I have been bed bound for the past 12 weeks due to a broken pelvis and collarbone. I have had Agincare come to support me as my husband works 24 hrs on and 24 hrs off. I have received some brilliant care and support from all the team and what ever I needed they were happy to help. I own 2 dogs who have also had a fuss made of them which has meant we all look forward to our visits. I couldn't have lived a normal life without the team at Agincare so I would be very happy to recommend using them.

My Mum has had care from Agincare Totton for six years. On the whole the careers have always been good, however, the current team are excellent. The care they give her is brilliant and they go above and beyond. They are kind, caring, professional and have a good knowledge of Mum's needs. They also support my Dad in his care of Mum. Since Jackie has been back in the office the rotas have been excellent, having been out in the field she know the needs of her clients and provides a consistent team, this is important to the client and their family. She is supported by Karen, who also spends time in the field. There have been issues around the Management of the branch and a number of Managers have come and gone. However, I recently met Linda, she is the new office Manager, I was impressed by her approach to the role and her understanding of the needs of both clients and the careers. Hopefully she will stay and continue to build upon the excellent team she has. Mum was impressed that quite early on she completed a round and met the clients so she knew them by name. A big thank you to the Agincare team who are supporting our family at this difficult time. I feel that Mum is safe in their care. What would we do without our excellent careers, I haven't mentioned any of you by name because I would be sure to leave someone out.

purchased LDV almost 12 months ago and was told I would be told when tarps/ bullbars would be available. Have not heard a word.Got a rear tray tarp fitted elsewhere. First service was a disaster..I had to be given a loan car. No phone call to tell me car wouldn't be ready the next day at the time I was to return car as they crashed the computer and I sat there for 3 hours till the computer was rebooted. When a towbar was fitted the rear bumper was not put back on straight and when it was straightened up at first service the sensor plug was not reconnected. Was told would need new brakes at 2nd service. Blamed that on not knowing how the car was driven. Took the car to my mechanic to be told no way needed new brakes, just like new ones. The ute needed the rear brakes and the hand brake needed adjusting, that's all. Not happy at all with mechanics at alan mance but the ute is good

Be VERY careful if you choose to use this company. I paid $895 and received my impression kit fairly quickly. They were unhappy with all three impressions, so for another $10, I was sent another kit. Again, they were unhappy with the three new impressions (that's a total of 6 impressions top and bottom). They offered me a video session to get the impressions just right. I took off from work to do the session, and they blew me off. No session, no email, and now I've missed work. At this point, I decided I was done with them. Trying to get a refund from this company is EXTREMELY difficult. I had to threaten them with filing a claim with both AMEX and the BBB. I left a 1-star review here on TrustPilot, and they finally agreed to a refund so long as I complied with their demand to delete the review (seriously?!). They tried to keep $69.99 for the impression kit when it was only $39.99. After sending screenshots and having to argue with a very unprofessional 'resolution specialist' named James Myles, I received my refund of $855 within a few days. I blocked this company from my email, and my AMEXand set up a fraud alert on my CC, just in case they try to charge me again. I believe this company does work successfully for some people, and that's fantastic. They are definitely cheaper than a lot of other options out there, but there's a reason for that. Just be VERY SURE you want to go through the hassle of taking the impressions and dealing with these people via email only (they do have a phone number, but it's outsourced to India, and their customer support is extremely bare-bones) because if you need/want a refund, it is NOT a pleasant experience (read the negative reviews). I honored my 'refund agreement' and removed my original 1-star review of this company. I never said I wouldn't leave another review with a different rating, though, so here it is.

I paid $895 in full on Jan 25th for these aligners (Order #112196). They sent me a kit but were unhappy with the way the impressions turned out. They needed to send me another kit (for an additional $10 charge), and it arrived promptly. However, they were unhappy with THOSE impressions as well. They offered me two different time slots for a video session. I picked one, took time off work, and they BLEW ME OFF. No email, no video session, and now I've missed half a day of work. I emailed them my dissatisfaction with their unprofessional business practices and requested a refund. No one replied to my email. I called and spoke to 'Ethan' who was extremely vague and said yes, my case had been escalated and I should receive an email shortly. He tried to get off the phone, but when I asked SPECIFICALLY when I would receive my refund, he tripped over himself with gibberish non-answers. When I continued to press, he said 5-7 days then hurried off the phone. I have still not received an email. I have contacted American Express and will be filing a claim with them. I will wait one week (as advised by AMEX). If I have not received my FULL refund of $895 by Wednesday, March 2nd, I will file my AMEX claim, I will file a claim with the BBB, and I will leave this one-star review on every single platform I can find where this company is reviewed. All I want is my money back. If I get that back, I'll delete this review, file no claims, and move on with my life.

Hi my name is Rod and I recently took the diploma in legal studies course through Alison Online, I have previously studied law, philosophy, economics and psychology through other institutions and at home with the view to establish links between them, however I didn't take the oath of allegiance upon completion of previous studies into law. I took this course offered by Alison mostly out of curiosity and completed it in a couple of weeks, that being said I had to keep in mind that the course is designed for people with little or no understanding and knowledge of law and are not time restricted meaning you can truly learn at your own pace in your own time. I also found it to be rather well presented and informative for the layman to get a basic understanding of the legal structures, processes, procedures, and gave good insight into SCaTs (Specialist Courts and Tribunals). This course served as a good refresher course for me and would serve well as an introductory course into law for anyone wanting to start their studies into law. Although there are many who claim the courses are not accredited or worth the time, and this may be true from their perspective of them, the point is that these courses show that the student is willing to take the initiative to advance their learning and knowledge base on their own. Whether or not the course completion information is accredited or recognized by major learning institutions or employers, the fact remains that the student went out of there way to learn for themselves. Take pride in your journey, relish in the accomplishment of your achievements whether or not anyone else chooses to recognize them, and above all expand your knowledge base, skill sets and experience to further yourself in whatever field you have chosen advance in. "The greatest teacher you ever had was yourself, others showed you what to do, but it was you that taught yourself how to do it" -Me "Practise does not make for perfection, there is no such thing, practise is you teaching yourself" -Me. I have had similar blinds professionally fitted on another house, so my experience is in comparison to that: *I purchased 9 blinds from Ezy-fit Roller shutters. They are electric with remote controls. *I paid a builder (and his laborer) to install them for me. This is a builder who has done a lot of previous work for me and whom I trust. *The blinds are not as simple to install as made out. Particularly difficult on corner windows. *Due to the thickness of the plastic piece at the bottom of the side rails, the blinds do not go to the very bottom and sit on the window sill, thus they let considerable light into the room. *They can make quite a loud 'crackling' noise when they go up & down as the slats pull-a-part from each other. This is particularly annoying late at night. *A couple of the blinds are not completely level when they are down, as the slats do not part completely on one side, at the top. *A couple of them have made really loud banging/cracking sounds when going up & down, eventually a dark brown coloured plastic "wedge" piece (approximately 3 x 3 cm with two small holes in it) fell out of the pelmet onto the ground. I do not know if they were suppose to be in there, or were they packing pieces that should have been taken out? *I find that the level of noise the motors make is quite different. This is despite being the same size blinds. *I've had to get up the ladder outside on one occasion and manually help the blind down whilst simultaneously using the remote. *The remotes are difficult to program when you have more than one blind connected to the remote. *The phone service was convoluted. If you could get put through to the man that actually knew what he was talking about, it was great. But it was wasn't easy to get hold of him. **On a positive.................... *I went with this firm because they were the only company that supplied the colours I wanted *They were considerably cheaper - financially **Suggestion: *They should provide a followup troubleshoot service for a small set fee - I really needed this.

Roller shutters fitted and working well, I opted for battery control unit and saved on electrician charges. I fitted two shutters with 25mm packing, once nutted out the process the second shuuter was a breeze. Shutters are working well.

Had reservations at first in using an overseas printing firm rather than a local one, but i shouldn't have been. We've used Fast Printing for our e-commerce store FIAIN in Ireland ever since we started in 2017. We make luxury men's accessories & we needed hang tags, stickers, business cards etc with a luxury feel & quick turn around time. We used some special effects like raised ink, i have to say everything we've sent there way has been spot on & the delivery super fast. I'd recommend fast printing without a doubt.

We went to 5 different islands in 15 days and have learned so much about loading down e-ticket to our phone or get it from a ferries in greece office.Both worked out good.We bought them home in Sweden and there were no problems.Just were we could keep our luggage was sometimes difficult to see but sometimes one in the crew told us.Its a very good way to see a lot of greece to go by the ferries.We went by different ferries the little Express Skopelitis once and Blue star ferries and Champion jet 2 and some more.When we understood how it worked out we had a good time.

Very convenient to book my whole island hopping trip in Greece this year. I would use the website again. However I would have appreciated the booking confirmation email to inform it was better to pick up all tickets at the port in Athens (Piraeus) instead of giving addresses of travel agents on the islands. Indeed they charged me 1€ per ticket issued when there was no charge at the ferry office at the port...I was answered it was stated in terms and conditions but I expected to be given the option in the first place (collecting all tickets at Piraeus port for free vs paying a service fee on the islands). Alternatively, e-tickets for smart phones should be developed or home printing. Hopefully soon!

Boiler breakdown looked highly likely to need a full boiler replacement (due to age), and potential big expense. Haroon however was able to diagnose a failing component and thought swap out was worth a shot. Thankfully it proved a success. Very professional and polite service. Great communication throughout. Haroon definitely goes the extra mile to look after his customers.

My recent experience with Fixd was Fantastic - on time, cleaned up after themselves, main plumber (who is licensed) was onsite to check/approve installation, high quality equipment installed, and no extra or "fake" fees as I've encountered with other warranty companies and their stable of weak contractors. They’re also a US company that is totally based in the US - headquartered in Dallas TX - so no overseas customer service with a language barrier. We’ve had them for less then a year and I can say now the only good thing about them is the app. Their technicians are not very good at their trades - everytime we have a problem it always requires a repeat visit because it isn’t fixed the first time. And when it isn’t fixed the first time you have to put it in like a new ticket, wait for them to schedule and then call multiple times to have them refund the $50 copay. Currently we have a problem with our air conditioning which is pretty important given current state and it wasn’t fixed with the first visit which took two days and now we have left three voicemails, sent two emails and tried chat with no response. Just a terrible company. I’d definitely recommend another one to save yourself the headaches and get a quality service.

Amy Stern was amazing From the time she made initial contact, until her last email, she was professional and personable, always on hand to help. Though I didn't secure space through Flexi offices, Amy went out of her way recommend and show me several office spaces based on my brief. She took the time on one afternoon to personally take me to 4 places. She diligently followed up on all appointments, helped negotiate preferential rates and coordinate meet and greets with the various venues. Unfortunately, our preferred venue got snatched up which is why we didn't follow through. Amy made the whole experience of shopping for office space in a really competitive market really pleasant and easy. I wish her all the best and won't hesitate to reach out to her if we need to search for new space in the future.

Contacted the government insolvency register as I am still on it today which is preventing me getting a mortgage, they have not received the completion documents from Freeman Jones so cant remove me !!! I should have been removed over 2 years ago... Total disgrace And to top it off I left an email for a call back, when I told them what had happened they put the phone down..

Started my IVA in 2012 with Harrington Brooks and for 5 years, the service I received has been exceptional! At no point have I been stressed. They took over ALL communication with my creditors and the threatening letters and phone calls stopped immediately. The communication through the process was second to none. They were available via email, phone, post and kept me informed throughout. I received my Certificate of completion within a few months and immediately signed up for my credit file with the 3 CRAs and my file was cleared except for one creditor who had the wrong default date by 4 years!! I contacted Freeman Jones and they immediately took down the details of the creditor to make contact and resolve. I had difficulty getting the creditor to hear me out. Freeman Jones understood exactly what the issue was and what needed to be done to resolve the matter. I am currently awaiting confirmation that this creditor will delete the account from my file. Every single person I have spoken to over the last now 6 years has been fantastic. I have full faith that Freeman Jones will have this resolved. I will update once done. I am SOOOOOO grateful for their service and the way they handled and are continuing to handle my account. FINALLY I have financial freedom and I couldn't have done it without Freeman Jones. If you need an IVA, I highly recommend Freeman Jones!! Update 05/10/2019: After raving about the organisation, I have realised I was praising the wrong organisation. As mentioned above I was waiting to hear from Freeman Jones regarding an issue with a creditor and have not heard a word from Freeman Jones since. I've ended up hunting down the necessary person in the lenders organisation and bombarding them to resolve my query and finally resolved it myself. Thinking about it, I hadn't needed assistance with my IVA from Freeman Jones since they took over from Harrington Brooks, so all the praise above belongs to Harrington books not Freeman Jones. For that reason I am going to change my star rating accordingly.

So I've used Freetrade for a few months now and I had a mixed feelings at the beginning. I liked the fact that you trade for free. Of course, they charge you on a spread difference but it's not that big. The account setup is quite easy and straightforward. Unfortunately, all positives end up here. On the cons side: -doesn't have web interface and their app is limited in terms of graphs and analysis. It's very, very basic so you will have to use other tools. -you can't set Stop Loss, Take Profit or sell your stocks when there are no buyers. I had a situation when I was trying to sell my stocks for hours and the transaction was declined without giving me any reason. I've asked on the chat for the reason and after several hours they told me that's due to the fact that there are no buyers so advised to try to sell it every couple minutes/hours... This is ridiclious, and I have never seen such a poor User Experience using any other broker's platform. I can't imagine siting whole day, trying to sell stocks, hopping that there will be buyers at a certain point of time. What if the stock is going super low and you want to sell it ASAP. I had a quite stresfull day because of that, even though it wasn't going up or down that much. Biggest con! -If you want to withdraw, you have to wait for the funds to "settle" for 2-3 days or even longer, after you sold your stocks. For some this happens and for some it doesn't. No idea what's the logic behind it. Overall I've withdrawn all the funds from them and moved to also free, but more advanced broker 212. I actually created both accounts at the same time to compare and 212 is much better in every aspect (it's not the best one I guess, but good for start). So I wouldn't waste your time on Freetrade and would pick up something that already works and will save you lot of stress and frustration/

BEWARE! Horrible company, non existent customer service/communication. Do not honor time lines nor actually send you the part ordered. 6/24/22 Ordered PCM, was to receive in 3-5 days after 7 days they told us they made a mistake & did not have the part. Told us if we SEND them the original PCM off my Jeep they would repair and re program it & we would receive it in 6-7 days but due to it being their mistake that they would expedite it & would be sooner. Sent us shipping label, mailed it, they received it 7/6/2022. When check status says it is still in programming (this is 7/19/22). Started calling can only get gals who answer phone, can tell you no updates, refuse to get a supervisor, state will check on it & call back same day but NEVER do. I can not get any information on the real status of my part, where it is or if I will ever get it back & they have my original part. I have sent multiple e-mails & called, nothing. At this point I believe they simply stole my part & my money. I filed some complaints with various agencies, one with the NY Better Business Bureau & found out that Flagship One Inc has had 2,753 complaints filed against them for all of the above & more! You can check & check various google pages with "real" reviews. They are the same & horrible experiences. This company posts only positive fake reviews on their actual website, do not buy into it. Research the company much more before ordering anything to save yourself the frustration! This company is a fraud. This has been a terrible stressful experience that I am still fighting just to get my own part back & a refund for the part they never sent & they will not respond to any e-mails or calls.

Crappy Product Worse Customer Service Ordered a PCM for a 2012 Jeep wasn't told that it would take 3 weeks to ship it. When it was recived it didn't work it threw more codes than the one that was in the jeep. I sent it back and wasn't given the option of a refund the account representive is never available nor any managers. So still waiting for the Replacement unit after requesting a refund!

All software have a work around But this one for PC I didn't find one. Thats not to say there isn't one. I find it brilliant. Especially if your not tech savvy its really good. And its only removable by setting a PC back to factory settings which isn't an option for me. Everyone's experience is different. But REMEMBER the positives far out weigh the negative comments. We purchased three licenses and attempted to install on a Windows 10 desktop, an iPhone and an iPad. The Windows and iPhone installations were successful. The iPad was another question, however. (it doesn't help that it was the preferred platform for gamgling.) First, the link for the download was sent by text message, which was problematic for a wifi only device. Once installed, however, Gamban failed to block both my wife's preferred sites as well as the generic gambling sites I tried at Support's suggestion. Over the course of a week, Gamban made two attempts to resolve their issue, without success. When I said I needed a resolution or a refund, they immediately bailed on me and revoked my working licenses. The removal passwords were supposed to be immediately forthcoming via SMS and the refund may take 3 days to process. I have not seen the SMS with the removal codes. Don't bet on Gamban! ~UPDATE - Gamban's response suggests that the problem was related to sites they were unaware of. My original review specifically noted that I was able to access sites that THEY suggested. Bad initial experience compounded by not reading my review very carefully.

They advertise a 10 minute delivery for GTA V key. HA 4 hours after I bought it they send a email saying they now need a copy of my PASSPORT or DRIVERS LICENSE. You don't hand those documents out to people... period.... They claim it is for verification but if paypal is handling the payment (paypal handles fraud) how can they check to verify my drivers id number, passport id number, address, height, eye color, or anything else THEY DON'T NEED TO KNOW without having any way to verify it? These people probably make fake passports and IDs for people in mexico... 5 hours now and I still haven't gotten my 10 minute key. There phone number and live support both didn't work when I tried them. Steer clear of this company if at all possible.

I Recently sold some retro games to games exchange (SNES and PS2 games) and I have to admit I was initially a little sceptical as the price they offered me was so much higher than music magpie and ziffit (they offered me £12 for one game that ziffit offered £2 for and music magpie offered 28p for!) Throughout the past 44 years we have used many hotel booking sources beginning with the single page Relais and Chateau in 1974. None have compared to Grand Luxury Hotels! We reserved a car through Greeka.com with Green Motion Car Rental to pick up in Preveza, Aktio Aiport in Greece. When we arrived we were told that there was no reservation for us or car available. We waited for a while whilst the staff tried to find our booking then had to go next door to the Emterprise stand to rent a car. Luckily, Emterprise could accommodate us. I paid a desposit of £115 to Greeka.com and their 'partner' Green Motion of which both companies are refusing to return to me despite they fact that they had no car or reservation for me. I cannot recommend avoiding these companies strongly enough. I hope this helpes!

I booked my vacations in Greece (Naxos, Mykonos & Santorini) through this website (ferry tickets- island hopping, accommodation & car rental). I would strongly recommend it to anyone who is organizing a trip to the Greek islands. The services in general are perfect! Costumer service is great & assisted me when needed, I was provided with much information for my destinations (their restaurant recommendations were very much appreciated) and their site is really user friendly. I have been waiting for 3 weeks for my 153 dollar purchase to go through. Of course I get an email saying items were on back order. When I made the purchase the website said nothing about back order. Our family has been taking the BUICED multi vitamin supplement and other liquid vitamins made by this company. They offer excellent products, customer service, and very quick free ship on orders over 75.00. They send frequent useful coupon codes thru your email, but are not annoying on the daily of it. When they ship your items they often throw in little extras like their lip balms. I'd HIGHLY recommend the site and the products they offer, we have never had a bad experience in any way at all. Liquid vitamins are a much more pure and easily absorbed option to taking pill forms!

When I visited Boston for the first time, I had an oportunutity to rent a car from Alamo and I can assure you that it was a most enjoyable experience, I drove to Lenox, Mass. to attend a Jazz concert at Tanglewood festival without any road and/or car problems. I strongiy recommend this company to any prospective renters in Boston, Mass. It is very well situated at downtown area and returning the car was quite a surprised experience because it was really fast being done at a nearby garage from Alamo office.

I have booked a car with Happy-cars.com for several times last winter. Always Alamo and always easy. Booking process is quick, rates are low and, as a foreign traveler, I appreciate their inclusive insurance package.

I had to phone up two weeks in a row to find out where my parcel was. Normally I would receive a email in the morning saying I will receive my parcel that afternoon, did not happen. The money was taken on both occasions. I think that if you pay for it, you should receive it without any hassle.
