Do not order online. If you make a mistake or do not like what you receive. A customer service representative told me you less than 5 minutes to cancel. I placed an online order. The order went to a store about 3 hours away. When I finally got them they were used. Grass, dirt, and most of all wear. The logo was even worn off one insole. The shoes had already taken the shape of whomever's clods had graced the inside. Not only was I shocked to see that a STORE had given someone a refund or replacement for these obviously worn shoes, but the level of incompetence at the store level to ship them to a new customer is beyond anything retraining could fix. I contacted support chat and since these were Guaranteed to be delivered by Father's Day (Today) the agent assured me they would be overnighted to me and for me to send these back. Checking FedEX today they do not appear to be overnighted as the estimated delivery date is 6/30/20. NINE days from today. What had happened to this company? Do they even care? I am well aware this review was to be for the cleats, however I care as much as Dick's does, so since I can't review something I don't have, I'll just post my experience.

I've been a customer of Telephonyware since 2006, and I'm still using their services today. I'm a Linux and IPBX consultant, and have installed many sites with their products since that date. They have great prices, and have been helpful when assistance when needed: I remember having problems with a Mediatrix gateway and they helped me as well as send me firmware not available on the constructor web site. I mainly use Grandstream phones, and it happenned in the past that Telephonyware's web site was not up to date with the latest phones, but they immediately sent me quotes. I'm located in French Polynesia, a very remote location, so trust in suppliers is very important. I also made a few projects in New Caledonia, Telephonyware has again been great. Highly recommended!

Genuinely a nice watch. Came with 2 extra straps which I put on my other watches. Extremely comfortable. I placed a nice black leather band with white stitching that came from another Tissot watch and it works with pretty much anything I wear; occasionally I use the NATO strap back on when I want it to be more causal. It also looks much better in real life than in the standard stock pictures. I love Tissot watches and this nice watch at low price point. Thanks, Jomashop!

I purchased a battery for my computer in November 2007. The battery broke apart in August and the cells fell out. I called them. Since then they have been difficult to deal with. They never sent the paperwork to send the battery back. My computer has a problem that won't allow me to be without a battery. They told me that that was my problem so I bought a new battery else where. I have spent 3 months trying to reach them to find out where my paper work is to see if they will honor the warranty. I get answering machines or stuck in a loop. There has been no response to my e-mails. The battery is now dead from sitting around. I did reach someone today and they sent me the paper work. The attitude of the individual I spoke with was very unprofessional. They were so professional and ease to reach when I first bought the battery.

On November 20, 2008 I ordered a refill for my PowerBook laptop battery. Their website stated: “Fast turnaround time.” “We can finish the refill service and have your refilled battery sent back to you in 7-10 business days after receiving your battery. Please allow approximately two weeks to complete the process. (After placing your order one week's time is needed to have your battery shipped to us and returned to you. It takes on average another week to refill and properly test your battery before it is sent back.)” I received no word from them other than the computer generated email notification of December 2nd, stating that my battery had been received. I assumed that because of the holidays, it would take longer to complete the process. What follows, is the email correspondence with eBattery, A.K,A. BatteryRefill.com from the last four months. To date (3/29/09), I have not received a refund! I will update this complaint when and if I receive a refund check. Order placed three weeks ago with Sports Imports Limited but have not received the merchandise. The UPS tracking number shows the package has been "out for delivery" (on the truck!) for over two weeks in Gaithersburg, MD not the proper city or state. Email unanswered. Phone calls unanswered. Owner's name is Adam Gouda a lot like Agouda of the sterling review below. The company's web site states their merchandise is always in stock and ships from 13 huge nationwide warehouses however, this appears to be untrue. As additional information, this site displays the BBB On-Line Reliability Icon however on the BBB web site, Sports Imports Limited is not a member and has a grade of "F." Also, they display the BuySafe Bonded Logo but do not provide a guarantee number or the opportunity to buy a bond so no claim is possible. They also display the Internet Top 500 Retailers logo but are not listed on that organization's web site as one of the top 500.

Ordered something on December 18th and paid for UPS 2 day shipping to get it in time for Christmas. Sports Imports sent me an email confirming that the order had shipped. That email included a FedEx tracking number, but it also stated that the order had been shipped via UPS. No UPS tracking number was included, and the FedEx number was invalid. It has now been 10 days since the order was placed and I have yet to receive the package. They do not take phone calls and have not responded to my emails requesting shipping information. If I don't get something today I will go to the credit card company for a refund. I would advise everyone to consider taking their business elsewhere. Someplace that at least provides phone support.

I had good experience with online backup systems for years, but decided to give Acronis 2016 a try because it claimed to have the ability to do a full image backup so that data, configuration, apps, everything can be restored with the click of a button- However, as far as I can tell Acronis is incapable of backing up data or image for a standard sized computer (300-600GB) and their 2017 product also didn't fix the problem- Here is my experience: 1. Setup is relatively dodgy, but once I had it setup to back to a network disk, it ran for 12 hours and then provided a note to say that it couldn't complete the process- I tried again connected by cat6 in case the problem was low wifi bandwidth, but the result were the same. 2. I have contacted Acronis on 5 or more occasions, each time they take hours online and give me hours long tests to run after the call and they tell me it is fixed- they tested my external drive (it works fine when I manually copy hundreds of G), however after collecting data for 10+ hours, the app will not complete the backup as described above. 3. Last attempt was actually funny- the support tech took over my computer, set up a 4k test back up and said that it worked, everything is fine- Considering my past experience, I told him that this didn't prove anything, so he had me attach a 6g thumb drive, he tested again and essentially told me that this configuration works, so just back up to this thumb drive in the future- I had to point out that I am backing up 10* the amount of data and that was the reason for the network drive. That seemed to confuse him, he said he would escalate, but I still have not talked to anyone who could fix the problems. 4. I can't dedicate the hours upon hours that they ask to test and have tried to contact them on multiple occasions- however each time they start from scratch- they admitted that only store cases for the short term, so they never learn from our previous findings. My guess is that their product works with small amounts of data that back up quickly and that they loose synchronization with multi G backups over the network. I have literally invested a week or more messing with this system- They will not refund and they can't fix it- If you need an image backup and have more than megabytes of data, I would suggest that you find a better back up package, because Acronis software and support does not work (including their 2017 release!)

I have used Acronis products for 6-8 years. At one time they were very good - nice local backup, drive cloning worked, simple interface, etc. Over the years they have added bells and whistles to the point that the 'features' have morphed into bugs - you know the story. I have a 5+ GB archive on Arconis cloud that I CANNOT ACCESS!!! And I paid for this c__p! Dump Acronis and find any other cloud backup service. Note: Acronis is based in Germany but the actual owners are unknown. I suspect Russians operating out of Malta. Beware.

I ordered a couple items on the seventh of june, they emailed me back a on the ninth saying it would be 7-10 days before the item shipped as it was not in stock. I said this would be fine, please ship the order together. So here it is the 29th. I had not received ANY email from them, and I emailed inquiring about the item. I received a badly formatted form email response saying it could be 7-10 days. When I asked if they were willing to waive my shipping as they were already ten days late on their initial promise I was responded to in a curt fashion and told basically, "no." I would not do business with these people as it appears from other reviews it is common for them not to stock items they list on their website, but instead to order them as needed. BUYER BEWARE: Unless you're willing to wait a long time to get your products, avoid these people.

I found this site attempting to locate a particular item to purchase as a Christmas present. The site was difficult to navigate, but I finally found the item. The site gave no information pertaining to the availability of any items, which would turn out to be important later. The next day (Dec 15th) I received an email stating that the product was out of stock until January, and if I would like to switch to a less expensive smaller version of the same thing (puzzle caddy). I replied (that day) that I would take the smaller item, figuring that this meant that the smaller caddy would actually be in stock and that I would receive the item soon. In reply to this all I got was "We have forwarded your request". I then received no reply until I emailed them twice (waiting a couple days in between) on January 6th (long after the time that I needed the item), at which point they told me they would be getting in some of both types of the item I wanted "today", and that "It will be well worth the wait" (which seemed a very rude response in my opinion, especially since the event I had ordered it for had already past). I was obviously very annoyed but I figured I would go ahead and get the large caddy since they would be getting it in at the same time as the other anyway. I got no response to my email asking to switch back to the large size. I finally recieved an email saying the product was shipped on the 12th of January, and the item arrived the 17th (over a MONTH after I'd ordered the item and a 3 weeks after I needed it). I really wonder now why they'd offer the smaller one if it wouldn't be available till the same time as the larger one? They could have just said that neither would be available instead of making me think I might actually get it within a decent amount of time. They also offered no apology or anything for the long wait. I certainly won't come to this site again and will recommend others to stay away (which is why I'm posting this review, as a warning).

Ordered a Nintendo Wii from this company on March 23. It was listed as an open-box system, which to me could have meant just about anything from scuffed and scraped to a nice unit. What I got was a system that looked as if it had never been out of the package. Every component was still wrapped in its factory skin and the only things to distinguish the system from brand new were the lack of shrinkwrap and the $50 savings. It was packed professionally, shipped quickly, and arrived just a few days after I ordered. If it hadn't been for an inexplicable delay where it sat in a UPS sort facility for two days without moving (no, not a weekend) I would have been playing Mario Kart the same week as I ordered. I would (and undoubtedly will) order from Dyscern again without a moment's hesitation. The money I saved on this one order will buy me at least a couple games for my kids.

I ordered a Notebook Battery for an HP-DV7. It did not last more than 3 months and it now only keeps a 10 minute charge. I called PC Parts and they were rude. They said I could pay $35.00 for a replacement and be without my battery for 3-4 days, which I'm ssure is longer because they wanted me to ship the old one back to them first. They shipped out the monitor on the same day and e-mailed a shipping confirmation and tracking number about 7 hours later. I recieved the monitor on Monday, the seventh, as expected. I ordered an Audio Authority 1154a component video switcher from Copperbox. I was a little leery because of other reviews here and the fact that the price was significantly better than other sites, but I searched through AVS Forums and found no negative experiences there. I received my package 2 days after placing my order. Upon opening the package I found the AC adapter was missing. Of course I immediately feared the worse, anticipating a major struggle to either get the adapter or return my package. I called Monday (unfortunately they are closed weekends) and spoke to Joe. I explained what happened, and he immediately offered to send the adapter. I was doubly impressed when it arrived the next day. I wouldn't hesitate ordering from them again - their prices are very good, and they sincerely try to make things right.

Good company, fast shipping (but make sure you order before 4 pm otherwise the order won't go out the same day). I ordered a Dvico Fusion HDTV3 card from them. Their communications by email for status updates were quick and helpful. My only gripe with them is their shipping costs and packaging. The cost for regular FedEx ground was $11.74 to Hollywood, FL. That's pretty damn steep for ground shipping on such a small package. The other thing I was disappointed about was that for that kind of money, they didn't even box the item--they just threw it in one of those white plastic shipping bags. I like to keep the boxes for big ticket computer items like this, but the box was banged up pretty badly--something that can destroy the delicate computer parts inside. I don't know if maybe I was just unlucky with whoever packed my stuff, but if this is the norm for them, they should take note of how others like NewEgg and ZipZoomFly package things and charge very little for Express shipping.

I always order my blank DVD's and CD's from this online retailer. I am so happy that we have a store like this in Canada and I don't have to order from abroad and pay crazy shipping (discs are heavy ;). I use Taiyo Yuden discs for 6 years now and this retailer is a reliable source of quality and rare media. Nobody beets them in terms of quality, price and variety in Canada! I only order the Taiyo Yuden watershield discs now as they are amazing quality and look great. Shipping from Blankmedia.ca is alway very fast and the shipping costs are reasonable. They ship Canada Post and it's very convenient to pick up my discs from my closest post office. This store is highly recommended!

I was not happy with the shipping policy for Booq for two reasons: 1. There is no way to order from the website or to track an order from the website. It all has to be done via email to a separate customer service company 2. They have no replacement policy! We received the computer bag and thought it was beautiful, but it was too big. We wanted to exchange it for another bag. There are no exchanges at Booq. The customer has to instead cancel the order, pay for shipping to return the bag, and then re-order from the very beginning. We purchased a computer bag elsewhere. Shame, because their merchandise quality seemed good. Until Booq creates an online ordering service and has some sort of exchange policy, I will not purchase anything from them.

I purchased a BP3 booqbag from this retailer. The BP3 is a very high quality storage pack for your books and Laptop. When you open the top of the BP3 you have immediate access to your books, right behind that you have a padded flap that stores your Laptop. Price was good for the quality of the product. However, they charged $18.00 for FedEx home delivery. They really need to adjust that price. The BP3 only came in a standard box only wrapped in a tapped plastic bag. Most companies charge that kind of money for FedEx 2nd day! Overall, I would buy from them again.

Update March 5th: Still not received Garmin 2610. CompWestUSA sent e-mail 2/22 about crediting my account 19.50 for shipping and confirmed it shipped 2/18. Checked my CC account on-line today to find it had been credited the FULL amount (584.50) on Friday, March 4th. No e-mail or call to explain this reason. I have concluded that CompWestUSA has cancelled my order and the item NEVER shipped out to me! I was lied to by CompWestUSA and DEFINITELY recommend that you DO NOT deal with this company! I sent an e-mail today (3/5) officially CANCELLING my order with them. Scott. Worst experience I have had in a while! Don't buy from this store! Even though it is the cheapest for GPS systems, pay a few dollars more and buy from another store. Customer service is very poor. Still awaiting detail shipping information after 4 e-mails and 2 voicemails (both times called were transferred to a voice mailbox). Was charged 19.50 for shipping and item was supposively sent via US Postal service which is cheapest and least expensive shipping carrier out there. Sent 4th e-mail letting them know that if I do not get discounted for being overcharged on my shipping cost (by 9.50 at least) AND providing me with detailed shipping information, I will CANCEL my order and refuse shipment (if it even shipped out) of my order!! Do yourself a favor and buy your products somewhere else! CompWestUSA does NOT care about its on-line customers!!!! Scott.

I ordered a Garmin GPS unit that proved to be defective after three days of usage. My efforts to return the product became a nightmare. Here are the highlights: 1. The promised ship date was not met 2. The delay was untruthfully blamed on the shipper 3. The shipment was charged at a higher rate than agreed 4. At least six calls to Customer Service were ignored 5. I left an anonymous message for Sales that WAS answered 6. The person answering (the same person I was trying to contact in Customer Service) – when informed about the real reason for my call – promised very sincerely to provide an immediate and complete refund 7. This refund never arrived 8. I filed a complaint with the Florida BBB which CompWestUSA ignored 9. I worked through my credit card company which revoked payment from CompWestUSA 10. CompwestUSA eventually agreed to repay the credit card company minus a 15% restocking fee My advice: steer far away from this vendor!!

I ordered Epson compatible cartridges and they just do not work. Left several messages on voice mail (super lousy customer service) and finally after 3 or more emails and 3 or more left messages, I did get an email from GEORGE COLE who said if the cartridges do not work he would send me instructions as to how to return them. I sent him an email two days ago asking what the procedure was (do I need a return number, etc?) and no response as yet. I may just sell them to someone who can use them. I have a feeling if I send them back I will never get credited. The old adage is true, "You get what you pay for". I bought true Epson cartridges and they work great! I'm out $50 but will never buy from Inkdaddy.com again. Buyer Beware.

I bought a laptop on ebay # 6814815887, the laptop has a bad hard drive, I messaged seller using ebay, I was instructed to go to rmarequest.com, I did and received an automated email back with no reference #. I emailed back several times got no response. I called and spoke to Chris he said he will check into it I did not get a call back again. I called again and spoke to Douglas (owner) he said he will also look into it and again never called me back. So I called him again today 1/4/2006 about 2.5 months with this problem. Doug was not helpful at all. Here is my response for my dissatisfaction. Doug (owner), Thanks for the quality time you spend frustrating me and for not helping on the problem. Despite explaining and repeating about your company 'simple' RMA procedure about 20 times on the phone, you should know that it has failed on me and it did not work. After all 'YOU' did not even call me back like you said you would! Makes me wonder if there is anything that works at excel-i / parts-bin.com / aka ebay laptopbroker. Thanks again for wasting my time and for the broken laptop! Andrew

I placed an order for a camera on April 4, 2005. On April 7, 2005 I received an email saying that my order status had changed. I subsequently spoke with a sales rep who tried to sell me accessories. After I declined to purchase the accessories, I received another email saying my order would not be received for 10 to 12 business days. After 12 business days I received another email saying the order was cancelled. The product however, is still listed on their site as "In Stock", so I called a sales rep, who again asked if I would be needing any acessories, after I told him no, he said he really didn't know why the order was cancelled.

I purchased a camera in December (christmas time) from a company called Digitally Discovered. I bought a Nikon CoolPix 8800 with over $1000 worth of accessories, little did i know i put my credit card in the wrong hands. I was chard $2265 and I call back for a tracking number a week later, which was 2 days before christmas. "Bryan" promised i would recieve my camera to use for Christmas. Turns out I never recieve my Camera and I was still charged $2265. After a long time doing my brilliatn investigation i fell on a company called IBUYDIG. & FOCUSFREEIMAGING. Two websites a copy from eachother and a copy of DIGITALLYDISCOVERED.COM. It looks these crooks stole over two thousand dollars out of my account to open up different companies. Furthermore, I purchased the camera and equipment from a salesmen name "Jeff"...calling up there toll free number asking for Jeff, gave these crooks off. I called up my credit card company and found out I was not the only one that was blind folded and robbed. Turns out over $75,000 was stolen from these crooks!....Im doing my best to withold innocent people to shop with them. BEWARE IT COULD HAPPEN TO YOU

I still like this little purveyor of old-timey products, and have ordered from them over the years. They sold untreated percale sheets, which I loved. Their niche is the homespun and down-home household and apparel item. My issue is the fact that their inventory at one time was strictly "Made In America" ... now they are selling a lot of Chinese-made goods. So the quality has taken a dive. But I do agree that their customer service is excellent and it is just plain fun to browse their catalog. If you are a diehard old order type purist, I also recommend Lehman's Hardware Store and Gohn Brothers. Four stars for VCS.

I was in desperate need of a Dell Studio 15 power supply cord that I could have easily gotten from Dell for twice the price and three times the shipping. My credit card number didn't match my mailing address and Customer Service was prompt to point out this error and called me immediately. Here's the complaint I filed with the DOJ, BBB, and my credit card company: I purchased a Sony DCR-DVD301 camcorder from Turbobuys for $486. I was contacted via email and told to call their fulfillment departmen allegedly because of a problem with my information. On the call I purchased a case for the camera for $50, a warranty for $150, and an "upgrade" toa high capacity battery for $195. The warranty I received, which was through a third party, in no way resembled the one described to me over the phone. The "upgraded battery" turned out to be the bottom of the line battery that is available elsewhere for about $20. The invoice I received lumped all the items together with the camera costing $946.93 and all the other items at $0.00, as if I had purchased it all as a package when this was absolutely not how the transaction was stuctured until after the fact by them. I have an email receipt for the camera showing $486. The company is claiming they do not match competitors prices and that I should have comparison shopped. That is impossible to do when you thing you are buying one thing and you get another. If I had known the actual battery and actual warranty I'd be receiving, I would not have purchsed them in the first place. The company will take back everything I bought less a %7 restocking fee. I want to keep the camera and the case. Their response to this is that they will charge me $200 more for the camera since I purchased all this as a package (again, I didn't). This is bait and switch, pure and simple.

Absolute scam. My husband ordered a camera from www.flyintheskyphoto.com around 2 pm today. About 2 hours later (while he's at work) I get a phone call that my husband needs to call "Jordan" at (866) 360-1534 x 102 because our credit card company called flyintheskyphoto and asked flyintheskyphoto to call us. B.S. and then the call ended. So I call him back and ask him what the issue is again and he tells me my husband has to call. Sorry, I own a business and credit card companies call the card holder directly. So of course I called our Master Card company to confirm this line of B.S. and they had no notation of ever calling flyintheskyphoto. I then stumbled across this site and read the reivews. - In the mean time my husband tries to call the number from work. He gets disconnected 2 times and then gets through...but it's to turbobuy - (who apparently share the same number) - and the conversation was jarbled, but he thinks the guy on the other line asked him if he wanted to buy some sex.com membership and then the line made funny noises so my husband hung up. I in the meantime called back Mastercard and told them what I found out online and asked if the charge came through. They said no, and that the company will probably try to run all their charges at the end of the night. So I asked what my options were? 1. cancel my card immediatly 2. don't cancel the card, try to cancel the order and wait and see. We opted for option 1. So we've cancelled the card.

My dealings with Oso Grande got off to a rocky start as I was used to order shipments taking place 24 hours after being placed, however, after I realised that nowhere on their site do they state that as their policy things started to take a turn for the better...During this period of adjustment I did have some trouble with contacting customer service through the phone...! 1st attempt-Instant answer, 2nd and 3rd-Straight to the answering machine, 4th-Selected different option from customer service on phone menu and Instant answer...After calming down during my adjustment period I began using the E-Mail method of contacting customer service and received instant responses to all inquirey's after that!...Not only were they prompt in responding to my E-Mail messages, they were very courteious with their handling of the situation!...Remember, when dealing with an online entity to always check their site for shipping info, that way you can avoid becoming disappointed...Also, keep an open mind and a positive attitude, it helps when times aren't going exactly as you had planned!... Overall I would, and in fact already have, highly recommend this site to others! Once I was able to convey my concerns to their customer service agent they did their utmost to help me out and followed through until I received my shipment! The same day I put my order through @ Oso Grande I also put an order through another knife vendor and it only took 2 days longer for my order to be received from Oso Grande...Not bad considering the way I had worked myself up by not paying attention to their site and not noticing nor looking for shipping info! The quality of the knife purchased from Oso Grande was equal to the quality of the one purchased from the other vendor and price was also equal, however, because of their superb handling of customer service concerns, despite the slow start, they have instantly moved themselves to the top of my list of vendors for my next purchase! Respect earns respect and their respect for me has earned my respect for them both as individuals and a company as a whole! Great job ya'll and God Bless!

I ordered two knives on Friday and it shipped Tuesday. I received it Monday. I contacted customer service Wednesday to see if it had shipped. They responded that it had Tuesday so you might not be notified when your order ships. I am very happy with the knives. Both are CRKT one was the C/K Dragon, Wharncliffe Blade, Satin Finish, PlainEdge and the other was the Folts S.P.E.W Small Pocket Everyday Wharncliffe Fixed Blade. I love the detail of the S.P.E.W, the handle is very nice and the blade is great! The only problem is it is almost to small for me being 6'2" I have big hands but the handle feels good with great traction for how small it is. The Dragon is almost the perfect size, the handle fits like a glove even with how thin it is and the finger space between the sub-hilt and the hilt is just big enough and the texture nice and simple looks good and does not slip. The handle does allow the use of the stabber grip blade forward or reversed, in reversed my fingers sit nicely on the sub-hilt and my thumb rests on a grip panel against the tang. The only fault I see is the blade could be a bit shorter, at 4 1/2" it might not be legal in some jurisdictions and the pommel has about 3/8's more metal than necessary. I am planing on ordering another Dragon very soon.

I placed an order for a starter rebuild kit, and on the website it showed a plunger assembly and terminal contacts. The description showed this as well. What I received was a plunger assembly without terminal contacts. I shot off an email to customer service, hoping they would just send out the contacts from another set to me, and send the missing set back to the manufacturer. The reply I got stated to drive out to the store, and exchange the product. THAT DEFEATS THE WHOLE PURPOSE OF ORDERING ONLINE! With such rising gas prices ($4 a gallon), I decided that there should be an alternative method, and called the person that replied to my email directly. She stated that the manufacturer will only send new products out when they receive the old one, and it was up to me to get that done. Wait, what's the point in purchasing from a retailer now? Why am I giving my money to PartsAmerica -- shouldn't I just deal with the manufacturer from the start? I stated that this was inadequate as I would be wasting my time and money (gas) going out to the store, and I would still have to wait a week to get the part! What a waste of my time. All this for a $17 part. Yes, $17. I will end up wasting $8 in gas, and over an hour of my time just because of these clowns. They didn't offer me any kind of incentive to make up for this, just "priority" shipping which just doesn't do it for me. I've spent hundreds at PartsAmerica stores (Kragen), and have gotten nothing but crap from them. All of my automotive costs will be going to other retailers now (RockAuto).

Recently, I bought a preowned computer from DV Warehouse, This is not the first time that I have made purchases with them. Several years ago, one of my MACs that I bought elsewhere years before went on the blink. I bought another exact copy of the same computer from DV Warehouse and a few parts. Both computers that date back to 2002 are still functioning perfectly in 2013. My recent purchase from DV had an OS 10.6.8 operating system and for $19.99 I was able to upgrade it to mountain lion! I bought this computer for 2/3 what it would have cost any place else and there is no computer that I would rather have! DV Warehouse has always shipped promptly and stood behind and replaced any products that I have had problems with (which did happen once), and they promptly sent me a replacement without any complaint. I trust DV Warehouse much more than (in my opinion) the money hungry Apple stores.

I'm in Australia and I ordered an Xserve G5 power supply on 16 June 2015. I specified the fastest shipping, and it arrived on 22 June 2015 in good order. It was packaged in a well-padded manner and worked when it was installed. I'm very happy with the product and service. I was also impressed by the DVWarehouse website which provides much more product information, and in particular product compatibility information, than other vendors. This is one of the main reasons I chose DVWarehouse. The only issue was that their order form forced me to ship to the credit card billing address. That was a PO box and the order was then held up because their shipping carrier doesn't deliver to PO boxes. So I had to phone them to sort it out and supply another address. They were very helpful and efficient about this and my order was not significantly delayed because of it. This should sort this problem out though.

I have been having a nice buying relationship with Lord John's Footwear. www.lordjohnsfootwear.com for over 3 years now. The staff recently told me that they have new management and larger crew, so I can only assume that the earlier reviews have been read and Lord John's Footwear has made the inprovements needed to avoid future bad service. I have purchased about 8 pairs or shoes, boots and sandals from lordjohnsfootwear.com and usually receive my order within 7-10 business days and sometimes with an unexpected gift!! Their prices are the lowest online. I can't say a bad thing about my experience with them. The site that I bought my digital camera from experienced a bunch of bad reviews written from their competitor. I wonder is Lord John's Footwear is experiencing a handful of those.

What is it with a company that mandates you sign up and get one of their cards so you can get the sale price? I have enough cards in my wallet and having companies know what Im buying and saving that in their database and having any of my data is not very reassuring. Just look at all the data that has been stolen recently! Don't need another company doing similar things and threatening my credit, etc. Went into Bevmo on a trip in AZ - picked up a few items that happened to be 'on sale', but couldn't get that price because Im 'not a member' and didn't have their 'card'. Some places will then scan a code so you can get the sale - this wasn't offered and I didn't want to sign up, so I walked out. Went into a Bevmo in CA (as there as not a TotalWine) nearby. I could have used a few items, but also could wait. Their prices on the two items I wanted were more than I normally pay, even with one off them being on sale there! Again, I ran into the same problem, so I just left the items and will pick them up at a place that when they have a sale, everyone gets the sale price without being a member, carrying another card in an already filled/bulging wallet..... Though I shop at Walgreens and one needs a card there too for the sale price, I discovered that there is an account on file whose telephone number is close to mine - so I use that number when I check out and I get the discount. And some woman by the name of Leilah gets the points for items that she never purchased.... :-) We both benefit.

I found Kemps Hockey to be the lowest price for CCM 562 Jr skates vs. the competition. They were on sale for ($69.95 + $3.95 handling w/ Free shipping) I read the negative reviews on Reseller and BBB online and was a bit wary....but decided to take a chance. 1800FaceOff.com and Peranis.net would not match the low price....they both wanted $104.95 + $3.95 handling + $8.95 shipping. $117.85 vs. $73.90....a $44 difference. Since Kemps is a brick & mortar store, I decided to give them a call before placing the order online to get a "feel" for the store. I called and confirmed that the size was in stock. I called again after placing the order to make sure they received my order - which they had. I asked if they charged for sharpening.....the lady replied it was complimentary if I requested it - which I did. On asking the potential ship date, she replied that it would probably go out the same day - Friday. I called on Monday for a tracking number, which I got within a few minutes. With free shipping I was expecting a 5-7 day delivery, but was pleasantly surprised to find out that it was reaching me the next day - Tuesday via UPS. I received the skates in brand new condition and sharpened as expected. I did email them for a status on my order - which I have not yet received. Overall, I'm glad I took a chance. My son's skate size "2.5D" seems to be the most popular out there. My order was for a free 2 day shipping and after a week, without my purchase or shiping information, I emailed them and asked if they could advise me of the status to which I was answered, "No, we need your state and zip." This info they had as I gave it to them in my email along with the order number. After calling them, they said they just didn't know where to ship it, but somehow they immediately 'figured' it out by the order number and when I told them it was supposed to be 2 day shipping, they said, 'oh, yeah...well, it shipped today." I received the item 2 1/2 weeks later without refund of any sort (being that 2 day shipping was in the price). VERY bad customer service. I recalled that I had ordered from them a year or two back with the same type of results. Lesson learned.

On 11/22/05, I ordered a fairly expensive graphics card (which was sold out everywhere else on the internet); website claimed "order processing" for weeks with no delivery; finally I e-mailed my intent to cancel the order (in December now); no response, no answer when phoning them many times. Finally, in response to my annoyed telephone message, they send an e-mail on 12/13/05 acknowledging cancellation of order and promising a refund within "10-12 business days". It is now 1/17/06 with still no refund (all while I pay interest/finance charges on this item). I looked online to see how they were rated and was shocked to find many others in the same boat--all victims of the runaround. If only I knew before throwing my money away... It's clear from the fact that they advertise discontinued/sold-out items, charge your card the same day for a non-stocked item, never answer their telephones, and give you a great deal of runaround that these people are not in business to keep customers. Avoid them like the plague!!!!

I have ordered from New England Motorcycle Emporium before in the past. I have always had excellent service and good prices. You can trust this company and their service. Last year I searched the web looking for the best price on Leatherlyke bags. Motoemporium was the cheapest and they gave me free shipping. You couldn't beat that. This time I went searching for the best deal on a cartain brand of gloves. Once again they popped up with the lowest price. Since I was already familiar with them I ordered right away. No problems at all. BTW they have since stopped selling Leatherlyke bags because the manufacturer has price fixed and wont allow businesses to sell below the retail price. Since they cannot give you a savings they wont sell that product. I think that says a good bit about them. You can expect a good deal when your ordering.

I wanted a Nolan x-1002, size 2XL. I could not find a US-based store that had it. I happened to write an email to these guys and they told me that in fact they had a new supplier that could get the 2xl in around the 11th of this month. When I called the next day, they had actully found their supplier had 2 in stock, one of which I ordered and is on the way. Their prices are great and so far the service I've received has been excellent. I called back to add an additional dark shield and Jay recommended I hold off since the helmet already has a sun shield build it. I'm very impressed so far.

I was looking for a new Rena Filstar XP3 for my turtle's 125 gallon tank, and was comparing prices. Aquariumguys had the best price (cheaper by about 30 bucks!) and the site looked legit, so I placed an order. I read reviews of aquariumguys.com after placing my order, and began to worry. I placed my order on a Sunday, and by Tuesday morning my order status still hadn't changed, and I hadn't heard anything from Aquariumguys after the confirmation e-mail. I e-mailed Aquariumguys, asking what the deal was, and they responded on Wednesday with a tracking number. I tracked my package and it was already on the truck for delivery! This was a great shopping experience, and thought I should review them to reassure possible customers that they really are a good company. I'm not sure why there are so many negative reviews on this store! I will definitely be buying from them in the future.

It has been over ten hours on the phone with them .... and Sprint. This is a big case of Buyer beware, they have great prices - if you ever get the merchandise that you bought ........ Sprint can not even locate an order from them for me ..... Guess I'm kissing $266.00 good bye. WARN YOUR FRIENDS !! STAY AWAY

I ordered 2 RAZR phones from CellularChoices aka Wirefly aka Inphonic with TMobile service because they were offering it for free after rebates. After not receiving any decent order status (3 days after ordering) on their website - www.whereismyorder.com, I followed up with phone calls. Their customer service and the people that fulfill the orders are outsourced to India. The outsourced customer service reps and managers all have american names like, sylvia, scott, dan, etc except if you ever call back and ask for the rep or manager by their specified name.... there is no such person or not available. Anyway my problem was with number portability. During the ordering process they want you to enter all of your current wireless phone company information on their website because they claim to be experts on number portability. Plus if I do the number portability separately after I receive the phone, then the rebates are invalid. So I had no choice. I'm not sure what they did or how they expertly perform this number portability, but they finally sent me an email (6 days after ordring) stating that they needed more information. After I had called them back they informed my number has previously been ported to T-Mobile. I had asked them to explain... and they just repeated the same information again without any explanations. They are like robots, and my opinion is that they either do not have any idea as to what is going on or they are instructed not to. After calling and investigating with T-Mobile my phone number was already on T-Mobile's system and had already been activated two days after I had ordered it. I was not sure as to what Cellular Choices needed to do complete the number transfer, but Tmobile stated that only the customer after receiving the phone can perform the number transfer. After finding this out, I finally got fed up with Cellular Choices because of all their lie after lies. Because of this horrid experience and their untrustworthiness, I finally cancelled the order (8 days after ordering). I would never do business with Cellular Choices again, and I have already filed a complaint to BBB. I also filed a complatint to T_Mobile Customer Care that they lost a potential sale, and are going to lose a lot of new potential sales by dealing with Cellular Choices. So ultimately I guess T-Mobile should also take responsibility as well, as I know I'm not the only unsatisfied customer.

ordered a Olympus 25mm for 296 euros but with the Dutch import tax 33 euros it go almost the same price as buying it locally 330 euros, although they do inform this extra cost clearly on their web site. I would say you better search for other online shops where you don't need to pay import tax or buy it locally. it took 12 days for delivery.

This seemingly one-man outfit from Tokyo is incredible! It has some of the lowest prices around and shipping is incredibly cheap. I ordered a set of Sony MDR-EX52SL headphones from them for a total cost of $34 including insured shipping from Japan to the US. Nowhere else can you get a lower price than here. My order was processed that same day and shipped out very quickly. If you see something that they sell at a good price, I recommend making the purchase from this store as the order processing and shipping is incredibly fast, and also dirt cheap. My headphone arrived neatly packaged and very well padded, which is a reassuring touch, for sure. I would definately order from this store again.

After placing an order from Clansman Knitwear, I waited 8 weeks to call/email in regards to an estimated ship date, as the site claimed that for the purchase that I made of a clan crest ring, that it would take 6-8 weeks to ship. Now, having waited, sending to date, 3 emails, and leaving about a dozen phone messages, I still have not had any response whatsoever, and needless to say that my order has not arrived. The only communication from Clansman Knitwear was the original receipt of order. They claim to have a customer service department, yet they have not once answered their phone, and do not know the meaning of the words, "customer service". I will never do business with this company again, and only hope now to get my order, or legal action will be pursued...SSC..

Ordered $200 worth of clothing from Ralph for my wedding, he assured me he could get everything done in time (about 5 weeks time frame), I even recommended him to my fiancee to purchase some items. Well, he ripped us both off. He will not respond to email, phone calls, messages, nothing. Now we are out close to $400 and are scrambling to get the needed items for our wedding. I guess it's my fault for not doing my research on this bad business person, but I have reported him to the BBB, and the Associated links he has on his site, as well as filied a Fraud claim against him through the USPS and will be making a report with the Police Dept. in Vallejo, Ca. where he does his business.

I ordered the Adventures of Pete and Pete seasons 1 and pre-ordered season 2 using a coupon code that would give me 33% off. Once i placed the order, it took a couple days to clear due to it being a Saturday. I waited anxiously to see my order status go to shipped but it didn't come. I eventually received an e-mail stating that my order was cancelled due to the items being out of stock. I replied to customer service saying that the items are still saying in stock on the site. I also mentioned to them that the season 2 I ordered was a pre-order and of course they don't have it in stock yet because it is not beign released for another month. I then received a reply back saying that the coupon code is not supposed to be used on the site, yet it is in their system. I felt misled, and it was quite shady of them to give me a lie and then covering it up with another reason.

I ordered a $19.98 sweater which I needed to exchange for a smaller size. I requested the exchange but they refused because I "Had" to reorder at the same time I sent back the other one. This meant they have two payments from me which is unethical. I ended up paying $14.00 in shipping charges on a $19.98 sweater which I don't have!!! Don't deal with this company. I should have gone online and looked at the zillion complaints.

I ordered blank CD media (1 x Ritek Ridata 100-Pack 48x CD-R Silver With Ridata Logo (R-CDR48). Shipment came poor scratched packaged just in a regular mail envelope. Most of CDs are unusable. This kind of problems are typical for this site. I will never use it again. My attempt to get refund or new shipment without spending time and money on returning merchindise have failed. I ordered "Ritek Ridata 200-Pack 48x CD-R Silver Matte" because they had the prices for so cheap and free shipping. Well they canceled my original order and sent me an email saying I could reorder, so I stupidly reordered with this company. The free shipping took 7 days and when I got the cdr's they were stacked on top of each other in 100 cd lots and shrink wrapped. These discs appear to be Ritek rejects and are all scratched up and for the most part unusable. The stores return policy of course excludes the return of blank media. The only thing that turned out right with these people were the 200 windowed cd sleeves. Those will work great with the 200 CDR's I just ordered from a good online store... Never again will these people get my business!

I too found this site at the top of yahoo when searching for the Sony XBR3 television I wanted. I found the price to be $500 less than any other site. So I went ahead and placed the order before doing the proper research. WHAT AN IDIOT I WAS. I first became suspicious when I got a call a few hours later from a guy named "Ted" who confirmed my shipping/billing address. I just placed the order and filled that information in so why are they calling to confirm. Then he went into the pitch about a stand and cables and a warranty. A big sign that something was not right. I told him that I was not ready to make that decision yet (luckily this may have helped me because the order was delayed) and that I would call him back the next day to finish the order. He said okay and after doing some research I realized that the television comes with the stand and that on their website the offered "free cables". When I called him back he said some bs about how the television from Sony is more expensive because it comes with a stand but that stand is not in the same box. I found that hard to believe but still did not cancel my order until I found this website. Thank God for the internet because is saved me from dealing with this scam. I was able to cancel my credit card before they made a charge and called "Ted" back to cancel the order and he said "Fine" and hung up on me. I don't know for sure if they will attempt to charge my card but hopefully it will not go through as I cancelled it. I will reiterate what everyone else has said, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. It is not worth the headache.

I originally orderd D 50 NIKON .... waited a couple of day .. send them infinity people a email and ask them to be very careful and include everything which is in the original box as received from Nikon ... Anyhow... also I called them the next day after I send the email ( Now the order was there for 4 - 5 days ) ... Now I was prepared for this call and after 1 1/2 hour of waitng in line and talked to several people in between , just to be put back to hold and waiting longer .... ok finally i get that person.... and they actually find my order as well... now I ask them if they have a tracking number for me.... he gets all pissy and says your order is cancelled... darn I was suppose to have a little fun with the guys,, dont I ? No. after 2 hours on the phone this was WAY TO EASY ... so I say a few choice words and than good buy.... here comes the highlight.... The idiot calls me back and threathens me with some outfit who regulates foul languages with mailorder outfits.. what a joke .... this is calling the kettle black I suppose... anyhow I immedeately called the credit card company and tried to make sure that those boneheads cannot do anything with my credit card... Than i had a cocktail, relaxed and order the camera boady and a few extra accessories from B & H .. Now I have spend roughly 300 bucks more than on one of those package deals on ebay... but In all reality. I have a better tripod ( a compact one, which will fit in the bag ) more storage ( 1 extra 512 card) plus the one gig, a lens cover to protect the 18-55 nikon lense and such, a remote shutter release...... so I am not all too bitter .... thor
