Ordered two vista outdoor lights however received one of the lights damaged...there was a cut wire close to the socket. I had to remove several parts in order to repair the damaged wire. Very disappointing at $75 /unit.

The purchase was OK. Took longer than I thought it should to receive the order, but it did come. I have a number of problems with the bed itself, but that is not GreatFurnitureDeal's fault. I wish there was a way to contact the manufacturer to try and get the issues resolved. I have spent an additioanl $64 SO FAR to fix the problems.

I've had a lot of difficulty finding the proper power supply/cords for a Southern Motion sectional with recliners. I called your 800 number and spoke with Ray. He was very helpful and allowed me to send him photos of the underside of the recliners that need the power supply and helped me order the correct parts. He was patient and informative. I had experience in dealing with Steve Nelson who gave one generic plan very expensive! I emailed him but no answer so I called him and he just said that we are an international company and we only have high cost plans if you are looking for lower cost plans better you look locally! He didn't even make an effort to discuss my budgets or what I was looking for in for in terms of Medical Insurance. If you get assigned to him it would be a real waste of time. I have other people say that they had a good experience with Medibroker but till yet for me no happiness at all!

We have benefitted from the sound advice and information at every turn, given by Amy Spiers in particular, and have always found Medibroker to be instantly accessible and the ideal conduit between us and the insurer, being able to cut to the chase and get common sense service without being passed from one department to another. Called the delivery company on the 31st to see where my order was and they confirmed that it had only been dispatched on the 30th! I paid for express delivery. I contacted C.E.S. Shrewsbury office and spoke with Ally Benbow regarding asbestos I needed removing from a recently purchased property. Ally was not only very professional, but friendly, courteous and very helpful. She was an absolute pleasure to work with and ensured the job requirements were organised quickly and all details were covered. On a number of occasions I contacted Ally to confirm or make slight adjustments to what I required and at all times she was calm and very obliging. Will Foster was the gentleman who came to remove the asbestos and again I was really impressed. Will turned up on time and worked incredibly hard to get the job done. Again he was helpful, polite and knowledgeable. I ordered a padded toilet seat and one of the screws/nuts that you use to attach it to the bowl was broken. I had to salvage one of the ones from the broken seat but it doesn't fit correctly so I have a loose seat now. Can I get a new screw/nut?

I ordered 2 shelves - one for a birthday gift. The 2 shelves were in one box. One box was totally open and only had the larger slots of the shelf. The second box was open at the top but all parts were there. Very disappointing that they were not complete, very disappointing that it took me repeated attempts to get in touch with someone to explain my problem. Then to be told the shelf I had ordered was out of stock! Then to be told I would have to wait another week to receive the second shelf I had ordered and could not be expedited for the gift I had purchased it for. After spending weeks and weeks, both online and offline, looking for a bed I came across this company. Somehow they never came up on any previous searches, of which there were many. I ordered some fabric samples and they arrived very quickly. Wasn’t sure about the shade that I wanted so needed to order more. Those were also delivered quickly. Was very apprehensive about ordering a bed from the internet without having seen it and also worried about whether the separate parts of it would fit up the stairs. There is a low point which had prevented access for quite a few items in the past. Emailed B&S to find out the size of the packaging numerous times for different beds and all the replies were answered within a few hours. I was impressed by their fast response and helpfulness. I also needed to ring them and they were lovely and helpful. Nothing seemed too much trouble. Eventually I went for the Burdock....it was plain and the headboard would hopefully fit up the stairs. I have now had this bed for about 18 months and I love it. Seems very well made. Feels rock solid, in fact I haven’t managed to move it an inch. No idea how I am going to clean behind it. Doesn’t squeak, doesn’t wobble, doesn’t move. The headboard is so comfortable when you are reading in bed, and it looks higher than on the website. Quite a nice height really. The delivery men were wonderful, arrived when they said they would and assembled the bed in no time at all and removed all of the packaging. They also put my new mattress on for me (bought elsewhere because I couldn’t get to a B&S showroom) and one of them one was still cheery even after injuring himself. (Should add that my new mattress was made for one of my other bed bases and is shorter than the length of this new bed yet it looks fine, doesn’t move about on the bed and causes no problem at all. It did cause a problem on my slatted base bed which I replaced with this B&S bed). Honestly couldn’t fault this company in any way from beginning to end. Customer service and quality of product are the two most important factors for a company nowadays and it’s rare to find a company excelling in both, but this company manages it admirably. So many companies fail at both that it was refreshing to come across Button and Sprung. Can’t recommend them highly enough....just wish that they made sofas now.

A highly unethical & fraudulent company with zero integrity: 1 received 1 case of 24 cans of my order of 10 cases. I called and after i tried 5 times. they said i only ordered 10 cans of dog food. that was $8.20 per can ? no way ! i get a can for .47 at wal-mart. his attitude was that he didn't care to help me resolve this in any way so i am out $82.01 thanks for committing this fraud on me

I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. I ordered a banner 3 weeks before my event. I noticed a shipping label was printed After 3 days but item never shipped. I inquired when it would be shipped and received a less than nice response. I called and spoke to a manager that told me he'd look into it and return my call. That was a week ago and I never received a call back. I again inquired and was told the postal service was totally unreliable. I was also given an option to purchase another banner and pay for express shipping and hope they second banner got to me in time. Customer service is terrible to non existent. I would never order from then again and wouldn't advise anyone else to either.

Easy process then nothing. As my deadline approached this company stopped replying to my messages and sent my calls directly to voicemail. So I went back to what worked the first time. So I attempted to use their service to unlock my IPhone 13 and it going to cost $25. Fine. Nope. I get an email a day saying this “ I have bad news and good news for you! Because the IMEI of your specific phone came back *Stuck in the Database", it will most likely be cancelled by the manufacturer server (which happens sometimes in this industry, you'd hear that anywhere you go). We cannot use the service paid for. But GOOD NEWS is this - that we can still unlock the phone! Unfortunately, to unlock this device we have to use a premium service, the cost for this service is 70.00USD additional and can take 10 to 25 business days to get a successful result. You have my word this is still the cheapest and fastest you'll get the unlock anywhere in the world, as we are top of the supply chain. In-fact, if you go anywhere else you find via Google, Bing, Youtube, Local - you'd probably end up paying around at least 150.00USD. I wished I would have listened to the negative reviews. We ordered paving stones for our patio and after several delivery delays finally asked to cancel the order, which the Paving Superstore refused. They gave no apologies and made no effort to refund our money, instead making excuses such as they chose the wrong delivery company. They admitted their wrong but took zero responsibility. If I could give zero stars I would but sadly I am forced to give them one! AVOID!! AVOID!! AVOID!! The service is the worst I have ever experienced! The emails they wrote were insulting and bare-faced lies topped in all!! Customers to them are an inconvenience, no-one should have to experience the total lack of empathy that we received, I would spread the word that this company is absolutely useless when it comes to customer satisfaction.

Waste of money! I receive wrong item to Germany, which is bad enough. But now I have no way of sending back without spending a fortune- no valid return label from Germany was included in my erroneous package. Ok, let’s try customer service- no one wants to lose 150 Euros spent on their order, right? Automated service thanks me for my query and I wait almost 2 weeks to receive a message saying „we hope your problem was resolved“. Seriously? By whom? By itself? I have experienced the most horrible internet buying experience EVER. Terrible . I just attempted to purchase $3600.00 of merchandise . MEANDEM’s ill equipped website would not make the pound to dollar switch... and would not locate a “Please Notify now back in stock ” dress . This was not to be my first purchase.....I have been a very good buying customer for over a year, constantly having issues with ordering ! Truly disappointed in the lack of professionalism and arrogant attitudes . I have turned several women on to your site and now will influence them to move on .But honestly they too have suffered the same as me. We are exhausted from your disorganization -3 are from London!! I've had two orders (10/31/2012 and 12/14/2012) credited back by my credit card company. After no communication for months, I was called two days ago (shock!) and they requested that I release my disputes because they're ready to ship. I replied that if they ship I'll pay...no further contact...their website is not available for two days now and BBB has pulled there rating from "F" to re-evaluate.

Order in "Processing" status for a week, one generic response to email promising a call, then nothing. Online chat "down", phone on website initially allowed a voicemail to be left, but then changed to a generic message saying "sorry, we're busy" and didn't provide an option to leave a message. Website added big banner message saying "sorry, really busy", but then order status changed to ALLOCATED. Charges were made IMMEDIATELY when order was placed on 1/1/2013 and no contact was made to provide option to cancel. Disputed CC charges and bank couldn't get in touch with them either.

Ordered 25 small pins for my grandson’s second grade class on Monday, March 25. On Thursday, company notified me that order would ship on the next day, Friday, March 29. On Friday, March 29, I was notified that, nope, the order would ship on Monday, April 1. I contacted the company by phone, spoke first to Jessie and was transferred to Madeline. The purpose of my call was to cancel the order inasmuch as I needed the items by Thursday, April 4. Madeline, a very pleasant young lady assured me the order would be sent second day air on Monday, April 1, to arrive by Wednesday, April 3. I agreed and on Tuesday April 2 I received a package from the company. Absolutely, the WRONG item. Once again I called the company, spoke with Madeline and was told there was nothing they could do. However, Madeline pressed on and spoke with her contact, and was told that he would ship the order overnight mail the next day to arrive on Thursday, April 4. Nothing was shipped. Somebody dropped the ball, it was a small order but apparently commitments don’t seem to mean anything. I am left with 18 disappointed 2nd graders. No way to run a company.

I was hoping to find a decent vendor for a reliable replacement battery for my iPhone. I thought I'd found it with iCracked. But the battery they sent is two years old. As everyone should know, especially iCracked, the chemistry of these batteries degrades with age - whether they are used or not. (Google lithium ion polymer age.) I contacted them via chat and mentioned it, and the response was "Alright, is there a problem." Ummm ... that is the problem. So, old batteries and untrained support staff ... not what I'm looking for. Quick shipping and pretty boxes, though.

Placed my first inquiry about a month ago. Soon after received that e-mail: "Hi there! I will be happy to provide you a quote and walk you through how our service works. Keep an eye on your phone as you should be hearing from me very soon by either text or call! Fred " Although obviously bot-generated, that "casual" and even "friendly" email, made me believe that I can trust that company. WRONG!!!! My screen was cracked, so i wanted it to be fixed as soon as possible. I responded on that e-mail. Than waited. Than tried to write againg, And tried to wait a bit more. I wish I could give 0 stars. Worst customer service possible. Robot generic answers via e-mail and phone... Prices are extortionate. Hidden fees always apply so expect the unexpected with any shop direct company. Products are usually of a poor quality (clothes and gym equipment that I have purchased have had a problem with them 50% of the time). Would never use again. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Insight repeatedly fail to honour a two year warranty for a failed product. 1) "The warranty is one year, not two. Prove to us that it's two" (it's on their website and the website of the manufacturer as two) 2) Repeated delays in contact 3) "You need to raise a ticket with the manufacturer, not us" (No, we don't. We did do it, but the manufacturer quite rightly said that we should go to the people we brought the product from, i.e. Insight). Still waiting for a resolution over a month after hardware failure.

The Hamptons boat was not what we expected on NYE. There were not enough seats for everyone to sit down and for a long evening not good. Not enough food and there was suddenly VIP seating!!! They had preferred seating over other passengers. Not offered to us at time of booking. Also late pick up and drop off.

I had a very positive experience using Greentoe! They offered me a great deal on a new Samsung Q80 65" TV. I will definitely recommend this service to my friends and family! I heard about Greentoe through my brother who recently purchased a new LG OLED B9 65" TV using their service. He got a great deal and shared his experience with me. At first I was skeptical of the process, but decided to give it a try since he received his new TV without any issues. I started by submitting a couple offers on TV's that I had my eye on and was contacted by a Greentoe rep via email. I went back and forth with them a few times while also trying to see if they would price match (or beat) another retailer on Ebay. They informed me of the risks associated with purchasing "grey market" TV's and clarified that all TV's sold via Greentoe will come from authorized retailers and include the full manufacturer warranty. After a couple emails and counter offers, I accepted the offer. The next day, I received an email stating my TV had been shipped (complete with shipping details such as PO#, shipping company name, and tracking number). Delivery took about a week as the TV was shipped across the country via freight. The shipping company called me in advance to set up a delivery date and time, and they delivered the TV within the time window we agreed upon. I later confirmed my TV was sold through an authorized Samsung retailer just as Greentoe promised! Everything went smoothly and I'm very happy with my TV purchase through Greentoe!

I have a Fuji XT2 and wanted to get another lens, 56mm f/1.2. Online prices are 899.99, i.e. $900. Greentoe says save 10% to 40% in their advertising. The best counter offer to my $851 was $879, an about 2.5% savings, plus the hassle of multiple rounds of bidding. Bottom line, If you know what you want, and it something that does get discounted, you might get a deal (seems like TV sets fall into this category) but Fuji lens are not in this category.

I ordered a transmission for my car from this company that has the 5 year warranty. My first complaint is it took two weeks to process the payment. I called and had to wait half an hour just to get someone. When they answered i was told it was shipped out a week prior and that it would be here the next day at the latest. Then when i got the email that had shipping details, it had only been processed an hour after i got off the phone with customer service and not shipped yet. I then had to go and pick up the transmission an hour drive away or wait another week. Still got charged the shipping. After having the item installed by a shop, they said the internal pump was bad. So now i am sitting on hold again, but am now just under an hour wait time. I need to get this transmission swapped for one that is good but this place wont pick up the phone. I would rate this less than a star and as a complete ripoff.

Ordered an engine from these guys at midnight, had an email at 8:30 their time that said the part was "test and failed" with no more in stock. I highly doubt they warehoused a single bad engine and tested it within minutes of arriving at work. More likely is they are selling products they don't actually have on hand. Called customer service and after getting hung up on once (yeah I was upset) they said it would take 4 days to refund. After emailing them it showed back up in my account. These guys suck, sorry, but what would you expect from NJ? Too many salvage yards in California, Florida and Texas to do business with to mess with these guys.

I bought this for my oldest grandson that still needs his masters in college. He will be a baseball coach and teacher. Everyone that saw the mat thought it to be great. I thought he would put it out in front of his cabin at the baseball field. However, he was so proud of it that he said he didn't want it messed up and is saving it when he graduates to use at his first home. It was awesome, better than expected and arrived sooner than I thought.

Stay away from DecantShop at all costs. They took over a month to send my order after giving me the runaround and lying to me for weeks about the samples being "shipped". I kept checking the tracking number they provided and it showed the package not being shipped for weeks. When confronted, they blamed the whole thing on USPS which is nonsense because many orders were being delivered to me on time by USPS. Worst of all, the 5 ml sample of Creed Royal Oud I finally received was either fake or so damaged from poor storage that it was no longer recognizable. I know this fragrance so well and bought many samples over the years. What they sent me was not Royal Oud. Being who they are, they of course refused to accept the return or issue a refund. Don't gamble with your money, there are so many other reputable online retailers / decanters that would never lie to and cheat customers.
