I purchased a sink in one order with no problems, so a couple weeks later I bought a faucet and air switch. Since I needed the items in a week, I called before purchasing to confirm that the faucet was in stock and would ship within a day or two. To make a long story short, even after the items didn't arrive in one week, the customer service department was unable to supply me with the UPS tracking number, tell me the date it shipped or even if the items had been shipped. Fausink's prices are very competitive, and their web site is excellent and very informative for comparison shopping. However, their inability to provide post-sale tracking information to their customers can be a real problem.

I ordered a ELKAY rinsing basket for a total of $107. One month later nothing. After 2 weeks I tried calling, but nothing, just a pre-recorded telling me to leave a message and someone would get back to me. I left 10 messages, nothing. I emailed to the email address on my invoice confirmation, nothing. I had AM EX investigate them and AM EX has credited my account because they were unable to make contact with them either. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE SCAMMERS>

So I received my contacts with no problem but the first pairs I put in the right contact was defective. it was very blurry and was causing headaches. I removed that lens and replaced it with another from the package and it was fine. not sure if the remaining lenses will have any issues. I am hoping not.

I was happy with the overall experience using your site, but disappointed that there was a $35 processing fee added during the checkout process. I didn't see that clearly spelled out prior to checkout. It would be helpful to state that clearly when looking at the order and while comparing prices.

I found this website through google, and like the other post, this has to be the worst place to buy anything over the Internet. I order some belltech spindles through them on 10/29 didn’t receive anything so called them up and they said “It should have arrived” FedEx tracking number say they deliver it but I never got anything, so they opened up a claim with FedEx, they say it takes 7-14 days I called them back and said it was denied. They open up other claim waited other 14 days guess what happen got denied again, at this point its been over a month. I ask to speak to the Supervisor left THREE messages with no return phone call. At this point I was mad been over a month and still no parts I just had the truck in my driveway sitting there and I just wanted my money back but the customer rep said he couldn’t do anything until FedEx clear it. So they open up the third claim and now the customer rep Elison or something like that tells me if this get denied I would lose my money. This is when I got frustrated and really mad losing $270.00 it a lot of money to me. Anyways still would have been waiting if I didn’t open up a claim with paypal (good think I paid with paypal) within 18 days I had my money back. I ended up buying the spindles from summitracing and got it within 3 days. This has to be the worst place to buy anything…Other buyers beware of this seller.

Ordered a Holley Throttle Solenoid on March 19, 2008 and paid through Paypal. They charged my credit card immediately and emailed on the 20th. stating the part would be shipped from the manufacturer the week of the 24th. I called the 26th. to check on the status and they told me it would be shipped from the manufacturer the week of the 24th. I told them because it hadn't been shipped yet and because their policy states you can cancel if the item hasn't been shipped, I wanted to cancel the item. They entered an RMA and stated they had to verify the item hadn't shipped and they would sent me an email with the status. I received no email and called them on the 27th. and talked to Eric and he confirmed the RMA but stated that the item was shipped on the 25th. and he would send me an email with the tracking number. This is the 29th. and I haven't as yet received any correspondence from Performance Center about this order. I believe I am also getting the run around as their website is still advertising the solenoid as being on sale but doesn't state that in fact it is on back order although they don't define back order until you have apparently waited for an unusually long time. I have just filed a complaint with Paypal and hopefully I'll eventually get this resolved. I've purchased many items online over the past eight years and every once in a while you come across a poor website such as this. It leaves a bad taste in your mouth but I guess that's life. Would not do business with them again. Update: As of 4/12/08, Paypal ruled in my favor and credited my account with the appropriate funds. Performance Center never responded to Paypal or myself. I believe this site is a false front and a few individuals only take orders and have no inventory themselves. Stay away from these guys. You have been forewarned. Ron

I used them for many years for blank bulk 60 min [sp] 3 hour [ep] VHS tapes [50 per box]. I had fantastic results. Shipping was too high but I loved the product. I could use these tapes for several years and recommended them to others all the time. Around 2010, I noticed that the quality had dropped considerably. The tape media itself would be worn out in a month or two. The picture would snap and skip and was miserable to watch. Tried 5 different VCR's with no difference. My last order was two 50 pack cases in July of 2011 (I buy far in advance). This batch is total garbage. I've had to throw away at least 50% of them. They were unusable right out of the box. It's been almost three years so I have no options. That's one BIG drawback to buying in bulk for future use. With all of my many VCR's, all of these tapes howl and squeal when FF searching, they clunk while rewinding like the spools are just flopping around inside. They lock right up while recording and trip the VCR protection breaker [all the VCR's]. The sound comes and goes and it's very muffled and garbled and of course the picture snaps and skips. All these symptoms are right out of the box. The 50% I haven't thrown away have the symptoms but are not as severe so I'm struggling to use them when I must. If I use a brand name tape, all is well so the proof is in the puddin'. Surprising, when I contacted Delta in 2010 about the suddenly shorter life of these tapes, I was told to "buy name brand tapes then". Now, with this 2011 batch, things are a WHOLE lot worse. So it's live and learn as life goes on.

I purchased an engine from PrecisionEngine.com, I beilieve they are also known as Thunderbolt Engines, RebuiltCrateEngines.com, and ICT Engines of Houston, Texas. The engine I received was missing key items that were outlined on the spec sheet and sales sheet. Because of this, the engine failed at less than 400 miles. They did replace parts, but took no responsiblity for the discrepencies on the sales sheet until I hired an attorney. Even after settling with them, I discovered that they had used stock parts on a high performance engine. The engine almost failed a second time less than 2000 miles later. Their customer service is poor, and they either cut corners or have no quality control. Either way, I wouldn't recommend you purchase any engine from this company.

I honestly wish I had read reviews on Terrificpets.com prior to ordering three (3) dog tags because I would not have had the dilemma that I did. The inexpensive price is what catches your eye. However, you certainly GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. In this case, that is UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE and CHEAP metal dog tags. I ordered the three tags in February and in one week's time of my puppy wearing it, the dog tag begin to fade away on all four corners of this metal plate. So, not only is the purple tag fading away and looks very worn and silver, the owner of this company is not professional and unwilling to refund my money or exchange my dog tags. The other two that I purchased were gifts for loved ones' dogs. So, I am at a lost and would recommend that you shop elsewhere because this was a very horrible and unpleasant experience after buying three dog tags from this company.

We found us a puppy at terrificpet.com and after running around to get the special card they wanted the pin number to verify funds and they took our 500.00 dollars off of it there is no money back guarantee and got no puppy nothing just a bunch of text messages and phone calls with lousy non english speaking persons who you cant understand and promises of them contacting you back soon with no reply do yourself a big favor if your looking for a pet dont do it here rip off con artist's

I switched from Comcast to DirecTV strictly for cost savings. I saved approximately $100 a month for a similar package but you get what you pay for! I have had nothing but trouble with their on demand system. Some shows will not play at all and when you call the answer is "yeah sometimes that happens and we don't know why". They will have a season listed but halve the episodes will be missing. At least 50% of the time the system buffers so bad it is impossible to watch or it gives an error message and kicks you out of the show. When talking with their tech support they agree it is bad and the solution was to just record everything. So much for on demand. Usually once a week the system locks up and has to be rebooted. This usually takes 15-30 minutes to reboot. I thought I would eventually get use to the menu system and be comfortable with it. I was wrong. After 6 months I still hate it. I spend more time trying to find new shows that don't cost money then actually watching anything. The system is slow with pay and free stuff all lumped together. I truly hate this system and often wonder if the frustration is worth the $100 savings!

I started out with diect tv like most people, with a year long special that was affordable. After the year was up, the price increase was HUGE. Not only was I being stuck to by Direct TV, but At&T gets in on it as well and sticks it to you. they charged me $150.00 to install their modem, which I could hooked up!!. They (At&T) were charging me $101 per month for phone and internet. Direct tv was charging me $177 for TV programming. That's a total of $280 per month. Now, anyone who has ever had Direct Tv knows that you cannot get behind on your bill with them because they literally turn off your service the day after it is due and you have to pay it to get it back on, however, when I cancelled service, my closing bill was $719.00!! REALLY!!!

At the time of my online order on December 21st, they said that I should have it by December 27th. Today is December 30th and when I inquired about the item, they are telling me that the item is in stock but they won't be able to ship it at least until January 3rd. I am very unhappy with this seller and their lies on shipping estimates. UPDATE: Today is January 4th and I called them to check the status of my order because I have net heard anything from them. The sales person said that they haven't shipped it and to call them back on Monday the 7th. I asked then to cancel my order. Looks like these people operate under many different names and don't have anything in stock. Looks like they are the middle men and do only drop shipments. I will never buy from these CSN*.* line of companies any more.

I have been involved in the music industry in the Detroit area since 1972 (live performances as well as studio sessions) and have passed the torch on to my son. I had been wanting to upgrade my DAW for some time. I read many articles on the subject, and visited many manufacturers websites, so that when it came time to make a purchase I would be making an informed decision. Believe me when I say, before I decide to make a purchase, I do as much research as possible. I work very hard for my money and expect not only quality in the product but also in the person/company I am dealing with. I compared the products of numerous manufacturers and discovered a large variation in price for the same product (Apples to Apples comparison). Besides using DAWs, I have built them in the past and know the process involved in purchasing components, building, programming, and testing. When I came across Woot Computers I was very impressed by the affordability and almost infinite variations. A true custom built computer. I particularly liked the fact that you didn't have to go to another site to research the variety of components, links are provided. One of the factors that led to my purchase from Woot was the negligible cost difference between me building one and them building it. It was well worth it to have the DAW arrive and ready to go out of the box. But the determining factor was Wouter himself. I had questions, and he had answers. We spoke at length about what I was looking for and what I expected. He helped me tremendously in making the final decision, and it was a great decision! The DAW is superb, I got my money's worth and more. I purchased a Core 2 Quad System that runs like a Motor City muscle car. It screams when it needs to and cruises when you want it to. I highly recommend Woot Computers. As far as I'm concerned Wouter is the man! He knows his business, provides a quality product and most of all talks to his customers! I purchased an Oven Controller board /w Harness Part No: WB27T10593 from D&D. I did not have the SN on my oven, as its been scraped off from years of usage and cleaning. I received the board on time. The assembly came with the drawing and 2 sets of harnesses. One of the harness was already plugged into the board. I installed the board, all the power were there, the oven light came on, but the display would not come on or the keypad respond at all. I then noticed in the drawing that came with the board, that the yellow and yellow/red were swapped(preassembled from D&D/Manf). I then powered off and swapped them, but this did not help. This was Friday Oct/15. D&D are off on the weekend. Called them, left them VM, sent them Emails. They did not respond until Monday 10/18. I told them that they send me a DOA part, and that I really needed was a WB27T10592, without the meat probe. They said, because I had install it, they can't refund or exchange me for the right board. This is no way of doing business? The assembly cost almost $175 and I can't get the working board. For this hassle and pain, I will give them 0 star rating if I can.

I ordered jb stage 1 and bluetooth module on nov 2 Friday. but i decieded to cancel my order to get just jb4 in the future right after 10mins. so i sent email and send a form from their contact us. I checked their website and checking my account its been saying awaiting Fulfillment. So i checked website on Monday again, still same no updates or emails from them. So i called them to cancel my order. they said they already shipped so i can't cancel my order. I was like I have no respond at all and I got no emails about shipping and tracking number. They just said they didn't get email and website will update this evening. Thats it. Also website has no cancel option right after you order it. That was really horrible and irresponsible.

I placed an order with this vendor on May 18 2008 for a brand new Samsung LN52A650 52 inch LCD TV at $2,019.00 and agreed to pay $299 shipping fee. I received email confirmation right away. A week later, I checked my order status in their web site it showed "back ordered". However, when I called them to check the shipping status, I was told they could not ship the TV to me without additional $167 shipping insurance. I was told they had sent me an email about the additinal fee and I had declined it. The fact is that I never received any email from them after the initial order confirmation. ......So I had to cancel the order. I was told I would receive an email confirmation for canceling the order, which I never received. I learnt my lesson for not checking this vendor's rating before placing the order. I'd not recommend to use this vendor.

I decided to call to make sure the order was made and that no hidden cost existed for the Sony HDR-XR500V 120GB.This is nothing but a bait and switch place. I spoke to Jay who confirmed everything was just as shown on the web page. After taking the ordered he tried to sell me an extended warranty, an accessories package and a backup battery, all of which I declined. He thanked me and gave me the confirmation number. The next day an email arrived stating that they have not gotten their shipment and the camera is backordered. I can cancel or wait until they get the cameras in. You can still go to their website and order the camera with no mention of it not being in stock.

I ordered 2 coveralls from them. I ordered one in size 12-18 months for now and one in 2t for later on in the winter,you know how fast little ones grow. The one in 12-18 mos is the same size as a carters brand 6-9 mos size, the 2t is the same size as a carter sz. 9-12mos and a carters sz12 mos. So neither fit my 1 year old grandson that wears 12-18 mos size. I contacted my miracle baby and because I had them personalized they have a no return policy even though the sizes are miss tagged. She said she went and checked on them and they are not mis-tagged. I can't explain why my 1 year old average hight and weight can't fit into even the 2 year size. She said they sell 100s of them and have not had a sizing problem, they can't take them back or give me a refund but she would contact the owner and let me know if theres anything they could do for me. Now I'm just waiting to see if they are giong to make good on this or not. I sure hope so, the cover-alls are good quality and the shipping was very fast!! My order was placed on November 25 as a Christmas present. I noted clearly that if WW couldn't send it by Christmas, not to bother. On December 22, I sent a note to cancel the order because clearly they wouldn't get it to me on time. No response. On December 30th, I received an email saying that you had shipped it! WTF! So I called to get a return tag. The first customer service lady was EXTREMELY RUDE when I told her how dissatisfied with WW, saying, "It's not my problem - I only answer the phone". I was hesitant at first to order from this site. It was instilled in me that if something seems too good to be true, it probably is. So when I saw "Beauty and the Beast" selling for $5.99, along with other hard to find titles, my 'spidey-senses' were tingling. I figured I would order 1 DVD and see how everything panned out. FANTASTIC! Everything was perfect. The DVD was not the original disc, and the artwork was copied, but everything was perfect. The DVD played flawlessly and looked amazing! The casing was also impeccable. To top everything off, I recieved my order on the June 27; 3 days after placing my order! I highly recommend this site to others and plan on doing major business with this company in the future.

Fresh Finds is not interested in having one removed from a database for solication and will tell you that they are but read the facts that follow after my attempts: First of all, Fresh Finds catalogue is also the same company that puts out Lakeside Collection and Ltd. Fresh Finds was called on 09/19/19, spoke to Nita Moore at 4:15 PM to request removal from solicitation list and requested a confirmation # for the call and an employee I.D. but to no avail. Called on 10/15/19 and spoke to Shaleah in Aura, IL. and requested again to be removed from the mailing list and removed from the database but to no avail. Catalogues continued to be mailed. Called on 11/13/19 and spoke to Jalysha and Nadi in IL. at 6:53 PM and asked for removal from database but to no avail. Called on 12/08/19 and spoke to Alice in chicago at 2:29 PM and requested no solicitation and removal from mailing list but to no avail. Called on 01/14/2020 at 7:40 PM and asked to speak to a supervisor and spoke to Natalie in Bannockburn/Chicago; Called on 02/10/2020 at 6:50 PM and spoke to Chris (Employee I.D. # 36359) and supervisor Mike but to no avail. I am recommending to report complaints with the Federal Trade Commission and block your number when you call this company as I have been doing every time! I will continue to fight this until this is resolved.

We're getting very close to moving into our new house after having to have the old one demolished after Katrina. I had ordered three very plain ceiling lights for the kitchen from overstocks.com, and turned out to need at least one more. Unfortunately, overstocks had sold out, but I got on their mailing list should any more come in. I moved on to the ceiling fan search and discovered csn through its ad on the bottom of my screen. Although I had been carefully and thoroughly checking lighting, fans, furniture (indoor and out) for weeks, I was truly delighted to find the very plain ceiling lights I was looking for at csn. They were delivered very quickly and were very reasonably priced. I am most impressed with the broad scope of availability of products at csn and have continued to search the "all stores" section. I have found lovely, plain items which I am likely to order very soon.

I ordered a massive Camp Chef outdoor flat top grill from Outdoor Cooking. A few days after it arrived I was able to unpack and inspect it. I noticed a bend in the metal housing of the grill... I was a bit disappointed because this was going to be the shining star of my annual 4th of July party and I wanted it to be perfect. I immediately called customer service where I was directed to send photos of the damage to their support email address which I did. I expressed my concern with how close my party was, and how quickly support would respond. The phone rep reassured me that support would contact me back the same day which they did. Support sympathized with my dilemma and gave me a choice to attempt to fix the damage (which was cosmetic) and keep the grill and receive a some credit back to my credit card, or send it back and they'd send out a replacement. I was concerned with the possibility of further damaging the unit so I inquired if I were to make the damage worse would the replacement option still be on the table to which they promptly replied that they would stand behind the original offer (so yes). The price was so good, that I was able to order some accessories too which were steeply discounted. I could not be happier with my purchase! Thank you so much!!!

I ordered a bracelet and necklace in Dec 2007 and a Bracelet, Necklace, and Earrings in 2008. All items were delivered as promised and were perfect. These items ship from Hong Kong, so they are obviously counterfeit, however they are very high end counterfeit. My girlfriend wheres lasts years necklace daily and the bracelet a couple times a week. They are still perfect and obviously sterling silver. She gets many compliments on these. Maybe the Tiffany store can tell the difference, but no one else will. Ordered last item on the 9th and received the via DHL on the 18th. Each item comes in a velvet Tiffany Bag, placed in a green Tiffany Box, and comes with a Green Tiffany gift bag and silver cleaning cloth. All bags have Tiffany and Co printed on them EXACTLY like the store. Only you will no the truth. Only problem at all was that it too 4-5 days before they sent me a shipping or tracking number for my order, so you feel a little bit in limbo. I have ordered twice now and will do so again,

I purchased two items from this store. They are both FAKE. I have purchased original T&Co. items in the past. The gift bags of Tiffan4u were a different type of green, less quality than the original ones. Both the bracelet and the pendant were not engraved on the back (original Heart Tag are engraved, proved it with original). The worse is that the bracelet broke after ONE WEEK of being purchased. Not only are the items from Tiffany4u fake, but they are also very low quality. I am returning both products this week. Hopefully they'll refund me, I mean HE. Yes, this is not an actual store, it is a person who made a website and gets the fake products from somewhere. The person is located in China. I do not recommend buying anything from this store.

Ordered Oster clipper blade replacement on 5/13/11 and as of today I still don't have an order from them and they also charged my credit card the day the order was placed. That is very unusual and it should have been a red flag. Every time I call I'm told the order will be in on Monday. Which Monday? I'm going to try to get my money back LOL! DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE! I'm sure they are a scam or are about to file bankruptcy in which case, kiss your money goodby. I think they are using the web site to secure orders, which they never fill.

Bare in mind I've been housebound from March to August due to covid and illness. So apparently a £90 jacket gets worn a few times then washed and its classed as wear and tear. I decided to leave 1/2&quot; just to be safe. It barely fit. Should have left 1&quot; space overall, because wall surfaces are rarely truly flat and even. Their system should advice a little more margin.

If you are somewhat skilled in carpentry and/or working with tools in general, you can install a very nice cabinet system with this product line. Design options are excellent and quality is top notch. I would have given this company five stars if I had not come away with the feeling that their customer service personnel were rude and condescending -- apparently uninterested in my comments. When I notified them about four adjustable shelves that were not received with the order, they stonewalled and, essentially, said that was not possible! It was a complete dead end. The next few projects I have planned will come from a different source. It is sad. This company has so much potential! It is such a good business concept and they produce very high quality products. With some in-house training in effective customer relations, they would have it all!!!
