I ordered three wooden painting boards in late December and they took quite a while to arrive. I got them in late January. I got in touch with Cheap Joe's about a week before they came to find out what happened to my order, and was told they were on back order. It would have been nice for Cheap Joe's to have told me that weeks earlier. In the interim, I ordered two more of the same thing in a size Cheap Joe's didn't have from Amazon, and those arrived in two days. I want to support Cheap Joe's, but it's hard to argue with Amazon's efficiency and selection.

I ordered online and order was supposed to arrive in 6-9 days. After 9 days it hadn't even been processed and shipped. When it finally arrived one item was on back order. Nothing was out of stock when I placed my order. After 3 more weeks they finally had it back in stock only to try and charge me more than the original price. My advice- Steer Clear! They are disorganized and not very friendly.

hello my name is Steve H on January 2010 i was going to buy a used and cheap laptop for my work. i asked my friend and he told me to buy either T42 or T43. i searched on google for used T42 and i found laptopcloseout. i called them and talked to a lady , she gave me the prices then she transferred me to another guy to help me with the technician stuff. they helped very well with kindness. i ordered my laptop and got it exactly 3 days after ( as the guy told me) . after that i had some kinds of problem with recovering my system , so i called them again. they helped me again even though my warranty was over. they sent me a new recovery CD for nothing ( i just paid the shipping fee). their prices were also good compare to other places. i had a really good experience with this place.

I bought a t430s in march 2016. The laptop was in perfect condition even though it said grade "A" (which meant scratches). I was gladly impressed. In october 2016, 3 keys stopped working and the charger broke. After 1 e-mail they sent me a replacement keyboard and charger without fees. They answer fast and the delivered the replacement products in no time even though they are in Toronto and I am in Montreal. Really fast answering Not lying about their warranties

Vape had issues after a week or so of using. Seems to be off and on in terms of how much you inhale when you take a pull. The button also constantly sticks. My partner has the same one and is experiencing exactly the same problems. I have emailed them twice and had absolutely no response. I wouldn't recommend this product. You can purchase much cheaper vapes that are much better quality.

Ordered 25m square of the 600g fibreglass matting with facia and corner mouldings. I also included the tools package. Arrived quickly all as described. I called the helpline as this was first time I’d used fibreglass and I got the answer efficiently. There was exactly 25m sq so worth ordering slightly more quantity for contingency if you think you might needs any more. Overall I would definitely use again - the online tool with options I found very useful..

I did receive the fiberglass that I asked for but for some reason I expected it to be on a roll and not folded into a box. There were several snags that I noticed whilst putting it onto my roll but it is still usable.

The shirt came separate from the suit and the suit came after we left for our wedding we had a destination wedding but thankfully my mother didn't leave until after me so she drove out to my house and picked up the package which was a hassle but she did it so next time please try to send the suit and the shirt together and that's a request I would ask for all customers that's getting married and request 3-day shipping

I ordered this piece of test equipment and received it July 14, 2008. It originally functioned properly. It developed a problem that I tried to troubleshoot at my expense by ordering a new PC interface card, but it didn’t solve the problem. I contacted the company August 2, 2008 about the problem and sent the unit back August 14, 2008 after waiting for the new interface card. The original contact was within the 30 day warranty period. After hearing nothing after the stated 48 hours, I contacted the company by e-mail and by phone at least THREE different times, but no one returned my calls. I contacted the manufacture of the product and was told the symptoms I described are non repairable. AAA Testers did have another unit that is similar to this for sale they could exchange this for, but I’m sure they don’t want to do this. It’s obvious there is a problem, they are hiding something. I tried to look up “EMS Limited” and “AAA Testers”, but other than the AAA Testers website, I could find no business listing for either company name in Michigan or Ohio. I have reported this to both the Ohio and the Michigan Attorney General Offices and opened up a dispute with Visa. Update: I finally received by money back after weeks more of waiting. Regarding their 25% restocking fee. One rarely has the opportunity to 'test drive' equipment as this before the purchase and while I can understand a 'restocking' fee, 25% is what a markup percentage would be, not what it costs to confirm the unit is working as intended.

I had purchased a DSP-4300 cable certifier about a month ago and the equipment was in great condition. I have had no issues and I would like to state that the customer service was exceptional. I was not sure what exactly I was looking for before I made the purchase and one of their sales reps explained to me the differences between all of the certifiers they had in stock and he had pointed me in the right direction. They are very helpful.

Contacted Ash Mansukhani for replacement of a touch screen for HP PDA handheld computer ...confirmed they had everything in stock and that turnaround time for replacement and ship back was 1 hour. They kept their promise and it took less than 48 hours for me to ship for repair and start working with repaired unit. JUST AN AMAZING customer experience. They answered all my phone calls efficiently. Service is unbeatable and fix cost less than one third of brand new computer...so it's worth repairing ! About 2 years ago I purchased an item and was very pleased with the transaction. Now, I ended up purchasing another wine fridge, but upon opening up, there is a little difference in the item.....there is no Celsius / farenheit switch as pictured on the item on the Winecoolerdirect.com website. I called, and has been the case with them for some delivery issues, after long holds I get disconnected. I called the sales line instead but had the displeasure of getting James (like several others who posted here). He could not care less about the problem and said "why are you calling me, you should call the manufacturer, they can fix over the phone". Really? Long, rubber arms to stretch across the continent and install a missing button? He then said, "what's the problem, you can't figure out Celsius?". I told him I didn't want to. Finally, because his attitude and tone of voice were so ridiculous, I called him on it and said that I found his apathy to be alarming and he said "well, I don't see what the problem is, so yeah". NICE. What an arse.

A combination washer dryer was delivered on May 5, 2015 as part of an ongoing renovation project. There was no physical damaged seen upon inspection at delivery. When my contractor went to install it he noticed internal damage to the unit that makes it un-useable. I contacted Living Direct several times and they refused to honor their 60 day 100% satisfaction return policy. See below: "If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us within the first 60 days after delivery. All we ask is that the order be returned to us in its original packaging and condition with all included accessories and materials. Items shipped out via freight line carrier must be returned in the same manner. To obtain a return merchandise authorization number (RMA), please contact one of our customer service experts Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. CST at 1-866-975-4846. They said because it was damaged it was not covered by the 60 day return policy. Doesn't seem like the 100% satisfaction guarantee and return policy stated right on their site. I have registered a complaint with the BBB and have contacted my attorneys to start litigation against this firm. Too many people will not hold dishonest people like Living Direct Accountable. That is why they continue to do it. Not this time...

Called when nothing was received after two and a half weeks - was asked to leave message. Also faxed copy of order with request for status. Called again the next day left message, faxed again, and sent email to both addresses. Called 3 business days later (order + 3 weeks) and was told that they would check with the warehouse and call me by 1:00. Called back at 3:00 and was told that the order was being shipped for 2 day delivery. I asked for tracking number and was told they would email me the tracking number the next morning. Called 2 days later and was told they had no tracking number and would contact me with it "today". Called back the same day and was told that it would be delivered that day. Called the next day - still no shipment received nor tracking number -- and requested that they cancel the order and refund my money. They refused because they said it had been shipped. When I complained that without a tracking number that they could not confirm any shipment, they hung up on me. I called back immediately and they refused to answer the phone. I have filed a claim with the credit card company.

I got a Canon A30 compatible toner cartridge as a back up and I recently unpacked and installed it. It was a total failure, and took the machine to repair place and they said bad cartridge. I emailed and called, (hard to get the number) and have had no response at all. A total waste of $50. I would never use them again. Absolutely no customer service, and you can't trust their product.

I wasn't expecting for the PS4 to be the new model but in about a week even less it came to my doorstep and was really surprised how nice it was. It works perfect and it was the new model ps4. The CUH1200 model which for around $200 I wasn't expecting it at all. Overall very nice, amazing, and works well with nothing to complain about! Very happy with my PS4. FYI I received the console and the power cable with the original box in my order. YMMV depending on the condition of your choice.

I just started using the sunscreen. Been a week now. So far it hasn't irritated my eyes like i have experienced with others and it leaves no white residue on the skin- completely absorbed. Unprofessional and hostile to accredited female investors. Carson Bomar would not provide due diligence info but instead made derogatory and gendered comments. My experience was mainly in SF and NY-based acquisitions so I expected a “culture difference” in Florida, but was still surprised with my engagement with this company. After receiving initial information about a company, I sent the broker my assessment that it’s last year increase in profits was due to acquiring one particular contract and asked if they had IDIQs or other more stable sources of revenue to justify their longer-term profit projections (see attached email). The broker’s response was highly pejorative and insulting, as though he took umbrage at needing to provide data to prove a company’s valuation and asking price, and still didn’t answer my question. I don't need to say that a broker's responsibility to their clients is to provide due diligence info to prospective buyers. Furthermore, his response gave the impression that he thought I was a naive working mother of limited funds who was looking for a part-time Gig (see attachment), as opposed to my being a serious accredited investor who takes data more seriously than poorly constructed arguments couched in hostility. It was so offensive and egregious that I forwarded the email to the founder and the managing director (Jason & Ron), but did not receive a response. My impression is that this company is not skilled, catering to less-sophisticated investors, and certainly did a poor job representing this particular company. I would not recommend Website Closers (websiteclosers.com) as a buyer or seller. Take your business elsewhere - there are plenty of quality brokers out there who will represent you well in your sale and not offend and ward off potential, serious buyers.

I placed an order on 7/23/15. I got 1/3 of my order. Today is 8/5, I have no idea when I'll get the other 2/3, say's backorder on my invoice. They did send me a email AFTER they shipped telling me part of my order was backordered. But no mention of the product being out of stock when I placed the order, or BEFORE my partial order shipped and they had no problem charging my card for the full amount. I tried using their live chat feature three times, nobody responds. The 3rd time someone responded and said can I help you, but then after I typed my question, there was no response for 15min so I closed chat. I also emailed their customer service 2 day's ago and still have not received a reply. I'll stick with my regular online supplier from now on. Tried to save a couple bucks and now I'm pissed. I rated their customer service 1 star because not only have they not told me anything about my backorder status, but their live chat feature is useless and it obviously takes more than 2 day's to answer email about order status. ****UPDATE: After 7 days I finally got a email reply. They said they were not sure how long my items would be on backorder, it usually takes 2-3wks, but if I called on Monday they would research it further. This is hilarious because in the 7 day's it took them to reply, I got a shipping notification from UPS My Choice that the package was on the way, 3 day's earlier. Sooooooo.....the person that replied to my email, never even bothered to look up my order in the computer or look to see if the item came back in stock before sending me a stupid reply. WOW. Oh and by the way, I got nothing from them saying that my order was shipping or anything, the only reason I knew is because I'm a member of UPS My Choice and they always notify you when a package is on it's way.****

I live in Florida about 300 miles from Divers Supply. Checked on the status of my order with Divers Supply on the 9th day after the order had been placed, and the order had not shipped! Then looked at my invoice and saw that Divers Supply had not logged my order until a day after it was placed, charged me $6.68 for "shipping and handling" 8 feet of 9/16 surgical tubing, plus 6% Georgia sales tax. Cancelled the order. Bye, bye, Divers Supply.

I ordered earrings in February - despite the state re opening on the back of COVID, and many emails from their customer service saying it was shipping soon, still no earrings and it’s the end of June. They claim the earrings shipped earlier this week but still have not received these and am waiting to talk to a customer service agent as I type this review. I am questioning the legitimacy of this business beyond just the poor customer service with lack of follow up. Extremely dissapointing experience. I ordered my lovely new sofa over 6 months ago now, on new years eve. It was due to arrive very early March, then was placed on delay for a month which I was told via email. Then due to coronavirus, was delayed a further two months. As things slowly start to move again after coronavirus, I have to ring up harveys myself to be told they are starting to arrange deliveries (slightly annoying as I'd already waited so long), so they book me a date for in 4 weeks time. I haven't been asked for payment yet. I then get a call 6 days before delivery date to say that I have lost my delivery date as I haven't paid the outstanding balance, even though I was on the phone to customer services a matter of days before and they didn't mention I was due to pay. How is this even possible? The communication throughout this process has been almost non existant. I am then made to pay all of my balance over the phone without being given a new date yet. The customer services member said that she would ring me back that afternoon to confirm and she never did. I feel like they have taken the money from and not held up their part of the deal. Customer service advisor was called Melissa. So frustrating, I was really looking forward to getting the sofa for the 3rd time... Would not buy from here again.

As a follow up to my review in March. I took the advice of a previous review. I had ordered a sofa and two chairs on 22 December. We the received the letter re New Year holiday extension and corona virus in China and then alot later one from Harvey's. Having had no other communication and unable to contact customer services I rang and spoke to my bank. They sent me a dispute form to explain the problem and today 18 June I have had my deposit returned.?. I hadn't realised that I could get my money back as I paid on a Visa card not a credit card. As they look as if they are going into administration I urge anybody to contact their bank. Do not pay a balance as they seem to take your money but dont deliver. Apauling company.

Love the product. Took us a while to get used to the colouration as the 1st box I opened didn't really match the sample. There is enough variation in the planks grain that adds variety. I hadn't realised the planks come in 3 to 4 different sizes within each box, but once again added that bit of variety. Definitely recommend the flooring as it looks good and seems durable as workmen have been walking/working over it for a good month or two.

You can get some Great Deals there. The staff are always very helpful and pleasant. The problem there is its Very, Very Dirty. The floors are always dirty. The shelves are always a mess. The Windows and glass doors are as dirty as the rest of the store. Every Dollar General that I've ever been in, is the same way, DIRTY. Must be company policy. There are times that it not just dirty, there is a a foul smell to go with it. Dollar General I guess, doesn't give a crap about its appearance.

This store stinks (Beale St., Kingman AZ). I'm sick of the constant overcharging, and increasingly restricted store hours. Of course Dollar General is the "ghetto general" of stores. But if you compare their supposed motto for customer service to the way they actually do things, they're such hypocrites. There's several things I'm so sick of I'm now going several times further to the opposite end of town to get to the next closest store. They don't bother listing the true prices. Price tags are constantly wrong, by far mostly showing a lower price than it is. You have to use their app to scan if you want any idea what you're really going to pay, and particularly for anything on sale. They raise prices, sometimes by a lot, and rarely update tags. The store already closed early, and will take any excuse to close even earlier. There's so very many things that need to be done in the day, but they're hardly open any after daylight, anymore. The pandemic doesn't demand this. They don't give a crap about customer convenience. They will hassle you repeatedly about the damn closing time, when they know full well you're already aware of it. The ill will is palpable. They don't limit quantities, so most customers can never buy basic essentials like toilet paper! Some other DG stores are better, and certain are much worse yet.

Only half the ordered items received in the delivery and no response from customer service to ask where the missing items were. Absolutely terrible company that I doubt I would ever purchase from again.

head and stick. Parcel arrived with one broom head and two broom sticks neither of which fitted the broom head. Contacted them to advise. They said i would need to return the broom handles before they would send a replacement or refund and that I’d have to pay for the postage for the return. I explained that firstly the return postage would cost more that the price of a broom handle. And secondly we are currently in the middle of covid 19 lockdown I am in the vulnerable category so even if I wanted to return it I couldn’t in addition to this our post office shop is closed. I asked that they send a replacement broom stick which would virtually cost them nothing (how much can a Wooden stick cost???) they said no it was my fault for ordering it. I said the website doesn’t stare which stick goes with which broom head. They said too bad my fault and they repeated that I need to return it! I have never come across such dumb and down right terrible customer care ever. They would rather ruin their reputation than spend £2 on a broom stick which they shouldn’t have sent in the first place. I order a lot from gardening suppliers as I own a property management firm this was a first small order will definitely be my last. Love to hear the reply to this I am happy to copy and paste my email response from them for all to see.

I wouldn't buy my glasses from anywhere else now. I have bought two pairs of glasses from The Glasses Company in the last 2 years. The first was a nice pair for riding my motorbike, the second was a cheap pair (under £20) to read subtitles when watching TV. Both are of fantastic quality and arrived quick.

Delivery one week late due to out of stock which was not indicated when the order was about to be placed. Managed to get locally a few to carry over until delivery which was promptly as indicated when stock available.
