We were told we would be greeted by an English speaking person but were instead met by a French lady who spoke no English and her ageing mother who had gone along for the ride. The washing machine did not work for first part of our stay despite previous occupiers having reported that it was not working. The living accommodation was somewhat shabby and not what we expected of a quality villa. TV did not work because some previous occupants dog had chewed up the controller. In short advertising was over described.

I was looking for a change in career after being in administration for years and decided once looking on their website that training to become a gas engineer was a fantastic opportunity for me. The service was excellent! The trainers, in particular David Sunman and Tam Inglis were exceptional. Their knowledge, teaching skills and ongoing support helped me through the course. Once I qualified the team were there every step of the way helping me to find work which I did so within 2 months. Derek Bruce in management was so supportive with regards to my C.V. and potential employers. I have now started my own business "Gas with CLass" due to the positive response from customers whilst out working with my previous employer. RexArt is the only place I found to carry Richeson hardboard in the sizes I wanted, as well as in bulk packs. Customer service was prompt in contacting me on the first business day after I placed my order on a Saturday regarding additional shipping cost due to the weight of the order. I had no problem approving the understandable cost and received my order within a week. I've already been looking at making additional orders from RexArt for my board orders.

Have used Art Supplies Online twice to order my father his favorite pencils. The prices are great. Each order took 2-3 weeks to receive, even with priority shipping. Had an issue after I paid for pencils and priority shipping when they sent an email stating they were out of 4 pencils. The email said they would charge me $3 on top of the $9 I already paid to ship the 4 pencils once they came into stock. I did not like the idea of an unauthorized payment on my credit card. Instead of completing the order I paid for they cancelled the 4 pencils off and changed the amount I was charged. I would feel more comfortable using PayPal with this site.

Do not trust this site. I ordered the pro package which should include the logo, t-shirts, letterhead, envelopes and business card. All you get is the logo you designed downloaded on various items. In order to have physical prints those are additional fees and they are as follows: The t-shirts are an additional $30, the letter head is an additional $22, the business card is an additional $30, and the envelopes are an additional $70. Just save yourself the hassle and get the basic package and print your own products or use your local printers! There are no refunds!

I received them yesterday and was really excited as I was lifting the lid on the box...the images were so beautiful printed on glass! I was excited when Groupon offered a deal for photo scanning services. I had wanted to scan some of my film photos for some time, but was wary of sending it to out-of-the-USA photo scanning services recommended by friends. The fact that I could send my pictures to the same state made me feel better. After sending in two orders, the CEO sent an email (probably some form email) that posed these questions (I've included my answers): - How likely you are to use our service again? Maybe. I scanned most of the pictures that I want electronic files of, but if I happen to sift through my parents photo albums, I may use your service again. - Would you recommend our service to your friends and family members? Why or why not? I would recommend the service to people. Many of the photo scanning services used to be outside of the country, and that was scary for many of my friends. I've already recommended the service to several people. - Do you have any feedback on our pricing options? Were they straight forward and easy to understand? The pricing was confusing and isn't easily understandable from the website. I had to call and get clarification regarding some points. My only complaints are (1) the backlog and time for processing, and (2) when I received my return order, my pictures were returned in the order I sent them (as I requested), however, they were not packaged in a careful manner. Many of my pictures came back to me bent, which was disappointing. The saving grace for the bent photos is I now have them in digital form so I can reprint a new copy.

I sent in a bunch of mixed media for my Dad's retirement party and used the "Memory Box" option that cost around $300. I was able to get a bunch of film reels, videos and old slides done for a flat rate of what fit in the box, i saved a lot over the a la carte pricing options when I did the math. The order took a little over a month but that was shipping back and forth to New York, I think they had it for around 3 weeks or so. I got everything onto a hard drive I sent in and was able to edit everything together into a 10 minute movie I did for the party. Everyone loved it, the film was even 720p (I chose the higher option) and I have since copied all the family stuff for my siblings. Seems like my experience differed but most reviews on here have some sort of groupon issue which I am unfamiliar with, I thought the process was pretty straightforward and easy. I would recommend Scan Digital for ease of use and keeping my families materials safe.

I used Oxi fresh for the first time yesterday I could not be more pleased. Charlie was efficient and through. All the carpets including stairway, landings, closets look great, feel great and smell Fresh. He also cleaned large chair cushions which look brand new. Scheduling was easy, verified my appointment, sent me a picture of the technician that would be doing my job, verified the morning of my appointment, had an earlier opening that worked better for my scheduled, showed up when they said they would. Zach was very professional and polite. He also was the person they sent a picture of- not all companies do this - and he did an excellent job. My carpet looks brand new. I've shared TNS Essential Serum on my snapchat and with all of my girlfriends. My facialist introduced me to it saying I would be kissing her face after I used it because my skin would be so beautiful. Yup, she was right. 6 months later I use it every night and morning especially when my face is "going through something" due to stress or lack of sleep. I'm 30 years old. My other facialist thought I was 24!! She said if I keep using this and getting a facial once a month I'll be good to go for a while. It's a must have - always.

Your company is the worst. I just got a collection for a 99.36 bill that I never ordered. I have called you more than a few times over many months and you said the matter was resolved. Each time was followed by a bill for the same amount. And now a collection agency has sent me the bill. The value of my time (and my 850 credit score) that this has wasted has more than exceeded the amount you incorrectly said I owed. Please send me a bill because I think that even the company you have chosen for your collections is mismanaged just as your pathetic company is, and I would rather pay you directly with a certified check. There is such a long and sorry story that is too long for me to go into now, but just know that the litany of ineptitude of your your company is encyclopedic. Please email me the bill so I can pay, but know that I will spend any free time I have while on the toilet with my smart phone giving you bad reviews.

Guthy-Renker has sent my account to a collections agency over NOTHING. I had been a faithful and happy user of Sheer Cover cosmetics for 10+ years. I was on a quarterly shipment schedule, the least-frequent available. As time went on, I used less and less product and it started to pile up. During a move, I was shocked to discover 12 un-opened packages of Sheer Cover. I called and canceled my account. Three months later, I get billed on my credit card for Sheer Cover. I called and they had no record of my cancellation. The product was already shipped so I was instructed to return the product when it arrived, and I'd be credited. Well, nothing arrived. I called and was told I was out of luck. I then opened a fraud complaint with my credit card bank and they got my money back...or so I thought. Then the bills and threatening letters from Guthy Renker started. About six months after I canceled the shipments, I received one in the mail, postage due! I was told by the Postal Service that I could refuse it, which I did. Then I received a bill for two shipments from Guthy Renker. I've called and written letters, all with no results. Now they've sent it to a collections agency. I will NEVER do business with Guthy Renker again. Is my money that I don't even owe them REALLY so important?

The 2nd cable did the same as the first, so I emailed again and got a quick refund! Shortly after, I found that my settings were wrong on the Apple TV and once correct, both cables worked. The seller was very gracious in responding to all correspondence, and very understanding in light of my personal mistake. I would this seller recommend highly!

The strength of their endorsement reassured me that my personal exploration with equipment would be justified, eager as I am to increase hearing beyond excellent and expensive aids. Finally, a product line that does what it says it will. I don't have a lot of wrinkles, but do have pronounced nasal lines from my nose down to my mouth. The Laser FX Lift Serum is filling those out, and they are no longer as pronounced. My #11 lines between my eyebrows are also not as severe any more. Will buy again. Just need a tiny amount day and night. Smell is light and non-offensive.

ATTENTION!!! DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY! SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! PLEASE READ BELLOW. Around May 15, 2017 the "Check Engine" light of my 1999 Mercedes E320 turned ON. I ran diagnostics and it showed P0135, P0155, P0141 and P0161 codes - each one for the 4 Oxygen sensors of the car - O2 sensor heater circuit error. The car was starting and running fine, just like before, but obviously needed to have the problem corrected. I replaced all 4 O2 sensors with new ones, but the "Check Engine" lights was still on and the same error codes appeared upon diagnostics. At this point I checked the signals from the Engine Control Unit (the computer) to the Oxygen sensors. While the +12V signal to the Heater circuits of the sensors was present, the "ground" signals from the computer were missing and that indicated possible problem with the ECU. I looked up the internet for ECU related repair services and Car Computer Exchange was one of the first on the list. They advertise ECU repairs for the price of #299.00. The following is a cut and paste fragment from their web page: All Car Computer Exchange Modules are Plug-and-Play. Each module is pre-programmed to your cars VIN and compatible with all motor sizes, transmissions, and emission types. Around June 01, 2017, I called the provided phone number and explained my problem and what have I done. I was assured that they can repair my ECU and was instructed to pay the $299.00 + shipping and send the ECU to them. On June 05,2017 I paid the amount asked through their web site and then sent the ECU to their address - 481 James Jackson Ave. Cary, NC 27513. Couple of weeks passed and since I didn't hear anything from Car Computer Exchange, around June 20-th,I called to get status update of the order. The Order ID is: 170605-151541-9838. I was told that they attempted to repair/reprogram the ECU, but it was still bad and that they will try once again. I called again in a week and was told that the unit can not be repaired. I asked them to send it back since my car was running just fine with it. The employee told me that I will be charger $150.00 service fee for the work that they have done. I objected, because they didn't do what they promised, but had no choice - my account was already charged $318.95. In few days, when the unit arrived, I installed it back in the car and to my greatest surprise the engine would not crank or start. I called CCE again around July 05-th and complained that my engine will not start at all and that they have damaged the ECU. The answer was that I will get a partial refund. So I did get a refund of about $160.00 and the bottom line was - 1. I paid $150.00 to CCE and 2. I have no longer running car and can't even drive it to repair facility. I called CCE again around July 27-th, 2017 and asked to speak to a manager. A technician called me back and told me that the engine will not start because the ECU needs to be programed and only a Mercedes dealer or qualified locksmith can do that. He also told me that any time the ECU is disconnected from the car, it needs to be programmed and that they haven't done anything bad to the ECU. Here I will cite again their web page advertisement - All Car Computer Exchange Modules are Plug-and-Play!!! So thanks to CCE I have no longer working car, it is just sitting on my driveway for 2 months now. On top of that I paid $150.00 My only option now is to have the car towed to Mercedes dealer and fixed there for the price of about $4,000.00 which is more than the car is worth. Dealing with Car Computer Exchange is nightmare. Please consider again before you get involved. You will regret it.

I've been on helping host for over a decade without too many problems... until the last year. My inboxes from various helping host emails became riddled with spam. My email sending ability was turned off without notice and has remained off for weeks despite numerous efforts to fix it. I opened 3 different support tickets and they were each closed before my problem was solved. There is no telephone support and i can never seem to be online as the live chat support. I was given a complementary trial of the anti spam on ONE of my email accounts but I have several. Helping host needs to take better responsibility for the security and basic business needs of its members. after a decade of patronage I would be asking for a refund if i could just find someone to ask. I ordered my Plattan ADV Wireless headphones in late November. Not the last days of November, but late November; November 22 to be exact. It took Urbanears until December 13 to BEGIN shipping my headphones. Because of how long it was taking, I emailed their customer support about a week and a half after ordering, asking how long it would take for them to ship my order. It took them three days to send me an automated response telling me that when my order was shipped, I would receive an email with tracking information. Obviously, this was not what I had asked for, so I was already quite unhappy with their service. Then, two weeks later, on December 12, I emailed them again since they still had not shipped my order. This time, however, I specifically requested to speak to a human representative rather than receiving another automated response. Despite my request, I received the exact same response I had gotten the first time I had emailed their support. In each of their emails they ask you to reply if you want to add to your initial support email, so I did. I told them that I was going to give them a bad review because their customer support was terrible with their automated responses, which I informed them that I expected were chosen based on keywords in customer emails. To my surprise, I was wrong! In response to this email, once again, I got the same exact response as to my previous two emails! I still have not received my order, though it did only ship yesterday. I wouldn't be surprised if I never got it. I would NOT recommend ordering directly from this company regardless of headphone quality. Please look elsewhere!

I had 2 Urbanears Kransen earbud sets and both of them crapped out on me in well less than a year. They are not cheap,( I believe I paid $40 USD) so you would think you would get a quality product with a favorable warranty. They honored the warranty the first time and sent me a new pair, but the second time they denied it. Be careful purchasing from them. I know they have some pricier products so ready the fine print. I won't but another one of their products.

Jason took us around looking for houses to buy and was extremely knowledgeable about the area and what we wanted. Along with his wife Jenny, working from the office getting us into see houses for sale we were able to see what we wanted and where we wanted. When we made our offer Jason kept on it to make sure it was presented to the sellers by their realtor. This was due to the sellers realtor not being on the ball. After the sale Jason was on top of everything immediately making sure that we were not late in processing anything that was needed. He even went to the sellers and had some decaying woodwork taken care of by an experienced carpenter just so that item wouldn't delay anything. By the way, we never got a bill for that work either. Jason truly takes care of business and with his wife by his side they make a terrific team! I couldn't recommend him enough!!

i started using HJ on a recommendation early in 2014 and its been 1 and half year we still using their services. the reason to come so long with them is the support we get on time and resolved. plans are competitive and we get discount coupons as well time to time. good job...
