I received a reply immediately the next morning and they told me it was canceled without any further incident. Very pleased how easy they were to work with and will buy my next card from VGAStore.com in the future. Sorry it didn’t work out this time, though.

I ordered a replacement keyboard for my laptop on 25 June and it was supposed to ship within 10-14 business days. I emailed the company on 11 July requesting a status update. Only then was I informed the part was out of stock. They offered to ship me an arab layout keyboard "which should work just fine" or a non-backlit version they had in stock. Doing a search on their website yielded another backlit keyboard which would fit my machine ($30 more than the one I ordered) and asked about receiving that as a replacement with a possible discount on the more expensive item but that I was willing to pay the difference. I will cut and paste the response since as I couldn't make up this if I wanted to: (with respect to the other keyboard listed as in stock that I tried to get instead of the one I ordered) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Hello William, Thanks for the response. We have sold out it acutally, so we revise it to an unreasonable price, but now, it looks it is not enough, we have revised it to OUT OF STOCK. Sorry for the confustion caused. Since you didn't like other version, we will cancel the order and refund you in 24 hours. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- So instead of listing items as out of stock which may make people unhappy with their supply they price the item higher in the belief no one will order it at that price. Bottom line, they have held my money for over 20 days and are only refunding my money when I ask "hey, where is my product". I will not buy (or even try to buy) anything from this company again.

i ordered a keyboard replacement for my laptop that i spilled tea on, they said delivery in 7-10 days. its been 20 days and its not here. so i look at the tracking# today. it still hasn't left china. i sen an email this morning and still nothing back from their support team. that was 12 hours ago. what a joke. after reading all the reviews on here i really just hope i get what i ordered. i should of known better than order from an unknown source without reading revies but it was the only place that had the part i needed.

However, being a Do-It-Yourself type person, I was slightly intimidated by the instructions and cautions throughout the literature. I've installed ThermoSoft products under both a marble tile floor and an engineered wood floor within my home over the last two years and am very satisfied with both results. The planning and ordering process is easy and straightforward thanks to an well designed website containing all the needed information combined with live technical consultants. The post installation support is excellent, with Dan Gutierrez addressing some initial technical questions, then following up for two weeks to ensure the product was working to my expectations. It is, and now we are enjoying the comfort of heated bathroom floors during the cold winter months.

We used paperstyle for our wedding engagement announcements and invitations. The embossing quality was excellent and since paper invites are still the classy way to go for weddings, we found paperstyle to be the best combo of cost and quality. They do not have a service where you can upload an xl sheet of address and have them mail the invitations for you and that is the only thing I think that is missing from their service.

They had a large selection of invites which were easy to edit and reasonably priced. But the best part is that after receiving, I realized that I messed up on the spelling of something (even after the site reminding me to spell check everything!) When I called to see if something can possibly be done about a discount since I had planned to correct it and reorder from them, they fixed it and sent me my order again for free! All I had to pay was shipping. I was extremely happy with that amazing customer service, its not something you see very often nowadays. I will definitely use this company again!

I ordered a puzzle for my parents Christmas present in November to ensure it came on time. I ordered it November 17 and it came today, November 22. Less than a week coming from overseas AND it had a delay. The box comes wrapped in plastic, so I can’t open the puzzle right now to look at the printing quality, but the speed in which it was delivered is great!

I ordered on a Wednesday. On Saturday I had not received any confirmation or other correspondence from PuzzleYOU about my order. I emailed them to cancel my order due to the untimely service and instead of acting in good faith and canceling my order they proceeded to charge my account and ship the order. I once again contacted their customer service and was told there could be no refund because it had shipped. Keep in mind they shipped my order AFTER I canceled it. I also know for certain that they lied to me about it shipping as the tracking information from UPS clearly stated it had not yet left their facility and that no tracking information would be available until it was picked up. These are not merchants. They are thieves.

I ordered a set of bar stools on November 20 online from Restaurant Furniture Supply. They sent a confirmation several days later with the correct finish that I ordered and the correct style. The order confirmation they sent back had slightly different wording on the description, but looked correct. (Mahogony chairs, x-back, etc.) Then there was a delay in shipping, and they said they'd be done by 12/20. Then there was ANOTHER delay and said they'd be shipped by 1/20. I received them on 1/27 - TWO MONTHS after the order. And, much to my dismay, they are COMPLETELY the wrong product. They miskeyed what I ordered online (which I have an email receipt of). Customer service REFUSED to acknowledge that this was their issue, refusing to pay for shipment for a return. I offered to buy MORE chairs since I could use the short ones in my establishment as well, but needed more to fill the tables. They refused to offer a discount on future-purchased chairs or shipping. The customer service manager was rude, defensive, and - in short - is absolutely in the wrong profession. Do not do business with this company, unless you are willing to accept delays in product receipt, potentially the wrong product altogether, and hostile "customer service."

Tilly's in Farmington, Utah is horrible. Manger is not helpful and rude. They didn't include all my order and I live in another state. When I called, they did have the remainder of my order THAT I PAID FOR for but they wouldn't refund my money or send the product in the mail. NEVER will I shop here again. No sales people in the store to help. Majorly disappointment in the service and the lack of concern or help from the manager. The manager wouldn't even get on the phone to talk to me, but instead would talk through a sales person making communication extremely difficult. Do not waste your money here. They didn't even apologize for their error.

I went to tillys in Tucson, AZ in the park place mall today to return swimming shorts that I had got for my son yesterday 04/24/2017. They are to small for him so I just wanted to return them. The girl at the counter who is suppose to be a assistant manager haha what a joke but anyway she was rude right from the start. She asked if I had the reciept and I said yes it's in the bag so she takes them out of the bag and says did you wash them in a rude tone in her voice and I said no and then she was smelling them to see if she could smell laundry soap on them and I said I did not wash them he tried them on and they were to tight so he took them off and i put them back in the bag. I then continued to show her the tags were still attached and then all of a sudden she yells at me and says don't touch me. I was like what!!?? She said you touched me and I said no I didn't. She continued to yell at me and argue with me. My finger brushed her hand when I was trying to show her that the tags were still on the unwashed unworn swim shorts. She then said I will call security on you and I said for what and she said for touching me I said go ahead call them cause we will show them the cameras that I didn't do anything wrong to you. She then told me she will not return the shorts and that i needed to go to a different tillys. I told her she is a very bad employee and how dare her treat people like she did. I then asked to talked to a manager and believe it or not she was a assistant manager. I was shocked and I said I can't believe your a manager. She is like 20 years old. I then walked out of the store very upset and angry at what just happened. I will never shop at tillys ever again!!! Don't go to the park place mall tillys they ****!! Also the customer service **** also!!! They don't get any stars from me!!!

I placed an order with them two weeks ago and received no email confirmation, even though it was billed to my Visa. I emailed the helpdesk but got no response. After waiting two weeks, I was finally able to reach someone on the phone (They rarely answer their phone). I politely told them that I was now behind schedule and that they should send me my product without any shipping cost. He told me to F*** off and hung up. Wow, incredibly unprofessional.

I purchased a gift Google play card and they refuse to credit my account with th 15$ after spending hours on the phone with support and sending MULTIPLE copies of the card and receipt. They are now demanding I input my credit card or debit into my account in order to get the balance of the gift card. I am now forced to go through the process of consumer protection agency in order to get my 15$ or refund. Already has been a complete waste of my time. Never had this problem with ITunes. Imo if you have the option between Google play cards or ITunes, go with ITunes all the way! Easier and hassle free! Take my word for it and NEVER waste a penny on a Google play card!

I too got scammed by someone regarding the Google Play cards. Someone pretended he was my boss and asked me to go and get $500 in google play cards. The scammer quickly downloaded the cards. Google Play is not secure, they know the issues and do not help at all. They quickly point out they have a clause regarding fraud and the customer is the one on the hook - they will not refund nor block the cards and say they have no way to track which person's google play account downloaded the cards (that information would be helpful for the RCMP). These are extremely unsecure cards - they do not value the people and are not protecting any of us. They simply need to add a feature to track down which account downloaded it so that in the future, when this happens again, and it will - they can take the funds back from said account of the scammer. I am now out $500 and it feels just horrible to be scammed. I will never purchase the unsecure cards in the future and feel horrible for the next victims related to google play.

An update and certainly why id think very hard about your choice to use Destination 2. I'm sure they in the best of circumstances can do an admirable job. But. In less than ideal theres no help. It's not a stretch to say ive been both misled and mistreated. Also invited reviews all very short, familiar in structure and succinct, make of that what you will but as a brand engineer of over 20 years its not the most organic in nature. The negatives however offer far more detail and emotion. In short and to get you up to speed. A holiday booked for Oct 2020 was postponed for obvious 20220 reasons. I was called ahead of time to let me know my options, assured the booking etc was safe so planned for the following year. A little extra money was needed but thought little of it as its the maldives and we wanted to go. 2021 and pressure here build. It was impossible for us to travel at short notice as per the partners job requirements. I informed destination2 and there wasn't much empathy for our situation. more if its doable and it snow deemed safe to go... you go. Bare in mind each week we are waiting on details. Less than a month before we are due to fly we dont have solid news. It's now impossible for my partner to get time away from her position. Destination2 informed and not much back from them. A week later my partner and i for other pressures seperate. Destination2 were called and informed. I now have a credit note and a year to book a new holiday. This was acceptable considering the situation. I would however have to ensure my flights for the rebook were with Etihad. So in Jan 2022 i wanted to get ideas of costs and holidays. I called and asked for options. Nothing back, so called a second time and asked for the same... the promised call never came and a third time now i think into feb. A gent answered, the situation explained and a curt response. A call to the manager or at least a call back also never came. My own life took a turn for the worst and a subsequent breakdown and hitting rock bottom led to an attempted to take my own life. A holiday wasn't on my mind. In june however after months of help, counselling and the want to et back up and out i called destination 2 again. This time im met with a helpful man in john. However.All thats been said to me about protected money etc is not as easy nor accurate as led to believe. My flights with etihad had to be used by Sept this year, Not even a year from cancellation. The money cannot be used for just me, but my ex partner too. An di was to try and use the flights as i recently have. The fees, the costs etc are more than the flight if i was to just buy it. None of this was ever mentioned to me back last year. And certainly helps me understand when three calls were placed at the start of the year asking for holiday options why non one got back to me. So while i do have a credit for my holiday that usable, ive lost over £1200. Never informed until the last minute when i had to push, never helped and just left with no options. the lack of care, information, support and follow through from destination 2 is shocking. A dream holiday could easily and looking at others quite possibly turn into a nightmare. I have lost more than money and an holiday. And still to this day awaiting a call from Betty who herself was away on holiday and will call once she's back. Im still waiting. I hold little hope for anything other than the same poor level of treatment. Just to be left like it doesnt actually matter. I'm not done with Destination 2 as there must be a fairness to this. And whilst my energy returns, it'll go into ensuring others have fair warning and the truths.

I have a Rolec ev charging point inside my garage, it is ideally positioned except that using the docking socket on the unit caused the charging gun to protrude a bit too much into the garage so this separate docking socket mounted directly onto the wall is a perfect solution. It is very good quality and as good as the dock on the charging point.

We ordered shirts for 13 teenage girls as a Halloween costume. They didn’t print one of the shirts as it was in the order. I called immediately and from day one got the run around. I even explained that this would be quite unfair for the girl who would be getting this shirt. They said they would get back to me...they didn’t. I had to call back and kept getting excuses! They are horrible. Thanks for ruining a 12 year old’s Halloween!!

I have purchased a number of shirts from Allied in the past with excellent results. However, the results on my most recent (January 2108) purchase (2 shirts) was quite disappointing. I had ordered teal green shirts with forest green text and what I received was teal green shirts with faded-looking, glossy blue-green text rather than the dark forest green I had ordered. I ordered interior parts for my 2001 SAAB 9-3 but asked the team to double check the part numbers. The order experience was painless and the website worked very well. Within a short time frame a received a note that for one part I had given the wrong part number and the right part was on a long term backlog and the other part was no longer available and therefore the order was cancelled. This is a much better result than receiving the wrong part and having to go through the hassle of returning parts. I would order from this company in the future.

I purchased a car through ebay that they inspected and had maintained for the last 50k miles for $5200. I drove 500 miles to pick it up and came home trusting that it was in good condition. Took it to my local dealer for state inspection it didn't pass and needed over $3000 of repairs to get it to pass and a non functional sunroof that cost $1500 to repair. They were completely non responsive. Not disclosing known repairs is completely unethical and fraudulent. If you must buy from here, make sure you take the car to a third party for inspection prior to purchase, but I would simply recommend staying away from this pack of liars.

Tried to buy a universal power supply from BestBuy, but it didn't end up working. Just found another site with it listed. I ordered a Brandy Melville necklace on 2/28, it shipped 3/03. Luvocracy gave me tracking number but that tracking number was ONLY from Brandy Melville (the actual store) TO Sanfransisco where Luvocracy was located. After that, I never received any information if it was shipped to me. I still have not received my necklace. I have contacted Luvocracy three times, they told me I would receive by the end of last week. I did not and they gave me $5 credit but really, what can $5 buy anyway?

12/2 I placed an order. 12/12 My item gets delivered. 12/22 I received an email that my item was shipped. And according to the tracking number, it was shipped on the 10th. I never knew if the item was going to get shipped or not, until I received it in the mail. So there's not really any communication from the seller to the buyer about the status of the order. I received a status update 20 days later. And it took 8 days for the item to get shipped which is awfully slow.

First time I ordered from Liberty I needed a rear brake back plate for my 2001 Forester. I researched their parts on-line & found the correct plate. When ordering they suggested filling in the VIN number to ensure the parts(s) ordered fit. Glad I did this because I didn't have the correct plate number. They ordered the correct one (thank you). I need the part by the end of the week & ground shipping I had selected wouldn't make it by then so I called Liberty. This was the first time calling Liberty (I've ordered on-line from other vendors & if a problem arises you never know what to expect when calling to sort it out). I called & asked for parts, I spoke to Henry & he explained why the plate I selected had been changed per my VIN. I then asked if it could be shipped 2nd day so I would have it by Friday. He said no problem & told me how much the added cost would be for 2nd day shipping. The plate arrived Friday & was correct, same as my old rusted out one (thanks to NYS road salt!). I personally want to thank Henry at Liberty for his help, this was not a big order for them but it meant a great deal to me & put me back on the road. I highly recommend Liberty Auto City Subaru. I placed my order on 03/21/2014. I immediately got a confirmation email which was nice. Fast forward two weeks, still no shirt, still no "your order has shipped" email. There is no phone number for them so I had to submit a ticket via their website. Four days later I get a response, they claimed it got delayed in processing and will get it out ASAP. Magically, 11 hours later, I finally get the "your order has shipped" email. Fast forward 4 more days... no shirt yet. I open up my account screen and check the provided tracking number, it's not a valid USPS tracking number! I open yet another ticket advising that the tracking number provided is wrong and what is the correct one, their response? I kid you not, "Thank you for your email. Your patience and understanding are greatly appreciated! If you need any further assistance, please let us know." No correct tracking number, no "sorry about that here's the right one, just a canned response. Luckily a few days later, some 21 days after I placed my order, I receive the single t-shirt I ordered. The quality of the shirt? It's literally a Hane's Underwear t-shirt with a screen printed image on the front. The shirt is so thin you can see through it, it was meant by Hane's to be an undershirt! Complete and utter failure from start till finish. I'm very surprised Star Trek lets them use their name with service and quality like this!

I ordered from this site before Christmas because the phone agent informed me that I would receive a free star trek stocking with my order. They told me they were out of stock at the moment but that it would be sent shortly when they got more in. I contacted them when I received my order and asked again, they again informed me that I would get the stocking soon. Two weeks later I get an email and they inform me they have cancelled the order for my gift. I told them about what happened . After 2 more weeks they wrote me back and said basically oops, sorry, tough luck. Refused to help in any way even though they enticed me to make a purchase on the premise of a lie. Bait and Switch people - do not buy from them, they are dishonest and have the poorest customer service I have seen in a long time.

I ordered two dresses and they are both poorly tailored and the colours are horrible. None of the dresses fit and the colours dont even closely match what is shown in the picture. I know that there will be slight variation in the colour on the screen, but these are not even close to what is shown. The dresses can not be worn and I am disappointed that I have wasted my time, effort and money ordering them. I wont be recommending Dresshop.com.au to anyone and certainly will not be buying anything from them.

I am a senior citizen with above average handyman skills. I have installed ceramic tile several times, but never stainless steel tile. Frankly I was afraid of the quick grab adhesive after reading the literature. I Google searched for “stainless steel tiles” and found www.stainlesssteeltile.com. I called the listed phone contact number, and Lynton Brooke, the Owner of Stainless Steel Tile, answered on the first ring. Thus began the most pleasant association I have ever had with a supplier or contractor. Mr. Brooke listened to what my wife and I had in mind, made suggestions and then listened to our response. His suggestions were always directed toward where we wanted to go. His advice was always worth considering. I e-mailed him my preliminary to scale layout. He responded promptly with more suggestions. After much iteration we both agreed on the final design. Then, to make sure the tile count was exact; he placed actual tiles on his shop floor in the exact scale shown on the final drawing to make sure we had not missed any important detail. I ordered the tiles. When they were received the quality was wonderful!! The price was the same as the competitor and to my surprise there were a few “extras” tossed in to cover any “mistakes” I might make during the installation. What a very special person Lynton Brooke is. During the installation, he answered my questions promptly, as if he was looking over my shoulder. The result of his guidance, quality product and my hard work – a super job my wife and I are very proud of. If you decided to do business with Lynton, he will not disappoint you in any way. A very special person indeed!!

Doing kitchen design work in Manhattan is a challenge because nobody really cares when the supply costs stay under $1,000.00 and even with charges of $1,000.00 and more, 50% of all customer service is just horrible. Although all the companies claim that customer service is their number one priority, it truly isn't. And here is the treatment you normally get: You spent more than three hours on the phone, being transferred from one department to the other, until you finally speak with someone who might help you. After all that, no one shows up for scheduled appointments, until finally, after three weeks of dealing with them, you might get the desired result. So it was a pleasant surprise to communicate and order from Lynton Brooke who actually helped me with my project without charging anything for extra work. Where do you find this customer service dedication nowadays?

I bought a 2007 BMW 328xi back in November 2015. It's a pretty good used car, but unfortunately the AUX in-port was used and abused! LOL! BMW Monterey Parts had the part for me order and it was very affordable compared to other websites. A very nice representative there was extremely kind contacted me and wanted to make sure the AUX in-port I was ordering indeed came with car. I called my local BMW dealer and the part would have to be ordered and was also 35% more than Monterey BMW. After checking online, I ordered online at Monterey BMW webpage-- I received a call within an hour due to being a rare part, that the part had to come from Germany at no additional cost to me. Within 2.5 weeks it was delved to me. Very impressed of the turn-around time.

Horrible and worst experience ever.... 1) Account manager never picks the call 2) on most of shipment they charges extra on weight discrepancy which is not real 3) during locked down they keep sending mails for RTO and all and writes that if action is not taken than we will not able to claim charges in future. 4) They keep calling for upgrade and said we will serve better if you upgrade, after upgrade NO SERVICE - NO SUPPORT if this is not resolved will stop using shiprocket very soon.
