I ordered a digital camera on 8/15/04 and as of 9/23/04 I have not received my order. Payment was taken from my credit card on 8/17/04. My e-mails and phone voice mail messages were never answered. Only interactive menu and voice mail at all numbers.

I placed an order on 11/15 with BTI for 3 mp3 players for Christmas presents for my children. I never received them but my credit card certainly was billed. I left multiple messages (both voice and e-mail) and of course never received an answer. So, needless to say, Christmas won't be very merry this year. My advice, avoid this company no matter how good their prices look. $300 was a lot to pay to learn this company is a scam.

Like the reviewer before me, I, too, bought an expensive wallet ($85.00) for my husband that came with a full money-back, easy return policy. THEY WENT OUT OF BUSINESS WITHOUT TELLING ANYONE AND THOSE OF US WHO BOUGHT FROM THEM ARE STUCK WITH OUR UNWANTED ITEMS. I phoned the Jack Georges Company (the brand I purchased) in Passaic, NJ and was told they are aware of situation but since I didn't pay them, I am out the money. MERRY CHRISTMAS LEATHER TREE....AND TOO BAD FOR YOUR CUSTOMERS!

I put my order in May 23 and received email confirmation. My credit card was charged also. Never received anything and all my attempts to contact the company have been unsuccessful. Call and they took my name and number and said will call back. I called over 10 times and nobody ever called back. They didn't return my emails.

I bought a P4 3.0 and they never got back to me... I bought 1 computer and two was showing on my account.. I was trying to contact them to cancel 1 of the orders, but never got a reply from them, ( I sent emails for 2 days )... finally I called the number on the web site... a guy answered the phone and said that CPU-PARTS had moved 3 weeks ago, he gave me a new number 501-821-4780 but nobody answers!! Then, I went to their web site and send a message as if I was a new customer trying to buy a computer ( I used a female name) they did reply back 5 seconds later!!!! Can you believe that? They are a big scam!! I cancelled my credit card completely to prevent them to charge 2 computer $999 each) to my account! ...after sending a request to cancel my orders, they send me their new phone number... 501.821.4973... I didn't even called. Be aware!

I had very specific size limitations on purchasing a new stack washer and dryer, and after much searching, the CSR was able to find a Bosch dual unit that would fit into my limited space! The units were shipped out promptly and arrived with no damage. They're being put to good use, and we're still having fun figuring out all the settings. The best part of the deal is - the dryer does not have to be vented! Still don't understand it, but if we clean the heating element periodically, we find traces of lint. Amazing!!!

Delivery driver did not watch what he was doing, and a broke an over hanging tree limb. He did not apologize, or offer to do anything about tree limb. But we really enjoy the Bosch dish washer. Did not appreciate the manner in which rebate was handled. Had to make numerous calls before I got rebate. When it was all said and done, it was not a check but a credit card.

I reviewed this company about 9 months ago having got nowhere with a faulty camera that I returned to them. Their customer service was poor, to say the least, emails and phone messages were ignored. Today, OVER ONE YEAR AFTER RETURNING THE CAMERA, I finally received a refund!! Camerabox were keen to blame the manufacturer, but whatever the details, their unwillingness to deal with the issue promptly on a camera that was only 6 weeks old when developing the fault and their very poor or non existent communication at every stage, leads me to recommend AVOIDING THEM AT ALL COST. Their deals and delivery times may look attractive, but should anything go wrong, as is reiterated in many other reviews, the saving is not worth the grief.

Terrible experience with this company ordered a product and spent 2 months chasing it with only excuses about its been ordered.Decided to check with manufacturer and found that Camera Box had not even ordered it and had nothng outstanding when I contacted the compnay all they could say was sorry and have a refund ! 2 months delay after they promised 1 week and had my money for that period too do yourself a favour and buy from some one else.

Ordered a 2600 Barton. Company calls and says its out of stock and offers me a 2800 Barton for an extra $15. I went with the ok and today get a call saying my card was denied (shouldn't have been) on my answering machine. I will call them back tomorrow saying not to worry about it after reading the other comments on here. Thanks.

I made my order on July 24, with what I thought was plenty of time before I went on vacation on Aug 4th. About 4 or 5 days after I made the purchase I got a call saying the item was on back order and that for 17 dollars more I could order an almost identical item, slightly better, and my shipping would be upgraded from ground to 3 day. I agreed to this and presumed waiting. I was building a computer and ordered all my parts around 1 or 2 days apart. All my other parts arrived within the week I ordered them. I am still currently waiting for the part I ordered from this store. Apparantly my order was shipped ground instead of 3 day, and after waiting another 4 or 5 days and not recieving anything I called their customer service line which SUCKED. I waited for about 15 mins listening to the same stupid jingle, finally got in touch with somebody, told them my order number, got put on hold, and got hung up on. I called back and was told my package was only shipped the day before and should be there in a day or two. After more waiting I finally checked an email I got from UPS saying it should arrive aug. 7th. That is another 4 days from today, the day I'm writing this post. With my experience: the customer service sucked, and my p.c. was anything but ON TIME. This delay is going to cause me a serious headache and i will NOT be ordering from this company again.

I had acceptable service from Beatrice Cycle/DR Atv until this week when their shipping dept failed me horribly, and then the owner failed to apologize or even send a proper personal response. I ordered an expensive new headlamp, and about eight other fragile glass items, and paid $15.78 shipping on an $83 order. The order arrived quickly, but to my horror the flat rate box was collapsed and damaged, and my fragile glass items had been dumped into the flat rate box without any protective padding! Fortunately they were not broken, but for me this is a red flag about carelessness at Beatrice Cycle/Dr Atv. I emailed them about this issue and received an unprofessional reply simply saying "noted", with no attempt at personal communication, and no writer's name. Pretty disappointing. As a self-employed business owner myself, I would never treat a client like this! I cannot recommend a business where the shipping dept is negligent regarding the packing of fragile glass items, and apparently the owner or representative is unable or unwilling to communicate in a professional manner with a long-time customer that has spent thousands of dollars on more than a dozen orders. Something is wrong at Beatrice Cycle/Dr Atv, and I believe it is more than just a dufas in the shipping dept.

I ordered a Opteron 148 with CABNE stepping from Robert a few days ago. He is a very nice person who keep you updated of your order status constantly. Also, although I put the order in late (after 5pm eastern time), he still rushed my order and the cpu was shipped out that same afternoon. Although the shipping was for 3 days, I received it in 2 days and I was very pleasantly surprised. Overall, this was a very satisfying purchasing experience. I have definitely put Compumusic in one of the 3 or 4 rare online retailers that I trust. I highly recommend compumusic for its customer service, shipping, and overal experience. Oh, and if you are looking for the rare computer parts, compumusic will most likely finds it for you. Way to go.

Informed me very prompty about the item I ordered, a Terratec EWX 24/96, being on backorder. They responded to emails quite fast and kept me up to date on the status of my order. I have been ordering from Blick for a few years. When they made a mistake in my order they quickly showed their true colors as a company. Their "customer care" deptartment is nonexistent, unhelpful, and actually rude. So, the result is losing a customer, poor reviews, and spreading their poor business practice across the artist community by word of mouth. Very unfortunate that they made the choice to treat their cutomers in this manner when we have so many other online stores to choose from.

I recently won an auction on March 23, 2006 on eBay for a Canon EOS 30d camera and paid using a Chase Bank credit card. Ten days later I had not received the package and had not heard back from Hong Kong Supplies. Finally when they responded they demanded I give my personal checking account information to a 3rd party. I refused and mentioned that they had received the $1345.00 ten days earlier. They flatly refused to mail the package unless I gave a 3rd party my personal checking account information. I refused due to the fact that my mailing address matched all three; eBay, credit card, and everywhere. I have ONE address. Then they began to insult my manhood via emails by stating, and I quote, "what you say is not like a man.". I then had to contact Chase Bank, eBay, and the Federal Trade Commission. I filed a complaint on all three. They helped defraud the German government out of the tax on $1551 by mis-stating the value as $350. I ordered four faucet sets from them originally and got an email saying one was backordered. I had to have these by a certain date for our builder. I called their number and a human picked up the phone right away. That was such a surprise since I was anticipating long winded prompts from an automated system before I can speak to a human being. I told him to ship out the ones he had and cancel the other one so that I could order it else. Another set was going to arrive at the warehouse the next day so it would delay my complete shipping by a day. To my surprise, it came a day early like I needed it. The price, quality, customer service was so effortless in dealing with this company. I would highly recommend them. The experience was so good I felt like I had to take the time to write a review for them because they deserved it. I would definitely would buy from them again next time!

this person called Albert J. Becker has committed Fraud with several of its customers, they have taken monies from unsuspecting and trusting consumers only to skate with their money and no product leaving the victom to try and get the credit card to replace the money Albert said ti me personally and I quote" call the credit card company and get your money back you're not getting a computre sent to you" so not only am I not getting the product I paid for no refund either and while this was going on he is still advertising and selling ficticious computers which will never be sent. Albert J. Becker is a FRAUD. He needs to be arrested and sent to jail.

I had a high tech computer in mind but couldn't find it or build it with one of the big brand companies for under $3500. I searched the Internet and found xVx. They use high quality components and have customized building ability. Not being an IT person but having some computer knowledge, I built my dream laptop for around $2000. The staff kept me posted on the process until I received it. It is a beautiful and powerful machine and superior in many ways to the laptop I origianlly had in mind! It is sleek--- from the outside design and components to all the wireless goodies inside---and nothing sticks out on the sides or top. And---my IT guy is impressed! When he contacted them later to get additional detailed info, again the staff was professional and helpful. Keep up the good work xVx! I will recommend your company to others.

It appears that they never made the slightest attempt to fill my order or inform me that there were problems filling my order even one week after I placed my order. They never returned my emails of phone calls for 4 days. I had to file a complaint through pay-pal to get my money back. However, only about 4 hours after I filed my complaint they refunded my money - so somebody's watching their email. They just didn't care about my order.

I have contacted their sales and customer service email addresses and to date there has been no response. I will more than likely have to begin dispute resolution proceedings with my credit card company as I was billed the full amount the same day that I ordered. Their customer service is not just bad, it's non- existent. You have been warned.

I placed an order for a DVD set on Nov. 19, 2004. I never received a confirmation e-mail of my order, nor was my debit card ever charged. After reading the feedback of others who tried to order from kazikes.com. After a couple weeks of not getting my order, or any response to my e-mail inquiries, I cancelled my check card so I would not ever be charged for the item, and got a new one. I logged into the website and it still says my order is "Processed: Awaiting approval". i clicked on the seal of approval on the main page of the company and received this address for the company...all you who live in Canada might want to check it out and see if its real. 503-250 Manitoba Street Etobicoke, Ontario M8Y 4G8, Canada good luck.

Reading all the reviews on getting charged 14.95 for membership without asking for it. When I placed order in December the asked me if I was interested and explained what it was . I love it! You registered your claim number and send pictures of receipts of stores you shop at and get 5% back. Minimal I get back was $30 so take away the 1495 monthly membership fee I still make 15 bucks. I have gotten back as much as $100. Just going to Walmart, Aldi’s, Lowe’s, and bed bath and beyond. They have so many stores and grocery store. So worth the time to send .

I made an order for 2 red white and blue stars and 2 weeks goes by and it says it was delivered when i called they said it was returned back and they would send me a new ones out... so two weeks goes by and i never recieved them so i called again and now they are out of stock... i asked to talk to there boss because no one can call me never a phone call but they decide to just send me a partial refund so i have to call again to get my money... nothing but problems i wish i didnt waist my time

I ordered 2 Insignia converter boxes with my dtv coupons, they were on backorder at the time, but no rush needed (conversion isn't until sometime in June). I got the boxes today, 3+ weeks later, they are open, but I knew that too going into this the website says, just scroll down in the product details (should have been higher). I tested both boxes and they both seem to be working. All in all, everything worked out well, so maybe I look into buying from them again in the future.

I bought my little brother a year subscription to Gameznflix for Christmas 2007. He activated the account in March due to issues with them charging me twice etc. As of August 28, 2008 my little brother has received one game in April and that is all. They have not mailed him a single other game and refuse to refund my money. This is unacceptable. Not only does my little brother state that all the games on there are old titles but the company is telling me that since April none of the games that are in my brothers Queue are available because they are "high demand titles". I demand a refund for this. I will be willing to pay for one month, as he did receive one game, however, I refuse to pay for the whole year.I feel this company is scamming people. If they do not have the resources to accomodate a subscription service they should not be in business. I have reported them to the Better Business Bureau and submitted a dispute to get my money back.

Up until August this year I was very happy with GNF. I renewed my annual membership and looked forward to another happy year with them. That's when it all fell apart. I have a 6 out plan, 50+ items in my queue, yet they seem to be unable to send me anything that has been released in the past 3 months! I have been sent 3 games in 3 months, and currently have 1 old game and 5 empty spaces. I have an idea they might not actually have some of these games. Of the 55 in my queue, 50 of them have absolutely no customer rating or customer reviews. Looking at older games there are a lot of reviews. So what conclusion do I draw from this? If nobody has rated the game or written a review I am only to assume nobody has been sent that game? e.g., they don't have those games at all? Look for yourself. No ratings for the 360 versions of Ratatouille, Ace Combat 6, Pro Street, COD4, Viva Pinata Party Animals, Guitar Hero III, Beautiful Katamari, Looney Tunes, PGR4 (been out 2 months), Nascar 08 (been out 4+ months), Vampire Rain, to mention but a few. I will be contacting the BBB and the FTC.

Any company can make a mistake, but when they admit it and make it right and apologize for the error I think they deserve credit. I ordered a Canon 20D and Sigma lens from this company and had it in 2 days, just as promised. It is a US model with all the supplied accessories. When I ordered the camera from them I realize they make their money on upselling and I bought the extended warranty, which I wanted anyway. I am very satisfied with the purchase and can recommend them.

I end up not getting my products. Then someone called the next day promised to deliver before 5:00 pm, they by noon they left a voicemail they can't do the delivery again. I didn't go to work Monday waiting for the delivery. Basically asked my friend to cancel appointment today to accept the shipment. What a waste of my time! End up cancelling my order and I hope they will credit my money as promised for 2 days. The rest of the department maybe great but shipping/delivery is still the most essential last part of the business.

I have bought many Golf items from this reseller over the last couple of years. Have always had outstanding service and great products. My most recent purchase of the 427DC Putter has been the best purchase yet. Received within 2 days, used today and shot a 76, I'm a 14 handicapper and this putter saved me at least 6 strokes today. Horrible and rude staff. Ordered through Ebay buy it now price. They claimed they made a pricing error and I was SOL oh but have a 20 % of LAME. They further claimed that they talked to Ebay and were in the right which was a complete lie after I called and spoke with Ebay. They next told me it was my fault as I should have known the price was too good to be true. Really their pricing was not my responsibility? Get real. The guy I spoke to was rude abrasive and a just truly a not nice person. I am shocked that a company that I have dealt with for years would decide to treat their customers like this. I have been using Ebay and Summit Racing for a long time and I have never dealt with ethics like this before. Very disappointed in their staff and ethics. Shady shady people.

I've been using registerfly for 5 years now. At one point, I was managing 350 domains in a client's registerfly account. I've experienced just about every kind of problem with them: lost domains, many double billings, error plagued web pages, you name it. The very worst thing about them is surely their tech support. I tried to renew a website five times(!), all five attempts failed. Why? I don't know, their systems never told me and their support had no idea. I was charged all 5 times, only good thing I can say about registerfly is that they did refund my money on request. Trying to get ahold of support takes hours (literally). I tried holding on the phone for 2 hours before I gave up, then switched over to live support for another 3 before I was able to talk to someone. Their suggestion was to "keep trying". Luckly, I was able to tranfer my domain name away from Registerfly in time to renew it. I highly recommend you avoid using them. Purchasing a domain name works just fine on their systems, renewals do not. The support problems at Registerfly have existed for a *long* time, plenty of time for them to correct it. But they refuse to! Stay away!

I purchased a Jawbone Prime for $30 (free shipping) from surpluscomputers.com on 1/21/11. It arrived at my door (CA to SD) on 1/26/11. The price and shipping were fantastic. However, when my order arrived, my new headset was dead on arrival. The shipping box was in good shape, so I don't think it suffered abuse in shipment. The product package, however, was a different story. It looked like it had suffered quite a bit of abuse. The product was sold as NEW on their site. Not NEW-BOX OPEN, or NEW BULK PACKAGING, but NEW. So what am I to make of the sealing tape that is curled and has fingerprints in the adhesive? Looks like it's been opened and put back together. Sure, all the accessories were there, but don't sell me something that's been opened without indicating it as such. I am highly disappointed in surpluscomputers.com's customer service. Ever come across a deal that's too good to be true? It probably is. That was the case in this instance. Before you go any further, go ahead and call 877-552-4787. This is their customer service contact number. They will have 5 options to pick from - during my ordering dilemma, every single option (1-5) provided an automated "Sorry, this mailbox is full. Please try again later." If any of these options are open, you may have better luck getting through to them than I did. Shortly after my package arrived and I discovered the headset was totally dead, I tried for 20 minutes to get through to a human. No luck at all. I then sent my first email to their customer support; it specifically requested they call me so we could discuss the details and see what options were available. They responded within a few hours via email (not a phone call), telling me to submit an returned materials authorization (RMA). There is no way to submit an RMA on their site without a calculation showing a possible charge (either restocking or inspection fee, depending on what your choice of RMA). Oh, you're also picking up the tab for shipping it back to them, too. I sent a few more responses asking for ways around the charge - they said they wouldn't charge me and would give me a full refund or replacement, along with a refund of my shipping expenses. Meanwhile, I'm still out a headset and I have to wait how long until the defective headset arrives at their doorstep, is confirmed dead, and then they ship a new one out? I don't have that time, and you probably don't either. And not being able to talk to a human customer service person is enraging-I'll take a 15 minute wait and a 2 minute conversation over 5 string emails encompassing 2 days. I didn't get one phone call, in spite of repeated requests. In the end, I called Jawbone support. They took great care of me - they are shipping me a new headset and a prepaid mailer to ship the old DOA one back to Jawbone. They were very nice on the phone and had me squared away within a few minutes. One hundred stars for Jawbone/Aliph. I was unimpressed with surpluscomputers.com and their customer support. Their selection is vast and comes at great prices, but I get the feeling the deals are too good to be true.

I recently purchased a heavy duty dehumidifier from IAQSource, and the experience was completely positive. I'll start with my last paragraph, in case the review only shows the first few words: Based on my experience with eMediaDepot, I'll definitely order here again. The prices for printable DVDs and CDs are right around the other stores that have only lukewarm reviews here, but this store seems to care about its customers. They have my business! Now for my review... This company has almost no feedback here, but decent feedback elsewhere, so I figured I'd give them a try. I am glad I did -- but there's a backstory associated with it. I originally wrote a negative review here after placing a fairly time critical order on June 8th and paying extra for 2-day shipping. The company charged my credit card on June 9th. As of June 13th, I *thought* I had not gotten the package. I went to their website to check on the status, and the order was still listed as "In Process" on their web site. I was annoyed with myself that I tried a store that didn't have outstanding ratings here. I left a negative review here and sent an e-mail to eMediaDepot's customer support. Much to my surprise, eMediaDepot *called* me at work within an hour. They let me know that there were some orders on their website that did not have updated status because of a glitch, but that my package had been sent on June 8th and had been signed for by my mailroom on June 10th. They gave me the FedEx tracking number. I said I would check on it -- they said if I couldn't find it, they'd send another shipment free of charge(!). My order was around $40, so that was a generous offer. Note they had no idea I wrote a negative review here, so this episode should indicate they have excellent customer service. I went and checked with my mailroom, and sure enough, they had failed to bring it down to my office or notify me it had arrived. Based on my experience with eMediaDepot, I'll definitely order here again. The prices for printable DVDs and CDs are right around the other stores that have only lukewarm reviews here, but this store seems to care about its customers. They have my business!

I read some reviews suggesting that customer service might be hit or miss. I was also wary about a site that sells bike parts with a web name that was only about low prices. But I took a chance, and all worked out fine. I ordered a pair of MTB shorts that I could not find available anywhere else (I wanted a particular style and color and size). I received confirmation emails and the shorts arrived in what I thought was a short amount of time. The item was exactly as described. I also emailed their customer service to give them a heads up about how their services were received and I received a personal email back within a day, sharing how their staff were riders as well. I appreciated the personal response and the fact that there are at least some staffers who are bikers. I would recommend their site.

FWIW - ordered something *IN STOCK due to lack of availability elsewhere and called 3 days later asking for a status update after being told 24-48 hrs before ship and was given the run around and told "well you just ordered it yesterday"... WTF? For something any schmuck can just take off a shelf and put in a box. Is their shipping dept. 1 person or something? I have made other orders the same week from large companies that were all filled and shipped next business day. Oakley doesn't care about you unless you have a large order for company or vendor. They used to. My past experiences were always good but NOT ANY MORE. Their service and customer satisfaction has gone to hell with the quickness. A shame.

I have been a fan of OAKLEY ever since 1998 when I was first purchased a pair of sunglasses from them.Ever since that I must have spent thousand of $$ between eye ware, clothing, shoes etc. Recently for the first time I had to return/exchange a pair of sun glasses that I purchased on an impulse and later did not like the way they looked on me and this is where the trouble starts. The same employees that were so nice turned out mean, rude and very unfriendly. I am sad to say but my recent experience with OAKLEY organisation has left a very negitive impacto .To OAKLEY customer is not the most important person. SO I AM PARTING WAYS AND WILL NEVER EVER BUY ANY PRODUCT FROM OR MADE BY oalkey. I might just be one coustomer but word gets around.

I ordered two items for my dog based on the measurements on Big Al's Website. Both items were much smaller and would not fit on my pet. When I called about replacing them with a larger size I was told not to return them because it would cost me more to mail it back than what I paid for them. (NOT TRUE - I paid $10.00 and shipping would be approximately $2.00). The representative said if I wanted a larger size I could purchase them in the larger size!!!!! Will never buy from Big Al's again. Seriously - who does business like this!! Don't waste your time or money with this company.

I will start by saying l was very fortunate to have won an awesome swim spas from Spas Direct in December last year (2017) So for anyone who might ne wondering about the many Spas Direct Giveaways... "YES" they are real. We were kept well informed regarding delivery date etc etc and the swim spa arrived in a very well packaged timber crate, bubble wrap and plastic. It was in perfect cosmetic order and now that we have it wired up and filled with water we can say that this "Master Swim Spa" is fantastic... heaps of pressure from the jets, terrific heater and all round just brilliant. We love our swim spa from Spas Direct, Cheers!

I ordered a cover on the 16th and paid in full for it. A couple weeks went by and I received an email asking for exact dimensions. I was in the processing of moving and so it took me maybe another week to call with the dimensions. When I called they had already took it upon themselves to order the wrong dimensions. I spoke with a lady named Lianna Lawson who more less told me I am stuck with it. She will not return any of my 5 phone messages I have left. I have refused delivery and now I'm left with no cover and minus $289.00 in my bank account.. Do not order from this company!

The item I received arrived almost immediately after being shipped and was new-in-box as expected, operating perfectly. The only point of detraction in the ordering process was the Email I received just in the previous week informing me that the open order couldn't be re-authorized due to insufficient funds and that the order was being cancelled; the item was processed and shipped anyway, and while utterly confusing, I'm quite pleased with the result and am happy to have the product in time for Mother's Day

Hello, as first sorry for my bad english because I'm a german customer. I've have ordered glasses for $ 115,40. After reshipment nearly 2 months ago I'm still waiting for an answer and the refund. No answer by emails and no money. So I have no glasses and no refund. So I've learned not to order in the United states and to buy my glasses in Germany. It is not possible to get my money. This shop is a con-artist one. Do not buy there.

I ordered a pair of Black Kevlar Sleeves and after a week of not getting a shipping confirmation, and constant emails, i finally threatened to get a chargeback on my credit card, which they responded that the shipment had not arrived yet and there was no need to go to the bank. I then contacted "INTERSAFE" about this retailer in which they stated that they were in no way affiliated with Probuy.net (They are NOT a division of Intersafe). After that email i recieved the package a few days later to find that they had sent me a pair of YELLOW COTTON SLEEVES with KEVLAR FROM DUPONT stamped on them. Finally i wound up getting a charge back through visa and i have filed the appropriate materials for an investigation with this fraudulent company. Whatever you do, dont buy from these people, they are a SCAM COMPANY based out of a FREE EMAIL ACCOUNT FROM GMAIL and are in no way affiliated with the Intersafe company.

I bought a Sigma 10-20mm lens (online, not by phone) for the cheapest price and I searched literally dozens of sites. I chose 2 day delivery, it was here on time and in perfect condition, courtesy of FED EX which I was able to track. (Shipped from Dearborn,MI to Buffalo,NY). Adray's is a real brick and mortar store -- I should know because I walk past their store nearly every day and have done business with them in person for over 50 years. In fact I bought a Canon 40D and lens package from them over the counter before Christmas. In January I made my first online purchase from them in order to take advantage of their best price on a high speed memory card (with Kingston rebate). Please trust me that you will never go wrong by buying from Adray's.

Night and by Tuesday afternoon it was at my house with std. ground shipping. RAID card works great and was in great shape and well packaged. I was a bit leery ordering from them as they had so few reviews, but all of them were good. I am glad I took the risk, it was rewarding.

Repeated the next day, no response. The weekend passed and still no communication from them. I finally disputed the charge with my CC company.
