The majority of the fake positive reviews for FTF that people are leaving on Google and elsewhere are definitely employees who work there and people who are their friends and/or related to them. And no wonder why they don't list their phone number and address anywhere, so that customers like me can't call and tell them verbally how unintelligent they are or know where to send a return (because the address to send returns to in FL is different than the one in NY they send their items out to customers from). First of all, For The Fit said they don't even do exchanges (the first I've ever heard of ANYWHERE that sells clothes NOT doing exchanges) when I only needed to exchange the style in the same size I bought for a tall guy. So you can only return and wait for a refund to happen if you're broke to place another order. Of course they don't pay for the shipping of what you need to be mailed back to you or have any prepaid return labels like how it should be in these modern times unless you want to pay $16 or more for their return shipping. As I mentioned before, the address in Bay Shore, NY that FTF sends their items to customers from is different than the address in Orlando, FL you have to mail returns to. The ONLY way you can find out the Orlando, FL return address is if you waste $16 or more of your money to use their "return" label, but to do this you have to know the EXACT weight in pounds, ounces and package dimensions or you CANNOT proceed to the next step. For The Fit is either just HORRIBLY behind in NOT doing exchanges and making returns streamlined and inexpensive like most places do or they do it on purpose to deter ANYTHING from being sent back to them so they don't have to give anyone their money back because ONLY profit matters to them. Instead of wasting $16 or more to return the tall mens pants to them, I needed to save money so used a USPS priority mail padded flat rate envelope instead which was about half the price to send the return. But again, I later found out you can ONLY find out what the Orlando, FL return mail address is if you waste $16 or more with the FTF return process on their website apparently so I mailed my flat rate envelope to the same address in Bay Shore, NY (which is the address on the package from FTF their items come in) because the FTF employee who emailed me waited until after I mailed the USPS envelope to NY to tell me that their returns address was in Orlando, FL. When I asked the FTF employee what that address was so that I could contact USPS to get the pants rerouted from NY to FL, they never told me what it was! Thank goodness the return was still accepted when it got to NY (the only good thing about this whole awful ordeal) but the refund took even longer. Not surprisingly though, this gets even worse. FTF deducted the $9 that I also paid USPS for out of my own pocket to ship the pants back instead of giving me my full refund of $71 so I paid for shipping twice and only got a $62 refund . What!? To top it all off, For The Fit posted my email (that contained all my personal contact info in it as well) I wrote them calling them out for everything and wanting to know why on earth would they deduct the $9 shipping that I obviously paid USPS for out of my own pocket (because the padded flat rate envelope is from USPS duh) in Google when I wrote a review about them there. No apology about anything from FTF of course. Give me my $9 back you thieves!

I first ordered my husband some large tall pants last year for Christmas. He LOVES them and is so happy to finally have loungewear that isn’t too short on his tall frame. I ordered more this year and mistakenly ordered something he didn’t need. I quickly emailed to stop the order from processing and not only did they quickly amend my order and issue me a refund for the pants I didn’t need, but they also let me keep my free shipping even though the order no longer qualified after the subtraction. Great company - great product. Highly recommend!

I never heard from BizCover till the day my policy was to expire. The person who spoke to me told me I would be sent an invoice with a bank account number. I never was. I phoned a few days later and was put on hold. I eventually hung up after 22 minutes when I was still on hold. I eventually had to pay by credit card - no online banking facility. This is poor. In addition, besides the annual feed, there is an "administration fee" of, I believe, $75. This seems a total rort. What on earth sort of administration are you doing on my account that would justify that fee?

Hello. I've got no idea how this works and I'm new to reviews. Anyways, I came across a local company here in St. Louis, Buy Back Pros. Due to my situation it's tough for me to get around and be mobile. A friend told me they had sold their old shoebox of gadgets and smartphones to Buy Back Pros and got paid the same day. I thought how in the world can this be. Anyways, after some research I found that the company is based locally in St. Louis, MO. I made an order on their website and printed my shipping kit. It printed out with a prepaid USPS shipping label from the post office. I put a couple old iPods and an iPhone in a small box for my mailman to pickup. The next day I received an email to tell me that they had received my order. By 4PM I received an additional email to notify me that they had sent my PayPal payment. They got a fan in me. They're customer service was great when I called with a couple questions before I sent my order. Thank you again. I will be back !

It was a bit hard to imagine sending in my iPad and actually getting the quoted price. On top of it, there was a coupon adding on extra money!! C'mon now! I called Lubemobile to come and repair a 25 year old Corolla that I had borrowed whilst I was stuck in country due to Covid19. The service provided was exceptional and great value for money. I would definitely recommend them.

I contacted repair bull via email explaining the work needed , and recieved a quick response with a form to fill out with make model and work needed. I received a quote and a discount which beat my other quotes by $60 for the same work and Repair bull come to you. The work carried out was really great as the ute was in poor shape, dirt dust and the lining coming away inside. Repair Bull sorted it out quickly and cleaned up as well as they could afterwards,

I got my VW Golf roof lining replaced in Sydney and definitely recommend Repair Bull. The guy turned up on time, was very pleasant and was done within an hour. You'd never know the lining was totally replaced, the job was flawless. Cost very reasonable compared with the quote we got from Volkswagen

I have had a few occasions to visit exppress Moto over last 20 yrs.they have price matched other dealers in Ipswich or slightly betterd , to get my buissness. There good for a chat,& general motorcycle info , but They have a job to ,so no chat tea & biscuts. They're the only service provider that listen to me and what I wanted done & the only one out of the 3 or 4 other service providers Who were able to correctly adjust the hand brake on my bike( Honda DN-01) even the Honda dealers couldn't get it right , I can only speak for myself ,plenty of name brand bike shops have a will take you to cleaners given the option, and have a well mate, take your bike somewhere else or treat you like you ride but what would you know about motorcycles Lastly they wouldn't be in buissness 20/25 years if they weren't doing something right.

I had my R6 serviced there today and I have nothing but amazing things to say about them, the service and knowledge was outstanding and my bike runs better than ever. The guy behind the counter was fantastic and gave me some great advice. I will certainly be taking all my bikes to them.

Got charged $380 to replace the thermostat wall control, then got charged $480 to service and replace what looks to be a "safety part" resembles a foot long copper wire attached to a spark plug. All up I paid $860 for 30mins work. The invoice and website does not state anything about electrical or plumbing work yet Mark travels around with a sub contractor named Mustafa P who he claims does all the electrical and plumbing work. Mark also wanted me to write a positive review even before he had begun the work and he was quite pushy about it. If a person were truly professional and believed in his work, there would be no need for this. The invoice I got from Mark is for SK Cleaning Services, the details of the repairs done on the thermostat and external heating unit by his contractor were hand written by Mark. Not very professional or convincing. Not sure if this is even legal? Lets just hope the contractor's work is not as dodgy as this whole affair of a duct cleaning service masquerading as a certified electrician and plumber. Would I use them again or recommend them to others? NO.

I emailed for a quote at 645pm and hadnt a call back by 7pm and an appointment booked in for 2pm the next day. Excellent service, thorough clean of a very dirty mattress. Did not extract any water and left them so wet that the next day still wet and absolutely STINK so bad because he doesn't know what he's doing and has probay destroyed the carpets. I woke up feeling so sick and all congested from sleeping with dampness in the whole apartment. Left doors ans windows open all day and still smells as if he used a machine used for pets with urine It is so bad that i called to make a complaint and demanded my money back. I recorded all their conversations luckily to make sure they are exposed. Never in my life have I felt so ripped off and treated this way. They obviously think they are living back home as in Australia this behaviour is not tolerated and need to be investigated.. i will be reporting to ACCC consumer watchdog. Conclusion: go somewhere else for the same job! They prefer to loose 100 customers per review and pocket your money then actually doing a good job for the money you paid. SCAMMERS!!

I used the online chat and talked to Michael who was able to quickly find my package which was apparently labelled in the wrong way by the seller. 32 year old female: If there is any other way you could possibly think of to meet someone- try it first. This service was a horrible waste of money from the very first meeting. On my first interview, I was shown three potential 'suitors' who all fit my brief (and handsome). After signing up the next day, all of a sudden, they were no longer available. Then I was matched into dating people who were really not what I wanted but was told to give them a chance. That chance cost a lot and very quickly I burned through my very awkward dates with guys that I didn't have anything in common with including one who didn't even live in a radius that could eventuate to a relationship (he didnt live in that radius). I also heard from a friend they were using my photo long after I had pulled the plug. Using the same trick on someone else with my photo! Terrible. Just like another review, the communication was so bad, I asked never to be contacted again. Please don't now either.

After my friends told me that they met at A Table for Six dinner 3 years ago and I should give it a go. I was a bit unsure but thought what is the worst that can happen. I signed up in June and so far I have meet some lovely people and dined at some great restaurants in Brisbane that I didn't know about and would never have visited without these dinners. I joined A Table for Six 11 months ago. I have registered for dozens of dinners but only been offered places 4 times. I attended 3 of them. Excellent restaurants and enjoyable conversation but it is clear there are very few men on the books and too many women. Hence it is so hard for women to get a place at a dinner. I was always the oldest person at the table (I’m 44) and the only person with a child. I wouldn’t recommend A Table for Six. It is a complete waste of money.

I ended up enjoying doing the Childcare course with 101Ed. It took about 7 months but I was able to work as soon as I enrolled. All the content was relevant and easy to understand. The 101Ed staff were always supportive and helpful.

I found this course - Owner Builder and Whitecard to be a great learning experience. I look forward to being able to utilise my knowledge and skills in the upcoming construction. Support staff were always very helpful and supportive.

The whole process was very straightforward, I had a good student support officer (Cyan) that helped me every step of the way, I did however need a lot more evidence than I originally expected. Good capstone course, the teacher/assessor was very knowledgeable. The course material was very good also.

I signed up for my daughter to start studying there in August. But i found my daughter didn't enjoy the trial class so i informed them on the 28 July that please stop charging me for August tuition fee. They said No, they can't stop billing my account and they will still process it in a day or two and there will be no refund. So i had no choice but informed the bank that there is an incoming transaction which I do not agree with and please block it when it goes through. Serious, why do they need to push all the way to get money and make customer unhappy??? I thought that i can try again to see if my daughter enjoy their class in the near future but after this experience, i will not use Kumon ever again and will not recommend them to anyone.

in kumon, i just get homework everyday, and I get less time to study, do homework, and by the end of the day, i only get 10min of free time. Kumon gives me lots of repetitive worksheets, and i get really bored and angry.

I was contacted by a representative from Denovo claiming to have done some work for a friend of mine in another franchise of our business. I was starting to think about employing a new staff member and on the basis of this purported link with another franchise, I thought that was a great recommendation to give this HR company a go. This turned out to be the first of many lies that I was told by Denovo Consulting Group. They were totally non transparent aka they lied in their claims to research suitable staff for the role I had advertised. They do absolutely zero due diligence. They would line candidates up for interviews and the candidates would never eventuate and Denovo could not contact them? This happened no less than three times. Waiting around with our senior management team for fruitless hours on end. They fired the recruiter that was assigned to me. They did apologise for the appalling experience I was having. However the bottom line was I was still without a candidate and they still charged me over $12,000 for the ordeal. They treated me beyond poorly. I would hate any other small business to go through this debarcle. Lies, facecious attitudes and a blatent rip off.

I paid $83 AUD monthly fee for 2 days (09/04/10- 10/04/19) that I forgetfully stayed 'subscribed' to resumebuild.com. Unfortunately that's hefty the price I have to pay (but will spread my word for this unjust treatment) for not 'cancelling' within a 1 week paid trial. I didn't even USE this website for the 2 days (09/04, 10/04/19) that I got charged $83.00 and I was refused any refund, adjustments or pro rata billing by resumebuild.com. This is how I got robbed by resumebuild.com : 1. I was NOT sent an email with Reminder, or option to Cancel nearing the conclusion of the 1 week paid trial. 2. I was NOT advised of Start Date of $83.00 monthly subscription. 3. I was NOT advised in any form (email, writing, via their website) when $83 was taken out of my account. No invoices. 4. Very sneaky... this information was also not available for me to view on resumebuild.com in the form of: - Reminder on the website eg notification when I log in (eg: your 1 week trial ends on 08/04/2019 and you will be charged from ... have been charged on ... and how much) - Nor is this information available if you look for it under My Account. Absolutely NOTHING, no dates, no information, no options, just misleading RUBBISH. 5. I spoke to few reps from resumebuild.com via email, and ended with (Nicholas Cohen) who told me the date I joined and date I canceled (after I requested this) as this information could not be found on their website at all. But he didn't even apologise or explain how their website offered little or no information for the end user, he just rejected my request for any refund and told me they offered NO BILLING ADJUSTMENT for the 2 days I got charged $83 AUD (for not even visiting their website). 6. The way I was treated and the way things got handled, is obvious this website is designed to profit from you not making an informed decision. They offer NO REMINDERS, EMAILS, or DATES, NOTIFICATIONS, INVOICES, via writing or on their website, or under the my account that you are about be charged, you will be charged or that you have been charged. I paid in total excess of $90 AUD for using this website within a 1 week trial!!! I was not offered any CUSTOMER SERVICE, PRO RATA BILLING, BILLING ADJUSTMENT, UNDERSTANDING or REFUND. resumebuild.com took $83 out of my account and I was just expected to go away. To them it is okay to take money from people even when they haven't offered any goods or services, while they keep you in the dark to prevent you from making an informed decision, and profit from taking your money from your bank account monthly. Can you just imagine if this (auto deducting without email notification, invoices) went for months?! This website with its lack of customer service is a seriously a bad design, misleading money eating machine waiting to suck you dry and I warn all to BEWARE!!!

They paid my car insurance late and refused to do anything about it. I had my policy cancelled and ended up paying $408.00 to get my coverage reinstated. My premium was $228.00. I still owe Deferit $55.00. My new premium is now $388.00 because my coverage lapsed. This was done at a time I was seeing my terminally sister through cancer. She died on 4-3 at 8:39 a.m. Deferit doesn't have any integrity and is in over their heads. They do not own their mistakes and will leaving you without services you desperately need by paying you bills LATE or paying only part. At a time I should be grieving I am worrying about money. Please make arrangements with the companies you. This was really too good to be try. They will not last long and they will walk away with your hard earned money.

Hi all, anyways for i am a full time stay at home mum no time for a job at the moment because I am a busy mother of four children's and the only income I have is centrelink and was approved for a credit clean and was given a chance of two weeks to come up with the payment and was told not one single person that goes through credit clean Australia gets this chance like how I did, which I was grateful for and looking forward to my credit to be wipe clean, anyways I will sometimes mention my consultant has it or its because due to identity and gender I don't want to mention okay, anyways but the night before the payment is due our car decided to break down and we had to take it in the garage to get it fix, because that is first priority to my family the only transport that we have and this transport is the only thing that is keeping the roof over our heads and food on the table, anyways long story sort, I was contacted the day that my payment is due by the consultant that was dealing with my situation in the process but couldn't get in touch with me that day because I was busy doing my daily routine dropoff the the kids in the morning to school and then out all day trying to sort the car out trying to budget things out so yeah didn't come down to a good budget did it, the cost of fixing the car was pretty much all my payment for this fortnight and had to sacrifice not paying my other bills as well so i am behind on that as well anyways got the car out then rush to pick up the kids from school, and came home sat down to relax its been a very long day for me my feet was killing me from all the walking around, anyways sat down and just decided to open up my Gmail and boom there is was an Email that had me worried and emailed from my consultant saying things that I wasn't too happy about i understand where my consultant is coming from, but to me that was not a professional way to be written an email to, it was not fair not cool at all not the kind of thing you want to deal with after a long day and also and email that had me sleepless night I probably was going thru depression thinking about things that I shouldn't be stressing about, my partner constantly was checking up on me all the time asking me if i was okay because he never use to seeing me like that, I was hurt and offended by the Email that I got yesterday I went thru a big meltdown, anyways I contacted my consultant the next day after all my morning routine which i had a little time just to apologize for missing its call the other day and explain my situation why I can't come up with a down payment that I agree to do so but my consultant was on another call but I was on my way to a volunteer job at my kids school but i told the receptionist that I will contact my consultant after because I was out didn't explain to her why I have to call my consultant back instead of my consultant calling me, anyways he called twice I wish I could pickup the phone but couldn't, so anyways after I have finished I called my consultant back to apologize and explain everything, why I couldn't come up with the payment, omg man the things that came out of its mouth I swear my heart almost fell out meaning I was so angry my heart was raising up so high, my blood was boiling my body was shaking I want to swear at him but I didn't I acted my age and hear him out but the things that my consultant was saying to me was childish how could u ever say to me to get off my butt and go find a job saying that if I get off my butt and find a job that I would get a job in one day really like seriously and telling me that talking to me is like talking to a bunch of teenagers and the conversation went on and on some of the things it said to me was reasonable but not professional to speak to a customer like that and wow and telling me how he got it butt kicked meaning my consultant got into trouble by the manager for giving me a chances which I did not own up to. I did have reason and I have proof as well, anyways I did apologize to my consultant for the promise that I broke but things do happen suddenly which my consultant did not understand where I was coming at its think it was a lie,well I am truly am sorry for that but I have told him I can't keep wasting its time but he keep pushing my consultant wanting me to still come up with an option if I still need help or not but I think I made the right choice by not going ahead with this process because first I don't have that kind of money on me to spare and second my consultant I just can't believe its will talk to me like that, anyways to the point I said no I don't want to waste your time anymore my consultant quickly hang up on me, anyways i just thought i will share my story to you all so you will know that things like this happen and maybe my story dont make sense to you now but when it does happen to you then you will understand it more i really hope you guys dont go through like i did and to tell you all this, I am not perfect neither anyone in this world is perfect, things like this always happen for a reason.

I paid the staggering fee on the promise that once paid, my default will be removed. I was promised satisfaction and instead once paid all I receive d was 60 pages of printed drivel and then told to contact the ombudsman myself and then legitimately had to do the ground work, phone calls paperwork, everything myself. Any and all correspondence I had with credit clean staff was basic, unintelligent and basically run and scripted by people who's spelling was atrocious. Do not!!! Use this crap!! Deceiving! Manipulative! Fake and cowboy run business! They will never refund you even when they honestly don't do sweet crap all!

The website has been down for days - if not, weeks!! I am trying to get a copy of my file for employment purposes and it seems impossible to do so!!

I had annual subscription with them, they started doing monthly subscribe only, and after my annual subscription is expired, I called them to renew it, but they said we are sorry, we have to cancel your account and create new one, I said that's fine!!! they did and got new account with no records, so I lost all my old records, no i have data or no information in my account with them!!, except my credit score and that's it!!!

Pathetic.. claims debtors have ‘no choice’ but to speak with them after requesting all liaisons via email for our legal representatives. So unprofessional. Apparently this agency work also as lawyers, telling me that they cannot speak to anyone other than the business owner, yet have been communication to someone other than previously. Using intimidation is illegal. The ‘professional’ used words a two year old would.. Guys honestly, brush yourself up with the law and maybe you might have a better chance of supporting your clients. Stay clear.. they are NOT a legitimate collection agency and will do anything to make your look like a disgusting business person. Engaging with these guys to work with your debtors will only produce negative reviews on your business.. don’t risk it.

They correctly know that once a person is bankrupt, the general rule is that his or her wages cannot be garnisheed. But there is an exception as the bankruptcy trustee can arrange a garnishee. I had a phone call from them the other day demonstrating that somehow they have staff who do not appear to know this, despite being debt collectors. I could not get a word in before they hung up with a threat. Staff training appears to have let them down.

Have been with them for only 1 yr and within a few months needed 7 of my sons teeth removed in hospital. They were extremely helpful. Have always found very little waiting time on the phone and they even reissued my reward bonus when I failed to activate it. Thanks George for the great service. I love the way they don't force you to do everything online!! We have basic cover but still peace of mind, in fact the price I paid with my old fund when swapping I was able to include basic extras. Now that's a bonus I never expected!! Seems only the people who have problems seem to do reviews. I must admit getting this through took patience and persistence, I can see how you would give up unless you had a crappy experience, anger makes you more determined.

I recently rang and was told that i would 80% of cost up to $1500 for a sleep apnea machine, only to be told 2 days later no it was only $800 so very disappointed

I insured my dog with AFS PetMed almost 14 years ago and then insured a second pet over 9 years ago. Initially there were not a lot of pet insurers so the premiums were high which I accepted. Both these pets have recently died and I have just acquired a new puppy. I can now insure this dog for less than 25% of my previous 2 dogs or way less than 50% of my original dog through another pet insurance company with a greater % return per claim and no $75 excess per test...i.e. a blood test for 3 different diseases incurred 3 x $75 excess charges. At no time did AFS PetMed inform me of the reduced premiums...I've been paying $166/mth and that's with the discount for a second pet. I now have quotes for around $43 per month for premium cover, including dental, with no excess. A pity AFS PetMed don't look after their long term customers. I think they saw me coming and took advantage because I was a loyal customer....NO LONGER

After reading the Canstar 2017 reviews on this company which placed PetMed with Petbarn ahead of the pack for value with 5*'s, I was ready to insure my 2 pups at the top Ultimate level for each (almost $100p. month). After 3 weeks of the most terrible Administrative experiences and contact with the phone staff ([name removed]) and customer services resolutions officer ([name removed]), I am absolutely flabbergasted that neither could assist with something so simple as turning an unexpired quote into a booking. I have tried re-quoting online 3 times and turning the quotes into booked insurance without success due to IT issues. It's utterly ridiculous. I repeatedly asked to speak with a supervisor and this did not happen. The management has been appalling . When I emailed grievances to the Senior Customer Resolutions Officer - [name removed], would you believe she did not answer any element of my email regarding conversion to a policy, but did refer the fact she would pass on my notes "to the relevant department" that their advertised contact times on their website was incorrect. 3 times I referenced their website contact details state they are available from 8.00am-8.00pm AEST and infact they are only available Mon-Fri 8.30am-5.00pm AEST. Unbelievable and still not resolved this morning. Can you believe I was told by Mary that they can't retrieve online quotes as there is a price variation between sales over the phone and online quotes - I couldn't even get to speak with someone in the sales department or supervisor. . I work in a small executive office and I can tell you that PetMed's Administration does not have a good reputation. There are quite a few others that have become new pet owners and considering insurance, If it's this hard to even get policy, I can't imagine what I'd be in for with a claim. Seems like some of the reviews also speak for themselves. However I'd love to bring this situation to the Canstar review team . They have lost my business.

I have used other insurance companies before, but as I had turned 65 they wouldn't give me a policy. Also, not many other companies would insure you for a large size motorcycle. Fastcover was very easy to set up. After a motorcycle accident, where I cracked my hip, I was worried when they had not accepted liability for 5 days, then even more worried after reading some reviews here, I did have sleepless nights, but after they did, they were more than fantastic. If you are having any problems with them, as long as you have the many items they require, just relax, give them time, and once approved they pay direct to the hospital, if you are admitted and you prefer. I paid for excess to be removed when I bought the policy, which was a blessing, so nothing for me to pay. The hospital in Koh Phangan got paid direct. After 2 weeks I was discharged from hospital, fastcover arranged for an ambulance to take me to the airport, for both myself and my friend that came to help and support me. We were flown back to Phuket where I was based on this trip. Fastcover paid for home help till I was mobile and didn't need assistance, also for rehabilitation, doctors and medicine all of which also Fastcover paid direct to Bangkok hospital Phuket. I also needed some dental work, not related to the accident which they paid direct into my account and as I had already supplied all documentation to them after the accident, there were no more forms to fill out. Thanks to [Names Removed], the claims team and anyone else that I dealt with. I don't know how I could have coped without your assistance. Thank you so much. Highly recommended.

The policy was very easy to set up over the phone, so easy that I have purchased 6 travel insurance policies with you over the last few years. I feel confident that I am dealing with an honourable company.

This company has invested in 140 William Street, Perth. A place where retailers have invested millions in shop fits to only lose everything due to the poor ongoing management and unrealistic expectations of the landlord which is Cbus. This has now been exasperated by the shops being ripped out altogether and being left like ghost town. Cbus do not care about those they invest in and I would not put my money with them. I have seen those who invested in a Cbus tenancy breakdown in tears from their experience, stress and loss. Look at other super funds with better fund management. Arrogant and unrealistic. Lack of experience (in my opinion) in property investment.

These people are the biggest grubs i have ever had to deal with.They automatically put ridiculous insurance on your account and will do anything to avoid taking it off.I had to send a letter with a signed copy of my ID and they turned around and said that it wasn't clear enough,then i emailed it to them and they said they never got it.I then had to transfer my super to another fund cause they keep hanging up on me and refused to remove the insurance.Even after that i found out they even created another account with even more insurance and blamed it on my employer getting my birth date wrong witch they can't produce any proof the mistake.Now I'm going through a whole new nightmare trying to get access to my own money plus still paying there insurance.

I recently purchased Hybrid Vinyl. Leanne was pleasant and helpful, but shame regarding William (the owner). He couldn't be bothered looking up from his desk to exchange courtesies, and is certainly in need of a personality transplant. As I was returning the empty palate to his warehouse he raced in behind me and stunned me with his aggressive driving. When I asked if he was in a hurry, he replied "well I wanted to know what you were doing here"? Not a nice person. I wish I'd gone elsewhere.

New floating floor looks good but that's more a credit to the manufacturer (Quick-Step) than the installer. Zero care taken by installation crew to preserve existing doors, door frames, skirting boards and walls. Holes, chips, splits everywhere. Also no expansion joint installed where recommended by manufacturer.

Very bad delivery stuff up for me, did not receive meals was told delivery problem then told it would be delivered next week between midnight to 7am, after many emails I requested a phone call as the email messages were confusing, I received another email it would be delivered on Thursday but they were delivered Monday 4 days early sitting in the sun on very hot day the top 2 dinners were half thawed, lucky I went to check mail or I would have not seen them. After all that trouble I found the meals tasteless, tried adding salt and sauces but I threw them away, never again for me.

I have ordered several times now from We Feed You. The menu offers a range of gluten-free, no onion/no garlic and low-carb options to meet many dietary options and restrictions. As a vegetarian, it's great to have options that aren't a boring pasta. The prices are about $11 a meal. The lentils with pickled cabbage, seeds and beetroot is a favourite and can be eaten as a side dish or on its own. Some of the meals can be bland, but that's a good thing because they're low-salt, and I add chilli or other spices to change up the flavours. My only criticism is there's coriander in a lot of dishes but that's a personal taste preference and not an issue with We Feed You. Highly recommend.

I placed 2 orders with these guys about a month apart Dec 19 and Jan 20. I ordered 10 boxes each time. Both times the food was not delivered on the day it was meant to. A few days late for each delivery. No updates or answers from their email or Instagram mail. Benefit of the doubt I ordered the second box due to convenience. Big mistake. This again was two days late with no update like last time. This time the box was soggy, all the frozen ice had melted and water was floating amongst the meals and even the cardboard surrounding each meal with the info was almost disintegrated on some of them. What's worse is that 4 of the meals best before dates were for thd day the box arrived and the rest the day after. What's worse than this is the customer service is almost non existent. I complained about all these issues and got one response about a week later saying that the box needed to have ice because the meals are frozen and ice melts basically and no mention of anything else. The food is bland and definitley not worth the hassle. What a joke and never again. Don't see how this company can survive.

I ordered these meals and paid $110.00 and they did not arrive . The company is not answering my emails , so I found a number to call and someone answered and said Ill look straight into this and call you back . Never called me back . I have text them and said Please refund me immediately as I have paid for something that I do not have . They are not getting back to me . Absolutely horrible customer service !!! Will never ever order from them again obviously, and am taking this further.

We moved the contents of a 2 bed apartment from Melbourne to Sydney. Ragheed and Arther were fantastic with their attention to detail and care for our furniture. They took the load from Melbourne efficiently and made it to Sydney in great time. We really appreciate your efforts - made what could have been a stressful move so much easier!

Amazing interstate removal service (Savio and Julian) We moved our one bedroom apartment from Melbourne to Sydney. iMove gave a competitive quote with great customer service. Savio’s removal was exceptional. They took much care to pack, wrap and store our items. When moving in they were very careful with no damage to our goods or walls etc. Very friendly and professional, made our interstate move very easy. In what was Sydney's biggest rainfall in 44 years, I was extremely hesitant to go ahead with my scheduled house-to-apartment move however Sean assured me every duty of care would be met from Josh and his team. I think this was one of the smoothest moves I've ever done. They called to confirm and then again on approach, showing up on time, had the whole truck packed within 45 minutes. The destination location was tricky being an apartment, sloping driveway and no shelter from the wind/rain and despite the three levels of stairs, Josh and his team were exceptional. Not one issue or problem, placed everything where it needed to go and were courteous and polite. The whole move was four hours door-to-door with a 30 minute distance from both locations, in peak, with torrential weather. I cannot recommend TMAAT highly enough. I hope they enjoyed the well deserved coffee and donuts!

We were so impressed with the guys from Mooval relocating us from Berwick to Traralgon in a 10 tonne truck. These guys worked tirelessly for 7.5 hours to get my move done, they made sure to make it as easy as possible for me. I am eternally grateful! Highly recommend.

They quote for 8 tonne truck with 3 men. I accepted the offer. Then before 3 day of the job, they changed the job with 2 men without having any discussion. I just accepted as I had no time to look for other option. On the day of the job 3 men appeared without any prior notice. The job start time was from 7:00 am and they appeared around 7:10 am. They finished the job at 10:12 am and on the way to move stuff to new house, they stopped at a cafe and had breakfast. I have no issue for them having breakfast, but even though the actual job time was less than 3 hours, they still charged me for 3 and half hours. They broke few stuff but when I sent email with all these details to them, they haven't replied me yet even after follow up emails. The guys are too slow to do the job and they will make sure they charge for 3 hours at-least. I moved all cartoons myself and even after that with 3 men they took 3 hours to move stuff from Clayton to Bentleigh East (just 5kms)

Jenny & Kevin were great to deal with, inspected our current home and quoted the move. Also packed for us and were fantastic. Move had some difficulties but no ones fault and all dealt with well by Kevin and his team. Would happily use them again and recommend to anyone moving. July 22nd 2019 Update: Excellent Service This is my second move with Kevin and again the service was brilliant. Guys arrived on time to pack my house and brought everything they needed to do it. Would recommend them for any size move you need to do. I moved a 3 bedroom house and hour and a half away and was packed and moved in 2 days.

I moved my 3 bedroom house again with this Perth cheap movers, it was smooth move and brilliant staff, this is my second move with them and I would use them again in the future. They make job look so easy. I just want to let everyone one know if you looking for a decent removalists at a fair price try them out.

The people who operate this business should be in jailedfor false advertising as they have no idea how to move furniture or pianos (which they convinced me that they were experts in and charged me an additional $100) and they managed to drop it off the dolly and snap 2 of the cast iron pedals and fracture the internal wood frame - this on a 100 year old piano - no apologies were offered they instead fought in front of us about who was at fault and then walked off the job!!!!! They finally returned after 6 hours and half heartedly sort of finished the job but not before they had put some serious gouges in my handmade table and a couple of significant chips and scratches in the walls

I'm in the process of moving some furniture interstate with a much more reputable and professional removalist, which has made me recall using ART Removals & Storage some 2.5 years ago. All I can stress is this: the removalist and storage industry is highly competitive and operates with low profit margins; if a removalist's quote comes in more expensive, then they will almost certainly provide superior service. Conversely, a cheaper quote implies an inferior service, which ART Removals & Storage proved to be. Ultimately, you shouldn't just concern yourself with price when it comes to moving furniture. In summary, ART Removals & Storage were slow in responding to correspondence, added a series of costs throughout the process rather than confirm these upfront, their removalists unprofessional in appearance and approach, treated my goods with little care, arrived at my new place with a series of damaged goods and then showed very little sympathy when querying the damage and following up insurance. Yes, ART Removals & Storage will probably be cheaper than their competitors but the inevitable damage to your goods will nullify any cost savings. The fact that their website hasn't changed in 2.5 years also speaks volumes. Do yourself a favour and use anyone but ART Removals & Storage!

I had the huge task of moving equivalent to 3 bed house from Brisbane to 3 hours west. My decision to arrange a removalist was well worth every cent to leave it all to Sam and his boys. The quality of care taken, from packing to placement in my new house was all taken care off for me. Good old fashioned service with a smile is a rare experience these days. We moved our 4 x 2 into a 3 x 1 that was 250kms away. Mike and Michelle ensured this was absolutely seamless and stress free. We can’t recommend them enough for their professionalism, friendliness and ensuring all our items fitted in and made the trip completely undamaged.

I have used this company twice now to move house and both times I have been extremely happy with the service. Both times the removalists were very friendly and followed instructions carefully. Today I was moving back in with my parents and the guys were extremely careful to make sure everything was packed away neatly to minimise inconvenience. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again!

Hired Complete for a move recently, they recommended that it be done very early in the morning, based on parking restrictions at the destination, as long as I was happy. It was a hot day and my new house is 4 floors, with narrow stairs, but the guys were professional, friendly and careful, both with my furniture and the walls and doorways. My move was completed and I was in my new home by 9am! I can't speak highly enough of Complete and have been recommending them to everyone. I had read some of the older reviews, but having had some staffing changes since the bad reviews were posted, I thought I'd try them. I'm glad I did!
