PV-149 4 port, 120fps caprture card: Works exactly as described. I've had a LOT of trouble w/ cheaper cards from ebay, but this one installs easily w/ the drivers provided (With win XP and Win 7) and performs as it's supposed to. Blue Iris Software: Also works as described. Better than some software @ much higher prices. I can't speak about it's IP cam functions, but works GREAT w/ the PV-149 capture card and w/ every USB webcam I've tried, including the high res, high framerate Sony PS3 Eye cam.

They price beat many competitors and shipping is usually free, and if not then you can just pick it up in store :). They've helped me build my last 3 computers and I couldn't be happier with the results.

AV alive; lowest price for some parts, high shipping cost, not a 24/7 site, still waiting for the parts! this store, had the lowest price for the crimp tool that I wanted. So I ordered it on 04/23/10. AV alive sent me an email on 04/30/10 with a tracking no. I placed the order around 23:47, four days later AV alive emailed me with the shipping costs, I had to OK the amount, then I emailed back to see if this was the lowest rate, AV alive said it was and the parts will ship. so close but, AV alive emails me 04/29/10, to say some of the parts come 25 to a bag, not 20 or 40. so I had to change my order. the web site said that you could order 1 to xxx parts, not any more! if you want connectors, RG59C-F's, you start @ 25. I had to call AV alive on 04/30/10 to find out WTF was going on! AV alive said they would up-date the web site, and my order was on it's way. Also the ladies I talked with, were very nice.

I went with AV Alive because the product I was shopping for was more than $1000 cheaper there than my local retailer. I was exceptionally pleased with the price, and the CSR's were very helpful on the phone and over email. My situation was difficult because I live in Canada, but wanted them to ship the item to an address in the US. One thing that caused a lot of problems was my credit card. I have a "Canadian" VISA, which AV Alive could not accept, even though I've used it countless times in the US and in other On-line stores that are US based. I can't recommend AV Alive to anyone here unless that restriction is lifted. The only option for me for payment was Wire Transfer, which is more costly and inconvenient. After that was resolved, the CSR's dealt well with the other problems I had.

After 15 days the order was not delivered, but cerdit card was charged on same day. After contacting the service, first they said that they did not have the address and on second day they said that they do not have the credit card info, so they did not ship the order. They charge the credit card but then the reason for not shipping is that they do not have the credit card info. Now for last 3 days when I call then all I get is their answering machine.

I ordered items worth $117. They delivered for items worth $16 to India and also charged a shipping fee of $25 on top of that. It has been almost a month and they have not delivered the remaining items. I called them up several times but it goes to the voicemail and the message says that the voicemail is full. I am not even able to leave a message! I sent them a couple of email messages but still no response. It is clear it is a fraudulent company. I have reported to immigration authorities so that they will get deported. We don't need people like this in this country giving the rest of their countrymen a bad name.

The items I ordered turned out to require being drop shipped from the manufacturer with a 5 week lead time. This fact was not indicated anywhere on their website however. As well, within hours of being informed that it would take at least 5 weeks for them to be shipped, an email indicating a sale was now in effect offering what would amount to $20 off my order. Their support was unable to apply the sale discount to the order, however they were able to cancel the order. In the end I decided to spend a little more money to receive the products earlier, as the extra cost was not an issue given the time sensitivity of their delivery. However, I could also have made the purchase anew through them to receive the sale discount with minimal effect on shipment date, which given the 5 weeks what is a few more days?

125West.com has outstanding customer service and a unique selection of products to choose from. I purchased a Saeco automatic coffee machine from 125West.com about 5 years ago. I was unsure about making a $600 purchase online, but at the time I found information suggesting 125West had been in business for about 5 years already, so I took the plunge and was very happy that I did; my Saeco machine still does it's job today. Another 5 years later and they are still operating with the same fine customer service they provided back then. I purchase all of my coffee from 125West.com as I love their imported Cafe Beletage. Their website doesn't have a lot of graphics to slow down the loading of the site, which means fast ordering and browsing for the products I want. I have noticed they are starting to add videos to their site for product demonstrations, but they don't interfere with the loading time as I have the choice of playing them or not. I fully recommend 125West.com for anyone looking for a specialty product!

I placed an order for a set of DVDs on April 17, 2005. The prices seemed great, and shipping wasn't too bad. I now wish I would've payed a premium instead of buying it from GK World. They notified me on April 19, 2005 that my order would not ship in the 2 days isted under their shipping info. They said they would email me when shipped. It seemed ok. April 22nd, nothing. I emailed them asking what was going on. April 24, response. They said it would ship the 25th, and would update me on the 25th with a tracking number. Nothing. 26th comes around, late that night I got a tracking number. It's now the 29th, and my package has yet to arrive. Update: It arrived today, April 30th. Nearly 2 weeks, 2 weeks, for something that should've taken only 3-6 days to get to my house.

Somewhat slow shipping after order (took almost 2 days to ship), but recieved item in a somewhat timely manner. Battery *seemed* to be new, but I suspect it is used. (scratched, no original packaging) The battery does work, & looks to be holding a charge, only the next few days will prove whether it was new product. A bonus was included with my purchase (an earbud for my cellphone) at no charge, I thought this was a nice touch. If the battery holds up as well as my original, I will have no complaints with maxmost.com

Found the part# I needed listed as "in stock" online, but during checkout I noticed a something that said 'please call to verify item is in stock" so I called, confirmed the part number, confirmed the part was in stock and then ordered with overnight shipping all by 11am. Around 5:30pm, I got a voicemail saying my order canceled because the item was not in stock (conveniently too late to order from another merchant costing me a crucial day for repairs). However, that didn't stop ScreenTek from charging my credit card anyway. That was Monday, now on Wednesday night, I'm still waiting for the $185 to be credited to my card. To summarize, screentek: claims items are in stock online, but asks to please call anyway to double check, either doesn't bother checking or lies when the customer does call, charges the customer immediately, waits until after the item should have shipped for overnight delivery to discover the item is in fact out of stock, perhaps sometime in some uncertain future considers returning customers money. Thanks ScreenTek, nice business you run. To be fair, it was probably an honest mistake (assuming I will eventually get my money back), but the lesson to other shoppers here is that they have an unreliable way of tracking their stock, so if you are in a hurry, use another merchant.

I recently purchased a screen for a HP Pavilion DV6-3267CL laptop. I have changed many screen in the past but when I got to this one I was wondering how to remove the screen because there wasn't any screen covers (or screws) on the screen bezel to remove the bezel. I looked at the instructions that was sent to me in email from ScreenTek and the first step was to remove the screen covers. Since the instructions were misleading I had to venture though about 8 different videos on youtube.com till I found the correct instructions. I had to completely dismantle the laptop and remove screen assembly from the laptop chassis to reveal the screen bezel screws. Im sure I would have taken that same path for removal if I didn't have youtube.com. I know it is impossible to have instructions for every single laptop out there but one your website I think you should reference instructions for this type of screen removal. Also to help quote a repair cost for technicians like myself I would benefit if there was a warning label on the products page to let the technician know that it requires complete disassembly. One method takes about 20 minutes and the other method takes bout 45 minutes. Just my thought..Hope to see changes on the site. I will purchase all my screen from ScreeTek from now on. Fast Shipping and easily found my product. Installation was a breeaze once I figured out how to get to it...lol. Thanks

I would never order from this company.Took 2 weeks to receive product and when it did not work I needed to explain everything I did with it to explain to them why it did not work.They finally gave me a return # and sent item back item.When I did not receive a credit after 3 weeks I needed to give them the shipping # from post office which I did not have.They said it will take next billing cycle to get the money back if in fact it was returned to them since I could not prove I sent actually sent it back.WARNING DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE.

After much auguring on the phone I asked for a refund and told them to send label if they wanted it back. Awful service will never order again from them. Stay clear .

I received my Malibal Nine X7200 about two weeks ago and since then I have experienced the fastest and most powerful laptop I have ever set my eyes on. The screen of the Nine is just the right size. The colors and 1080p resolution show up flawlessly on this 17.3" screen. From a processing speed stand point I have not experienced any slow down yet. While playing both Mass Effect games and World of Warcraft the 3.2 GHz Quad-Core processor easily keeps the frames at a steady 60fps. Even with a great processor the speeds cannot be achieved without a great graphics card. With my setup I am running Dual Nvidia GTX 560M. These cards preform and run everything I have tested them with to max making every game look crisp and clear. This laptop was the one I picked after looking at many brands and I could not be happier that I did. For the price I payed I got twice the laptop I could have hoped for. I recommend that anyone looking into a power gaming laptop give the Malibal Nine X7200 a look.

I ordered item from keenzo a ny based company,paid nys sales tax,only ordered from them to save shipping time as price was considerably higher than other companys further from me.Over a week later no parts(ups inside nys is one buisness day!I look at bank statement they took payment same day ordered. I call keezo several times at 10:30 est.they finally answer phone and promptly tell me my item is in oregon and hasnt shipped,i said thats uneceptable and ask for refund they denied me a refund.I could have ordered same item from west coast with overnite shipping for a few bucks more and had a week ago.SO ITS BUYER BEWARE this company isnt a stocking dealer i believe they used my money to buy item then ship to me possibly because of cash flow shortage.

GLOBAL MEDIA PRO works like a street vendor. When you buy something like I have you pay, its a good price you walk off and that's it. It is a gamble. You win once maybe twice. BUT then when you have a problem they do not know you. They avoid you. They ignore you. At least 10 emails , messages etc etc Nothing. They totally shut all communication. I just wasted more than $700 on a mistake they made. I am waiting for an answer. My hands are tied. They do not answer. For that reason good reviews when you buy and all ok And then Zero star if I could. Rather pay a bit more from a reputable shop. Globalmedia pro is not reliable or reputable. I bought 2 sets of BarConic 9.5oz Monument Collins glasses (12 total). After running them a few times through the dishwasher with perfect settings, they turned totally cloudy. None of my other glasses that were washed the exact same way shows any cloudiness/etching. To be sure it wasn't the water, I cleaned them with vinegar, Lemon Shine and Lime Away but none of it made a difference. I then approached Barproducts.com customer service. After explaining the problem and sending them pictures, they said they can't do anything about it. I wouldn't buy from this company again since they don't seem to stand behind their products.

The second time I received an email saying they are on back order and not due until June. They had to know this when I ordered. Bad business!!!! A quick email would have helped back on the 5th.

Same here: Ex stock was on hold for more than 10 days, ignored cancellation on their website as well as by Email, shipped substitute product 4 days after order was cancelled, substituted product even though it was clearly stated in comments, that no substitutes were accepted. Tend to ignore Emails, but had some responses, however not really adressing my issues. Will backcharge via my credit card company and I am done doing business with them. As a matter of fact, this is the second incident of substitution without prior information.

I ordered 2 2gig Kingston sd cards and received 2 no-named cards. After emailing them I returned the cards and also was charged a return fee. I contacted my credit card company which pointed out a phone number next to the charge that I should call. I did get a refund of the restocking fee. Please challenge the charges and restocking fee with your credit card company. It can't hurt and you may get your money back. I have learned at least one valuable lesson in all this. NEVER buy from an online store unless it has very good reviews. I wish I would of found about this site and Biz Rate's site before I bought anything from the Flash Memory Store. I bought a majority of my gifts this past Christmas season from USB geek. I even referred some of my friends to their site. I was amazed at their products and was excited to finally have a place I could buy cool techy gifts from. I bought my youth pastor a usb, my bf's roommate the gun alarm clock system and my boyfriend an awesome pair of sunglasses with a built in mp3 player. When I received all of these they were great besides one issue... The plugin for my sunglasses was broken. I sent in the issue and they asked for picture proof and promptly sent me another one. Now you are thinking that they have done a great job so far and you are completely right. We finally received the plug in from USB geek and got ready to setup the glasses. They charged like normal and even played music. Only one small problem.... The glasses only played music when they were connected to the charger that was about 1.5 ft long if that. I emailed USB geek with this problem and they ignored my emails. I have given them appx 2 months to respond and have decided I have lost my money and have to replace the glasses with another company. This isn't the service that I expected to receive. Beware of the "coolness" factor of this company... They may slap you in the face for giving them business.

It was after the tsunami, and there was some correspondence back and forth about availability: real people, with real names, writing real correspondence, regarding me as a partner in the transaction. I looked them up, and lo and behold, they are in Eugene, Oregon, just down the freeway from my home in Portland. Free shipping, personal, flawless service, and a local company employing people in my economic watershed: one very loyal customer.

Ordered A 2 flashlights, 2 pen/flashlight/laser combos and rechargable batteries. Turned out that 1 flashlight was defective, the other 3 led flashlight stopped working after a day and one of the pens didn't work as well. Sounds horrible, and I felt horrible since my previous experiences with oversea companies were pretty terrible. So I sent an e-mail explaining the situation and to my surprise, I was credited back the full purchase amount! Simply amazed. I will try ordering from them again and see if my order was just a fluke. I believe good customer service should be rewarded. *Edit As promised, I did order from them again. This time, I ordered a 3 watt flashlight, a multi-card reader and a bluetooth adapter. Glad to say that I haven't had problems with any of them. My only complaint is that shipping takes a little longer than a week since the company is based in Asia, but then again... being free more than makes it up for me.

Recieved in 1 week what a couple local suppliers said would take 2-4 weeks to get from the factory. On top of this, the local suppliers were quoting us almost twice as much as ASIHome was quoting us. So we got better pricing and service. We will definately use ASI again.

I've placed two orders with ASIHome now and have had an overall positive experience. Their prices are great, service good, and they are even active in online z-wave community forums that help DIYers like me. My first experience was disappointing due to the length of shipping (my order took over 3 weeks to get to me), but since then I've noticed they have started clearly stating shipping times for each product on the site, so this shouldn't be an issue, or at least a surprise anymore. For my second order with them I purchased a handful of items which were all listed as in-stock. These all shipped within 24 hours of my order. All things considered, I definitely recommend them with the only caveat being to double check the stock level and shipping status of each item if you need it in a timely manner.

I ordered 3 #10 cans of Mountain House cottage cheese on their website. Being a savy consumer, I stipulated "New Stock Only. No Dented Cans". When the order arrived and was opened I discovered the product was already 5 years old. I immeadiately telephoned the company. I left 5 voice mail messages and sent 2 emails during their published regular business hours. No response. I finally talked to someone and was told that the 5 year old product is the "newest product they have". I was told they would "consider" refunding me if I paid return shipping to them. I flat refused. They sent the 5 year old product in bad faith. They knew I did not want 5 year old product. I have contested the charges with my credit card company. I have informed the company they may have their 5 year old product back if they will send a paid shipping label.

eFax is a company that will charge you for services you're not using including charging fees that are not covered in their terms and conditions. We recently obtained an unauthorized charge of $99.99 from them seemingly out of nowhere despite not even using the service we were paying for for that month. We use it once every three months and in a month where nothing was faxed, they charged us another $99.99. We are disputing the charge with AMEX and cancelling the service. Their support defended the charge, but couldn't tell us what it was for. I would personally recommend you stay away from this scam company.

No way to cancel online, emails get ignored and they keep charging my credit card. eFax is really really annoying and cheeky. I wanted to cancel my account but there is no option in the member area so I wrote several emails, which all got ignored. Apparently they want to make you call their customer service department which is illegal in Europe. Stay away from those scammers!

Purchased a duplicator in April of 2019. It was used twice over the next 9 months. In January it would not work. After hours of trouble shooting, obtained an RMA in February to return this for repair. We were unable to return it immediately due to the office being closed. Contacted them in April to be sure they would honor their original RMA. After another week of email tag, they notified us that the unit is out of warranty by 7 days and they will no longer repair the unit. A waste of time, money, and more time. Our other units are from Kanguroo have worked reliably for 5 and 7 years. We would encourage others to learn our lesson and avoid Addonics.

I am getting the runaround concerning a simple $20 gift card. I have checked my rebate status and it states that they did not receive all of the information. I did not receive a card or an email telling me what they are missing. I emailed them once and did not get a reply. I emailed 2 weeks later and they tell me to fax or mail the box top. I tried to fax it to the number they gave me and it is a number that is no longer in service. So I emailed them again and they tell me that they are having problems with the fax line and gives me another line to fax to. Guess What? That number is no longer in service. To date I have not received this rebate.

On 12/27/08 I purchased Nitro PDF Professional from Fry's Electronics which came with a $60 rebate. I submitted all the information required to Avanquest USA on 12/28/08. After 10 weeks and no rebate check, I contacted Avanquest and was told that the rebate was not received. Fortunately, I had copies and FAXed the information. I received an e-mail message that the rebate submission was received. On 3/25/09 I received an e-mail indicating that the rebate was approved and I would receive a check in 8 weeks. On 4/21/09 I received the same message that the rebate was approved and I would receive a check in 8 weeks. I feel the company will not send the rebate.

The company called me back to inform me the product will be available soon. I double checked with them that I want to cancel all my orders. Several days later I received email from them that my products will be shipping out in the future. Called my bank and they suggest a cancellation document. Call the company again for cancellation email or cancellation confirmation number, didn't get email or confirmation number.

Tried on two separate occasions to make a purchase for an HP Pavilion DV7 drive caddy. Both times I received a message shortly afterward stating that my billing information was incorrect. After the second purchase order was rejected I contacted the bank to get some insight as to why the information was incorrect. The bank representative said that in both cases, the information transmitted from laptopking.com was indeed incorrect. Furthermore, the information they supplied to my financial institution didn't match the information I, myself, had provided. So it would appear that, for whatever reason, they were unwilling or unable to complete the order-using the very same information that I had successfully used once prior. Debit card users will find their payment system rather inconvenient. A hold for the order amount is placed initially. Then, once the order is satisfied, they release the hold and initiate the charge. While not entirely unique to this merchant, it does make ordering difficult because of daily purchase limits that are imposed by most financial institutions. In the end, however, they actually did me a favor as I ended up ordering the part directly from the manufacturer for $20USD cheaper. Additionally, shipping charges were $5USD less than those charged by laptopking.com. $25USD in savings is nothing to scoff at. This would have been my second purchase with laptopking.com, and I should have taken my dissatisfaction with them the first time around as a sign. Rest assured, however, that I'll buy elsewhere from this point forward.

The website seems very professional, but it's really a foreign scam company.They took my money and guaranteed me a completion date. Then, 2 days after the deadline passed, they finally responded and told me they didn't have anyone with the statistics knowledge to complete the assignment. Another art supply online retailer with some of the lowest prices I've seen. One of the items in my order was out of stock with 7/6 listed as the date of receiving new stock. An email was sent informing me of this and gave me the option to cancel the order for that item or the whole order. There was also a shipping choice to ship all items when available or ship separately depending on availability (more expensive). Eventually the whole order was shipped around mid-July, so there was some delay but it arrived in fine packaging with nothing damaged.

HORRIBLE!!!... Signed up for membership. Ordered some goods. Half were not in stock, so my order amounted to a few paintbrushes. Tallied my order... Shipping to Hawaii? Only through UPS or FedEx online they said after signing on. Shipping cost? $100 shipping charge for $100 order. Backed out and called them.. Sorry, we only use UPS and FedEx when ordering online. Decided that day to ancel my membership. Have they returned my emails, phone calls, responded??? No. Worst customer service I've come across in years!!

After being a good $1000.00 repeat customer over the past few years, I had an issue with my most recent purchase. Before I opened the box, I contacted customer service. I might have been ok with their response if they had been truthful with me, but the customer service person outright lied to me to make her case better. I then opened the box and found that the item was also defective and did not work. If you deal with this vendor you might get lucky and get a good item. However, if there is an issue or a problem I am confident that you will not be happy with their customer service. I know that I will no longer be one of their customers. I also have stopped referring people to them. I feel that my reputation is at stake also. I don't want to be in a position where I have referred a friend to a company that will do them wrong.

Ordered shelves in June, finally came six weeks later missing vertical posts and 2 damaged shelve boards. Contacted the company who take days at a time to respond and they said parts were back ordered and they would be another 6 weeks to replace. Replacement parts finally came and they sent the wrong pieces. This happened another 2 times! It’s now Dec, 6 months after paying for these shelves and I just got another delivery of the wrong pieces. I’m giving up at this point....

The only issue I had was damage to the 5 drawer cabinet. It was damaged on the corner from being dropped. The customer service department took immediate care of the issue and a new drawer was sent out. I am very satisfied with the cabinet set I ordered. After looking at other lines I am happy I selected the 18 gauge NewAge cabinets.

Not a lot of use no extension number in documentation. Useless support ! Emailed Loop8 and three days later replied asking to supply information that I had already given. About 2 years ago I purchased an item and was very pleased with the transaction. Now, I ended up purchasing another wine fridge, but upon opening up, there is a little difference in the item.....there is no Celsius / farenheit switch as pictured on the item on the Winecoolerdirect.com website. I called, and has been the case with them for some delivery issues, after long holds I get disconnected. I called the sales line instead but had the displeasure of getting James (like several others who posted here). He could not care less about the problem and said "why are you calling me, you should call the manufacturer, they can fix over the phone". Really? Long, rubber arms to stretch across the continent and install a missing button? He then said, "what's the problem, you can't figure out Celsius?". I told him I didn't want to. Finally, because his attitude and tone of voice were so ridiculous, I called him on it and said that I found his apathy to be alarming and he said "well, I don't see what the problem is, so yeah". NICE. What an arse.

A combination washer dryer was delivered on May 5, 2015 as part of an ongoing renovation project. There was no physical damaged seen upon inspection at delivery. When my contractor went to install it he noticed internal damage to the unit that makes it un-useable. I contacted Living Direct several times and they refused to honor their 60 day 100% satisfaction return policy. See below: "If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us within the first 60 days after delivery. All we ask is that the order be returned to us in its original packaging and condition with all included accessories and materials. Items shipped out via freight line carrier must be returned in the same manner. To obtain a return merchandise authorization number (RMA), please contact one of our customer service experts Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. CST at 1-866-975-4846. They said because it was damaged it was not covered by the 60 day return policy. Doesn't seem like the 100% satisfaction guarantee and return policy stated right on their site. I have registered a complaint with the BBB and have contacted my attorneys to start litigation against this firm. Too many people will not hold dishonest people like Living Direct Accountable. That is why they continue to do it. Not this time...

I had been happy with Carbonite for 4 years and used it for office and home computer. Even used it successfully to get back some photo files that disappeared, and had good experience with phone support when they offered to check the set up. However i wanted a change this year to local company, and did not renew. My credit card had been cgd by the bank in Nov, yet Carbonite was able to renew (I had thought had more time to act since they did not ever get the current update card info on that cancelled card). Quite an arduous process involving multiple emails each with 48hr turn around. Finally got one with apology saying I had provided the needed info in second email, and that my money would be returned. This left me with negative feeling about their slooow process to resolve my problem.

I ordered a replacement rice cooker "inner pot" for a specific Sanyo rice cooker. The product I received fit inside the rice cooker, but was not the same as the genuine Sanyo inner pot. It was of a different build-quality and slightly different shape; most importantly, it didn't perform: rice turned out burned. Through contacting the customer service and the "VP" of Dream Retail, I was told that the product I received was indeed a genuine Sanyo part, and that it was the most recent one from Sanyo's new supplier. I didn't want what I got, so I returned the order (and had to pay for shipping myself). This all would have been fine, except after talking with Sanyo, I was referred to a company (OCI) that oddly had the same address as where I had just shipped my Dream Retail return. It looks like Dream Retail "drop ships" from other companies. When I contacted OCI directly, they verified they had exactly the right authentic Sanyo pot, and for a lower price than the ones Dream Retail sold me. I received exactly what I wanted ordering directly from OCI instead. Take this experience for the facts above. I don't want to judge this outfit too harshly; their customer service appeared genuine.

For the past 4 weeks we've called several times and left several messages, when the mailbox wasn't full that is. We even found an email address on their website that I wrote to. Was a fan of another store based in NY and I stumbled upon Unique Squared via Google to see if I could get a better price. They could only drop the price to what you already had offered. I placed the order online with you guys late Friday (around 6pm I think) and to my amazement, it was on a truck that night for shipment and delivery 2 business days later. I thought there was no way it would ship until Monday. That level of customer service coupled with an already low price guarantee is unheard of.

I was looking online for an AKAI MPK88 midi keyboard controller and found one at Unique Squared for a much better price than the competitors, with free shipping. I ordered it and it arrived a day or 2 ahead of schedule. The brand new keyboard had a problem out-of-the-box even though it was obviously brand new. I called Unique Squared and was surprised to get to speak to an actual person within a few minutes. My keyboard was replaced promptly with no hassle and the new one is great! I would not hesitate for a moment to do more business with this company. best buying experience I've had in a long time!
