i scaned the favour on-line store market and this website is one of cheapest ones i found that was very reliable and had pretty much excellent reviews. my order took 10 days from placing order till arriving to my mail box (weekends included), the only thing that made me not give this website 10/10 rate was that my favours arrived slightly moved inside its packaging that will give me the trouble to open its packaging and set the product properly and close it back again (150 favours) but i believe that the packaging design of my product is to blame and not the website (i ordered kate aspen's feathering the nest salt and pepper shaker). other than that the product came just as i expected (accurate description was provided in the website) and it was packaged very safely since it was fragile. all in all, i really recommend photoframesplus to anyone wants to buy elegant and budget wise items in a quick.

I ordered the forty year calendar for myself and my girlfriend (for her birthday). I ordered the rosewood one and had it engraved - the item is absolutely beautiful. It is also a paperweight so we can put them on our desk, and they make a nice conversation piece. I would also like to take this time to say that the staff at photoframesplus/smith family stores is very helpful and professional. My experience with them was great and I would shop there again, as well and recommend their site.

Ordered on January 15, order shipped next day, and received on January 22. They even threw in a freebie for referring a couple friends. Their products are cheap, they work but don't expect top quality. I would buy again. They will spam you a lot, so I'd recommend using an alternate email address when you place an order with them.

March 2016 Order experience was alright, but they promoted a rebate from a third company and now they don't want to be held responsible for anything since the other company is backing out. This left me some bad taste. Don't promote anything that you don't want to be responsible! Simple as that

I purchased these Westek 16in. Under Cabinet LED Bar light fixtures for my kitchen cabinets. They are very thin and easy to hide. Nice, clean, bright light with only 1 watt usage per fixture. No heat or flickering from the bulbs. This is my second order of these and I am very pleased with them. Would definitly buy them again.

I ordered 10 sets of Martin acoustic strings. After over 2 weeks I sent an email, no response. I sent a second email, no response. I opened a PayPal clain on March 23rd and sent contact through PayPal to the merchant. Got a refund to my PayPal account on March 25th. There was a little comment with the refund saying "sorry for the trouble", still no email contact from them. I will never buy from them again and if you do be prepared for the possibility of a claim or credit card chargeback to get your money.

My son wanted a didgeridoo and goingtoday.com had one for $19.99. Using his own money, he bought it on June 6th. Paypal charged us on their behalf almost immediately and I received an email with a promise that it would arrive within 3-7 days. When we didn't receive it by day 9, I send an online communication using their "Contact Us" fillable form. The form promised to get back to me within 2 business days. Three days later, with no response and no package, I tried again. Still no response. I called the phone number on the receipt and got a poorly recording message. I left a message. No response. I tried calling and emailing a few more times. No response. My son was heartbroken. I called paypal to open a dispute and hopefully get a refund. This website is a bunch of crooks!! Do not use it. I will be reporting them to the BBB and will aggressively spread the news that this site is crooked! It is now day 16 and no package.

I ordered a Chef's secret cookware set as a Christmas gift for my daughter. After numerous emails and dozens of phone calls, no reply and no cookware. I am sending a billing dispute to my credit card company. I wish I had come across this website before trying to do business with them. This has been a nightmare.

Wife and I have bought several small and large items from C&B. Experience is mixed. Some bowls and coffee mugs started chipping within a year. Water glasses and plates have held together so far. A dining room table, night stands and a headboard were delivered without incident years ago. Recently, we were very disappointed when a media center was delivered. I was out of town when it arrived. According to my wife, the delivery guys kept asking Ok? Ok? Ok? trying to rush her through inspecting the piece. Then they kept groaning when she asked them to move it a couple of feet to just where she wanted it. To top it off they refused to put our large screen TV sitting on the floor in the middle on the room on the media center!

I ordered a battery for my Zen Vision M and paid for express delivery. The battery was shipped within a couple days and got to me by the end of the week as promised. They sent me an email a couple days after I received the battery on how to change the battery. The email had a link to Google Video that played an instructional video about how to change the battery. With the help of the video I was easily able to replace the battery. It would have been nice to get the email with the video sooner, but everything worked out well. It was the only place I found that would not only supply me with the battery, but also with the tools to change the battery as well. I would definitely recommend them for mp3 batteries.

It's been nearly 11 months and I still have not received the battery I ordered from them. When I log into my account, it says its on back order. About 5 months ago, I asked for a refund but I get no response. I called the number they provide on their site hoping for someone to resolve this but this is a SALES only number and they say they can't help - I have to email for customer service. When you do this, you get no response - at least this has been my experience - and other reviews I have read now say the same thing. As a note, before ordering from them, I had read all the positive reviews and why I decided to go with them but my experience has been less than stellar. i'M Not thinking I'll ever get a refund or my battery from them. My advice to you - Buyer beware - and if you do decide to order, please get the name of who you order from and check to make sure they have it in stock otherwise - Good luck!

I have emailed, had them open a supposed ticket, and even calle them, no response whateever except an email telling me they had opened the ticket and tht they would contaact me, it is march of 2019 and I have yet to be contacted and no one answers the phone. EVER! This company will never see another dime from me.

I am trying to retun 2 pairs of $70/each, Cutter and Buck shorts and 1 Nautica hoodie sweatshirt. I have ried calling them at least a dozen times, never getting a person, and being put to voice mail. I have sent the e-mail request for return merchandize authorizaton twice without getting a response of any sort. I even left a verbal message delineating every aspect of my order and what I wantd to return. No response at all from these idiots. I'm hoping that I"m not going to have to eat it. And,...If they don't receive orders back after 30 days, and I continue not to get through I'm also stuck. Needless to say, I won't ever spend another nichel with them.

Years ago I owned a Water 2.0 Pro which did a great job cooling but I often rebuild my PC and it was a very UNfriendly mounting mechanism. The little plastic pieces ended up breaking and I sold it on eBay for dirt cheap. Now I am wanting to buy a TT Core X9 because I have been waiting forever for a case similar to this to be manufactured. I have pre-sales questions so I contacted the main website, no response. I tried signing up for TT forums, no verification email. I tried contacting TT store, no response. Their lack of respect or concern makes me very leary. Other PC part manufacturers are often bad...but not THIS bad!

Bought two items for a new computer build, one with a rebate on it. Submitted rebate, got the email verification and status updates. Checked back later to see status and it said it was processed and mailed, so got rid of the rest of the packaging. Never received the mailed material, so I call and they tell me that I submitted the wrong barcode (it was for the other Thermaltake product I bought). I ask them if there is any way to still process the claim since they have the receipt that I bought one and they said I had to send the original barcode in. So even though they have proof that I bought it, I won't be getting my rebate and had they just sent an email stating I had the wrong barcode, instead of saying it was processed and mailed, I could have sent it much earlier. I like Thermaltake products but customer service is something I value very highly, I definitely will not do business with them again.

I placed an order on the 1st. On the 2nd I received an e-mail from them stating my order had shipped. On the same e-mail further down it said the order would ship on the 3rd. It gave a link to the usps site, no item number given though. Went there and it said no record of item. Nine days and several unanswered emails and phone messages passed. I contacted Google and thank goodness they said they would refund the money to my credit card. To get to the point, please do not do any buisiness with the crooks from afterchristmasusa!

I purchased a 360 premium for 229$, and suspected the deal was too good to be true. My credit card was charged and I was informed that it would ship Jan 3, 07 , but I was not provided a tracking number. Ive emailed the company directly, and also through google checkout. Additionally, I called the number and left a message questioning the status of my order. I have received no response, and it has been over a week. I highly suspect this is illegitimate and will be pursuing a refund. Even if this is not a scam, the lack of customer service (no email or phone reply) leads me to rate this as a 1. I hope my package comes, but now I'm starting to feel that's unrealistic. Now I'm pissed.

I found this site through the manufacturer of the humidifier in my house as I needed to order parts and filters for it. Of the companies recommended by the manufacturer, Appliance Factory was the only one that had good descriptions, photos, pricing of the parts I was looking for, and decent shipping (flat $6.95). I placed the order on 01/01 for 3 filters. The next morning, I realized that I also needed a another item for the filter. I called up the customer service number and spoke to Beth. She helped me locate the second item I needed (or I thought I needed). As we weren't sure, she told me to contact the manufacturer and then call her back. I did so and added the extra item into my order along with two other parts I decided to replace. Beth added the additional items onto my original order and told me that it would probably all ship together. She stated the order would probably be finished processing by Friday and then ship the following week. I was told I would receive a tracking number for UPS when the item ships. I haven't heard anything yet (01/08), so I'll update when I have more information. Well, I called up yesterday afternoon (01/09) to ask about the tracking number and was told that the package should be on my doorstep. Sure enough, when I got home there it was. Everything I ordered was in new condition. The only minor issue I would have is that a couple of the items weren't in their own box in the package. BTW, this company also goes by HumidifierFilters.com and BelowCostAppliances.com (which I just found is already on RR).

I have been searching for a good trimmer for about 9 months, in stores and on line. I stumbled upon MONO Machines while on line and I was pleased by the appearance and price of the trimmer. I went to order something that was shown as 25% OFF on their website and it was showing up in my card at limited quantities but they still wouldn't give me the 25% off saying that it was a promotion for in stocks of the items, however, my cart showed it was just limited quantities. I decided not to purchase the items because if a company is going to be so cheap as to try and save a few dollars by not offering their promotion I would not want to shop there. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE PERSON I SPOKE TOO EVEN RESPONDED TO MY DECISION TO NOT SHOP THEIR ANYMORE WITH "I completely understand that decision" Makes me think that they even know their business is flawed.

PUBLISHED 7/30/13: BEWARE: TLA PROFITS FROM SHIPPING DAMAGED MERCHANDISE It has been two years since I last reviewed my experience with TLA. I have since ordered from TLA several times - but with very small orders - and I thought I would try placing another large order with them. HUGE MISTAKE! Well, thank you, TLA, for sending me a box of damaged DVDs. Yes, that is right, ALL but one of the DVDs received in my latest shipment arrived loose and rattling around in their cases, and EVERY loose disc contained multiple scratches. Though I did not have time to test every disc in a player, those that I did check had glitches due to the scratches. It is evident that TLA has no quality control and no employee control. It is insulting to spend a great deal of money and be mistreated by the company you are patronizing. It is as if the warehouse clerk deliberately selected every loose DVD from the shelves to place in my shipment. It really seems too coincidental, otherwise. Seriously, if I were a warehouse clerk (and I was, at one time) and I heard a disc rattling around loose inside a DVD case, I would hesitate to send that to a customer, especially a high-volume customer. I would search for another copy that is not loose within its case. Really, would that be so difficult? (Well, perhaps, for a TLA employee . . . .) And I cannot believe that they did not hear the discs clearly rattling around. (Again, TLA employee . . . .) But, since TLA has nothing to lose by shipping potentially damaged merchandise, there is no need for quality control. This shipment followed another, smaller shipment, in which the DVD was also loose and damaged, that time so badly that I needed it replaced. TLA directed me to return the item for a replacement. I asked if the return shipping fees (never mind that I also have to fork out $$ for the shipping envelope) would be reimbursed by crediting the credit card used for the purchase. TLA responded that they only reimburse shipping fees with store credit. STORE CREDIT?! In other words, TLA continues to make a profit off damaged merchandise. That is right. I am expected to pay TLA more $$ for damaged merchandise, because that extra money for return shipping fees - that extra money coming out of MY POCKET - goes directly to TLA. The only way I can use that money is if I order again and, hence, spend more money with TLA. Is this practice legal? Class action, anyone? Anyway, now I would have to return all the recently shipped - and damaged - DVDs for replacements, but I really do not want to waste another hour in line at the post office (yes, the average wait time at my post office on a Saturday - the only day I can go to the post office during their normal business hours), and I do not want to further add to the coffers of TLA with more out-of-pocket money spent on this botched transaction. Furthermore, I do not feel like waiting another 3-4 weeks for the replacement discs, assuming they can be replaced. So, congratulations, TLA! You have succeeded, once again, in turning another customer into a sucker, willing to accept your damaged merch simply because it is too much of a hassle - and COSTS MORE MONEY - to return them for replacement. So, I am stuck with, most likely, barely playable DVDS - again. Gee, thank you for that! It is interesting to note, also, that TLA has not responded to the complaint I registered yesterday, Monday, July 29 at 12:16pm. In fact, they haven’t even offered replacement discs, yet. PREVIOUS REVIEW FROM 9/7/11: TLA Video used to be a quality retailer with consistently strong customer service, but now they have adopted the "bait-and-switch" business model as their own. I purchased a DVD, at an advertised discounted price, that was listed as available on their website at the time I purchased it. My order was accepted by the website, and an authorization for the full price of the order was placed on my credit card. Nearly THREE WEEKS LATER, without receiving any notification from TLA, I checked the status of my order, only to discover that the aforementioned item was, according to their website, "canceled by customer". When I contacted TLA to inquire about this, since I certainly did NOT cancel the item, they informed me that the discounted item had sold out, so it was automatically (THREE WEEKS LATER = AUTOMATICALLY?) canceled from my order. The TLA rep suggested that I replace the order at full price. AT FULL PRICE?!!! Yes, I understand what "while supplies last" means; but, if my order is going to be accepted - and the credit card charge authorized - then I should receive the item, upon restock if they sell out of it, at the advertised discounted price when I originally placed the item in my cart and clicked to process the order. Furthermore, the TLA rep then offered me a 15% discount coupon code. Since TLA sends a 15% discount coupon WITH EVERY PACKAGE THEY SHIP, this represents a meaningless gesture, especially since my original order was placed during a 20% off sale, so my original order of the item was 20% off the already discounted price. So, now, I'm expected to buy the item for 15% off the FULL PRICE? BAIT-AND-SWITCH! Considering that I have been a loyal customer for several years, and that, in this year alone, I have spent upwards of $2K with TLA, I expect better treatment. I will now be searching for other alternative vendors to purchase merchandise from. Thanks a lot, TLA! UPDATE 9/16/11: Well, barely a week later, and they're doing it again. They did, FINALLY, agree to send me the item in question from my previous complaint, without charge, BUT ONLY AFTER I sent them a link to my review here - and NOW THEY'RE AT IT AGAIN! (I suppose I should credit them for being consistent. I'll tell you, TLA really knows how to ream its customers!) On Wednesday, I noticed another item, from the same order as in my previous review, that was no longer appearing in my order updates from TLA. I sent the following in an email: Why is the following item now missing from my backorder updates? It was still listed on the emails dated 9/9 and 9/13 but, on the most recent email shipping update below, it has mysteriously vanished (it shows up in neither the shipping confirmation section nor the backorder section) and, below the blank backorder section, it reads "Order is shipped complete if there are no items listed above." Has this item now been randomly canceled like those in my other order? This morning, I received the following response from customer service rep Alila C.: "It seems the item [title removed for privacy] was no longer available at its sale price [$26.99] and so the item was cancelled from your order (W1909643). The item is still available at its normal price, $44.99, if you would still like to purchase it. I apologize for the inconvenience." THE BAIT-&-SWITCH CONTINUES . . .

I placed an order thinking this was a Canadian company. I waited about 3 days and emailed them because I didn't hear back from anyone and I received a tracking number. I did email and ask them about being outside of Canada no response. I did receive the battery and it is not even the correct model from my laptop. I have emailed them 3 times twice to request an rma and now I simply just want my money back and want to give them back their battery which is not for my model of laptop. They have yet to respond. Please please before you buy from a company online always check to see if they are legit. Don't make the same mistake I did. Update their website ca-batteries.ca is no longer valid. ca-batteries.com is now their website.

I Ordered few small accessories from BocaPhoto on 16 March 2008 and paid it with paypal on the same day and until now (28 April 2008) i still haven't recieve the items, and also haven't got any response on my request to track the shipment. I email this store couple times within 7 days, and still yet to receive any response. I feel this store is not responsive enough and buying from this store gives me uneasy and unsafe feeling. until now, i don't know whether i'm will eventually receive my items.

Have ordered from them before with no issue, but, this time, I ordered a replacement battery on April 10, when I finally got it on April 27, it wouldn't fit into the charger, Eric responded and said he was shipping out a new one, with a return label for the other, here it is almost June 1st and I've heard nothing! I'm out $75+. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!

In December 2012 I placed one order for two Wishes of the Heart bracelets as Christmas gifts for my niece and sister. The Bradford Exchange did not process the order as one, but in order to charge an additional $19.99 in shipping and service, processed the order as two. On the 11 December 2012 my Visa card with the Commonwealth bank was charged $159.95 for one bracelet, followed on the 17th December by the second $159.95 charge. I was annoyed at the double dipping but let the matter pass and awaited the arrival of the bracelets. One turned up for Christmas but the other did not, so no gift for my sister. After Christmas, of course, I tried to contact the company to see what had happened. I sent two emails and to this day, I have received no reply. Finally, I found a phone number in the FAQ section of the website. I tried ringing it, but of course, the office was closed until the second week of January thereby making it very difficult for any post-Christmas issues to be resolved. It seems the office was closed only for complaints, however, and not advertising material, which reached me in the post in the first week of January. When I finally did get in contact, I was told that when processing the two orders, the second one had been declined by my bank. I checked with the bank and yes, that was correct. Because Bradford Exchange had placed the second order within five minutes of the first, the bank has a policy of declining such orders just in case a mistake has been made and the same order has been submitted twice. This policy seems very sensible to me and safeguards the consumer. Bradford exchange, however, seems unaware of this policy even though this is the Commonwealth Bank we are talking about. None of this was ever communicated to me by the company in December. Once I had learnt all this in mid-January I wanted to have nothing more to do with Bradford Exchange so decided not to proceed with the second bracelet which had still not arrived by mid-January. I cancelled the order and was refunded the second credit card charge on 15th January 2013.. At this point I thought that the whole business was behind me. Unfortunately, the first bracelet proved faulty. The clasp holding the charms broke twice while my niece was wearing it. Fortunately, she was able to retrieve all the pieces. At the beginning of June, I rang the company explaining the problem. I was told to send it back with an accompanying letter, which I did. I was then out of the country until the end of July. When I returned and had heard nothing, I rang the company again, to be told that they had received nothing from me. I was instructed by the company to fill out a form which would initiate a police/post office check for the lost postal item. This I did and returned the form to the company about a week ago. About a week later, a replacement bracelet arrived with an accompanying bill for $159.95. You can imagine my reaction! When I rang I was told that I had received a refund for the faulty item in January(I had not yet reported/returned the faulty item at that time). The January refund had been for second bracelet I had not received. The matter was then referred to a supervisor and I sent a copy of the above to her. I have not heard a thing from the company since then. The incompetency/stonewalling of this company is amazing.

They very conveniently stamp their receipts "No Refunds, Exchanges Only within 5 Days, NO EXCHANGES ON BROKEN TOYS" and sell at kiosks during the holiday rush. Of course, if you are giving their toys as a gift, you can't try it out. Surprisingly, they don't work, and the day after Christmas, the kiosks are gone and you are left with toys that never worked. I have tried contacting the toy manufacturer, but no response yet. The credit card company was called and we are disputing the charge - that seems to be our only hope. Avoid these holiday kiosk fly-by-night rip offs.

I ordered an e-m5 from cameraland Jun 14 and received it June 24 (which is pretty decent given that this camera is mostly out of stock). Their system is a bit old fashion relative to more modern retailers (this is not a bad thing but I had to use the phone to place the order and receive updates; they always found the order promptly and responded very politely but naturally this is a method that would not scale. I have no complaints. Item was well packed and shipped fed ex without extra charge. I do wish the web presence was a bit more modern (for example lenses could not be ordered via the web for this item)

I was searching for a Sigma APO 50-150mm F2.8 EX DC OS HSM Lens for Canon online but it was very hard to find because it's now a discontinued product by Sigma. I also wanted to buy one that was new and under factory warranty. I searched one by one through Sigma's Authorized Dealer list checking each stores' website. I found 3 dealers that showed it was in stock but Camera Land NY had it for the lowest price of the 3. I placed my order with Camera Land NY but then they told me it was on back order but not to worry because they lens would be arriving soon from Sigma to their store. 2 days later I got my tracking number that they had shipped it and in 3 days from that time I received my new Sigma lens. All in all despite the back order from the time I placed my order to the time I received my lens was just one week so I am very pleased with their service and commitment to deliver me my product.

My soon to be daughter in law was so excited when she finally located the dress she had been looking for (forever) on JJ's site. Needless to say, she ordered it on January 3, 2012 and per all the info on the site, it would take anywhere from 6-14 days to be completed and shipped. Well, here we are almost a month later and the dress hasn't arrived. Her mom emailed 8 times and finally heard back today. Evidently, they had a "festival" to go to and now her dress won't be ready until 2/29/12!! Festival or not, you have customers that have paid you for a service and it's their responsibility to provide that service as promised regardless of other activities. So, we have a huge problem. The wedding is in June. She has not tried on this dress yet and it MIGHT not be "the one". We were already short on time and now she is panic stricken. This is so upsetting. They haven't even offered a to put a really SERIOUS rush on this dress nor have they offered to return any of the funds since they have completely dropped the ball on this one. Even if you could accept that they are human's and they made an error, today is 2/1/12... and their promise is to have the dress to you by day 16....why then does she have to wait until 2/29/12? None of this makes sense, my girl is crying and this is ridiculous. I don't know what we are going to do. So disappointed right now... and very frustrated. And again.... it took 8 emails to get an answer. That is very poor customer service.

i got this store from one forum and one guy said here they sell some items for people. i came to the store to order one VGA card. it is useless as the item was not working, and I had to return. however, the way that they treat to the customers is not acceptable. they ship the item to you without any receipt. you will be treated just like you beg them to take that item. then when you send back the faulty item, they will still charge you 15% restocking fee with whatever they want. that should be very very frustrated for me. who want to be their next victim???

Recently purchased caulking from these folks and unfortunately I ordered the wrong color. However, they would only take one box back b/c the other box was open and one of the tubes was used. Problem is they charged me full for shipping and had me pay for shipping to send it back as well. The fair thing to do would have been to credit me at least for half of the shipping since they are going to resell the box I sent back as they mentioned! My experience with this site/seller is the WORST compared to the hundreds of other internet transactions, with a hundred different companies, over the years. Avoid Ideal True Value. Oct. 19: I ordered and provided all the address, credit card info, and pmt made. Ideal emails me 'we will ship as soon as possible'...This is it/all!? Oct. 22: sent email asking about shipping date, tracking number, importance of this shipment. NO response. Also called...got a store...then got the correct number...left a message...no response. Oct. 26: sent another email asking again about shipping date, tracking number, 'pls cancel if you do not ship w/i 24 hours'. Oct. 27: email from Ideal True Value...'will ship tomorrow morning...with tracking number'. Oct. 28, Noon: still waiting...no shipping info. What a way to do business! The worst! I don't think it good business practice to publish your complete credit card number with your invoice, and they do this ( even though they mark through it with a magic marker, you can still make it out). Plus, you have no indication of whether an item is in stock, until you see on your invoice that it's on backorder. Not good. You have already been charged. Safe to say for me, even though I had an internet coupon for $5.00 off shipping, I will steer clear of this company in the future.

I have been searching for an alternative to my real ring after loosing and finding my 2.5 carat cushion center stone. I ordered the clearance Meza Luna, paid an upcharge for the Diamond look, and an upcharge for sizing to a 5. The gold is extremely thin, the setting is fragile, and the stones look terrible. If you're looking for a diamond alternative I would shop elsewhere. The quality for $$$$ is definitely with this retailer. Buyer beware.......and read the fine print. $550.00 later, with a ring I am not happy with, that I cannot return.

I ordered a large cz eternity band for $800.00. I wear it daily and take it off to cook, clean and garden. A month after I got it, I dropped it on the linoleum kitchen floor and a stone popped out. Luckily I found the stone and mailed it back to be replaced. Ziamond charged a service and shipping fee. One year later another stone popped out and I couldn't find it. I wore a smaller eternity band for 15 years and never had a stone come out. I feel that for $800.00 Ziamond should offer a guarantee or free replacement. It's not like I'm wearing the ring while chopping wood or brick laying. I'm a housewife. Also, the turn-around time was pretty long. I would not order another piece from them.

MUST READ BEFORE PURCHASING FROM 2WHEELBIKES.COM Bought the bike in May 2008 and it is Nov. 17, 2008 and the issue is still unresolved. Bought a tandom bike. It arrived defective (confirmed by local bike shop). No phone number on web site. Emails not returned. Found phone number through other channels. They do not return call promptly. They told me I was responsible for this big bikes shipping back to the company (even though it arrived broken). I decided to drive it over 300 miles from Las Vegas to Arcadia, CA to return it. The person I contacted there took the bike back and said I would get a full refund. She refused to give me a printed credit, but rather hand wrote on the receipt bike returned and she signed her name. This woman no longer works for the company. The inside of this company was comical. The one employee at the desk was handling angry calls. There was a few customers there that were upset as well. Anyways, they never credited me. Instead they charged my credit card in full. 6 months later after dealing with their manager (who refuses to get me in contact with the CEO nor his email address) they finally gave me a refund...BUT WAIT! IT WAS ONLY HALF MY MONEY! He said they charged me for shipping the bike initially (he said shipping was free, but once I didn't purchase the bike, he could charge me for it) and he also charged me for a restocking fee (on a bike that was damaged). I have since read lots of reviews on this company and my situation is not unique. The reviews show they often send defective products, fail to return calls, and do not refund customer money. The Better Business Bureau has had over 60 complaints in 36 months. I may not get my money back, but I will let as many people know about this company and my ordeal.

Ordered a Dell D/Dock and a D/Monitor for almost 1/3 of the price Dell charges for the D/Dock. I placed my order and as stated on the website it was shipped same day and I received it two days later. Unfortunately Dell didn't live up to their end of the bargain so I have no laptop to connect to it's new resting place. We do have a couple of other Dell's around the office so I was able to connect an M90 to it and verify that all is working properly. Both boxes were still factory sealed so I take it both items were brand new. All in all a very pleasant experience and I will definately do business with them again.

I placed an order on 11/16/07. I have placed voice mail calls and e-mails and phone calls to have no one return my calls or e-mails. The money was pulled put of my account immediately, but my order still says processing. Last e-mail stated I wanted a return call or to refund my account immediately, three days later still no word from this John. I am very disappointed and to say the least will not order on line again. I work very hard for my money, I can not afford to give away this kind of money. To Johns reply, I have not recieved this product, the shipping number was to Baltamore, I live in lakeland florida. John called me and said the dist. dropped the ball, I would recieve my order over nighted on dec 24th at no extra cost to me, well it is now the 27th, and I have yet to see it or hear from him again.

Addendum: On or about 03/05/2008 I did get my paper shredder. It is a fine quality and I am happy with the item. I did get a call back from John at Ballyhoogle several days after my second inquiry, and he was very pleasant and helpful. I was informed that if you choose not to register as an account when you order, you are not able to get shipping information. Be sure when you order to register yourself as an account if you want to be able to check on the status of the order. That is why when I checked, It showed that I had not placed an order, when really I had not sighed up as an account. Original message: On 02/14/2008 I ordered a paper shredder from Ballyhoogle. I have not received any correspondance from them. I did see that on that day the price of the shredder, 92.98 was taken out of my bank account though. I looked on the site to see if it had shipped and their system said I had not placed any order. Odd since they debited my account for the cost of the item. I hope to hear back from my 2 voice mails and 2 emails, but haven't heard a word yet. Not the best way to start a relationship with a new customer.

I have never had a worse experience with an online retailer. I purchased a replacement fuselage for a Parkzone T-28. It arrived promptly but was damaged. I sent an email explaining the situation and asking that a replacement be sent. After two days, I had not received a reply. I then made daily attempts to contact customer service for a week. Not one of my calls or emails were returned. All of my calls went immediately to voice mail. I had to file a claim with Paypal which was just settled in my favor. Horizon Hobby will get all my future business. They have always gone above and beyond when I have called.

Placed an order for two pairs of the same shoe in the evening on 10/18. The price is the lowest I saw where I could get the shoes in both sizes that I needed. Shipping was listed as free and two-day at that. I received a confirmation e-mail that stated that the estimated delivery would be on 10/20. Just after midnight I received the shipping confirmation with delivery scheduled for 10/20. On 10/20, I received the shoes as advertised. One of the best on-line experiences I have had.

Buyer Beware, I wrote a review for Factory Direct Superstore on the 23rd of July but it has not been posted. My concern is for people to be aware of the deceptive policy of this company. The website appears good, I searched the website, read the testimonies then called and talked to them. Salesman was very nice and seemed helpful,{Harry}. He did not tell me nor was it on the website the real policy of the company. I would NOT have placed an order and I am sure no one else would either if I had known that they charge your credit card the minute you place the order with no intention of shipping your order for at least a month. I received an e-mail telling me the order cannot be canceled, if it is returned for any reason there will be a 20% restocking fee, and there is 10-17 business days to receive it plus 1-3 business days for processing. The next day, June 27th I received a notice that it had been processed and was in shipping. I still had not received an invoice or order number, I contacted them thinking it had shipped, wrong. I received an order number the 9th of July, the order had never shipped nor did they plan to ship until a month had passed. I began looking for ratings for Factory Direct Superstore and found that they have a very poor rating and have earned an " F " rating with the BBB. I contacted their customer service and told them how poor their reviews are, soon after there appeared a good review so I am sure it is from one of their people. They have poor customer service and do not care if the people who try to do business with them are satisfied. Their policy is to use your money for a month before they ship. Of course you do not know until the order is made and your credit card charged, and they tell you that you have no recourse. As far as best price guarantee that is also a deception, I found the same vacuum the next day for $529, with FREE NEXT DAY shipping. I paid $549 and have been waiting more than a month. I could have saved money and had my vacuum in a week. I would be shocked if they ever have a repeat customer. My experience is common to others. At the very least Factory Direct Super store should have to state their policy openly, but then no one would buy from them. The BBB should post a big red warning on Factory Direct Super store. Do your homework, why would anyone do business with a company whose policy is to deceive you and use your money for at least a month before even shipping and they don't even have the best prices.

BUYER/CONSUMER BEWARE - I'd ordered a Dyson DC25 Animal on June 17. My credit card was charged as of that date. I was told the vacuum would arrive within 10 business days. By July 8, the vacuum had not arrived and so I contacted the company via email. I'd received no response. Then, I contacted the company via phone and was told that they were unsure as to the timing of delivery. As such, I said that I would no longer want the product. They indicated that they had a "no cancelation" policy which I thought was outrageous. I could understand a "no-return" policy once the item was actually shipped, but a "no-cancelation" policy long before the item has been packaged or shipped?? Though I'd insisted that they cancel the vacuum, they sent it a few weeks later (July 22nd) - over one month from the date that they charged by credit card. And, when I called to have them take it back, they indicated that there would be a $100 shipping charge (to/from), and a 20% re-stocking fee. Can you imagine charging a customer $100 in shipping costs when it took the item over one-month to be delivered? Other internet sites that offer the same vacuum do so with a reasonable return policy as well as next-day delivery. I suggest that you do business with those other more reasonable distributors.

This reviewer is insulted and disrespected to find that not only was there no instruction or guide included to avoid the potential destruction of the pen when removing its fill tank but did not even provide directions for using an unusually shaped cartridge. An email was sent with proper and specific information that was ignored. A second letter was sent to Levenger Customer 'Disservice.' This time, they acknowledged the pen. However, they disregarded the portion of the question about the insertion of cartridges. Much time was wasted. Time is money. I am hard-pressed to consider that I might make a purchase from Levenger again, considering their prices. They want to make their customer service "Legendary." At this time, it seems to be mythology.

I thought I'd done my research and made a purchase that I wound up being disappointed in. Called Scuba.com and got an instructor named Bob. He gladly took the item back and after a few questions about me and my diving recommended an item that cost slightly less and is exactly what I hoped the first item would be. He explained why he felt it would be better clearly and pointed out features for me to look for. His advice was spot on! If you want to be sold gear call the other guys. If you want expert advice and a friendly attitude call Scuba.com and ask for Bob.

I purchased two strobe batteries and a battery charger for the strobes. I waited several weeks with No updates on when the equipment will be shipped.I received the strobes and they said the manufacture stop making the battery charger. I them told them the strobes batteries are useless without a way to charge them and they said that make sense and they would contact the manufacture and get back to me. I have called and sent them emails and they have not returned any of my requests for the past two weeks. I contacted a more customer oriented dive shop and I received the battery charger within a couple of days.

I ordered a pair of earrings from them, and 1 earring was okay but the other 1 was broken on arrival! and here is a copy of the email I sent them, after trying to blackmail me into changing my negative ebay feedback on the them before they would refund me: No! I will NOT change my feedback in that case!, since I explained to you that I expect a full-refund and only just 1 piece (not 2 pieces) of the item to be re-sent as a courtesy and kind gesture to compensate me for all my disappointment and time-wasted, before feedback my feedback revision would be made in exchange!!! A negative feedback is still deserved otherwise since in all honesty, it was a negative experience with very slow customer service and a faulty item which was your fault for not inspecting it before posting!:(... I would think that to be a nice seller, you would at least agree to compensate my suffering with just one (-1 piece) of this item at a kind gesture and common courtesy as well as sending me a full-refund asap, since it was your fault for sending a defective item, and I would think a smart business would like to show empathy and courtesy in order to keep a good reputation and hopefully keep a potentially good customer as well as that customers high recommendations to others in the future!... I will now do the opposite and warn others not to buy from you as well to share my negative experience with others on internet forums and scam reporting websites since I read about uxcell on scam report websites and you are showing me that the scam reports about uxcell are really true! since you do send damaged/defective products, you are hard to communicate with and worst of all, you do not even offer kind compensation for your failings, without trying to blackmail buyers by forcing them to revise their feedback before you are willing to help them!:( I will be copying this email to post on the scam reporting websites to warn others about dealing with you! and paypal is still waiting for your response and if you do not respond, they will refund me automatically and if you do not respond in time to meet their deadline, so I will get a refund anyway if you do not respond, and hence I will get my refund without your agreement, while still leaving my negative feedback to warn others about you!:(

I ordered 5 ink cartridges for my Canon MP830 multifunction machine; the prices were very reasonable, and shipping was not too high. I ordered on Monday, and received an immediate email confirmation. On Tuesday evening I received an email confirming shipment, and on Wednesday I received the order! Very fast and easy. I ordered a 40-piece macaron pyramid made by Bizu Patisserie in Manila a week in advance and scheduled it to be delivered on my girlfriend's birthday. Initially, I was apprehensive of ordering from Filgifts since I'd never heard of the company before, but to my surprise, their service is beyond excellent. I wrote a note on order for them to contact me so that I can specify the flavors I wanted and they called me after work to take my request. At the last minute, I had to change the delivery address for the order which I requested via email and within a few hours, they reassured me that the address has been changed and that they will keep me posted on the progress of the delivery. On the day of the delivery, they had trouble finding the address, but their delivery personnel contacted my girlfriend to find the apartment and was able to successfully deliver her gift. I am very satisfied with their service and will use them exclusively from now on. Thank you Filgifts!

Im a little afraid of how they handle stuffs in the philippines, specially with packages of importance, but the company delivered the product in time and great quality.
