I ordered a drivers side mirror for my 2012 Kia Sorento. The part was delivered a day earlier than expected! However, the part was defective and I've had nothing but problems with customer service. 2 calls where I was left on hold, with no answer, one for 25 minutes, one for 35 minutes. I tried to do the return authorization online, throughtheir website, and havent received the shipping label that was supposed to be emailed within 24 hrs. It's now been 7 days. Don't waste your time with these folks.

I ordered a bumper cover for my 2015 Hyundai Sonata sport that said "guaranteed fit". I got it, and it did not fit. This was only found out once I had my bumper off of course and the part was unreturnable. Anyhow I tried to contact customer service multiple times through email, and waited over a month for response. I waited on the phone for forty minutes as well with no answer. The reason this is a three instead of one star review is the fact that I was able to get ahold of either their parent or sister company JC Whitney. They responded within 48 hrs and issued me a full refund within 1-2 days after that. They said I could either return the part or not. I was very satisfied with that customer service experience, but I didn't think it was saving grace enough to warrant four stars. The only reason I was able to get ahold of anyone was by reading an old comments section from a carparts.com question on a help site on a google search, learning that they are affiliated with this JC Whitney company.

I needed some VESA conversion plates for a client - these plates are sometimes "unobtainium" when the most popular overseas manufacturer is out of stock. PI Manufacturing had them in stock (I verified by email first), and I needed them ASAP, payment by PayPal and shipped to my client. Ordered on a Thursday, client received on Monday. Reasonable Priority Mail shipping charges, very small order.

DO NOT BUY A COMPUTER FROM THIS COMPANY! I recently purchased a computer and returned it because it didn't have the one feature I wanted. After paying an additional $30 to have them ship the computer to me when I bought it (making it more expensive than getting the same computer almost anywhere else without paying for shipping), I paid $50 to return it and than they charged me a 10% restocking fee. This left me almost $150.00 in the hole. That is just bad business! Do yourself a favor and buy anywhere else.

I have purchased Samsung S20B300 screen from Arsenal PC through Amazon. I was told that I have to reinstall drivers and do re-connection but nothing works, It's impossible to adjust it, it's too bright and is difficult to read a text. I have one more same model so I have what to compare with. I contacted Arsenal PC in two months but they closed the return request due to the expiration of returns period, Buyer beware!!!

I paid extra in order to receive my camera in 4 to 5 days rather than the 9 or 10 which is free. The tracking information at UPS indicates Ground delivery to arrive 9 days after my order date(8/24/2010, Delivery 9/02/2010). The order took 3 days to process which is too long and then is shipped by ground which is too slow to arrive at the promised time. Not a huge deal but annoying when really looking forward to receiving a new toy.

I an in UK. HP is the worst online retailer in the world. I ordered a laptop and got confirmation email. I thought everything's fine but nothing has happened until I phoned the customer service, apparently my order didn't go through, and I missed the day to give a surprise birthday present for my daughter. The customer service was confused and then she asked her manager but could not give immediate answer, only an uncertain promise that it would come later somehow. And they were not sure when the product will be delivered, this was not in compliance with the advertisement of one day delivery. The website was confusing, when I ordered a product as a guess and moved forward to pay it, I then was asked to login etc, but after I login the product wanted to buy was gone, and not even on the list.

I ordered a Linksys router from HP and selected the 5-10 day shipping option. Being a customer eager to get his product, I tracked my order progress everyday. On the day it was 'delivered', I did not get my product and was very concerned (I just spend over 100 for a router and FedEx said it was delivered). So then I called HP and asked what I should do. After following their instructions of checking nearby apartments to see if my package was mis-delivered, I was not able to find my product. I called HP back and they shipped me another order via next day air. I was very happy with the outcome. I hope next time they require a signature at door for orders over $100 though.

The general public want it all, cheap prices, instant replies to email, next day delivery. The overheads to run email, anti spam, anti virus, invoicing, secure web site, warranty + shipping dept are expensive. If you want cheap then go find it on ebay or to a pet shop. Personaly I ordered from the Beyond Bikes from the UK to get some esoteric items not availabke over here. I had a problem with one item and they shipped a new one straight out free shipping. I am a very happy customer. You may be getting confused with Jenson-USA who do require faxed security checks prior to shipping as BB did not.

I ordered $150.00 worth of parts for my bike on November 27, 2006 with 3 day shipping. I received my order confirmation within a few hours so I assumed everything was in stock and fine. I wanted 3 day shipping because of the unseasonably warm weather we've been experiencing in the north east, there was still plenty of warm days to go ride ahead. After the 3rd day, I began checking my order status on beyondbikes.com, it never changed. By December 10th I sent a polite email inquiring about my order and asking to switch my shipping to ground because it was already 2 weeks. I received a brief message stating my order would ship between 2 and 5 days. By christmas eve, I cancelled my order. I'm so pissed. I missed so many 50 to 60 degree days in DECEMBER. I placed another order from a different online retailer a few months ago and the next day I received a phone call from an associate telling my one of my parts was not in stock, and apology and they asked how I wanted to proceed. WHATS SO HARD ABOUT THAT???? NEVER AGAIN!

I am unable to get my sister's requested birthday gift to her on time because of the stupid cheap shipping method Gap.com uses, and I got no help from the jerk in customer service who canceled my order without telling me. I ended up hanging up on the idiot and calling back in to get another customer service person. She was a bit more helpful, although I wanted to scream at this point because she kept hinting that I should thank her for giving me free shipping (all orders over $50 get free shipping online now anyway, so I have no idea why the heck she was so weird about it.) I honestly have never been so frustrated by "customer service" people before in my life. I have had lost packages, misdelivered packages, late and lost items; but the companies I was dealing with would actually work with me to fix the situation. The Gap customer service people are really bad, and the company should stop with this cheap delivery company (it's LaserShip, which actually runs like Uber with independent contractors....who often seem to steal packages.) I honestly have never been so frustrated with an online buying experience. Thanks for everything Gap! The party is Saturday, so I have to go out on Black Friday to get her birthday gift. Oh, and thanks for the 10% off coupon to use on my next order. I can't even begin to imagine why they thought sending me that as an apology would be a good idea. It just made me furious. Hopefully my facebook and twitter posts will spread the word a bit about this horrible company.

I ordered a glidecam4000 from them; it was supposed to arrive in 7-9 days. I waited 2 weeks, it never showed up. I called - they were very nice - they said I would have it in a week from then. Waited another 2 weeks, it never showed up. I called again- they said it would be another week. I asked for my $$ back, they said okay. That was last week, THEY STILL HAVE NOT REFUNDED MY $$$$$$$$$. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD!!!!!

Vendor failed to ship within the obligated two days. Shipped one week late, and then by ground, even after numerous unanswered emails requesting tracking info. Not able to leave voice messages – box was full. They finally acknowledged the mistake and wanted to “make up for it”, but wanted to renege on the contract with the referring website in order to give me the $$. Not recommended, no way, never again. Sounded sincere, but never made up for it, and then wanted to rip off the referral fee. I said no.

I needed a phone in a little over a week so ordered one that was in stock and per the website that shipped next day. Next day went by with no email. No response after 2 days.. got fed up and tried canceling via phone (can only get voicemail) and email (no response). I had Amex do a chargeback. They have not reached anyone yet either. To be honest, I buy 99% of what I buy online from Amazon, because I have their PRIME membership that make it super convenient to order products and receive them in 2 days with Free Shipping. Hard to beat! In this case, I just didn't find the product I was looking for on Amazon. So, other than going to physical stores on a treasure hunt, I decided to look using Google Shopping. This store wasn't the lowest priced, but it was the lowest price store that had ratings (there were a few others with no ratings at all and I am scared of those). So, I placed my order. I received tracking info in a couple days and the product arrived 2 days after that. It was shipped to me by some other Company (probably their supplier) but it was exactly what I needed. I had a question about it so I called their Customer Service. They initially didn't know the answer but a nice lady told me she would investigate and get back to me with the answer. A copule hours later she emailed me the answer (she called the Manufacturer for me). I don't know if I will abandon Amazon for this new store, but I will surely consider them in the future if Amazon doesn't have another product.

Delivery was handled very well with good follow-through, but when one of a large lot of LCD televisions purchased was defective, the company tried to stall or deflect the case to the manufacturer, rather than prompty replace/refund the item. Even though the defective item was clearly not their fault, I still expect the retailer to make good on things that are DOA out of the box without being pressured into doing so.

I ordered a pair of logitech webcams from their site late September (it shipped on 10/1/2002. I don't have the exact date because or some reason do not have the order confirmation email. In any case, it shipped out on 10/1/2002, and it arrived on 10/2/2002. A day later. It turns out they are about 30 miles from where I live, so delivery was not extraordinary. The webcams were exactly as I expected them to be, and seem to work identically. I originally purchased from them because if need be, I could go over there and make a stink about it. I don't know if I would do business with them again, but their prices were right.

Ordered an ATI all-in-wonder 7500. Unit came out of the oem box and the DVI-toVGA adapter was missing. The manual states (twice) that it is included. All the other adapter cables were included. Called them the next monday and the guy try to tell me it wasn't part of the order. After explaining that that was not acceptable and that he would have to make good on the adapter or give me a RMA, he finnaly said he would check with his purchasing dept (BS!) and send me an email right away. After two days, I sent them and email and told them I would pull the payment. Within 24 hrs they sent me an email saying they were sending the adapter. After a week of waiting, I sent another email saying I had not received the adapter. They replied that they had sent but would try and track it (BS!). After yet another week, I sent another email and they replied that it had been sent ups. I have now waited yet another week and have now given up with these guys. They are not worth the trouble for the few dollars I thought I was saving. It has been over a month and I still can't use the card! What gets me is that the adapter is an $8 dollar part! Are they just stupid or what?

My boyfriend bought me a video game for Christmas and they jacked the price on it at last minute. Well I ended up getting two of the same game for Christmas and when I went to return it we did not get a full refund. He thought he bought through Walmart and turns out it was third party person. We had to pay the shipping back plus a restocking fee! We ended losing $20! It was the worst experience ever! I called Walmart corporate and they could not do anything but say I should not have paid shipping and get a full refund. Then after everything was said and done they told me to read the return policy and hung up on me! I am so done! What a rip off! I will never ever order from this company again!

The RDX Focus Pads are a quality product. Made from a combination of high grade leather on the outside with reinforced stitching means these pads are built to take a pounding. They are lightweight, well padded for impact and perfect for what I needed. They offer a snug secure fit and so may need a bit of use before they bed in for those with larger hands. The pads were received in good time and came securely packaged. After using these pads for a few months I can highly recommend them.

I ordered from their site on Aug 8, they were very fast at seeing my order andvery fast at taking my money out of my account, but thats about it. it has been over 20 days now and i still have no word on my case. They told me the average time for a water cooled case to ship was about 14 days, well that mark has come and gone and all I know is that my "Payment has been recieved". I have tried the e ticket service (many times) and have called and left messages on their machine god knows how many times trying to get information on my order. It is past the point to where I dont want the case anymore I just want my money back. And on an order for more than $500 worth of stuff, and no word from them,needless to say Im pissed. By the end of the week I will be taking further action if they dont return a call or e-mail. STAY AWAY FROM HERE!!!!

False Advertising. Purchased 3 guitars that were backordered. Apparently reserving an item just puts you on waiting list, and the eta got moved back another month. Customer Service just read scripts and patronized me. Told them to change their shady ways, but it unlikely. They even treat their employees horribly, how can they give true customer support? Have used MF for years, they used to be the top dog for music purchases. Recently their shipping times are worse than competitors, their return policy for instruments is absurd, you lose the cost of shipping from your refund and you have to pay to ship it back. So basically you cannot test an item, where as with other competitors it is a FULL refund. Trying to return items is also horrible, I have waiting over 20 mins on the phone just to talk to someone and you're lucky if the chat ever responds. Ive sometimes waited over 35 mins for an answer. Just buy it from ZZounds or amazon.

I recently purchsed an upgradeware 370gu adapter from these guys. Originally I believe they lost my order, because the UPS shipping info was dated the day I inquired about my shipment, which was 2-3 weeks later. I eventually received my order, and they were easy to contact, and responded fairly quickly to my inquiries, I would definetly use them in the future. Only complaints, they should give you an invoice #, tracking #, and proper shipping cost information. Some advice to Canadian online shoppers, be aware of the brokerage fees you have to pay for orders comming into Canada via the US, they can be more than the actual order you placed, Ouch!

Purchased a head unit and an XM antenna adapter on 11/14. I was charged right away, and the order status for both items read "shipped" on the 15th. I received a phone call on 11/18 stating that the adapter was out of stock, and would be shipped in appx. 2 weeks. I asked about the head unit, and they stated they would send it out the next day. This was annoying, but okay. Apparently, shipped to them does not really mean shipped for those of us in the real world. I called and emailed the following day to get tracking information for the head unit to no avail. I was told that depending on which warehouse the item ships from, this information might not be available. But, I was assured that the item had indeed shipped on 11/19. Called 3 times today, 11/29. I got a tracking number that fails to resolve on the UPS web site, as if it is for an item that is shipping today. I asked the CS rep when the package had shipped, and she replied the 26th. I told her the item was supposed to have shipped on the 19th, and she said she would call right back with more info. She never called, so I called again this afternoon, and had another CSR state he would check into the matter and call me back. He never called either. At best, they held my head unit until they got stock on the adapter, and shipped both together today. At worst, they've shipped my HU without a tracking number and it's lost. Either way, I will never do business with these folks again.

I've owned 4 C Crane radios over the past 4 years. Every one of them has been defective in one way or another. I guess I'm the definition of an idiot; I keep making the same mistake over and over again and expect a different outcome. My 4th radio (the Skywave pocket radion) has just stopped functioning. I'm going to return it and ask for a replacement. In 1980 I owned a Sony am/fm/sw pocket radio that I took with me to africa, where I spent the next 17 years. I then took that same radio with me to South America for another 8 years. I never had a problem with it. THAT was a well made product. Can't find that model anymore, otherwise I buy one. This will be my last try with C Crane.

this is the last time i will do business with c.crane, i ordered 2 tivioli radios and after waiting two weeks for them to ship, i canceled my order and went to Target and bought the same radios for less $$$, the next day i checked the ccrane web site to make sure that the cancelllation was effective, ccrane had shipped my canceled order. after eight phone calls to ccrane. i have not recieved an RMA or credit to my credit card. you can find many of ccrane's products on the web from other merchants and get better service. i'm sure i'll get my money back, but it's really annoying to have to work so hard to correct their mistakes. also their very friendly customer service reps promise to act but don't follow thru, be sure that you follow up on ccrane promises. good luck and beware, Merry Christmas.

They had sent me a second hand phone, it was another week and half by the time I got a replacement. The replacement had no UK plug and had Romanian language as default. It would have been better if I had just gone to a local shop or Samsung and purchased it from them.

Order for 1gb ram hasn't shipped in a week, contact/feedback service dosen't "work" with roadrunner email addresses (yet my confirmation email went through), weak business hours that make it virtually impossible to speak to a real human being... and a voicemail recording that is so poorly done that you can't hear a word of what the guy says. Beware of ordering items that say "3-5 days", in 2011 I waited 2 weeks, then had to cancel the order and find it elsewhere. This time I tried them for an OEM part that showed in stock, I received a poorly made part that was NOT OEM, and did not fit. They offered a free replacement, but that order was cancelled the next day due to "out of stock with no ETA". Don't waste your time with these bozo's. Life is too short. update: they refunded the part, but not the shipping. Somehow the defective part was my fault, I guess? Waste...Of...Time, money, and energy. Fooled me twice, I am ashamed to admit it. I'm glad I was able to edit this and revise ratings lower.

I ordered Nikon Coolpix 5700, that supposedly is "usually shipping within 24-48 hours", the next day their representative left a message on my answering machine, that my order is ready and awaiting my telephone confirmation, when I called I was "offered" an additional package for an outrageous price of $400, after I refused salesperson was quick to say the camera is out of stock and I will have to wait for 3-4 weeks before I get it. The very next day I received an email giving me an option to either wait or cancel my order. I have 2 additional thoughts to that story: 1. What kind of company misleads its customers about the order already placed and then tries to sell more stuff? 2. If they have it really out of stock, what would I do with a whole bunch of overpriced equipment and no camera? I let you be the judge but I am going to contact BBB in NY about them.

I ordered 512MB of memory for my Mac G4 at work earlier this month and later ordered another 1 GB of memory for my G5 at home. Prices were excellent and my shipping via USPS was free. Both orders arrived within 5 days and are currently working perfectly in their respective machines. I can't speak for the quality of OEMPCworld's customer service, as I've had no problems so far, but I would definitely order memory from them again. ****************** Just an update: I've ordered memory from OEMPcWorld seven times since June 2004. Every time I've gotten memory that worked perfectly the first time at an excellent price. I did have one defective DRAM module two months ago (died after 18 months of operation). I requested an RMA number online, got it within an hour, mailed back the module that night, and had a replacement a few days later. I will continue to turn to this company for my memory needs.

STAY AWAY - I placed an order on a Saturday night. The next motning (Sunday), I realised I forgot to select faster shipping. I submitted request to cancel that order, and entered new order. On Monday, the first order shipped. I sent a request to cancel the second order. No replies to either request. A couple of days later, the second order shipped. I emailed customer service asking what could be done. Three weeks later, and no reply. No order confirmations sent. I saved the webpage for both orders. This company simply does not communicate with customers.

I ordered a plasma TV on 5/22 and was invoiced via email. The next day, I receive two emails - one with the freight tracking number for the TV, and another: "Hello, Please be advised that, due to the recent surge in fuel cost, we must pass on a $45 beyond-1000-mile fuel surcharge to you. Regards [email protected]" For a company that makes such a big deal about shady companies who bait and switch their customers, be aware that they are no different! As I was not made aware this additional charge until after the fact, I will be disputing it with my credit card company and contacting the BBB unless they agree to reverse this charge. I will update my review if this happens. Up-front honesty about the shipping charges would have been acceptable. Charging another $45 after the fact is scandalous.

I am in Australia and ordered from what pretended to be a local website. I was amazed when the goods took so long to arrive because they were a USA company and it was posted from Fiji! My wife uses this perfume a lot so we were able to test it against the original. 1. The perfume had almost no smell-it was so diluted she had to drown herself in it to even get the merest scent. 2. The bottle was different, it had mould marks where the original was smooth. 3. The lid was different it was sprayed not through coloured plastic. 4. The bottle was larger than the original by 2mm [impossible if you know moulding processes]. In other words it was a FAKE! To get a refund I now have to ship to the USA - at extreme cost, 1/3 the cost of the perfume. Stay clear they are a scam.

I bought a tester bottle (3.4oz) of Acqua Di Gio from PerfumeEmporium. Not only was the price reasonable ($45 after shipping and various discounts) but the bottle came completely shrunkwrap, in a box! Most tester bottles don't come in nice packaging as it is, after all, a tester, but this one looked brand spanking new like one I'd buy in the store. It did say "demonstration" (in French) on the bottom of the bottle's backside, but it's for my use so I don't care! :) Prompt shipping and fair prices make perfumeemporium.com worth shopping at.

I bought a set of the ultimate battery terminals and they sent me two negative terminals instead of a positive and negative terminals so I called them and talked to the customer service guy who sounded annoyed that I interrupted his day. He said he would review the packing footage and get right back to me. So I thought great but I did not hear anything from him at all. So I called back the next day and got another guy Dan who said that they would send me out a new one. But I had to bug them to get them to do anything. I think that KnuKonceptz should train there customer service guys to at least say we are so sorry for the inconvenience we will get this fixed right away. so now my install had to be pushed back a week. Bummer ☹️

I placed 2 orders, the first order the packager did not know how to read apparently. I specifically noted to ship 3 100 amp fuses, and they shipped 3 30amp and 3 120 amp fuses. Now this last order I ordered 2 battery terminals and another fuse holder. Well they did not ship my fuse holder or the fuses for it AT ALL! They are trying to blame it on UPS and the box was SEALED when I got it with their tape. I will NEVER order from such garbage again. BEWARE!

Ordered on Sunday with priority shipping, shipped Monday from the other coast, arrived on Wednesday in perfect condition. Easy transaction. In the past, I placed an order for an import game by accident (I wanted the U.S. version of the game), e-mailed them immediately. They managed to cancel the order, I re-ordered the correct version, and received it without fuss. I've had nothing but good experiences with them. The only recommendation, and I can see it in some of the other reviews, is to make sure you know what you're getting. It's very easy to accidentally order stripped down or imported versions of games when you mean to order the full, U.S. version. But once that's taken care of, it's been a great experience.

My experience is similar to the rest...ordered 8/28 and as of 10/30 I have yet to receive my order. Completely unable to contact the company. If miracle of miracles, you get through on the phone and their mailbox isn't full and you aren't put on hold for a half-hour and you do get to leave a message, they do not call you back anyway. When "Anthony" of live customer service fame isn't promising you he'll send your request to the shipping department he's telling you he has no way of looking up orders. Which makes complete sense, because why would a customer service representative be able to look up customers' orders? Forget trying to email them. You get an automated reply thanking you for contacting them and a promise that they'll get back to you within 48 hours and, lo and behold, you never hear from them. Interestingly enough, I received an email from them this weekend, October 27th, saying that they shipped my package out on October 30th. Humorous. Unfortunately, I'm told, a "small percentage" of their packages have not been delivered and, as a result, sent back to them. I'm assured that they've "corrected the cause of the problem" and as one of the "unfortunate customers" whose order was returned to them they have reshipped it. Three days in the future. As a customer who has previously ordered from them and been happy, I agree with a previous poster that something has happened to the company

I used to love the service going through RBC, and have used them for years. For some reason, the service has become terrible as of late. I tried ordering a DVD burner online, and my order was processed and never shipped. After a week I contacted them to find out what was going on and they said something about doing some work and they didn't know when or if it would be shipped (it was available online when I ordered it and for a while after, then disappeared). Asked them to cancel it but too bad no one notified me and I had to do it. Had another problem a week or so later when I received a defective web cam. They wouldn't order a replacement without doing their own testing, and said they'd contact me. I had to contact them to find out they didn't see the problem. I had to go to the store again to demonstrate the problem before they'd order a replacement (I originally offered to demonstrate it when I first returned it but was told they'd do it themselves). When I checked the online availability, it didn't show any, so I contacted them (online) to make sure I'd get one and was reassured it would be there in 2 days. Sure enough, a little over a day later someone else contacts me to say its on back order and I'd have to go in to the store yet again to get a refund. Ended up just ordering the same thing from amazon and received it at my door the next day. They used to be a good store, but every interaction with them now is becoming more and more painful. I don't see myself going back there for a long while.

i ordered a cronus on sunday night, got an e-mail they were paid from pay-pal got an email saying processing called during his business hours and left a message. tuesday still processing, called and left another message. wednesday got an e-mail that cronus was back ordered, called again left another message, left a message on their facebook store no reply, no reply from e-mail jouned his forum and left a message there and was answered by an employee who was trying to help but could not. thursday left several phone messages and a message through the forum and facebook finally got a message that my order was cancelled and all my posts were deleted and i have and still are blocked from posting to his facebook account. his e-mail explained he was out of the office alot this week trying to start another business and up-dating software. he is not a good business man and after all i went through to get a simple question answered " when will my cronus ship ? " he offered me a $ 5.oo gift cert if i re-order... i dont think he really cares about his customers and has no problem taking orders for products he doesnt have on his shelves

I placed an order for a Blackmagic Pocket Cinema camera when they had their promotion on July 2014. The deal was so popular that all orders were placed on backordered, but that was okay because I was willing to wait. AVShop assured me that I would get my camera when they received stock from Blackmagic. Five months later, I was sent an email saying my order was cancelled. They blamed Blackmagic for not honouring the promotion price anymore (I don't quite understand this as I placed my order for the camera the very first week of the promotion). Turns out after talking to a AVShop rep yesterday, absolutely 0 orders for the camera were fulfilled (there were 16 orders). There was no open line of communication with the company between July-November, if they had difficulty receiving stock - communicate with your customers and do not leave them hanging! That's business 101. If that didn't leave a sour taste in my mouth; here's the kicker (taken from the cancellation email): "We still have a bunch of these on order at full price and are offering you a special buy at $1025 if you wish to change the order over. " So you were unable to fulfill my order at the promotional price ($529) and to make it right your response is to offer the SAME camera for close to regular price ($1025) after I waited five months for the SAME camera? Disgusting. Do not support this company. They had a chance to make it right with the customer and they chose not to take the hit - even going so far as not taking responsibility and blaming Blackmagic (I'm now in touch with BM and will get to the bottom of what really happened here). Five months of waiting for a product, all communication was initiated by me, piss-poor business practices... steer clear of this one.

I bought a red rounded cable and 128 meg PC133 memory. It took the clerk 2-3 minutes to punch in the price for my cable manually, I realized later that because he did it manually he put in the wrong code and over charged me. Only $1.00 so I figured "who cares". Then I started testing the memory. My system which was 100% stable before is now crashing 1-3 times a day. I sent them an email about it, they said I should bring the memory back to "ask" for an exchange. I told them I don't live in Toronto and it wouldn't be worth the cost to travel back there to correct their mistake. They then suggested I buy new "memroy" (not memory) somewhere else and use that instead. Guess what Sonnam, I think I'll take your advice, I'll never buy "memroy" (or memory, or anything else) from your company again. I'm also going to make the same recommendation to anyone who's willing to listen. ADDENDUM: After reading some horror stories about other companies, and what people did to prove that they were ripped off, I ran CTSPD on my "memroy". It turns out that my PC133 is only PC100 CAS3!!!!

I bought 2 100 princo spindles (or so i was told). Paid $45 for each.. Guess what? The damn cdrs doesn't work for games, movies or music. I am positive the problem is not on my side because it works when I use other blank media. I tested it on my friend's computer and the result is exactly the same. For games, when installing you get corrupt data. For movies, at the 20-30 mins mark, the movie freeze. For music, lots of static, it's like listening to a radio. My question is.. What are they doing selling faulty blank media in the first place? No exchange/refund on media. I'm stuck with 150 useless blank cdrs. Sad thing is.. I didn't even touch the 2nd spindle yet, still in the package. Do you know what it's like having to throw away that many blank cds?

The card was dead on arrival but it took me three days of troubleshooting to figure it out. Since over 30 days elapsed since delivery Tekgems denied replacement. Item had been discontinued for over a year, but TEKGEMS had a full supply of the AT&T 1726 answering machine units in stock. Items were shipped the day of order (overnight & 2nd day air were available as well as USPS Priority Mail......I was also able to monitor the shipping progress after Kim sent me the FedEx tracking key). Price was half of what had been normally charged when these units were available in office supply outlets such as STAPLES and OFFICE-MAX. Good deal...will do business again.

Bought their top of the line case for my droid phone, about $40.....case did not stayon and try tried to have it replaced under warranty....what a scam...they make you scan photos of the case, the receipts and when you make the photos small enough to send they say they cant read it and it all starts over again...its been 2 months and still trying ..then you still have to send it in with the receipt ...you would expect a lot more from such an expensive case...stay away

This company gives buyer beware new meaning, so my suggestion to anyone who is thinking about purchasing any computer equipment from them, DON'T, you will end up regretting it in the long run. I ordered several items from this company, including but not limited to a Cooler Master heatsink and fan that were supposed to fit a socket 478 motherboard. What I recieved was a Cooler Master heatsink and fan that fit a socket A motherboard. When I called their tech support/rma department about this problem basically what I was told was to "beat it you got what you ordered and that I was bugging them." Not to mention the fact that the housing on the above mentioned fan was cracked. Next was a defective floppy drive, a Sony MPF920-2 I'm currently jumping through hoops to try and get them to RMA this, without luck I might add. Third was what their website claims to be a RETAIL Enermax Mid-Tower Case aaaaaaaaaaaaaannnnnnnk wrong again!!! When the case arrived not only was it an OEM hunk of chit, it had absolutely no motherboard mounts, screws, nothing nadda ZERO..... This people give customer satisfaction NO priority, bottom line the only thing they care about is if your credit card clears. Once the sale is final, you're on your own........ If you choose to do business with this company take it from someone who has, clear your head and go back to GoogleGear or NewEgg and make your purchase, it's a much less painfull experience!

I ordered the Director Selection which should of been shipped 12/8/2008 I have yet to receive this dvd but believe me they took the money out of my bank account on that date. I did find a contact number 1-800-262-2001 after following several voice prompts to finally talk to real person only to be hung up on by Daniel. I called back and spoke to someone else who informed me that they can NOT issue a credit until 4 weeks have passed. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was hung up on again. I would recommend going to your local Walmart over joining this club which has horrible customer service.

I ordered DVDs from Columbia House on March 1. They double shipped 9 of them and significantly overcharged me for the extra shipment, $135.46. I returned the extra items with the invoices indicating the overcharge and asking for the credit to my account, per their instructions. Every time I call I receive misinformation and am told a different story. A customer service person named Trent stated that the only person in the organization who can fix this problem is Russell Harding, and after almost 3 weeks of attempt to get this taken care of he has not. No one I have spoken to has ever returned any of my calls, even though they all assured me that they would. I have spent over 20 hours and sent a dozen emails and still no one will fix this.
