73 yr old Florida doctor riding again I have been riding almost continuously since age 8, through college, medical school internship and residency. Recently peripheral neuropathy was getting the best of me and seriously slowing me down on my bike. The very economical conversion kit has put me “on the road again”. Easy conversion to electric “assist”. We don’t have much In the way of hills along the East Coast of Florida, but a 15 kit headwind gets real old. This is where the assist comes in. Recently lost one key and called Seattle. They are thinking about supplying “blanks” for replacement. Hope this happens, stay safe out there and good riding,

Customer service really depends on who picks up - some definitely better than others! A very helpful girl processed my payment in two transactions as on line wasn’t calculating correctly. This was my first time shopping at Andrew Martin. The products certainly met and actually exceeded expectations. I was a bit concerned about a very large framed photo shipping by courier but the packaging and crating was superb and risk of transit damage was kept to an absolute minimum. I purchased some "sale" items and feel that I really got fantastic value. These are timeless pieces that I think we'll be admiring for a very long time. Highly recommended for quality products delivered safely and on time.

booked a medium pick up, £180 plus a tv and a mattress. The crew arrived and were a sub contractor. Said it wasn’t 4 yards. It was supposed to be 4 cubic yards but they seemed to be measuring for 4 yards of length and not height or depth. There is no way to absolutely agree what size the load is. They refused to take over half. I asked for a quote for the rest. They phoned the office after taking photos and the office said it was £350 on top of what we had already paid! This is the price for an xxlarge pick up on its own without having paid for the medium. Wasn’t willing to pay so had to send them away with half of what we had. My husband had to hire a van at £80 and move the rest, taking time and money we didn’t have. Were moving House 2 days later so had to get rid of junk ASAP. I called the head office to complain. The lady had photos of my garden and seemed shocked that they had left it and agreed that I should only have paid the difference between the medium and large. She couldn’t get anyone out to me that day but promised for Monday and to call me first thing on Monday. That was 5 days ago and unsurprisingly no contact at all. Absolute disgrace.

Booked for double mattress to be collected on 20th May and waited in all day,but no one came without any explanation as to why. After several emails over the course of a month, another slot was booked for 19th June. Again, no one came to collect but an email later on in the afternoon was sent to explain they couldn't make it having waited in for most of the day. Won't be using this company again I'm afraid.

Ordered a new desktop PC 2 days ago to arrive by midday today. Recieved an email to confirm the order had been received, and over £1000 was taken from my bank account. Didn't hear anything more so went to track it today and it said the order had been cancelled. Apparently this was because they now wanted me to send them a copy of my drivers license or bank statement as proof of address. They refunded the money yesterday but yet to see it returned to my account. They never tried to call or email to get proof of address, they never said I'd need it in the first place, they were happy to take my money, and they cancelled it without ever trying to get in touch and procure the documentation that they never said I'd need to show them. I was heartbroken, was so excited last night I couldn't sleep and now I'm gutted and down £1000 for nothing. I have emailed their customer service and received no reply to my questions. Do not trust or shop at AO, I certainly wont be again.

I had great communication with a lady named Natalie and she was fab throughout our purchase. I know these times are difficult with Covid-19 and my delivery was looking to be with me around July however my baby is due June so I needed the delivered sooner. Natalie assisted with my query very efficiently and had this delivered to me in April as she looked at alternatives for me. I will certainly use Baby Lurve again in the future :)

I bought two 3m cedar trees that I had professionally planted - they looked fabulous. However, one of the trees started dropping its needles after around 15 months and eventually, a little after 2 years, it died. After discussing the various actions I had taken trying to nurse the tree back to good health, Barcham kindly offered me a replacement at half price that I will be able to purchase later this year.

Very expensive trees, even common varieties, and a very limited 12 month warranty; some other suppliers trump that by offering a 2 year no quibble guarantee. Having said that their expertise is first rate. I have experienced issues of poor packaging of accessories but that is evidently being addressed. As with all areas of the market place, comparisons with other suppliers is essential to getting the right product at the right price and level of service.

I ordered a boss mango wood wardrobe, double bed and mattress in November for my daughter's bedroom. Ben Homes were extremely helpful prior to ordering, I telephoned a couple of times with questions before making my final decision. They emailed me extra images and information on the products as I was to far away to visit the showroom. Once I had placed my ordered the service was extremely efficient. I received the goods within 10 days at exactly the time arranged for delivery and the guys even put it together for me, which I was not expecting! The bed is excellent, one of the wardrobe doors a bit sticky on the catch but no big deal, the mattress is firm but comfortable, my daughter is delighted and for me it was a pleasure to do business with a comany that seemed to genuinely care. I accidently drilled into the wiring of my AC compressor and it was a hot Saturday evening, I called Brandon Electric as they helped me in the past at a previous house I owned, Keiv came out to help me in my desperate need of AC and he worked for over 2 1/2 hours pounding out room for an electrical box to be set in the concrete section of where the wiring box would have to be mounted. Needless to say he worked his butt off to get the job done! I have a service contract with Service America, they couldn't make it till the next day and Brandon Electric came out that evening and got the job done for a lot less than I expected. Thank you and thank you Keiv for your hard work!

Brandon Electric Inc, the Owner Mr Corey Gomis, Mr Pepper Pelham (Service Manager), Mr Chris Matthews (Service Manager) and most importantly Mr Daniel DeBaets have performed a miracle for a 73-year Senior Citizen - Ms June Limauro at 8413 N. Taliaferro Ave, Tampa, FL 33604. Ms June Limauro's house had been stuck by lightning (2 months ago). The wiring to her house was destroyed completely. She could not pay the bill ($3,150.00). I called Brandon Electric for an estimate, which was done by Daniel. I got a call from Chris that his company would make repairs for Ms June Limauro at no COST. Daniel and Joe (his assistant) worked thru the rain and got the wiring completed. Miracles DO HAPPEN and BRANDON ELECTRIC is wonderful I will be a ONE-MAN story teller about Brandon Electric Thank you and May God Bless all of you

We spent 5 months looking for a company who could supply and fit a room divider yet no one looked after our needs, until we came across this wonderful company named Bravo London spearheaded by the great engineering expertise of Roman and Alex and they immediately turned our 5 months wait into a 5 day start to finish experience. Bravo London has an excellent showroom to suit all your needs and they spend quality time in considering your requirements and give you the most costs effective solutions. The entire process of choosing to installation is superfast and Roman will make a personal visit to the site, measure up and show you all the samples on site how your proposed fitment would look in its true surrounding. The fitting team are also absolutely professional and very caring in making sure the job is done perfectly with minimal disturbance to the property. I give the highlest level rating that can exist to this great company and highly recommend to everyone out there not to waste time but go to Bravo London and they will make your wishes comes true. What an amazing company with true engineering experience offering the highest quality of finishes to the range they offer. Well done Roman, Alex and your great team on and off the field.

After spending some time on the internet trying to decide on which conversion kit and who's to purchase I decided on the Dillinger 250w/50mile samsung 2.0 kit and I am glad I did. The kit was trouble free to install and works a treat. The Samsung battery is proving to be excellent with plenty of range. All of the parts seem to be of very good quality, the leads are very robust and it all came extremely well packaged in a very, very strong cardboard box. So all in all nothing to complain about . Thanks Dillnger for a great product.

I feel the need to write this review for 2 reasons, 1. any would be buyers and 2. to balance out some of the negative reviews ive read recently when i was looking at dillenger kits. Firstly the kit i finally chose from dillenger was Street Legal Electric Bike Kit - Samsung Power 2.0 with 13Amp battery. This kit came pretty quckly after ordering, about 5days for the darkest depths of south wales( not new south wales i would like to add but the wet n winder one in uk lol), opened the very well packed box and everything was in good order , i had read that the kit came with little instructions but every manual you need for every kit and controller is on the web site and very easy to understand if you take abit of time to read them and also watch a few vids on youtube , yes my downtube slots needed abit of filing for the hub to fit but as i said watching a few vids had this covered and i had already ordered a small tin of modeling red enamel to re-paint what i filed off , anyway the fitting of the kit went well until it was time for the battery cradle, PLEASE ALL WOULD BE BUYERS READ THIS PART, because althouth i read good reviews about the kit, i also read quite a few bad reviews all over the www about dillengers customer service and almost put me off from buying it, ok the battery cradle i had recieved was NOT the one as advertised with the kit i had bought, that one had a metal alloy inner piece for strength, i am presuming and alas mine was just plastic, looked to me like the metal was just left off and not bolted in, "dam and blast" i said to myself because now i was forced to try out the bad uk to australia customer services i had read about and shared with you further up this post, in Dillengers defence i was NOT kept waiting for days and days like others had said becuse of the ozzy time difference or lack of support , Iris got back to me withing 24hrs, actually once i converted the time difference on the emails, it turns out iris had got in contact with me withing a few hours of her starting work(if she started at 9am lol ), ok now as buyers we have got 2 choices, be nice and polite but share our problem firmly to get what we want, or be dam right rude n abusive, demand the world and hope then that their respectful and understanding(doubtful), trust me the later never works and then makes up for 80% of the bad reviews we read, i tried the former and Iris was fair and clear but i thought we were either confused with my problem or i was not understanding what they wanted from me(pics issue that i now understnad they needed but at the time did not), so i decided to do abit of research and found the email of Sam Sewell Founder of Dillenger, so i also shared the problem with him(not really expecting any responce), being the founder and the engineer of said company i thought he would understand my issue. Now i dont know why the other bad reviewers had such a bad time communicating with Dillenger but i can honestly say that iris and Sam himself answered every email i sent and even though there was abit of confusion at the start(on my part as it happens,after a few emails was cleared up and a few pics sent) the problem was solved and a new battery cradle with the metal inner was sent to my house in 3days, add a few days for the emails and call it a week my problem was sorted, i dont know about you guys or girls but i call that pretty amazing customer services by any standards and in any industry, i work in Aerospace and i would be happy with that service in my field, i just needed and wanted to re address the balance abit for any would be buyers , that not only was i happy with Dillengers australian to uk customer services , but i was amazed considering what i was expecting after reading a few bad reviews and almost changing my mind and not buying this great kit, many thanks to Sam Sewell and to Iris for everything you did and some really lovely emails asking how i was doing with the build, this was over and beyond what i was expecting and the 2nd reason for writing this email, thank you from me. Quick note for the would be buyer and why this review was written , they have a warehouse in the uk(england) i ordered a 2nd pas sensor as i just wanted a spare(and again to check their delivery times) and it came in 3days, dont be put off by no uk phone numbers, emails were answered as soon as ozzy land awoke lol, remember be polite and respectful it will get you what you want and deserve as a buyer, worked for me...... Was very impressed with the Simon, the engineer who installed the water softener and filter. The quality of the installation is superb (no HEP fittings which I abhor), he thought through the installation and recommended a different layout which provided us with a neat and compact layout. Well organized piping layout and neat soldering, why can’t all engineers take such pride in their work? Also appreciate Anne, who arranged the installation, adjusting their schedule to accommodate us. Very impressed with their attitude. Thank you!

I applied GlazeGuard Gloss Ceramic and Porcelain Tile Sealer H/Gloss on my wood look porcelain tile. I have approximately 1,000 sq ft, my entire downstairs. It looks fantastic. I followed the directions, and installation went smoothly. There was a minor order error to begin with, but CoverTec corrected that quickly. Every question I have had has been answered very quickly.

Bought items at cost. Later had a call to say item was out of stock. Was offered slightly cheaper item and received a refund. Was happy with item when it arrived so called back a few days later to order more and was charged around £10 more for exact same product. Was told they would not honour the original price even though I was a repeat customer. I decided to go with Lamp Shop Online, even though they charged me slightly more, I was happier because the custom was better. Also the product was slightly better quality when arrived.

I'm disappointed that after two weeks, the order had still not been dispatched. The company do not take calls (recorded message states it is moving premises). Oddly, the payment was taken quickly enough. Promising quick dispatch and then not responding to contact form submissions is overall very poor. I would not place another order with them.
