Rubbish... visited here lots of times in our touring caravan and stayed in the safari lodges last year at Christmas will start by saying booklets state reception shuts at 8pm to get a call the day were arriving at 430pm to say they shut at 5..... get there to a lodge soaking wet couldn't take shoes off bearing in mind 8 of us... 2 families... had to set up and stay in there wiping feet before getting in bed to report to reception Saturday and Sunday with a oh well put the heating on to dry it.. umm not great. To then get a call Sunday eve to say it will be discussed and id have a call back Mon/Tues... a week later surprise surprise no call. Underfloor heating in showers, men ladies oh and family... NOT ON ****** freezing to have a shower, again reported and nothing done said it was on.. it def wasn't as floors were soaking and never dried and freezing to step onto getting out the warm water. One of the reasons we booked here for warm pleasant showing facilites. All in all i have been a member of crealy for nearly 3 years.. will i renew... no prob not. Customer service is shocking. Just because end of season we still paid good money and this was def not the stay we wanted 4 days before Christmas.

I loved everything about my shopping experience with Derek Rose. First, I ordered a Christmas gift for my husband the week before the holiday. It arrived promptly and on time BEFORE Christmas. 2) I realized AFTER I placed my order that as a first time customer, I was eligible to receive a discount for the order. I em'd customer service & they immediately applied the discount. 3) My husband's gift was packaged BEAUTIFULLY, from the box it was shipped in, to the tissue paper which enwrapped the dressing gown, and including the envelope which contained the receipts. 4) My husband LOVED his gift; he was delighted because of the PERFECT FIT. 5) This was my first shopping experience with Derek Rose. Guaranteed, it won't be my last.

From our early morning arrival we were taken care of well & looked after at Pearl for 11 days . Had a few room changes ( our choice ) & went rather smooth. Great “fun “ had which what we were looking for & food great also. Then spent 3 nights at Maya & all went well there also.

The fee for changing details is disgraceful, especially as we tried changing details on the day of booking (Sunday), were told we couldn't until Monday and then spent all week trying to get through on the phone line!

Dodgy sales tactics people in tge Philippines coerce you to pay over $1100 Aud, no follow up, dishonest staff promising bookings using all discovery dollars from Philippines, but no sales agent contacts you for a couple of weeks after your money has passed the cooling off 10 days and you get no booking and you have lost your money in Discovery dollars which is like monopoly money, Worthless! This company should refund all the money they have dishonestly taken from people or they should be investigated and action taken against the staff and Directors I have 7615 Discovery dollars and no bookings as the agents have lied and deceived me with no hope of actually ever being able to use the Discovery dollars as I am a low income Disability Pensioner, taken advantage of by an unscrupulous sales and pretending booking staff. It is criminal how the sales agents has taken my money and I have no holidays accommodation as promised.

Lack of information on transfer times, rep at the hotel would not allow us to purchase a trip over the telephone given that he had been at the hotel once the whole trip, also to be sat on a plane for an hour and forty minutes on the way out before take off with not even a water then standing at the flybe check in desk on the way back for over an hour as they couldn't print tickets meant that when we finally got through security we were unable to stop for the toilet or a drink and food, then we actually get on the flight and again sat on a plane for an hour and forty minutes before take off - again with no water!

Awful service! Avoid it! Parcel not delivered because i refused to pay a service fee to ups of 80 euros for a return of goods without any commercial value (value 0 eur). Just to make a declaration that the goods have no value and are not taxable... forward2me asked me to pay for the return fees and to pay also to send again the parcel... just ridiculous... [EDIT] their reply: "Hi, Just like the customs charges we cannot control what admin charges UPS apply. But fact remains you rejected the shipment. This was your deisoison as you were unhappy paying the courier admin fees, therefore we are not going to issue any refund. Kind regards Chris" So if you are not happy with paying 80 EUR of service fees for goods without commercial value and being robbed by UPS, it means if you refuse to pay something which is not due, it is your fault... And forward2me won't assist you, on the contrary, they will punish you for refusing to be stolen.

It's the little things that make a big difference; crew remembering your name and cabin number after the first day, knowing immediately what you'd like to drink or eat, great willingness to help with sometimes difficult gangway arrangements and being generally happy, smiley and upbeat. Wie schon erwähnt, war der erste Teil der Reise - Ljubliana nach Piran - super. Gute Hotels, exzellente Karten und Beschreibungen. Insgesamt kann man das nur weiterempfehlen. Leider war dann bei der Reise in Istrien das Kartenmaterial mäßig bis falsch. an einem Tag passte Karte und Beschreibung überhaupt nicht zusammen und auch fehlten an entscheidenden Stellen (Weggabelung, Verzweigung) Kleber oder Anweisungen (rechts oder links). Wir haben uns mit GPS geholfen. Das Hotel Vila Lili war leider sehr schlecht. Die Leute waren unfreundlich, sprachen weder Englisch noch Deutsch. Die Armaturen im Bad waren sanierungsbedürftig, das Fernsehen funktionierte nicht..... Das Gepäck kam immer rechtzeitig an.

Overall I thought the Prague to Dresden cycle tour was not as spectacular as other European cycle tours I have done. There are many industrial sites bordering the Elbe River - not so attractive. On the positive side the maps provided with the route highlighted by textacolour were very good. The detailed maps showing the exact route to the hotel at the end of the day's cycling were excellent - better than any other tour I have done. Two of the accommodations were one person bands - the same person was at reception, cleaned your room and also served breakfast in the morning. On both occasions, I could not gain entrance to the accommodation when I arrived because that one person was either not available or was doing something else. At Litomerice I arrived at 12:37 pm but could not gain admittance until 3:20pm. I filled in time by having lunch in the main square. It was a fine day so this did not matter too much. But if the weather had been bad on this day I could not think of anything worse - being tired and in wet clothing not being able to have a hot shower immediately on arrival and being able to change into dry clothes. The actual accommodation at Litomerice was very good. By comparision the hotel at Decin had reception manned all day up to late at night.

I wouldn't go with Freelance again - the property we stayed at had some variances from the description and the photos were out of date (probably taken some years ago and some areas of the property had dated badly). We also had cause to visit their agents to have a few minor issues looked at and also to ask them to contact the airport for us with regard to a lost item. Although the issues were addressed by the owners of the property, i don't think I've ever come across a more disinterested or vague individual as the woman who we dealt with. We got no feedback on whether they had contacted the airport in fact no one even contacted us to check if the issues had been addressed

I am not considering to buy anything that is marked as Final Sale from French Connection again and don't recommend anyone else to buy them. The lovely looking coat was very stiff and big and didn't fit me at all, but since it was marked as final sale, I couldn't return it. My money ended up as a donation at a store. Anything online should be returnable because there is no way to try it before buying, so how am I supposed to know that the product wasn't in good quality?

Go2Africa prepared a well organized safari for us in two countries - South Africa and Zambia. Mary Keet's expert knowledge easily met our given parameters - find an aardvark and a walking safari in Zambia. Booked venues had excellent facilities with all staff going beyond basic duties to ensure memorable experiences. Little touches like an expediter in Zambia assured smooth sailing through immigration. All drivers were ontime and knew how to get through Johannesburg traffic quickly and safely. Although both hotels in Johannesburg were excellent, on overnight flight turn arounds, the hotels could have been closer to the airport rather than 45 minutes away. There was no time to enjoy the neighborhoods anyway. We would highly recommend Go2Africa's custom travel services.

Lorna was outstanding in helping plan our South Africa, Victoria Fall and Botswana trip. She was so patient in answering all our questions, offering advise and options. Her communication in her emails was great and on time especially considering we were working with a 6 hour time difference. We had a family emergency while on the trip and Lorna and Go2Africa were able to track us down almost immediately.

The 130 Chicago North Side Tour on Thursday July 19 was cancelled. We were never notified and found out when we got the bus. I finally figured out I had to go to the hotel gift shop to find tour agent. When I got there she was away from the desk. Requested money back and have heard nothing since. I used the car park yesterday and was very disappointed as had to use Pink 8th floor as no space left for me to park on 6th floor. On my return I could not find my car easily as the information said even or odd numbers - I was on 8 so therefore though even number - wrong had to come back to ground floor to bet told pink 8th look was actually odd number - very confusing and not what you want after a long flight

Came up for a weekend trip for my brother's bachelor part. Had an absolute blast 100% of the time we were there. Breakfast was awesome, hospitality was great, dinner was lights out, and the beers were awesome! We CRUSHED white water rafting during high water and the experience could not have been better if it weren't for our guide MATT. He made an automatically fun day incredible and unforgettable. I have used Northgate over the last couple of months and they have been excellent. I have used their headoffice, who were really helpful in securing us some fantastic deals and have also dealt with individual branches over the UK who have been so helpful and efficient. They deal with all the paperwork including booking forms, inventory/condition reports which is very useful and cuts down on all the paperwork. The costs involved are very reasonable, and they beat all my other quotations (of which I got 6 different quotes all together). The big advantage for our business was no upfront payment (no 3 month or 6 month advance rentals) and the ability to build flexibility into our business in times of uncertainty. Also having many different locations around the UK, it means the depots are in the right location to where our area sales managers are. Most important is our Area Managers are chuffed with their new vehicles. Thank you Northgate.

As a landlord with only one property being managed by Northwood through the Guaranteed Rent scheme; they have always been highly professional, efficient and friendly. I have been with them for eight years now and true to the promise of the scheme have never had any interruption in payments. In addition, I have had some health problems recently and a long stay in a hospital and they looked after everything for me with no hiccups. Just knowing all is being taken care of is priceless.
