about Mark's professionalism and genuine interest in our home and land. He knew the area well and was able to help guide us about the type of home which would best suit us... not simply pick a floor plan and you're done mentality. The process moved quickly & efficiently and we were kept in the loop where we needed to be. If we wanted an update outside of that - it was a simple email or call and we heard back from the team within the day. We felt comfortable and most of all everything was upfront. The basic inclusions are great and Mark was very helpful with the extra luxuries we may want and the pricing came back very reasonable for our upgrades. We moved into our home in November 2016 and were very pleased with the results. Of course as expected with all builders, we had a few minor defects but only minor which were resolved promptly. We had such a pleasing experience thanks to Mark & his team and we are definitely recommending King Homes to our family & friends.

Building 3rd house so can judge what is right and wrong up to certain extent. Ill put it into 5 stages Initiate: Good : being sales team involved (the only process group which is ok) otherwise they won't be able to build single home if this is also bad. Full marks to [name removed] (Left the company) and [name removed] Plan: NOT BAD: No clarity on work on schedules but still finish on time as I had built guarantee as VOR. Full Marks to [name removed] for managing communication management plan. keep up to date with updates on regular basis. Execute: BAD: Not satisfied with the trades employed by this builder shows result once job is done even with in few months. Quality of their so called generic products are extremely poor. So avoid using if someone is thinking of building. Take vors and use caroma or any authentic products but do that before signing contract otherwise you are TRAPPED. It will cost you one arm and a leg definately after that. I didn't see even they stand behind their products as its a Blame Game culture. Monitor and control: UGLY: Has no controls what so ever. Their supervisors ( i dont know about others) but definitely tell about mine is extremely Poor. I was doing his job most of the times visiting property to find out issues, perfect example about his style of working "Plumbing tap was not fitted and picked up during Handover inspection- After rectification he called me and we attended the property- He showed me "Plumbing tap is there" and I looked it was missing. He was blushed like anything. So you can imagine his working style has no clue whatsoever working under him. Argued on wrong things. Didn't even know where the tiling has to be done. on my request read the contract and found yes big portion of tiling is missed as information wasn't communicated to Tiler. Closure: WORST: No after hand over customer service. Dont bother about fixing issues just blame on other to cover their portion. This is most critical activity. To be honest this company is not ISO so do not know anything about customer satisfaction and management to get a good word of mouth. Used inferior products which i am thinking of disputing via Ombudsman. If possible stay away If got in- keep a close eye and if possible hire building inspector If finished : Beyond control circumstance :) either curse like me or if happy thank to your luck

This was our second home again being built by Impressions after being fully satisfied with the first built by same builder ,and on both occasions we had the same sales consultant Nilay. Nilay was excellent , spot on and delivered on time what was agreed without any hesitation or issues. We had been referred to Nilay by our friends who had already built with impressions during our first build, truly Nilay is an asset for the company and we would not hesitate to recommend him and the builder to anyone . The Team at Impressions are the back bone of the company and truly customer satisfaction is their number one priority, they attended to our queries promptly and nothing was a problem for them. Our sincere thanks to the following team of impressions who made our building journey very much easier and memorable:- Sales Consultant - Nilay (extremely knowledgeable and any changes in design/layouts never an issue , best sales consultant we have dealt with) Prestart Consultant- Rachel Burgess ( very friendly and customer orientated , during prestart we needed extra things and she suggested alternatives, which would look better and trendy, very knowledgeable) Client Liaison - Jasmine Riches ( Very Prompt to respond to queries/feedback whether on phone or email and sorting them out virtually in no time , Customer Focus and Satisfaction a priority for her) Supervisor: Darran Hutchinson -Truly a superb supervisor who keenly listens to the clients requests and ensures any issues /rectifications are resolved within the time frames , Darran come to site whenever we requested him to and attentively listened to our concerns and ensured they were addressed to our satisfaction. )

I am a retired builder and I know what I am talking about. Champion have built me a house that is of excellent quality and standard. They handled everything from the initial design to council approval and completion of building works Quality of construction and inclusions is excellent The staff and management were great and I recommend them very highly.

Amazing customer service with Champion Homes ’with our pre build experience especially Laurent from champion homes he is amazing & we are so grateful to have him work with us and choosing the BEST home for us. & as well as GREAT support ! We have recommended Laurent to all our friends & families and will continue to do so.

I think it happens to most of building company. After house been handed over, any maintenance issue forwarded to the company took very long time to process, and need to chase up every single time. Quality of the house is just okay, but the after-sale service was just bad, no respose, hard to contact person in charge of maintenance. In conclution, if you have no issue after built, lucky you. If you have any maintenance issue, get ready for long time process, good luck. It took me more than 2 month try to fix some issues, still not get done.

We built with Orion Homes and moved in November 2016. We had great service from the very start till the very end, working in the business myself I sort of know what to expect. The office staff are amazingly helpful throughout the build and Graham our supervisor was astonishing! Every detail was attended to and they put in all our requests without hesitation. I highly recommend these builders as they are very involved with their clients not like other huge builders your just a number. Thanks Orion!

The idea of wanting to subdivide and build two homes became such a success and enjoyable process after walking into the display home at Parafield Gardens and meeting with Anthony Cristescu. Anthony was absolutely lovely to work with and went above and beyond our expectations to keep us informed throughout the entire process, answered many of our annoying little queries and assisted without hesitation to any variations required. He was on top of it all and we are enormously thankful for the effort he put in. He notified the site supervisor straight away with any minor hiccups we came across and together they addressed and answered everything with priority and without asking twice. The two homes were completed in just over six months at a very reasonable price and we were extremely satisfied at the final inspection with the quality of the homes. We will definitely be building with Sterling again. February 5th 2019 Update: Another amazing job Third time building with Sterling homes and dealing with Anthony Cristescu and I couldn’t be happier! Anthony, at the Parafield Gardens display homes, continually assisted with my queries and went above and beyond to find out all the answers. The build was completed within the estimated time and cost with no neglect to the finishing touches. Thank you Anthony and the team at Sterling once again!

After speaking to three different builders and countless weekends walking through display homes. My wife and I were about to sign contracts with another builder but before we agreed to finalize anything, we were highly recommended to visit Anthony from Sterling Homes from a friend of ours. So we went to meet Anthony at his display home and within 10 mins of the conversation we knew he was the person we’d be using. We thank him for working beyond his means and stayed well past the display homes scheduled hours, and he helped us accommodate whatever questions and concerns we had with home building. Being first home owner purchasers it was very hard to make a decision on builder etc. But with Anthony he made it so easy, his honest opinion helped us decide on things to do with our design and we really appreciate him going to extra lengths to help us visualize how our home would look. The pre-construction stage was left with a bit less communication but any queries we had we would call Anthony and he would answer our questions. The construction team was great and we were very happy with the outcome. Would definitely recommend Anthony and Sterling homes to anyone that would want an amazing home.

We began our journey with Rawdon Hill in March 2017 at the Berwick Waters show home, Our build started in early November 2017 and we moved in mid-July 2018. Our 25.7 sq double storey build took 8.5 months in the end which was not so bad, the start of the build was slow and painful and the bricks took 7 weeks to complete but after that things picked up and went fairly smoothly. The painting and plastering has been disappointing, all doors in the house have damage and the skirting/architraves have dings and dents which have just been painted over. Other than that the overall quality is pretty good and we are happy with our house. There were a few errors which we picked up with items from our colour selections and I would advise future customers to triple check to make sure everything they have asked for is in writing and on their plans. Pro’s: Ability to change the floor plan and window locations or sizes for no cost or low cost Inclusions have to be the best in the industry – great to move in and have blinds and driveway done. Quality of appliances included is better than other builders – Westinghouse, Rinnai and Dishlex brands More colour options to choose from than other builders Nearly all costs were fixed in the contract except the soil removal which came in under the budgeted amount. Con’s: They can’t tell you the price of things you ask for and it takes weeks of waiting and follow up to find the price, waste of everyones time if the price is too high and we say no. This occurred with both the Sales Consultant and the colour room consultant – not sure if this means they make up the price depending on the customer or they are just disorganised and have no idea. Surely I’m not the only customer to ask the price of a sink they have on a sheet of paper that shows 8 sink options… They also included the energy rating upgrade charge on the contract and then at the final sign off when construction was about to start they wanted more money for this which was pretty dodgy and I raised this with them but they wouldn’t budge. Communication is poor – don’t expect to hear much during the build. If you ask a question you will get a vague unhelpful answer which wastes everyones time. They do send a ‘project update’ email periodically but it’s usually telling you what has happened which you already know if you visit the site regularly. The site supervisor was pretty uncontactable till the lock up stage and the only time we met him was at the pre-handover inspection. We paid $6000 to upgrade our staircase but they could never give a drawing or picture of what it will look like after asking for it many times – I could assume from the description given and google images but when building you should not assume anything ! The start of the build was slow and frustrating – they take 6-8 weeks to do a slab but don’t tell you that from the outset then they leave the slab sit for a month before starting the frame. Then the bricks took 7 weeks to complete which were only to the ground floor. They include fencing as part of their contract but when it comes to handover no one has organised the fencing which can takes weeks/months to get neighbours signoff – if this is important to you e.g. kids/pets then arrange it yourself. Their fencer is also an absolute shambles so save the hassle, extremely poor quality which will blow over on a windy day and they are poor communicators as well. Hopefully Rawdon Hill have gotten rid of them as I still see their shoddy work blowing over in my estate this winter. They offer a 3 month maintenance period and after living in the house for 6 months they came to rectify any issues raised. The maintenance team were pretty good to deal with and did their best to coordinate trades at a time that suited me and get issues resolved. The standard windows they provide are really low quality with no seals/brushes on the sliding style. A lot of dust and air comes in and the paint peels away from the corner of the window sills but apparently these are just the standard windows. From what I see from other customers online Rawdon Hill have really gone downhill in the last couple of years, they used to be very highly regarded but now they treat their customers like crap, regularly go over the contract length, don’t stick to the contract and make a lot of stuff ups which they refuse to own. The manager at Rawdon Hill has a really bad attitude and is doing nothing to get repeat business or word of mouth referrals. This attitude seems to be infecting other staff throughout the business. Hopefully something has changed there since my build and maintenance period finished.

We had a small builder go broke at lock up stage so we bulldozed and started again as it was cheaper than the quotes coming in to finish the project in 2010. We came across Rawdon Hill and took a long time and many visits with the sales lady to eventually sign up. The bank mucked us around as well and Rawdon were very patient. We eventually started building in JULY 2011 - they were finished in DEC 2011. I could not believe how quick they were and how negotitable the foreman was to deal with. There was only a couple of things that were minor to deal with along the way that i would not even mention as they are trivial. People are very emotional about building a house but we have now built 3 and would recommend Rawdon 100%. Defects list was minor - they have been back to complete 98% - im happy with that! we are in Heathmont Victoria - built up area & people walking past stop me when Im gardening to tell me how beautifuly our house is! Best of all, we both love our house inside & out - our advice for people who are going down the build track, take time to make all the changes to the contract that you want. we were lucky and had a fab experience! Everything - all good - great to deal with from start to finish Items that were not standard to the plan eg. we had the garage extended and widend & the plumbing was missed but we picked it up when driving past and had them come back & alter the slab to include plumbing - also an alteration to the main bathroom mirror being deleted that ended up being installed... all items were rectified so i consider it a minor inconveniece in an overall large project

I couldn't express enough how disappointed we were with the service and workmanship of Lifestyle Designer Homes. Since moving into our home we have had a number of friends and future neighbours ask us "Who did you build with". Our response is always the same "DO NOT BUILD WITH OUR BUILDER!". In the initial stages of designing the house we were very pleased with the outcome. The design which was presented was beyond our expectations. We provided Lifestyle Designer homes with our budget and their task was to design a home and stick within this budget. We were extremely clear that the budget was fixed as we are a young family and do not wish to over extend ourselves. The house was designed and tender put together. Given we are a young couple with no experience I believe we were taken for a complete ride. The tender was missing vital information which we weren't aware of and was later added as a "variation". These variations just kept on coming. Thousands after thousands were lost in "variation" costs. The keys were handed over just 6-months after the build commenced. However, not without drama. The house wasn't finished however, Lifestyle took advantage of the fact that we were basically homeless and desperate and forced us to pay the remainder of the money on the agreement that the house would be finished over time. Against the advice of others we stupidly did this and have regretted it ever since. Getting people back to finish vital parts of the house has been like pulling teeth. We have now been living in an unfinished house for 7-months with no end date in site. All of the main cosmetic things have now been completed, however, still major structural features as well as an occupancy certificate have not been issued. We have contacted the DOFT and opened a complaint against this company. Do NOT make the mistake we did. terrible service, expensive, unfinished work

I can not fault lifestyle designer homes. They built my house and I found them to be very honest and good to deal with. My tender was very long and detailed and everything was explained to me before I signed. I shopped around before I signed and other builders just wanted me to have there design without thinking about my land issues. the design was changed to reduce building cost as I had a sewer on part of my land. I really appreciated the way they explained what was involved to get around the problem. The design was changed but the end result was good. My house is a custom design and I am very happy with the high quality finishes and they help with all the tiles and finishes that no other builder provides. I had to call them to check the drain and the owner of the company came himself to have a look and he arranged to fix the problem within 2 weeks. I will build another house in future and will ask Lifestyle to build for me again as they have good knowledge about building luxury houses and my experience with them was good.

Really $500 for silicon- really poor for Less than 2 hours work! Will not refer them! Not what I expected at all definitely did not look like a newly sealed shower.

We had a problem with our new bathroom renovation so asked Shower sealed to come see if they could help, a fellow came out had a look and said yes no problem we can put our Ultra bond product on and give us a five year guarantee ... Great we thought and paid The $495 the product was put on we waited the required time but the shower was still leaking in one corner ...They sent someone to come and look when we questioned the problem only to be then told the shower had obviously not been built properly and made lots of excuses as to why it was not their fault ...and they would not guarantee the leak Why were we not told the shower had problems when they first came for the inspection... Not after they they took our Money ??

I have used Mr Switch on 2 occasions. Both times in regards to my sewerage system. Both times I have had Micheal attend. I can set my watch when he arrives. Both times 2 minutes earlier than quoted. Brilliant. Not only very thorough but very customer service orientated is Micheal. Everything explained to me without rushing every aspect. All questions answered. The job done was perfect and on schedule. On both occasions Micheal and his offsider have left my place looking better than before they arrived. Cannot praise this guy enough. Whatever my plumbing needs in the future, he will be my first port of call. Please pass on my regards to him. Welcome at my place for work anytime.

These days one is reluctant to call a plumber or electrician, for fear of the cost. I found this company very competitive pricewise. I was even more impressed with the young plumber who turned up. He was extremely knowledgeable, very courteous and even pin pointed a possible problem with a recently completed plumbing job executed by another company. I would definitely use this company again. I got an appointment very quickly and could not fault the service in any way. If all the employees are as competent as Alex, this company will be in business for years to come.

I contacted Smart-Safe this morning and by the afternoon my four old ceiling fans were removed and replaced. Trades men provided excellent and professional service, cleaned up before they left and took old fans away. Very happy with the service that was provided and would highly recommend Smart- Safe. .

Daniel and his team of electricians turn up on time and provide an excellent professional service for all your electrical needs, at very reasonable prices. Aaron and Kaleb erected our African Hut 5 years ago, It started to leak immediately which they repaired, then, after 2 years, it was leaking and they asked US to pay for repair...NOW despite their claim [29/6/18 on their website], "Cape Reed is naturally rot and mildew resistant", ALL the thatch is now DISINTEGRATING, MILDEWED totally rotten with large holes and my hut is no longer waterproof or usable for the purpose it was built. We were led to believe that these huts were 100% waterproof, again I spoke with Kaleb around April 2018 who continues to state that the African Huts last 12 - 16 years. We went to Tribunal today and were told that Aarons Outdoor Living is in Administration and although we have a very good claim against them, the Tribunal is very sorry they are NOT able to assist us. We enquired about having it re-thatched by another supplier, but most refused because they said the pitch of the roof (30 degrees) is too shallow. They reckon that reed thatching needs a minimum of a 35 degree pitch. As for Aarons, do not do waste your hard earned money, RUN RUN RUN....

We drove an hour to look at cubbies for our girls 2 days ago, website stating they were open, to find pretty much an empty car park/ display area and office closed up. Rang while we were there and have tried ringing several times since with it always going to message bank. If they are shut down so be it but change your Facebook page and website. Very unhappy.

I visited The GoodGuys Brighton last week to enquire about the installation of a Kinsman Kitchen. My initial in store contact was Katrina, who did a very thorough explanation of what was involved in purchasing a Kinsman Kitchen. Katrina also made some great suggestions for my new kitchen. The next day my personal designer, Iveta, came to measure and and discuss my needs. Iveta spent about 4 hours in my home and supplied me with a thorough costing, drawings and some fantastic suggestions. I was very impressed with Iveta's enthusiasm and professionalism. The follow up from Kinsman was immediate and my new hassle free Kinsman kitchen has begun. Thank you Iveta and Katrina.

It has taken 2 years to be able to write this review, to write factually what was the worst experience in my life. Our kitchen was ordered in July 2016 for November delivery and install. When it arrived half the doors were missing and the other half were the wrong ones meant for someone else. 3 months later we had doors delivered at the end of February. Within a week the paint chipped off every door. After many emails, phone calls too which no one replied or worse still said they would come and look at the doors but then didn't show which us frustrating when you have taken the day off. Finally after much badgering the doors were taken to be repainted they came back in May but then after they were refitted the drawers no longer soft closed. Of course the phone calls with no replies the emails with no replies started again to fix the closing of the drawers this took 2 months. It was just a case of their installer refitting the drawers not doing it properly and taking 2 months to send another trades person. Our kitchen took 10 months to be completed. Now we have another issue with the kitchen for which we contacted the company in August 2018. They have not followed up, we have called twice sent emails and photos. Wish us luck.

The Blue Tea recommended kitchen contractor Oska is attempting to finish my kitchen this morning, 3 months after installation began, and I can't say enough what an appalling experience this has been. Blue Tea promises to make kitchen renovation smooth and hassle free, and I was a complete fool for falling for the good looking kitchens on their website. From a design point of view, it has been very disappointing. Many of the reviews on the website speak in glowing terms about [Name removed] and she may be an excellent designer, but I got a different designer, and I wasn't happy. For example I had to point out that the cupboards and drawers would look better if there was greater symmetry. There were many details like this. He clearly didn't listen to me or read my emails, and I was horrified when the wrong splashback turned up, despite having specified it from the start and referred to it in numerous emails. At first I was told I was wrong, and when I pointed to the contract and the many emails they eventually agreed to replace it. This delayed the whole installation by weeks. As to the recommended contractor Oska - what a disaster! They damaged cabinets getting them into the apartment but installed them anyway, chips and damage notwithstanding. Their plan was just to touch up the chips and stick a new panel over the damage. They failed to install one of the two brackets for a floating desk area, and then, because they didn't bring a ladder - stood on the desk to fix the shelves above. Bad idea! Worst of all the cabinets didn't fit because despite Blue Tea being warned not to have anything built until the builder was finished - they went ahead anyway. They came back and measured later, but even then didn't admit they had already built the cabinets. When they came and it didn't fit, they didn't say anything, but waited until I left briefly. When I came back they had cut a hole in the freshly built plastered and painted wall in order to make the cabinets fit! Getting the builder back to repair the wall, and then getting them to remake one of the cabinets delayed the whole process even further. Right now they are finally fixing a light under a kitchen shelf, but they only brought one clamp to hold the 3 metre shelf together while the glue dries, so they are mucking about with masking tape and bits of wood trying to keep the under shelf in place while the glue dries. I'm so over this. I wish I had never heard of Blue Tea or Oska Kitchens. When I saw all the problems with the kitchen I sacked them from making the bathroom cabinetry - and the new company made and installed the bathroom cabinets without a single problem and were finished weeks ago.

This is the second time I have used this company for a renovation, The first was to completely redo my kitchen . I was that delighted with the job that I then undertook a few years later to do my bathroom. It was a total revamp of the bathroom and I could not have been more delighted with the whole team.From the design down to their building team. They worked around me whilst I lived there , were totaly polite, on time, clean , efficient and the end result is amazing. I only have the highest praise for the whole team and would happily use them again.

I was very disappointed with their expensive quote and job, my tenant had to pay before any work was done and they charged $840 to unlock their toilet drain. I have never paid more than $400, and when I called them and emailed them, I didn't get any call back till over 2 weeks later, and when I asked them to email me they refused to waste time and were not interested whatsoever. They were rude on the phone and did not want to deal with me or explain why the bill was so expensive. There was no after repair service, could not care if we never use them again and it's no wonder after a bill of $840. I would never use them again because of their cost and after service. Very disappointing.

I was cheated by my previous plumber in showing additional amount in the quote and didn't knew whom to believe. We just booked a assessment with these people and the plumber explained what all they will do to repair the roof and did a breakdown of the quote. I found their quote convincing and hence approved them to do job. I don't regret my decision. Happy with their service.

I had a horrid experience with this organisation - in my opinion there is no value using them versus booking a cleaner directly yourself as they outsourced my booking then refused to take any responsibility for the cleaning that was done. I provided them with feedback on the extremely poor clean that was done - we paid for a detailed clean (8 hours) with the aim of doing this then having regular cleans. The clean was so bad so much was missed and what was cleaned was just lightly wiped and not properly cleaned. Trying to rectify this was a nightmare and family clean would not take any responsibility. What was meant to save me time turned into a drama and a stressful encounter - if you are wanting a cleaner I think you are better off organising one directly yourself. Very poor quality clean

I recently had all my Windows and Awning cleaned by Clear Cut Window Cleaning - Campbelltown. I have never had this service before but I would not hesitate to go with them again. They were at my home for 3 hours and I have never seen my windows so clean. Not only was the glass cleaned on all windows upstairs and down but also all the widow flyscreens, tracks and sills were cleaned with the upmost care and professionalism. I had one window that could not be reached by me due to it being over a stairwell, this was not a problem as they had all the correct tools for every job. Our huge awning that usually takes us a day to clean on our own was finished in a hour and they even did the top side of the roof in the section that could been seen from our top story. There was three employees that arrived exactly on time and I found the price and the time saved to us completely satisfactory with a perfect finished result. I couldn't be happier.

I bought two heaters at a cost of £1100 and both were damaged. If it wasn’t for the fact they were loaded onto the pallet for delivery on their backs one on top of the other and damaged during transport, I would have been stuck with two damaged useless heaters. And to make matters worse they even took the damaged heaters from their obviously damaged boxes and repacked them in new undamaged boxes, to make it look more obvious that it was me that damaged them. Yes, only because the delivery company didn’t have the sense to place the heaters on the pallet in an upright position.

Beware, Eurocell charge higher prices in branch than online.... I purchased 1 length of Window Board with 4 end caps in my local branch, costing me £73.78. I later found out that their online 'click & collect' price for the same goods (from exactly the same branch) would have cost me £35.73...50% LESS!!! Customer service was shocking. It took 7 days and 2 e-mails before my complaint was listened to, then I was just told that Eurocell charge more in branch to encourage customers to use their website. If this was the case, you think Eurocell would be promoting this a little better wouldn't you?! I was eventually offered the difference off my next order. NEXT ORDER! After 3 years of buying in branch, what makes them think I will ever return!! The issue is still not resolved 20 days on. If only I had stood at their counter and purchased the same products on my phone, I would have walked away with a massive £38.05 saving!

At Express Insurance both these matters have been made easy to a normal layman. I could not give 5 stars as the facility to insure "Goods in Transit" was not available. I did not count how efficient Express Insurance will be in an actual situation..

I made a purchase from 365 Garage Door Parts through Amazon. I attempted to return this part due to it being the incorrect part. After I was able to get the proper part that I needed, I contacted them to return the incorrect part. They cited their policy of 30 day returns, which I was past, so they would not accept the return. I assumed that since this was purchasing through Amazon, this would not be a problem. Numerous attempts to reach a reasonable resolution have only resulted in hostility towards their customers. I am not stuck with a part that I have absolutely no use for that is brand new. I guess I just have to throw it away? It is not expensive, and it is basicly solid steel, so it is not like they go bad after 30 days. I do understand companies set their own return policies, however, I also feel that 365 garage door parts is not being reasonable or rational in this situation. They clearly do not consider their customers first. Only initial sales. Deffinatly not return customer sales. Deffinatly not the impact that their customers voices can have on them.

I have used 911 SBD for several years now for my 996 and can't recommend them highly enough. The level of workmanship in the workshop and bodyshop is superb, and they always go the extra mile. I would recommend them to everyone, they really do look after you and your car.

Have been visiting this garage for 4 years now and take both my cars there. Have recommended them to friends who all have a good experience. However my recent experience is what i am reviewing. I attended the garage with three problems and was prepared for a bit of a bill for these works. broken seat, knocking suspension and flashing oil light. Well they had my car for 3 days checking my suspension and trying to trace this knocking noise from suspension. Turns out suspension is in good working order and it was a spare wheel banging over bumps that just needed tightening. They ended up fixing this and one of the other issues for free and so my total bill involved a replacement sensor and just one hour labour. To me this shows they are honest people and this is probably the least I can do to say thanks.

Booked an appointment online, only to arrive at the uncompleted building and waited for almost 2hrs with no one available to see and attend to me with a reception that has no knowledge on how to attend to anyone, wasted my time and energy and even discouraged me from further pursuing an apprenticeship in Software development.

Daniel and his team helped me and my family through a difficult time. He managed the whole process with care and consideration and made sure we were kept up to date with all the details and he carefully gave us all the options. He made me feel like he really cared about my family and made a real effort to get to know us individually. The funeral was handled so well and many people commented on the professionalism that was afforded my family during the day.
