Not knowing exactly what parts to pick, I contacted the store, and they did an absolutely amazing job of informing me, and putting together the parts for the perfect computer for me. Ordered personalized cd through “not on the high street” website and sent over song cd heard from mixpixie once to tell me there were 3 songs they couldn’t not get so I emailed back to replace them , no reply email, emailed again few days later after receiving an email saying your parcel has been despatched but also telling me it hadn’t due to awaiting Info from me , emailed again twice in a week no response so hadn’t to request refund via “not on the high street “ absol terrible service will not use again

This is my first vape pen and my first foray into the world of vaping. I'd quit smoking and was using nicotine mints as a substitute, which was fine and ok for those cravings but I still wanted to have the smoking experience without the high risk of death. So, after reading some reviews about Logic I decided to take the plunge and buy a pen. I'm super happy with it as an entry level intro and not much other experience to compare it to. I have only tried their Berry Mint, tobacco and cherry regular flavours and I like the tobacco one best. It's like coffee and biscuits. Cherry is my second fave flavour. Only criticisms would be that a few 'warming' puffs are needed before you get a decent smoke and the liquid does leak sometimes into the mouth. This may be a thing that you get with all vapes though, I just don't know. In summary, get it if you fancy an affordable entry to the world of vaping.

I got straight through to a real person, who was very helpful discussing details to help me choose the best product for my requirements, he didn't try to persuade me to order more than I needed, quite the reverse. He advised on where to fit the dome on the roof etc The order arrived quickly and was very easy for our builder to fit. We needed this because in building an extension the landing now has no natural light - well it does now! We chose this because we found it at the Grand Designs Live exhibition and were impressed with how they make it brighter than other sun tunnels. It works out no more expensive than having a window fitted, actually I think it's probably a bit cheaper.

The flower arrangement was nice, the quality and price were acceptable. I paid $10 extra for early delivery (before 2:00 pm) The flowers were not delivered until 2:30 pm. The extra fee is not a big deal but next time I need to order flowers I'll go somewhere else. You should deliver what you promise, if not contact the customer.

Disgusting company to deal with. Spend £3000 on an ice cream machine that was incredibly noisy & leaked. After several photos videos & phonecalls back & forth they said they would send an engineer if we filled out an online form which was impossible to do. We got an independent engineer to check the machine & was told it was a cheap Chinese machine & was also faulty inside leaking from the hopper into the machine which was not only dangerous but a serious health & safety issue. We tried to return the machine via courier today but they refuse to accept it & locked the gates. Please read reviews on trustpilot & other sites, they are awful & no one should spend any money with them EVER.

I tried going to "parts" but I would have needed my receipt for purchase (which was several years ago). I sent photos, but customer service blew me off. I wouldnt even give 1 star if I had that option. This company is a joke. I sent several emails and called numerous times and every single time they conveniently lost all my information and couldn't find my account for my replacement parts. Sergio was the one I was dealing with for the 2 weeks I kept calling and emailing and he confirmed that he got my information and that I would hear back within 48 hours. A week goes by and nothing. I call back and talk to a different person and they can't find any of my information or emails yet again. Everything I sent 2 different times just gone!!! How does this happen when Sergio confirmed over the phone that he was looking at my email? Unless he conveniently deleted it So I end up having to go through the whole process yet again with a new person. This guy named Matthew says he got all my information back in and will be sending my parts in about 2-3 weeks. I will now be waiting a total of 4-5 week from the start of this process to even get the part to get to use my storage container bc it came completely broken out of the box. This process has taken way to long and is completely unacceptable in my option. I will never use this company again. They are to much of a headache to deal with and their customer service sucks.

I wanted to leave a review after receiving my beautiful necklace. I bought Yvette Dark Cherry Quartzite and I cannot praise it enough. The stones are just beautiful and I love the way there is gold between the larger stones which are at the front, and the small ones which go up and round the back. The shine on the stones is gorgeous and the shape is beautiful. It is a colour that will go with so many things. I have many Lola Rose pieces but this is by far the most beautiful for me.

I purchased watch with charm from QVC early December and although I’m pleased with the watch I’m now horrified that the charm has come off my watch and of course no idea where it is. I do wonder why with something like this that they are not attached securely. I’ve checked again QVC website and it seems to be a ring/circle that the charm is attached to but I’m left with what I can only describe as a thin bar. Can you please explain why this charm is so poorly attached and what I should do next to get a replacement and then find someone to attach it securely? I’m most cross about this. The rudest customer service I’ve ever experienced. And from the owner no less. I called the store to ask a few questions about a Japanese knife I was interested in buying. I said to the woman who answered that I’d like to speak to someone who knows a lot about that particular knife since I have quite a few questions. She barked, “What’s your question?” I repeated that I have a few questions that I’d like to ask someone who knows the knife well. She asked snarkily, “What makes you think I don’t know a lot about this knife?” I explained that I don’t presume to know whether she knows much about the knife, and if she does, then I’m fine talking to her. She smirked and said she was offended. Then she told me she’s the store owner and that what I said was very rude. She has a real chip on her shoulder. I feel sorry for the people who have to work with her - a snowflake who looks for offense and finds it everywhere. I ended up buying the knife for much cheaper from a very respected Canadian store - Knifewear. The Knifewear people I spoke to were wonderful. They answered all my questions and were extremely friendly and professional, unlike Bernal Cutlery.

I was in need of a PLC power supply unit ( P-7) asap. When searching online, I couldn't believe how much a new unit cost (+$3,800). I found pdfsupply.com. A remanufactured unit cost only $200! I ordered 3 units (2 for spares). The units were delivered overnight. The power supply unit was installed and haven't had a problem since. I am ordering other plc power supply units for my plant. All of the accounts I bought from this website were taken back on the same day so I emailed their support. I got a reply 3 weeks later asking for proof which I sent to them the following day. I haven't heard from them since and it's been over a month. I believe all of their accounts are stolen and wouldn't buy one if you care about the longevity of the account as all 5 accounts I've bought over 4 years have been taken back.

Cost of Return is more than dresses! I've attempted to contact Lindy Bop about returns, and I have yet to get a response. This was my first time purchase, and most of the dresses are to big. The size guild is completely inaccurate! I want to return the items, but the cost of shipping is ridiculous. I wanted to see if someone from Lindy Bop could give me a some sort of solution, but it looks like my e-mails are going unread. Very disappointed in the costumer service, or lack there of. I was willing to reorder if they would of helped me figure this out, but I'm not sure I'll ever do business with them again.

I placed an order and two days later, they emailed me to tell me that my prescription had correctly expired. I asked them to hold the order for another week until I could get a new eye exam. After that, I was able to email them a copy of the prescription and they shipped it out immediately! Very, very helpful and kind customer service. I was very pleased at the price as well! I ordered an annual supply of Proclear Daily 90 pack contact lenses from 1800anylens because it was the cheapest price I could find after performing an online price comparison. 1800anylens saved me over 150 dollars on these lenses, and I was pleasantly surprised to receive them just 3 days after placing the order with free shipping. The only problem I encountered was that 1 of the boxes was already open when I received the shipment, so I immediately contacted customer service requesting an exchange. I was concerned that they would give me a hard time, but instead, they merely asked me for the prescription of the open box and stated that they would send me a complimentary box! I did not even have to bother shipping back the original box! I am a 1800anylens customer for life!

Incredibly rude customer service. They spam you with generic SEO tips on email. When I asked to be removed from the list or get actual tips tailored to the site they canceled my account. They sent multiple rude condescending emails. Treating me as though asking to not be spammed meant I didn't comprehend working with an SEO firm. I've had my agency for nine years and worked with many other firms and agencies. This is amongst THE WORST I've ever seen a firm allow their employees to treat customers.

On the 21st of April 2020 I ordered KENWOOD - KSBSX17 American-Style Fridge Freezer, on watching curries online videos for delivery inform me that this fridge freezer would be delivered to the room of my choice this was the main reason I ordered. everything was going well delivery day coming ring at the door and that’s where it was left dumped outside the front door delivery driver refusing to coming in even though I was informed by curries it will be delivered to the room and my choice. I contacted resolver on the 26th April 2020 and so far Curry’s as not replayed.

AVOID!!! I read the reviews on this company and thought ‘hey why not’ give them a go, I ordered an SLR bundle for my daughters birthday that I was assured I would receive in time... Did I?? No!! I called up to be told the item was delivered that week which it hasn’t, when I challenged this I was told to speak to the delivery company but was not given any info or reference numbers just a LOT of poor customer service. I then got another email to say the item had been delivered so called again to be told that they had sone their job, the delivery company had done their job apparently leaving £280 of goods on my door step??? So it’s now my problem DISGUSTING ATTITUDE!!! So SLR hut have a policy that if your item is less than 500 dollars they don’t care if you receive it as not guaranteed delivery (sounds like a scam) In essence if are spending over 500 Dollars carry on and order from these absolute thrives other than that don’t do it as they won’t refund or help you even if paid through PayPal. Better to pay more and use a trusted professional company!!!

Do NOT buy off this website! Doesn't matter how cheap it is its not worth it. I ordered a camera that cost over 500 pounds and the item never got delivered. The delivery report says it was left on my back door step. My property does not have a back door. Even after showing evidence of this to SLRhut and paypal I am not entitled to my money back as it was delivered! They have not helped me at all and just keep copy and pasting the same "not are problem" email to me everytime I ask for advice. Heart broken as I've no Camera and now no refund.

I received Back Yard Ocean's 8' x 26" Float to Fill Ring Pool this summer. It is a smaller-sized pool, which is perfect for my preschool-aged kids. The product itself was very well-packaged, and delivered quickly.The quality was very high as well, especially considering how affordable it is. The materials are quite durable, and the set-up was incredibly easy. We have truly enjoyed having our own backyard oasis to cool off in on hot summer days. The only downside is that this pool does not have a filter to clean and circulate the water. I suppose that is typical for a pool of this small size, though. Next summer, I plan on checking out one of Backyard Oceans larger, filtered pools for added enjoyment.

The 16' solar pool cover I ordered was here in just a few day. It fit perfect, and the best part is no more freezing water. It stay a comfortable 80's. Cant wait to start using it next yr. Backyard Ocean is on my favorite's.

I ordered some parts on Christmas Day (Thursday, 25th), paid extra for the 1-3 business day shipping. Its now the 2nd and it's supposed to come tonight. 5 business days after I ordered it. I called the company, and the guy I talked to said they weren't open on Friday, said UPS wasn't open Friday (which they were), so they shipped it out Monday. I paid for a service to have it here within three business days. Having not received that service, I expected to get the shipping difference back. The guy on the phone was very defensive and went on to ask me if I had worked Friday, and then asked "what planet are you from?" I ended up hanging up because I was being yelled at. Whether or not they were open on Friday, my package would still be considered late. The costumer service was terrible. I don't plan on ordering from them again.

Hi I ordered Sirius Sonic on Sriusbeauty.com on May 23 and I have not new until now, I have receive empty email on May 24 with the title Confirmation for Order # 20150524105039 and nothing else since now. I write to the same email address I received the confirmation email, no response and the contact page on their website as deleted from the website now. No phone number, it's impossible to contacted them but it's still possible place orders on their site that will never be delivered. I just want my money back.

I called to ask questions about the product and the man I talked to told me I need two filters to filter perfume. When I ordered online and put the item in the cart it gave me the option for the additional filter which was the same filter that came with the product. So I have the incorrect filters. He also told me that the Techno filter would fit in the Sporta. He seemed as if I was bothering him. I called again after receiving my order to get information about the mask and a woman answered the call. She told me the filters are not interchangeable for those two mask and she seemed bothered by my call also. The customer service is HORRIBLE! Both of the people I spoke with displayed POOR people skills. I will not recommend this company to anyone! This was a horrible experience for me.

I won't be using or recommending. I waited so long for my watch band and when I finally received it, poorly packaged, no instructions, no tools to make the watch band smaller. Band is useless!! Communicating with you guys is such a frustrating process and don't think that's matters to you anyway, cause, no one responds to complaints. Definatelty first and last time I give money for a poor quality product, with a non existent customer service.

I have used candle warehouse only once so far , as I did a search for 9 day candles and found them from candle warehouse ltd. I ordered 100 which came in 2 extra large and 1 large box. 2 days after ordering royal mail had delivered the items to a neighbour two doors away which was a surprise, I didn't expect the order so soon. I have no hesitation in recommending candle warehouse to any one and I will use them again when I need to purchase further items.

MadVapes was the first vendor that I ordered from when I started with e-cigs. In my experience, they have some of the best customer service, quickest ship times, and also very very easy to do business with. All around great people. The one issue that I've had was a tank that I had ordered was cracked. I honestly cannot blame MadVapes for this, as there isn't sufficient evidence that it didn't happen in transit. Either way, I sent them a message about it and they responded, quickly I might add, stating that they were sending a replacement. Only a handful of companies these days take customer service seriously, and MadVapes is one of them.

I would not have written a review if I had not seen a negative one. I do feel that it unfairly represents the overall quality of experience of shopping with them. I have done business with Madvapes since 10/2/2010. Was there ever a problem with an order - Yes How was the problem reported - Support Ticket What was the nature of the problem - Incorrect item How was the problem resolved - Within 24 hours the correct item was shipped Priority Mail, at no charge, and I did not have to return the wrong item. This is by FAR one of the best companies to purchase E-Cig related items from.

Wife ordered seat covers for my jeep, only two styles to pick from so we went with what we thought was right one, now most companies would call to verify your type type vehicle. This was not done, so I got the seat covers, Not the right ones call the Customer service rep in short sent me an RMA but I have to pay part of it for THEIR mistake, Told wife next to go straight to the MFG stay away from 3rd party companies. I'm sure this is a OK company. I only hope they ordered the right ones this time, now that they have the right info {We talked in person}. They should call customers to verify vehicle information being its not listed on there web site. The customer service rep was more upset because they had to pay a restocking fee. I'll not be using the site anymore and I'll pass this to all my friends marine corps and federal workers. The seat cover were of great quality but not for my Jeep Cherokee. Thanks Jerry

I ordered a cargo mat for my Lexus RX300 that was discontinued by dealer so I tried your company . after phone conversation with your cust service I was shipped several tan color samples to match my color . I called back with selected color. The cargo mat was sent to me with color I selected. I couldn't be happier . The mat fits BETTER THAN THE ORIGINAL!!!. We spent a considerable amount of time accessing different service engineer software packages and finally chose Commusoft as the one that would best suit our requirements and most importantly it could work without an internet connection all the time as we operate in an area that has poor coverage. Like all these things converting your daily working structure and habits is going to be hard and for a while counterproductive, but the staff at Commusoft have made this transition as easy and informative as possible with great communications and most importantly fast response. The software is very good to use and full of features but the proposed improvements that the new version should bring will make it even easier and faster for us to use in the future. Have been using Commusoft for about a year now. Had a look at some of the competitors but none of them really seemed to fit what we were looking for. Cannot imagine how we managed before! There is plenty of room for improvement and find it irritating, even though I'm paying for 4 users, that we are not entitled to phone support - albeit that the email support etc. has been very good.

I was very happy with my Honda Key Chain. I just got a New-to-me 1984 Honda Nighthawk and wanted a Honda key chain. I like the leather, and the engraving is a plus. I put my name and phone number on it in case I lose it. However the engraving is hard to read, seems it needs to be darker, and it could of used a few more spaces since my phone number looks like this 555-2223333, with no room for a second space to separate the 7 main digits. But overall it was what I was looking for and at a price I was happy with and it got here real quick
