I have applied for the TT racket and have not received even after 20 days. No one is picking up phone in customer care and not even replying to mail. Worst service I have ever seen. Can any one let me know alternate way to reach out to this guys.

I placed my order on 04/02/10. which consisted of a yasaka yagyu III penhold blade, andro plasma 430 rubber. Did not receive the order untill 4/14/10. I received the right rubber, however sent the wrong blade, After leaving several voice messages to their customer service number finally received a call back..Spoke with Heather and she agreed to correct the order. Sent the racquet back and received the the correct blade with the wrong rubber. not the plasma 430 I orginally ordered,,They did send me a free shirt for my inconvience( with their logo on the back), needless to say I wont be wearing the shirt, and this is my first and LAST order with GOTABLETENNIS.COM...

I ordered pants in Dockers online store and made a mistake – I ordered size 44W X 32L, but I need 42W X 32L. In 20 minutes later I send msg to customer service, and on next day called by phone 866-290-6064. But it is BIG problem for Dockers store to change size in my order!!! By Dockers police I have to receive my pants with incorrect size, after that send it back with exchange request!!! First time in my life I’m seeing such method to work with customer. They do not respect customer at all. They working crazy way – that’s looks like company experienced some economical problems and will be out of business soon.

I ordered a Salsa Down Under front rack from Bikeman on April 22nd. At the time, the website showed the item as in stock. On the date of the 22nd, I received an email from the company stating that my order had been received. On the 28th, I called the store to confirm that my order had been processed and shipped. The customer service representative told me that the item was not in stock. She also insisted that her company had emailed me about this the day before (five days after I'd placed the order). I meticulously went through my email (inbox and spam folders) multiple times and confirmed that the email was never received. She repeatedly claimed that the email was sent, dismissing my testimony that I was never emailed by Bikeman after the 22nd. I was a bit perturbed that someone responsible for customer service would imply that an already disappointed customer was a liar. Don't use this company for your cycling needs. It may appear that they have items in stock which aren't being carried by other companies solely because they fail to update their website and inform their customers.

I ordered the full size bed, dresser / mirror, and night stand. THis style of furniture was perfect for my 1900's Victorian home. The furniture arrived quickly and without damage. The boxes had some minor damage but this had no effect on the furniture as it was well packaged. The collection is absolutely beautiful! Very well built. I am very pleased with the furniture. I know my daughter will love it once she sees it.

The truck drivers called the day before and said they were in the area, so could deliver that afternoon if we wanted. I said yes, and they came on time. They unpacked the boxed in our driveway and brought the pieces into the family room and set them up. Quick, quiet, complete.

find decent glitter is not easy - there are so many bad ones, that will literally ruin your nails. I've had it before, so now I am very areful as to what I use on my nails. Head2toebeauty sells awesome glitter - I found some glitters I could not locate elsewhere. but mostly, they are of good quality and I can experiment on my nails without having any reservations. They are also doing a quick dispatch, so you get your stuff quickly. I recommend them

This is a really bad site if you are a polish addict who shouldn't be purchasing anymore polish. I've never had a problem with these guys. If you only order one or two items shipping is high just like other copy cat sites but the prices are so cheap on the products you are able to order a good amount and shipping is worth it. Shipping never took long for me I had my package within a few days of ordering with nothing missing. Everything that comes is exactly as stated on the site. They do a wonderful job of packaging too. A whole box of polishes arrived with nothing broken because of their packing. Another thing I like about this site is they tell you what shipping is up front. The other sites like it (like Transdesign and 8ty8) refuse to tell you shipping until AFTER you pay. Funny thing is they use the same shopping cart program Head2Toe uses so there really is no excuse. You should never pay for something until you know what you are being charged. Anyway that's my experience with that site compared to others. It's a great site bur really bad if you are a Polish addict.

I ordered an iWay 600c that they showed as 'in-stock' on May 19th and received a confirmation e-mail from them that day. They charged my DEBIT card on May 20th and that was the last contact I've had with them. Numerous e-mails were met with an 'auto-reply' message. The phone number used to go to a 'message box full voice mail', but that's since been replaced by a woman's voice who states that this number is no longer GPS Crazy's and to please not leave any messages for them. I filed a claim with the Illinois BBB (May 10th, 2007) and they have reviewed the information of the claim and have contacted the business (twice) for their response - according to their website, they have until June 1st to respond. Since I paid with a debit card, normal credit-card fraud protection is not available. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS DEALER!!!

I placed my order on February 11th and received a confirmation email on that very day. Since then, I have heard nothing. I have sent at least 10 emails and left 3 voice mail messages...but they've not responded to anything. They never answer their phone (that I can tell), and they never respond to an email (at least not to mine). I will never do business with this company again. Meanwhile, I'm spending time every day trying to unwind from this deal. BEWARE!

I ordered Canon Ixus 850 from the website, and the money was immediately withdrawn via PayPal. However the camera was out of stock, and the order was cancelled after some time. MyCameras2006 claim to have refunded the money but I am still waiting for it. They do not react on enquiries about transaction details. I cannot believe to have lost GBP 243.12.

I placed my order 17 days ago. They took the money right out of my account, but I still haven't received my order! They sent me a trackuing number, butb USPS only shows they were electronically notified to expect the package...that's it. They have been good at responding to my e-mails, but I want my order, not just e-mails. I will never order from this comopany again and advise others to find somewhere else to buy from, as this site has terrible shipping lenghts and who knows if I'll ever get my order?

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE... I purchased a decorative model airplane made of solid metal on the Home Decorators Collection website to display in my home... Several days later I received the item, but it appeared to be very used and/or possibly a display model with many dings, dents, and scratches (and even some rust spots on it)... I called Home Decorators Collection and asked for a replacement, which I did receive a week later... However, the replacement was actually in worse condition than the one they had sent me previously! I called Home Decorators Collection again and asked for a refund this time... They said they would go ahead and mail me a pre-paid shipping label and claimed that I would get a refund when they they were in receipt of the returned item... So, I shipped the item back to them and confirmed that they had received it using the UPS tracking number, but a week later, I still hadn't received my refund... I called them AGAIN today and they said they would try to expedite my refund and that I should expect it within the next 5 days... At this point, I'm not holding my breath... I will never buy anything from Home Decorators Collection again.

It took about 6 weeks to get my order delivered. I called after about a month. The person I spoke to was very nice and assisted me while on the phone. He couldn't really give me an answer on when I would be receiving my order but he was very sorry about the delay. I finally received an email the following week on it being shipped out. From then, it took about another week to get it.

Excellent price on an XBOX 360 Guitar Hero II bundle with the game and guitar. I've wanted to try Guitar Hero, and at this price, I had to order one...no, wait! I ordered 2, one for me, one for a friend. I do wish it was packed better...although the contents arrived undamaged, the Guitar Hero boxes were a bit beat up. But at this price, easy to overlook.

i bought an amplifier a rockford fosgate t600-4 amplifier from here and when i went to get it installed my local audio guys seemed upset that i bought it online and mentioned that if the amp failed he didnt think the site would follow through with the warranty and sure enough a few months later the front right channel started failing so i contacted the site and i gotta say that i was impressed that they offered a replacement right away. all in all its a good site that has low prices quick delivery and good customer service that follows through with its warranty and i will definitely shop there again.

I purchased a card from this company for $30. It arrived and was put in a sleeve and binder. Later I purchased a card from another vendor that had been fake. Deciding to test the cards of high monetary value under a black light, I checked to find the inking was much darker and lacking the phosphorescent quality used by WotC. I sent out an email asking me to send it back via standard shipping. Upon doing so, I also inquired why all my packages have been doubled or tripled up in the same envelope. My friend had the same issue with this. Once this happened, they investigated to find they had taken $10 worth of shipping this way, but could only authorize to put it on store credit in the form of a gift certificate, which I reluctantly accepted. 2 days later, I received an email about the card. I want to say, I mailed this in one of the priority mail USPS Priority mail stiff envelopes, in a penny sleeve with a top loader inside of a standard envelope. They told me the card was creased and I was not allowed a refund, conveniently after pricing has changed on this quite a bit. I was then told the rep, Chris, would go ask and examine the envelope and card for damage and photographs. He came back telling me it was in just an envelope, to which I called him out on, then he said the toploaders still allow cards to be damaged. I told him, if it's creased inside a toploader the envelope you saw should have been damaged too. I then pointed out how suspicious it was that I recently caught them skimming on shipping, had been sold a questionable card, returned it damaged for inspection, and that I was to now believe it was damaged in hard plastic with no visible damage to the envelope? When I asked about the card itself, he said he didn't personally see the damage, then stated the woman who handles returns took a day off, as well as that he could not find the card and "Maybe she's already mailed it back to you, I don't know." I told him this gets even better now as my possibly fake card that I purchased from them is now damaged and missing, he can't show the damage when questioned, and if it is found, I'm going to take the hit for this, despite it not being used upon me receiving it. He stated he was the only person and it wasn't a call center and that I had the wrong impression. I argued that it's irrelevant and I was told if I have nothing else to say, he'll talk to her but he needs to go because he has other customers to talk to. Do NOT buy from these people. Stealing shipping, reports of false "damage", counterfeit issues, missing products, I don't think there's much more to say to their credibility than that. Reported to BBB.

I bought a Travel Eyes 2 Vehicle GPS System for $299 from this company. When I tried to install the provided software, I got a read error message from the cd. I tried to copy the software off the cd and I got a cyclic redundancy error. When I called the company, I got a message telling me to send an email to [email protected]. When I sent an email, I got a reply telling me that I have to pay $42 for a new cd.

I was a huge fan of this company for years. I promoted them to all of my friends. This past experience however, was horrible. I originally bought a pair of ariats in July. I called repeatedly wondering when my order would be shipped out, only to be told each time, "they should be sent out tomorrow". Two months later I cancelled my order. That was over a week ago I am currently still waiting on my refund to show up. I will not be a customer with this company any longer. The only positive thing I have to say is the customer service reps are very nice.

I called several times, but no one answers the phone. A phone message says that there have been some management changes, and all back orders over the last couple of months will be shipped by May 21st. I am still waiting!

I purchased 30 bars of soap on Aug. 1 and today is Agu. 30. HerbsPro sent a notification 3 days after purchasing that it shipped, but according to FedEx only the label was issued. This package NEVER left their facility. I called Herbspro several times and no one gave any answers. I asked for this to be shipped so I could receive my product and that never happened. No one called to give any explanations why they could not ship after demanding to have this. Herbspro charged my order on Aug. 1 and 30 days later they did not refund, nor give me what I purchased. Definitely do now want to use them again.

I ordered eight 8-pocket folders from this company on 9/2/09. Their website indicated that items ship within 24 hours. I paid for 2-day home delivery shipping via FedEx or equivalent. I kept checking my order and there was no new activity and my order was listed as "processing". Finally, on 9/10/09 I sent an email to customer service. I had tried calling first but all I got was a pre-recorded message to leave a message, which I did not. On 9/11/09, I received a computer-generated email stating that my order had shipped via UPS, but I was not given a tracking number. I again checked the website for a status and all I could get was an error message when I accessed my order, so there was no tracking number there, either. On 9/14/09, in the morning, I sent another email to customer service, asking for a tracking number and letting them know I was getting an error when I tried to access my account. As of this afternoon (9/15/09) I have had no reply. I have just left a message with their customer service department for someone to contact me. I am hoping my order comes today, but since I have no way of tracking it, I don't know if it will. I find the whole process pretty unacceptable, considering their shipping policies state that orders will ship that day or the next day, and I am still waiting for my order 2 weeks after I placed it. If someone had bothered to contact me and let me know the status or bothered to reply to my emails, I would be much happier. A little customer service really goes a long way, too bad this company doesn't seem to recognize that. Edit 9/17/09: I did get a refund of my shipping fees and a note from a CSR that stated they were switching computer programs and had been having some issues, she also enclosed my tracking #. My folders arrived today, and I was happy they had refunded my shipping.

I placed an order on August 24th 2014 with 2 day shipping. Immediately the order went through I noticed that the shipping address was incorrect and called into Chef's to correct it. They said they corrected it by did not. I also emailed a request and got a confirmation on August 26th confirming that the shipping address had been correctly changed. I then later received a phone call to say that the address had not been changed. Frustrated I attempted to cancel the order but I was told that the address would be changed with Fedex and my gift would arrive on August 29th 2014. The gift did not arrive. I called Chefs and was told that the address was never changed. I would NEVER EVER purchase from this store again. Their customer service is outsourced, one hand has no idea what the other is doing. It also appears that Chefs has been purchased by Target and had I known this I would never have made the purchase in the first place do to security concerns and inefficient shipping from Target. It is also very misleading not to advertise the Target name on the website. If you want your items delivered on time and want to be able to speak to a customer service person that can actually provide customer service your best bet is not to use CHEFS.

Ordered on 12/08/2015 for Christmas present. Had to call on 12/21/2015 because the item had yet to ship. I spoke to the customer service lady who told me they would get it shipped it out on that day and I would have it here for Christmas Eve. After checking the tracking number my shipment is not expected to be here until 12/29/2015. I would like to also point out that on their website it says to order by 12/14/2015 to get the product in time for Christmas. Thanks for disappointing on Christmas CHEFS Catalog.

Really fast shipping! The variety is really great on FireMountainGems. You can get products spanning a wide range of prices and quality. I've ordered from them thrice, but you have to be REALLY selective. For example, on my first order, I ordered some Grade C gemstones because they were...well...cheap. After getting them, I realised they obviously looked cheap and some of the stones could not be used. From my experience, FireMountainGems does not make false claims and the pricing is competitive (when compared to most beading sites). I also haven't gotten faulty stuff from them. However, they really compromise quality for prices. When getting higher quality products, the stuff may actually finally be as expensive as that of other sites. I actually got better (and cheaper) pearls on etsy and jewelrysupply.com. Most of their stuff comes from China, occasionally India. Metal products also seem to contain lead/nickel (all this information is presented very ambiguously). I may order from them again, although the probability of that happening has been reduced by their new shipping policy. C grade potato pearls shown in photo attached. They look okay.

FMG has some awesome prices, I will definitely give them that. I made my first order and before I received it I ended up making another order (I'm impulsive, what can I say?). I was disappointed in some of my first order. Some of the beads are very poorly made. Some of the fake pearls I got were discolored so I had to toss them. They also had like extra plastic(or whatever it's made out of?) balled on the sides of them like the molds (or whatever the manufacturer uses to make them) were dirty or something. The crystal beads I bought were good. I bought some very cheap "fashion beads" that I knew weren't going to be awesome that are usable for practice. They were mostly made in China which isn't a huge deal to me but they were definitely not quality products. All of the cabochons were nice and very usable thankfully because that is what my second order was mostly comprised of. All in all, they are great for cheap beads so I may order in the future but I will be more selective for sure.

I placed an initial order on 8/31 and received the item on 9/12. I had to exchange the slippers. Onlyslippers received the package on 9/18. I didnot receive the replacement slippers until 10/20 and that was after I was told that the package had been delivered to "my house" on 9/13 in Indiana (I live in Pennsylvania)! I will never order from that merchant again.

The first order I placed was in December for slippers for my daughter. Although her foot was on the small end of the sizing I ordered her a small slipper and it turned out to be too small. When I followed the store's instructions for returning/exchanging, nothing happened until I finally called them. Oh they had received my return about 2+ weeks prior but didn't do anything. So on the phone the employee tells me that there is a cost increase even though I'm simply buying a larger size because the product had a price increase. Paying more for what should be an even exchange doesn't make sense to me, however, after I brought this up they did wave that increase. I was charged for the shipping of the medium size slipper and when it was delivered we found that it was just a fraction larger than the small size slipper. So now I must pay to return it and pay for a restocking fee. I do not recommend using this store; their sizing is uncommon and their fees are extensive.

I am very pleased with my interaction with Rubber Stamp Champ! I was making a stamp for wedding favors and the bride, my mom and I were all very particular about what we wanted. Carol Cornell emailed back and forth with me a few times sending me 3 or 4 proofs of the stamp until we had exactly what we wanted. She was very professional and I appreciate her help. Great company and great products.

I was looking to buy a 4TB Readynas NV+ (with 1gb of memory), and not only did this place have the best price, but it had pretty good reviews too. As soon as I ordered the system online, I received a phone call to confirm exactly what I wanted, and how I wanted the system set up. I then received an e-mail when the 48 burn test started. I received another e-mail when it was complete. A third e-mail when it was shipped and it included a tracking number. I had the unit shipped to a friend in the US, since I live in Canada and didn't want to have to pay duty. I will post another review when I pick up the unit from my friend next week, but so far, I only have good things to say. I almost forgot - since I was having the unit shipped to a different address than my credit card, I received another phone call from mnmsystems prior to shipping to ensure that it wasn't a fraudulent transaction. Exceptional service and response time - unless this thing arrives DOA, I highly recommend the company to anyone looking for a high-end storage system with all the work taken care of for you. This is the one time that I feel giving my 5 star rating to this merchant is something that was well deserved. I had been shopping for a personal home server for a while but with all the choices and features out there, made my search overwhelming. At the end, calling MNMsystems finally made my choice an easy one. Without rushing me and with a great knowledge base, they helped me to choose the right product for my needs. They even emailed me, as a follow up, to check for the status of the server. In today’s world of the internet, the human element has disappeared and companies like MNMsystems break from the rest to help change that perception. I ordered a newspaper from the year my father in law was born. I ordered it on May 19th. Filled out the information regarding the personalized certificate. I received a notification that it didn't show the complete wording. I replied with the wording and even used their form numbering. Title Occasion, Recipient, line one, line two etc. I received an email stating that they had received my information. Four days later I received the same notification about incomplete wording on the form. I replied with a copy and paste of the original reply. I did not hear back. I replied to the message and still didn't hear back. I called and was told that the item had shipped "today" that was yesterday....it still is showing that the package hasn't been received by usps. Not happy with the service. It's been over two weeks now. Past my father in laws birthday. We had to tell him we have a gift...it's not here yet.

Matt was awesome in customer service. Before I ordered I wanted to verify that the item I was buying was a one person kayak, yet the web photo showed a two person kayak. He took the time to find out from the warehouse which one it was (a 1 person) and got back to me in record time so I could put my order in. Everything was perfect. My only disappointment was that it was supposed to be delivered on Friday and due to "severe weather in the Midwest" it got delayed until today, MondayKi....hard to complain when Mother Nature is in charge. Got it today and have already been out on the water enjoying it. Very happy customer, Janet

Worst shopping ever! I've order a skateboard on the site and a day after they cancel the entire order because a part was missing. I called them (long and expensive call) and after 45!!!!! min they claim that the order is fixed and ready. A day after the cancel my order again. I made a new order on site (this time with fast delivery and without the discount they had (time limit) and succeed. Now I'm trying to get a redound on the shipping and missed discount and they are doing EVERYTHING to disparate me... Will never do business with them ever again!

My wife placed an order on Dec. 18 and their website said that it was guaranteed to arrive before Christmas. Fast forward to the following Tuesday, Dec. 26, and the order still hasn't even shipped out. I emailed customer service a few days ago, and no reply. I called their customer service phone and was on hold for 10 minutes before it said "The party I'm trying to reach isn't available" and sent me to voicemail. Called back right away and was on the hold another 15 minutes. When someone finally answered I was told that it hadn't shipped out because a pair of sunglasses were out of stock and they reached out to try and see if I wanted to take them off of the order or wait. I asked how they reached out me and the guy realized the email they sent left the "m" off of the .com at the end so they never actually even sent me a freakin email. Only thing the dude offered was to ship it out right now without the sunglasses or refund me. Talk about a freakin JOKE of a company, never order from this worthless shop, save your time and money.

I ordered a vinyl tonneau cover for my 2008 Ford F-150 on July 24. Website indicated 1 day shipping. Four days later I received a phone call that item was "out of stock" and expected re-stock date was 8 days to 2 weeks. caller promised to return my money--paid by credit card. Checked my bank, next day...no refund. Called company about problem and was told that refunds were handled by accounting department and could take a week. I let them know about my displeasure with late notification of stocking difficulties and returns policy. Buyer beware of this company!!

I ordered a coat and trousers from Uncle Sam's in November last year. The site looked really good and they seemed to have exactly what I wanted. I made the payment and got an email to confirm. A couple of weeks after the order I logged in to check how long the clothes would take to arrive, since they were being shipped to the UK. There was a message on my account saying that the trousers were out of stock and I should contact them about an equivalent or refund. One of the reasons I had ordered two items from the same place was so I would only pay the $40 shipping fee once. I sent an email to ask if there were any alternatives and got no reply. I called their office a couple of weeks later and spoke to someone who said I would get a refund. I asked if there were any alternatives and he just said 'no'. Not long after I received a package from the company but they had sent a different coat to the one I ordered with both the main zip and zip attaching the hood broken. I called up again and spoke to someone called 'Serge' who said he would look into it for me. I didn't hear back so called again a week later and got through to him again. He said I would be sent the coat I ordered and should send the one I had been sent back. I asked if I should wait until I received the right one before returning the first order and he said 'yes'. I called back two – three weeks later to ask about the order. I got through to the same person, but this time he said I would have to return the original before getting sent the replacement item. I would need to pay for shipping it back to the United States and would then get that refunded. I said I was unhappy as I had paid $236 dollars and hadn't got either of the two items; I didn't really want to pay more up front to get it sorted out. He said I should call back in half an hour and he would see what he could do. I called back and was told that I could be refunded the coat but not the $40 shipping cost that I had originally paid; I could also keep the coat I had been sent. I said this meant I would have paid $40 for essentially nothing, as it wasn’t a coat I wanted and it was badly damaged. I then said I was considering querying the transaction with my bank. Serge replied 'in that case we don't have to be having this conversation. Have a good one.' and finished the call. I needed the money I had spent on the clothes to get replacement items so I looked up the cost of shipping the coat back to Uncle Sams's. It was about £80 ($160) so I called back the next day and accepted the offer. The refund for the trousers came through but I waited a week for the refund on the coat and nothing happened. I called back and spoke to Serge who said he would put it through straight away. He put it through as a Paypal payment although I had no Paypal account and had originally paid with my debit card. I then had to set up a Paypal account which charged me (albeit a small amount) for getting the money. I decided to get the zips on the coat fixed to see if I could use it but it was only possible to fix the zip attaching the hood to the coat and, in any case, it didn't suit me at all. The whole thing was awful. I just wanted the items they had advertised on their website but it all went wrong. I ended up paying $40 for a useless coat I didn’t like or order. The worst thing is how rude and unhelpful the person I spoke to there seemed. I only called up because I had had no responses from the emails I’d sent. It all seemed really at odds with the messages on their website saying how much they value their customers. They didn’t say sorry once.

I recently ordered brackets from Organize-It with the expectation that they would be delivered in a timely manner (customer representative said the package "should" arrive on time when shipped via Fedex Ground). Instead the package was shipped through FedEx SmartPost, and arrived a full week later than expected (kitchen countertop had already been installed, so the brackets were no longer needed and returned immediately). FedEx SmartPost was never mentioned as a possible shipping option by the customer representative during our phone conversation. To add insult to injury, shipping costs for the brackets were not refunded because "a promised delivery date was not provided" per the Organize-It representative who responded to my complaint. I understand that businesses can't control all aspects of the shipping process, but most can guarantee a general arrival time within 1-2 days. I've never been (mis)treated this way before by an online business. There have been delays in shipping, but all of them were handled differently where the customer and not the business came first. Amazon would quickly lose its customer base if they handled shipping & returns like Organize-It. What should have happened is that the package needed to be held once it became apparent that it couldn't be shipped via Fedex Ground, and the package would likely arrive late per the tracking information supplied by Fedex SmartPost. I should have been notified immediately, so I could make an informed decision before the package was shipped (expedite shipping, cancel the order, etc.). In addition, Organize-It needs to clearly state at the top level of their website that shipping may be significantly delayed well beyond the posted shipping times due to the use of a different shipping method (not buried somewhere within the site), and that Organize-It will NOT pay for return shipping under ANY circumstance. I strongly urge all potential customers to stay as far away as possible from this sham of a business, and buy somewhere else. Caveat emptor or "let the buyer beware." Note: The purchase date for this transaction should read 08/19/2019 (not able to input the correct year due to an issue with the date selector widget).

I am not sure whats going on, but I have cancer and this money is very important to me. I just wanted the product. but now I am out product and money for my treatment. I want to believe this is an oversight....

I placed my order on Sept. 7, and when I still hadn't rec'd it by Oct. 22, I emailed to inquire about it. I then rec'd in return an email entitled, "A refund on your Nutri-West purcahse," but the body of the letter contained only an advertisement for more products. I won't give this guy (Dr. Dan) my credit card number again!

I looked at all of the Dremel merchants that are listed on the Dremel site for pricing and shipping on a bit assortment kit and a couple of bits and ToolsforLess came up as the lowest. I ordered the 695 kit and bits from them and an hour later found the better 699 kit. I emailed them and asked if I could change the order and pay the extra $1.00. Within 1/2 hour Keith emailed back and said that the order had been changed. I received the bits the next day, but not the kit. I again emailed them and again received a reply from Keith in only 15 minutes. He explained that it was out of stock at the primary warehouse and would ship the next day from another warehouse. As promised, it did and I got it in another 2 days. Excellent service, possibly the best I have yet experienced from an etailer. Their Dremel prices are not the lowest, but their service is excellent.

I made two purchases from this store recently and I have a great experience with them. The prices of their parts are cheaper than other websites and they shipped real quick. The last order I placed on Jan 28, 09 and received the item on Jan 31, 09. All parts are brand new from manufacture. The shipping charges are reasonable. I would shop at this store again.

I have a pretty intense story, no exaggerations, no joke. I am writing this review as a personal favor to the owner of cellswholesale.com, as he did me a huge favor, and the only thing he asked for in return was for me to write a review about my experience. My wife is in Nigeria for business, and her phone broke. She specifically needed a phone that was HSDPA compatible, and had a large memory for storing files. She needed a replacement fast, and so the Sony W960i was a prime candidate due to the 8 GB memory and the HSDPA/3G compatibility. Before going to cellswholesale, I placed an order at another company (which I will not name in this review). I called them over and over to make sure the phone would be shipped, and 24 hours passed by, with no answer, no shipment notification, nothing. Tired and fed up, I searched on google and came across cellswholesale.com This time, before I placed my order, I called the number on the website to confirm that the phone could be shipped same day. Unfortunately, I was told that it was past the FEDEX Pick-Up. Normally, I would be fine with the phone shipping the next day, but it was a Thursday, and if it were shipped on Friday, the earliest it would get to me would be Friday, which would mean Monday delivery. I would then need to reship the item to Nigeria, for delivery on Wednesday. If the phone arrived on Friday, however, I would be able to reship it the same day, and UPS International Priority would get to Nigeria by Monday. I explained this to the customer service rep, and he was unable to help me, but offered to transfer me to the manager. The owner of the company, Justin, was filling in for the manager that day as he was sick. I explained the situation to Justin and he figured out that the FEDEX at LAX has a drop-off time of 7:30 PM, or in 2 hours. He then offers to send one of their delivery guys to LAX to drop the package off for me, if I paid for 20 dollars handling fee, plus for Overnight shipping. I agree, and he charges my credit card. Around 7 O’clock, Justin personally calls me back to inform me that the item has been accepted by FEDEX, and that the scheduled deliver is next day, before 10: 30 AM. The next morning, at 11 AM, he gives me a call to ensure that I am happy with the phone, and that all is good. This is honestly the best service that I have ever experiences. The trouble that the company went through just to get me my phone was almost absurd.

I ordered the Samsung P520 Armani phone from Cellswholesale.com on May 22nd, around 10 AM Eastern Time. I needed the phone in a hurry, as I was going overseas the next day, so I called cellswholesale to make sure that the phone was in stock, and it could ship same day. I spoke to an agent named Jude, and he assurmed me that the phone would be shipped that day. Around 5 PM, I call back, asking for a tracking notification. Another sales agent, Julet, told me the item would be shipping around 5 PM Pacific Standard Time as the company (cellswholesale) is located on the west coast. Later that day, I get a tracking e-mail from FEDEX saying that the item was shipped, with my tracking number. The phone arrives at my door step the next morning at 10 AM. The phone comes sealed in shrink wrap and even came with a 10 dollar discount on any furture purchase. Whether it is e-store or brick and mortar, cellswholesale defines good customer service!

Although their prices are cheap, especially for Wodent Wheels (Purchased 2 - came out to be nearly $30). The customer service was poor and my questions were not directly answered each time. The service is taking far too long. It's been almost a month and still no order - apparently there is a delay, even though they said the items will be shipping tomorrow morning... When their website states "The majority of orders are shipped within 2-3 business days- Monday through Friday, after receipt... we are confident that nearly all items can be shipped within 14 days from the time that your order is placed. If we believe that an order will be delayed for a longer period of time, we will contact you." I was not contacted. I had to contact them to tell me that the order will be delayed after the second email. I really needed these wheels for my hamsters, as the Kaytee Silent Spinners (Purchased 4 - all worthless). I purchased did not spin like they did when they had the ball barrings. I am in serious consideration of just canceling this order, receiving a refund or disputing the purchase, and finding a more reliable place to purchase the Wodent Wheels. Terrible customer service. AVOID CARJUNKY.COM I orderes two brake rotors that didn't fit when I tried them on my car and they didn't match the item description. I went to their website and filled out a return form. Shortly after I recieved an e-mail telling me to cal an 800 number. I called customer service and someone who barely spoke English picked up the phone. I explained my situationd and she said she will send an e-mail with return instructions and an adress. Instead she sent me the same e-mail saying to call the same number. I kept calling back and never made it past hold. I waited for over 40 minutes, more than once, but no one answered. Now I'm stuck with two brake rotors I can't use.

I purchased 2 sets of mud flaps for my F-150 pickup and although the mud flaps aren't the highest quality, they were the cheapest, ($19.95 per set). You get what you pay for and I think they'll last a year or two anyway. They do look nice with the reflectors on the bottom of them. The service that I got when I called them about the flaps was good although the knowledge of the people I talked to was a bit limited. When I placed the order, I got an email confirming it and they also sent me a tracking# within 24 hours of my order. It was shipped Fedex and I recieved it a few days after that. Their partner web site is autopartswarehouse.com. What can I say, you order from them and you get what you ordered in a timely matter. I would order again from this company.

John Skurka was extremely helpful in keeping the pressure on FedEx to finally (after 4 days of non delivery) deliver the product. Product was very well packed and still performs very well. I wanted to purchase knee-pads for my kayak and I found them at Tom's TopKayaker Shop. However, the website showed that there were none in stock. On Monday, April 19th, I contacted the shop and asked when they expect to receive them and was told that it could arrive as early as the same week. During our phone conversation, Tom offered to take a pre-order and to my huge surprise I received the knee-pads on Thursday of the same week - just 72 hours after I made that phone call. Tom even included a printout with detailed instructions on how to attach them properly - which I appreciate greatly. I am very happy with my knee-pads, which I could not find anywhere else, and with how quickly they arrived and I highly recommend Tom's TopKayaker Shop.

My item never arrived and I'm currently out of $319.00 from the transaction that took place with this seller. Upon contacting the seller they took the maximum allowable time to respond which delayed the start of the fedex investigation. When the did respond they essentially told me the problem is between FedEx and myself. Though the seller knew there was an ongoing FedEx investigation they requested that eBay close the matter in their favor. This is problematic due to the fact that if the parcel has been misplaced at the FedEx location it may ultimately get returned to the seller. In which case the seller would have my money and my solar panels. Look a bit harder; there are much better sellers out there!!!

I ordered 2 batteries for my weedeater from ecomElectronics and they arrived quickly and charged, ready to go. They were the correct ones for my tool and were easily installed. I placed an order for a new lamp for my Infocus projector, and I was under a crucial time deadline since I needed to receive the item and use the projector on an international trip that I had already booked. Laurie Ann checked to insure that the lamp was in stock and laid out my shipping options - not to mention the price was extremely competitive. There were a lot of shady companies that came up on Pricegrabber with slightly lower prices, but none could verify in-stock status or provide such great customer service. The lamp worked great!

I bought a OEM replacement lamp for a Sony DLP TV. It was half the cost of other websites, and it took about three minutes to install. Projector Lamp Center shipped it within a couple of days--it even came with a great warranty! I'll definitely use them every time I need electronic equipment or parts!
