I ordered an item and it was supposed to be delivered in 3-5 days. 10 days go by and no item. I messaged them twice before I received a response and then I got a snotty response with the link for my tracking number for the item. When you go into the link it says it had been delivered 3 days ago. So I messaged again and included a screenshot of the tracking stating it was delivered. I got a crappy response back with more excuses and telling me I could not receive a refund because it was still in transit. Horrible customer service and crappy business practices.

Wow. Needed to upgrade my brass knobs on doors and my hinges, this site was easy to find what I wanted and it was here in a couple days. Customer service solved a problem within minutes ON A SUNDAY. I could not be more happy with my order, this website and the quality - and the price is WAY below big box stores!

Tried ordering over the phone like I was advised to do, but ended up having to order online because waiting for a reply concerning if the product was still available and if I was eligible for a military discount took well over two weeks........Since my project is on a rather tight timeline I ordered online. Two of the "j" channels were damaged upon arrival, at this point however I'll make due with the damaged product.

The website is not easy to use. When I enter the item number for something I previously found, sometimes it brings up thousands of options when there should be one. I persisted dealing with it because our kitchen designer recommended it for good quality at reasonable prices. I did receive the pulls and knobs I ordered in a very timely manner. They arrived well packaged and the ones I opened are in good condition. I was concerned that 2 knobs I received were packaged with different names even though they had the same item number, but they were exactly what I ordered. Website needs work, but price and quality make it worth the effort.

Wide selection at competitive prices. Knobs and pulls are a good solid weight. I chose the Dakota Tuscan Bronze. I have ornate bronze light fixtures in the kitchen and breakfast area. I wanted a simplified design for the knobs and pulls. The color is a perfect match. I could not be happier with my selection. Also, the packaging of the order was extremely good.

Easy website to navigate. I think the advertisement side needs to address the average consumer better. I searched YouTube for a long period of time trying to find a solution to a fresh water drain valve leak. The only other option I was able to find was spin welding which is not available in my area. If this was marketed as RV fresh water tank repair I would of found it quicker. Just a suggestion.

Ordered the item on 04/30, the website says that it would ship in 24 hours. As of 5/4, it had not shipped. When we called, they just said theyd have the manager go yell at the warehouse guys. That doesn't really help as we needed to install this weekend. Hopefully, re-ordering will actuall y ge the item shipped promplty this time (I need tracking info so I know when to open the gate on the driveway)

We're a small museum that has a portable air conditioner on the second floor of our historic home (house where Thomas Edison was born). We needed replacements for the intake and exhaust hoses. It took me quite a while to find what we needed. At the end, did consult with rep by phone. Ducting for our use is much more expensive than anticipated; for our budget and the total price we paid for the portable air conditioner.

The "Let's talk!" feature kept popping up and rapidly became annoying. I kept closing it but once should have been enough - I did not want to chat! Also, I had to fill out my name and address twice on the order form as it somehow lost everything I'd entered as soon as I selected a method of payment. The Google payment page encountered an error so I couldn't pay that way. The terms and conditions page was "not found" when I tried to read that. All in all, a rather cumbersome process to check out. On the other hand, I did find the knobs and handles I wanted.

In late 2008 we purchase a home in the mountain region of Northern California, being from the bay area we had never had to deal with wells and septic before so we were very cautious we had had our septic pumped out as suggested after three year. Big mistake! Within the first year after, we started having problems, we used ever product we could find at our big box stores but it only worked for short periods. In 2013 we were faced with having to have our septic replaced or repaired, they weren't sure and would only know after digging up the lines. I was going to cost literally thousands of dollars, we were sick about it! I got on the computer and did research for a few days until I came across New Tech Bio. I was impressed! I contacted them and told them the problems we were facing and was told they truly believed the products they had chosen for me would work. I was reluctant because it was going to cost almost $500.00 but then I was facing thousands of dollar in repair or replacement and he all but guaranteed me they could help and they'd be there along the way. BEST DECISION I HAVE EVER MADE!!! It took about four month total but got a little better every month. We haven't had a problem since but I'm reordering and doing the same treatment just as a precaution as I will never have the tanks cleaned out again. New Tech Bio is my go to for everything septic. They have awesome customer service and an undeniable product line that puts all the others to shame. Bite the bullet and try it, you'll love it. We sure do!

Great product..Got our old cesspool system working again! Been using this product for a few years as part of our maintenance program. Works wonders..I recommend to everyone who has septic issues. Really, stay away from harsh cleaning chemicals going into your system and this NT MAX will do wonders. Don't waste your money on box store products. Like most, I was very hesitant at first to purchase this product due to sticker shock. Now I am a returning customer! Contact these guys, they will get you working again or start a preventive maintenance program. I have dealt with Corey and Rob at New Tech, and they are both great people to work with!!

Ordering on line was good. one problem Was the street 90 was not a factory part it was cut down and a nipple was glued in. This reduced the pressure rating of this fitting and also increased the dimensions of the overall size. I asked for the proper fitting and was told they did not exist. I know for a fact that they are available. I also asked your rep for factory certification of pressure and factory approval of this fitting. This I did not receive. I Wish I saw their rating before I purchased from them. Terrible customer service, the absolute worst, they sent the wrong vacuum and then charged me a restocking fee, btw it too them a month to refund me for the wrong vacuum they sent me. Pretty cool device but I think it is really scammy how they make you buy one and get one free for 3 payments of $39 bucks while advertising a $14 free trial. Give me a break.... free trials are all over the internet now. Too bad companies resort to such marketing techniques to sell their products rather than letting the product speak for itself. Having said that...it really is a solid product and better than a traditional flat iron.

I bought one thinking yay I won't have to spend so much time on volume for my flat hair...I was wrong if you have medium to short hair it doesn't give it the body it needs because it doesn't get a curl all the way around.If you have long hair it will do much better.Medium and short hair should stay away from this product.

Age verification, browser alerts, and the way the alert was phrased about needing to enter a password and create an account felt a little bit scammy. Had to google and make sure this was a reputable site first. I'd suggest toning down the css/animation on the age verification (though it was smooth and fast) and making the native browser alerts look more styled to your website. Even on this survey, the bottom message "Your email is safe. It will only be used..." and the green arrow look exactly like scammer sites along with the "shopper approved" graphic. Almost like there's too much going on or you're like "No no we're TOTALLY safe, see!" and trying too hard. Otherwise everything was smooth and went well. Not trying to be critical, just trying to help

I learned the cream I bought for my infant has salicylic acid in it, which is not suitable for kids under 2. I emailed the company to let them know of my concern and have heard nothing back. This is unacceptable on both fronts - the toxic ingredients and the silence to my email concern.

This company is a scam and suggest consumer to go elsewhere to spend your money. Because you will not get what you pay for. Price is raised 30 - 40% more than others. Extremely poor return policies and shipping method. Company that does not back up their product. Just excuses justifications and lies. Then ignore you when you call. Chat was very helpful but shipping prices seem high... I received the trophy and the top was broken off. I did not want to go through the hassle of sending it back because I needed it for an event that day and had paid for express shipping to get it here. Ended up gluing the top back on. The marble is nice and the trophy felt sturdy despite the broken top. Kind of disappointed in the packaging.

I had to shift my artwork to the right .01625" to the right to get them to center on the actual labelsI waisted an entire sheet of labels :-/ Once I corrected the positioning of the artwork, the glossy labels look great :-)

AVOID, AVOID, AVOID. Where do I start, I ordered 2 desks and chairs for next day delivery on 10.05.2020, the desks arrived on 14.05.2020, the order was not complete as I was delivered 2 pedestals and 1 desktop and legs. The wooden desk stand was broken, and I had to glue it to be able to mount the first desk! I have contacted customer services (very hard to get, if you press option 2 they will never answer), incompetent staff and agents, only 1 person deals with your order and other agents do not know/want to deal with your query and if they cannot transfer you to the person in charge they will take your number and nobody calls you back. Today 28.05.2020 I have not received the missing order and as usual useless customer services says they will chase supplier and someone will call-back!! Office Furniture Online blames the manufacturer and the manufacturer blames the courier and I have nothing! The chairs arrived on 21.05.2020 that is very fast for next day delivery!!!!! PS: Office Furniture Online if you see this shame on you! My order is ref 5039930. I will take this to Osmund if no response from you and contact my CC provider.

I had a specific set of furniture that I was interested in and OfficeDr.com was the third company I approached and the only only one that said I could get the set of desks that I wanted (the other two companies said I couldn't customize the desks the way I wanted it). When ordering, Pat was Extremely helpful during the purchase process. She drew a mockup of the desks to make sure that it was what I wanted. When the desks arrived from the manufacturer, there was a problem with one of the filing cabinets. She quickly worked with the manufacturer and resolved the problem. Awesome experience. SQ called me to tell me the worker had made the next size up by mistake and while SQ would not charge me for the more expensive size it would cost $20 extra for the packaging and shipping. Two SQ employees quoted the $20 amount. I was billed $24.99. When the wall arrived it was sloppily packaged with enough tape to require considerable time to unearth it. Then the following: the frame for the wall is made of unfinished wood – not what the photos on their site show (the customer is supposed to paint or stain it and while doing so not get those products on the bricks???) at that price, absolutely not, it should have arrived 100% finished and done professionally; two miter cuts are gap-toothed as if done by a student in a woodshop class in middle school; wood is stapled, with those staples completely visible creating an unfinished look; the flexible LED strip (no brand name, only “Made in China” on the box) arrived with no booklet at all to give some basics about the remote and my box did not have the cord that attaches to the adapter and plugs into an outlet so I cannot use it. Spiritual Quest’s handling of my order has been abysmal. Return it? It is very heavy. At a minimum maybe they will sent the missing cord and booklet for the remote. I will have to live with the over-priced, poorly made wall. UPDATE 6/5/22 SQ called me to tell me the didn't wanted to do business with me, that I had submitted a false report online. The person talked over me, never engaged in a conversation. Abusive.

I became very interested in essential oils (EO) and aromatherapy early last year. I found a great site for buying Unscented base lotions and started buying many of that company's EOs also. But early THIS year, I discovered Edens Garden's 100% therapeutic oils and blends, and HOW I WISH I HAD PURCHASED ALL MY OILS THERE AT THE START! Out of the many different brands of EOs I bought, Edens Garden is THE VERY BEST!! There is a distinct difference with their oils- the scent is stronger and cleaner and to me, the effects of the EOs are much more evident. Yet their prices are less expensive than the majority of the other companies. My orders arrive quickly, and along with each order, you get a booklet, "150 Ways to Use EOs". Edens Garden has about 150 oils, in addition to carrier oils. The site has information on each oil they sell, and they have 2-3 different volumes you can choose from. I'm serious-PLEASE TRY Edens Garden's oils. Compare their oils to ones you already have, and you WILL smell and feel the difference.
