so I am perusing this website, a friend of mine said they do charitable work and offer surgeries to people who can't afford them and their website says just as much so I ask the million dollar question. I went to the Orlando office to have the Venus treatment. I am 53 years old, 5’5” and 140lbs. I have worked out for 10 years and I eat right. I had a hard time losing a small amount of weight in my inner thighs. I came in 1 year ago and had a consultation with Daisy. We agreed this should be really easy and noninvasive. $1800 was paid and an appointment made. The guy that made my appointment did not set up a following appointment and it was not explained to me how often I would need to go. I had 10 appointments and Daisy thought 8 would do the trick. I came in, met Katie. She had to start my appointments over because there were not appoints available for the next couple of weeks. She gifted me an extra appointment due to this. She was thinking maybe 6 treatments would work. She talked about measuring and taking pictures to show the difference. I was never measured by her, however because I work out, I do measure myself. I was at 22 inches. We took pictures at another appointment, I do not remember how far in. There were 2 pictures taken in 2 different rooms with different lighting and a different distance from the camera. It was just a small amount that needed to be fixed . This should have been a very simple job. Months later I told Katie nothing has changed. She consulted Daisy and was told she was not using the correct temp on that area to melt the fat. She turned up the heat. Still nothing. I have record of all my appointments and 30, yes 30 treatments later My inner thighs did not change. I told her this was not working, and we needed to look into getting my money back. She understood because she did not see a change either. She consulted a new manager, Charles who I had to chase down to contact. He was either in meetings or behind closed doors. At one point he was out with Covid. No one told me he was out so I was getting very upset. I called one more time and was told he would call me back, I declined and asked to speak to him at that time. I was told he was giving an interview, I waited forever. His interview was more important that my call. He said he would submit the info and the answer I got back was that the “medical experts” looked at my 2 pictures that I mentioned above and determined there was a slight change. Funny because I was still measuring at 22 inches. I am not the type of person to return things or make false complaints. I like to sleep at night with a clear conscience. I am so disappointed in this service. I really wanted this to work and believe it would due to the small area to treat. I feel so cheated and betrayed. I have never used social media as a tool to force someone to give me my money back or to say bad thing so please don’t make me start now. With all the time I spent traveling and the gas and tolls, just to have this treatment I am asking to have my $1800 returned. Please understand, I received absolutely nothing for $1800. I did lodge a complaint with the BBB and was told Sono Bello was going to contact me and no one did.

Before trying dysport my neck pain was so severe that I couldn't ever get comfortable. My doctor suggested dysport to relax my muscles and it has changed my life. Ordering on line was good. one problem Was the street 90 was not a factory part it was cut down and a nipple was glued in. This reduced the pressure rating of this fitting and also increased the dimensions of the overall size. I asked for the proper fitting and was told they did not exist. I know for a fact that they are available. I also asked your rep for factory certification of pressure and factory approval of this fitting. This I did not receive. I love their products but they have made it rather difficult for people to shop outside the US. The American site doesn't take international cards and if you want to shop in the UK, you ought to pay $30+ in delivery, plus taxes on top of the original price which is just a huge turnoff. Haven't had a similar experience with any other store and if their products weren't cruelty free which is a must for me, I would've ditched them entirely for other brands.

These devices aren't perfect because all conditions and voices vary so, but there is enough improvement and always the hope for more that I am satisfied that I have improved my chances for increased hearing as much as I, with Williams Sound help, find possible at present. The contact at Williams Sound has been most attentive about answering questions and serving me.

The camera came as promised. On the webpage, a flash card was recommended that did not fit the camera. It was returned. Money returned as well. A small hick-up in connection with the shipment in that, there is no addressee on the package. This led to some misunderstandings with the courier service that eventually cost me a bottle of Sancerre that I had to give to my neighbour.

Hej, Købte udstyr for ca 25,000. Så det vil man jo rigtigt gerne ha mellem hænderne så hurtigt som muligt! Men der gik hele 8-9 dage inden jeg fik det leveret... Jeg kan ikke huske at man kunne vælge forskellige leverings alternativer, eller det var i hvertfald ikke ret tydeligt at det ville gå såååååå lang tid. Det var godt nok irriterende og isærklass det langsomste jeg nogensind oplevt (uanset hvad jeg bestil hvorhen fra i verden). Det skal i lave om hvis jeg skal handle hos jer igen... det gider jeg ikke en anden gang. Ellers gode priser og, fint sortiment og god hjemmeside. Mvh //Jonas

could not find all the sites I said I wanted and was told that there were they. almost alll is junk sites that I do not watch or want and the price is much too high for it. I really wanted NatGeo and while there is one it is not the one with animals it is more of a advertisement site I am very disappointed and I will place a call to the states atty gen on tues to see about getting out of this as there isnt much that I wanted and wish to watch and more junk then any other site I believe.

I ordered a Nikon Z5 on black Friday in 2021 on the Rhinocamera's website, the company didn't send me the tracking number, the excuse for that is what they called "the bulk shipping": once this bulk of packages are been delivered to a specific region they scatter off, and only at that time a tracking number will form, and I stupidly trusted them. The man that I always contacted is called Miguel Garcia he kept blaming the COVID pandemic for the delay. Before Christmas I asked him if the camera was able to arrive before Christmas, Garcia said yes off the top of his head. Now 3 months later after I bought it, I haven't received anything, I've already canceled this order since January due to this seemed infinitive delay, they said the money had been refunded immediately and it might take a working week to successfully receive it, after 2 weeks of waiting, not to my surprise, nothing has gone into my account. I imagined some other possibilities that might delay this refundment like the money has been refunded to the wrong credit card, so I asked him to send me proof of this refundment, and...well I guess I wouldn't be here if he sent me that. So the conclusion I think Is pretty obvious, don't buy anything from Rhinocamera, don't be another fool like me who would ever buy something expensive on a small website.

I Wish I saw their rating before I purchased from them. Terrible customer service, the absolute worst, they sent the wrong vacuum and then charged me a restocking fee, btw it too them a month to refund me for the wrong vacuum they sent me. I would never buy from them again, don't know how they stay in business.

I received the HP docking station for my HP EliteBook and it is defective. It does not power up and power stays on. I contacted HP and they told me that the manufacturer's warranty expired March 17, 2015 but I have coverage though your company. I am going to return this docking station for a full credit.

Checkout process is terrible. Also, recovery of forgotten password is not secure, you should not have my password at all, you should have a hash of it, and should have a secure method to change it. I bought because your site says you have the product I need in stock, which is great, but the checkout is ugly. There also should be a way to checkout as a guest.

When purchasing and paying, delivery etc all was great. The only hiccup I had was last week when I attempted to make payment and the session timed out so the payment was taken and no confirmation or order was placed. Contacted you, said the bank will release the payment in 24 hours and my card was at fault. I work for Kiwibank so there was a few errors in your statement. The authorisation can stay in place for up to 8 working days and your company has to fax the bank to get the auth lifted sooner. I did not request this but just so you know before you promise 24 hour release and then a person is stuck between calling their bank and emailing you and getting two different responses. Also the card was not at fault, it was your pages fault for timing out before I had entered my card information. Your response was prompt and apologetic whilst placing the error on me with inaccurate information on how authorisations work. You need to educate your staff a bit better. But apart from that, when it went smoothly it was great. Fast delivery, good information. Happy with product. No qualms about trading again. Thanks! :)

Pretty cool device but I think it is really scammy how they make you buy one and get one free for 3 payments of $39 bucks while advertising a $14 free trial. Give me a break.... free trials are all over the internet now. Too bad companies resort to such marketing techniques to sell their products rather than letting the product speak for itself. Having said that...it really is a solid product and better than a traditional flat iron.

I bought one thinking yay I won't have to spend so much time on volume for my flat hair...I was wrong if you have medium to short hair it doesn't give it the body it needs because it doesn't get a curl all the way around.If you have long hair it will do much better.Medium and short hair should stay away from this product.

I never received my order. Several months pass, and suddenly I get an e-mail from customer service stating that they "tried to contact me via e-mail several times" (this is not true. I checked my e-mail thoroughly and found nothing besides the original confirmation and this new e-mail) and that my shipment had been returned as undeliverable, even though I had provided the correct address (which no other company that has shipped me things has ever had an issue with). I very nicely asked them to just resend the package. The next day I received a notification from Paypal that I had been refunded, and then one minute later an e-mail from customer supper saying "accounting just let me know they already refunded you sorry it's too late to resend" - obviously this was a lie, because the refund was it was timestamped literally 1 minute before. Someone was just too lazy to set up a new shipment. Also, how is it NOW suddenly too late when they waited 3 months to contact me in the first place? To add insult to injury, they took $10 off the total paid from my refund for "shipping", which was FREE in the original order. Are you kidding me? I am never ordering from these people again. They are incredibly unprofessional and blatant liars. Do yourself a favor and avoid this website.

Goods tend to be expired and or close to expiring. They have a problem with diverting goods and not paying vendors on time so don't be surprised if you see an offer too good to be true, you probably won't see it again for that price. Some of the goods come from unknown sources so don't be surprised if the product you received differs from what you purchased in store.

My own experience with this company has always been good. The quality of the products I purchased is excellent, I never had to return anything. They send plenty of samples that make sense based on the type of products I buy.
