Beware swimming pools etc. On June 15 I ordered an eliminator sand filter from them. On June 22 the filter arrived with out a valve (filters need the valve to work), I called and e-mailed that same day and they said they would send one right out (the box the filter arrived in was opened and taped shut). I e-mailed again on June 29 to see what the problem was, and on June 30 they sent a valve out. On July 2 a valve arrived. A DE ( i.e. did not fit my filter) valve that I cannot use in my filter. I called them and after 15 minutes on hold hung up and called back. I spoke to the manager Mark. Mark tried to blame me for the mistake, told me I asked for a DE valve and quipped "that's what I get for being so nice” I responded that I would rather have efficient than nice, and Mark hung up on me. When I called back he told me that he would hang up again if I insult him again. After pointing out that I did not insult him he told me that he did not like the tone I used (when requesting efficiency). Well, I have to admit that my tone was not pleasant (but I was not rude or insulting). I asked Mark to overnight me a valve, and he said he couldn’t help me at all. That I needed to e-mail service and they would forward the e-mail to the manufacture, and be sure to get that DE valve back to me right away because we can’t do anything until we get that valve. When I asked him to open a box and send me the part I ordered he refused saying that “I’ll be stuck with a filter I can’t use” I know how he feels. Anyway I sent the e-mail: Mark promised that in four short days someone would read it (After the holiday weekend). On July 7 I got an e-mail from the manufacture saying the part was being sent, and it arrived on the 8th. Three weeks after placing my order, their web site promised it in 7-10 days, (have you ever seen a pool that had gone 3 weeks with no filtering? Their customer service is woefully inadequate as well as delinquent and rude. These guys run several web sites selling pool supplies I would recommend avoiding: swimmingpoolbuilders.com, swimmingpoolalarms.com, jandypoolproducts.com, swimmingpoolfencing.com, abovegroundpools.org, Pool-pumps.com, Pool-filters.com, Pool-heaters.com, Pool-cleaners.com, Pool-filter-cartridges.com, and spa-filter-cartridges.com. It’s just a shame that some business think they can forget about you once they have your money.

Buyer's beware... They have a 'up to 25%' restocking fee that you only find out about if you try to return. When I tried to return my item I received a VERY rude e-mail that my request was being denied. Said that after I paid the restocking fee(which they never said what it was on the products I ordered...) and shipping, I would not get that much money back anyway. Told me I should sell on eBay or Craigslist! I asked for a manger to contact me and of course got no response....

I ordered 4 sticks of ram. 3 of the 4 i received did not work. You can tell by looking at the sticks of ram they are old and used. Total waste of time. Tried to save a couple bucks but got burned.

Purchased two Motorola SLVR cell phones. They arrived on time in new packaging. One phone worked fine, the other one crashed every time a phone call was placed or recieved. I sent the damaged phone in for RMA on April 29 2009. I have not recieved a response from the company or RMA center since that time. I have tried emailing the PLEMIX email contacts many times, there are only two addresses [email protected] and [email protected] and they both give automated responses. There is no live operator available on their phone line. Buyer be warned, PLEMIX provides ZERO support after purchase.

I purchased a samsung galaxy note 2 and it was a pesent for my friend who lives in Japan. Shipping of the product was really fast, (it arrived within 3 days from Hong Kong.) and they provided great customer service. I ordered two galaxy notes by mistake but they refunded in full right away. My friend was pleased at my persent, and I'm very happy with their service. It was a great deal.

I recently contacted and bought services from CTI. I went to them to laser engrave some of our laptops. We needed a couple of the keyboards reconfigured for a few german users. They are pleased with the results and so are we. The price was fair and they were willing to work with us despite only having a few keyboards engraved.

I ordered from this place on Nov 11th, it is now nov 29th and i have recieved NOTHING, not even email on whether the order is still in place or whats going on. they did not charge my credit card however but ill be damn sure to check it very often cuz they have my CC info....phone # doesnt work, nobody picks up or busy "message" and web site says will be back in a few days which is now turned into over 2 weeks....VERY VERY VERY DISSATISFIED!!!! and now i dont know whether or not to order from a new site cuz what if i get the new order in and then this place decides to charge me....

I ordered a spider pb gun with mask, co2 on October 6 and sitll haven't received my order. I have left several messages by e-mail and phone and never got a response. I contacted the better business bureau and the next day pbfanatics sent me an e-mail saying they expect a shipment in by Friday and my gun should be shipped the following week....I never received it. To whom it may concern, Tonight (October 30, 2014) at the Hobby Lobby location in Fayetteville, NC off of Skibo road, the door was closed and locked in my face as I tried to enter. At first I thought well maybe they are closed and I will just come back tomorrow, even though my clock on my phone said 7:54 pm. As I walked to my car another person walked to the same door and the door was unlocked and she was allowed to enter. I am very upset by the disrespect that the older gray haired gentleman with glasses showed by locking the door in my face. If the store hours are until 8:00 pm then the doors should be open not closing at 7:54 pm. I have shopped at hobby lobby for many years and have never had a bad thing to say about the store but the disrespect that I received from the gentleman tonight is unacceptable and has prompted me to take my business else where.

Walked in 5 minutes before closing to just look at a furniture items, customers were still checking out and a kid was vacuuming. A manager said "what are you doing, the doors are locked"...I said I just wanted to peek at the furniture by the door. She acted like I was a crook! She said "I can't go home until you are gone" I Told her what I was doing and she rudely acted like she was going to die if I didn't get out NOW. I will never go back. Home Goods is my new go-to.

I ordered Office 2000, what they shipped was Office XP. I didn't want XP. I have so far called them 4 times over a three day period with no response (answering machine), and have sent 4 emails to their support line. If there is a successful resolution to this problem, I will be happy to report that. For now, be VERY careful of ordering from BuySoftware.ws

I previously brought computer from Sager reseller. The experience was good. But now that I decided to buy another laptop during the recall time. My experience with this reseller was only fair, we exchanged email for quite sometime but I cannot get enough information to make any decision. Then I've heard of Mythlogic,so I chatted with One Smart Nerd. Then I placed order right away. The conversation was very truthful and direct. The guy helps me save $200, which suppose to be on his revenue. After I placed the order, I keep emailing him about the updates, status, question almost on a daily basis. I know I was very childish, but all of the questions got answer. I was very satisfy with the service I got from Mythlogic. Now I got the laptop. It was gorgeous, everything is solid build. Even with the original manufacturer screen, the screen is beautiful (I don't know if this is the effect of the calibration or the screen is just different from the previous one I own) Also I'm really appreciate that Mythlogic put a comment on the box for UPS. I mentioned that comment 2 times 3 weeks before I receive the laptop. They still remember that. I just want to tell other potential customers, this company is very serious about their services. I know the price is a little bit higher than other resellers but give it a try you won't regret it.

I purchased and paid for a thermaltake power supply on Aug 24th, a week later no response on the shipping method and tracking info, I have emailed them more than 5 times with no response to any of them. They don't have a phone number posted on their website so I don't know how to get in touch with them. I have all my components to build my pc, except the darn power supply. I would never order from this site again. Absolutely unexcusebale customer service!!! Don't waste your time with them.

I purchased a power supply unit from him through ebay. This is an easy enough order to fulfill. Shipping charge was $15, I thought no problem, as long as I get it on a timely basis. He received Paypal payment on a Saturday afternoon. I heard nothing until Thursday evening when I received an email that it had shipped. Why it took four whole business days to ship after receiving payment for one relatively small item, I don't know. And now I'm going to have to wait seven more days because ground shipping was used. If you deal with Belo Hocel, you better not be in a hurry because it looks like he ships things whenever he wants, however he wants, no matter how small the order and how much he charges for shipping.

I have used them occasionally in the past. They are local (for me). Found the in store service helpful and friendly. Today I called them for a semiconductor. Got transferred to parts quickly. They did not find the part in their NTE cross reference. They would not check any other source or take the specs I had available to provide and look for a suitable substitute. She seemed in a big rush to get me off the phone. I called DigiKey and got great service, the part is now on its way. I will still call Warren first, because I can drive over and pick up, but was pretty disappointed in this interaction.

My mother now in her bedroom can not trigger the device for help. I am still looking for a better unit that will give more service area.

I ordered an item on March 10, they charged my credit card almost immediately then I had to write an email 8 days laetr to ask about shipping. They apologied for the delay and promised to be shipped accelerated by 2-day service. After another week I called asking what is going on. They said it's not yet shipped, but will be "today". It wasn't. However I received this item on March 31st. I wanted to share my experience to let everybody know what to expect from iSellSurplus.com. Unfortunately I didn't read any reviews about this store before my order.

Ordered 2 CDs in February 2004, that never reached. It's now January 2005. I had sent emails to the manager mentioning that I have no news from them. The last answer I got from the e-shop manager was that he couldn't place orders for items from that time frame (i.e., Feb 2004) and that he wasn't really in business at that time. He also said that no money was received... He had the nerve to add that if the same items are still in the catalog I could reorder them now ... I have got credit card proof that payment was done and I have got order confirmation from the site. I let you be the judge on this one ...

September 8th, i ordered through www.musicstack.com a cd found on www.bigcd.com for a total amount of 44.99 USD. I payed, directly, www.bigcd.com september 9th with Paypal (2D941663XN119274C). The same day I received a mail from bigcd to confirm my payment and telling me that the cd was "shipped". Great. September 28th, I received a mail from [email protected] asking me to leave a positive feedback for the transaction. I answered that I did not receive the cd yet. And the manager sent me an other mail tellin me that title was still on order … I could see it on the report page. And that's the problem. 20 days before the cd was shipped and now it's still on order. Where is the truth? Now we are october 28th, and, of course, I did not receive any cd att all. For one week I'm aasking, dayly, to this manager "where is my cd?", "did you send it?", "if yes when?" "if not when will you?" and as far as today I can't have any serious and complete answer. For 2 days now, as i'm fed up with this transaction, I sent emails asking these people to cancel my order and to refund me, with Paypal, of course. And, of course, I received no response to my mails. Now, today november 12, The personn who’s running BIGCD.COM, as I’m asking for a simple refund replies that I had to remove bad feedbacks that I left on different sites. CAN YOU BELIEVE IT !!! So after some search on the internet the BigCd Manager was involved in a pyramidal swindle, you know the kind of you have to send some money to 5 or 6 people and you will receive more, etc, etc… It’s a criminal swindle as on ly the one on the list will get the money. And guess what, the adress of one guy is exactly the bigcd PO BOX . So… RUN !!! Now december 15th. I finally got my money back, but it was tough. Resellerratings asked me to remove parts of my previous feedbacks. It's done. At the end it sound just like a story of removing feedbacks.

On 10/7/07 I placed an order for (1) Kicker Solo-Baric VS12L7-2 Enclosed Subwoofer @ $242.00 plus $50.56 s/h. Four days later, I checked online and noted that my item did not ship yet and the price on the website was now $178.00. I spoke with Scott and he said that their warehouse was real busy due to their 'blowout' sales and GUARANTEED me that I would receive my item. He said that he couldn't credit the difference in price since it was a special closeout promotion.(I was Ok with that.) The following Tues. I noticed that item had not yet shipped. I called and spoke to Jason. He said that they we're still busy at their warehouse and I should expect it shipped in the next 2-3 days. Well--in 3 days the item still showed on their website as not being shipped. I called again and got Jason again. He said that the item is sold out and not available and they had no substitute(my order just missed the last one--go figure? Did it really take them 12 days to figure that out? He said they were just about to contact me about this--yeah right) I expressed my discontent at which Jason forwarded me to Scott(manager I guess). Scott was apologetic. I asked how is it possible to be charged shipping for an item that you never had nor intended to ship? I was ticked off at the lackadaisical attitude they took --like oh well, too bad we had your money for 3 weeks and now that we've made interest off of your cash you will not be receiving the product we PROMISED you. He said he would credit back my shipping charges; this was on 10/19/07(gee thanks--how can I be charged shipping for an item they never shipped, or even had is beyond me and unethical business practice). I received my CC statement this month and the shipping charges were still on it, the ones Scott said he would remove. Best of all---it shows a sale and post date of 10/19/07---the same day I was told my order was canceled and was supposed to be refunded. (BTW I never was notified that my order was canceled and if I go on their website it still shows as not shipped yet.) It appears that the company is charging consumers shipping for items the knowingly do not have in stock and delay telling the customer that they don't not have the item they purchased. Therefore, accruing interest off of the shipping charges while the consumer is paying interest on the charge. On 10/29/07 I called to dispute the charges with my CC company but they had informed me that they finally did credit my card--but not for yet another months billing cycle. What Cardomain is doing is unethical and wreaks of a business ready to file Chapter11. As of this date, their "sale" website (www.cardomain.com\shop)is down and redirects you to their car enthusiast website which is just plain www.cardomain.com STAY CLEAR--you've been warned!

I am very pleased with the Panasonic KX-TG4500B 4 line expandable phone system I purchased recently. The cost was very competitive, the shipping was timely and the product arrived in good shape. I used the two line version (discontinued) for many years and loved it. Though I only have two active lines in my business, this 4 line system works fine and has essentially the same features as the two line version. The portability factor of the cordless phones and the features of the answering/ auto attendant system are the most attractive attributes imo - but this system is feature packed and just works!

I ordered a Siemens S450 Gigaset and extra handset (S45) from this company. I saw the website and placed the order by phone (Nancy was very nice when she took the order.) The extra handset was backordered. When I received the phone, it was very defective. It rang for no apparent reason, the backlight on the keys didn't work, and the speakerphone was so quiet you couldn't hear it unless you held it up to your ear. I emailed and asked if they would take it back. I asked if I could exchange it for a different phone, a Philips. They said "yes". So I asked them to pricematch Amazon's price for the Philips--and no response. So I started a "chat" using their chat client on their website, with Steve Winter. In that conversation, he not only refused to send me a different (or any) replacement phone (saying "I'm not convinced you would like that phone, either, so let's just process the return.") He degraded Amazon by saying that "they probably don't have it in stock anyway" and "They often sell things that they don't really have". (That wasn't the case, btw.) He CHARGED me to return this DEFECTIVE phone--to the tune of nearly 35 dollars (15 as a "charge", plus he added a 10 dollar charge for the "free shipping" of the initial order, plus I had to pay 10 dollars in shipping to get it back to the company). So for a 79 dollar phone, it cost me 35 to return it. When I told him that I found this practice unprofessional, he became very rude. He refused to give me any information about my refund. I sent the phone back, tracked it, and even though it delivered he still refuses to tell me anything about the refund. I emailed again and told him that if he chose to remain evasive about my refund, I'd be forced to report him to the FTC and consumer ratings services such as this. He left me the longest, vilest, most awful message on my machine, and then followed that up with an email saying that I am "incompetent and vicious" and that if I report this, I'm "making a fool of myself". My husband called him to see where/if there was a communication error (I'm a very quiet person) and he treated my husband the same way. After doing some research, this "Sellcom.com" uses a Roxboro, NC address on their website, a Durham, NC address on their invoice, and an Illinois number for their fax. The returns center is in Austin, TX. While Mr. Winter called me from a number registered in Durham, NC, there is no business license for Sellcom.com registered there (as per the BBB). Neither for Roxboro, NC. As directed by the local Police Department, I have placed a "dispute" on my credit card for this transaction. Please, avoid this company. Amazon is a much better deal. I chose this company because they were a few dollars below Amazon, and this site had no negative reviews about them... So, while I "saved" a few dollars, it has cost me 35 MORE and a lot of time and heartache dealing with unprofessionals such as these.

Bought an AMD Athlon XP 3200+ CPU from this merchant recently. The CPU was defective (good ol' AMD JPG/MPG corruption issue seems to have come back in the XP 3200 procs), so I got an RMA and sent it back to PC Loft for replacement. PC Loft actually went through the trouble to test the rest of their XP 3200 CPUs they had in stock to make sure they did not have this defect. It turned out that ALL of their 3200s had this same defect, so they had to wait until after 1/1/05 to receive replacements from AMD. Being unable to fill my order, they refunded my purchase price and all shipping charges. Not a happy ending for me, but PC Loft did about everything they could to make sure this turned out positively for me. I was impressed by their customer service and technical support and will definitely buy from them again. I hope they do well because there are a lot of vendors on Pricewatch that don't try even half as hard as PC Loft.

I ordered 4 2004 Lincoln Center Capsin December 2017 and tried to contact the company to get a delivery date a couple days later with no response. Called for a week with no response to the number provided on the website and got no response. When I filed for a refund from my credit card, I get a call from the owner, Plunkett telling me he has sent the caps, but the delay was due to the Christmas holidays. Would have been nice to hear that earlier as I purchased the same caps for have the price locally. The owner has poor customer service skills. The dispute was won in his favor due to me not reading his return policy properly. Shame on me for that. So if you order from this company, but sure to shop around first and then if you order PLEASE read his fine print return policy

On 5/18/20 I ordered some muscle shirts and when I got them they were 4 inches shorter then the last ones I purchased. They were marked right but not made right, I was told to send them back and I will be charged $10.00 for returning them. I argued with them stating they were made wrong , they said that it was too bad and to send them back for a partial refund. 10-14-04 I ordered a case from pcgigs.com with Free Shipping Option and 500W Power Supply. On 10-18-04 I've got a message that my shipping address doesn't match with credit card billing address, I fixed that, and finally 10-20-04 they shipped it. I got it 10-26-04. I decided to not buy Extra Shipping protection ("Extra Packaging/Protect Against Shipping Damage = No thanks (In case of Damage, advance replacement will be rejected, wait for claim settle)") and that was a BIG mistake. Plastic holders of the front panel was broken, thanks God I was able to fix it and even if they could say that this happened because of FedEx (I doubt), probably they wouldn't explain why warranty seal on power supply is broken but the good thing is that it works. I wouldn’t buy anything else from them, even I am not completely dissatisfied, I’m just ready to pay a little more, but have better service.

Order date 10/17/04 When it didnt go out Tuesday as it should have I sent them a e-mail asking them to cancel my order if it hadnt been sent out that Tuesday as payed for & they replyed that it would sent out the next day[This was on the 19th late pm]. So I e-mail them back asking them what part of CANCEL didnt you understand! Also ask if it was to late & had been sent out LATE did they give my extra money payed back for the quick next day service. Three months ago I ordered two print heads for my HP printer, about $75 each. I got a response email about the order. Since have logged in online 20 times, it says my order is being processed. I was charged the $150 the same day I made the order, but no print heads. No response by calling in either, like other reviews, always just a recording, and no return call. Same with emails, no response. Unfortunately for me I used a debit visa card, so I don't think I'm going to have any luck trying to get my bank to reverse the charge. Don't shop at PrintCountry unless you like throwing away money!

I ordered a computer desk from PC-Desks.com on December 4, 2005 and I have still not received it as of February 15, 2006. By the way, it is important to note that PC-Desks.com is owned by DoubleClickMall.com. PC-Desks.com billed my bank debit card on the day I placed my order. They sent me a confirmation of my order via e-mail, but they did not send a tracking number. I was told it would take approximately four weeks for my order to arrive, but when it didn't arrive after six weeks, I attempted to contact their "customer service." Their website tells you to call their 800 number for "customer service," but when you call, you're then told to send them a message from their website. I sent them a message asking for information about my order...SEVERAL TIMES...and I never received the promised reply from them. PC-Desks.com and DoubleClickMall.com obviously do not show the characteristics of an honest, legitimate business and at this point, I can only assume that the people who run these websites are con artists and thieves. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH PC-DESKS.COM OR DOUBLECLICKMALL.COM UNLESS YOU WANT TO LOSE YOUR HARD-EARNED MONEY. They have made no attempt to contact me and work to resolve the issue of my non-fulfilled order after more than two months. I ordered nearly $1200 worth of RTA (ready-to-assemble) Bestar Prestige III office furniture plus some entertainment stands from PC-Desks.com. Customer service leaves something to be desired whether emailing or calling - it was nearly ten months ago that I made that transaction so the details concerning the CS is a bit foggy. Otherwise I have NO other complaints. Everything arrived in a timely manner, together and in perfect shape. The best thing I can say about PC-Desks.com is the low prices (I did my homework) and reasonable shipping charges - the competitors don't even come close and most overcharge for shipping -sometimes by large amounts . One word of advice when ordering furniture online - if you order something with large pieces of glass (coffee table) there is a good chance it will arrive broken. Not speaking from personable experience, but I have seen enough complaints from others in these type of forums before.

This is worst shopping experience I had on the net, very unprofessional company they advertised the Nikon D70s for 429 (body only) I purchased it online but they require a call to confirm the order. They start asking do you want a charger. Do you want a battery? And so on. So they try to sell you the free accessories that Nikon include with the body and brought the price to 799 for the camera body with all the free supplied accessories. How can you trust or deal with such a company? Do not go there BE AWARE.

I ordered a couple wood transition bars from Lumber Liquidators on May 11th. They assured me they would call when the order arrived at my local store. It is now September 1st and they still have no resolved their error. The order was delivered, but they never told me. Their website claimed the order was still pending-- after a FULL MONTH. That added several months to my home remodel. Then when I finally stopped into the store, they realized they screwed up the order. They said they would fix it and the correct item would arrive in a week. Three weeks later, they finally admitted they shipped the order to the wrong store. A week after that, I finally received the transition bar. When I contacted customer service, they told me they would resolve it. I spoke to "Lucas." I have tried calling Lucas several times, leaving voicemails, with no response. Working with them for a simple item was a nightmare.

I ordered the Best Data PCI dial-up modem (Model 56FW92) from Monarch Technology by internet. I ordered the product on January 15th - and received the shipment on the 18th (which is pretty good because it was a holiday weekend). The cost of the modem was $16.69 and shipping by ground is free. Amazon has this for $15.95 but adds s&h for $7.54. Monarch Technology's website was easy to use. I will probably use them again when I build a custom computer on my own. The product by Best Data works fine. The only problem is that the PIC Fax feature; which converts windows documents to fax's does not work and apparently is NOT compatible with Windows XP. This is not Monarch Technology's fault though.

I literally scoured the Internet for an entertainment ensemble that would fit our decor and yet, be affordable. At iFurn.com I found the Home Styles Rustic Cherry T.V. credenza and two matching piers. The ensemble was attractive, the price was affordable and, the free shipping a big plus. It was a "GO". I thoroughly read the return policy and what to do if any cartons appeared damaged on delivery. FedEx ground delivered a total of 6 (large) cartons containing components of the ensemble. The cartons appeared intact and in good condition on delivery, so I did not reject or write "possible shipping damage" on the delivery receipt (as instructed in the "Return Policy"). When I open the cartons, the packing appeared to be intact. It wasn't until I began to unpack the various components that the damages became apparent. First, one piece (the credenza) appeared to have been packed already damaged. One side component and its affixed drawer guide was completely broken off. The edges of the top were marred (scarred with deeped scratches is a better description), and the door hinges were bent (made of pot metal) and broke when I tried to straighten them for fit. The piers came with multiple scratches. I would have a hard time believing this happened during shipping as the boxes appeared intact. I believe the damaged items were packed that way at the (Chinese) factory. I was utterly dismayed that a manufacturers Quality Control could be so uncaring. I spent two extra days gluing and making (yes, making) parts on my table saw to accommodate the broken wood pieces. My assessment of the quality of the ensemble is this: It looks good (after I finally got it assembled; with my own home-made replacement parts, multiple trips to the hardware store to buy screws that were "shorted" in the hardware package) and, waiting for the glue to dry. The ensemble, especially the credenza, came damaged. Period. I called iFurn.com and here's what I got: "You will have to deal with the manufacturer." Ha! I didn't buy it from the manufacturer, I bought if from iFurn. They made the profit and now they wanted to shun any responsibility for the damaged goods. I guess I could have re-boxed it (which would have been a complete nightmare in itself) and sent it back, only to wait another month for a replacement (for which there was no guarantee would happen). I'm not happy with iFurn.com and the "short" manner in which they responded to my issue. I am not happy with the condition the ensemble arrived in. I guess all I can say is, "Caveat Emptor". If you're not a wood worker as I am, with an ability to make the necessary repairs (and even make homemade parts to replace broken ones), then think twice about ordering this ensemble, and beware... iFurn will turn the other way when you ask for help in remedying their shortcomings.

I ordered the Kathy Ireland bookcase and writing table by Martin Southampton on Jan. 14, 2014. My credit card was immediately charged in full. I received an email from iFurn that my order had processed successfully, and when I used the "track your order" function over the next two weeks, the website noted that the order had "processed successfully." However, I received no updates or specific info on delivery, which should have taken one to two weeks, according to the iFurn website. I called iFurn customer service on Jan. 23 for an update and the woman said she would put through a status inquiry and I would hear back within 24 to 48 hours. I heard nothing back. On Jan. 27, I wrote an email to iFurn customer service, repeating my inquiry and referring to my telephone call of Jan. 23, asking why I had not heard back. Again, I received NO reply from iFurn. Dead silence. On Jan. 28, I called customer service and waited forever on the phone. The recording said there were 9 people ahead of me on hold and that I was guaranteed a callback and would not lose my place in line, if I left my tel. number using their new callback service. I left my cell phone number (around noon iFurn time, so they certainly had time in the business day to call me back if there were 9 callers at that time). No one called me back at all. Dead silence again. I called again on Jan. 29, and this time, waited on hold until I finally talked to a customer service rep. He checked my order and said that Martin Southampton had had NO RECORD of ever receiving the order from iFURN (despite iFurn's confirmation that it had processed successfully) and that iFURN had sent the order anew on Jan. 28 (two weeks after initial order). He said he expects I will receive my order in one to two weeks, but I am not hopeful. I asked why iFurn had not informed me of this lapse and expected delay, and he said he didn't know. I have ordered furniture from other websites and had MUCH better customer service and communication. iFurn does not even have the decency to respond to emails or give any status updates, even to repeated inquiries. If you want your items in a certain amount of time, in accordance with estimated delivery predictions on their website, or you expect the minimum of communication from the company, then I do NOT recommend ordering through iFurn as their customer service line seems to be a black hole and they ignore customer inquiries once they have your money.

Occasionally, a part for a 36 year old car is unavailable, but that’s rare. I purchased through them only to receive an additional bill for the shipping once I had received the toy. This shipping amount wasn't brought to my attention during the purchase procedures. The shipping was $62 when the product itself was $90. I didn't know they could charge you credit card after an approved purchase without your authorization. They told me their shipping policy was somewhere on the site, my issue is that it wasn't anywere near the sales cart or in the checkout procedures. Back on the 22nd of December, I ordered a Tungsten E over the phone from PalmOne's 800 number. I had gone through everything with the man I talked to--giving him my P.O. Box, shipping address, credit card number, and so on--and he said that, thanks to their free overnight shipping, I would receive my brand new Tungsten E on the 24th (the day before Christmas). Not only is it now Friday with no FedEx delivery, but the email they sent me dosen't even include a tracking number. I have to go to their site and look up an automated status page that gives me a direct link to fedex.com. Needless to say that link takes me to an "Invalid: Please check the following numbers and resubmit" page. Meanwhile their customer support pages are plastered with disclaimers like "...even though your package has already shipped from our warehouse and is on its way to you, the carrier may not be able to provide any information about your package for up to 48 hours or more." Which makes perfect sense really, with things moving so fast these days I'm sure shipping companies deliver all sorts of overnight packages without having any tracking information on them. I've placed 30 orders from different online retailers this year. From car parts to shaving cream. I've never been moved to warn people away from a retailer as with store.palmone.com. Stay away, not worth the headache and heartache.

Order cam for our Sous Chef for Rib Cart Epson cartiges which we did not order. Called 1-800 number only to be able to leave a message with no call back. After some research, Triton is aka Arrow Ribbon & Laser at 1-818-540-3180. I was able to speak to someone directly and I was told a UPS return tag would be sent out in 3-5 business dyas. I hope they come through because I am not paying $132.87 for 1 box of cartidges I did not order.

Either they were falsifying information stating it was on its way, falsifying tracking information or just totally incompetent. Do not order from this company.

Purchase a 3200 XP CPU from this vendor for $124, they send me a fake chip. I got a 2500 XP CPU, which is only worth $80 at this present moment. This is a very untrustworthy company, please do not shop here. It took them over a week and half to get my shipment to me, and it is a fake. I will be contacting the better business bureau, AMD fraudulent department, and also my credit card company to dispute the payment. Please, PLEASE if you are reading this do no purchase from this vendor.

Ordered a ATI X800 graphics card via phone from Germany. I was speaking to the manager to place this order and was told he would contact me to tell me the shipping charges after he totaled them. Two weeks, two e-mails and 5 phone calls later I still have no information about shipping charges or when the order will be shipped. I have left several messages for the manager to return my phone calls because he is the only one there who knows about the order and therefore is the only one who can help me. He has failed to return any call or e-mail any information to me. When we call we are always told the manager will be in in "one or two hours", even when we call more then once on the same day. Customer Service with this company is non-existant, shipping of items is slow at best, if you need any further assistance from them after you place your order don't expect to get it. I would recommend that you pay a little more and have the security of knowing that if you have any problems, questions, concerns, or need to speak with a representative of the company - you will be able to. I will never place an order with them again and can only wish those that do better luck and better service than I had.

I noticed the rating form asked for an invoice number, which I would gladly supply, if it weren't for the server being down for over a week! The owner, Cody, shifted the responsibility to a guy named Craig because he did not have the time to fix the server. No one has seen Craig in about a week. Craig also has the backups, which contain all our business data. I resell to many clients, who are losing business due to this downtime. I myself am a contractor that relies on email for work orders, which I have not gotten for over a week. It seems the entire staff has no contact information for any other staff and no one is able to do anything at all. FraggedHosting will most likely cease to exist, as the majority of it's customers are leaving due to this, which is actually a repeat event. The email server was down for almost a week and no one knew what to do. The staff are way too busy to be running a business such as this, STAY AWAY.

Have ordered from them for over 2 years, spent several thousand dollars with company, now suddenly, them and their parent company no longer have a working phone number, no longer answer emails, no longer nothing. I am EXTREMELY upset at them. The current charge was small, only 60 bucks, but still, this is ridiculous. I disputed the Visa charge and refused payment and Visa is being good about it and taking care of it. Encourage everyone to stay far far away from them.

I ordered a dozen inkjet cartridges for my canon i850 printer from these folks last week. I wasn't to sure about them, as they charged me just over a doller per cartridge then tacked on $7 for shipping. My total came out to $20.74, which is absurdly low for a dozen carts, just a fantastic deal, the retail price is about 10 times higher. Anyways, I got an email letting me know my order had been processed the next day and they showed up a few days later USPS priority mail. I opened the box and found a dozen nicely packaged black inkjet carts in individual display boxes. I unwrapped one and found it looked exactly like the canon unit, except for the label. Even better, it seems to work just fine in my printer. They are not Canon OEM products and are clearly labeled as not being such on the box, not that I care, black ink is black ink... Their website has a few broken image links (like the update cart button) and doesn't look to great, but they do seem to be a trustworthy business establishment. I just ordered a bunch more stuff from them :) ---------------------------- I have been using these catridges for months now, they work great, both the colors and the black. Awesome deals, just awesome :)

I have ordered USB cables and Cat5 network cables from Cables4sure 3 or 4 times and every time the product was delivered promptly and received by me in good condition. I have never had trouble with anything I have purchased from them and will continue to give them my business because their prices and product quality seem very good to me. I saw one or two negative reviews of this company and just wanted to provide some positive feedback because they have never given me any reason to be the least bit dissatisfied with their products or service. Maybe I've been lucky, but I will continue to recommend them to my friends because all of my experience with them has been very good.

I did my first modded X-box myself. What a pain. I didn't repeat that mistake again. I bought a second modded X-Box from digital-mods and couldn't be happier. I received a response on my order right away and had it in my hands within 4 days. I live in a remote community and usually it takes 1 week + to receive anything. I looked at the wiring job that was done on my X-Box and it is very clean, first-rate. Great price and VERY highly recommended.

Product shipped in two days after placing order. Took about two days to recieve order. Shipping was kinda pricey IMHO. I would order again. Item cost 13.49...shipping cost 12.76$ Small items can be shipped via USPS for less. Big box for a LP hose.

Ordered item on Wednesday, 4/23...via internet. At time of order, I called to ask if the part was indeed in stock and would be shipped in time to arrive at my location by Saturday, 4/26. The response was somewhat sarcastic that...if I wanted the order to be processed that day, I needed to pay an extra $5. I didn't ask for that response.... I politely declined the added charge. The salesperson gave no further explanation. In this day of price gouging, I don't need some sales gimmick answer. Called on Thursday to see if item was shipped. Salesperson reviewed my order, and stated that it'd be Monday before it shipped. Salesperson said she was almost caught up with orders. I cancelled..... I would ask AgriSupply.... What is the point is attempting to piss off your customer? You've lost my business...and anyone I know who needs the type of items you sell. To the owner's>>If your company has so many orders and that increased demand requires your customer to wait almost a week before you ship something which is in stock, why would you not hire, or attempt to find a way to help your customer? The business model would suggest that you'd have a larger customer base....more sales = ??

I ordered a Konica Minolta DiMAGE Z2 on a Friday afternoon and surprisingly received a phone call (first thing Monday morning) to double-check and confirm my order. The salesperson was extremely polite and did not waste my time in suggesting extra unnecessary items to go with my new camera; as the camera package came with all the basic accesories. Paid the regular FedEx ground shipping charges and the camera arrived on the 3rd day as described in their Track Your Order site. All the items were in place including the warranty info/card. Although they are based in Brooklyn, NY; they do not reflect any rudeness as portrayed by other e-retailers from that region. Nothing but two thumbs-up for BuyERetail.
