Ordered 1 PSP TFT LCD Replacement from them on March 21st. Got an e-mail confirmation for the order. I e-mailed them on the 22nd to verify the order had been shipped. They e-mailed me back on the 23rd and said that it had indeed been shipped. The estimated delivery time was 5-7 days. I received my package on the 28th. It was sent in a cardboard cassette box(which seemed a little unprofessional, but was suitable for the product.) There was a padded bag inside the box. The LCD itself was in a smaller cardboard box, it was wrapped in a piece of foam. After taking a close look at it, I noticed it had a slight dent in the back of it, and some slight scratches on the front. So, I went about opening my PSP and installing the new LCD. After making all the attachments, I powered-on my PSP. The backlight came on, but the screen stayed black. I assumed I'd made an improper connection. I reconnected my old, broken screen. Though broken, it showed parts of the screen just as before. The only thing I can figure is that the screen I got was broken. I e-mailed the store to see if I could get a refund or replacement, they replied in about a day and said they could do either, but I would have to return the broken screen. So, I wrote them another e-mail telling them I would like a refund and asking them how I should go about sending the package back. I couldn't find a return address on the package or their website. So, that's where it stands. I am waiting for their reply. Maybe my order was a fluke, as I am the first one to rate their store on ResellerRatings, and the reviews I have seen on their site for products have gotten rather high ratings. So, as it stands now I'm kind of disappointed. Update: I have now lost any respect I still had for this company. I posted a negative review on the PSP LCD screens(which I think I had a right to do). My review was deleted. I now question the authenticity of the reviews on their site. Apparently, if you don't post a 5 star review, you have no right to post one. That tells me this company is not honest. Now because of that, I would not recommend this store to ANYONE. They also wrote me an e-mail telling me they were giving me a full refund. I have yet to see this "refund" credited to my account. Stay away from them. As of 04/05/06, I received my refund in full. However there is still the matter of my review being deleted, which still makes me quite upset at this company.

I would not even give them one star if I could rate them lower. This seller advertises same day free shipping - snail mail- on their website or you can upgrade to faster shipping. Paid for faster shipping - item was not even placed in the mail for 8 days after I ordered - Where was the same day shipping? Have yet to receive my product and seller refuses to refund shipping charge for faster shipping . Seller is dishonest in their advertising. Do not trust this seller.

Trusted Dealer sold me a battery for my Panasonic Lumix DMC-TZ1 that didn't fit my camera. Battery cost $119. I tried numerous times to contact customer service by telephone to get a return authorization number to return the part. I also sent an email. I was told that the manager had to handle the return. The manager never seemed to be in when I called. I informed the representative that I was traveling out of the country and needed to return the part ASAP. I was treated rudely, I was hung up on, and no one was able to give me the RA# that I needed to return the part. I sent the part back by UPS. The package was not accepted by Trusted Dealer, since it had no RA#. When I returned from my trip, the battery was here waiting for me. This was the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I will never shop with the again.

Yesterday, I purchased a Garmin Nuvi 350 from "Trusted Dealer" at what PriceScan indicated to be the lowset price available. Big mistake. Today I received a call from my wife at work informing me that I had an "urgent call" from the company that I bought my Nuvi 350 from. Something about a problem with my credit card. I took this information at face value and called "Jim". Indeed I was told by Jim that there was a "problem" with my credit card - allegedly something about the wrong year given on the order form. Again, being distracted from what I was doing at work, I again took this at face value and pulled out my credit card and read off the correct year and CCV #. Immediately satisfied with this information, "Jim" abruptly changes the subject and starts in on a very convincing sales pitch for an extended warranty that I really need to purchase, seeing as the Garmin warranty is only 90 days labor and 1 year parts. I must give the man credit - I am not usually hood-winked into seeing the logic of extended warranties, but he did convince me to take advantage of your "special offer" for this 4 year extended warranty, now "discounted from 149 to 120 dollars". I agreed to let him add it to my purchase. When I hung up, I began to think a bit more clearly and looked up "GPS warranties" on Google. I really should not have been surprised to find that GPS extended warranties from companies like Mack are available for $39.95. When I got home around 5:00 PM, I called "Jim" back to ask him to remove the warranty from my purchase. As I expected, the pleasant man I talked to earlier in the day was now not so pleasant anymore, and he proceeded to tell me all about how Mack warranties are inferior to what they offer; that they have deductibles where theirs does not, and that I must purchase ANY warranty from the place I buy the equipment. Below is information taken directly from http://www.beachcamera.com/shop/product.aspx?sku=MKGPSGR500 regarding the Mack three year extended warranty: "This warranty covers all parts and labor for three (3) years after the manufacturer's warranty expires. The GPS unit or PDA will be guaranteed to operate properly according to manufacturer's specifications and Mack will repair or replace the equipment no charge to you (includes all parts and labor). This warranty covers a one-time screen replacement..." Quite obviously, "Jim" lied to me about the warranty. I understand perfectly well what they're doing - low-balling the price so services like PriceScan will pop them to the top of their list, then they make it up by selling warranties at 3 times their market value. I cannot and will not tolerate calling my home under false pretenses of there being a problem with my credit card (which there quite obviously wasn't) to get me to buy a warranty at 4 times the going price. This is the old "bait and switch" strategy with a new and disturbing evil twist. Do NOT do business with these people. Your credit card company WILL NOT help you if crooks like these have already obtained your information.

This company trade under the name: ukexpressdeals on eBay reading the reviews on this site I can see it was a wise move to change it on eBay. Svp bulk buy laptops that are not working and put them back on the market as refurbished, sounds OK so far, I was unfortunate to come into contact with svp via eBay I bought an expensive Alienware laptop costing nearly £1400. After 7 months the laptop developed a black screen lights and fan come on but no screen, svp only offer a meagre 3 month warranty so that was already out, but being such an expensive purchase eBay persuaded them to take a look at my expense sending an insured courier to cover the cost. svp discovered the motherboard had failed and it was beyond the ability to repair it (beyond their tight arse cost to repair it) after a lot of emails back and forth Dell/Alienware decided to collect the laptop from me and take it to their main repair shop in Europe. days and days later and after being months without this laptop I finally get their diagnoses. The laptop has had liquid spillage therefore rendering it not repairable under any guarantees or warranties and the repair cost would be in excess of £2000. My initial thoughts were that just cant be right this laptop had been back to svp and they never once mentioned liquid damage! So I contact svp for the umpteenth time and ask them their opinion of these findings knowing they are going to say no way. But they didn't they just remained silent. Then the horrible truth dawned on me, this laptop was originally bought from the then high street chain Dixon's (no loss they are no longer with us) some complete arse ole spilt liquid on it cleaned it up best enough to fool Dixon's staff (so that couldn't have been very difficult) and exchanged or got their money back, people as vile as svp in my opinion. Svp buy it as a bulk buy realise the problem should definitely have sent it back so this scum buyer has to pay the repair damage they have cost, but NO svp decide to get it working and hope it will last long enough to avoid any grief, unfortunately for them it didn't. As I didn't spill anything on it I could never have known. So how does it stand now I contacted eBay of course, but all this has taken the best part of a year so it's past the PayPal return money stage so I have a £1400 paperweight thanks to svp. My days of purchasing expensive electrical goods on eBay are over. As svp spend thousands with eBay they are allowed to do this all over again to some other poor sod, but trust me it wont be me, and don't let it be you!

send for 10 HD dvd boxs i got 10 clear dvd boxs its now 24/09/2009 and i have just got the 10 hd dvd box`s and they are not fit for sale some are chiped some have been scratched andmost if not all look dirty / dusty they look old i think its been a let down took ages to get a returns adress and when in the end i got the items i wanted there not in a good state i would give them -5 out of 10 for service for time and for value it mite be becasue there new and have just taken over the old palce and moved to scotland but its not a good start

First things first, always know exactly what you want and what you need before you order. Look at Items in a brick and mortar establishment before you order anything online. You will save yourself a lot of money and a lot of heartburn by following that one piece of advise. When you know exactly what you are ordering there will be no surprises except for the amount of money saved.

My first interaction on a pricing question (found them through a pricing engine), they were extremely responsive. I emailed a few questions on options to support my SonicWall SoHo firewall and I got back a response very quickly. I had several questions regarding upgrading an existing device or consideration of a new firewall and they were direct and focused on providing the right solution and not upselling me on new product. Readers of this review - I'd encourage you to patronize them as they provided exceptional customer service and superior pricing. BR

On or about May 12th 2006, I requested the purchase of computer business components from internet vendor Overclock Central.com. During the order process I advised the Sales Person of the components I was wishing to purchase. He responded those components were not available and quickly recommended and convinced/mislead me that that his recommended components would be better suited for the graphic design business work I was doing. As I recall and later discovered, Overclock Central recommended an outdated and of limited quality ATI video card and a Antec power supply beset with malfunctions according to numerous reviews on the internet. Nevertheless, the power supply arrived well beyond the time promised. Additionally, the video card was not included in this package. When contacted again concerning the excessive delay, Overclock Central could not provide tracking information so they instead shipped me another video card. Both video cards arrived in separate shipping packages 4 and 5 additional days later. Neither video card, Model/Manufacture was what I discussed, ordered or approved for purchase. Apparently, they did not stock the components as originally requested and or attempted to provide a substitute from other sources. Soon after this time, the Antec power supply was electronically tested with a National Electrical Code, industry approved, calibrated power supply tester. The Antec power supply failed testing and would not function during testing as performed and witnessed by a Computer Technician. He described the malfunction as DOA or Dead on Arrival. Immediately after testing, I called Overclock Central and advised them of the shipping delays, product confusion, and the malfunctioned Antec power supply. I then advised them I was returning all products. After this, Overclock Central.com said they don’t understand it and then offered to exchange the components. I emphasized it was better to return the products and get a refund. The male sales person quarreled and then threatened to charge a restocking fee. I disagreed and indicated the Antec power supply was nonfunctioning and the other components were part of company’s bait and switch routine as the components were not as I ordered and was not suitable for business graphics as recommended by Overclock Central com. They said they would consider my information after the components are returned to there warehouse. After the products were returned by Fed Express I made numerous email and phone attempts to contact Overclock Central regarding my refund. They did not respond. Soon after, I file a fraud compliant with Wells Fargo Banking. Clearly, Overclock Central.com are utilizing deceptive sales practices or “Bait & switch” as stated in a Price Grabber customer complaint. In fact, there is abundant evidence or testimony of complaints including providing misleading product information, failure to ship products in a timely manner and less than professional business practices in not always providing the customer usable and correct products as ordered. Consider information available at other websites regarding doing business with Overclock Central.com. Avoid this company.

I ordered a CPU fan and heat sink ("$14.00"), thermal paste("$6.00"), and 2nd day shipping ("$6.00") on 5/3. by 5/5 i was concerned that it had not shipped, so i went to the customer service chat on their web page and chatted with Jonathan, the original salesperson, who assured me that it had been sent out on 5/4, and that UPS took 48 hours to update (which was and is complete bullpoo). I went to their web page over the next week to check the status of the ups tracking numbers, which did not work. I chatted with Jonathan again sometime between 5/8 or 5/10. I was again assured that my order had been "sent out." as of 5/11, my order had actually been sent out, GROUND. I finally received my order on 5/16 and unfortunately i only received a fan. I would recommend this website to anyone who likes the runaround, or anyone who likes 2nd day shipping that takes 9 business days! try www.newegg.com or www.tigerdirect.com or www.amazon.com or anything that doesn't suck so badly!!!

Ordered 11/29/2006 and delivered 3/1/2007...but this is a GOOD review. Vinko was drop-shipping from the manufacturer. (The website was clear about this when I ordered.) Unfortunately, the manufacturer was backordered. Vinko sent email in two days telling me about the backorder and offering a refund. There was excellent communication while the manufacturer made the next production lot and I got the item as soon as I saw it back in stock at any other vendor. Good price, good communication and a good effort to deal with a problem that was out of Vinko's control. Would definitely use again.

I called back a week later and was told it is still sitting on the owners desk for the refund and was told it should be done soon. Another week, still sitting on his desk. No refund. Filed a better business complaint. They have an F rating. Beware!

I ordered the Canon ipf6300 printer from these guys on the 19th. I was told it would ship out probably yesterday (the 22nd of Nov) and I would receive an e-mail notification. No e-mail, so I called to day to find out what was going on. Twice. Finally got a call back from Sam apologizing for the delay in responding to me and uploading the order for the printer. Bottom line, he tells me the price on their web site, which they Invoiced me for was incorrect and the actual price of the printer would be @ $300.00 more than the $2,399.00 price on their web site. This after I called and spoke with them last week and they again verified the $2,399.00 price. So they can't sell me the printer for the price they have advertised. I checked again this afternoon and they still have the printer listed at $2,399.00 - you can check it out yourself at http://www.mpex.com/ You have to add the printer to the cart to get the $2,399.95 price (which again is actually not available). So my advice is to avoid this store. Since they gave me no option I cancelled the order and ordered from another vendor.

Solar powered battery for my iphone rocks! - I ordered the solar powered iphone battery charger for my camping trip and it was PERFECT. The Google maps even worked, which was shocking. I didn't get 3G coverage, but I did occassionaly get spotty signal. Great for all of the games and music I downloaded. The only problem is that when it was cloudy it didn't power up very well.

After a long bout of repeatedly dealing with my local apple store, or an ipod repair place that wasn't out of somebody's garage here in Seattle, I was not convinced that I could salvage my ipod when the battery started to show signs of dying. Don't get me wrong... I am a die-hard apple fan, and will continue to be, but their service counter has a habit of either overcharging me for a simple procedure, or pronouncing a unit dead, when it could have been repaired. In any event, I took a chance with Milliamp and was not disappointed. My ipod was shipped, received, tested, repaired, and shipped back to me all within one week, and all for about $45, when an apple store would have charged me many multiples of that for the exact same result. Additionally, Milliamp kept me in the loop with frequent email updates as to exactly what was found, and what was being done, as if I had shipped my dog to them for surgury. I assure you that my ipod provides as much companionship as a dog would, so this was very much appreciated. I plan on exclusively using Milliamp for anything apple related, and encourage anyone else to do the same.

Hey guys new Lightning owner here. I've been out of the performance Ford world for a while now. I used these guys back in 2007 for the parts on my old Mustang and they were great! I know that shortly after that they ran into some trouble and burned many people and many people that are still on this forum. I'd like to say that I am all about helping someone that is trying to turn a business around I know first hand how difficult it is. So after giving them a chance I ordered about $2500 worth of parts for my lightning and 4 days later I had it. The motoblue headers fit perfectly and all the other parts were from other vendors but Frank was super nice and gave me a package deal on all of it.

I had a similar experience to the last reviewer. I ordered a pump and install kit and paid extra for 2 day shipping. I never received any kind of tracking number, so I called them to make sure it shipped. The woman who answered the phone had NO CLUE if my order had shipped or not. When I asked to cancel the order she told me she couldn't cancel it because she wasn't sure if it had shipped or not. Meanwhile I am without a car and my mechanic is waiting on the pump. I called back the following day only to find out the pump wasn't even in stock!!! I then had to pay for overnight shipping from another site (who got me the pump ontime). It took 2 more weeks and 3 more phone calls to get a refund. Horrible vender with horrible service.

First, they sent me a silver DVD player instead of a black one. They sent me a return authorization number and said they would send me out a black unit when they got the silver one. I needed the unit earlier than that so I suggested they send out a black one, charge my VISA and reimburse me in full for the silver unit when they receive it. They then proceeded to send me 2 black DVD players. When I called and made them aware of their mistake they said no problem just return one and gave me a second return authorization. Shipping costs on each unit were $20.26 using UPS and insuring them for the proper amount. I scanned the receipts into pdf format and e-mailed them, asking for reimbursement of shipping. First, they tried to blame the return shipping on me, stating that it was my error that resulted in the need for return shipping. Once I provided them the documentation to prove it was their fault, they simply stated that they do not refund shipping regardless of the reason. I am done with this company. They have been nothing but unprofessional and rude during the entire transaction process and even though they were clearly at fault (and admitted to such), they refuse to refund me my money. I urge everyone to spend their hard earned money elsewhere with merchants that provide good customer service.

I placed this order 7 business days ago today and item still has not shipped. Website stated that item would be shipped within 2 to 3 bussiness day. Tried to contact customer service and it seems they only have one guy who answers the phone and is no help what so ever and will not let you speak to anyone else. Site does not even have the item in stock and will not let me cancel the order without paying a processing fee as well as a restocking fee for something they don't even have in stock. This company is a scam!!!!!! I will NEVER order from this company again. This is the worst online purchasing experience I have ever had and customer service is very unprofessional. I buy almost everything online so have delt with many online companies and never had an issue until now. Save yourself the headache and avoid this company like the plague, I wish I would have.

I bought and paid for parts with 2 day shipping. A week later they finally ship it. And now being another week later I still dont have my parts, or a tracking number. I dont believe they were even shipped. And if you call nobody answers and they dont listen to voicemails because their voicemail box is full. What a crock of sh*t

I'm just reading all this comments and I'm just scared, I bought from this people 3 mini laptop on 11/30/10 and today is 12/10/10 and I'm still didn't received nothing this are my kids and mom gift for Santa and i don't think this is going to happen, i just send them and e-mail yesterday and no responses still, i call them today and I just got the answering machine I left them a MSG to see if they response I pay for Priority processing and for 3 to 5 days shipping in total 338.87, and it's pain full to me being a single mom spend that money and what i see i won't received anything for my kids,this is very ridiculous you work hard for nothing somebody had to do something with these people i'm going to keep calling and sending MSG until I get something from somebody, if someone that read my comment and can help me please let me know what else can i do, that writing a comment/ writing to BBB/ or calling this guy named JAY, please I am just waiting for some help.

i have the same thing happening to me i waited for over 2hrs for live chat and she gave me a shiping number and told me my package should be here soon that it was sent out i told her no that i want to talk to a live person and a live person better call me right now and she did i told her i was going to call the news stations in my town if i dont have the labtop by friday she said you will have it before friday then i told her that i was going to call the news stations if it does not work i have called them for 4 days strat nobody is that busy. so wait for a live chat and tell them you want to talk to a live person give them your number tell them you will call the news stations i think if we all stand up to eglobal we can get something done here is the number she called me from maybe it will help you all out 954 621 3553 and trust me if i dont get the comp or if i get it and it does not work i am calling every news stations around

Ordered 3 barstools that were listed as 32 to 40 inches high. They came fairly quickly, all three were scratched and damaged and found they only came up to 31 inches high, looked on the website and the description was now different! Called, and the customer service was great! Got a full refund and was told I could keep the stools. I cant use them, but i can donate them to someone who needs them. Would buy from them again, because even though it was stressfull i did not get what i wanted, they took care of our issues and made us happy Feb 2012

We have used this site several times over the past 4 years since our 1st child was born. It is FANTASTIC! We have traveled with a newborn, an older infant, 2 little ones at the same time, and this past trip with a 2 and 4 year old while I was 7 months pregnant. Every time there was something we needed and you just can't beat having it waiting for you when you arrive. It saves so much time and effort when you arrive on your trip. And if you want to keep anything extra from your supplies or want to ship home any souveniers they arrange to have your package shipped home! I purchased a headboard from totalbedroom.com on February 01, 2008. The status of the order is still pending which indicates that the order has not been shipped from their facility. The company has failed to respond to the two emails and voice mail I left with the customer service department regarding my order. Every time I have contacted the customer service number listed on the site, I reach a recording that requests my contact information. This morning at 9:00 AM, that recording was accompanied by a message indicating that the voice mailbox was full. Avoid doing business with this company.

I placed an order with this company over the 4th of July weekend (7-7-2012) and after reading some reviews I decided to cancel the order. There was no one ever there at totalbedroom.com to anwser my call to cancel the order. Every time I logged in to check my status it read PENDING. I sent an email stating to cancel my order. I then called my CC and told them to cancel my order. On Monday I received an email from a person at the company [email protected] and they told me that I cannot cancel my order due to a 24 hour notice (which was on a weekend and no one was at the place) and then processed the order on that Monday. Now my order status reads 7/9/2012 Processing Order approved and communicated to warehouse for shipping. Very shady people at this location. I am lucky I called my CC this weekend before they decided to go ahead and process the order. Goes to show they are willing to do anything to take your money. I would STAY AWAY.

Installed the continuous ink system and after 3 months of trying everything I can think of and speaking with Jason (from supertobuy)5 times, I/we can not get the thing work correctly. Sucks! And what a messy job! Only the black works right. Last call to Jason, he said that my brand new printer is the problem! And that I must need a new printer head!!! Best thing he would offer me is a 10% off another CIS system???? What, he just said it was my printer that was not working!!! UPDATE... I gave up and bought another CIS system from inkproducts.com and it took only 2 minutes to install and worked perfectly. Still works perfectly after over 200 prints.

I LOVE these sellers... I have the CIS system for Epson Artisan 50 and suddenly it stopped recognizing one of the cartridges. I called customer service and spoke to JASON he was very helpful explained the steps to rectify the error. I tried the fix he suggested and it still wouldn't recognize the black cartridge. I called back and he went thru it again step by step with me while I was on the phone and it is now 100% functioning. I learned how to correct the error if it happens again. After several days of shopping, I found an excellent priced on Ellis products from this vendor. I ordered on line and received the four tool boxes, drop shipped from the manufacturer to me in Ohio in two days. They shipped Fed Ex and I was advised by e-mail as to when to expect the delivery. The boxes were in excellent condition, and exactly as I had ordered. I suspect this company drop ships from the manufacturers a lot, but that is fine with me, as the manufacturers know how to package their own products. I will order from this company again, I am certain.

I ordered some carbide inserts on their website and paid with Paypal. Shipping will be charged separately, I happen to live in Europe and is not automatically added when paying with Paypal. Instead of receiving an email with shipping costs they refunded the money. I ordered the item again, now logging in with username & password which I thought was the problem and received an order confirmation. That was the last I heard. Logged in a few days later and under my account the following text "FREE SHIPPING IN USA you did not pay for INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING you did the same thing yesterday !!!!!!!!!!!!!!". Money was refunded again, but never showed up in my Paypal account. Sent an email but is not answered yet. So far I am not impressed with Industry Recycles.

I used tax act last year very pleased, also used tax act this year very pleased with the service.What I'm not pleased about is the Endeavor Card or the Bancorp people and as a reflection that leads right back to tax act because they are associated with Tax-Act.I have a illness and I have a limited time left on this wonderful earth, but I don't have any insurance to pay for my blood work, my medicine and a few more vital things that I need in life all because the associates Tax-Act uses will not give me my IRS Refund.I was told to leave the Hospital Jan/28/2012 because of my insurance problems.I used Tax-Act to file my taxes this year, and was accepted by the IRS etc...I had my card Expedited so I could buy me some insurance and get my medicine for my illness, it only suppose to take 2-3 business days it's been 2 weeks and no card.When I talk to Endeavor custom service they hang up on me and say it's Bancorp Fault.When I talk to Bancorp they say it's Tax-Act fault.I don't care who's at fault, where's my money I'm dieing and I need my medicine and my blood work by Fri which will be in 2 days.I NEED HELP IF ANYONE CAN HELP ME GET MY MONEY FROM THESE GUYS, GOD WILL BLESS YOU AND I WILL PRAY FOR YOU.A GMAIL I CAN BE REACH AT IS [email protected] I NEED HELP!

Recently I bought SD memory cards twice from this shop. Their price was very attractive and shipping/handling is free. Very fast handling and delivery. One thing to note before putting an order to this shop is that the mail they use at free shipping is the USPS First Class Mail and I don't know but its tracking system did not show the status information correctly for both cases of my order. However, their handling and shipping is very fast and I just waited a couple of days, and the package arrived. Overall I recommend this store.

I ordered the Italian Pilot Duffel. Perfect size to just load and throw in the car to head out to visit/babysit my granddaughter for the weekend. Very easy to load and has a separate compartment for my books and papers. I also ordered the ALICE w/ external frame. For trail hiking it's great. More of the weight is carried on the shoulders than an internal frame, but very comfortable. You can buy a 6,000 cu. in. backpack for a bit more money and end up with a piece of junk--poor material and workmanship-- which is what a friend did. I actually ended up getting a medium and a large ALICE. Though used, they haven't been abused. The only way I knew they were used was 1) the paint on the frame is worn and 2) the permanent marker to ID the soldier who "owned" it. My friend's "cheap" pack broke a seam on one of the main straps the first time out. I'm willing to bet I NEVER have that problem. I should also mention that I purchased U.S. carpenter's tool belt. I've been looking for one for nearly a year now at the big box stores. Too many features, too few features, too much money, too cheap. Well I was amazed to find just what I wanted here and for a good price. I believe it is new/unused too.sda Dave

I ordered some Phillips DLP TV lamps from Discount TV Lamps (Discount Merchant). The transaction was cleared as of December 14, 2011 and the item arrived on January 7th, 2012… 3.5 weeks??!! I called several times but unfortunately wasn’t able to get in touch with anyone and therefore had to leave a number of messages. When I finally got a hold of someone, they gave me excuses to why the processing time was delayed and why the package hasn’t been shipped. On another note: I provided an alternate credit card, requesting that it be charged to the new credit card provided and they still charged it on the original credit card. Before I order from here, I would think twice about purchasing from this company.

Researched the product I needed for a while and kept returning to onestopshopcatalog.net, as it had the lowest price by nearly 40%. The site isn't the most modern, and the company uses the yahoo shopping baseline, so I knew it was a small business. There was nothing on the store in any reseller rating sites I could find. I took the plunge on Saturday morning, and recieved my confirmation quickly. I went with the cheapest ground shipping, which was resonable for the weight of the product (large battery charger), and was a bit surprised when the product arrived Wed evening. Alot quicker than I expected honestly, which told me they didn't let the order sit around. So bonus point to the store already. Knew something wasn't write with the product as soon as I opened the manufactors packaging. Something smelled funny, as in burnt. Inspected the charger and it appeared new, not a scratch, marr or anything, but it smelled. Plugged it in and nothing, no indicator light, nothing and the smell increased. Tried one of my batteries for a moment, no change in indicator lights so I was pretty sure my nose called it right from the start, the unit was defective/DOA/etc. One strike against manufactorer, but now I was going to see how well this online store handles things. Wrote an e-mail in the evening explaining the series of events and the request for replacement product and arrangements for returning the defective product, and sent it off. I woke on thur. morning to a short and appologitic e-mail from them, stating the replacement would be shipped out that day and how to return to them the defective product. So more cuddo's to them. While I've had my share of problems with online shopping, and even in store shopping, sometimes defective products just get home with us. I think the manner a store handles that, especially online, really tells the story. So many cuddos to onestopshopcatalog.net

This is a complaint about AV UK Ltd on 01279 508555 and their continuous sales calls. I approached Sky by phone 2 weeks ago to ask what broadband speed I could expect. Sky gave me AV UK Ltd's number. I phoned AV UK Ltd and got an answer to my question. Every day since then, Saturday and Sunday included, they have phoned me. After a few days of this, I got annoyed and told them I wanted no more calls. The caller explained that they had called a lot because they didn't want me to miss any special offer that might soon expire. This is clearly what they are told to say to justify their annoying style of marketing. I ordered a remote control for my Alba TV set. My order was processed quickly and I had delivery within 2 days. However the item supplied did not work at all and I posted it back next day with a letter of explanation.I have had no response to that letter nor to a subsequent email requesting a refund. I am about to send a letter pressing them to respond. If no prompt action I will be asking my bank to take up a dispute issue with Visa witha view to enforcing a charge-back. I would strongly advise against dealing with this firm. Disregard the pretensions of their website.

I placed my order for a Pionner 5080HD kuro, from invision on the 19th. was my first order with them, but i knew alex was a member of avsforum with a great reputation and standing. The Tv came to me on the 25th and i was so happy, but there was a problem with the local delivery people..seem that they mess the box up and somehow cracked the screen in two places!! of course i refused the frieght. I called up Deb Wheelon (the customer department of invision) right away, and told her the horror story. She was Very very reassuring, and promised me she would look into it right away, and calmed me down. ( i had big plans that weekend coming, for watching the game with friends) so at this point i was thinking that it will take atleast couple weeks of a month to get a replacement unit back out to me,(since i purchased their last kuro 5080hd unit). To my surprised, she wrote me the next day and informed me that she has found another unit of the kuro for me, and PAID OUT OF POCKET FOR A TWO DAY AIR shipment, as to be sure i have a tv by the weekend!!. and sure enough it arrived to me perfectly on friday, and the tv is a dream. I couldn't thank her enough for her service, and constant communication with me to reassure me. now if only some of the bigger chains would take a page out of invision's book, we'd all be happier customers. Update 4/15/09: Wow, it's been over a month and I still HAVEN'T received my stand! Soon after I posted the review below, Jason (Invision's SVP), called and explained how they're not receiving any of their orders because Pioneer was holding onto their inventory due to fiscal year end. He apologized for taking two weeks to realize this and that my stand should be on it's way soon. I call yesterday for an update, and Jason tells me Pioneer still hasn't shipped out the stands. He then tells me to call Pioneer Parts and order the stand directly from them for $300 +shipping, and once I finalize that, he'll refund my money. So I call Pioneer Parts to verify that they do have the stand in stock, but for a $400 price tag. When I told Jason this, he suggests that we split the cost (meaning he'll cover shipping) because he can't give me the TV stand for $175 (which was the amount agreed on my invoice). He doesn't want to cover the difference, but hey, that's what his sales associate quoted me and charged my CC for. If they had told me there was a price mistake the day after I placed my order, I would fully understand. But this is ONE MONTH LATER and he's telling me I need to pay an EXTRA 100% of the cost to get my stand?? Pioneer obviously HAS the stand, but Invision is just not getting it for me. I'm not sure how they run their business, but my experience has been COMPLETELY UNSATISFACTORY. Last I heard from Jason was that he was going to see if he could get the stand for $175 from Pioneer and would call me back. I'm about ready to dispute my all of my CC charges and file a complaint. My plasma is essentially useless without the stand! Review on 3/30/09: At first Alex at Invision was extremely helpful while purchasing my plasma (KRP-600M) and stand (KRP-TS01), but soon after his customer service turned horrible. I was not able to obtain a tracking number from him or an exact delivery date. I understand there were issues of cracked Pioneers, which delayed my delivery date, but for some reason, the stand was not delivered the same time the plasma was. I called a few times for an update, but I would get the run around with no return call. Today I called again and when he picked up, he put me on hold and acted like it wasn't him. I honestly don't want to give Invision a bad review, but with customer service like that, it's very hard to hold back.

Ordered a Sony Touchpad Ribbon Cable with LEDs from off the website around 2pm on Thursday, got a shipping notice Monday with it arriving Tuesday. Great timing with most places not admitting they are out of stock or taking 2 weeks to get a ribbon cable mailed out. Price was great. Lowest there was online. I was very nervous about ordering from this company due to seemingly never ending bad reviews, so I went to my local computer store that I have done business with for many years to order the part. They told me that they use Spare Parts Warehouse all the time with no issues. I then decided to call them to verify that they were able to get or had the part in stock. They told me it would be drop shipped direct from the manufacturer, so I went ahead and ordered the part. Within minutes I had an email confirmation of the order and within a few days had the exact part I needed. I do look at reviews quite often but rarely will leave one. I have been ordering products for almost 8 yrs now & its no secret that they may have had a rough patch during their first few years in business. There is one main point that I would like to bring up right away to anyone who decides to read this whole thing. Ive noticed that when ppl are happy satisfied with how things are going, & making money, theyre certainly not going to take their precious time to go out & write a company review about this company. Now if we look on the flip side of this, someone who is frustrated upset or even angry, maybe their package arrived late or they ordered something & broke it & their expecting a company to just take the item back & replace it for nothing or whatever by all means theyre going to go out of their way to get revenge if they can in some way. How would one person do that? Simple they attempt to put a dent in that companys business by writing bad reviews about the company name. Sounds fair enough anyways right? I pretty much had my first order 8 yrs ago as I said. The only reason I even considered making that order is because they were the only handful of companies offering open market cable/satellite tools, Diversified Control cross reference cable tools & Channell StarLock SlamLock below $500 per tool. Back then there were no really bad reviews. Despite all the bad reviews & horror stories I read I still kept purchasing to keep my business going. Thinking I might be one of the lucky ones. Like any customer, every purchase wasnt always roses & I could slowly see issues happening with them through their reviews that I read before making a new buy; & each time there was a subtle amount of doubt that I might be next. A few times the delivery company lost my package when I ordered with USPS. UPS has always been a bit more reliable around here. During those times, I certainly had my doubts. About 4 times I got into it with customer service about this & that & tempers flared. Some things couldnt just be ignored. They always spoke to me professionally & not in a demeaning manner, sometimes while we were going at it I didnt feel that way, but looking back I did say some pretty nasty things & they would always come back with some mind blowing fact that. Just made you think & then things would go on smoothly like any relationship. While most would be mad at this kind of thing, I was actually surprised that I hadnt seen anything like this way earlier in my first 2 years with them. In the beginning I would contact them a great deal more than I would today & all of my questions are always answered in about 10 minutes to 6 hours. It doesnt take them 72 hours like they claim. I swear on my life, Im not lying about this. I always considered this always happened like it did because my approach is simple & straight forward I like to talk to ppl like humans not like they are my lapping dog. When I contacted them about my first missing package to find out what the F! the deal was & why it was taking so long. I received what may have appeared like an auto reply or a cut & paste robotic reply but I never got the same cut/paste twice. I received a response in about 1 hour. Some of the replies may have sounded like machines or somebody out of the country; but I was assured my package would be at my door steps. And in a few days it was. They always showed me what they talked about if they needed to contact the delivery company & I could call the delivery company & see if they were lying. There was one time where I thought I got them because they placed a package in the system a day late but it turns out that happened because of daylight savings time. I thought to myself that this might really be one of the good guys. At least one of the best ones Ive dealt with. I consider this to be a decent company or damn close to being more than fair in my book. There are mountains of proof that reflect this all over & I think there should be more ppl standing up for them & they deserve a better reputation. In my opinion this is a company that the others should fear. I believe that once more ppl catch on & realize what they have to offer others will follow. PPL are tired of fake guarantees because what good is a cheap product if you have to buy it again & again? I am sorry to take up so much of your time if you have actually read this far. This company has well-earned this review from me 1 million Xs over & I hope ppl can see past all these bad reviews that I see online that are somewhat biased. A little dry humor as if mine might not read that way. I believe it will truly help someone who does want to know more about these ppl & how they perform business in this day & age from one of their real buyers. If an Administrator has to remove it no hard feelings. Thank you for allowing me to post in this & if you read everything that I wrote above Im sure you can understand why this company deserves this review with all the hard hits they have taken on in the past. I was looking for some specialty driver bits and happened to come across their website. I noticed the 103 piece tamper proof bit sets. The first picture has the closed bit set with driver symbols all around it. Upon reading the description, half of the drivers there were symbols for were not in the set. So I decided to contact them and report an error that the picture does not represent the contents of the set. I got a response next day that it would be forwarded to the appropriate person to have action taken. 5 months later I got another response that my contact was closed since I had not responded. I go check and the same picture is still there. I contacted them again and go back and forth with the Sales and Billing rep, I just can't get him to understand that the picture is a bait and switch. That picture does not represent what is in the set. He did not seem to care and was going to do nothing to correct the issue. The picture shows symbols for One Way, Supadriv, Pentagon, Double Hex, Frearson, Tri Groove, Xeno, Quadrex, and Britol bits. Why would you have those symbols for drivers if they are not in that set. You are relying on people to see that picture, order the set without reading the list of included pieces. If you want this set order the exact same set minus the 2 Line (gamebit) drivers and the wobble adapter at Harbor Freight for $8 100 piece security bit set.

I purchased a desk top and a laptop from this company in 2008. I have had no problems with either computer. I've phoned a few times with questions and have always been given friendly, helpful advice even after two years!!! When I purchased my computers, I knew what I wanted to use them for, but didn't know what kind of equipment I needed. The sales staff listened to my explanations of what I wanted the computers for and then made informed recommendations, explaining the pros and cons of various computers. I would recommend this company to anyone. I plan to purchase another laptop from them very soon.

We purchased a Santec Roman bath tub faucet set from H&S. I mistakenly ordered the set without the handheld shower. Within 24 hours, Joe Vingray was able to confirm the shower would be shipped at no additional charge. I also ordered a Hansgrohe shower pipe from Joe. The price was slightly over half what I paid for the same product from a local supplier when we renovated our other bathroom last month. I would recommend both Joe Vingray and Home and Stone to anyone in the market for their products.

We do feel that after 38+ years in the clothing business that we understand the fit of a garment.....and particularly how one manufacturer over another will fit. This is our expertise and generally people are receptive to us helping them to find a garment that will fit them. Tailored garments for men do need some alteration to the finished product. Some people do not always understand that they simply cannot just step into a pair of tailored trousers without some adjustments. The waist, seat, and the bottoms often need attention. We merely suggested to this customer that they try the next size up........the logical step when fit is too small and from what was described.

Ordered 2 items 3557T and 8060T on September 27th 2007. Still have not received them. After many emails and calling but getting no answer. I ordered a $500 dollar desk and after almost two weeks and a dozen phone calls have not been able to obtain the order. One attempt was made from a carrier who had a personal van and tape on the side with a carrier name who did not leave a note or the merchandize. I finally got my money back and will never do business with them again. The most horrible online experience ever !!!!!

Placed an order on Monday 11/28. Got the bill today, Monday December 5 but no products yet. I have placed numerous calls to the company to find out if and when my products will arrive. They have been at best uncaring and unhelpful, and at the worst, downright rude. Up until now, I have not had a problem with them and in the past, my complaints have been adequately addressed. This time, they just don't care.

I ordered a printer from EWorld sale. It arrived in a battered box, and as I opened it the entire contents were covered in yellow printer ink. I opened the back printer cartridge holding space, and there was a busted ink cartridge inside. The printer is ruined. I have contacted them and am awaiting a return number. I hope to get a full refund, at which time I will update my review favorably. If they do not make this right, I will spend a great deal of time letting everyone that I can find online know about their service.

I had the exact same problem and experience as 2wsx3edc. These people are improperly advertising their goods. DO NOT believe the positive feedback you see here; it has the same poor spelling and grammar that plagues their website.

I ordered some toric lenses on Oct 6th. As of Nov 2th no lenses. I'm not sure what the deal with this "store" is. They do answer the phone and got back to me with a status -- on "backorder." We'll see if they refund my $$$. It takes three days to get these lenses locally every time. So something funny is certainly going on.

Placed a several item clothing order. One item out of stock at time of order, changed to different item. Confirmed items wanted available by CS Agent. Placed order. Two weeks past longest estimated delivery, no receipt. Called and told several items out of stock! Never notified. Asked if I waited would they just ship at later date, told no. Asked if the out of stock items would be restocked at future date; told maybe, dont know, dont have them! Asked to change order to different item, told no, I had to start from scratch and AGAIN pay full handling, etc. I had CONFIRMED items available when ordered! This is bait and switch and being hit with repeat handling charges. Out of my 11 items, I got 2! I'm reporting this issue to the NJ state consumers bureau. Something very shady here. Made sure my credit card was carefully locked down!

I ordered a skirt online. "Free shipping" was advertised. They then charge a "handling charge"! Very poor communication, had to wait a couple of weeks before my order was shipped. When a package finally arrived today, THEY HAD SENT THE WRONG ITEM. what's more, they expect me to PAY out of pocket to return the item to them. In addition, the "return label" is actually the address label for the lady who must have ordered the shorts which were sent to me. Total chaos! Will never use them again. Now I have to call my credit card company to make sure my charges are reversed.

Shorty USA shipped a defective part UTG M324 on the Sniper Rifle - soft-gun. After returning the part and paying for shipping back with RMA #, they are attempting to blame me for installation error. THEY ARE WRONG! They say we tried to install screw A in to screw B's hole, consequently voiding the warranty and damaging the cylinder. NOW, they want an add'l $50 to send a new part to us. Holding our credit card as bounty, and we have an non-working CHEAP CHINA made product. This company does not talk over the phone about any issue, they are very slow and have NO customer service or customer care. All is done via email and they always blame the customer. They want us to pay return shipping too?? This company has a REAL BAD online reputation and continues to rip off new customers.. they need to be audited by someone!

I ordered 2 Nemo insulated sleeping pads from the website, the specs were 30 x 80 that were on sale from $169 to $118. When they arrived 2 weeks before a trip the specs were 25 x 78. They said they had ordered one from the company that would arrive to their location in 1 month...said that was too late, as they were needed in 2 weeks....and 2 were needed. This was a bait and switch...sell one thing and then give you an item of lesser value. I will never buy from this unethical store and I suggest you don't either

On Sept 9, 2013 I made an order #16724332 at mountaingear.com. They authorized my card with full amount. Next day I got message from the store that they want me to provide payment via wire transfer for gull amount and to pay extra $20 as a bank processing fee. I refused to waste my time and money and cancelled my order. They said that my order is canceled, and the pending authorization has been canceled on their end. But it takes about a 30 days to money back to my card. It's Sept 24 today and I still don't get my money back and can't buy my items in other store. I believe this absolutely inconvenient business if they authorized card with full amount, knowing that they won't accept Visa and will ask for a wire transfer, leaving customers with no items and no money for a month. So if you are an international customer be aware! NEVER have a deal with this store - you'll lose your time and your money.
