We have returned from a great holiday and I would like to thank you for the hard work the team did for us. We had a wonderful time and this is largely due to Richie's our driver commitment to showing us what a lovely country Sri Lanka is. He was committed to helping us explore and access temples, markets, etc and wonderful scenic views. and even finding us some of the best local restaurants we could hope for. His driving was exemplary and we were very pleased not to be driving ourselves. Richie is a great asset to your organisation. The hotels we chose were excellent although the Grand Udawalawe fell short of expectations and their ratings on trip adviser reflected this. But as we were only there for 2 nights it was fine. The Villa, Coconut Grove proved to be the icing on the cake and the star was Kumundu she was a great host and chef. The property was everything we hoped for and more. The wildlife in the garden was amazing, monkeys, chipmunks and lizards giving us a daily source of interest Many thanks again for organising a trip of a lifetime.

We have just got back from a truly fantastic holiday in Sri Lanka. We had booked our holiday with Escape In Sri Lanka and they excelled in the service given to us.Our rep Amila is Sri Lankan who fluent in English & Portuguese which was a huge bonus for us. We did the South & East Sri Lanka tour which is an excellent way to see some of the country. If you are looking for a holiday that is a little bit different this is for you, We had glorious weather,food like I have never tasted before and the locations were just wonderful. You will be amazed at so many things that Sri Lanka has to offer to you.

I ordered on Jan 1, credit card charged on Jan 3 with “awaiting shipment” as the status. Three weeks and two emails later, same status. Called and left word and finally got an email response from “Casey O” that they were backed up but would send by the end of the week (Jan 19). When this didn’t happen, I wrote to cancel and contacted my bank who reversed the charges. Same MO as the previous post from many years back.

We introduced Bevi to our corporate office in early 2019. In 5 years of running a wellness plan, this by far was our most successful role out. I never thought that giving employees access to a healthy alternative to the pop machines would create such an amazing vibe in our building! 7 months later and people are still talking and raving about it! It has decreased soda consumption dramatically, increased moral, and even gets our guests excited! New hires are quickly told by their co-workers that it's the coolest thing! We started a flavor survey on our intranet that allows employees to vote on the flavors of the month. That was a huge hit! Its fun to watch them solicit votes for flavors:-) Price is very affordable, installation was seamless, and delivery of product is great! Bonus for saving the environment! Highly recommend adding a Bevi or two to your office!

I purchased a macbook power adapter with a two year warrantee in Apr 2013. The adapter worked fine until Oct 2014 when it just up and quit. I have been actively trying for two months to get someone to respond to an e-mail or pick up the phone and they simply will not. I have written four e-mails on both their internal mail account system and through regular e-mail, as well as called a dozen times and left several voicemails. It should not be this hard to get someone to respond. As best I can tell the two year warrantee that they still/currently advertise with their products is bogus.

Customer service is one of the worst. Don’t care about repeat customers, so you know how they will treat new ones. I recently had an issue with a package not being sent out in time so I had to email them. They apologized and told me that it would be mailed out. I then had to contact them again and threaten to cancel the charges because they still hadn’t mailed the package out. They then just cancelled my order

The response was quick but we would never use them again. The engineer left with the boiler making an awful noise because he had left it on maximum power which we had to adjust ourselves. He also left so many bits and pieces behind (rubbish?) that we will have to call our own plumber now in order to find out if they are actually essential. When we called the company to have the engineer back (under guarantee, of course) because we weren't sure the boiler was safe, the lady on the phone was so rude that my husband decided to call our own plumber instead of dealing with Worcester Bosch again.

Update on previous review. I have continued to ask for the Worcester-Bosch Engineers report so I can get another to rectify it and WB won't give me the report to say what is wrong with it. Now WB have said every time they come out to check it they are going to charge me, but won't tell me how much. WB are not being very helpful at all, they won't reinstate the 10yr warranty to fix something which we don't know what because they won't tell me. So before you install a Worcester-Bosch I advise you to think again!

Would never, ever recommend OVO Energy. We had a direct debit which they kept automatically updating. It was the same for about a year, and almost as soon as we cashed in the +£100 we were in credit, they increased our direct debit from £75 to £120. We managed to battle them back down to £90 but still thought it was an enormous price change given that our usage levels were only ever so slightly higher than the previous year. They refused to see eye to eye with us and then left us with a bill of almost £200 at the end of our time, and refused to let us switch without paying it in full. Absolutely astounded that as a customer who'd paid on time by DD every month, they could treat so badly. Never, ever use OVO Energy.

Avoid this company we hado nothing but problems they Estimate your bills even to when they had people reading the meter they put your direct payments up I just been told by a customer servive that made readers have only been read twice in the last two years The smart meters don't work . I can tell you the amount of time we have rang ovo And my husband has read the meters sent phone in of the meters abd still estimated bills How do company's get away with this .My husband works Harpsden and I'm just getting over a heart attack so don't need this stress. They told me that the meter readers are third party and they make mistakes they always told me that I have the wrong meter and could I take a picture of the meter I came of the phone in disbelief wondering how many more people are being treated this this .please don't use this company not unless in want a nightmare

This whole company has become a one star wasteland for nicotine. I used to smoke A Juul and never had a problem. I switched to a different device for a bit and then decided to go back to juul. Within a couple of months I had several friends tell me their juul had the same defect. It would continue to burn your pod even after you stopped taking a drag. After someone pointed this out to me, I started to notice that not only have all three of the devices I have purchased in the last two months Done this, but also that 10/10 times I buy a pack of pods they leaked everywhere. This company has become just another fraud. Used to be a reliable way to get away from cigarettes, or at-least supplement for, but now they are just a company sending out nothing but mediocracy. Thank you for all the lost dollars on your defective devices which are obviously a ploy to gain more money rather then put out a quality product.

I could (and did) waste my time on eBay searching a replacement battery & charger for my 8-year-old HP laptop. The inherent 'catch 22' in using a dying device to access the solution was fraught ; the later absurdity (how do you check battery code without taking it out? - when laptop will switch off!) caused a rethink. If (say) I was looking for a particular coffee, why was I hunting around Lidl or Aldi, when a Waitrose might be a telephone call away?? And I wouldn't have to use the dying laptop... So I Duckgogo searched. Found 'pcupgrade’s site, balked for a moment at 0844 code (why?), then saw international +44 listing. Drop the '4's, '0' in front, direct call, no premium. Straight through to Leo. Who was polite, efficient and very, very helpful. We discussed various chargers (the wattage can vary, while improving performance) and batteries. I bought one of each. The battery came by courier two days later ; the charger the day after. Leo's (and the printed) instructions were clear. Normally at 70%, the battery should be installed & run down before charging - to maximise efficiency. I did as was told, the laptop booted, showed 70%, 69%, 68%. Then the screen/laptop died. In front of my panicking eyes. I rang Leo (straight through), and he explained what my frozen brain should have realised - Don't Trust The First Reading. The taskbar meter might have said 70%, but the battery may have discharged during storage/transit. Power Up, And Wait. (Which I did, with him still on phone) Success!! Boot, display... charging. Leo repeated the advice about running battery down after it had charged ; he also gave some pointers on unneeded background programs which were maybe eating up power. He must have spent twenty minutes on the call since he first answered (and much the same with the previous initial call). Waitrose? More like Fortnum & Mason (without the mark-up). My advice: Stop wasting your time on shortcut shopping, and call the experts. Sure, you might pay perhaps a little more - but what's your time actually worth? Why waste it grubbing around for a deal, then wait fearfully for an item that may or may not arrive (or, if it's wrong - cos you've misread the infinitesimal small print - the returns post & packing BS?). And, blessedly, I have a contact. Who I trust. And why I'm leaving this proper review, rather than meaningless 'Feedback'...

I needed a replacement motherboard for my desk-top PC, PCupgrade were the only UK shop advertising the make and model I needed, so I placed the order just after 18.00 Monday evening, about 3 minuets after placing the online order my phone rang, it was PCupgrade saying that model motherboard I had ordered, was in stock but that it was a slightly different specification (actually better) than the one listed on the website, and was that acceptable? I told them it was fine, and they said they would try to get it out to me that night, and they were as good as their word, it arrived the next day. Superb service, and very knowledgeable staff, five star rating :)

It's happened more than once. A used CD or DVD item should not be damaged. There's a difference between a used CD or DVD and a damaged one. I ordered a Blu-Ray steel book. Upon arrival it looked as if someone had stepped on it and crushed the back of it. It did not happen during shipping. They would not refund shipping price. I previously received a used CD from them and the top of the jewel case was completely shattered. Bad company with crappy customer service. They know nothing about good business.

Very pleased with my shed purchase. It took a bit longer than I wished but due to Covid it could not be helped. I was amazed at how it was delivered into the yard, had a little scrape, but it was fixed later that same day and the repair was done just like new. Would definitely recommend to friends and family as a company to use. Very please with all the staff, each one I spoke with were very helpful at every stage or the order.

I purchased a leather couch for $600+ less than the exact couch was in my local furniture store. It took 2 weeks less to deliver than I was quoted locally. The product arrived when they said it would and the quality was exactly what I had seen in the local store. I was really impressed. Great communication from the customer service folks immeidately after I made the purchase to let me know the product was out of stock, but delivering soon, then regular updates and prompt delivery.

I was a little disappointed when the wheel bearings were not shipped with the tank so I contacted your customer service people and they had a replacement order processed immediately. So as I was working on the fuel tank a few days later, the bearings arrived just about the time I finished the fuel tank job. This worked out perfectly. The parts I received from your company far exceeded my expectations and beat the original equipment by a mile. The guy that was helping me with this project was as surprised as I was and ended up ordering over $500 worth of parts from you. I am 100% satisfied with my order and the service I received. To date I did not receive the order, I sent mail no response, I called them many times, once they picked my phone, and said there is delay from supplier side but was not willing to say how long. Now its more than 40 days since I ordered still no reply, if I call nobody lift the phone.

my mum had work done by yourselves end of last year. The engineer was unprofessional and did a shoddy job. My mum wasn't asked where she wanted the wire for the TV, he went ahead and drilled it into the wall at the side of the TV with a thick black wire (she didn't get asked whether she wanted a black or white wire nor where she wanted the wire, he did this without asking). now shes left with an unsightly wire sticking out the wall at the side of her TV! He made no attempt to hide the wire behind the TV where there is plenty of space and hes left her with barely enough wire for it to plug into her tv! There's a large hole left around the wire on the outside of her house and the aerial is now not working properly, leaving her without channels for hours at a time! I spoke to someone on 22nd December who told me it would get rectified beginning of this year. I have yet to hear anything. I have left numerous voicemails, text messages and Facebook messages and have been ignored so now I am resorting to this. My mum is now out of pocket £200 and it looks like will have to pay out again to get this all fixed!! Absolutely disgusting!!

I have no idea how this site is still allowed to operate like this and they don't even try to hide their scummy behaviour (they'll only respond when you call them out, otherwise they'll stay quiet. Make sure to insult them before you request your money back!). It took less than 3 days for Paypal to refund. Here's a copy of what I submitted to the Better Business Bureau: Complaint Description: I placed a call to this business about my order (number 59081) that was placed on July 18, 2012. The site stated that the order would arrive in 3-10 business days. My order items cost a total of $11.33 and the shipping and handling was $13.84. Today, July 31, 2012, the order had yet to arrive and I have yet to receive a shipping confirmation email as was stated in my original order status email. The woman I spoke with on the phone (954-965-6973) told me that there was a back-order. When I asked which item was backordered, I was told all items were on back order (Sunbeam 4-cup coffee carafe $7.99, Hartz RawHide Mini Bones $1.85, Danco Hair Catcher with Microban $1.49). I asked if truly every one of those items was on backorder, as I was very surprised. I had not received any communication of this. I asked if I could receive some kind of discount for the extra time due to the prior shipping cost. I was told that this was not an option because of the value of my order. I was placed on hold after I told her that I was not trying to be rude but I again asked could I receive a discount in exchange for not having been contacted and the shipping. The woman then said maybe I wanted to cancel my order since I was having to wait. I told her that I still wanted the items but she put me on hold when I asked if the online business was a main website for Ace Hardware or a single store...no verbal response; just put on hold for twenty minutes. I hung up the phone and called back to receive a voicemail in two rings. I called again and the woman answered. I said I was the customer placed on hold and would like to speak to someone about my order. She said you want a discount and I don't know how I can help you. I responded asking how was placing me on hold for twenty minutes helping. She hung up the phone. I called back again and she answered. At this point in the call, I had no option to even ask for a refund because she continued to speak over me. I said I do not understand what the problem is, as I had not done anything wrong. She just repeated quickly 6 times over me, "How can I help you?" and hung up again. The woman's behavior towards me as a customer to her supposed business was evasive, inappropriate, and bizarre enough that I am not planning to deal with her directly anymore.

I own the Fitness Factory Health Club in Monticello,NY. I have been in business for 21 years. This past May, I purchased a used Stairmaster 4600 from from One Shot Fitness. Prior to placing my order, I had a conversation with the owner of the company,Arun Dev. Because I own a commercial establishment, I was not only concerned about the quality of what I was buying, but also wanted to make sure One Shot Fitness was going to be there should anything go wrong. Arun explained their refurbishing procedures and assured me I would be impressed with the quality of their products. He also told me that if anything should go wrong with the piece during the warranty, they would quickly arrange to make the needed repairs. That is all I needed to hear. When the Stairmaster arrived, I was very pleased. It looked like it just came off the assembly line. It was immaculate! Just recently I had a small problem with the machine, and it needed to be repaired. I called Arun, and explained the problem. He told me to get an estimate from my regular repair guy and to send it to him. He quickly approved the work that needed to be done and sent me a check to cover the cost. Arun Dev provided everything he said he would. Dealing with One Shot Fitness has been a pleasure. In the past three years we have purchased two large Sairmasters from OneShot Fitness and both experiences from beginning to end were excellent. Arun who took are order described the plusses and minuses of new versus refurbished machines and gave us confidence in our choice. Forced to take service contract with them to keep our warranty on a new boiler. First service went well with helpful engineer. Boiler broke down in the middle of winter, no heating or hot water. Aberdeen Boiler Services said no problem and that they would have an engineer with us within a week to ten days! Local company came within hours and repaired boiler within 15 minutes. Booked second annual service and had to pay up front. Arranged to be in on the day of service only to be called the afternoon before to be told they wouldn’t be there and that the might arrive two days later!! Have arranged to be in but still no confirmation that they will come. Terrible company service. Engineers are good but not their fault. Will be dropping them like a hot potatoe after the five years is up.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS This company has a terrible reputation but my husband had had neutral experiences with them in the past so we decided to order some fish from them. We ordered 10 fish and when they arrived they were in a container so small that we assumed that they had sent less fish than we paid for. When we opened the Styrofoam container all 10 fish were in there but they were in such small bags and packed so tightly that they were all dead but two. Initially we thought they were *all* dead because the two that were just barely alive were not moving. The return policy is such that the customer is asked to push a wooden toothpick through the dead fish, take a picture and send it to the company in order to get a refund. When my husband was taking them out of the bags to push the toothpick through them, we spotted the two that were just barely hanging on. Initially we sent an email to them very distraught and explaining that all of the fish were dead. A couple of hours later we sent a follow up email with the pictures of the dead fish explaining that two were actually alive. We got an email back accusing us of lying about all of the fish being dead, explaining that we were now banned from the website because of that lie and that a refund would be processed for the fish only, not the shipping. The shipping was about $70, mind you. Awful customer service. Banning us was cute since my husband and I had already decided we would never buy from them again. The way those fish were packed was nothing short of animal animal abuse. Our poor children had to watch us unpack dead fish after dead fish. We would be crazy to order from them ever again. All of the negative comments have clearly been deleted from his website and he bans people to keep them from leaving negative comments. Don't waste your money. Just go to a local fish store and do it the old-fashioned way. UPDATE: I'm now a pathological liar according to his last email. Some of the emails he sent me went to my junk mail and when I pointed that out to them I was berated and Insulted more. These people are awful… Attached are emails of their “customer service”

I find myself returning to 'Just Gloves' on a regular basis as I am yet to find anywhere else with such a good range of products at such good prices. Whatever type of glove I require, they have a number of options available - latex, vinyl, nitrile, powdered, powder free, etc. For DIY use when painting/decorating, working on the car or cleaning up after the pets, I always have a couple of boxes ready to use. For slippery work (car oil, grease, etc.) they even have ranges of chemical resistant nitrile gloves that are textured to give improved grip, while still allowing good dexterity and sensitivity to allow you to feel what you are doing while still protecting your skin. I usually find the ordering process very efficient, with different delivery options available. The economy delivery usually only takes 2 days, and is reasonably priced too.

It is impossible to give Scotts of Stow any stars, not even one in any category. After ordering an item which was shown as in stock and not receiving it for a month I emailed to get status and was told there was a delay. I accepted this as reasonable because of the corona situation. However, after two months and the item still being shown as in stock on their website, I asked for a refund and was immediately fobbed off because the item was in “despatch process”. Three months later I complained via PayPal and gave them a poor rating on Trustpilot. Immediately someone was in touch saying they will process the refund. The refund was due this week but, miraculously, the item appeared on my doorstep this morning. I have now asked that they arrange for the item to be picked up and a refund processed immediately as I no longer want or need it. It will be interesting to see their next step. Needless to say, I will never shop with them again and will always warn others of their unacceptable way of doing business.

Order a set of plates one evening last week, within 15 minutes I cancelled the order as I realised that they are in fact illegal and cannot be added to a road car in the U.K I kindly asked them to cancel the order, 24 hours later I receive an email saying my plates have been despatched. I contacted them again asking them to cancel the order. I felt I gave them plenty of time to cancel as it was within 15 minutes of the order being placed. A week later and ive heard absolutely nothing from A1 show plates. but they've still taken the money out of my account. cowboys, I advise everyone stay away if you want road legal plates.

I LOVE my Hypervibe G-10 Mini V2. I researched extensively before buying. Hypervibe was a clear choice as they have the history, the research, and the programs to make this form of exercise beneficial for almost everybody. (Nothing is for everybody after all.) Only a slight learning curve - very intuitive. Most importantly, the company has the best customer service and support I have ever experienced. They follow up after the sale, provide an excellent manual, offer a free 30 minute private consultation to customize your workout and help with any questions, concerns or special needs you might have. I am 71, one hip replaced but otherwise in good health. Trying to maintain it. In just weeks I could feel the difference in my strength and endurance. I have had other exercise machines that became dust collectors or clothes racks. The G-10 will be an active part of my life for a very long time. Well worth the investment. I have used this company for at least four years. This time, I ordered a new design for a postcard. The postcard was supposed to be glossy UV coated, as advertised on their website. It arrived with a matte finish. Also, it was a different cardstock than I previously received in two other orders -- a lighter weight. I called customer service and asked for a reprint. They asked for photos comparing my previous order. Then they said they never got the photos, which were attached to an email. I asked for a refund. They just called me and said they can't process the refund until they see the previous glossy-UV coated cards. And they are sending me a Fed-Ex label to ship the cards. I ordered these cards 1 month before my deadline and now my deadline is a week away. I have to find another company that will do the job right. I am removing my account with this company. So much for their promise to fix the order if it's not correct... It definitely is not worth the hassle.

Terrible customer service! This is the third kit I have used now but unfortunately the paint match was horrendous, not even close I'm afraid. For a start it was supposed to be metallic and was clearly not in supplied product. Emailed customer service and got a pretty vague response and a lot of contradictory waffle. To date I have still not received a satisfactory response to this problem, been ongoing for nearly three weeks now, so I have returned the product awaiting full refund. In summary; product works well if they get the colour right. Just read the instructions and be patient. Customer service is a joke. Buy another system.

Hi. Got my kit oct 2019 and tried it out on my Obsidian Black Model S. Had several chips in front and back wheel arch. Colour match was spot on. First try wa miserable. Maybe I did it wrongly ?. Used the white cloth supplied and smeared like the "shoe polish" method referred like in the video. That was real hard since that paint dried immediately in contact with panel. Leaving layers of paint when using "polishing" method Maybe my batch of paint had too little thinner/hardener ? Using the SealAct took forever and a lot of sweat and definately not light at hand when using Seal Act. I stopped using polish method and used a squeegi I had laying around. That made layer alot more thinner for SealAct to work. Still I feel it took a lot more effort with SealAct than intended. I waited for 4min. After much effort I still feel the result is very nice

Once I’d played around to determine positioning with a Shure SM57 it was literally a 5 minute job to fit to my H&K Tubemeister 36 combo. We are currently trying to buy. Cala home in Pirton. This whole experience has been a nightmare. We are due to move in on Friday - as of today (Wednesday) the building is not ready - it apparently failed it’s building inspection on Monday. Bearing in mind we were told that we could move in 4 weeks ago if we wished this is a little late in the day to be finding that it’s got problems. We need to organise washing machine/dryer etc but can’t,. We don’t know if we’ll be living there or not (can you imagine the extra hassle of living in a house with no washer etc when you’ve got two small boy?) This is just the last in a whole catalogue of issues. Cala are usually very pleasant on the phone and are always quick to blame every and all delays on someone else. And if they promise a phone call back - forget it. We’ve got furniture packed, schools places arranged, removers booked and we’re still not sure if we’ll move - 2 days from now! Cala could not make it more stressful if they tried.

Not what you expect from a “premium house builder”. Seem more interested in saving themselves money than doing the right thing for their customers. Certainly no quality of aftercare once you’ve completed. We have snags dating back to 2017 notification awaiting rectification (they’ve agreed to the works) and a major snag reported in January 2018 which is still not repaired despite being a health and safety risk. Another major issue which will go to arbitration backed by independent contractors who have reported on their defective workmanship. Many, many hours and days expended for phone calls, emails and site visits only to be completely let down. All in all we’ve totally lost confidence in Cala Homes.

Service itself was as advertised, however: I detected over 100% CPU usage (from overclocking) by programme "expressvpnd". Of course I made sure that I was disconnected and I tried rebooting. The very high usage of CPU persisted (it was intermittent, but remained), and at all times appeared in my top 10 programmes running. I uninstalled, and the problem went away. Today I tried reinstalling (with a new download of their website) to see if the problem was with the original install: The problem returned. This is completely unacceptable, and highly suspicious. Want to protect your privacy? maybe first check that ExpressVPN isn't a form of spyware itself - or perhaps using customers' CPUs to mine cryptocurrencies. Who knows, but it's not worth the risk, the money, nor the massive cost on CPU. I was using the linux 64 version, on Ubuntu 16.04, Dell Inspiron 15z 5579, i7-8550U.

I can proudly compare them to Amazon, with their outstanding customer service, prompt communication, and easy orders. You just tell them, what you want and they do it without any fuss. Absolutely worth your money, would recommend to anyone. Skips are always on time and they send you messages after you make the order, when driver leaves the branch and even show you a picture of a full skip after. Absolutely a magnificent POS system. Great use of Apple's interface, and extremely user friendly. We've been TouchBistro users since 2012, shortly after their launch, and it's the only POS system we've had, and I couldn't imagine using another POS system. While it's not 100% perfect (what is?), it's damn near pretty close. I can make changes seamlessly; Split checks; run reports any which way. It has made and helped our small family run restaurant grow, continuously, year after year, and TouchBistro is an integral part of that growth. Without TouchBistro and the efficiency it provides, we would not be in the position we are in now. Not to mention that their customer service and personal relationships we've developed with the team, throughout the years, have helped us tremendously. We couldn't be more happy, pleased, ecstatic, with the decision to go with TouchBistro. We can't wait to see the continued growth and improvements/integrations that are in store for the future! S. We run a small Cafe & Donut shop with an ever changing menu. The ease of modifications and new item set up is great. All staff are quickly trained on this very intuitive system, with little difficulty. The numerous reports are fantastic....with the ability to customize most of them is is a big bonus. We would highly recommend TouchBistro for any small to medium sized business.
