I've ordered four wigs from CysterWigs so far, and every experience has been great. I will definitely be ordering much more from them in the future. The site is really helpful with informative information about each wig. Many times there are pictures of the wigs on someone who works at CysterWigs, so you can see what it looks like on a real person. They also have tons of YouTube video reviews that are so helpful. Their Instagram account posts pictures of their clients in their wigs...another way to see them on real people. I'm a big fan of this site and the shopping experience.

the main reason I even started buying wigs from Cysterwigs was because of TAZ's informational, upfront reviews. This store has morphed, with evident growing pains of a greedy adolescent. I lost 40.00 on a transaction - for a $230 wig with no coupons. Then they wanted another 40.00 to reorder the same wig in the original desired color. If you are not sure about a wig, don't buy here. Returns are not 'easy' but stressful, time consuming and very costly. More often than not, STOCK is 0 or low as wigs are not 'in stock' - they are only A broker. *read the fine print - as things have changed there - not for the better.

SCAM! Paid deposit to Diego at Bilberry Freight to broker someone to ship our car from Edmonton to Terrace. The shipper said they wouldn’t go that far so Bilberry said they would refund our deposit because they didn’t fulfill their end of the contract. Every word out of their mouth since payment has been a lie. They gave me false tracking info twice and my shipment is now 2 months late with no end in sight to this nightmare. Customer Service when they actually do respond just say "please wait longer". I've called the port, I've called the logistics company, I've called the trucking company...apparently they are all waiting for info from China Freight and no one can help me without their information which they refuse to give. They purposely lead you in circles so you will just give up. I run a small business that has no goods to sell during my busiest season because they refuse take responsibility or even give any kind of accurate ETA and all of my customers are screaming at me every day for information that I am not able to give them. I just found out my shipment is now being transferred onto a TRAIN and is going through TWO more destinations than it should and I'm told over and over that there's nothing I can do about it. I am now also afraid for this shipment to arrive damaged since its being transported through so many unnecessary places and through so many different companies. I have 80+ emails to them with the only ever response of "please wait longer". So unbelievably unprofessional, untrustworthy, and just absolutely useless human beings.

Absolutely will never order from them again. Be warned that they don’t charge tax till after you place your order. This would be fine if they just charged the additional tax, but no; they charge the entire order a second time. So if your order was $500, they would charge the full $500+ tax, so you could have over $1000 debited from your account but in a pending status. The charges won’t fund or clear till the order ships. Which if you have back order items like I did? Can take weeks. So you can have pending charges for weeks as well and have your money tied up unable to use. I had to call to get the first charge dropped when I got the second charge. They didn’t automatically do this, which you would think would happen. I then cancelled the order bc I was told my order wouldn’t ship for 5 weeks. Leaving the pending charges on my account the whole time. RIDICULOUS! This entire transaction was not worth it.

I placed an order two weeks ago and have been following up to see why it hasn't dispatched I was told that they need to cancel the order and resubmit it and it will take another o e and a half weeks to deliver it to Florida. And get this that's if they have it in stock. If I didn't chase them I wouldn't get this information I can't believe they run such a sloppy operation Find another supplier who tells you upfront we don't hold stock, have no idea of stock levels and will take weeks to process your order

I became very interested in essential oils (EO) and aromatherapy early last year. I found a great site for buying Unscented base lotions and started buying many of that company's EOs also. But early THIS year, I discovered Edens Garden's 100% therapeutic oils and blends, and HOW I WISH I HAD PURCHASED ALL MY OILS THERE AT THE START! Out of the many different brands of EOs I bought, Edens Garden is THE VERY BEST!! There is a distinct difference with their oils- the scent is stronger and cleaner and to me, the effects of the EOs are much more evident. Yet their prices are less expensive than the majority of the other companies. My orders arrive quickly, and along with each order, you get a booklet, "150 Ways to Use EOs". Edens Garden has about 150 oils, in addition to carrier oils. The site has information on each oil they sell, and they have 2-3 different volumes you can choose from. I'm serious-PLEASE TRY Edens Garden's oils. Compare their oils to ones you already have, and you WILL smell and feel the difference.

I can't understand the large number of bad reviews for this site. Around 16 years ago I developed bad lower back and a right hip problem. For around 7 years, specialists were useless and injections made the situation worse. I searched the I net for help and found Losethebackpain.com. I ordered a folder course for around £120, and worked through it. It was all about muscle imbalance and that's exactly what I had. A number of consultants and surgeons never once mentioned this basic problem. I followed the course recommendations and got relief straight away via pelvic stretches focusing on my very weak and stiff right side. A more comprehensive program that I did in conjunction with very good physios takes me to now (2019, around 9 years later) were my pain is around 85 to 90 % better. Losethebackpain.com significantly changed my life. Fact. I don't know whether there are other products they offer that don't work so well, but their course based around muscle imbalance was 100% accurate. With both sides of my body (e.g. calf's, glutes and pelvic muscles) now in much better balance, I do Pilates twice a week to keep my back problems at bay. I do have some disc and hip degeneration but have not needed an operation, as the main problem was weak muscles and imbalance. That's exactly what the Losethebackpain course has focused on. Great job!

First of all there is no phone number to be found at their site in order to contact them, everything has to be by email! Their return policy and customer service is ridiculous. If I had read these comments before I would have never purchased anything from them. Their system had a glitch and I emailed them to cancel an order and they wrote back saying they had cancelled the wrong order. Something so simple! Now they are sending me the wrong orders and to top that I have to pay the return shipping PLUS there is a re-stocking fee. I would never ever again purchase anything with them!

They sell items designed to care for someone experiencing traumatic surgery yet their return policy is insensitive, impractical and arduous. Let me explain. Curediva has a 30 day return policy which starts running when an item is received, even if it is received in advance of surgery. If you decide to make a return, there are many hoops to jump through including calling for pre-approval. In my mother's case, her items came 2 weeks pre-op which meant she had 2 weeks after her mastectomy to decide whether she needed the items. This was not what she needed to be thinking about in those early weeks! The items were expensive and not needed, so she wanted them returned. When we called for pre-approval, it took over a week to reach an agent. We were successful only after sending an email that we were going to contact the credit card company to reverse the charge. The experience created tremendous stress for my mother. The gifts were meant to give her comfort, not aggravation.

I am an Office Manager for a multi-doctor Dental Practice, with providers who "specialize in Cosmetic Dentistry". I have seen first-hand patients who commit their time, money, and trust just to fall very short of the expected outcome in large cosmetic procedures. Most cosmetic dentistry procedures are done by choice, in an effort to enhance one's image, smile, and possibly self-esteem. I went through the process and submitted the impressions, was told the first set of impressions were no good so I had to submit a second set, no problem. I was told they were accepted and would have a treatment preview in 3-4 weeks. It has been 5 weeks, emails have gone unanswered and requested for a refund have been ignored as well. Stay away from this scam.

Salese for dry mouth is the best I've seen - I've been taking several antihistamines for years now that have left my mouth exceedingly dry to the point where sometimes sleeping is difficult, and I have to always carry a bottle of water around. On top of that, my mouth is always inflamed and rarely feels comfortable. My dentist (whom I adore!) recommended a new product called Salese to me. Salese is a soft lozenge, which seemed a little weird at first, but once I got used to it, I fell in love with it. It lasts for a couple hours and made my mouth feel so much better. It helped the dry feeling go away and it made my mouth feel less inflamed. I've used mouthwash and mints and toothpaste and all that in the past, but they've all only helped slightly. Salese is the best I've seen and I'm so happy I've found it and I hope it can help other people too.

The breath mint that lasts for hours - I've never seen anything like it - Dentiva is a breath mint that stays minty for hours (reminds me of Willy Wonka's everlasting gobstopper...). Supposedly it also cleans your teeth, which sounds too good to be true, but I certainly hope it is since I'm addicted to these....does anyone know if I can buy Dentiva in the store? My dentist friend gave me some, but I can only seem to find it online....

I went to doityourself dental kit and had a problem with a refund. I was given a refund on September 27 of 95.00. It was sent to paypal, although I didnt have a paypal account. Paypal could not find the refund and doityourselfdental said they had done there part. I would have to work it out with paypal. They will not answer my emails now and dont take customer service calls. My next step is to report the to Better Business Bureau

I'm a relatively new subscriber to their subscription service. Their toothbrush is quite honestly the best I've used in quite a long time even if it doesn't have the bells and whistles of those $100+ electric toothbrushes you can buy at the store. Instructions are fairly straight-forward, delivery arrives on time, and its easy to take with me. The toothpaste seems to be perfectly fine and overall it is just a pleasant experience. It's also cost-effective. Would highly recommend giving them a shot; customer service is even quick.

Best dental experience I've ever had! The office is gorgeous and the staff is so friendly. Stacie was my dental hygienist and she did an amazing job on my cleaning. She was able to clean off residue from an Invisalign treatment that my previous dentist had left on my teeth when he removed the attachments. She was so nice and easy going. Dr. Chrisoula Georgacopoulos saw me for my exam. Best dentist I have ever seen. She was so knowledgeable and friendly. I've been in the medical field for 10+ years and I recognize excellent medical care when I see it. The way Dr. Georgacopoulos carried herself, handled her surgical instruments and performed my exam was top notch. I will definitely be going here again!

I took my daughter to get a second opinion for a high estimate from another local dentist. Marrissa got my daughter in the next day, and got another daughter of mine in the next day who had a molar break. They were able to save me a great deal of money and repaired my other daughters molar. Great job and a beautiful facility too.

Dr Veisman and his entire team were fantastic getting me through my implant ordeal. During the first assessment he walked me through the entire process and let me know exactly what I could expect and when and his straightforward approach and extensive knowledge assured me that I was in good hands. The surgery was textbook and the recovery took no time at all yet one of the most impressive aspects of my treatment was the fact that Dr. Veisman called me that evening of my surgery to see how I was doing. Although it was a long three months waiting for the rod to graft, I had absolutely no issues and the work was superb when my dentist came time to do finish the implant. I am very happy with Dr. Veisman's work and I appreciate the care and attention to detail that he showed over these last few months.

I decided to see dr. Veisman after reading all the wonderful reviews about him. I went to dr. Veisman's office a few months ago to get an estimate about my gum recession issues. The estimate for gum grafting for a multiple areas was for a few thousand dollars. I was very worried since my insurance didn't cover a lot of expenses. Today, I had my appointment with a different - well known as well periodontist in GTA area, who said that I have a minor gum's recession on one tooth only, and he doesn't advise to do a gum grafting procedure at this stage. I'm very disappointed with my first visit with dr. Veisman.

When I went to my dentist, she told me I have a TMJ problem. She gave me a bite plate to wear and my dizziness and ear pain virtually disappeared. I know it works because if I forget to wear the bite plate, the next day I have a slight headache in the temples. Thanks to best dentist in Brooklyn for diagnosing the problem and helping me treat my undesirable symptoms.

Staff are friendly and very helpful. I came to Dr. Rahmani with a variety of dental problems. Dr. Rahmani was able to recommend the best treatment options as well as connect me with his network of other dentists and specialists. I broke my retainers before and a friend of mine recommended me to this. At first, I was really hesitant using this but a lot of people were really glad of their product so I give a try. It was painful at first, but you get used to the teeth moving. I only wear it at night and it really worked! It is easy to use and it works exactly as described. They ship the bands so quickly. Just follow their steps and directions accordingly. Now, I can smile confidently in my photos and goodbye to my teeth gap :D

I came across OrthoFill 4 weeks ago from the time I am writing this comment. And, shocked actually at how convenient and effective it is. My boyfriend was always embarrassed by his smile because of the gap in his upper central incisors. I purchased bands from Orthofill then voilà! Three weeks onward, his confidence rose up instantly. Was Told the driver was off in 26th (really!) was promised it would be collected on 29th to be delivered on 30th as it was a birthday present. Now it is 31st and parcel is still here and have been on phone for 40 minutes and still waiting to speak to someone. Thought I’d give them a 2nd chance after they lost my 1st parcel whilst it was travelling between 2 depots. Will never use them again. Phone just been cut off after 45 mins.

Ordered items from Marks and Spencer’s on a Friday evening late for next day delivery but would be delivered on Sunday, checked to see Hermes will be bringing it so read the reviews about them and became quite concerned regarding negative reviews. Informed by Hermes parcel will be delivered between 1pm - 3pm Sunday. It was delivered approx just after 12 noon by a pleasant courier.

I am in shock and awe at how badly Royal Mail have treated my complaint. They delivered a parcel addressed to me to an address 0.7 miles away. 3 weeks later, after spending hours on the phone, requesting call backs that did not materialise and emails which have been ignored, I have discovered that I have been passed over for the Postal Review to deal with, whom, are not responding to my emails and are apparently nothing to do with Royal Mail even though they have a Royal Mail email address! Royal Mail will not admit that they have mis-delivered the parcel, they try and direct me to claim from the seller who will not entertain me because the tracking info says that the parcel was delivered. I am just absolutely disgusted in the lack of action, the inability to take responsibility for your mistakes, in fact, the the inability to have done anything to resolve the situation at all.

A document (envelope) was being shipped from Canada to Australia. For whatever reason it was went through the US via Memphis and Honolulu on the way to Sydney. It made it all the way to Sydney only to be recalled by the US (before they delivered it) for some reason. The US said that my document failed to clear customs...Yet they let it leave the US and enter Australia. I call the customer service number and get nowhere. I ask to speak with someone in Australia and they don't have anyone local who I can speak with. I needed to call back 3 times before anyone would attempt to help me (unless you call them back, they never call you). Now my document (which we paid priority international shipping rate so it would arrive fast) is being sent back on a slow slow slow economy speed back the US for them to have their customs people review it. I am beyond frustrated with FedEX and their service. They have no consideration for the stress they place on their customers. To add insult to injury, the fact that they had my document on Australian soil, only to send it back to a country which it did not originate from is ridiculous. The whole situation is bizarre as the document is by no means illegal and really is only valuable to me. Oh, and I did send it as a document on the forms (which were all completed correctly), so there really shouldn't have been a customs clearance issue to begin with. It's also odd that the return to sender (Memphis US even though it was shipped from Canada??) tracking number shows the envelope is heavier than when it was received in Sydney. Overall extremely unreliable service and is not suitable for time sensitive documents.

The package never left the country due to Covid19 and was stuck in Sydney for 2 weeks. They eventually returned to package to me but I was changed Fair bit. After few phone calls I was finally issued a credit note which I don't want. I want the money refunded onto my credit card. This has been going on for 2 months.↵(ended up using DHL for almost half the price and it has been delivered)

Do not shop with Tokyo laundry! If you need to then look on amazon, eBay and other retailers selling the product . The customer service is appalling , 0 communication. Delivered my parcel to the wrong address. Hermes actually left it in the middle of a street and told me it was posted through the letter box. I mean this could be my word against there’s but they even took a picture of my item in the middle of a road in the pouring down rain. Yes this is Hermes, and I know Hermes have a bad reputation for this, but Tokyo laundry refuse to claim responsibility for this. Spent £51 on a coat and a pair of socks I never received with no refund. Merry Christmas and please be aware of the risks shopping with Tokyo laundry!
