Quality is poor; silk underwear bobbling and becoming threadbare at the seams after just a month of normal wear and gentle washing. Considering how expensive they are, this is very poor show from a company who portray themselves as high quality. When I sent them my comments they responded with a standard, lukewarm, corporate-speak email. Very disenchanted and would not purchase again.

Although the quality of Patra's silk products are just about satisfactory, (i.e not great since their underwear doesn't stand up to washing very well and becomes bobbly and eventually threadbare after a number of washes), the real problem is their dispatch service: - absolutely hopeless! Expect a wait of between 7 to 10 working days between placement of order and delivery; - what company in this day and age takes that long to process a simple of order of 2 pairs of underpants?! And what delivery service are they using when they state that their "normal delivery" takes between 3 and 5 days following dispatch? (1st class post will normally get to its' destination after 1 or, at worst 2 days). All in all, given the fact that Patra products are far from being cheap, they do in fact offer a pretty useless commodity.

Whenever I go shopping in Boyes it brings a smile to my face. Being a shopaholic I often spend, spend, spend. There is a great selection of products to choose from. There's something for everyone both young and old. In this shop I can easily lose myself because there's so much to see. I often go into this shop because I find it therapeutic as I suffer from Bipolar disorder which is good in a way because my favourite hobby is to spend, spend, spend. In my books, Boyes is no 1.

went to boyes whitefriagate hull to be followed by a security guard im not a thief and he made me feel uncomfortable this security does not need to be there if hes like that just because you dont wear shirt and tie your classed as a theif remember the posh can be theifs not ordinary people just because you work and have bit of power it goes to your head you made me feel i dont want to shop there again im 56 and not got a criminal record you made me feel i had inwhich its wrong to make a customer feel that way considering i spent £35 in store if you want will bring receipt in to show you im no alcholic no druggie thanks

Absolutely appalled by the service I have received. Ordered the Las Vegas wallpaper but it doesn't match in a lot of places but does in others. They have said it has been put up incorrectly. I've sent pictures and videos to show how bad it is and asked how it could have been put up incorrectly if it matches in some places and not others but they either ignore you or blame you. Appalling customer service. 6 weeks I've been trying to get a refund and they said that I can have a new one at cost when the goods are FAULTY. Disgusting!! I don't see why I should have to pay for it to be taken off and put back up again when it's their fault. I've never had such problems with a company before. The website says 'edge to edge' but its not. You can also see the white lines down the paper. PLEASE AVOID this company.

I have never bought trousers of such a bad quality. Wore them first day and saw that the pockets started ripping. Sew them. Wore two days, the holes became even worse. Was really disappointed paying 26£ for the pair of trousers that ripped on my ass straight after I dropped on the floor a lid and tried to get it. Funny but sad. The worst quality I had ever seen in my life. I do not think there would be any more attempts to go shopping in pull&bear. If you want to spend your money wise - spend it on jeans&trousers that are more expensive in better shops that would serve you longer and would be in excellent condition.

I placed an order and two days later, they emailed me to tell me that my prescription had correctly expired. I asked them to hold the order for another week until I could get a new eye exam. After that, I was able to email them a copy of the prescription and they shipped it out immediately! Very, very helpful and kind customer service. I was very pleased at the price as well! Will definitely order again. The only gripe that I would have about the entire process was that while shipping was fast (took 4 days via USPS), there was no tracking number

I ordered an annual supply of Proclear Daily 90 pack contact lenses from 1800anylens because it was the cheapest price I could find after performing an online price comparison. 1800anylens saved me over 150 dollars on these lenses, and I was pleasantly surprised to receive them just 3 days after placing the order with free shipping. The only problem I encountered was that 1 of the boxes was already open when I received the shipment, so I immediately contacted customer service requesting an exchange. I was concerned that they would give me a hard time, but instead, they merely asked me for the prescription of the open box and stated that they would send me a complimentary box! I did not even have to bother shipping back the original box! I am a 1800anylens customer for life!

Very disappointed by Carpisa! I bought a new handbag in December and a few screws came off between February and April. I wrote to Carpisa to get replacement screws, but they wrote back that they could only offer me free shippment on a new purchase and would not send me any replacement parts. Very disappointing! Failed to deliver my item. They blame it on the courier. Ordered a 110 EUR suitcase 40 days ago and still don't have it! I was travelling in a foreign country and needed a suitcase fast, but never got any sign of it. I kept contacting Carpisa asking when am I going to get it (and now since I left the country before getting the suitcase in a local shop I simply want my payment back). Because Carpisa kept ignoring my messages, I contacted my bank and am now awaiting their confirmation for a credit card chargeback. I do not recommend Carpisa! They looked okay (they have a lot of shops worldwide) but their e-delivery and customer service seriously has problems...

I made a card with a photo. I had made a mistake with a word and would have been able to have corrected it when I noticed the error on confirmation email.Also a photo on the back cover did not download even though it was showing on the card before I ordered it. I received the confirmation email 6 hours after the order was received and so the card had already been dispatched. I was told by the Moonpig rep that this happens with Macs and was offered a 50% discount on resending the card. This was a sympathy card so that was not an appropriate result. He also recommended that next time I check with them once I send a card from a Mac for confirmation. Next time I'm using Apple.

I was very happy with my Honda Key Chain. I just got a New-to-me 1984 Honda Nighthawk and wanted a Honda key chain. I like the leather, and the engraving is a plus. I put my name and phone number on it in case I lose it. However the engraving is hard to read, seems it needs to be darker, and it could of used a few more spaces since my phone number looks like this 555-2223333, with no room for a second space to separate the 7 main digits. But overall it was what I was looking for and at a price I was happy with and it got here real quick

I own several pairs of Corso Como shoes and I'm truly in love in each and every one of them. The design, quality, style and comfort - are superb! This was my first time purchasing a pair from Corso Como website. Along the way, I had few questions regarding my purchase and the customer service was amazing! The pair I purchased is gorgeous! I just needed to size up half a size and the customer service was absolutely the best! Now I can't wait for my wedges to arrive so I can wear them until the very end of this warm season! I am loathe to tick even 1 star. 0 would be far more appropriate. I purchased a black glitter jacket to wear over the Christmas holiday. Whilst I expected there to be some shedding of the glitter, I certainly did not expect to cover myself and everybody around me plus the carpets and furniture. The shedding was so excessive that I had to return home to change into something less embarrassing. The staff in the Burton-on-Trent store were obviously speaking from a well rehearsed script to address this problem as was the person who answered the phone in your customer services department. Fortunately I still had the label that was attached to this garment and managed to find the stick on notice that customer services mentioned, well hidden might I add in the inner fold that the glitter may transfer. Definitely not a part of the original printed label, so I assume this is something you have done to cover yourselves from what I can only imagine to be numerous complaints. As Scrooge would say, "Roman Originals, bah humbug." I will never shop in any of your stores again!

Firstly, they have everything on their website as stocked, you purchase your product and then you'll get an e-mail 2 days later stating that your item is out of stock. So all the best chasing them up via e-mail for a refund, because you'll end up sending e-mail after e-mail without them resolving anything. As for me, I've had to escalate a claim through PayPal and now am waiting for my refund, they should have just refunded me immediately when the item was out of stock. This has been a horrible experience. In my opinion, look elsewhere when looking to get cigar accessory products or similar.

I ordered a weekend bag off HotRef as it was 1/3 the price it was on Amazon. At first, I wasn't sure about the order as I had never dealt with HotRef. But I took a chance and am glad I did. Not only did I save about $50, but the package arrived 3 days later (8/28). A day later than Amazon Prime would've gotten it there, but, again, $50 cheaper. Exact item I ordered, no problems with description of the product or what was sent. The only problem I had was that I wasn't provided shipping information until a few hours AFTER the package arrived. Granted, there wasn't a problem in this situation, but I'd be lying if I said I wasn't a little concerned between the order date and the arrival. Excluding that tracking issue, nothing but high marks. 5 stars for HotRef. 4 for their shipping due to that minor issue.

Took over a month to get here. I can't say they deserve a one star but I've seen better products. My daughter did enjoy some of the stuff but a couple of things had leaked during shipping. Think I'll stick to the U.S. store if she needs something desperately but I'll more than likely buy some place else when it comes to holographic. It took forever for me to be able to track my package. I was getting really frustrated by the end and my package sat at one place forever, but then it showed up on my door step. I like to be able to track my package no problem when I order stuff online. So with some of the stuff leaking and some of the products worthless and the lack of tracking, I'm giving them 3 stars. Good luck to anyone that orders from them.

Having ordered late on friday night, paying for ONE DAY delivery, 24 hour tracked and not receiving the item until 3 days later is a rip off, especially when I had already qualified for free standard delivery. Thier customer service was appalling, I was made to feel stupid that I hadnt read in between the lines by the other option of "guaranteed sunday delivery". I was basically told by "Lydia" to go shop elsewhere in future if I want more reliable service. Absolute joke.

Free international shipping to Israel (starts over 30 pounds), quick shipping - usually it came in less than 3 weeks, which is awesome for Israel. Discreet package, which is comforting. Really great choice of items. And very helpful reviews. Also they have very helpful video and text instructions on different types of items, I found a lot of new information for myself. Great sales all the time. Amazing gifts - I got vibrator worth 39 pounds for free! And it is an amazing Rabbit, I am really happy with it! Their website promises they ship the next day; a week had passed by and no sign of my package coming. The strange part is that you cannot even track your oder like you can with most websites. Sketchy. Anyways I emailed them through their contact me page, never received a response. I had received my order almost two weeks from the original date I had purchased it on. The packaging looked like they carelessly put it together and I looked inside and my order was thankfully right. I cannot complain too much because they did throw in some sample bronzers which put a smile on my face, however I bought the Snooki Ultra Dark tanning lotion. The top has a bedazzled strip, but it was placed noticeably unevenly to the point where the nozzle wasn’t fully screwed in to the bottle. The lid was a little bit open in before I even took the plastic wrap off. Very messily put together and a long wait for a next day shipping promise. Will never order from this website again.

i've been buying from this website since 2012, I always got my orders in full, and this year ( 2019 ) I placed an order, 3 item was short shipped and I still got charged!!! and I cant find anyone to reply my email nor on the phone!!! so there! I lost $45 USD there!! now gonna try to get Palpal involved but i don't think i can get my money back, PayPal says protects BUYER but they actually protects the SELLER ( that was my experience with PAYPAL)

I bought a dress from IfitDress in a size 4, and it came fitting horribly, far off what any normal size 4 would fit. I tried to return, but the rude stagg at IfitDress told me I needed to take pictures of my daughter (who is underage) in the dress before they would accept a return. I would never send such pictures in a poorly fitting dress that shows a lot of skin to a bunch of potential perverts in China. NEVER BUY FROM IFITDRESS.COM !!!

We bought 3 birthday cards from Clinton’s in Braintree. However due to unfortunate circumstances the birthday was missed. We have been using this shop for over 20 years. Felt sure that they would take the cards back as in perfect condition still in the plastic wrapping and Clinton’s bag with the new logo. Now bare in mind that they ask you at the till if you want the receipt to save paper I also didn’t want to just chuck all that in the bin. Saving the environment and all that? Also I assumed that customer service would be top notch as aren’t we meant to be saving the High Street stores? No chance. So I rang customer services feeling my complaint on all these levels perfectly valid. What a joke. The girl couldn’t hold a conversation how on earth she has a job in customer services. Probably getting paid peanuts......Using MOONPIG every time from now on. Don’t even have to bother leaving the house! Well done Clinton’s. Looks like you are doing a brilliant job. Remember that time you where all nearly made redundant? Watch your backs!

Went into Clinton's at the mall in Bristol this last weekend. 2 assistants were at 2 tills, one on her mobile phone the other serving a customer. Once the customer left it was my turn. The girl hardly spoke to me instead she carried on a conversation with the other girl about doing extra hours: the girl who was on her mobile said one of the girls she interviewed and offered a job to didn't show up so she could maybe have those hours. In between their conversation the cashier asked if I wanted a bag. She then told me the amount and asked if I'd like stamps. I said no. She continued talking to her colleague whilst my purchase was progressing. I almost had to stretch over to get the receipt! Shame because Clintons have a fab selection of cards....they just need to up their service to avoid losing customers!

Ordered 25 small pins for my grandson’s second grade class on Monday, March 25. On Thursday, company notified me that order would ship on the next day, Friday, March 29. On Friday, March 29, I was notified that, nope, the order would ship on Monday, April 1. I contacted the company by phone, spoke first to Jessie and was transferred to Madeline. The purpose of my call was to cancel the order inasmuch as I needed the items by Thursday, April 4. Madeline, a very pleasant young lady assured me the order would be sent second day air on Monday, April 1, to arrive by Wednesday, April 3. I agreed and on Tuesday April 2 I received a package from the company. Absolutely, the WRONG item. Once again I called the company, spoke with Madeline and was told there was nothing they could do. However, Madeline pressed on and spoke with her contact, and was told that he would ship the order overnight mail the next day to arrive on Thursday, April 4. Nothing was shipped. Somebody dropped the ball, it was a small order but apparently commitments don’t seem to mean anything. I am left with 18 disappointed 2nd graders. No way to run a company.

I am still waiting for my refund of £22.70, it has become a nightmare, no one from the Company deals with the problem. As a last effort, details are Customer Number A4416349. Original order was goods BF155A6 &G07553A posted 09 Oct '17. I was asked to prove my cheques had arrived,by Usman Ahmed, Customer Service @ Manchester. I sent proof and have Royal Mail delivery signature. No response, not even an Email! 20Nov'17 received from Mr.Swindells, ref.RE07/A/101 a refund of £5.91. of my second cheque, so if this was traced, why could they not find my £22.70 cheque?? This is the worst experience of mail order, never again.

My order had not arrived after 14 days. I phoned H of B and was told that the vinyl tablecloths were out of stock. When I phoned customer services the phone was not answered, so I then got through to sales. The phone was answered promptly. The tablecloths were in the sale at a third of the full price. I asked, and also wrote to ask, why there was no system in place to inform cusomters if an item was not available. I had to make an expensive phone call to find out where my order was. I ordered my items by post and enclosed a cheque. I was asked if I wanted the company to retain my money against a further order. I said that I had no intention of ever ordering anything from H of B again. My payment was returned in the form of a cheque. I did not receive an answer from customer services as to why I had not been informed that the item was out of stock. Strangely in the next catalogue that arrived the same vinyl tablecloth was offered at the full price. Perhaps it is always out of stock when it is in the sale. Never again.

CXT Software has worked out great for our local delivery division. Once we learned how to create different rate charts for each customer the billing process is almost automatic. Our dispatchers love the dispatching procedure, our drivers work well with the program on their phones and our billing department is extremely happy with the time saving billing. We are very happy with this software and we don't even use half of the possibilities they offer.

Amitiza was withdrawn from the UK market, but I was able to source it on Kiwi Drugs.com. My daughter responded well to this drug and I was out of options as the alternative drugs were not effective. So I purchased the medication from the pharmacy Kiwi Drugs. To be brief my review of Kiwi Drugs will include the following comments: deception, swindled, abusive, offensive, irresponsible, trickery! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! They are also listed as a rogue pharmacy and high risk. I purchased the four person infrared sauna for two reasons: #1 I could lay down fully on the bench (I am 5' 2") #2 I can do hot yoga in the unit. There is plenty of room for both. The united arrived within one week. Great price and great customer service when I called to have one of my questions answered. The unit heat up to 140 degrees within the first 10 minutes. Set-up of spa took approximately 2 hours from start to finish. LOVE!!! Wish I would have purchased sooner.

a driver attended our address on Friday, asked if a person lived here. Driver was told no person lived at the address under that name. Asked to check the package to see, just in case we could recognise who it may be from or to who. The driver said, ‘it doesn’t have your name on it, there must be a mistake. No it’s not yours. I drove a long way for this’. Driver left in a huff. On Monday the item was left on the front step of our house. Item was open and it was food for someone in the house hold as a present. The item was marked fragile, however when opened it looked like it’s been thrown around and not handled with care. Go Logistics contacted and claimed, “someone told them off on Friday.’ Laying blame for there error. Do not use this service.

I stayed home all day waiting for a parcel. I hear the truck I run downstairs and he didn’t even bother to ring the doorbell or even come to my doorstep. My car was out the front it’s clear I was home. He rocks up at 6 pm so I couldn’t call head office. Very mad worst courier service ever!

They were supposed to pick up a Dyson vacuum cleaner on 30 December 2014 but there was a no show. Called up and they said the booking was made too far back (2weeks before pick up date) and so the drivers couldn't be bothered looking up the job and missed it. Rebooked the pick up on 31 December 2014. Waited the whole morning and no one turned up. Called again and the staff said that the driver wasn't picking up the phone so she couldn't tell me when he was going to come. The staff said she will call me back but she never did. Called again and the staff said the driver was not picking up the phone again so he couldn't do anything about it. At the time of writing, I am still waiting for them to turn up, but not sure when, or whether they will at all.

I've had to deal with this company on 3 different occasions in 24 days.... not by choice. Consistently late in both delivery and pick-up of orders. Poor customer service if it inconveniences the courier in the slightest way. Had to take a tv up a flight of stairs.... and back down.... with a knee injury, because the courier didn't want to leave the foyer. Today's delivery still hasn't arrived, after being told it would be here 3 hours ago. The pick-up point is 2km away. Additionally, I've been trying to phone for the last hour. "Friendly after hours staff" do not exist.

I ordered two packages a few days ago and it is being shipped to canada via landmark. It is disappointing that there is no one to contact. I made an error when purchasing . I made an error in entering the postal code when making the purchase, I entered the following postal code V3R1K7 when in fact the postal code is as V5A 4Z1 Can this please be updated? I want to make sure it goes to the correct location. The tracking numbers are PS0004270540106841 and PS0004270540106891. We used this company to ship a pallet from Perth to Sydney and I booked their 2-3 day service and it took 15 days to get there and I had to make numerous calls and send emails everyday to locate my goods because they kept saying it was out for delivery. I had to follow up with the actual freight company Freight Exchange used as they couldn't tell me where my freight was! Absolutely the worst company ever, no communication and did not even care where my freight was! Do not use!!!!!!!

PLEASE READ IN FULL - DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR BUSINESS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE!!! We moved from central QLD to Brisbane. Had paid a deposit two weeks prior to the move date. ORIGINAL Moving day (Thursday)we get sent an email asking for an extra $300 with no explanation and head office not answering calls for 3 hours. We were told they would be there first thing in the morning. 1PM rolls around and still no phone call or sign of them, or answer to phone calls from head office. Phone call made to the actual labourers and they said they didn’t know what time they would be there. Gets to 5:30 and we call them again as they haven’t arrived, they inform us they won’t make it today and will be there first thing tomorrow. (Friday) Tomorrow morning comes and still no sign of them. Called them - still unsure what time they will arrive. They arrived at about 1:30PM. My partner had to help them load the truck to ensure it was done in a reasonable time. They did not leave until 5:30. THEY DID NOT HAVE ENOUGH ROOM IN THE TRUCK for all of our belongings despite quoting prior because they did an impromptu job on the way to our house!!! Keep in mind we still need to drive our two cars to Brisbane (6 hour drive) with a baby and two cats. We also have to clean our sold house before leaving. We did not get to leave until 8pm that night. We then get told we will not get our stuff until Sunday. As all of our belongings are packed away and only enough left out for two nights, keeping in mind the original move date was Thursday, we have no belongings to last another night and need to purchase extra clothes, items for us, food and baby. We did not receive our belongings until MONDAY at 4:30PM. Brand new rental, multiple walls damaged, door frames chipped. No accountability whatsoever from the company and we are out of pocket $600 for the repairs. On top of all this the rest of our stuff had to be moved by a different removalist that we had to pay for, no compensation offered. Not a care in the world from The woman at head office. Completely incompetent, uncaring, inconsiderate and sad disgusting poor excuse of a business. I would give them -100 stars if I could and I will never recommend anyone to use this company. They should be ashamed of themselves. DO NOT BELIEVE THE 5 STAR REVIEWS THEY ARE FROM FAKE ACCOUNTS!!!!!

We moved a two bedroom apartment from Sydney to Melbourne. They charged us $2000, $500 lower than the other company. In the beginning they kept phoning us to book them and would beat every other price quote. We should have been suspicious then. They told us they would come on Friday and would deliver on Saturday. On Tuesday, they called us that they would come on Sunday and deliver on Monday. On Thursday evening, they told us they were coming tomorrow (Friday)! We should have cancelled them there and then. My husband and I stayed up all night to complete the entire packing. On Friday, when they truck arrived, they did not have an inventory list of items which we had sent to them a month before. The driver made a list there and then. Finally they announced they don't have enough space to carry all of our luggage since there was already two people's houses' stuff in the truck. They fitted the TV inside our car and we had to leave behind a cabinet, pots, side tables and our full toilet and kitchen accessories behind since they had run out of space even though it was a massive truck. The driver then told us it was no way our stuff would be delivered on Saturday. Nobody from the company answered our phones at all even though we were calling them during business hours. We started calling them on Saturday first thing in the morning and they did not respond to any of our call. During mid-day they simply sent a text saying it would be delivered on Tuesday without giving any reason. We waited until Tuesday and they sent us a text saying it would be delivered on Wednesday. On Wednesday they sent us another text saying it would be delivered on Thursday. They have taken the full payment and have refused all our calls. They simply send us one-line texts and have made zero efforts to apologise. I am completely scared of the state in which the furniture would be delivered based on the reviews others have left of this company. I have attached the photo of my TV which we had to carry in our car since they ran out of space. Update: After this review, they delivered the items immediately. They started their truck from Sydney after this review. The truck arrived in Melbourne. Some of our stuff was wet, the mattress was very wet and dirty and the mattress protector was off. The bed frame was missing its side frames which connect the head board and foot board. They stored our things in a warehouse where it's likely our things got misplaced. Our bed is completely useless now. We have asked and searched everywhere for this replacement part but it is not available. I would highly recommend not to use these guys for moving. We had to buy another bed suite just because of these guys so we could move into our house since we had been living for a week in hotels due to these guys incompetence about fixing dates. Update to the update: It has been now 15 days since they said they would re-deliver the missing bed sides in the next run. However, they have failed to deliver them after repeated emails. They only want us to remove this review. The bed is completely useless with the matching side tables and we cannot even sell the parts or get the missing parts separately. I have no option but to report them to the ACCC

From day 1 our experience has been a complete disaster. Apartment covered in thick concrete dust from ceiling to floor on settlement, kitchen cabinets needing multiple replacements to get right, car parking encroached by air conditioners & storage cages, intolerable noise from other apartments. After 4 attempts by these baffoons to hang a bedroom door that would not stay open we gave up live with it. My wife will not have them in the home again, just no respect - filthy boots, knocking walls & doors & obviously zero skills. Any complaints are met with the same old tied line "it complies". Worst decision we ever made.

After having a HORRENDEOUS experience with another van company (AnyVan) who botched my delivery time slot, had a driver who wouldn’t speak to me but only via his colleague (who did all the lifting, even though I paid for a 2 man service), and then delivered my items to the landing (instead of the floor up which I had booked)... I got onto google at 15:15 pm to try salvage the day and get my move completed (the other van also refused to take some items outright even though I had email proof for paying an additional charge for this because it didn’t register on their system. Long story short - I booked with ePenny, had the driver help me carry and load everything up to my flat, had a lovely chat & lift to the new flat, and got an additional 10% discount on future trips. Can not recommend highly enough. Patrick, Chris - thank you for saving the day.
