You can get some Great Deals there. The staff are always very helpful and pleasant. The problem there is its Very, Very Dirty. The floors are always dirty. The shelves are always a mess. The Windows and glass doors are as dirty as the rest of the store. Every Dollar General that I've ever been in, is the same way, DIRTY. Must be company policy. There are times that it not just dirty, there is a a foul smell to go with it. Dollar General I guess, doesn't give a crap about its appearance.

This store stinks (Beale St., Kingman AZ). I'm sick of the constant overcharging, and increasingly restricted store hours. Of course Dollar General is the "ghetto general" of stores. But if you compare their supposed motto for customer service to the way they actually do things, they're such hypocrites. There's several things I'm so sick of I'm now going several times further to the opposite end of town to get to the next closest store. They don't bother listing the true prices. Price tags are constantly wrong, by far mostly showing a lower price than it is. You have to use their app to scan if you want any idea what you're really going to pay, and particularly for anything on sale. They raise prices, sometimes by a lot, and rarely update tags. The store already closed early, and will take any excuse to close even earlier. There's so very many things that need to be done in the day, but they're hardly open any after daylight, anymore. The pandemic doesn't demand this. They don't give a crap about customer convenience. They will hassle you repeatedly about the damn closing time, when they know full well you're already aware of it. The ill will is palpable. They don't limit quantities, so most customers can never buy basic essentials like toilet paper! Some other DG stores are better, and certain are much worse yet.

WESTGATE MANSFIELD STORE, totally incompetant team within the Mansfield store, especially "ABBEY" who is their customer complaints manager. They're only interested in reaching instore targets. Ruined our family holiday through their own incompetence, & refused to pay any compensation. We visited your lakeside branch on Saturday 25/01/2020 we exchanged some dvds for a voucher and with top up purchased a honour 10 mobile phone, after using the phone my partner noticed that the sound keep going while watching YouTube and Spotify, we new it was still in warrenty so brought back the phone on Saturday 15/03/2020 they had to do the usual checks on the phone we returned after 40 minutes to be told the phone was tampered with and the bottom right hand side of the phone had been 'pulled off' we explained that the phone hasn't been touched and because we still had warrenty we come back for you to fix it! Or a refund/exchange the staff members decided we're very rude and didn't want to help in the slightest! After reading alot of reviews on your website I have seen similar responses that it is the customers fault when the product hasnt been touched! I would like a responses and aren't checking the products correctly before being sold on and then blaming the customers for the damage! Been a member of this gym for quite a while. I find some of the people at the front desk are a little rude when you leave. Some will say goodbye and others will completely ignore you which I don’t like. Gym is good. Pool is nice, only complaint is on Sundays the swimming teacher completely takes over the whole pool with the parents and children. She is extremely loud, she shouts way too much, she even tells people to MOVE if they are accidentally in her way. I know a lot of people have complained about this to me personally while she is there. She is very bad for business, as a lot of people I know have stopped coming on Sundays. She makes it very difficult to enjoy your time there. Also, the cafe is rarely open.

My Wife and I joined the local DW Fitness First (DW) gym in Dundee in January 2019. Unfortunately after 3 months my wife started getting pains in her knee joints which got gradually worse even while taking medicine prescribed by her Doctor. The pains got so bad that she could no longer attend the gym and on 7 May 2019 she informed the staff at the gym that she wished to cancel her membership, She was informed that if she wished to cancel her membership she would require to obtain a letter from her Doctor stating the medical reason and submit an application for early departure through DW Fitness First website https://www.dwfitnessfirst.com/departure/ . My Wife obtained her Doctor's letter and submitted her completed application in full compliance with DW Membership Terms and Conditions and the procedures on DW website. DW sent a letter to my wife dated 24 May 2019 informing her that her Doctor's letter was insufficient evidence to allow for her early cancellation and requested her to arrange completion of a completely different document which they referred to as a "Medical Pack" (only one sheet) which is not included in DW Membership Terms and Conditions and the procedures on DW website. DW has continued to ignore my correspondence with them informing them that my Wife's application is in full compliance with DW Membership Terms and Conditions and the requirements on DW website https://www.dwfitnessfirst.com/departure/ . DW have also failed to provide any explanation for their mishandling of my Wife's application for cancellation of her membership. Without a doubt this is a disgraceful company to deal with. I have checked Trustpilot website and they also have listed hundreds of complaints against DW.

AVOID Unbelievably Bad Service We joined Unicom in July 2020 for our supply of electricity on a years contract. Everything was fine until in October 21 we triad to move supply as Unicom had more than doubled their charges without notice. The blocked to move saying we had signed up for 3 year, this happened several times until eventually they admitted we had only signed up for a year. We have since tried to swap to another supplier with the same argument, we have now gone to a broker who has arranged the swap over this month. thought-out all this time we have been charge at an above market rate with no sympathy or assistance from Unicom, we have continually phoned them and they have continually lied to us to drag out the swap. We are in the process of raising the matter with the Energy Ombudsman. Steer Clear of UNICOM!!!

Cancelled the business… Cancelled the business telephone/broadband contract with Unicom and went with much cheaper supplier. READ THE SMALLPRINT as there is an extortionate termination fee, and ignore the sales hype as there is MUCH better rates to be had out there. Fortunately the termination fee was covered by the new supplier. Paid the fee over a week ago but they still keep calling, writing, and texting on a daily basis asking for payment even though I tell them it was paid by bank transfer. This company DO NOT LISTEN or communicate with each other. They called again today, told them AGAIN it was paid BUT then they text an hour later demanding payment! They are now driving me mad, and I now wish I never heard of them in the first place. [Edit] 20/06/2019. Still calling me even though I have PROVED by email that we have paid. Their comment below says it all. Do a Google search on 'Unicom complaints' for the REAL truth and not rely on 'fixed' inhouse 5* ratings on Trustpilot. Trustpilot are trying to delete my HONEST review which is NOT defamatory.

My Experience with UkBride I advertised with UkBride and at first it was great but as time went by the cracks started to appear. I would like to write a full and accurate review of how I was mistreated as customer advertising on their platform. This year has been horrendous for any bride to be and its also been horrendous for my photography business at DUKE PHOTOGRAPY I have never once had any business from them but equally I could have tried harder. At the beginning I was paying for a year of advertising but did not know I was in a contract, I mean, how could I know? I have never seen the contract in my life and I certainly didnt sign anything and it wasn't made aware (but I will get to this part later) The business model is case of letting sleeping dragons lay by taking vendors bank card details and storing them in file, however they had to call me as my card details had changed, they were trying to take another years payment. So now they have my card details with no contract in place which is illegal. They rang me to take payment but when I kindly declined they said I had to because that was apart of the contract and when I asked why they didnt contact me prior to the auto renewal especially whilst we were in lockdown and couldnt work, they infomed me that business to business contracts do not need any warning on auto renewal and proceeded still trying to take payment. This year has been awful with every wedding postponed and trying to feed my poor children as this is all I can afford at the moment and despite letting UkBride knowing how difficult time was at home they still tried to take full payment untill we agreed £20 a month as a cancellation fee for 6 months. Now I am not going to lie, I lost my temper with them on the phone when they failed to show any compassion or remorse as I couldnt understand why a business would not warn me that my contract is about to renew and despite going through hardship they were absolutely relentless! I would like to point out that because I am not a key worker, I havent been working so considering we are in unprecedented times you would have thought they would have dealt with this in a better way but instead all it has done is shown their true colours They said they were going to send the contract through the post, they didnt. They said they were going to send the contract in email, they didnt. So the third time I asked, I waited on the phone until they sent it through. They sent me a contract with all my details which they filled in but they never had my signature. This for me is very unprofessional Its safe to say they haven't been able to taken payment since nor can the persue any further but now I am currently seeking a charge back from my bank and taking further action as they have broke GDPR for storing details without followng correct process and certainly not being in a contract. This is my experience with UkBride.

I received the parcel which was great BUT unfortunately, the product was in a backorder situation. This caused much concern for the delivery date. I had originally started a standard delivery method when ordered which was over a month lead time BUT the order status did not allow sufficient time before haul out. Expediting the shipment would have solved this timing issue. I got the delivery 2 days after haul out. I had to go back to packing my stuffing box via the old method but would have enjoyed the Dripless system better. So, now what to do with this Dripless Seal is the question.

On 5/17/10, I ordered quantity 2 of P#9B-0920 - Replacement for PANASONIC: HHR-P104 (3.6V 830mAh)telephone battery. Now, 4/30/11, almost one year later these batteries will not run my phone. Both died about the same time. My original batteries which came with the phone lasted 5 years. These are low grade batteries and will not buy again from Battery Depot.

So wish I'd seen this site earlier. I sensed a scam at the time of booking and then when I realised that this wasn't the official booking site and I'd paid double the cost of going directly through the DVLA site for absolutely no reason, I was gutted. My 17 year old had looked it all up, I was in a rush so just took his phone off him and paid. Big mistake. Now, following the coronavirus cancellation it looks like I have to pay all over again for the actual test. So cross. How can these people live with themselves? Despicable that they are conning naïve teenagers . . . and busy parents! Wish the stars went into negative numbers!

Before last year, I had never been to an Esthetician, let alone even know what one was. However, a district manager in my home based business gave me a card for a free eyebrow wax at the European Wax Center in Morgantown, WV. And let me tell you, it was not only an eyebrow wax, but a true relaxing experience. I loved it. The Esthetician I started with soon moved to another area of the salon and I began going to someone new. Her name is Annalissa. She is a bubbly young lady who, not only explains everything that she is doing and what it does for you, not only in a relaxing sense, but also in a hygienically aspect as well. Needless to say, I widened my waxing experience to a full array of services. This was due primarily to Annalissa. We have since become good friends. Not only for this reason, but because she is a personal professional who is excellent at her chosen career. If you live in the Morgantown area and are looking for a salon providing the services of Estheticians, please check out the European Wax Center. Although, I will continue to make my monthly appointment with the EWC, I will truly miss my Annalissa. I wish her the very best at wherever it is she finds employment in the future. I know she will do very well for herself.

I and my family paid £30 for a DIGIPASS from Picsolve at LEGOLAND. Pictures of other families were uploaded into our album on some of the rides we were on. I phoned and to bring this mistake to their attention and was asked to email about my complain. The issue was never resolved after the email and I did not even get a reply back. I have called after the email but the phone is picked up and put straight back on. I will never recommend their service to anyone at a theme park with their services.

I normally do not write reviews, but this one is so bad that I gotta say something about it. I ordered a book on Thursday 1am, and got an email from them the next Monday morning @ 9am saying they are out of stock and have to cancel my order. What kind of company is this? That they don't keep the inventory up-to-date? Holding my order for 4 days, and then sent me an email telling me its outta stock. Great! Now I'm probably gonna miss couple assignments if I can't find someone to share the book with. The last thing, when the seller's selling something that they don't have, yet still took all the information from the buyer (name, address, credit card#, etc). Don't we call that scam?? Their website should be taken off from the google market!

Either they list books in the hopes they can buy them cheaper from other vendors, or they're using their website as a scam to collect credit card numbers. Either way Google Shopping shouldn't list them.

Incredibly rude customer service. They spam you with generic SEO tips on email. When I asked to be removed from the list or get actual tips tailored to the site they canceled my account. They sent multiple rude condescending emails. Treating me as though asking to not be spammed meant I didn't comprehend working with an SEO firm. I've had my agency for nine years and worked with many other firms and agencies. This is amongst THE WORST I've ever seen a firm allow their employees to treat customers.

I received Back Yard Ocean's 8' x 26" Float to Fill Ring Pool this summer. It is a smaller-sized pool, which is perfect for my preschool-aged kids. The product itself was very well-packaged, and delivered quickly.The quality was very high as well, especially considering how affordable it is. The materials are quite durable, and the set-up was incredibly easy. We have truly enjoyed having our own backyard oasis to cool off in on hot summer days. The only downside is that this pool does not have a filter to clean and circulate the water. I suppose that is typical for a pool of this small size, though. Next summer, I plan on checking out one of Backyard Oceans larger, filtered pools for added enjoyment.

I worked with a tutor who was wonderful and I worked with another who was not so wonderful. I only worked with the bad tutor for about 20 minutes online. Although I had explicitly stated what I needed (our correspondence is in writing), he accused me of not being upfront with him and being too low-level to help (he did not charge me, as far as I know). I called and spoke to a friendly representative who sent me a list of tutors and stated she would note the bad tutor to her supervisor. I am a "nontraditional" (aka old) student who has been out of school for a long time, so maybe I am a slower learner, but I have been working really hard to be successful (I've gotten A's on my tests). I felt insulted and humiliated by the bad tutor's comments/attitude. As I stated, the first tutor was really great (it's been a while, but I think he was from WyzAnt), so I don't think the bad tutor is representative of their tutors. Even though I had a bad experience, I would still recommend the site because there are kind people who are patient and understanding out there. Don't give up, even if you're old and slow!

It works; I got some business through the site. In fact, finding students through the site was a little easier than without it. However, I still had to work very hard for those students and only about 1 out of 14 correspondences ever lead to a lesson. Most of the students I was in contact with were not even valid because the WyzAnt system is all about students placing their credit card info on file, which they're understandably cautious about. Then the site has the nerve to ask for up to 40% of my income! WyzAnt has a strange business model. They take a significant cut of your hourly rates, but set you up to meet in person. Considering this, I suspect tutors and students cutting the site out of the deal is a huge problem, at least in part justifying their apparent neurosis. They could make it a little better by at least offering tutors a more reasonable cut of the income they generate. To make matters worse, the vast majority of students I connected with through the site did not have billing info on file and were thus off limits. I ended up spending substantial time explaining the billing system to weary customers and easing their concerns only to find that most of those cautious customers found a tutor elsewhere. With all these students with no billing info badgering me to meet them anyway, I had my work cut out for me just fending them off. One day a very professional and respectful young man started with his concerns about the billing system and asking me to meet him at his school and cut the site out. I tried and tried to ease his concerns but he insisted I meet him and gave me a location. I said I'd come talk with him in person about the billing system and help ease his concerns. Within hours of this, my profile was disabled. After all those countless hours laboring for the company trying to get students to do as WyzAnt wanted, put billing info on file, this one little incident got me zapped out of the system. Talk about institutional neurosis.

I called to ask questions about the product and the man I talked to told me I need two filters to filter perfume. When I ordered online and put the item in the cart it gave me the option for the additional filter which was the same filter that came with the product. So I have the incorrect filters. He also told me that the Techno filter would fit in the Sporta. He seemed as if I was bothering him. I called again after receiving my order to get information about the mask and a woman answered the call. She told me the filters are not interchangeable for those two mask and she seemed bothered by my call also. The customer service is HORRIBLE! Both of the people I spoke with displayed POOR people skills. I will not recommend this company to anyone! This was a horrible experience for me.

Hard to find in USA other than UK for a good price. I think even your price is to high for this item on sale. Wish it had no pillow, seat pushes one forward as you rise. I turned it around. Have back pillow under legs. Otherwise will have to like it if I want a bath versus a shower.

We spent a considerable amount of time accessing different service engineer software packages and finally chose Commusoft as the one that would best suit our requirements and most importantly it could work without an internet connection all the time as we operate in an area that has poor coverage. Like all these things converting your daily working structure and habits is going to be hard and for a while counterproductive, but the staff at Commusoft have made this transition as easy and informative as possible with great communications and most importantly fast response. The software is very good to use and full of features but the proposed improvements that the new version should bring will make it even easier and faster for us to use in the future. Horrible customer service, one of the worst I've ever seen/experienced. They have no customer service # you can contact them via telephone so your only option is their email which is [email protected]. They respond back to you in a VERY RUDE manner which makes you think if they received any customer service training ever. They will not bother to assist you with any issues if you have any. I paid $12.00 to subscribe to their account. It is a one time fee but after that you get an account which you can then use to buy/sell/trade astronomy products online. After using my account for nearly 10 months, my user account without any explanation vanished. I even tried the "Forgot Password" option to email me the new one but it seemed to not work. I emailed them several times asking them what happened to my account. My account was in excellent standing with 5 star ratings and 48 positive feedback. It took me a while to build this account with its reputation. Their first response was "You don't have one" .. Just like that, no explanation, no urge to try to help me figure out what is going on, NOTHING!.. I emailed them with proof (BoFA statement of $12.00) and also several email threads of how I purchased/sold items on their site. Still no luck. They responded back saying "You have no account, End of story, Goodbye!".. Basically put they were being very rude and could not care if their customer(s) lost their accounts. I know I will never get my account back nor will I be refunded the $12.00 I paid for the account. This comes to show that they don't care about their customers because if they did, they would truly help them out. Overall, horrible experience at astromart.com and big disappointment to the customer service staff as well as the owner Herb York.

I cannot speak for any of them, but I will say that I have been an AstroMart member for almost 8 years now, and have always found my experiences here to be excellent. I have also personally visited with Herb York (owner of this site) via eMail, a couple of times, and never found him to be rude in any way; and actually very helpful in addressing a question I had. I do know that they do govern their site very carefully, and as result, I have never heard of any scamming attempt being successful here. I now have a fair bit of astronomy equipment and as I love to buy, sell, and trade with others back and forth to achieve that ‘perfect setup’, I find that AstroMart is really a major part of that. PLUS … I now have acquired several new astro-friends around the country that have offered standing invitations for me to come and visit if I am ever under their part of the sky. Again… I cannot talk for anyone else, but the facts for me are that I now have almost 300 trades with AstroMart, and all of these experiences have been nothing less than great. The shared discoveries, the amateur photos, the forum posts and all the classified postings of hard to find equipment, have made my astro-hobby so very much richer. I just want to share my experience with blue cube IT today and the reason being is bcoz I finally got a job through them and I now realize why the guy was trying to convince me so much. They promised a job and everything honestly I didn't believe it in the beginning as everyone is saying the same and as I already have bad experience with 2 companies in the past. But still I thought of giving it a try as the guy was very convincing and started the training and it started quite well and the quality is quite good comparatively with other 2 institutes from who i had a bad experience already. After the training completed things went quite formally with a technical round followed by some interviews and finally I started getting the calls that is where I would really like to thanks KEVIN bcoz he was always there helping sorting out the problems for my failure in the interviews . However I have got the job as they promised and feeling very happy. I have also read the negative reviews but I feel that everyone cannot be Satisfied as it is a competitive market anyways thank you BLUECUBE IT for helping me get a job .

Opened a claim with them that was very quickly and subsequently cancelled without any cost/ inconvenience to the insurer or any companies they appoint to assess damage - was told at the time it would be marked as a claim but not ‘pursued’ so shouldn’t affect future insurance quotes. ONE week later I had my renewal quote for home insurance MORE THAN DOUBLED because I’d ‘had a claim’ When I rang to query this, I was told this was ‘the way all insurers worked’ and that I shouldn’t have been told that it would not be classed as ‘not perused’ ???? and that it would be ‘on our insurance record for 5 years’ So angry about this as a mere phone call with no follow up action will affect my premiums with any future company (as I certainly won’t be using Swinton again!)

I have nothing bad to say about the users (buyers/sellers), most of them (9/10) are really nice and professional. The company (Tradera) on the other hand.....OMG! Once the buyers have paid it can take months to get your money and Tradera with lie right in your face about the reasons, they have no shame. It's is definitely not the same company as 10 years ago. Beware, they do not hesitate in sending you false invoices and hoping you will pay due to scare tactics. -------------------------------- Swedish -------------------------------- Handla/sälj inte här längre, det är inte längre samma företag som tidigare. I ordered 2 items from armsunlimited.com located in Henderson, NV. After receiving an email from them saying it was shipped on 2-13-2022, the tracking numbers have never updated as of today 2-23-2022. The USPS website says both have shipping label created but not received by USPS. I emailed sales department and received a reply from Agnes saying, the Post Office takes a couple of days to update after receiving the item. I emailed back and said it had already been 7 days since the “shipping” day. No response to that email. That was 3 days ago. Today, 2-23-2022, I tried calling the company’s phone number listed on the website and a recording said it was out of service. What? I then emailed sales a third time saying I wanted confirmation that it had been shipped or I was going to dispute the charges with my CC company. I also said I would be filing a complaint with the BBB. After looking on the BBB’s website, I saw there were over 40 complaints for shipping issues and refunds for non-receipt of items. I also called the 866 number that was listed as their company’s other contact point and it was a phony number that went to a promotional scam. As I was writing my complaint on the BBB website I received a phone call from the number that was “out of service”. I was told by someone named Sarah that she had seen my email and personally checked with the warehouse to ensure my order had been shipped. When I asked her about the phone number, she laughed it off saying they were having “problems” with there phone system. She then gave me the same tracking info I already had and said it was the post office’s fault not armsunilimited.com. I told her that if the USPS had gotten the package they would have updated it in the last 10 days. I informed her I would give the tracking number until midnight tonight to update. If it did not, then I was going to dispute the charges. Sarah then tells me if the items show up and I refuse delivery they would charge me a 15% restocking fee. I haven’t even received the items yet, they aren’t in the tracking system and she’s already talking about an outlandish restocking fee of something that doesn’t exist. I have ordered from this company before in December of 2021 and didn’t have any problems. Now Agnes and Sarah claimed they were short handed due to the corona virus. How is that even relevant to the conversation? Now not 30 minutes ago I received an advertisement email from them for one of the exact items I ordered for 30 dollars less and it’s in stock ready to ship. You can’t make this stuff up. I will never do business with this customer service last company again and word of mouth or internet is where you get new customers. If you are thinking of buying from this company, check out the BBB’s website. By the way, they are not a BBB accredited company. I wish I had done my due diligence before doing business with this company.
